Great food…been here numerous times and will return. Very solid food— the calamari and chestnut foie gras are outstanding, as is the sausage and peppers and the butternut squash pasta dish. Side dishes are tasty especially the broccoli rabe.. go and enjoy this vegan food you won’t be disappointed.

We had already been to Crossroads Kitchen in the Los Angeles location and we expected more from this restaurant given that it is located in the elegant Resorts World Las Vegas complex. We like to visit excellent places when we are on holiday and this one did not meet our standards. Nothing to complain about the setting and service in the room, but not all the dishes were prepared to perfection. We order the Linguine Scallops and send them back immediately because they are soaked in garlic and oil. The waiter, probably having noticed the mistake in the kitchen, takes them off the bill. We opt to give the latter a chance. The Eggplant Skirt Steak was impeccable in both texture and flavor. As a side dish we take the Crispy Artichokes Hearts & Maitake Mushrooms, which was of mediocre success as the dill sauce and wild herbs overpowered the flavor of the mushrooms and made them lose their crunchiness. One dish out of three turned out perfectly is not enough for the palate and wallet. Marianna and Brett - San Diego, CA

We are not vegan, but wanted to try something different. We are so glad we did! The chefs tasting was wonderful and we couldn’t decide what was our favorite as everything was exceptional! The service, quality, and creative menu make this one of our favorite restaurants!

Oh my! What to say about the only Vegan Buffet Brunch in Las Vegas? Book a reservation and just go! It was an excellent display, incredible thorough selection and the flavours were amazing! Chik’n was very tasty and cooked to perfection, and the waffles were crispy on the outside yet fluffy inside, best I’ve ever tasted! Also appreciated the wonderful live music performance. Understood why fresh juice wasn’t included but disappointed that neither tea nor coffee was. It shouldn’t be an additional cost, it’s Brunch!! Thoroughly enjoyed it but expensive so probably won’t return.

My wife, 14 year old son and I had dinner at Crossroads Kitchen at Resorts World in Vegas and our experience couldn't have been better. All three of us our vegetarians and we were thrilled that such an elevated dining experience was available to us in the hotel we were staying it. Everything we ate and drank was superb. Starting with the Holy Smoke Cocktail which was a fantastic take on an old fashioned, perfectly smoked, perfectly mixed and every sip delicious. We shared the Poached Pears & Whipped Feta Appetizer. Vegan cheese can be a bummer, but this was crave-worthy. The Porcini & Cauliflower Ravioli had tons of flavor. I really liked the House Made Italian Sausage, and my wife really dug the Eggplant short rib. (I'm not a huge fan of eggplant so this one wasn't for me, but she thought it was fantastic. Everything is labeled on the menu for dietary preferences so you'll have no problem finding gluten-free options if that's your need or desire. Presentation and service were top-notch If you're looking for a highly elevated plant-based meal that will make you feel like you have arrived...this is the place for you.

I'm a vegetarian and always go to the excellent vegan place where I live - Vedge. However, I was traveling with a meat eater, and this place was a very hard sell. We really enjoyed what we started off with - the homemade ricotta was excellent. However we did not at all enjoy the eggplant, mashed potatoes, or hollandaise. Barely touched the dish, and it was just whisked away without offering us to order a replacement or taking it off of our bill. At $32 no meat eater is going to risk eating at a place where they don't enjoy the food, barely touch it, and no one offers to remove it or cares that you don't enjoy it. My server also brought me the wrong drink - I had started with the Albarino but decided to go with a split of prosecco to end the meal. I was brought another glass of the Albarino. I didn't bother saying anything - hardly felt it was worth the effort since at that point it was after we had indicated we didn't like the main dish and no one cared. Can't recommend it to anyone under those circumstances.

I find it easy enough to be vegan at home, but very difficult at restaurants. It was a rare delight to enjoy a full menu of vegan choices. Everything we had was delicious, for me and my non-vegan family.

This is the best vegan restaurant I have ever been to. The ambiance is gorgeous and very upscale. I was very impressed it was a vegan restaurant. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I had the Grilled Lion's Mane Steak with truffle potatoes, and I ate every single bite. I also enjoyed a mocktail for my birthday; it was a perfect dining experience.

Very good service, scallop fettuccine was great. Would recommend to anyone. Atmos3was pleasant with easy listening music that was not overpowering.

I will not recommend it to anyone. The service was terrible. We were there for three hours and the waitress said "we have bad days and tonight it is one." She did not care at all. The food was nothing special, even though we got the tasting menu - $185- I could have done a better meal in one hour. Sorry but good service, good food and consistency are the things that make a good restaurant, vegan or no-vegan.

Crossroads is a very creative, delicious restaurant. We tried the stuffed zucchini blossoms and they were our favorite! We also had the eggplant skirt steak and it was really delicious. We are both plant-based and meat eaters and found that we really enjoyed it. Go try it, you'll love it! Delicious drinks too!!

I took a group of 40 people here as part of a food tour. The food was very tasty and I totally forgot to take any photos! Impossible cigars, pasta with tomato sauce and vodka and lovely wines to wash it all down.

Fantastic food, very tasty, creative. Great service and atmosphere. Highly recommend. Stuffed Zucchini Flowers were our favourite (right dish in photo).

My wife and I ate dinner here last night before seeing David Blaine. Service was fine. We arrived when they opened so it wasn’t crowded. We split a Caesar salad. I had the lasagna. So-so. My wife had linguine scallops. Mediocre and small plate. We had Manhattans and they were just OK. We would not go back. Overpriced.

My husband and I were in Vegas for the Eagles concert, and were excited to eat at Crossroads restaurant. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The ambiance was very nice and the drinks were delicious, however every dish just missed the mark. A little too sweet, not sweet enough, or just generally underwhelming. The worst part was the sausage. We bit into it and we both spit it out. It was very clearly rancid. Our waitress reported back that the kitchen confirmed that it was bad and they would be taking it off the menu for the night. While that is not a problem, it happens….they offered us absolutely no compensation for serving us bad food. We did mention to the waitress that it would be appropriate for them to comp us a dessert or even a drink, and they refused. In a restaurant of this caliber, I would expect at minimum a small compensation for serving rancid food. The service was mediocre at best. I would not recommend Crossroads.

After researching this restaurant and watching a YouTube video we decided to give it a try and so glad we did . The food and the service were amazing and I can honestly say the best food that I have ever eaten in Las Vegas. I am used to only having one or two dishes to choose from here I had a whole menu and it was amazing. Alana was our server and she was great made sure that she noted any allergies and explained the menu. 10/10 .

Beautiful setting off the Resorts World casino. The dining room was elegantly appointed and the service was outstanding. This is a variation of Crossroads' normal menu which means everything on it is so good. I ordered my typical Wedge Salad (complete with bacon bits and the most amazing bleu cheese dressing - yes all vegan!). My main entree was the Piccata served with whipped potatoes. Yet again - truly outstanding. Whether you're vegan or not, I know you'll love dining here. Always a great experience and glad its in Vegas as its long overdue. Be sure to make a reservation as it's a very popular dining destination.

With the excellent Vegenation having closed its doors, the challenge was on to find some decent vegetarian or vegan food in Vegas, and thankfully Crossroads didn't disappoint. The menu is imaginative and varied, and considering where it is, reasonably priced. The wine, however, is expensive, so choose carefully. And if you're seated out front, you'll have to endure some godawful country cobblers from the sports bar opposite. However, the food is excellent. Apart from one of my appetiser selections being unavailable, everything was delicious. My wife every much enjoyed the sweetcorn soup and her watermelon salad was a huge success. I went all in on the lions mane steak and it was a big, indulgent slab with a wonderful red wine sauce. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Just hope it keeps doing enough business to remain open - it's a tremendous addition to the Vegas dining scene.

Super processed very bad for you “vegan” cuisine. Avoid at all cost for your long term health. Yes, we did go there not realizing what it is.

For 48 dollars gets you into the Vegan Brunch Buffet! All drinks are separate. It is so worth it if u love vegan food and brunch buffets! This place is the bomb! Waffles and chicken / poached eggs with benidict sauce in three diffrent styles An omelter! One who makes omelette on demand. Deliteful lemon cakes and a variety of bagels and lox! All vegan all yummy!

Attentive friendly service and delicious, reasonably priced, food! Finally, a plant-based go-to on the Strip! The only note: it’s way dark in the back of the restaurant.

This is such a wonderful restaurant. The food was outstanding, the service was amazing, the restaurant itself is stunning. I highly recommend you pay a visit if you’re in Las Vegas you won’t be disappointed

We were excited to try this new restaurant in the new Resorts World complex on the north strip. The restaurant entrance is easy to find, located a few steps inside the casino drop-off entrance. The food is great. The menu is full of options which sound like traditional non-vegan dishes, but are made entirely without meat or animal products. Bring your meat-loving friends and they'll love it. We enjoyed it so much, we returned two nights later to sample more of the menu. The manager kindly consented to put together a 5-course tasting menu (not listed on the menu, chosen by the chef) on each occasion, so we enjoyed 10+ dishes over our two visits. The service was friendly, low-key, attentive and skilled. Staff stopped by to check on our meal and chatted as well - they were happy to provide details on ingredients (including the vegan caviar made from kelp) . We enjoyed several of the wines and an amazing cocktail called "Holy Smoke", which was poured into a smoke-filled glass, creating a layered and original flavor profile. Atmosphere was elegant and quiet, even though the restaurant is steps away from the casino. The food is delicious by any standard - that the chef has figured out how to create it all from vegan ingredients is beyond amazing.

We went for an early dinner and it was pretty empty so we were given a nice private booth in the corner. He picked a plant based restaurant because it was Ash Wednesday so we couldn't have meat and I don't eat seafood. It was much better than I was expecting. The arancini was delicious and so was my eggplant steak. Great choice for vegans in Vegas.

Great dinner spot if you’re looking for vegan options. Awesome selection as far as the menu is concerned and the weight staff was very helpful. Looking forward to scheduling another reservation for dinner.

The best wedge salad and chicken and waffles ever!!! Unbelievablely good, my friend who eats meat could not believe all the "meat" and "cheese" was plant based.

Staying at the Conrad and flying in from the UK on lateish flight I wondered around the resort to stay awake for 2-3 more hours. Wondered by the Crossroads and although prodominatly a meat eater the menu looked appetising. Just wanted a main and I chose Butternut squash Tortelli which was really nice with the only criticism being it was a little small. A Tuesday night and it wasn't that busy but the staff still were very keen to help. Very quick service for meal so I chose a desert as well.

We chose this place because 2 family members are Vegan/Vegetarian and one has severe GF requirements. This place checked the boxes. I have eaten vegetarian without complaints before and can live without meat. This place has the right idea and some things are a hit while others are really just a complete swing and a miss. To start, the ambience was nice, medium volume music. Despite explaining the severity of the GF Requirements for one of our guests, they brought our appetizers out (which were sides) and I said, "That does not look like braised pea pods". The server said, "We thought the same thing but it is actually delicious. GREAT! One bite and she knew it was a wheat pasta. The manager was very apologetic and covered her meal but she's been sick for 2 days since. The wedge salad is quite good and a nice cover for blue cheese dressing. One member had a pasta dish that was great. The impossible meatballs were good, but a little bland. The eggplant filet was tasteless not matter the amount of salt I put on it. The wine list is like they went to CVS and bought up all the $17 wine they could find and sell it for $80-100. Not exaggerating. Daou Paso Robles Cab 2021 - $20 for $89. Justin Cab Paso Robles 2020, another $20 for $90. My point is that a higher cost, higher end restaurant would not put this on the list - perhaps by the glass, but not as a bottle service. It was laughable. We chose the Daou afer a taste, but they were out. They offered a bottle for $50 (don't remember the name) but took a shot. After they opened it and I tasted, I told him it was not good but he looked at me like, "You had me open it, you need to keep it". Mistake - horrible, flat, no-bodied wine. I definitely would not return there and my Vegan family members said the same, not for the cost of their attempt. I never have been a fan of big name chef restaurants in Vegas and this one proved it again.

We did brunch and it was not worth it. Dinner was better. We didn't find there to be a good selection for brunch. There are too many workers and not enough food. I think there wasn't enough work or customers and servers were stepping over each other. For dinner, we ordered many different sides and main dishes to try. The only one worth noting is the housemade Italian Sausage which is a good immitation of real sausage. Everything else was mediocre. Their truffle potato was burnt and hard and looks nothing like the picture on the website menu. Stay away from potato dishes!

Beautiful new restaurant in Resort World - BUT the food is excellent ! Do not be afraid of "health" food - my family and I sampled several different items and all were perfectly delicious - we started with the STUFFED ZUCCHINI BLOSSOMS and at the end of dinner (before dessert) we ordered another order of the blossoms - they were wonderful. We highly recommend Crossroads -

Delicious elevated vegan cuisine. First, our waiter Emmitt is the absolute best. We were celebrating two birthdays and he really made the whole experience memorable and extra special. The food is so flavorful and beautifully presented. I’m not vegan but I didn’t miss having dairy or meat. Enjoyed the zucchini blossoms, meatballs, wedge salad, acorn squash, and eggplant short rib. Highly recommend a meal here.

With the very poor Hilton and Resorts World experience finding Crossroads was a real treat. Great service, beautiful surroundings and truly creative food. While this is plant based there were plenty of meat eaters at tables around us who were enjoying their dinners. Our dinner and service could not have been better. Great wine choices and recommendation. We loved the Marsala polenta, Artichoke Tart and everything else! Well worth a try if you visit.

My daughter is vegan and I’m not and with not many healthy options in Vegas, we were so excited to find this! It was a Monday night around 9 pm and it was pretty quiet. Our server was so friendly and gave great suggestions. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu. Cocktails/mock tails were tasty. We started with the zucchini blooms-YUM! Wish there were 4 instead of 3 they were so good. My daughter had a truffle mushroom pizza and I had the eggplant filet- delicious flavors and great presentation. We shared some kind of citrus custard dessert that was so good! Don’t be scared off if you don’t eat plant based I loved it! Will definitely return when back in Vegas.

One of my top 5 favorite meals of all time was at this Crossroads. Everything start to finish was delicious. Highlights were the lions mane steak and banana pudding. We were absolutely stuffed and thrilled with everything we ordered. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant vibe is rock n roll chic. Excellent restaurant.

Go for happy hour! Food was amazing and plentiful. Could try all the dishes. Favorites were the Impossible Cigars, squash blossoms and the banana pudding. You can purchase a cookbook there as well. The drinks were unique. It was such a relief to have my daughter who is completely vegan not have to worry about what was on the menu. The cocktails are exquisite- get the no Aloha with toasted pineapple, cinnamon syrup and aquafaba- you won't be disappointed! Open up on the east coast please:)

Married to a vegan but I eat 50/50. We took another non- vegan couple and they were of course skeptical. I’ve eaten here 3 times before, so I was confident they would be fans. Another couple converted! They couldn’t believe how good the food was and the gluten free pizza was a favorite for the other woman dining with us. The cheese is as close to dairy cheese as you will ever see. Everything is amazing and we never skip a dinner here when at Resorts World.

My wife, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and I just returned from a four night trip to Las Vegas. On our first night we went to Crossroads Kitchen for dinner. We are all vegetarians and we had gotten recommendations to "definitely go" from our two vegan daughters. They were totally right! We ordered a number of items and shared them. Everything, including the service, was outstanding!

They offer a vegan buffet on Sundays. Run, don't walk, here. This was an amazing treat for everyone. We are trying to figure out how to come back here for dinner before we leave tomorrow! I think my daughter would move to Vegas if she ate here!!

My husband and I arrived around 9:30 pm on a Wednesday night, just before their closing time but still had a wonderful experience. Wish we could order everything on the menu :) Make sure to order zucchini blossoms -a bit on the pricey side but worth it. Impressed with the atmosphere and service, too…

An absolute gem in the ResortsWorld Las Vegas. Airy and chic location; great service; food was excellent to very good; everything is vegan! We really enjoyed our experience here. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous time at Cross Roads. The cheese and bread entree was phenomenal and we couldn’t get enough of it. We both ordered pasta dishes which were delicious. Service was really good as well. Highly recommend if you’re a vegetarian!

Perfectly competent, but if this place were in New York City, it would be something like the eleventh-best vegan restaurant. Our main issue is that everything was over-sauced — notably the salad and the pesto pasta. In the writing game, we say, "trust the reader," and I would think in cooking, it's similar: Trust the customer to discern what flavors you present; there's no need to use a sledgehammer to make your point. Then there's the by-the-glass wine choices. The top-of-the-line red wine was Daou, which is perfectly okay, but it goes for $19 on the menu. At Total Wine, just a few minutes away, it goes for $19.97. I understand the 4x-of-retail markup, but I also object to it. At a restaurant with a perfectly profitable 2x-of-retail markup, my $20 would be from a $40-$45 bottle, bringing us up to something like Ridge or Heitz or at least Markham. "Greed is good," sayeth Gordon Gecko. Hopefully that era is coming to a close, but apparently not at Crossroads.

This may be the best vegan meal I’ve ever had. Recommend the tasting menu - portions are good so leave room. Delightful meal and staff. And they play old rock and roll in the background . Definitely would go back

Firstly, when my husband found out that this restaurant was vegan, he was totally opposed to it since he is a big meat eater. After reading past reviews, he agreed to eat there. It was convenient since we were going to a concert in the same hotel. Well, surprisingly enough, he loved it. And I loved it. The service was great and the food was outstanding! I had chicken parmigiana and he had bolognese and although neither had meat or chicken, one would never have known that they were vegan. It was outstanding! I highly recommend Crossroads Kitchen Vegas.

This place offers creative plant based dishes that will not make you miss dairy or meat. Really enjoyed the dished we selected. We are not vegan or vegetarian, but really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The server was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Don’t have to be a vegan or vegetarian to enjoy this place.

My wife and I are pescatarians, and we were looking for a place for our final dinner in LV after a long day of touring Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. Our tour guide recommended this restaurant and said that even if you are not vegan or vegetarian the food is outstanding...and he was right. The menu has lots of choices. Many of the foods are mushroom-based, but there was also fresh pasta. We had the stuffed zucchini blossoms for an appetizer--wonderful! For entrees we had the linguini scallops and the Lion's Mane Steak. Both so tasty and interesting. As it was my wife's birthday, they gave us a free dessert. The drinks were wonderful too. I would definitely come back here. Recommended for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike!
Excellent food, large restaurant, nice ambiance, interesting photos on the walls. I came for dinner but as a pasta entree is close to or above $30, I later wished I came for the Sunday buffet so would get to sample a lot of dishes.
