Had a quick business meeting with some colleagues and this place was the most convenient for all. It was not busy so we were able to order and eat within 45 minutes. Sometimes it can take longer. The food is great, but limited menu but still recommend eating here.

We dined at the restaurant for dinner during our recent stay at the Hilton Austin Airport Hotel. The service was excellent, the food was tasty with a good deal of choice and the prices were reasonable for a hotel restaurant.

Good meals at expected hotel prices, decent variety. Friendly staff, fast service, plenty of seating, bar menu.

Terrific fresh, hot food with great service. A twist of Southwestern dn Texas combine for unique flavors.

The food was pretty good, but the drinks were really good. While staying over the weekend I was able to catch the game I wanted to see on Sunday and didn't have to drive downtown to do it. Great if you are staying at the hotel.

I stayed and ate here since I was flying out the next day and the food choices were limited. I took half of the Sunday paper hoping to read some of it, turns out I had time to read the whole thing. I ordered an appetizer that never came. I got the red fish stuffed with crab which was good when it finally came. I'm not sure if this was a staffing or training issue but something needs to be fixed here.

The tortilla soup was great! So was the turkey sandwich. We had great service and the chef knew what he was doing. The $7 slice of pie was too small!

I stayed at another hotel that did not have a restaurant and walked to the Hilton, the food was very good actually better. Would gladly go again.

Was here recently for a conference. Unfortunately, we did not have time during our lunch sessions to drive anywhere, so we ate at Creeks every day. The buffet was nice, but pricey. Don't get me wrong, the food is good and you'll be fine if you are here for a stay. The service was really good, everyone was very attentive and helpful. I just probably wouldn't eat here unless I was staying here... not really a destination restaurant.

Great breakfast - choice of buffet or select from the menu. Buffet had good selection of hot and cold food - all fresh. Menu selection was great especially if you wanted greater variety.

We had a nice dinner before an early morning flight departure. The food was good and nicely plated. Service was decent and friendly. The ambiance is a little to "exposed" in the central courtyard, but still very nicely done. The artwork in the courtyard is very good for an airport hotel. The HIlton property is a great place to stay if you have an early flight and want to avoid the miserable traffic in the airport area early in the morning. We find the hotel to be convenient and the restaurant acceptable in all areas of measurement. The food is far better than what you will get at the airport! If you have reservations here and are just landing--eat at the hotel instead of the airport.

The restaurant in the Hilton Garden Inn at the Austin airport is convenient, but the service was just OK (at best). Disappointing.

Somewhat small menu but something for everyone. Open 6:00 am to Midnight. Wait staff pleasant. Food service good. Decent wine list. Had the Pulled pork sandwich one night and rib-eye the next night. Cooked to perfection.

I had the Mahi Mahi tacos and tortilla soup. The portions were generous and both were very flavorful and tasty. The server's were friendly and efficient.

Stayed here due to shuttle and proximity to the airport. Sat down in unusual atrium and we both ordered steaks expecting a less than average experience. 2 different steaks but 2 very happy eaters. They had the yummy rich steak flavor.. Sauteed mushrooms..cooked to perfection...tender..Blue cheese. Who knew?

The food and service was excellent. Had the "safe" chicken fried steak and it was in my top 10 ever.

Leaving the airport and Trip Advisor comes through again. Interesting in that there are no signs at the restaurant at all but it’s in the lobby of the Airport Hilton. I had the Garden and Quinoa Salad. Very good whole food vegan option with a nice Texas White Wine. Reasonably priced.

I ate here for a late lunch and dinner while drinking as well and watching for football (due to flooding because of a Tropical Storm in Houston). I had to break my reviews into two because the food was ok as my BLT grilled cheese didn’t even have melted cheese and my burger tasted like it was a fast food frozen burger. The only thing that saved this place was the amazing service I received from the bartender Jeanette (which is why I am doing a second review of 5 stars for drinking only). Perhaps I just ordered wrong or just needed to order apps, but I what ordered wasn’t that good.

Food is average, but not a great value based on cost. The snapper is my favorite choice on their menu. For breakfast, I like their breakfast tacos, but I go over my company allowed budget unless I pay for the tip myself.

Although service was efficient and ambiance excellent, the food was not so great. A plate full of raw spinach with six or seven tiny chunks of cold overcooked squash and some cranberries tossed in does not make an $18 salad (no cheese, etc.). Most expensive...and most disappointing...meal of the trip.

We are here for an overnight before flying home tomorrow. We decided to share an appetizer and got the chicken nachos, they were great, hot, fresh, and very filling. Derek, our server was so friendly and attentive, you could tell he really enjoyed himself. Very nice atmosphere.

We visited the Creeks Restaurant at Hilton Austin Airport to have a final goodbye with our daughter and grand-daughters before they flew back out of state after visiting with us and also her in-laws. We were looking forward to a relaxing, fun evening with them, putting the kids to bed on time so they could wake up for an early morning flight. We enjoyed a drink from the lounge and then went to the restaurant and ordered sandwiches because we thought that would be quick. About an hour after we ordered the waitress came to our table to announce she had not turned in our order. We were all hungry and tired at that point so decided to wait it out. We had 5 empty water glasses on our table and when we asked for water the waitress brought out one glass of water, left the 5 empty glasses on our table and took off. The food finally arrived and it really was just bland on soggy bread all the way around. When we complained about the service to the manager he said "what do you want me to do about it?". When we were almost done with the 'meal' the manager (Bobby Buffard) walked over to our table in an exaggerated 'tip-toe' as if he was approaching a table of crazed b*#tches. In reality, we are anything but that. I will say we are loyal Hilton Honors members and always chose Hilton family hotels if at all possible. Creeks Restaurant is most definitely not Hilton quality.

The food at this hotel was delicious...hot, tasty and uniquely Texas. Even the half-pound cheeseburger was great. You won't be disappointed in the food or the prices.

The breakfast buffet had all the expected accoutrements, at least for my taste. Custom made omelettes are available by ordering from the waiter. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was attentive and professional. Highly recommended.

An good breakfast on location restaurant, otherwise recommend traveling elswhere, there is much better close by.

Although true to most hotels, this was definitely an expensive dinner, but the service was great and it was the best grilled salmon and fettuccini alfredo that I have had in an extremely long time. The dinner menu had a good variety. The next morning, I had the "included" diamond Hilton Honors breakfast. Very easy, simply give them your name when you approach the desk to be seated. Unlike some places, the breakfast included the full hot buffet which comes with a drink and the option of a few non-buffet items like an omelet. I thought the food and variety were both pretty good, although I would never choose to pay $15.50 for breakfast. I don't think you could get much of anything for under $10. If you want breakfast and don't have HHonors gold or above, book a rate that includes breakfast.

Don's customer service was amazing. I was waiting for the bar to open thinking it would open at 2, I arrived at the hotel at 1230 because of a layover. Don approached me and informed me that the bar wouldnt open till 4 but offered to get me some food from the restaurant. He changed the TV channel for me to the UCL final that I was hoping to catch in between flights. He has really great customer service skills which is sadly lacking at many places nowadays. Thanks Don!!

Loved the oatmeal and omelets! Great service and plenty to choose from!

Hotel staff provide excellent customer service. However one staff member at the restaurant did not provide good customer service. The restaurant opens at 6:00am. I went down there at 6:30 and the restaurant sign said closed, lights were off. Walked over to reception they said the restaurant was open. Sat down and waited 10 for someone to come to me. When the waiter finally came as I was giving my order for the spicy bird and pig sandwich I inquired to see if could I substitute the bacon for Turkey sausage. I don’t eat pork. I was willing to pay the difference if need be and the worker said no substitutions. So I had to order something else. I choose the Austin Sunrise. The waiter said how would you like your eggs we can serve them any way. I asked for egg white scramble he said we don’t do egg whites. Now I know when cooking eggs you can crack an egg and take the yolk out but the waiter just was of no help. Instead the waiter walked away and started talking about another worker to a colleague on how another worker should be fired, they are on their second strike at work, all the worker wants to do is go out and take smoke breaks during shifts. The waiter main goal was to gossip about other people. Now I came with a tip even after all of this I was going to give a tip because I was raised that way. What prevented me from giving a tip was my Turkey sausage was still frozen in the middle when I bit into it. I’m not mad at the cook I understand it could happen I just didn’t feel comfortable interacting with the waiter. Paid for my food and left. I looked up this restaurant ahead of my trip. The menu options online do not match what they are offering in the restaurant. The restaurant menu was one of the reasons I booked especially with the omelette option which is not offered. So I just want to bring awareness to those who do not eat pork, prefer substitutes, and research restaurants while they are planning trips. The photo to the far left is the current menu and the three photos to the right are not up to date menus posted online.

the food was nice in buffet and the price are reasonable. Variety is also alot to choose from too! Waiter and waitress are friendly and helpful in explaining the food too.

We've eaten at many hotel restaurants in a lot of different places. This hotel has one of the best. It wasn't too expensive considering the location, food and service. Mylita and Tracy helped make breakfast a most enjoyable experience with a nice variety of items on the menu. My wife ordered the White Chocolate Raspberry Cake and loved it so much she can't wait until we return.

We walked over from the Hyatt based on menus we had seen on the internet. The food was nothing special, my drink was meh. The one person working was polite but way too busy plating room service to attend to the restaurant customers. Definitely not worth the hefty price.

Had business at Austin Bergstrom Int'l Airport and stayed at the Hilton on property. This restaurant resides within the Hilton. My review is based on the items I consumed. I am not a foodie, so this review probably be amatuerish. I had a pulled pork sandwich, which had green chilies embedded in the meat. Very tasty. I had the rib eye steak. It was cooked one notch higher than I ordered but was still tasty. I had a three egg omlet. It was a standard omlet. Good but nothing earth shattering. Finally, I had a cheeseburger. It was large and tasty and had a plethora of choices for toppings. Overall, a nice convenient place to eat if you're in the airport area.

I want to start off with being impressed with the service we received. Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable. Yessena was very attentive and helpful in her referrals. She will be successful in her future, she has great people skills. Now for the food..... Ham, Bacon turkey club sandwich with spicy mayo, cheddar and jack cheese was so tasty, the Mac and Cheese from the appetizer selection was perfection. My friend ate the 3 breakfast tacos and the Chopped BBQ pork mini sandwiches. Yes i had to sample it. Delish......enough said

Our niece, a flight attendant, was coming through Austin and we looked for a restaurant near the Hilton Airport. TripAdvisor had good ratings for Creeks, but we did not find that to be accurate tonight. We had a Club sandwich and pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries. The "restaurant" is some tables behind the bar in the Starbucks area. The waitstaff was great despite freezing from the A/C but the food wasn't even average. The sweet potato fries were good. My glass of water had lipstick (no, I don't wear it) on it and "stuff" on the glass. Nice folks, below average food.

Had a late lunch here and was tasty. Club sandwich was very fresh. It’s a little on pricey side but normal hotel cost. Breakfast buffet was great with a good selection. If a diamond member it’s complimentary. Service was excellent and friendly.

If you are staying at the Hilton, this is about the only option close by to eat at. Got variety on the menu.

I normally prefer to eat other than at my hotel, but ate both a breakfast and a dinner there out of convenience. Both times service was prompt and the food was actually pretty good. Quality wise it was a "4", but throw in tax and fair tip and it comes out overpriced for what you get by a good 50% which is not uncommon with hotel restaurants. If I stay there again on business I would eat there again.

Had the breakfast buffet Sunday, and it was fantastic! Great selection from eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, and more. Had the french toast and it was great. Great service, very friendly staff!

I stayed at the Airport Hilton on the front end and back end of a three week trip to Europe. I dined at Creeks the night before I flew out and the morning of my flight. Simply outstanding. They have a wonderful ribeye steak with mushrooms, and they make wonderful breakfast omelets. Oftentimes, hotel restaurants are just so-so. Not this one. If I lived near Austin, I'd go there just to dine. Two servers/hostesses, Tracy and Niki, helped to make my experience awesome. They are a lot of fun and they're attentive. Nice job, ladies!! (I wasn't sure that a Texas A&M Aggie could get good service in Texas Longhorn country, but was I surprised!!)

I like the fact they use vegetables and herbs from their garden. Didn't like long wait time (probably due to staff shortage) and small selection of entrees. The caesar salad had a delicious sauce and beef soup was pretty delectable too. I also liked the sautéed shrimp on the salad. Pulled pork sandwich was average.

We were staying at the Austin Airport Hilton and had turned in our car. We had nowhere else to go and were resigned to a mediocre at best meal. We were pleasantly surprised at the Creeks' service, selections, preparation and presentation of the menu items. My wife had some soup and the chicken fried steak with whipped potatoes. I just had a cup of the chicken tortilla soup and the hot buffalo wings. Her steak was smothered in gravy and she enjoyed her dinner. Likewise I enjoyed my soup and the 8 buffalo wings; one more than I could handle. Everything was very good and we enjoyed our dinner at Creeks. Prices are more than reasonable for an airport restaurant.

A group of four of us ate several appetizers and meals and all thought the food was pretty good. This was our last night of eating out six nights in a row, so we had had a lot of restaurant food before eating here. We were especially impressed with the crispiness and flavor of the sweet potato fries. It was my first time to try Pulled Pork Empanadas and they were good enough that I'm going to try and recreate them at home. I had the Blackened Mahi Tacos. They were pretty good, not great. The hamburger looked really good if you're in the mood for something simple. The atmosphere was really nice. The hotel is circular with the middle of the circle open to house the bar, restaurant and check-in desk and is open to all 5 floors. This restaurant sets at the back of the circle. There is a fountain that drowns out background noise. The bar is adjacent and has several tv's. Our group really liked the hotel as well.

Food took over 40 minutes to arrive after I was told 25 minutes. It arrived cold and on a visibly dirty tray. The order lacked a simple glass of water which has yet to arrive (after an additional 20 minutes). The only reason for 2 stars is that the food was okay even though not heated. Frankly, it is the worst room service I have experienced. I am definitely not ordering breakfast.

Food was great and Bernadat was OUTSTANDING!! Can not imagine a better staff member to have on your staff

Had a late lunch with colleagues and was excellent. Steak quesadillas, Caesar salad, French dip sandwich and cheesecake for dessert. Service was fast and friendly and food very well prepared. -Sandra Champlain, author of international bestseller "We Don't Die - A Skeptic's Discovery of Life After Death"

So we had to choose something close and quick. We nailed the close part, but for simple burgers, salads, and quick food, the wait was nearly an hour. Not a good value for the money, will most certainly avoid in the future.

We were at a nearby hotel which had closed its restaurant. We drove into Austin but found there was no place to park and people behaving irresponsibly. So we drove back out the airport and decided to try the Hilton. The architecture is unusual and very open. The food was really very good. The fish and chips could have served two adults and the fish was flakey and light and the chips were fresh steak fry potato skin on. Both were served hot. Social distancing was observed but service was attentive. Would not hesitate to go there again. As to parking, take a card. Tell your waiter that you parked and have a card and you will get instructions on how to get out of the parking lot without paying!

Downstairs an convenient with meals served hot made for a good ending to a day. Nice Bar and it is backed with a Starbucks so any and everyone can find something to eat and drink

Burgers and Texas Queso is what's for dinner. This restaurant was only open for dinner and yes it's the same menu at the bar. During my stay i observed the restaurant interview for staff. Hopefully this is to add more dining options. Sorry i did not get photos of my food. The hamburger was pretty large with excellent bun. Texas Queso was tasty with quality chips to hold the ground beef. Pretty large portions.
This is hotel food???
Surprise! Creeks was as good, if not better, than anytthing you'll find on 6th St downtown. Locally sourced and well prepared. Very tasty! Order from the menu and skip the buffet for breakfast. Dinner rolls were disappointing. Everything else, and I do mean everything else, was terrific. If you must eat near the airport, then you must eat at Creeks!
