“Fantastic food, terrible service.”Here’s the translation, dritta e senza fronzoli: **“The meat is fantastic, but: 1. we waited an hour past our reservation time; 2. they tried to seat us at a table where I wouldn’t even put a dog in time-out; 3. the manager was arrogant; 4. they didn’t offer us anything despite their absolutely rude behavior. Clearly, we’re in Las Vegas and they don’t care about customers — everyone’s just passing through.”**

We visited Cote whilst visiting Vegas as part of our tour of the US honeymoon. We heard of the restaurant from a YouTube food blogger who visited in NYC and when we realised there was one opening in The Venetian we had to try. To say this was a new opening it was full and we were lucky to get a reservation. The atmosphere was fantastic, great music, service was 10/10. We loved the fact the servers cooked the meat and it was all cooked beautifully, we added on the A5 wagyu which was delicious! Whilst on the pricey side compared to other restaurants in Vegas you aren’t paying much more and it is worth it for the experience. We would happily visit again and definitely recommend.

COTE Las Vegas located in the Venetian is a modern upscale restaurant with a cool and trendy vibe. The ambiance was great and it had a sort of artistic layout with the seating rippling out around a central bar area. There was also a DJ up in a room overseeing the restaurant. Service was top notch and very friendly. Now getting to the food. If I’m being honest it was just ok. Not bad but not the greatest. I had really high hopes for a restaurant whose sister restaurant has a Michelin star. Unfortunately it did not deliver. While the meats were supposed to be top quality American black angus, American wagyu, and A5 Japanese wagyu, they just weren’t as good as I’d expect especially at this price point. One of my favorite yakiniku restaurants in LA (Yazawa) has much higher quality beef and their omakase is almost half the price of COTE. While I’d give this restaurant top marks for service and atmosphere, for me it was lacking in food and value. Atmosphere: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 4/5 Value: 2/5 Total: 4/5

Our visit to COTE Las Vegas was nothing short of exceptional. The food was absolutely amazing — every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The ambience was breathtaking, blending sophistication with warmth, and the service was truly impeccable from start to finish. It was an awesome, memorable dining experience, and we can’t wait to go back with the family. Definitely a five-star experience!

This is a meat lover's paradise. We went with the recommendation of the concierge at the Palazzo, and were not disappointed. This is as much an experience as a meal, with 8 courses of meat cooked on the grill in the table, and an assortment of pickled sides. We decided on the paired wine flight and this was thoughtfully and interestingly curated. A splurge for sure but worth it.

We were 3 couples looking for an experience at Cote and everyone enjoyed the food, but not the service on Dec. 17, 2025, which was my girlfriend’s birthday. We did not have a dedicated server. Instead, we multiple employees stopped at our table to cook the various meat cuts and no one explained what we were being served. It felt so rushed. At one point a server came by and realized that all the meat had burned for being on the burner too long and she took it all away and replaced it without saying anything, which further delayed our meal by 20 minutes. We all agreed that the service did not match the food prices. What a disappointment at the price they charged us for these meals. We were really hoping for more of an experience and we were treated like livestock instead. We were really hoping for a memorable dinner with family. You can’t undo bad service. Too rushed. Too much going on. Not enough focus on the customer. We have no plans to return and we do not recommend Cote in the Palazzo hotel, Las Vegas.
