Went for a weekday lunch and found this to be a solid pub. They had all the standard pub fare along with a good selection of on tap beers. Prices were reasonable and as expected for what was on offer. We appreciated that this wasn't a touristy place and appeared to be more of a locals lunchtime location. We would visit again.

After spending the better part of the day in a very uncomfortable airline seat, I found comfort at Collins Pub. Cold beer and salmon to die for. Noisy and raucous in the Irish tradition but a great place to enjoy the evening.

The food was great. The server was very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed the burger and caesar salad. I asked to share and they were great about it. Only suggestion is that wine was $5 for small glass. If you like beer they had plenty.

Very good "pub grub" Very noisy inside at noon, try for an outside table if not raining (Seattle you know).

I work nearby and eat at this pub regularly. The food is very good, and the service is even better. The restaurant is always clean

With the exception of the tofu sandwich, I've most enjoyed everything I've had here. Good beer selection, too. The service staff could be a little more attentive, though.

Was there on 8/24/15. The atmosphere and crowd were great. There is an extensive beer list on a chalk board, and the risotto with prawns was good. We sat at the bar and had terrible service. Easily the least friendly and personable bartender I've ever had serve me. Put a bad note on an otherwise enjoyable meal.

Have been here several times for lunch. Love the crab sandwich. My friend always orders the burger and is equally enthusiastic.

We walked here from our Best Western Hotel because they said it was the best in the area for food and it was. Our drinks were well made and the food was great. I had the pork chop with peaches and it was "Top Notch". The cook here knows what he is doing! The dinner salad was well made and our waitress was actually jogging to the back kitchen to fill her orders on time and quickly. I think they were understaffed tonight. I highly recommend this establishment.

The lunch we had was fantastic with a huge selection of local craft brews on tap . The wait staff was courteous and helpful when making beer and mixed drink selections. The Reuben Sandwich was very large with a large portion of hand cut fries on the side. Delicious! We will definately be back again.

Excellent fish and chips. We sat outside and it was very nice. Don't be in a hurry when you stop by. Nice location with great people watching.

Enjoyed sampling several craft IPAs on a Saturday afternoon. Collins Pub has an excellent selection of rotating taps. As with another reviewer, the bartender was the only server, so service was average. The pub is clean, with clean restrooms and great decor. I tasted the smoked salmon chowder (good but nothing special), the beef brisket sandwich (very good), and the crispy pork chop (good, but served with essentially raw green beans).

This is a handy spot before a sports event or just if you need a good happy hour with great beer choices and food. The beer menu is outstanding and the food choices broad with healthy options. A fun atmosphere too with some outdoor seating.

We were looking for a lunch spot on a Sunday before some of us did some tours. This place came up on our search and our hotel concierge recommended it as well. It was well worth the walk. I can't talk about how busy it gets as this part of town seemed quiet this Sunday we visited. I imagine it has regulars as it has a nice menu and great selections for beers.

We came here on a whim because it was close to our hotel and so glad we did! The service was exceptional and the food was very good. We started off with the fried cheese curds -- DELISH We also had salads (mine with grilled chicken) the chicken wasn't superb but it went well with my salad and my husband had the fish and chips. He loved it and the portions adds just right. This was, surprisingly one of the better meals we've had here!

Collins Pub is an inviting bar in the Pioneer Square area. My wife and I walked over from our hotel and managed to snag the last table in a very busy space. Service was warm and friendly and our server did an amazing job keeping everything moving smoothly in a very busy environment. I ordered salmon and my wife ordered a burger - the burger was wonderful but the salmon was dry and overcooked - a minor flaw in an otherwise excellent experience.

If you are into craft beers with a variety of selection this is a place to stop! We went during happy hour and the place was full. Fun atmosphere and the bartender was friendly and helpful. We did not eat here, but a lot of other people were.

Collins Pub Collins Pub is located in the Pioneer Square area of Seattle off of 2nd and James street. Collins Pub has been around since 2010 and has remained a great mainstay that is clean and offers great beers, eats and service. My older sister and i stopped in this last Sunday before the (horrible) Seahawks game against the Redskins. Needless to say the Pub was jam packed with anxious eaters and massive drinkers trying to get their last shot in before running to the Century Link field. My sister and I sat ourselves. There wasn't a sign directing us either way so why not. Our server, Brooke, was absolutely delightful. Although she was slammed she made sure we got our beers even though the shots took a second. We ordered calamari and the crab/artichoke dip. Very impressed that she made sure to write everything down. With an establishment at capacity it's very VERY smart to write everything down. It saves the grief from servers, BOH, FOH and the guests. I have to say the food was TOP KNOTCH! The calamari was tender and perfectly fried. There was no oil residue which indicates that they change their fryer oil. Thank you!!! It had peppers and pieces of bacon fried with the squid and what better than the ever-so-popular sriracha/mayo dipping sauce. The crab artichoke dip was gorgeously rich and the portion was on point. It was not greasy whatsoever, which is highly impressive and you don't see that in many places. It was accompanied by pita bread and toasted assorted breads. I love the variety. Nice touch. We were so happy we talked about maybe even going back for round two after the game. AWESOME JOB COLLINS PUB! Highly recommend!!! *****

Stopped by late on a Thursday night. We had just flown in to Seattle, and it was right next to our hotel. We walked in and took a seat, as directed by the sign, and soon the bartender stopped over. I asked him about beer on tap and his response was "We have a lot on tap, they're all on the chalkboard in the front" and kind of stared at me. After an awkward pause he was actually pretty helpful in recommending some beers, and all the beers we had were really good. We ordered some food, and it came out quickly and was all delicious. However, throughout the meal the service, while not BAD, there was absolutely no friendly attitude. I wonder if on weekends and prime eating time there is a friendlier, dedicated server? Either way, definitely worth a visit at least for the food and beer.

Dined here recently and ordered fish and chips off the happy hour menu, what a great value for such excellent food! This place has a great selections of beers on tap and a varied but simplified menu that will have something for every palette. They should dim the lights a bit at night to make the ambiance even more relaxing.

First time to Seattle. My wife, mom and i enjoyed the food and our server Will was very helpful with tips to get around. Great burgers and beer.

I was meeting a client in Pioneer Square to discuss some business and we decided to try Collins Pub. It's very convenient, offers some nice sidewalk seating in good weather, and is fairly spacious inside with a nice atmosphere. It's loud, but you can maintain a good conversation at normal volume easily. The wait staff was very friendly and the food is tasty. The menu offers some different lunch items than a lot of places. I decided to try the Lamb Sandwich and it was very good. My client got the Tower Steak Sandwich and devoured it happily. I will definitely take other clients there in the future. Take a look at the menu on line before you head out as the prices for some of the lunch entrees are on the higher side of cheap eats.

On a business trip. Marriott down the street recommended this place. Ordered a Caesar salad with grilled salmon. One of the best Caesar salads I have ever had. The salmon was very flavorful, dressing was tasty and just the right amount. Good size portions. Service was quick and friendly. Nice atmosphere too.

We had dinner here one night. We started with the cheese plate, which we enjoyed. My husband had fish and chips, which was very plain, but he liked it. I had the vegetable lasagna, which was okay, but tasted like it was reheated and the middle was not quite hot. Our server was fine. The atmosphere was a bit loud, but not out of control. In all, a fine dinner.

A great beer selection with knowledgable servers. Food very solid. It did close early but a worthwhile place to have a meal a couple pints during the day or early evening.

Easy going pub style fair good tunes playin and great bartender. Should def comb the ranks. I will return. Not a tourist trap, it has great prices. Walked down and took ferry for 45 minute ride. Perfect.

Had lunch with a client and this was selected at random. You know the google map thing what's close. Well it wasn't average it was very good. The waitress suggested the Rueben and it was great. Service was excellent. The front doesn't look like much but the food was very good..

My wife and I and our kids ate dinner here because it was less that a block from our hotel. We did not have high hopes for great "pub" food, but we were pleasantly surprised. They have a small menu but the quality of the food was excellent. The service was also very friendly and prompt.

I went for the lengthy menu of brew offerings (so many choices, so little time) and was blown away by the food! The gnocchi was especially delicious and every bit as good as a homey Italian restaurant. The calamari, hummus platter and asparagus with arugula salad were fantastic appetizers. The server was attentive and fun. What a gem of a pub!

This "pub" looked NOTHING like a pub, it had a very contemporary interior. The restaurant was busy and VERY noisy. The volume made us get through dinner quickly, so that we could get outside so we could hear again! My husband ordered the Reuben, the meat was burned to a crisp. The server commented to him "that's the way we make it", but she did exchange it for another one - which was also burned meat although not as badly charred as the first. I had the macaroni and cheese, it was good, but it cost a lot of $$$ for a small bowl of macaroni and cheese with no side dish. Overall an o.k. experience, but we would not return because of the loud volume inside and the fact that the meals were definitely not worth the price. Service was friendly and relatively quick.

Great atmosphere with great sandwich for lunch a little pricey? Good selection of wine and micro beer

Stopped in here for lunch and glad we did. Ordered a burger, my wife had a seared tune steak sandwich and it was awesome! Service was great the waiter/bartender recommended a few beers that we enjoyed while eating and watching a soccer game on their giant screen TV's. Convient for sightseeing as well as it's located near Pioneer Square and not far from Pike Place Market.

Stopped in for lunch the other day after reading the good reviews here. Nice looking place...definitely more upscale than I thought it would be from the exterior. Nice selection of draft micros and liquor. The staff was friendly enough, but no one was smiling or making banter with any of the customers while I was there; it was easy to tell the staff wished they were anywhere but work that day. The food is quite pricey for a pub: I don't remember anything on the menu being less than $12. I ordered a $14 reuben sandwich and really hoped the size would justify the price, but it didn't. The bread was downright soft and greasy after being soaked in butter, apparently. The corned beef was overcooked and wasn't bland, and there wasn't all that much of it. The whole thing was pretty flavorless aside from the buttery bread and grilled sourkraut. The rest of the plate was piled high with french fries that were equally meh. They weren't bad or anything, but if I'm paying $14 for a little sandwich at a pub I kind of expect some homestyle o'briens or something, ya know? The full pickle wedge ended up being the best part. I ordered a pint of something local and was kinda shocked to find it was $6 when I got my bill. $20 for a sandwich and a pint...yikes. I won't be back.

Great food, awesome burgers, and the fun staff make this one of my favorite places in Seattle to grab a quick bite and drink before/after sporting events

This was the next block from our hotel. Quick service, decent food and price was right. I would recommend for a quick meal. Nothing fancy but good.

After a long day of travel and sightseeing, my husband and I were in need of a good dinner. Collins Pub was a short walk from our hotel and prices were reasonable. It has a relaxed atmosphere and seems like a great place to hang out with friends. I wish I remembered our waiter's name -- it was so friendly and provided great service. I had the steak salad and it was so good. We each got a local beer/cider and enjoyed them. I would definitely go back.

While on business in Seattle, I ate lunch with colleagues at Collins Pub. Had their salmon chowder and a house salad. Enjoyed them both.

Collins Pub is a great place if you are looking for a good selection of beers, relatively quite relaxed atmosphere, and good pub grub.

Collins Pub is a great neighborhood Pub, with a nice menu and a great selection of craft beers. The beer menu changes, so it's beat to be experimental and not get stuck on one. The hamburger is really wonderful, and I highly recommend ordering one. Convenient to Pioneer Square, sports events and Downtown Seattle.

Stopped in for a quick mid day drink. My wife didn't love the Bloody Mary, I enjoyed my beer. Bartender gal was super nice. Place is decorated nicely with large bar, plenty of seating.

This is one fine place for lunch! Some of the best pub food I've had. Delicious fries. Crisp salads. Our group had Reubens, fish and chips, butternut squash risotto and crab cake BLT. All was wonderful!

Staying at the Marriott, convenient down the street. It was quiet when we went and that was nice to carry on a business conversation. Service was good, drinks were nice as well. Will probably return on the next visit.

We went to The Collins Pub for a happy hour drink after a day of sightseeing. We expected to have a drink or two and then go elsewhere for dinner, but were tired and decided to stay there to eat, and we were very glad we did. The macaroni and cheese was wonderful - a very tasty blend of cheeses and the garlicky breadcrumbs on top were a great complement to the rich cheese. They were out of another one of our choices - the smoked halibut sandwich, and instead were offering an off-menu option of lamb ragu with pumpkin gnocchi. This dish was one of the best dishes I have ever had in a restaurant. The ragu was rich and flavorful. Tomato-y, a bit tangy, with layers of flavor. Finished with cream, but not too heavy. The gnocchi were perfectly cooked, and then seemed to have been lightly crisped in a pan before serving. So good! We returned the next night and had the mixed nuts roasted in duck fat. They had a very nice roasted poultry aroma, which was very subtle to the taste. The portion was huge for a $3 happy hour snack, but we did not complain about their generosity. We followed up the nuts with a steak salad and a chili "ghosted" grilled duck breast salad. Both well worth the price - between $10 and $17, if I remember correctly. They have a great selection of craft beers, and our server was very helpful in describing the beers, and helped us choose very good ones.

We went here for a drink only because they had an outside sitting area so we have no input on food quality. Biggest issue was finding information. Tap Beers are on the chalk board with no price, Bottle beer and Wine are on the Menu. Wanted a drink menu and was told there was none. When we asked about Margaritas available the waiter said "they are Margaritas" Seemed to be annoyed we were asking for information. Spent 2 weeks in the area and experienced many great places that treated customers well. This was not one of them.

Great beer list and great service, in the summer they have a small patio that is almost always full.

We stumbled across Collins Pub wandering our way around the Historic District in Seattle. It is obviously very popular with the lunch crowd which speaks well for the place. In my view it was good pub food and the service was very good. If it had drawbacks, it would be that it was very crowded and conversation difficult because of a high noise level but then it was a pub and not a restaurant. If I happen to be in the area again at lunch time, I'll give it another go - prices were reasonable and the service was very good so what more might you want?

Didn't eat but knowledge bar keep knew how to find good beers for us. Outdoor seating and cozy indoor atmosphere top it all off.

We stopped in for Happy Hour. My wife ordered the Stout and I had a Franziskaner Weissbier from Munich. For dinner I had the Salmon with capers and salad and my wife had shrimp with cous cous. The salmon was excellent. The shrimp overcooked. The cous cous was excellent.

We had the pulled pork sliders from the happy hour menu, a little spicy, nice. We had fun picking a local beer to go along with the food.

I have eaten here many times and it's a great pub. They have an excellent beer selection and plenty of customer seating. We've always had good food and great customer service.

We stopped by this pub after an underground tour in Pioneer Square; our tour guide recommended this place and we're glad he did! We were there before noon and were the only people there, so noise obviously wasn't a problem for us at all. I got the crab cake BLT and it was absolutely delicious. My husband got the fish and chips and it was very good as well. While we can't say what the atmosphere is like at night, we can say that we really enjoyed our lunch and it was some of the best pub food we had in Seattle!

If you are doing some of the tourist things in downtown Seattle, this is a great lunch stop. Technically part of the Smith Tower, its close to Pioneer Square and the underground tour. Nice, upscale pub food. I had the beef brisket sandwich and the BBQ sauce was zesty. Served on a local bakery bun it's a generous sandwich with coleslaw and fries. My hubby enjoyed the steak sandwich. Nice, welcoming interior. Cozy booths and friendly service.

We stopped at Collins Pub for a drink as part of our walk around this part of Seattle and it was so good that we stayed for dinner as well. Not only was the food and drink great but the barmaid gave us the tip of taking a round trip on the Bainbridge Ferry rather than paying a lot more for one of the many cruises around the bay in order to get much the same experience of Seattle from the water. And the craft beers are wonderful as well!

This is a nice Irish Pub, but they close at 9:30pm on a Saturday Night. Shameful, and the bartender had no interest in serving us another drink. You get 1 and your bill....no more, no less.

2 stars = Meh. I've experienced better. This is place is nice. It was 1 block from hotel while staying in Seattle for the weekend. I went at 9:30p on a Thursday, so it was empty except for a few locals. I think the bartender prepares the drinks and cooks, as there were some delays, but nothing unreasonable. There was an amazing selection of beer. I noticed there were crafted cocktails, so I ordered a vodka gimlet, which came as collins. The bartender quickly corrected his mistake and it tasted nice. I ordered the house salad with grilled salmon. It was pub fair - I think the salmon was frozen and it was cooked a little dry on the outside and underdone in the middle. The greens were simple. Overall, I would say it was adequate. The prices were expensive for the quality. This is a nice staple, basic place. It's comfortable and I would go again, if I stayed in this neighborhood.

We arrived to a restaurant with only two staff working, a 'chef' and a bartender. There were food plates everywhere with food scraps. One customer even got up and asked the bartender/waiter if he could deliver their food order to the kitchen. This place was dirty, and not deserving of any stars.

Nice Bar / restaurant with a fantastic beer selection and an even better burger! Menu goes way beyond the burger of course but it was just what I needed. I will be back.

We called in on a hot afternoon for a beer and what struck me was the long list of really good beers, many local, on draught. We chose a couple after a chat with the barman and they tasted good. I have no idea what it would be like at night or an a busy weekend, but the beers are good.

We had a delicious dinner. Beautiful wood-crafted bar. Nice dining area adjacent to the bar. Excellent steaks were enjoyed.

Before happy hour ended we ordered beer and the off the main menu. I had the fish 'n chips, my wife had the Salmon. Both were cooked just right, tasty (not fatty) and plenty to eat. The only issue is that we originally sat in a booth. One waitress looked like she was working her buns off and it could've taken a long time for service. We walked over to the bar and the service great. Reasonable mid-range prices, just like I like them!

A nice pub on 2nd Avenue. The interior is kinda that mellow no colors that are too dark or too light ambiance, tallish backed wood table booths are comfy and there are also the bar stools you can sit on.The service was fine and pleasant I thought, no problems. The beer list is very good with quite a few good locals represented and also a full bar.The menu consisted of more healthy and nutritious pub fare, but the prices are way too high, for $ 14.00 put some fish on that plate with my fish and chips.Yeah they were damn good I admit , skin on fries mmmmm, but they need to either lower the food prices or put better portions on.

I was referred to this place by my hotel as a place that would have many gluten free options. As it turns out, they don't have that many. The place was nice and a cool atmosphere, and Rachel provided great service. The prices were very reasonable and the food was good. Worth recommending to non GF people.

We were staying nearby and just needed to eat after a long airplane ride. The beer options were good and the waiter/bartender was really knowledgeable about the IPAs. This isn’t the place for cocktails. Our table had the burger, fish and chips, chicken sandwich, and tomato soup. The burgers were excellent with bacon; the sweet potato fries are better than regular; chicken sandwich and soup were unremarkable. Fish and chips were pretty good. It seems to be a pattern in Seattle with short waitstaff, but it was a great place to hang out if you aren’t in any hurry.

Bar keep was not very helpful, friendly, or anything. Nice outside seating area, nice weather which was nice for May.

I come in every now again when I'm in Seattle on business. The staff is friendly and I almost always end up chatting with someone nice at the bar next to me. It's an easy place to walk into and you quickly feel comfortable. They have a number of great local beers on tap as well as a bunch of imports. Food has always been solid with portions on the large side.

We went in on a Friday evening about 7 PM. It was rather noisy and sort of dark but our meal made all those little annoyances go away! The chaucutterie plate as an appetizer was absolute heaven. They serve several types of salami from Salumi (Mario Battali's dad's place) - which is just down the street, crusty bread, a super tangy whole grain mustard and tiny cornichons & greens. If you can't get to Salumi for your fix, this is one place you can get some and NOT have to stand in line. It's a light meal in itself. I'd suggest a visit here for this fact alone. We also had the fish and chips and the macaroni and cheese. The fish portion was unfortunately rather small, but the fries were generous but seasoned (not the diner's favorite but good enough) and the coleslaw was light and lemony. The mac and cheese was two-cheese-marvelous, creamy and stringy with a crisp topping of toasted panko, and the portion was good sized. Our waitress was a delight. Their bar features dozens of micro's on tap and they have four times that many in bottles. We would definitely go back to try their burger or the Reuben, both of which were recommended.

I went to Collins recently for lunch with a friend. It was my first time in Collins and it is a fairly modern pub atmosphere. There were a couple flat screens on the wall with ESPN playing (during lunch) which was great, since I was waiting for my friend. They do have outside dining available during the summer. I was sat right away and the server was very prompt in bringing me drink refills. I ordered the Collins Ahi Tuna Sandwich - not a typical sandwich but typical Seattle fare. I upgraded my fries to the sweet potato fries. This was hands down the best sandwich I have ever had. Full disclosure - I love tuna. However, this sandwich was very well constructed. There was a very good amount of tuna which was seared perfectly. The wasabi aioli added the right amount of kick. It wasn't too spicy but you knew it was there and the seaweed salad was a great lettuce alternative. I don't know that I can ever order anything else when I go back. I shouldn't forget to mention the fries. They were great as well. I love sweet potato fries and they are actually hard to get right. When baked, they don't always get crispy enough. When fried, they are easy to burn. These were just crispy enough and were coated with a coarse sea salt. They were oustanding. I will definitely be returning.

At night it is really a bar and not a restaurant. We had been traveling all day and this was only 1/2 block from the hotel. We had crab cake sandwich and seafood stew which was okay. the stout on tap was the best thing. It actually worked very well since we were tired and did not want anything fancy.

We went their with our team during the lunch. Staff was friendly, good and quick service. Being a vegetarian, I got a great choice of falafel wrap. It was great with sweet potato fries. Looks very popular during lunch - all full around noon.

Dined here tonight with hubby. Lots of energy and noise on a very busy night. Great waitress. Delicious burger. Good salmon albeit a bit over cooked. Fun atmosphere. Good place to have a meal and a drink and not spend a fortune. Glad we dined here.

stopped in with friends last Friday night, there was only one bartender working, no other staff. We were there about 9:30pm.... Maybe it was because he was alone, but the bartender was pretty grumpy... with smart-#$% comebacks, that were not called for. Also there is no snacks, or food available.... we sat there for 2-3 rounds, because we did not want to walk far from the hotel we were at. but it would have been nice for a pleasant word form the guys who is taking your money for his slow service...... and no, it was not busy.

We felt right at home at the bar. Very nice bartender named Dusty who took good care of the 8 of us. We enjoyed all the food we had. The beer on tap was really good NUG Life. We were in town before going on a cruise.

Collins Pub is a nice little pub that can be easily missed. The front of the building is small but they have a lot more tables in the back. We went at happy hour and the place was pretty busy and we lucked out with a table. The food was excellent and the service was quick and efficient. It's a cozy place and not a bad place to catch a game.

My server/bartender was great, he played no part in my disappointment. I like to try the specialty drinks of the establishment if they have them, many are hidden gems. I tried the breakfast mule, vodka steep in early grey tea with an orange ginger beer. It was alright, it seemed well made, I drank the whole thing, but it had an odd after taste I think from the tea I wouldn't be likely to order it again. The true disappointment was the deep fried Beechers cheese curds. I just recently discovered this was a think in Seattle. So after being delighted with a competitors same dish I decided I'd have to try theirs once I saw it on the menu in the window. These were just like cheese sticks in small ballish drops. They were over all fine but they were not the amazing delight I previously encountered. Since I tried no other food I can't tell you if the other food is better or not. I struggled giving a 3 not 4, I hate to be negative, they weren't bad, and they would get a 4 in my neighborhood that has no great restaurants. However, in pioneer square there are so many great options of places to eat I'd have to say this ones just not as special.

Dropped in for a quick bite - very friendly service. Offered a taste of a few beers to decide. Nice boiled potatoes with steak, cooked well. The Caesar salad was with grilled chicken - some croutons but no bacon or anchovies which I am used to. Nice crowd in bar, dog friendly.

Nice beer list on their chalkboard menu. Just stopped by for a few pints and sat outside. Ended up having lunch. Pulled pork sandwich was very good. The steak salad was average.

Nice menu, great food, ambiance, music, and service. The fried chicken sandwich has definitely earned it “best of Seattle” title. The humus plate was also delicious, as were the cheese curds and NY strip steak.

Food was good at this Pioneer Square neighborhood pub. The bartender was the only waiter so he was a little overloaded and he didn't remember how things were ordered which was a little disappointing. Was a little overpriced but most food in downtown Seattle is.

We entered this place because we were looking for a local place for a beer. When we entered we were pleasantly surprised. Although it had several beers on tap, the food selection was much better than pub food. I had the Mac and Cheese, and it was great. Our server was excellent as well. We were happy we stopped.

We were on Pioneer Square at lunchtime searching for a place with a menu that was flexible enough for us to stay on our strict low to no sodium diet. We split a great burger with fries and I had a draft from the large selection of local brews. The burger was large and served with a respectable side of probably previously frozen fries. We cheated on diet and splurged with the calamari appetizer that we split which was more than respectable, a nice lightly battered, crunchy and generous serving hit the spot. Just off the square proper, it’s ideally situated with an upscale pub atmosphere dominated by an old ornate bar. The art is a bit alarming with it’s disturbing renditions of human figures but it helped make the place a bit edgy and less stodgy. Not a tourist spot for sure so that was a nice change.

Lots of beers on tap with a good selection of local craft beer as well as some others from around the country. I had a Port Mongo IPA which was awesome. The beers and atmosphere make this place a great spot to grab a drink. I'd come back.

Great food, great ambience, great music. In town for U2 - went on a local friend's recommendation. We almost left because it was clear they were understaffed. Our server, the only one on duty for an hour, did a great job even with a wicked crowd! Kudos to MJ.

We were looking for a snack near our hotel and this place was recommended. We were not disappointed. We split 3 appetizers and some onion rings between the six of us and had food left over. The beer selection was incredible, lots (20-25) of local craft beers and the staff was very knowledgeable about the beers, they were able to make some good recommendations. The food was flavorful, lots of interesting little extras, like the pita wedges were homemade with artisan spices on them, and the sauces for the calamari were very unique. All in all, a good stop on a gastronomic adventure.

We had dinner here. Found the food excellent and the staff very personable. The burgers were so good, we were sorry we had to leave the next day.

went to this bar after the seahawk/raven game this last sunday. was within walking distance of our hotel & the stadium. when we first walked in, things were a little chaotic. the waitress could'nt give us menus right away and the place was pretty packed. after ordering our food, the place thinned out and we could'nt have had a better time. our waitress was very attentive and the food was really good. they have a great selection of beers as well. will go back next time we stay down in that area of seattle.

Great find in downtown Seattle. The food was really good, especially the burgers. Great selection of beer on tap. Friendly service and good prices.

I was staying at the Courtyard one block away and was looking for dinner. Found this little pub. Sat at the bar and ordered dinner. Both my husband and I had the fish and chips and it was yummy. Bartender was funny and could make a good drink. Seemed like a nice mix of locals and travelers. Comfortable and worth making a trip to Pioneer Square.

This is a great place to sit down to a great meal with a superb setting, bar, and staff. We were lucky enough to have Jada as our server. She offered all kinds of advice on the menu and things to do and see in the area. The burgers, salads, seafood were perfect. Onion rings to die for! Happy hour starts at 4 pm and be sure to ASK FOR JADA!!! I hope this helps you enjoy your visit to Seattle as much as we have.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly service and wide beer selection. I was surprised at how good the food was. Restaurant style. I had the pork chop with Ai gratin potatoes and broccollini, it was amazing.
Lunch with Daughter
Great service and location near Pioneer Square. The waiter was super polite and the service was quick. Great sandwiches and fries.
