Do yourself a favor and get some of the crab claws and sauce. The broiled crab cakes are more crab than cake which is the way I remember Maryland crab cakes that are great with crawfish and shrimp too!

Special thanks to my server Donna for superb service even during the busy super bowl weekend ! Very polite and made sure me and my small kids had everything we needed. Definitely will be back!

I really enjoyed my visit at this location. Our server Donna was outstanding! I will definitely be back.

Everyone is our party of 6 commented on our waiter, Bilal, and what a great job he did. He went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed and that everything was prepared to our liking. My in-laws had crab cakes and were impressed with how good they were. Bayou Broccoli appetizer is always a must when we visit. Jazz guitarist in the bar area was really good. We'll definitely ask for Bilal next time we're there!

The food was well prepared and came to the table piping hot. We enjoyed the crawfish bread as an appetizer. My hubs loved his etouffee. It was filled with crawfish. The seafood platter was just what I was craving. I had enough for two complete meals. Our server was so attentive and smiling thru her mask. She enjoys her job and it shows!

I usually always enjoy my experience here and well, I think I just should've chosen my usual dish versus trying something different. I got the Jambalaya Pasta and it was okay but not what I was expecting or hoping for. The atmosphere is great, my food was well prepared and on time. I can't say anything necessarily wrong about the restaurant, I just didn't care for my food as much as usual this time.

Went out for a celebration. Very disappointed. Probably took 30 minutes to get anything to drink other than water. Entrees came after about 45 minutes and before side salads. Food taste was okay.

We can't say enough about how delicious everything is! a perfect menu to feed our guys and gals. Not only is their food amazing, but they delivered it a few minutes early, careful to help me set up and verify I have everything I need. Professional. Delicious and friendly! we will order from you again. Thanks for making my holiday team meeting a sweet success!

Ordered a fried turkey for Christmas, picked up on Mon, 12/21 at noon. 1). The “hostess” was extremely rude and aloof (not just to me, but to many arriving guests). 2). One of the reps (at the to go station) was helpful; however, the one with the long weave severely lacks cust svc skills as well. Need to remove her and the hostess from the greeting stations. 3). The turkey was seasoned well; however, was very DRY (white and dark meat) - $80 wasted with a bad cust svc experience to boot. Do better Copeland’s - even during COVID!!!

We celebrated our 43rd anniversary at Copeland’s in Kennesaw, Ga!! The food was amazing, hot and delicious!!! Mike was very knowledgeable and assisted us with our food choices. Will visit again ❤️❤️

I came for brunch yesterday and it was my first time there. I enjoyed the food, but what matters to me most when visiting a new restaurant is the service! Gena was our server and she was AMAZING! She interacted w/ both me and my kids and it made all the difference! I'll be back for sure. Ask for Gena!!

Great food and better service. Try the catfish stuffed with crabmeat. My daughter had the top sirloin steak with crabmeat topping. Drinks were great, not watered down. Long wait (45-1hr) and they don't use open table. We just sat at the bar. Plenty of parking. They having a military discount. I recommend this restaurant on food and service.

Been coming once a year or so for 15 years (though recently we usually go to the Kennesaw location) and order the same thing - Blackened Bayou Chicken. Which is phenomenal. Until now. The chicken used to be fresh and homemade but now tastes like it came from a Costco freezer pack of tenderloins. It ruined the best thing on the menu. The stuffing wasn’t a perfect 10 either but was adequate. Normally it’s a mind-blower. I’ll make sure my next stop is at the Kennesaw one and hope all Copeland’s get back to fresh chicken before then.

Food was great. Loved the grits and bacon. Brenda was the perfect server! She was friendly and she great recommendations.

This is one of the best brunch experiences you will have anywhere. The lines are long but worth the wait. I took my family there for the brunch buffet. The seafood dishes and sides are fantastic. The atmosphere is festive but classy. It's a great place to people watch and even socialize at the bar (when there's room) or while waiting. The drinks are very good and the price is well worth it for the quality that you get.

This is the best meal I've had so far in Atlanta! We visited late Sunday evening and were seated immediately. Beautiful restaurant, excellent service! Erica was top notch, didn't miss a beat keeping our glasses full and anticipating every need! Three of us had the seafood platter and it was piled so high! It didn't look like we made a dent in it when we got full, easily a whole 'nother meal! So much on the menu I wanted to try, just may return before we leave.

I’ve been here several times & I just love their food! They give you huge portions in which you can share a meal. The only complaint I have is the wait staff is very slow & they leave you for a period of time without asking you if you need refills or anything. I love the atmosphere & they have a variety of food to choose from! I’ve had the chicken fish & crab cakes to name a few & it was delicious

We visited for the first time for my wife's birthday and Donna our waitress made the experience a memorable one. The food buffet was amazing along with the jazz music. We will definitely be coming back more frequently. Thanks Donna and the Copeland restuarant family.

I went to Copeland's of New Orleans for the 1st time with my gf. We received excellent service from our server Donna. She was very sweet, helpful, and attentive.

As always this location never fails to disappoint. It’s such a shame that the restaurant in country Kennesaw is far more flawless than this huge atlanta location. Togo handler kala was rude, I think that is a requirement to work here as the whole staff has a hard demeanor, and she moved extremely slow with no sense of urgency. She quoted wait times of 10 minuets when the actual wait was 35 just for the food to have been sitting out behind her. Bacon was burned. French toast coke. Extremely disappointed. Everytime I give this location another try I’m reminded why I drive the extra 15 to Kennesaw. PATHETIC.

Been a while since we had frequented a Copeland’s, but one was close to our concert venue so we stopped for dinner. So glad we did! Food was delicious as I remember and service was exceptional. Kevin took great care of us, made some splendid recommendations and delivery was prompt and friendly. We opted for the corn & crab bisque as an opener. I had the Eggplant Pirogue and my dinner companion had the grilled chicken & yams. Both were delicious. We even got the creole cheesecake for dessert. Light, melt-in-your-mouth whipped cheesecake and generously portioned. Atmosphere is jazzy and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

I lived in the area over 10 years ago and frequently dined at this establishment. It was a great feeling to come back see nothing has changed! The food was excellent and the service was fantastic.

Came here for an authentic southern food experience, and were not disappointed whatsoever. Food was great, Donna was a lovely host, will come back!

I'm not a fan of Copeland's for lunch or dinner. But their Sunday brunch is AWESOME! A wide variety of choices, all delicious. And the live jazz entertainment is always a plus. My only complaint is the EXTREMELY LONG wait. So be prepared and come hungry!

Stopped here with a party of four prior to a concert. They advertise themselves as a Louisiana Cajun restaurant, so we should have expected the good to be spicier. The crab beignet appetizers were a bit bland however. Crab bisque was wonderful, as was the crab stuffed ravioli. The Shrimp Ducky, with shrimp and duck on rice was tasty, if a bit spicy. In all, a good meal with efficient service.

The food was amazing, as usual & Donna was the sweetest waitress ever who tended to our every need! I’ll be back again & definitely want to sit in her section. Thanks Donna!

It was me and my boyfriend first time at Copeland‘s and the service absolutely amazing thanks to “Chan” and the manager “Eric” was so courteous and open to suggestions and advice about meal options!! 5/5 no complaints

We decided to grab lunch at Copeland’s, we enjoyed the food and service. My husband ordered the burger and I the shrimp po-boy & it was good. Service was good and bar needs of others were being attended to if you’re just looking for a drink and appetizer you could visit here.

She had two 4 tables and two of the tables were 5+ ppl and she was able to make sure everyone was happy and no one complained 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 she was awesome! I’m still here eating and had

I met a colleague for lunch. We were greeted with a friendly smile, let to a table, and water was quickly delivered. I had the grilled chicken for $10.99; the chicken was quite flavorful, yet was lukewarm as was the yams it sat upon. The chicken was also barely 6 ounces, and no other side except a biscuit, so I left wanting more. Our server was kind, but rather inattentive. It was just okay for me but I would go again and try something else to see if it’s any different.

This was our first visit and we were very impressed. Donna was our server and she was very personable, even our 8 year old was impressed, she said “she has great customer services” lol. The food was delicious everyone enjoyed their dish. We will be back.

Me and my family went there for dinner. It was a carry-out 30 minute wait but it was worth it. We had ordered gumbo, catfish with fries, a chicken sandwich, banana foster, bread pudding and pasta with steak. The food came with a side of delicious soft buttery biscuits! The steak and pasta had a good flavor but it came in a very portion(smaller than I thought) though it was a small platter. The banana foster is to die for! The catfish and gumbo was good too. The bread pudding was a bit soggy. If you prefer a more crispy pudding I wouldn't order this. I would definitely be coming back, especially for those biscuits!!!

I’ve been to this location before and the staff is always friendly and attentive as usual. The food was amazing. Crab claws are a must, and the pan seared salmon is truly a mouthgasm. Steve, our server, made the dining experience even more enjoyable each time he visited the table, his personality is unmatched. 10/10 recommend

This Brunch never disappoints it’s worth the wait… The food was hot and delicious a they kept bringing more out. We were lucky enough to get Ms.Donna their original waitress she has been there since they opened their doors. She is amazing….

They put on an automatic tip - which is fine. but they do not tell you and then prominently put on a "recommended tip" - not cool.

I was out and about in the area and decided to stop in for dinner. Much to my delight, I was seated within 15 minutes and was immediately greeted by Donna. The food was terrific but the service from Donna topped it off. She made great recommendations and provided exceptional service. Dinner was a night to remember. I will highly recommend this location based on the service alone. I will be coming back to see Donna very soon.

I'm not a cajun food snob and not from New Orleans, but I'm not really sure what people see in this place. Admittedly, Atlanta is not full of great cajun style restaurants, but I don't think Copeland's is the answer. My cajun jambalaya pasta was pretty average and my wife didn't like her dish at all (sorry, can't recall the name of it).

Thank you Mike for a great lunch experience. I brought my friend to Copeland’s and she had an amazing time. Whenever I return, I am asking for Mike!

Essence is an amazing server! We did not have to wait for anything, her energy was amazing and she smiled the entire time. The food was also amazing! I will be back for sure!

Ate here with my extended family last night. Didn’t get Donna’s table but got a chance to meet the legend (all the reviews on TripAdvisor rave about her). We passed up Kyma in Buckhead to come here and tbh were surprised this was ranked so high. The spinach artichoke dip was good, the fried chicken was fantastic and the burger was also pretty delicious. The rest of the dishes were a let down from the jambalaya to the eggplant pasta. Not sure why this gets such good reviews. Service was awful. We didn’t get cutlery until 10 mins after our food arrived. No one came to refill waters or soft drinks. I’m sure Donna would have handled all of this well.

Came here 2 days in a row and ate the Crawfish ravioli...I wish I can get a meal like this in NJ. If you're ever in the area, make sure you stop in.

First time coming here and it was my birthday, food was amazing and our server Donna was awesome! Great job to Copeland! 😊

Great service from Donna and the Chicken Parmesan was the best I have had in 20 years.. tender.. juicy and very tasty. Great salad and fresh bread.

Donna was very attentive to my neice and I not overly dramatic just right and at the right time. Thanks Donna for your great service ❤️

Alright, let's elevate that lemonade and turn it into a sophisticated, savory American beverage fit for a proper gathering! We're ditching the simple sweetness and embracing a more complex, layered flavor profile using the steaming method to infuse our honey with aromatic herbs. Romance Honey Lemonade Concentrate (Vegetarian) always sweet. This recipe creates a concentrate that you can then mix with ice and fresh lemonade for individual servings. It offers the option of mint or cherry notes to further customize the flavor. Yields: Approximately 20 servings (as a concentrate) Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 15-30 minutes (steaming) Skill Level: Intermediate Ingredients: Base Concentrate: 1 cup High-Quality Honey (local, if possible!) 1 cup Water 1 Lemon, thinly sliced (organic, if possible, for the zest) 1/2 teaspoon Black Peppercorns, lightly cracked 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt, fine grain Flavor Options (choose one or combine): Mint Infusion: 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves, loosely packed, gently bruised Cherry Infusion: 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Cherries, pitted and halved (or 1/4 cup Cherry Juice) To Finish: Romance Honeydays or your preferred fresh lemonade Ice cubes Optional garnishes: Fresh mint sprigs, cherry halves, lemon wedges Equipment: Steamer pot or a pot with a steamer basket insert Small bowl Fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth Pitcher for storing concentrate Instructions: 1. Prepare the Steamer: Fill the steamer pot with water, ensuring the water level is below the steamer basket. Bring the water to a gentle simmer. 2. Create the Honey Infusion: In the steamer basket, combine the honey, water, lemon slices, cracked peppercorns, and sea salt. 3. Add Flavor Infusion (Optional): * For Mint: Gently bruise the mint leaves by lightly crushing them with your hands. Add them to the steamer basket with the honey mixture. * For Cherry: Add the halved cherries (or cherry juice) to the steamer basket with the honey mixture. 4. Steam the Mixture: Place the steamer basket over the simmering water. Cover the pot and steam for 15 minutes for a lighter infusion, or up to 30 minutes for a more intense flavor. The longer you steam, the more pronounced the flavors will become. 5. Strain the Concentrate: Carefully remove the steamer basket from the pot. Let the honey mixture cool slightly. Place a fine-mesh sieve (or line a sieve with cheesecloth) over a pitcher or bowl. Pour the steamed honey mixture through the sieve to remove the solids. Discard the solids. 6. Cool and Store: Allow the honey concentrate to cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. 7. Assemble the Lemonade: Individual Servings: In a glass filled with ice, combine 2-3 tablespoons of the honey concentrate with 8-10 ounces of your preferred lemonade. Adjust the amount of concentrate to your taste. Pitcher: To make a larger batch, combine the desired amount of concentrate with lemonade in a pitcher. Stir well. Add ice just before serving. 8. Garnish: Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, cherry halves, or lemon wedges, as desired. Chef's Notes & Tips: Honey Selection: The type of honey you use will significantly impact the final flavor. Experiment with different honeys for unique profiles. Steaming Time: The steaming time is crucial. Start with 15 minutes, taste, and continue steaming if you desire a stronger flavor. Adjust Sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter lemonade, you can add a touch more honey to the concentrate. Spice it Up: For a kick, add a small piece of a fresh ginger to the steaming process. Savory Depth: The black peppercorns add a subtle savory depth that balances the sweetness. Don't skip them! Presentation: For a special occasion, serve the lemonade in chilled glasses with elegant garnishes. Enjoy this sophisticated and surprisingly savory take on a classic American beverage! It's a delightful way to impress your guests with your culinary creativity. Hey I would love to see on anyone restaurants menus and would love to enjoy a lunch and grab dinner here to check out and enjoy the vibes.

One of my date night go to spots. Best crab claws in Atlanta and best yams my husband loves the catfish Acadina best catfish I ever ate not muddy tasting but their fish is not my favorite is the crab cake pasta and I love the all you can eat Sunday brunch but make sure you bring your appetite

Very friendly service by Donna. She went above and beyond to make our dining experience unforgettable.

Came to celebrate kids going back to school. Food and drinks were AMAZING and so was our server Donna! Will be back soon!

I visited Copeland’s for their Holiday Buffet with my company and my server Ariel B. Was amazing! This was my first time here and I will definitely be back because of her!

It had been years since our local Copeland’s had closed, so when we were in Atlanta and saw one we were excited. Upon arrival at around 5 pm, we were greeted and told 10-15 minutes wait. After 25 min I asked what was up...and we were immediately seated. The menu had changed some, but we were able to find something familiar. Our waiter never asked if we wanted salads or sides, so we just assumed he forgot. The wait was quite long, and our server would come by and tell us it was coming. He never asked if we would like bread or something. Even after we gave him the card, it took forever to get processed. I’ve never felt that being white in an obviously non white restaurant was an issue, but we felt unwelcome and a burden. I guess that’s Atlanta’s way of payback.

The food was exquisite, but the service from BJ was Amazing!!!! If you are in the Atlanta area this spot should be on your list of places to eat!

Holy cow great food. Glad I came in on my way out of town. As always make sure to get the Blackened Bayou Chicken. Food was great, and Donna is fantastic!

Our server was Donna. She was an absolute sweetie! She was very patient with my super picky sister and was very playful and friendly with my 2 year old nephew. The food came quickly and it was delicious!!!! We'll be back next time we visit ATL.

Everything about my experience at this restaurant was great! Our food arrived in a timely manner and was amazing! 10/10 recommend and would come back. The manager Eric stopped at our table to check on us and he was very professional. Great service overall!

Today was my first dining in here an I gotta say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant so far. My sever Steve made the experience 10x better to go along with the amazing food we got to enjoy the whole time we were here. I started off ordering the spinach dip then followed that up with the crab stuffed catfish. The amount of flavor each dish had almost knocked me off my feet. An the drink “the perfect storm” was amazing as well. As some one who’s been to Mardi Gras an got to enjoy it I gotta say this place lives true to there New Orleans themed food. I will be back prolly every weekend for awhile lol and hopefully Steve will be my server again.

This is one of my all time favorite restaurants. Copeland's never disappoints when it comes to food or service. Everything is Hot and Fresh. Server was extremely attentive. Bar tenders were funny and knowledgeable. The only drawback is that there are TONS of people there on Sunday. Either come early or be prepared to wait.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and my server, Ari B. was amazing! She ensured that my family had everything they needed from start to finish... we were very impressed. In addition, the food was great! I will definitely be back soon.

Very tasty food. Great ambience. Good service. Friendly staff. Free wifi. Free parking. Will definitely return

In Atlanta for my first conference since the pandemic started. The food was very tasty and I definitely enjoyed it. And the service was even better. My server Chelsea really went the extra mile to help me select my food and made my visit a lot of fun. Chelsea was considerate, friendly, and attentive. I had oysters for my appetizer, catfish with crab for my entree, and cobbler with ice cream for dessert. The food is great and service makes sure that I will be back next trip to Atlanta. I highly recommend Copeland’s of New Orleans.

Food was excellent and Donna was excellent. We had some diet changes and agree accommodated. Very pleasant and would go back due to her.

Our family just had an early dinner here and had a wonderful experience. Our server was Donna and she was very attentive and explained everything on the menu to us. Our favorites hands down were the hot crab claw appetizer and the Creole cheesecake dessert with the banana Foster topping. Both were exceptional. Everything we had was very very good and we would definitely eat here again. Highly recommend.

If you eat here you will want Mel as your server. She made our dinner so fun and enjoyable. The food was yummy and their crab claws are yummy

Nice variety of good food. They do have some gluten-free options but not many, and is one thing they could improve on.

Thank you, Donna, for great service. The food was delicious and service great. Will return again and again

My wife and I had just finished house hunting as we’re relocating to ATL. We searched around for cuisine we could not get in New England and came across Copeland’s. We’ve been to NOLA for Mardis Gras years ago and since we missed the food, drinks and hospitality we gave Copeland’s a try and were not disappointed. Our server was Donna and she was professional, knowledgeable and most of courteous. She offered up many local and popular suggestions off the menu as we were a little indecisive. The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. We’ll definitely be back once we officially move down and get settled in.

Normally i don't like to write a review, this restaurant sucked badly, food was greasy and overpriced, this will be our first time and the last time here!very disappointed!

Our server Donna was awesome. Food was so good..ambiance is always awesome...love it here...amazing meet for friends...

Come here for a Sunday brunch the lines are long but the food is sooooo worth it. And if you're super lucky you'll get to sit in Donna's section. She's a peach!

Ray was exceptional, very professional. This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in GA. Restaurant was very clean!

This was my trip to any location and I encountered April and Mulka. April was a great server - friendly, personable and professional. She was great! Mulka visited our table and we talked about the Shrimp & grits - she even brought us a small sample of the grits - the BEST i have ever tasted - and I am a true-blue Southerner! They were the BEST!!! I had the Red Beans and Rice for dinner. OMG! SO GOOD!! My tablemates had some seafood and they both remarked how good it was! You should go NOW!

We live over 50 miles away but come to Copeland's whenever we have a meeting in the city, probably 4 times a year. The place is comfortable and attractive. We have enjoyed several menu selections but our favorite is catfish with a light crispy breading and the best creamed spinach that you don't have to be a spinach lover to appreciate. The staff here treat people like guests in their own home. Donna makes every visit a party while she takes good care of you. This trip she came over to say hello even though she wasn't responsible for us. Shawnden was friendly and made sure we didn't want for anything. The manager usually makes a visit to each table. Every time we're in the area we think about trying another place , but we always decide to go to Copeland's. We've never been disappointed.

My husband and I took the family to Copeland's for a birthday celebration, and it did not disappoint. The food and service were good, and it was nice that some of us were able to enjoy the buffet, while others ordered from the regular menu. No complaints!

The bartender and staff at this place are beyond rude and antagonizing to US service members. Stay away from this place unless you want to be ignored, disrespected, ignored, and antagonized to argue and possibly have a physical altercation. I am a US Marine who asked a lazy bartender for a menu after sitting in plane sight for over 10 minutes. He yelled that he was too busy helping others, then tried to argue with me in front of other customers about my request. As I voiced my concern to two managers, another random staff member attempted to argue with me in front of guests about my concerns. What type of backwoods animal mentality is this when a patron is trying to spend money and get a menu?? I submit this review so that other US service members, including the Marine's, Coast Guard, Army, Navy, Airforce, and Veterans will join forces to blacklist this establishment from our dining options due to the lack of dignity and respect that I experienced on 1/14/23 @ 3pm. For those employee's at Copelands who choose to blatantly disrespect members of the US military, you would be better placed in that closet stocking items and not interaced with the general public because you have no customer service skills and are clearly of the streets. Very poor reflection of the Copelands brand.

I’m always looking for a Sunday Brunch Buffet. This was awesome! Great breakfast options, New Orleans style brunch options. Prime Rib and Oysters on the half shell. Bread pudding & King Cake for dessert.

Came to Atlanta to catch a comedy show. Started at Copeland’s for dinner. Excellent cocktails. Attentive friendly service. I had a special of fried soft shelled crab on a savory pancake. Delicious and perfectly seasoned. We will be back!

This is our go-to steak place in Atlanta. We’ve tried a lot of high end steak houses and this is better than any other we’ve tried. Their staff has a very low turnover, which speaks very well of the management and owners. The food and drinks are very consistent and always great. Another consistent staple here is a server named Donna. She has been here since this location opened and her enthusiasm, professionalism and humor have made her a real anchor for the staff. I’m always thrilled when she’s our server. This is one of the best and must authentic Cajun/creole place you’ll likely find outside the French quarter.

So the food was really good and glad everyone enjoyed it (family). There is just one thing i couldnt wrap my head around…why isnt there a soft serve ice cream machine. Ill have to give the restaurant a 3 star just because of that fact. Please add a soft serve ice cream machine so the experience would be a better one than im having now. -Sincerely, Your Loyal Customer.

Donna was simply amazing. So charasmatic and amazing. Thanks for everything! Keep up the great attitude and customer service.

We went to Copeland’s New Orleans on a Saturday evening. We were a party of 10. We were seated within 30 minutes of arriving at work. This was my second time at Copeland’s but my first time ordering from the menu. My previous visit, I ate from their brunch buffet. The menu includes a large variety of New Orleans inspired dishes. The jazzy wings, crab beignets, and spinach dip were great appetizers. As my entree, I ordered the 10 oz sirloin topped with sautéed shrimp, Caesar salad, and broccoli with parmesan cheese. I enjoyed the appetizers more than the meal. It could be because I was full when the steak arrived. My steak was over cooked, but it was because I was given the wrong steak. Four people at the table ordered steaks. It would have been nice if the cooks had marked the steak that was prepared medium. The food came out at a great pace. The wait staff was very attentive.

We are big creole foodies... We've eaten at other Copelands as the food is always very good. Expected this one to be an imitation ... it wasn't they are in the same quality class as the ones down in NO.. Simple excellent Cajun grub... Luck had it with an excellent waitress (Jazmine) who recommended one dish over the two selected... and she was spot on. Plus just a great waitress...

Had this place for the first time and it was amazing I will definitely be coming back regularly. Incredible food with great prices and our server Donna was amazing! Highly recommend coming here and request Donna if she’s available

Lynn is an awesome server. Ordered eggplant parmesan that wasn't on menu after Lynn checked to see if it could be made. It was on menu pre-pandemic. This dish was 5 stars just like Lynn.

Four of us came to Copeland's for a New Year's Eve dinner. We chose the Blackened Redfish, Red Beans and Rice with Andouille Sausage.,Grilled Salmon with Garlic Sauce. Appetizer was a bowl of Gumbo & a bowl of Crab Bisque. All of our meals were delicious and prepared perfectly. Our wonderful server was Emoni........

The wife and me stopped by Copeland’s before heading out of Atlanta. It was a little after 12:00. It was a little cold inside but the ambiance fine. For starters, We both ordered the passion fruit martini 10/10 Appetizer: hot crab claws 10/10 very delicious with just the right amount of citrus flavor Meals: Blackened Bayou Chicken- this meal was so amazing! The blackened chicken is served over cornbread dressing with a crawfish sauce on top. 10/10 Crawfish Fettuccine- the wife thought the meal tasted really well; however the pasta was a little harder than she likes her pasta. 9/10 Panéed Alligator: 8.5/10 Tamiya was an amazing server with a great personality, she offered great recommendations and was just a great human being. I’m going to give her a 10/10 too!

The food was tasty but every dish came out lukewarm. The manager eventually offered to replace but we didn't have time to wait. Asked 2 people 4 times for hot sauce that finally came out 10 minutes after my meal. Portions were large, food was tasty but I worldly go back to wait without reservations available for hit or miss food.

So I took my mom here for the first time today. So I ordered two appetizers. I ordered crawfish flatbread with cheese and spinach it was good. I also got the crab begets I was going to get this regardless it was also recommended by my waitress this is extremely delicious 🤤. Appetizers went like water fast. Mom got the 2 crab cakes with angel hair pasta shrimp alfredo. I got the seafood platter with Fries, onion strings, fish, shrimp and crawfish with a crab cake oysters were supposed to be included but they were out so I received some extra shrimp. Mom plate first then mine.

We had a very nice appetizer, Crab brioche. It was delicious. I have a great meal of crawfish étouffée and saved the leftovers. Too much for me to eat in one meal. It is a cajun dish so it is a bit spicy but I really enjoyed it. The service was fine and atmosphere was fine too. We ate in the bar area. Happy hour is available for half price on appetizers like the Crab brioche.

We had the pleasure of Copeland’s Sunday Brunch buffet. First, the wait was a real 90 minutes. Second, the buffet made it well worth it. They had a great variety of brunch items, made-to-order omelets, and a carving station with Cajun fried turkey and ham. My favorite item has to be the amazing cheesy grits. They were made to perfection!! Best ever served in any restaurant. The biscuits, popcorn shrimp, jambalaya, catfish nuggets, and French toast bites also topped my list. Try for yourself.

Every experience I’ve had at Copeland’s is 10/10! Our waitress, Donna, was amazing. The spinach and artichoke dip with the fried bowties is our favorite appetizer. Love jazz on the weekends sets a nice ambiance.

This is a great place to eat. The service by Mike was outstanding. He provides you with world class service. You are never requesting drinks because he anticipates your needs. He is sure you get your order just like you want it. We have eaten when there is a large crowd but they are always able to handle it and you never feel neglected. The chef is just excellent. The menu offers something for everyone. The new business lunch could have a all you can eat soup and salad for those who eat light. Did I tell you the biscuits are the BEST I have ever eaten. I consider them my dessert. Lots of places iced tea is neglected. They always have great tea and I always get one to take home. It is also a fun place to go. You feel great when you leave because of the excellent food and staff like Mike. Go Visit and Enjoy a Great meal anytime.

Fun place with decent food. Close to Cumberland Mall. It seems to stay busy. It’s a good restaurant for families, too.

I hate to go to a restaurant and see that the only healthier items are grilled fish and chicken with veggies. I'm also tired of having salads. It just gets old. Even the poboy bread was buttered. I'm from nawlins and I had never seen that before. A poboy should never require butter. We had a larger party and got stuck paying 15% gratuity. They should get rid of that. Too much food on a plate which made me feel like this was nothing but a chain like applebees. The toasted or deep fried and breaded ravioli was not good. I guess if I want new and healthy foods, I have to stay home.

Donna was excellent. The food was delicious and the service fantastic. We had appetizers and lots of great Cajun food.

My wife and I are regulars here and it is always a treat but even more so when Donna is your server. She is so attentive you never want for anything. Go to Copeland's and ask for Donna, you won't regret it!

My husband and I went to Copeland Restaurant located at 3101 Cobb Pkwy SE, Atlanta GA 30339 to celebrate our anniversary. When we arrived there were about three greeters at the front desk and no one had a plesant smile or friendly greeting. A greeter seated us by the door where the waiterses go in and out. We asked if we could move to another empty table and was told yes. We waited for about 10-15 minutes for a waiter to come to the table, but no one came. We asked a waitress at another table who our waitress was, and she said that she would find one. As we continued to wait another party of about 10 people was escorted to a table next to ours. A waitress immediately went to the table and provided them with water and asked what they needed. My husband and I decided to leave the restaurant but wanted to speak with the manager first to log our complaint. When he got to the greeter counter this time there were about five greeters crowded around the podium stand talking. I asked for the manager and was immediately given a condescending stare. One waitress stated in a rude manner “which manager we don’t have one on duty. A third stated I will have to get one from the back. Another stated in a degrading tone “just stand over there.” The greeters are the first people you see when you walk into most restaurant and kindness and good customer service can go a long way toward return customers. The greeters/waitress at this Copeland had none of those characteristics. In my opinion they were rude and very disrespectful. We chose to leave and go to another restaurant in the area where the service was much better.

Catfish is wonderful with crispy light breading, hush puppies are delicious. Who would think you'd crave their creamed spinach from one visit to the next. The Shrimp Tasso had good flavor and was generous enough to bring some home for tomorrow's lunch. We enjoyed Donna's company, She was attentive but not intrusive, had good advice about food selection, took care of anything we asked - and she is funny! As an added touch, the manager stopped by to see how things were going. A very pleasant experience all around. We also appreciated their attention to Covid safety procedures.

First time at Copeland’s. Dinner was good. Donna, our server, was attentive and nice. She made great recommendations. We will be back.

Worst thanksgiving order ever, first time and never again. Turkey was over fried, dried, hard, and tasteless. Even my guests weren’t happy with the turkey. I don’t know who would give a meal like that to people when it cost so much. Never ordering Thanksgiving Meal from you again.

It was really hard to sort through all the delicious choices on the menu, but we all ended up having fish. I have to confess we were enjoying our own meals so much, I never really asked my friends how they liked theirs, but I loved my choice. I found one catfish selection that was not fried and I have to say it's the best catfish I've ever had. I worry about that fishy taste it can have, but this was, as they say, "like butter." Delicious. If you like fish and don't like it fried, ask for the catfish that isn't. I really didn't think I needed dessert, because the sidedish of mashed sweet potatoes were so satisfying. But the waitress Donna recommended the cheesecake special of buy one-get one free. So we decided to get two of those for the three of us. Then she insisted we try the Cajun Cheesecake. We took her suggestion and I'm so glad we did. It's the best I've ever had, too. I know I'm using a lot of superlatives, but just try it! Plus, there are choices of toppings and I chose the bananas foster. OK, I won't say it, but it was (the best). They packed it up as I couldn't eat it all, and I'm saving the sauce and pouring it over fruit and ice cream. Anyway, great time with friends and great food.

We lived Copeland's...wait staff was awesome...the food was outstanding! Will definitely eat here again..

We had a great afternoon meal and time to catch up over delicious apple caramel cheesecake. Lovely atmosphere and very thoughtful waitress, Donna!

I personally really enjoyed this restaurant. It definitely has a New Orleans feel. I really enjoy the brunch.

Great service from Ray, great time! restaurant was clean, comfortable, definitely one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in ATL. Ask for RAY!

The food and service was absolutely amazing! Donna helped turned a last date night into a unforgettable evening with her exceptional service and warm smile! We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Donna!!!

My boyfriend and I stopped to eat here at Copland’s on Cobb Pkwy, our waitress Donna was such a sweetheart! by far she has been the BEST at doing her job and making sure we were getting what we wanted. The best part was at the end when she gave us a complimentary ice cream dessert to celebrate our expecting little baby boy! 💙💙💙 she’s the best!

I went to Copelands with my grandkids for the Thanksgiving buffer and it was lack luster far from amazing. No flavor. The food tasted like beginner chefs cooked it. Kots of pasta and rice dishes with baby shrimp barely tasso.in any of them. the green beans with ham were a strange concoction of steam green beans with some barely recognizable ham bits in some sauce poured over them. It was not worth the 48.00 per person and the 90 minute wait. That food is for people who cant cook.None of it was anything to rave about. NONE. Will not go back.if you grew up in new orleans do not go there.

I had been to Copeland's when they had a Buckhead location and enjoyed it, but that was years ago. On this visit, I met with friends for a birthday lunch, and we all (mostly) decided to get the brunch buffet. The food was really good, and a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items. Definitely a danger of overindulging! The staff was really nice as well. The area is probably congested during home games because of the proximity to the stadium, so plan accordingly. I would definitely go back for special occasions or gatherings.

Everything we (party of 11) tried was excellent! Wait for a table was reasonable and the service was good.

Everything was great, server , food, place. Great attention, can’t wait to go back. Lot of options from their menu.

Alex, my server was excellent and the food was great! I was visiting atl from oot and after my service & food I will be returning for sure!

Wonderful! We tried several of the small plates and hors'dourves. All were equally delicious and seasoned to perfection. Awesome gumbo. We each had an entree and there was more food than we could eat. OH, and by all means don't forget to try the banana fosters cheesecake! Absolutely scrumptious!

Let me start off ny saying go to the brunch..NEVER DISAPPOINTED! Now for the review. Copelands has one of thee best buffets from flavor, to variety including pricing... The food is just so good. The omelet station is great as well. I have been multiple times to this particular location and never had amazing service like the way David gave us. David was absolutely attentive and caring. He was consistent and to the tee. We spoke about spices and ge gave us some history about Copeland's.. Iam going to always want to sit in his section. A true gem hidden in that building.

I love how consistently delicious the food always is. Large portions and great ambiance. I also love how long and personable everyone is. Our waitress Donna was so kind and had great recommendations. Will definitely be back!

So good! Try the Chicken Rene and hope to get Donna as your server!!!! Upbeat and knowledgeable, she was everywhere at once!

The service by our waitress was impeccable. The overall sense though is that you are in a high end Denny's. The decor was nice, a little cheesy. The food was mostly good tasting although similar to Denny's not of the best quality. Everything was clean and orderly (same as Denny's). At the end though (before closing time), they began to clean tables by spraying chemicals, if they wanted to chase us out, they indeed they were successful, this for me was the kicker. In summary, this is not a high end place by any means and their high ranking is a reflection that the market they serve, they serve very well.

We were attending a concert at Cobb Energy Center and wanted to eat dinner near the venue. This was the perfect place! And we had the best waitress - Donna! She was energetic and so kind! She was so helpful in explaining the menu items - and was spot on with the description of the Eggplant Pirogue - DELICIOUS! I'll go back here just to have that delicious meal again. Donna also recommended the Frozen Peach Bellini - again, this was amazing! Thanks for making our evening out such a fun one!

From stepping in the door and being greeted by the hostess we had a great experience. The waiter was attentive and gave recommendations for food and drink that turned out to be excellent. He was even gracious enough to give us extra bread, before we asked, to accompany the crab claws. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the bread and sauce was amazing. We will def be back here.

This place is a treasure. New Orleans style atmosphere and architecture. Great food and smart, knowledgeable service. They actually train their personnel on the menu ingredients as well as allergens to help you select from a very interesting menu. We can't wait to return.

We love Copeland’s....always the seafood and etoufee is to die for! We use any special occasion as an excuse to go to Copeland’s.

My birthday happened to fall on fat Tuesday! Copeland's make it a getu move mardi gras party! So I had the best of both worlds birthday dinner/marci gras party!! They accommodated my party of 20ppl. Good food & professional service!

The food was great. First time there and enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Service wasn't great. but everything else was wonderful. Had to get up a few times to find server to request refills or to get dessert and another drink

I came to have lunch with my friend and the server JADA was amazing. She was very helpful in assisting me in my food choice. The food was excellent and the service superb. I will look for Jqda when i come back to Copelands.

Copeland's is definitely worth a visit! Nice atmosphere for families or a date night. The food is truly delicious, and the prices are reasonable for what you get. They have a Sunday buffet that draws a large crowd, and is fantastic. If you like cajun food even a little, you'll love this restaurant.

We enjoyed our Sunday brunch at Copeland’s. The food was awesome and Donna gave amazing service. We will definitely be back

We were in the area so used Trip Advisor to find us a lunch spot. So glad we chose Copeland’s! The atmosphere is charming. Our server, Donna, was on point with her service and advice! Spinach Artichoke Dip is a winner. The Shrimp and Tasso pasta is so tasty and filling. Finally, Salmon with lump crab meat is flavorful and if you forego the biscuit may be a low carb option. We will definitely be back, with Copeland’s the intended destination and not the side bar. Only negative is there are too many appetizing selections from which to choose!

The hostess kind of had an attitude, but our server, Courtney, was really great and she helped turn the experience around.

The food was awesome especially the red beans and rice, blackened catfish, and cocktail shrimp. We had the best server, Ray. Ray was extremely curious, friendly, and attentive. Make sure you request Ray on your next visit.

The food was amazing, our server Donna was so helpful and provided us with amazing service. Will return again if Donna can be requested as my server!!

The food her is delicious true New Orleans style we were a party of 8 and every thing was good wish we had room for dessert but everyone was too full. The young lady was very personal and attentive even though our grand kids had food every were would highly recommend

Lynn delivered our catering to our office and did an amazing job from being on time to customer service!

Our food was delicious and our server Donna was excellent! She made sure we were well taken care of! I highly recommend Copeland’s! Resonably priced also! Great dining experience! Marsha

The food and atmosphere was great..........But the service by our waitress Lilly was the best of all. She was helpful with helping us ordering our food and very attentive to our every need.

Stopped by For drinks and a quick lunch with a couple of my family members. I recommend the fried chicken, crab fish bread and crab cakes - you won’t be disappointed. The service was great - Donna took great care of us.

Passing through the area and already love this establishment. Crab claws are to die for. Grilled oysters fantastic! BBQ Chicken off the chart delicious. Server Donna excellent & knowledgeable. Will be back!

Our party so enjoyed this AMAZING food! Everything from the appetizers to the entrees. Also THANK YOU to our PHENOMENAL waitress Michelle for anticipating every need!

We had a large party. We had a very good waitress. Mostly everyone's food was good but we had to get a correction or two. Copeland's overall pretty good, but was a bit on the expensive side. Also, the restaurant got a bit noisy.

Some girlfriends and I met up for brunch and had a wonderful time. Donna, our server, was amazing. She really made us feel welcomed and helped with great recommendations. Can't wait to go back!

The food was amazing and the service was the best we had during our recent trip to Atlanta. We had the crab claws after a recommendation from a waitress Razalyn. The sauce was so good we would have liked to eat it as a soup. Lol. Razalyn did an amazing job! Don't forget to order the Cheese cake some of the best we have ever had.

Donna was great and very attentive to our dietary needs. We enjoyed her timeliness with checking on us. The food was great! We definitely would recommend Copeland's when you are in the area!

Great ambiance and incredible food. Our waitress Donna took great care of us! You have to get some cheesecake.

My first shrimp Po' Boy was at Copelands aFew years ago, at the urging of my daughter. I haven't stopped ordering ever since. Great job, and leep it up.

We like visiting on Sundays during football season. My husband is a Saints fan and I always represent for Steelers Nation!! Lynn (with 2N’s) is my go to bartender and server. He ensures that our drinks are on point and we have everything we need. Thanks Lynn (with 2N’s) you are the best!!

We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere here and our waitress was so in tune to our needs -- thank you Donna

After we were seated, we were ignored for about 5-10 minutes with no water or service, due to a misunderstanding on the service staff side about which waiter's section we were in. Once they realized that the confusion happened, a waiter was assigned to our table and was incredibly attentive the rest of the meal. The food is always solid here, although no matter what day I come, there always seems to be about a 15 minute wait.

This is the most awesome restaurant. I actually drive 3 1/2 hours just to come here. Lila is the absolute best bartender and I am a very snobbish margarita connoisseur. The food is always amazing and the crab claws sautéed in their signature sauce is to die for. I have had crab claws in many different restaurants but none compare to the ones here. I have had many bartenders try to make a good margarita for me and Lila is definitely on top.

Donna took such great care of us! The food was wonderful and she was fabulous!! She anticipated our every need. Our crab and corn bisque was delicious!!

Went here for Saturday bunch and based off the menu and reviews I was excited to try this place. I love the New Orleans type of food and the best thing I can say about the brunch buffet is that there is a lot of variety. The food was just okay for the most part. The ham, bacon, and grits were the best things that I had. The red beans and rice tasted like something out of a can. It was not worth the $20 a piece that they charged. Can't say that I'll be back and I can't understand how this place is ranked as #38 restaurant in Atlanta.

My family and I came to this location on Saturday for the infamous brunch (we wish they would start taking reservations because word has spread of the awesome brunch, but the wait times are getting out of hand). Donna was our server and she was extremely informative, sweet and outgoing! We asked a question about the areas in the restaurant that were available to be reserved for events and she not only provided us with a card, but also showed us the areas so that we would be able to see what we were working with. We will continue to come back to this location, hopeful that we will be able to have her as our server! You don’t receive service like the type that she provides and she is a gem for this location. The only thing we have to say is that we hope they’ll start taking reservations for the brunch.

Hey guy’s this Resturant for brunch on the weekend has never let me down. The last time was to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. We invited 30 ppl and they were able to seat everyone in the side dining area.Food always Fab and tasty, cant say they serve a bad dish.Buffet on Sunday is a little more but worth it to me.Friends from out of town always comment that they will return to Copelands.I try not to tell too many ppl about it because I don’t want the service and quality to change lol.

We were very happy to finally sit inside a restaurant and enjoy a meal today. The service was great. Management repeatedly checked on us to be sure that we were pleased and had everything that we needed. I had the jumbalaya and my wife had the red beans and rice with sausage. We were pleased with our choices and will return in the future.

Went to copelands for bday and got the blackened chicken alfredo and it was amazing like always. Also our waitress Donna was very attentive and made the meal more enjoyable. She also bought me ice cream for my bday and brought it with a sparkler which was also nice.

Visited on a late Saturday evening when the restaurant was not very busy. First time last time. Food ok (catfish, fried chicken, gumbo) but the wait and disinterested treatment by staff was disturbing. I don’t see how they remain in business.

Had the pleasure of having Donna as our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. She was helpful, patient and have excellent suggestions for food. The food itself was AH-MAZING!!

This is the first time me and my friends visited Copelands for birthday party the service was Exquisite the meals absolutely fabulous I haven't enjoyed myself as much at a restaurant in a long time. Can't wait to go back

We have been going to Copelands in Kennesaw,Ga for years. We always ask for Mike. He is great and always very attentive. The food is wonderful and service is great!

I had a wonderful time with my friends at this location. Donna was our server and she was amazing. The strawberry French toast was AMAZING!!!

First time here and loved it. The food was excellent- ate the eggplant parmigiana and it was delicious, also had a Lemon Martini & coffee. Our server was Donna and she is the BEST! Love her and the restaurant. Next time I’m in town I’ll return. Thank you Donna for making my birthday grand🎊

Ariel B. was a very knowledgeable and helpful server. Our food and cocktails were timely and excellent!

Looking for seafood in the area and Copeland's popped up as a good choice for oysters. After trying their oysters Rockefeller, I would agree. My coworker and I grazed through these decadent oysters and the crab beignets and then split an entree featuring three New Orleans staples. Along the way had a couple of cocktails ( try the crash & burn). Good food and good service throughout.

My husband and I don’t get to Atlanta often, but when we do we have to have a meal at Copeland’s. We always start out with hot crab claws. The sauce is AMAZING and you’ll probably order a second round. This visit, my husband ordered the blackened bourbon chicken and I ordered the blackened chicken fettuccine alfredo. Both dishes were phenomenal!! We have never had a bad meal at Cooeland’s. This visit was extra special, because we were fortunate to have the same server that we had several years ago. Matthew!! He’s top notch!! Love how he’s working himself through school and being great.

Donna was the best server! She was very attentive and always checked in on us. Our little one loved her as well!

I love Copeland’s and because my birthday fell on a weekday I decided to go there for Dinner. 1st I received the wrong drink, let’s start there. My 2nd drink was the correct drink, but just not the same. Donna to the rescue! She wanted to make sure I had a great experience because it was my birthday! The 3rd drink was amazing!! She made sure our filets were cooked perfect! Anything we needed she was right there!! Thanks Donna for making my birthday dinner a great experience!! I’ll be looking for you the next time I come!!

Out waitress was Donna. She was awesome! She made our experience great. Everything we ordered was very good and we will definitely be coming back! Hopefully we will get Donna again!

We came to Atlanta for vacation and stopped in at Copeland’s for lunch. Donna our server was very personable and attentive. We had a few laughs and she definitely made our lunch pleasant. Our food was brought out in a timely manner and was hot and tasty. Thanks Donna you made our stay great!
Great food and Awesome
Had a business dinner here. Great food and service. The crab claw appetizer was great. Had the steak Labouchere for the entree. Then finished with the bananas foster cheesecake for dessert. Our server DONNA was spot on and very attentive. Highly recommend this place for dinner.
