Good comfort food

By LIDIA W |

Our spot for to get our breakfast food. We like the sandwiches and danishes. Fast and good service and convenient location.

Comfort Food

By Dialer16 |

Awesome comfort food. All 4 adults didn’t eat their entire meal because they were so large. Biscuits and gravy, French toast, omelet, and chicken w waffles were top notch.

Very Salty Food

By Airfoils |

We ate lunch here October 2019. Service was very slow. We order the wings which were good, a cob salad (which was tasteless/bland), and french onion soup which was average. All of the food was very salty. Our bill for two was $65...which we wanted charged to our room at Delano. The server said the system was down and we had to go to the players desk for the transaction or wait until the system was back up again. Overall a poor experience. I dont think we will return to this restaurant.

long lines, slow service

By sonnytn1 |

Las Vegas was not ready to open. Long lines to get into citizens and then long wait for service and food. After we finally got our food it was pretty good.

Soup

By Brian S |

Ate twice here, due to the fact that it was handy…..the Chicken soup was superb both times, however the half chicken and mashed potato, and cheeseburger and fries, were just average.

Great location with good food!

By gsgman777 |

Easy and quick right by the entrance for the Cirque show. Food was good and it didn't take long. Waitress was okay, I think she was having a bad day.

NY style sandwich

By CC71OK |

This restaurant is at the back of the MB. We ordered at the walk up and brought food to our room. The sandwiches are huge!! Exactly like a NY sandwich with the meat stacked high! For $13, inside a casino, I thought it was a good deal.

Awful

By Jayne L |

We stopped in here for breakfast after arriving at the hotel after our early morning flight. I ordered avocado on toast. It was served on two slices of warm toast that looked like it was warmed/fried on a griddle and had some sort of oil smeared on it. The oil tasted sour and nasty. The avocado was spread thinly over the toast (which was barely warm btw) and looked like it was out of a packet you would buy at target. It was tasteless and nasty. Poached eggs were ok, but they were barely warm, not hot. I ate the eggs and left the rest. It was seriously nasty and probably one of the worst avocado on toasts I have encountered. To be fair, she took it off our check. Not sure this place has a full kitchen, it felt like it was the sort of place that is heat, warm up, take out packet and serve. My first day in Vegas. I hope the food gets better than this.

Tasteless food and poor service

By MurphymomChicago |

I was really disappointed in this restaurant. The service was slow and the food was tasteless. It was expensive for what you got. I would not recommend.

Daily Breakfast

By pierrethepoodle |

Food was very good and our waitress, Bailey was awesome! A little pricey, but then again everything in the resort was.

Yum

By YASHASWI P |

The food is well priced for the amount you are given, and the service is amazing, kind servers who are willing to make exceptions to please you. Overall this place creates a wonderful night out.

Not impressed with breakfast.

By Beth W |

Service was excellent and fast but precooked foods? Yuck. Pancakes raw in the middle. Potatoes old. Chocolate chip Pancakes should have chips in the batter not just sprinkled on top. Totally Not worth the price. Citizens for breakfast is precooked buffet food. Totally not worth the price

Great service, blah food

By Ellen K |

They are clearly trying, but my breakfast omelet was just so-so. I ordered pico de gallo to spice it up, and it was inedible.

Good Breakfast

By gwen k |

Only had breakfast there, but it was delicious with big portions. I had the Eggs Benedict with crab cakes. It was delicious. The waitstaff is super friendly. They also have a good selection of foods in the front counter to take out with you. Cupcakes, a variety of goodies.

Great food and drinks

By deesanp27 |

The food here is very good for a quick bite. Very casual and they are open late. The menu isn’t huge but there’s something for everyone.

Ok for light dinner, anything more is a disappointment waiting to happen

By deidrecook1230 |

Grabbed dinner here the night before. Fish and chips and chicken noodle soup. While a little higher priced, it was good enough we decided to try it for breakfast, mainly because our son saw the pictures of the pancakes and had to have them. Breakfast was horrible and ended up being over $100 for three people; an order of french toast that was disgustingly soggy, pancakces and bacon, an egg breakfast meal, coffee, milk and water. The service was even worse despite them not even bring that busy. Perhaps they had a bad day, but there's no way I'd go back or recommending this place.

Would go again. Solid menu

By TexmanScuba |

This was the first dinner we had on our 3 day trip to Vegas for the Vegas bowl. We had artichoke dip, mini tacos, and a teriyaki bowl. Portions were good and price was moderate considering it’s Vegas.

24 hour dining

By Chandlier T |

Full size restaurant thats open 24 hours that satisfied my hunger at wee hours of the morning when most other restaurants were already closed.

Great for breakfast!!!

By Simen |

I was staying at The Delano Hotel and went here twice for breakfast. It was very good food and had this nice bistro-feel to it. Nice service as Well.

Not worth any money

By Tom F |

The starters was chicken wings wirh a sauce that was more acidic than a car battery. Of course flavors differ, but if you are with 4 people it's a pretty stable opinion. The steak after that was not a lot better, medium but somehow dry. Would not recommend it

1 Star, Not Good

By Katilyn W |

Manager told us to go to the back of the line because we were seated at a horrible table. Even the servers were rude. Sat us in dark lightening and brushed off me and my husband as we wanted to sit in a booth area because he has an injured leg, so it would be better to not sit in the open. It’s Christmas Day also and the vibes were not it. Also this was during the day on a Wednesday for breakfast. We’re from out of town visiting and this was not the best experience for vacation. Not respectful.

Excellent service and great food!

By Lynette51 |

We came across this by accident about a year ago and love it! Our server is always Sarah and she is awesome! Very attentive. We always get the Prime Rib dinner and split is as it a very large portion. And if you're still hungry check out their chocolate cake! You will not be disappointed!

On Casino Floor at Mandalay Bay Open Late Night

By TravelingSoccerLoon |

Located on the casino floor of Mandalay Bay. Citizens Kitchen serves late night food until 1am on weeknights and until 4am on Friday and Saturday night. Grabbed a burger which was pretty tasty and very welcomed after a long day and night of drinking although not inexpensive at a cost of $19. Very popular with a long wait for the food after ordering

Stopped twice for breakfast

By misspatrick1977 |

Husband and i stopped here twice for breakfast. Both times I had the blt 🥬🍅🥓🥑 it was huge and full of bacon. My husband had biscuits and gravy one day and the big breakfast sampler the second. Portions are HUGE and service is on point. Be sure to stop.

Large portions

By RaNell S |

This place was packed for lunch, but we still got seated quickly. The first thing our waitress said was that they served American comfort food and the portions are large. She wasn't kidding! I ordered a sandwich and my husband ordered fish and chips. i was so glad i got fruit for the side when i saw the size of the sandwich, only could eat half. My husbands fish was enormous we could have shared it and still had left overs. All the food was good and the service was also good.

Great food great service

By Passenger08541161291 |

My go to spot for breakfast, I had my favorite lox and Bagel which did not disappoint my wife had eggs and ham with potatoes which she enjoyed as well

Nice surprise

By Joseph S |

We found ourselves looking for somewhere to eat while in Mandalay Bay and stumbled across Citizens. I had the Nashville Chicken and Waffles and my spouse had the Salmon Benedict. Both were outstanding. Our server (Raul) was equally amazing. Thanks for a great meal and great service!

worst breakfast ever

By dorikad31 |

You can't go wrong with an all-American breakfast - you'd think. Well, this one was a total disaster. It was a classic simple breakfast comprised of 2 scrambled eggs, bacon, toast and potatoes. All the above came in quantities fit for a small child, The eggs, bacon and potatoes were very dry and tasteless, and the toast was greasy from too much butter. To complete the feast, the coffee (no refill) was undrinkable. This breakfast cost approx. USD25 which is quite normal for a simple Las Vegas restaurant, but this is one restaurant I will not be visiting again. Ever. ,

They close at 10:45 am people

By Smilefrogs1 |

Hostess was super rude. Apparently they close at 10:45 and reopen at 11 and don’t serve breakfast after 10:45. If you are going to stop serving breakfast then post that. And why for heavens sake would you freaking close for 15 min. The only saving grace here was our server she was amazing she did everything possible to make it right. It’s just sad the hostess and the policies made this a bad visit

Wonderful dinner!

By Vork Travel |

My husband and I ate dinner here, and loved our meal! We split the prime rib, and I’m so happy we did as we couldn’t even finish it! The meat and sides were excellent. We had a great server as well.

Ok for a snack, very expensive

By eddieprice13 |

Had a cake and a coffee on a couple of ocassions. seating area is very poor. service is slow and the hot drinks are warm.

Always great food!

By heathercV8813KP |

I've been traveling here for years, and Citizens has always had great food and exceptional service! While the menu doesn't change much, it doesn't need to. It's great to pick up a piece of fruit in the morning and a great sandwich at lunch.

Food on wooden boards?!

By Sam S |

I know what you’re thinking... WHERE IS THE PLATE?! Yes exactly. The food is served on a very unhygienic wooden board. And to top it off, there is a sheet of brown paper underneath the food which gets extremely soggy as you are eating so of course, you end up eating the brown paper with your food. My second issue is the seating outside. You might as well not be part of the restaurant. It’s noisy and there are people walking right past where you are eating. Did not like this at all. Was not given a reason as to why we couldn’t sit inside and it certainly wasn’t busy. However, that aside, the food is actually very nice and very competitively priced. And the service is quick and friendly. The picture is of my tuna melt which came with either fries or coleslaw, and aside from fighting with the brown paper, it was very tasty. We managed to fit in the meal here before heading off to see MJ ONE.

Excellent casual restaurant

By Wayne |

We stopped here after a major food failure at the Mandalay Bay pool side restaurants. We were starving and found this place inside. The food was excellent and service was good (Tony from Chicago was a great server). The restaurant was helpful in splitting dishes for those who didn't want a huge meal. Drinks hit the spot!

Healthy and Yummy

By MichiganSailors |

Healthy food choices- yummy! I got chia cold oats with berries and kids got pancakes. Good value for money- fun entrees.

Good place for breakfast, friendly service

By Donna S |

We had breakfast here a couple of times We thought that the short stack pancakes were good and I liked the scrambled eggs The staff are friendly and nice. We had good service

Great Huge food 24 Hours

By Milamberr |

Went here several times this trip. It was our default restaurant. Most everything here was good to excellent, and most of it is huge! The chocolate cake is excellent and huge. The nachos were great are enough for the entire table and then some. The carrot cake was good and huge. The french onion soup was excellent. The Ruben was ok, and large.

Old tried and true diner.

By 51cats1967 |

This place is old and needs some renovations. Staff is friendly, large portions, but some of the dishes are not as discribed.

Meals and coffee

By RDINNJ |

Had dinner and lunch while at Mandalay Bay Hotel, both delicious and served by friendly staff. Coffee available all day long, very good. Went here on 2 different visits and will be back.

very good quality, reasonable prices

By SplashingB |

I had the fish tacos and they were very filling and excellent quality. Husband had the french dip and it was huge and also excellent! Loved this place; fairly quick service, too. Well-made martini as well.

Definitely a place to go

By abadams |

Friendly staff and good food - only tried the order at counter side though. Sat and people watched outside restaurant (tables available) a live cover band was nearby. turned into a great spot

Went twice for breakfast because it was so delicious!

By Wyoming Traveler |

I went for breakfast with my son. For the price, it is a great deal. The coffee is delicious. The food is yummy. We tried avocado toast, oatmeal, and my son ordered the ultimate breakfast twice. Once he had strawberry pancakes. They were so fluffy.

Slow service

By mbrichter |

The food here is good and the portions are large. The regular size order of pancakes is enough for three people. However, while the plain pancakes were delicious, the blue berry and chocolate chip pancakes had so few of these items in them that we thought they were plain. The restaurant does not take reservations and they clearly don’t understand how to manage their availability. Given that this is really to only breakfast place in the hotel, it is a BIG problem. We waited much longer than we were told to expect to every time we went there. The third time we waited so long that we finally left and went somewhere else. Part of the problem is the wait staff move at a snail’s pace. One of the visits it took 20 minutes before we were able to order. When the food finally arrived, 6 of the 10 orders placed (2 different sittings) were made incorrectly. Requests for simple things like more syrup took forever. Orders of toast and French fries either did not get filled or came after we finished eating and were waiting for the check.

Great breakfast & huge portions

By misspatrick1977 |

Husband and I went here for breakfast. Hostess wasn't that friendly but our server made up for it. We split steak & eggs 🥚 and doing so was the perfect portion size for us. The michelada made with modelo was on point with a spicy rim runner. Prices are typical vegas and they have a grab&go counter for some items.

Worst pancakes ever

By Luv W |

While I enjoyed my breakfast with my travel companion, he did not. I ordered the Greek omelette and it was quite delicious. He ordered blueberry pancakes and and the first time he received them they were so overcooked that he couldn't cut through them with a fork. They remade them for him and not only were they overcooked on the outside they were actually Raw on the inside. The waitress was very kind and understanding and the pancakes were taken off the check. It should also be noted that we pancakes we're very Bland and didn't have that many blueberries in it either. Quite disappointing breakfast for my travel companion. I wouldn't recommend the pancakes, but the omelette was excellent. I should mention that I also had lunch there one day and ordered the turkey sandwich and it was delicious and enough for two people to eat. The macaroni salad that I ordered was prepared with green bell peppers and way too many onions. The waitress removed it from my table and brought me the coleslaw instead. Very delicious coleslaw.

Amazing service great food.

By Michel L |

Great food! Sarah was an excellent server she was always available even though it was busy. Very satisfied an outstanding experience.

Late Night Bite!

By David V |

I ate at the bar while staying at Mandalay Bay on two occasions during my week stay. I had the soft pretzel bites both times. They were very and came with cheese sauce. This is a 24-Hour restaurant located on restaurant road in Mandalay Bay. They offer a full menu and a late night one as well. It can be noise late because their is a house band that does not play far away and if it's not your thing you may not enjoy that part. The prices are fairly typical for casino prices. The service was very good for me on both occasions. They also have a to-go area as well.

Breakfast before convention

By The Sane Adventurer |

Was there for breakfast and while typical the service was good.and friendly. Eggs cooked correctly and offered fruit in lieu of potato’s.

Breakfast

By Baileyh0 |

Wonderful selections I got Cream Brulee french toast. Enough for 4 people. It was even good cold the next day.

The Safe Bet

By Heston Y |

This place was a nice place to stop and grab dinner. It was a safe bet. We sat at the bar and got service right away. The food came quickly and it was good. I had the Chicken cobb salad. It was great. I would recommend this place.

Expensive breakfast option

By Brian2M |

Ate breakfast here when staying at Mandalay Bay. Food was average, price was high, and service was slow. We both had eggs, hash browns and bacon which tasted good. They did offer to substitute fruit for the toast due to a food allergy which tasted great. Breakfast cost over $40 for two with taxes, which is expensive even for Vegas standard.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

By Alan N |

Place was clean and wait was minimal. It was not crowded at all as we had an early dinner on a Tuesday. I had the Loco Musubi Bowl. It is a version of the LocoMoco with spam underneath the hamburger patty. I would have preferred the usual brown gravy but this came with teri sauce. It was okay. Wife had a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with a side salad. She liked her food a lot. Service was excellent and price was Las Vegas😂. I’d eat here again.

Tasty, correct, good service

By Steven.schautteet@gmail.com |

Went there for dinner before the Michael Jackson show, very pleasantly surprised, my wife had a salad and I had the BBQ ribs. Very tasty, highly recommended, staff also very friendly.

Eat-in meal was quite good

By austintomtraveler |

We were here for another Las Vegas visit with a group of five people. We decided to have dinner at Citizens in Mandalay Bay, since it allowed us to eat and get back to the casino (which was the major draw!). We had an attentive waiter, good food, and convivial conversation during our meal. Check it out! You won't be disappointed.

Great breakfast spot within Mandalay

By Bulent H |

We had breakfast here yesterday and it was spectacular! Our waitress, Coutney was great. She was very attentive, reccommended changes to improve our experience, and brought us extra toast without asking.. the food was well portioned, ham was thicker then most, pancakes were great as well. Highly recommend this place. We split the food and it was plenty.

Great Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner at very affordable price 24 hr/day

By Larry P |

As couple we ate breakfast (waffles and omelets),lunch (nachos,French Dip), Dinner at this very popular restaurant located at very convenient location for those in rush to convention, 24x 7.

Good food!

By Brenna Wiles |

We were grateful to Citizens for being open late with to-go options after a long day of walking. The Korean burger was tasty and the cold turkey sandwich was amazing. I got my daughter coffee cake as a treat and she loved it too! The prices are high (but that's Vegas for you). We didn't have a long wait to order or to receive the food. Maybe next time we will try the sit-down experience!

Look elsewhere

By rschan2014 |

Worst hostess interaction of all time. Greeted us this AM with suspicion. Asked the party size, I said 3 and she looks at me as if I’m lying? My party size is 3 what else do you want?? Food was mediocre. Good spot if you’re tight on time but look elsewhere if you have time to spare.

Disappointing

By Deb |

We are staying at Mandalay Bay and decided to order dinner to enjoy in our room. My caprese salad was nothing but tomatoes and a thin slice of mozzarella. We called about how disappointing it was and they didn’t care less. Please don’t support a restaurant like this that can serve up crappy food and not have a care about it because obviously people passing through their town aren’t worth making an effort for or an impression upon.

The desserts

By helen w |

The desserts were so good. They really were a treat to have back up in my hotel room for late night. I’m wishing I had some of their lemon blueberry tart right now!

Good food/service. Reasonable prices.

By Lester K |

Food was fresh and tasty. Staff friendly and attentive. Was pleasantly surprised to find Prime Rib on menu. Delicious! One issue w appetizer substitution but staff corrected immediately. Prices reasonable compared to other options. Will return.

Good food

By Lolottetravel20 |

We ate at this restaurant before heading to Cirque du Soleil’s Michael Jackson One show. The food was hearty and good but the prices are a bit high. Service was friendly. This is a good option if you have to go to a show at Mandalay Bay.

Much better than past experience

By 2015Lil |

Dined here twice while staying at W Hotel. The first time we only went as we wanted something light and they have light options. We were a bit wary having experienced rude staff in the past. However both meals this time were excellent. When we returned we had burgers which were exceptional. Staff were friendly and pricing was reasonable for a big hotel in Vegas.

Pricey, but good

By sorim2015 |

We needed something to tide us over until after the show so we stopped here for appetizers. We ordered the nachos, which were very tasty.

Excellent Option At Mandalay Bay

By MenOnVacation |

We had a great, quick dinner here when we did not have reservations elsewhere and it worked out great. We had the ribs and the French Dip. Both were really large servings and very good! For a more casual dinner I highly recommend Citizens.

Steak frites

By Inspire780695 |

Had the most amazing steak Frites, and my husband had the hangry burger at the mandalay bay citizens was amazing, steak was tasty tender and cooked to perfection.Service was fab too definitely recommend!!

Bad

By rangerfanDallasTx |

Went for lunch. Service was average. Buffalo Chicken sandwich the worst I have ever had. Stale bun, crust on chicken OK but the chicken tased "mealy" over marinated probably. Fries were the typical frozen kind. Maybe just an off day but very bad meal especially since the charged a handling fee. Will not go back

Great Service...Good Food!

By lnktvlr |

We ate breakfast here twice during our stay. It is one of the few restaurants open right now. One reason for this review was our waiter, JUSTIN, he was the best! Perfect service...others should watch him to see how it is done correctly. The other reason: the CHILIQUILES! The were the best we have ever had and we try them every time we get the chance.

Nice lunch

By lucycan |

First time here. Right in the restaurant row at Mandalay Bay. We had garden salad to start, which was decent. Stir Fry with salmon which was good and then cheesecake which was excellent (and large!).

Yum

By SusanS5324 |

I had delicious burgers and my husband had tuna melt which were both excellent ! Service was a little slow but food was good!

Good food, ample servings

By Mickie M |

Had dinner here 3 times on our recent trip. Every time the food was great. We quickly realized the portion sizes were so big we could split one meal, and the cafe in the front is super easy to grab a salad for lunch (which we did), or a dessert. One of the easiest, fastest, and cheapest option in Mandalay Bay.

Very good

By lloyddoglover |

We needed a quick meal before a concert and Citizens looked like a good spot. Very quick to be seated and served. Our server (Carlos) was very friendly and attentive. The meal came very quick was hot and had great flavours. Steak was cooked bang on. There were also lots of drink options ;) We would eat here again.

Grateful open 24 hours

By soldieroflite |

I arrived early and being on east coast time it was lunch time but morning time in Las Vegas. Thankful Citizens had lunch available at breakfast time. I got the cobb salad and had to have one of the yummy looking donuts. The glass display had so many things I wanted to try. I didn't want breakfast so I ordered a cobb salad with ranch which was huge. The waitress said the dinner cobb salad was even bigger. I couldn't finish this salad. And the boston creme donut was tasty. I actually thought pricing was good. I came back for lunch and got the chicken salad sandwich which was huge. But soooo good. I was only able to eat half and of course I ordered another donut. I ordered the raspberry filled donut and oh man so good. I enjoyed my food so much that I came down for breakfast the next morning. I got the berry parfait. Very berry so make sure you like berries and creme. I had a hard time finishing it. The apple danish was good. The apples had a strong bite to them. The boston creme donut was good again.

Convenient location great food and service

By 2ays2011 |

Conveniently located inside The Mandalay Bay! Offers a bit of everything. Breakfast, sandwiches, soups, salads, even a steak. This trip we had the spinach dip and quesadillas which were both excellent. The grilled shrimp caesar salad was also great but could have used a few more shrimp. Offers a full bar and dessert as well. Service never disappoints!

Love Love Love the French Dip!

By Jennifer T |

Have visited here three times and make it a point to stop by every time I am in Vegas. Food is fresh, plentiful and just damn good. It is open 24 hours I believe and you will not be disappointed. Service is great also.

Good Selection of Food & Open Late

By Win C |

We went here back in December and this time in July. Choices are broad American fare such as BLT, Burgers, Fish and Chips, Soups and Steaks. Prices range from about $15-25 a person which is good for Vegas. Depending on the server will depend on how you feel afterwards. In December we left because our server was a jerk. This time our server was super nice and attentive. We enjoyed our food and will come back if we decide not to go far from the Delano/Mandalay for food.

great food

By Bette B |

The restaurant is small, the staff is great. Food was delicious & not over priced. Even when busy they take good care of you.

Good Food, Not Cheap

By HartfordOwl |

This busy restaurant has a good breakfast menu, and the portions are large. It is busy and unless you get there early, there is a wait. If you get on the list, though, they will tell you 30 minutes and call you in 10, so don't stray. This happened to me twice.

Trip to Las Vegas

By Karen D |

The food was excellent I ate Fish and Chips the serving was huge. My husband had a steak and baked potato. The staff was amazing and friendly. My husband who has Celiac Disease, was looked after by the chef. Chef Norman listened and looked after my husband and made him feel comfortable, knowing he was in safe hands so he wasn’t cross contaminated.

Place is OK, a bit Pricey for the food, and not as large dinner selection as thought

By Rod |

We stopped later in the evening at around 8:30 to get a bite to eat for dinner, not to many people, so we were seated quickly. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and kept attention to our needs. They have both inside and outside (open area) for seating, and the decor is fairly modern. We ordered the Teriyaki Bowl with Chicken, and the Chicken Cobb salad, along with two drinks. The food was good, nothing overly special, and the portions were rather large, so many people would probably take some home / room. They don't have a huge menu selection, but most people would be able to find something they liked. The ambiance is good, as it is well lit and open, they also have several TV's showing sports. Is a bit pricey though, our meal without tip was $79, but as with most places inside the Hotels / Casino's in Las Vegas, the prices are high.

VERY Overpriced

By Marty D |

The food and smoothies here were good, but dramatically overpriced. Think $10 for a smoothie, $20 for the "two eggs anyway" breakfast that was $9.95 around the corner. Very loud space and a lot to pay for what you received.

Great late-night option!

By Tiffany Wilkes |

We chose this restaurant because they were still open very late at night after playing in the Mandalay Bay casino. They did not offer their full menu late night, but had great options such as loaded nachos, flatbread pizzas, etc. Service was a little slow, but expected due to the time of the night/morning that we were there. An added bonus was that you could clearly hear the awesome live music being played outside of the restaurant in the Mandalay Bay.

Excellent Service, Excellent Food

By TheAmazingRain |

First, I acknowledged that Mandalay Bay isn't the model kid friendly Resort, but that's their brand and we wanted nice pool access. So we tried restaurants that were accommodating to families, Citizens went above and beyond. My daughter isn't so much picky, as she island quirky with food right now, and our server, Relani, accommodated every request. Food is secondary ( but still great), but outstanding service can make any restaurant great.

Great But A Little Noisy

By Alan N |

It is a little too noisy if seeking a “quiet” place to eat. I liked the decor but felt table was a tad too small. Service was outstanding and food was very, very good. I had the Denver Omelette. Price............you are in Vegas😎.

Good breakfast spot

By Sierra Scott |

I ordered the California Omlette and added sausage and jalapenos and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was cute, kitschy and fun which made it even better. Our waitress was helpful, attentive and very personable. All in all, a good choice for a great price.

Best French onion soup (enough for 2)

By TaylorRose |

Ate here on the recommendation of the registration clerk. Some of the entrees are large enough for 2 people to share. Had the wonderful French onion soup and the fish tacos. Peanut butter beer was good along with the house margarita. Service was excellent, didn't feel rushed, atmosphere quite pleasant. Definitely will be returning here to dine.

good

By Barney M |

we ate lunch here and it was big. we shouldnt have gotten 2, jut 1 plate. though it was cold the food was great. we sat outside because it was real noisy inside i would go back but now i know they are big portions

A lot for the money

By Samuel M |

This was our morning breakfast place during our recent stay in Las Vegas. It was actually better than I expected. Of course, in today's Vegas it's virtually impossible to find a cheap breakfast place that's worth considering. At Citizens you won't find any breakfast offerings below $16 so we gave it shot and everything we ordered was very good, and almost worth the money. One morning my wife ordered the $20 pancakes, and when they arrived they were big, fluffy, and cooked perfectly. No, they weren't worth twenty bucks but she did get a lot for the money. Other breakfast meals we tried during the week carried the same theme ... expensive but you got a lot for the money. As long as you don't go crazy with the different types coffees and stick to the basics, total daily breakfast costs at Citizen will run between $45 and $55. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant, so looking back we enjoyed our daily breakfasts at Citizens and would go here again the next time we are guests at Mandalay Bay.

Not a high flyer, but okay

By liesbetg1976 |

Food was quite good, not a super high-flyer but quite okay. Everything seemed quite rushed. A piece of lemon in a Corona for 7$ you had to ask for that... cutlery was also an option, we also had to ask for that... everything very hurriedly. The plate was barely empty and we were already presented with the bill even though the place was only half full. Price/quality is okay.

The Best Waitress Ever

By SteveRearington |

We only had ($$) breakfast, so it is really hard to screw that up. But we had the most fantastic waitress, smiling, joking, fast, running her ass off, an extremely smart capitalist, and probably making $150K a year. I contributed!

Brain Dead Server

By Julie F |

We ate at Citizens this week on Mon. Oct. 7 and our server was about as interesting and sociable as a door knob. When we would ask for something he just rolled his eyes. I can not remember his name but I would keep close tabs on your employees as we will probably not eat at your cafe again because of him. Service was also slow and only 2 tables outside and 3-4 inside, so you really need some help with you cafe! I have been in the food service industry for years and I would not have that guy as one of my employees. He brought lemons to our table in a napkin when we asked for lemon water to start with, after 2 more times asking we got served lemons on a napkin, so tacky!!!! We have eaten at your cafe every time once or twice when we go to Vegas which is about 2-3 times a year! Good Bye Citizens!!!

Just Average

By magicandbird |

I have been here several times and will probably go several more. That said, the place is consistent. The food is average. The service is hit or miss. We had one great server and on another visit much less so. Given the choice I would rather eat at Sea Breeze but This time the choice was not mine.

Convenient 24 hour location

By TravelBuginSD |

Open 24 hours at The Mandalay Bay. Good food for a casino diner. The nachos are a huge portion, easily shared by 2 people. They have. Full bar as well as a walk up counter for prepackaged to go items. Also had the Cobb salad from the walk up counter. Fresh and sizable portion for price.

Great fish and chips!

By Zacman85 |

I was in the mood for fish and chips. I had dined here about two years ago knowing the fish and chips were good and portions were huge. I was not disappointed! It certainly hit the spot. Not to terribly overpriced by strip standards. I had the fish and chips with malt vinegar! Apple pie with ice cream! Also modelo beer. I certainly would go back.

Good Service and Good food

By Boodashark |

Had two meals here while staying at Mandalay Bay. Lunch both times. Menu is extensive and offers good choices and fair prices (for Vegas!). Has a patio for quieter ambiance.

The serving staff are terrible

By B F |

We just had a terrible experience at this restaurant, we went at 11am so after the breakfast rush and before the lunch rush. We were seated at a table, but we had some work to do, so I asked if we could be seated at a larger table to allow for our laptops. The server then rolled her eyes at us, seated us at a larger table and when I politely said thank you, she gave a very fake smile. The restaurant was relatively empty, on a Wednesday, I am not sure what the issue was or why, two paying customers couldn't have a slightly larger table. Like most places at Mandalay Bay, the staff seemed inconvenienced by having customers. In the end, the interaction made us feel uncomfortable, so we ended up leaving with no food and sat in our room for our meeting while housekeeping cleaned our room. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

Nice breakfast

By BaconLondon |

Came here for breakfast, it’s located in Mandalay bay. The service was good and the food was great. Massive portions I couldn’t finish it but still good ingredients. Good coffee as well and a perfect start to the day.

Discreet but wonderful.

By ReginaCVieira |

A space within the Mandalay Hotel that offers a varied menu, served with quality. There are dishes that can be shared. The staff is very attentive. The food was the best I had in Las Vegas!

Quick breakfast stop

By XtreamXTC |

Stopped by Citizens for breakfast one morning while staying at the Luxor, decent fast service and the food was good, I went for the breakfast burrito, not too sure about eating chips (nachos) for breakfast mind! Like all places with a captive audience the prices are high, but no more then the next restaurant around the corner, the only downside we came early morning and it was January, I wish I had a jacket!

Beautiful Brunch!

By Sophie Lauren Smith |

We stumbled across Citizen whilst looking for somewhere to get some breakfast. After looking at the menu we were instantly hooked by the variety they had on offer. Our server was lovely and very attentive, plus the food was delicious, large portion sizes to last us all day! Would definitely head back to try there dinner menu!

Huge portions!

By Sunking2 |

We had the fish and chips and the tuna melt. Both very tasty and more than we could eat. Nice atmosphere too!

Disappointing food; poor service.

By JwP775 |

Went for an early-ish family dinner while staying at the Mandalay. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but the service was really slow. When our meals came, they were all disappointing - felt like cheap ingredients cooked badly and then had stood around before being delivered to our table. Not inexpensive either.

Late night dinner after just arriving

By 247familytraveler |

Went to grab a quick bite after arriving late from east coast flight. Had chicken Cobb salad. It was average at best and service was inattentive. Restaurant was not busy. I personally wouldn’t choose this again.

Good breakfast

By RDCononver |

I went looking for a different breakfast option and Citizens caught my eye. I was seated at the bar, coffee was very good. I had the California with fresh fruit on the side. All in very happy with the food and service.

AMAZING FOOD!!!

By Mary W |

One of my Favorite restaurants in VEGAS!!! They’re open 24 hours and serve HUGE portions!!! This meatloaf was to die for!!!

Excellent breakfast

By Daria B |

I had a California omelet ($17.00) and my husband had eggs benedict ($18.50). Both were excellent and good portions. Our server was Daija and she was so helpful and personable.

Good Late

By trey_pa9 |

We had excellent service and the food was delicious for the time of night we visited. The amount of food you get was good. The pretzel bites and breakfast burrito were excellent.

Great food

By Laura B |

We had an excellent meal here whilst staying in the four seasons. Reasonably priced compared to others around us and the strip steak and fish tacos come highly recommended. Would return- it gets very noisy but that's our only complaint.

Citizens of YUM

By GeminiSky14 |

Repeat customers. Food is flavorful and large portions; order and share! Service was efficient on our first visit (lunch)” service was incredibly slow on our second visit ( lunch). Disliked-When your server passes your table SIX times and never brings your drinks, only apologies. We enjoyed our first server explaining the promotional drink in detail and ending with, “ its only $14.00.” !!!! 😂 Seriously great fries. Tasty food. So many healthy delicious options. It’s worth a visit.

Bad food

By Amanda A |

It was horrible the coffee was burnt and the burrito was dry and disgusting probably the worst breakfast place ever

Yum!

By skierjenn |

Wow and yum! Food was so good! The side of fruit was a large-ish bowl with an amazing variety of fruit and berries. Service was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

good food, friendly staff

By Alison J |

The breakfast menu is good. Watch out for the spicy chicken and waffles...it's uber spicy. The wait was short and the staff is very frendly

Awesome!

By Chuck S |

Great variety, fun staff, just always consistent and enjoyable. Love it and had multiple meals there during this last visit (again).

Beware of 5% Facility Fee!

By VACATION1122 |

We came here for breakfast while staying at the Mandalay Bay, Food was okay. However, this restaurant will nickel and dime you if you are not careful and do not check your bill before paying, I ordered a latte and the server asked me if I wanted caramel in it without telling me that there would be an extra charge. The worst part was the 5% facility fee that was added to our bill. What is this? Hidden Tip for the owners? Never going back to this restaurant again!

Great breakfast place !

By hph22 |

Relaxed place and great breakfast in the Mandala Bay hotel: Avocado toast, Oat meal, French toast …. Good cappuccino! To stay and to go!

Watch out for the surcharge!

By btp-01 |

We had the fish tacos and chicken sandwich and fries. Food and service were good. It is very noisy and super loud so conversation is out unless you yell. They add a 5 percent restaurant surcharge to your bill that is not a tip to your server. It says you can ask to have it removed and we did. I think the prices are high enough without sliding in additional charges.

They Are Proud!

By Tony B |

I had a breakfast burrito and hot tea for my meal. The bill was $30. The burrito was okay, but not fantastic. Very pricey for what you get.

Value prices wonderful Food!

By Mike C |

I was so surprized at how large the portions are and how good the food is . Most items are under $15,00 free refils on soda, great wait staff. When your in hurry this is the place! The CHicken Club sandwich is out of this world.

Convenient dinner spot before the show.

By Linda010659 |

Nice place to eat before going to see ONE. We were given a table outside of the restaurant itself so everyone walking to their rooms or casino passed by us. It wasn’t the ideal table to have. The food was very good.

Yummy!

By IronMerMayden |

Yummy lettuce wrapped burger. Definitely go back. It's convenient. Excellent service and great prices.

Good for a quick dinner

By Odyssey363091 |

Stopped in to get a quick meal before a show at House of Blues. We ordered a couple appetizers to share, wings and tenders, portions were large, we could have done just one. They were busy, but the waiter was very helpful and had a great personality. Our food was also served quickly.

Great Appetizer!

By Kswett |

The artichoke dip and chips were awesome, so good I couldn’t stop eating them!! Our entrees were less than desirable, I had the fish and chips (would’ve been perfect if the fish hadn’t been slightly over cooked). My husband had the steak, asked for medium, received a well done steak..very chewy. I will say however, the cocktail I ordered (the Koko beach) was fruity goodness in a glass! Our waiter Jeff was great! He corrected our entrees with zero problems whatsoever. All in all it was just ok for me, I wish the tail end of our meal would’ve tasted better.

Average

By Holzfrog |

We came here to grab a take out lunch whilst exploring the strip. The queue was super long and food pretty average in the end. Smoothie was expensive and tasted sour and watered down.

Good but pricey lunch option at Mandalay

By dahlia8 |

There aren’t many restaurants that open for lunch at the hotel. Citizen worked for us. The service was fast, the food was good and the portions generous. The only downfall is the prices are expensive. For 5 people with no drinks it was over $100 not including tip.

Very disappointing service for lunch

By Kathy Quast |

I have previously eaten here numerous times during different conventions over the past several years. In the past, I would give a 5 star review on food and service, however, this time was vastly different. Our group of 3 waited 20 minutes for a table. After being seated and waiting a reasonable amount of time to get water and our order taken, (2 salads and a sandwich), we waited 50 minutes for our food! Our waiter came by 3 different times to tell us he was "sorry for the wait" and on the final time, stated "a manager will come by to see you." When the food arrived, the sandwich was cold, the salads were fine. We saw our waiter very intermittently after the food was served and we had to request ice tea refills whenever we could snag someone. The manager never came by and sadly nothing was adjusted on our bill; although I did not make a request for an adjustment, I was hoping they would have taken the initiative to remove the ice tea charges as a service recovery, but alas nothing. Unfortunately, I have now written them off as an option when I travel to Vegas on business a handful of times each year.

Busy for Breakfast

By gem58416 |

Had the Biscuits and Gravy with potatoes, no eggs. We sat at the bar and got great service and delicious food. Our server was very helpful with my egg situation (some kinda allergy/sensitivity) and added a fruit side as a substitution. The restaurant was very busy but if you don't come with kids you can sit at the bar. Otherwise they also have a to go counter with some patio style seating.

BEST RESTAURANT IN VEGAS

By Maria W |

Hi my name is Maria me and my husband came out there for our anniversary 10/07/20 we stayed at the Mandalay bay hotel which is beautiful, we walked 2 days straight for 8-9 hours man we were beat and hungry so we decided to pick up some food which were your guys Lord the food is good and they give you a lot i didn't eat it all so i packed it in my suitcase and brought it back home with me to New Orleans i just didn't to waist all that good food I Love this place serve the best food in Vegas my friends is coming at the end of the month I will let them know were to go and eat. Thank you

Surprisingly good!

By Nicki P |

Our family needed a late night dinner and found this restaurant. Didn’t expect much but had a great meal! We loved the chicken noodle soup, shrimp tempura and nachos!

Huge portions

By MTorre |

Sometimes when the portions are too big, you sacrifice quality. This is the case of this sandwich place. No-one at the table could finish their portion, nor they wanted to.

Fantastic!

By WQJones |

Great people here, very friendly. The food is unique and very tasty. Good pricing, average for las vegas restaurants. We recommend!

Happiness and humanity SHINES here

By Sharon C |

Great food and location. But what really SHINES here is the management and servers. Devon, the Manager went above and far beyond our expectations to make us comfortable and happy. I watched him interact with the servers, he’s always looking to escalate happiness for everyone. If I had a restaurant, I would ask Devon to manage it for us.

Huge dissapointment

By PeCi |

Meal rated: Eggs Benedict & coffee. Eggs served on top of something like corn doughnut ? Don’t look for any crispy bacon - served with something like a sausage instead ... sauce hollaindace completely tasteless . You see it but don’t taste it at all. Other than the food, service was good.

BEST BURGER EVER

By john w |

I was hungry and the wife and I decided to try this place, after the sticker shock of seeing a 17.95 burger; we ordered it as to see if it was truly going to be worth it. The service was good, the food came out to the table and it was so pretty I had to take a picture. The taste was the best part. The burger was cooked perfectly to medium, it was probably the most delicious burger I put in my mouth and worth every penny we paid for it. It was one of the highlights of my recent trip to Vegas...that's saying alot....try it for yourself....Happy Travels!!!

Good Breakfast-eat in

By Leigh-Traveler2015 |

Had breakfast one morning, nothing fancy, but diverse menu. I had the chicken & waffles. Not the best I’ve ever had, but not a bad start to the morning. My date had the breakfast burrito. He liked it. Wasn’t sure about French fries being inside the wrap, but it was good. Decent coffee. Prices are high, but same as all breakfasts in the casinos on the Strip. They have eat in or take-away service. Good place to eat breakfast.

Late night eats

By Avmig |

After a long day of travel we had a late night dinner at this place. My husband and I split a chicken cobb salad which was more than enough for two people. It was fresh, loaded with goodies and crispy greens. It was delicious. The waiter did mess up my wine order but the wine he did bring to the table was very good even though it was not what I had ordered. Give it a try.

Great food

By lolofroggy87 |

This is such a convenient place to eat if you are staying at Mandalay Bay or the Delano. Everyone at our table loved their food and they had a nice selection of grab and go items, too.

Not worse, but expensive.

By Alain V |

Interesting menu, but expensive. Smiling waiters, ok food. Continuous waiting line, because very busy

Nice Breakfast

By radx4 |

We ate breakfast at Citizens Kitchen & Bar. I had an omelet. It was tasty and well-made. My wife had avocado toast, which was fresh and tasty. Overall, it was a nice breakfast. However, service was slow, and the food was fairly pricey. The breakfast wasn't bad, but there may be better choices at Mandalay Bay.

Good.

By Mamzelltopi |

We ate here before the Sun Circus show in the same hotel. The portions are very generous and the Service is smiling and efficient. The room is not too noisy. I had Alfredo pasta that was very good.

Good Breakfast !!

By soonerboston |

We ate breakfast at Citizens each day while in Las Vegas. Food was good, service was good, we were seated after a short wait. No complaints.

Not good

By Andrea G |

This Restaurant was the worse place I have been,I went with family and friends and they said it was almost close and when we came back after 2 hours later they were still open and some people was eating 🙃sucks

Best breakfast in Vegas

By Tonya L |

Amazing waffle with a citrus zest and melt in Your mouth fluffiness. Could eat it everyday. Build your own omelette and fruit yum. Large portions and exceptional services. A requirement for My trips to Vegas!

Hip happening!

By 111garlandd |

This place is amazing! The food is great, served up piping hot. The atmosphere was warm & friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Good breakfast options

By Michael K |

We stopped by for breakfast while at the Mandalay Bay hotel for a conference. I had the breakfast burrito which was good, but a couple of the folks with us ordered the French toast which looked amazing and enough to feed the whole table.

A very good experience....

By Heath Wagner |

Dined here based on TripAdvisor reviews and I too must give Citizens a thumbs up. We had about a 45 minute wait but with Covid restrictions in place it was understood. Our server was fantastic. He gave us honest, and great suggestions to their menu. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken tenders served as a basket meal. Our server was more than happy to make this alteration to my order, and it was appreciated. All three of us dining were very happy with our meals. Great portion sizes and all were very flavorful. This restaurant is located in the lower level of Mandalay Bay Resort. Well worth the visit. Would definitely dine here again.

Pleasant Terrace Seating

By AdMiZ |

My companion and I ate lunch at this attractive restaurant. The waiter, Tony, was attentive and personable. We ordered the Toasted Reuben and the Turkey Avocado as a wrap instead of a sandwich. Old carving boards with a sheet of paper served as plates - a cute touch. The sides were a large bowl of very tasty coleslaw and delicious fries served in a miniature stainless steel pail with a handle. We were seated, by choice, in the "terrace" with a great view of the passersby on the casino floor. At the conclusion of this of this terrific meal, when Tony brought back my credit card, he addressed me by name, "Mr. ***." Next time we go to Las Vegas, Citizen's will definitely be one our stops.

Raw food served

By LLJ7 |

Absolutely shocking place a group of 6 of us stopped here to eat before show and our friend was served under cooked practically raw chicken tenders!! We complained and they didn’t seem bothered by this just said sorry none of us finished our dishes because of this and we was offered no form of compensation still had to pay for what we had ordered awful 😡 AVOID THIS PLACE FOR FOOD

Breakfast Review- OUTSTANDING!

By George D |

After our first day at Mandalay Bay, Citizens became our must stop breakfast place every day. Great coffee, good and fast breakfast, and wonderful servers started our day with a bang ever morning.

Flavorful food...for a price

By Shanethenurse |

It was very loud here and the seats were uncomfortable. I ordered a Rueben with fries and my wife had the nachos with chicken. Both orders were tasty and I would happily eat them again, but the price was a bit high, like everything else in LVNV, $40 for those 2 items, ouch! We had water to drink and they use the useless paper straws that get mussy after a few minutes.

Breakfast Success!

By BeachBoundSince1979 |

We ate at Citizens twice for breakfast — once in the restaurant and once “to go.” Everyones meals were delightful. Service was wonderful. Recommended.

Great for late night

By Kaymtravel7 |

We appreciated that this place was open late into the night so we could grab a bite after working late. The food was good, nothing special, but enjoyable. I liked the chicken noodle soup. We did have to wait a bit to be seated. It’s in the Mandalay Bay.

Pleasant surprise

By vegasrugbyref |

This shop has a full restaurant next to it. Sandwiches, doughnuts espresso, coffee all at a surprisingly inexpensive price. Recommended for lunch for sure

Breakfast during COVID

By Kelly B |

We visited Citizens Kitchen Labor day weekend during the COVID crisis. While staying at Mandalay we found many of the restaurants were still closed. We chose Citizens because it was in our hotel and it was open. As first time guests, we were very pleased and surprised with the food and service. The portions we generous for the price and will go back again. The restaurant was spotless and the seating was socially distant. COVID aside, it's good food, service and great location.

Fairly good for the price

By Ames555 |

We had a good experience. The menu could be more vast in its choices but I had a tuna melt and my husband had the pastrami. He was not entirely pleased but I left stuffed and mine was delicious. It was $70 without tip for both sandwiches and three beers. Probably fairly standard for Vegas. I would eat here again.

A must have sandwich in Vegas!

By Desert Aloha |

The Turkey Avocado... This is an amazing sandwich and us a must every time we stay at Mandalay Bay! It has muenster cheese, sprouts, lemon aioli, tomato and served on their amazing cranberry walnut bread. Not sure if they make the bread there or not but want to take some home...

Really Good Food in a Tight Spot

By Nick K |

We grabbed lunch a couple times at Citizens during a work visit. The staff are super friendly and the food is excellent. I didn't try the ultimate Bloody Mary but we watched a guy at the next table try to drink it all and eat the shrimp, beef jerky and crab leg that came with it. That was entertaining. The fish and chips are enormous.

Great food

By kat mac |

We went to eat at Citizens after our wedding service was great food was great, loved this place, price of our lunch for about 13 people was reasonable.

Top tier Burger!

By Derek F |

I had the Hangry Burger and it was easily in the top 3 burgers I’ve ever had. And that’s even coming from eating at Gordon Ramsay Burger. Our server Travis was excellent, atmosphere was fun. Highly recommend!

Great eating!

By Barb |

Found this eatery in Mandalay Bay and enjoyed it, very nice. Sat down to prompt and friendly service. Had the Chicken BLT sandwich and the full rack of ribs. Both were tasty and hot. Caesar side salads rounded it out with an order of French fries. Prices are reasonable for Vegas. Coffee, Tea and a shared carrot cake to end the visit. Would definitely go again.

Love it that is open 24 hrs!

By Linda M |

I like it that is open 24 hrs. Had steak nachos and they were delicious 😋 a lot of beef. Love that is across from the Rhythm & Riffs Lounge so when I am there to see the Phoenix rock band I get a plate to go.

Arrival experience could not possibly be worse...

By GlobalRoamer345 |

I was staying at Mandalay Bay as a hotel guest on a comp and came here to have brunch on my check out day. I had my luggage with me as I had already checked out. It was about 11am on a weekday so the place was pretty empty. Even though there were loads of tables, the greeter tried to sit me at the bar, which would have been very difficult/inconvenient for both myself and others with my luggage. Then she tried to sit me at the worst table in the whole place, which also had no space for my luggage and was right in the way of the route of all the wait staff trying to pick up and bus meals from the kitchen. When I suggested a table already right next to me that had plenty of space for my luggage and had no-one around it on either side, (i.e. a table location that would not have been in a location that would have been inconveniencing anyone else) she actually flat out refused to seat me there even though the place was pretty empty as the breakfast crowd had long finished, and the lunch crowd was yet to arrive. So I just walked out and walked my luggage back to the Sea Breeze cafe instead, which was totally fine and normal in every aspect of the visit. Just on principle and my arrival experience alone, I would never spend a cent in the Citizens Kitchen, and would never re-visit or recommend there. Ironically I was already dining on a resort credit coupon that they had given me, after experiencing all the inconveniences of the MGM data hack during my stay, so the bad experience was Citizens Bar was like the poison icing on the cake. In truth, I do believe that there has to be some accountability somewhere, so I would choose to go elsewhere with my gambling dollar next time, as in, I would not re-stay at Mandalay Bay based on this experience.

American Comfort Food

By MLB |

A nice choice if your looking for something easy while in Mandalay Bay. I’m not sure I would go out of my way to dine here if not already at Mandalay Bay.

Pretty good but overpriced!

By Oconaf |

Stopped to grab a quick dinner here before a show. Setting was nice, friendly, and welcoming. Service was also really good. Food was great. I had the grilled chicken breast sandwich and left nothing but crumbs. But I did think our bill was way too much., We were 2 adults and 2 kids (kids didn't even finish their food) and with tip it was just over $100. Not to mention my drink was $12 because they included top shelf liquor without even asking me. WTF! So overall pretty good, but you're clearly paying high prices simply for the fact that you're inside the luxurious Mandalay Bay.

Great Fish and Chips

By Michael H |

We were pleasantly surprised by the fish and chips. We just wanted a light meal before a concert, so order one plate of fish and chips to share. Wow, the fish was moist, the batter was crispy and the fries were perfect - crispy on the outside with a soft middle. We did not expect fish to be done this well prepared outside of a harbor town. We have eaten at Citizen's a number of times and the food has always been good. This fish and chips was excellent. We will be back to order again.

Great Food

By Jeff D |

Stoped in for Breakfast and it was excellent. Located just off the casino floor near the other restaurants. Eggs Benedict were tasty and fresh. Service was attentive and quick with refills.
