If you're looking for a great local seafood restaurant on the Seattle waterfront, that serves Alaskan King Crab with excellent service, look no further! My husband and I dined here for Father's Day and had the very best time. Gabriel (she/her) was our server and she was absolutely fantastic. Warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the different types of crab, she even offered to hand make blue cheese olives while super busy and make it all seem effortless. We also had a chance to meet Edward, one of their new Managers, whose committment to great service went above and beyond. We ordered the fried calamari, which came a little too fried for our liking. He not only immediately offered to take it off our bill, he personally went into the kitchen to make us a new (and much better) batch, which he comp'd for us as well. This place knows service, has excellent food and views. A must-visit on your next trip to Seattle's Pike's Place Market.

We selected Cutter's because the menu offered a number of options for Pacific Northwest seafood. It delivered for us, and we left happy. The service was a bit iffy, but the food and drinks were all just what we were looking for.

Went for lunch, but had seen Red King Crab on the menu, which was apparently the dinner menu. Server was excellent- accommodated ordering off the dinner menu. The Red King Crab tasted like nothing- almost like it had been over boiled at $95 for the 1 pound. The Alaskan halibut was ok, but honestly not worth the $50. Service amazing, food meh. Later in the afternoon we were walking by one of the fish stalls and the shell of the Alaskan king crab they sold did not look like what we received. What we received looked more like the much cheaper red crab legs they were selling.

Wanted to do lunch near the market away from the crazy crowds and saw Cutters at the edge of the market. Had to wait a few minutes for them to open, but when we got inside we were given a window seat and the place has a great vibe. We both ordered the salmon, seafood salad and it was delicious, presantion was beautiful and service was perfect. Highly recommend it if you wa6to avoid crowds and relax.

We had a great uniquely tasty meal, the server was great, and the view was really cool. The ONLY reason that I did not give this an "excellent" is because they add a ridiculous "living wage" on the bill (that they do not reveal on their menu) that they expect over and above the cost of the meal AND the server's tip. It does not matter though, because the park next door to this restaurant is a mess, was filled with overtly rude and weird people (most appeared to be homeless), and seemed like it would become dangerous after dark. I will not ever visit Seattle again. It is pathetically sad and may be lost beyond ever being able to come back.

Thomas, our server was amazing. Food was delicious and great view of Seattle waterfront. Highly recommend if you like seafood.

We popped into Cutters for a quick drink and we were immediately greeted by the super friendly host Taylor. Thomas and Tina in the bar really put on a show with the smoked Old Fashioned. The drinks were fabulous and the service was fun. If we didn’t already have reservations for dinner we absolutely would have stayed longer. Thanks to Edward for giving us the names, your staff is great See you soon

I could eat here every day, it's heaven. Unfortunately I live in Los Angeles so that would be hard to do. The seafood is as fresh and delicious as my local friend insisted. I opted for a sushi salmon role that was exquisite along with a lavender Cosmo. You'll just have to go there and try them yourself as there are no words to describe it. Tastebuds heaven. The staff and service was superior and friendly, while the view of Puget Sound was excellent. Couldn't have picked a better place.

The three of us were walk-ins on a Thursday night. We had heard that Seattle is a good seafood spot so we opted for Cutters because it was a block or two from our hotel. We ordered oysters, clam chowder, coconut shrimp, calamari, clams, mussels, a whole dungeoness crab and the crab sampler. All of the food was delicious and the service was excellent. We wanted for nothing. We ordered coffee and dessert and at one point someone came out and told me it would be a little longer for the coffee because he had brewed a fesh pot instead of giving me the end of the pot. Really it was a fantastic evening and a relaxing way to end a travel night. I would recommendcthis place to anyone. Extra special shout out to Ethan, who took care of us all night and nade us feel at home.

Don’t recommend this restaurant. The service was terrible and the food wasn’t much better. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

We ate here as part of our pre-Alaskan cruise Seattle stay. It was very good. However it was frustrating because my husband had made reservations to ensure we’d have a direct view of the water. When we arrived, the host was brand new and didn’t really know what he was doing. He was soon replaced with a more experienced employee who brought us to a table in the back of the restaurant. He was very apologetic that we didn’t get the table we had reserved. He sent a complimentary appetizer for us to enjoy. The food was good but next time I’d like to try a different restaurant.

Just an average Tourist restaurant on the waterfront. Like most Landry Family restaurants just a chain with chain food. Being from New Orleans I know and enjoy fresh seafood and this wasn’t it. I had the trio 3 small scallops and a dried out overcooked pice of Salmon and 3 grilled Louisiana shrimp

Sorry to say it started off bad.houst had book a 6 pm window setting.we stop in the bar for a lovely happy hour..@6 closed tab and moved to dinning room ,2 table for 4 open.wedid not get one ,they tables where reserved. Order and salmon med to med rare..came over cook and dry Told the waiter med rare. What waiter brings moule and no spoon or bowel for shell. Go for happy hour!!!! front of house and waiters. Are untrained Bring sushi and no soy sauce.

We stopped in for lunch on a recent trip and had a great experience. There was a problem with my husbands order but as soon as we made them aware they went above and beyond to fix it. These guys know what true customer service is and it more than made up for our issue. They food was outstanding and we will certainly go there again.

We were lucky to get into Cutters and really enjoyed our experience. The seafood linguini was very good with perfectly cooked pasta and a nice serving of fresh seafood. The key lime pie was tangy and a perfect way to finish our meal. The staff was very friendly and the view is beautiful. Would definitely eat here again.

Don't be a dumbass! If there is wait for a table sit in the bar area. Sit at the long table and meet new people from all over the world! You get table service and a great view.

I requested a table with a water view and this was granted. The views were beautiful! The waiter was very helpful with meal selection and helped me choose a very flavorful stuffed sole. It was prepared perfectly. I enjoyed the fresh vegetables as well as the delicate flavor of the sole with the crab. My husband’s steak was exactly medium rare. Sometimes difficult to obtain. We shared a delicious crème brûlée for dessert. Everything was delicious.

We tried to get in on Mothers Day, but it was full. We finally got in the last day and had the one of the best dinners of our trip. We had shrimp risotta, mussels, fish and chips and crab dinner - all the meals were great and really enjoyed it. The service was great as well.

Wanted to have crab legs while in Seattle and it was a disappointment. Let me start by saying that the location of this restaurant is very nice, on the edge of the water, so therefore high priced. The service was very sporadic and average also. The crabs were dry and not much flavor, I really expected the best and was vastly disappointed. I would never pay the price again. Probably would have had better ones in the market standing on a counter. Sorry, I hate to say it, but it wasn't good.

A special occasion was made even better with the top notch service, excellent food and expansive view of Elliott Bay.

ALL my food was lukewarm and very pricey. It was like it had been placed under a heat lamp. I had a cappuccino after that was also lukewarm and had been sitting around awhile. We had a beautiful view and good friends to talk to while we ate. Our waiter was very friendly and did his best. I would not recommend this restaurant. There are so many others that have better food and cost a lot less for the experience.

Only chanced upon this spot, because our hotel had mucked up our reservation at another nearby restaurant. Get a table near the rear window, for spectacular views, and enjoy the Dungeness Crabs.

My husband and I came in to grab something to eat on Saturday the 27th feeling down about our luggage being destroyed ( not kidding) by the airlines before boarding our cruise to Alaska. Well… the manager was amazing and friendly, the waitress excellent and attentive, and the food exceptional. We left the restaurant with a totally different outlook and ready to board our ship next day. This restaurant was the high point of our stay in Seattle and we will definitely be back again.

A group of us went to Cutters for drinks and appetizers. The drinks and food were good. What was NOT GOOD is that the air conditioner doesn't work. It was hot inside; too hot. If it is a bit warm outside, avoid this place. I'm told if it's cold outside, avoid this place because the heater does not work either. I was told the whole heating/ventilation/air conditioning system has been down for almost a year! So unfortunate for customers and employees.

We were fortunate to grab a table at this popular seafood restaurant. We selected the Alaskan King Crab supper (all the sides were included) from the menu. The service was attentive, polite and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. This had to be the best meal we ate in Seattle.

We stopped for dinner our first night of vacation and the food and service were excellent. We came back the last night of vacation too! Would highly recommend the crab/shrimp fettucine and the key lime pie!

.... but it’s pricey. The service was excellent and the crab was about as good as I’ve ever had. Parking is tough so get a ride service down to the waterfront area. We enjoyed but brace yourself for the bill. Some folks say a fee is added to the bill. That might explain the higher prices.

Requested a window table with resv and had a perfect table to watch the sunset over the water as we dined. Enjoyed fresh oysters, fresh fish, and tasty martini's served by a knowledgeable attentive server. Will definitely go back the next time I'm in Seattle.

Our party of four enjoyed a great celebratory dinner on 5 November 2023. As usual, Cutters' cuisine was excellent in every respect. Special kudos to our server (Tina), who was extremely friendly, helpful & efficient and helped our evening to close-out on a very special note. The only thing holding me back from five-stars across the board was what seemed an unduly long wait (about 3-4 minutes) after we entered the front door, as the host station was unstaffed; bar staff (who could easily see we were waiting) were indifferent. This was *not* how we expected to start a special evening, and is an area that needs improvement.

I was not blown over by the menu or the service, but I did have a good lunch in a quiet setting. This looks like a popular place for local business people to have lunch with clients, just appeared to be large tables with business materials on the table. It is a good place for lunch, not sure about dinner?

Definitely a great place with delicious food and good service. We tried the salmon and the crab sandwich. A Roman salad with salmon and we close with a spectacular Cheessecake. We recommend booking and arriving on time. Maybe the place needs an internal makeover because it looks old. The service is friendly but a little slow.

Excellent atmosphere, and really busy, so booking probably necessary. Superb seafood menu, and food did not disappoint. On the waterfront.

Ordered 3 Seafood dishes and 1 steak. Steak was delicious and cooked as ordered, medium rare. All 3 Seafood dishes were So Overcooked!! The shrimp were literally like eating rubber, scallops so chewy and salmon actually crispy in places. The absolute worst Seafood we have had served. Very Disappointing. Desserts were Fabulous

It was mid afternoon and empty but we still had to wait ten minutes for a table. But then we had out pick in the house. We chose out of the sun even though the view was no as good from there. The steamed clams appetizer was a disappointment (better at 13 Coins Sea Tac). But the entrees! Bueatifully prepared and melt-in-your-mouth goodness, each of the three of us. The waiter was great, our friend visiting from China got extra attention, as our table did (maybe it was the time of day, but the service made us feel great). I would take a visitor here anytime, and tell them "...this is one of my favorite restuarants in Seattle."

Service was great, food was good, but the prices? Insane! I paid $40 for snow crab legs. I got 4 legs. 4! I get better prices in PA. Not worth the cost at all.

Terrible. We had a reservation. We were seated after a little wait. We waited a half hour st our table without even being offered water. After 30 minutes of no service whatsoever, we left.

We didn’t have a reservation and so sat in the bar, but got a good window seat. Our server as the bartender was great and personable, but busy with others also. Tuna nicose and salmon entree were great. Nice location on the waterfront.

Gabrielle was an amazing server . She knows her dishes and is very knowledgeable. I’m vegetarian and I was only going to order sides . She immediately suggested a dish with Thai curry sauce and rice. It was absolutely delicious. My friend had the Chilean sea bass also in her recommendation and it was delicious as well. We had an amazing view after a long day of sightseeing. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone coming from Florida to Seattle.

It has probably been ten years since visiting Cutters Crabhouse. It was wonderful the last time I visited and it is just as good or better now. A wonderful and large choice of seafood and accompaniments with view out into the bay from the many windows, even if your table is not window side. The service was excellent and I look forward to returning sooner than ten years. It is near the Public Market area, and it is also very popular so reservations are a must.

Something for everyone here. The crab stuffed sole was delicious. Loved the flavor and tenderness of the fish. Great crab flavor. Brussel sprouts were delicious. Nice and crispy. Cheese curd appetizer is awesome. Rest of family had assorted seafood dishes ans all were great. Attentive friendly service. Reasonable prices.

We were staying in a hotel nearby. It was Friday night and the area was buzzing. We opted for this place because it was less crowded than others in the area and we were in the mood to splurge. We also were wanting seafood. The place was a wannabe fine dining place. It hit the spot but it was no find. Gourmets will not want to make a point of finding this place. Service was excellent

Our server was attentive, yet not intrusive, which was refreshing at an upscale restaurant. The good was very good and dessert exceptional. We were fortunate enough to sit right next to the window, but with the sunset the shades were drawn (they needed to be to not blind everyone), so you couldn't really see much. Would be nicer at lunch time. Is a great location - used the suggested parking garage and it was not that busy.

nice restaurant, clean - good service - a wee bit expensive, especially since the portions were quite small. nice location - right on the ocean front.

Terrible from start to finish. When we arrived a portion of our party was already seated. The host informed us that our party was at the table and then looked to the next people behind us. Didn’t show us where to sit. Didn’t escort us to our table. Didn’t even point at it. Just ignored us and went to the next guests. When I asked the waiter what was good on the menu he sarcastically replied “crab.” I asked if there was a specific crab dish that was good and he didn’t have a real answer. We had to ask for bread. We had to ask for drinks. Drinks were so slow getting to us that we had to go get up from the table and retrieve one round at the bar ourselves. When the food finally arrived, everything was overcooked. Market price crab was so rubbery that we couldn’t crack it. Salmon was burned and hard. Fish and chips was hard and dried out. When we told the manager that our experience was terrible, he comped our drinks. That’s it. At a table of four we got 6 drinks in 90 minutes. Less than 10% of our overall ticket reduced for terrible service and Poorly cooked, overpriced seafood. Don’t go here!!

The Clam chowder soup was from the night before and cold, there was lipstick on our water glass and the fries were cold. Everything else was ok.

Service was good, but the food was the issue. The calamari was very overcooked with a lot of “fried bits of batter”. We both ordered the seafood pasta and when plates were served it barely covered the bottom of the bowl. We asked about the portion size as it appeared to look like a small plate. We were told that was the dinner size, the server asked if we would like more pasta. When it arrived, it was a totally different sauce. At nearly $30.00 a plate we expected a different size. Not the servers fault, just a lesson for us.

Have not been here for many years. Recently in Seattle around lunchtime. Decided to eat here. Nice dining area with white table cloths. Service very good. Food as follows was less than spectacular. Fried oysters were greasy and soggy...inedible. Green salad was swimming in salad dressing and greens in gigantic pieces. Crab cakes were different both taste wise and consistency. The dish was accompanied by large chunks of vegetables that did not seem to add anything to the dish

Would not eat here again! Service was good, food definitely not great!!!! View was wonderful. Overpriced

And it could be because I thought the waiter, although courteous, he just didn't give a damn about us and our food experience. I felt rushed and not appreciated. I think it was because my family did not drink the night we were there. The food---well, my family liked the Mac and Cheese Seafood dish and the Jambalaya....Although the crab dip was excellent it was small for the price. I would try this restaurant again because I want to like it....

Cutters Crabhouse was one of the only dining options in the Pike Place Market neighborhood open for dine-in service at the time I was there, which is expected due to COVID, but still limiting in the diversity of meals you could get. The host staff at Cutters enthusiastically and kindly welcomed me in with a reservation, with an apparent eagerness to provide great dining experiences for anyone comfortable. Throughout my meal, the attention to detail pertaining to COVID-19 was visible and much appreciated; employees were masked and tables were distanced. Few folks were in the dining room at one time. Keep up the safety levels! - Behind the mask, server Ethan was friendly, professional, and driven to ensure food accuracy amid the recent restaurant reopening. I felt very well taken-care of. Thank you Ethan and all the other staff! - Gorgeous, to-die-for atmosphere—windows are perfectly positioned over the harbor to give guests nearly unparalleled vistas of Puget Sound and the Pacific Northwest terrain beyond. Minus the two cranes performing construction work next door, come here for the quintessential scenic Seattle dining experience. Location is also prime for tourists and any downtown wanderers. - Now I address the food. While my overall review is 5 stars, I’m afraid I have to dock a star for the dish for which I paid. The chicken and the preparation was delicious, but...I can’t consider it better or positively standing out in any way than other chicken dishes. And I know, I didn’t order the seafood for which Seattle is famous, so I’ll leave it up to you to decide your thoughts on that. However, for the quite expensive price I paid for the only slightly-above-average chicken, the value for money is significantly lacking for me. I enjoyed it tremendously, but I would’ve liked to be charged less for what I got. - Slightly miscellaneous, but the restrooms on the property are not ADA-accessible. No biggie for me, but 1) the mens’ room door was stiff and I needed help, 2) there are two doors with a narrow, short hallway in between, 3) none of the stalls are large enough for a wheelchair, and 4) maneuvering within the restroom is tight and very challenging. I left with a bit of frustration. I realize it’s hard to fix and probably the least of your priorities with COVID, but I just wanna throw it out there to try to improve upon—and to warn any reader using a wheelchair themselves. Despite those few setbacks, I loved my time at Cutters and plan to return again! Give this place a try for jaw-dropping views, nice service, and tasty seafood cuisine.

Saturday afternoon at 2pm was clearly the wrong time to come. Took a waitress over 20 minutes to help us and she took our drink order (2 cocktails). Then twenty more minutes and we were still waiting.... so we walked out! Service a 0

We had the most amazing experience at Cutter’s this evening. Six of us in our party, and we were seated at a table with the most beautiful view of the Peugeot Sound. Thomas took exceptionally good care of us, he was so great with recommendations and always making sure we had everything we needed. I cannot say enough good things about him. Our party had the Jambalaya, seafood trio, and salmon, with calamari, sushi roll and cheese curds for apps. Everything was SO good, our only criticism was the shrimp was overcooked. We had such a fun time, I wished we lived here so we could come back again!!

A wonderful find in Seattle. Stopped in for lunch and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the crab and artichoke dip. Plus, Eli was a great sever. Everything we had was excellent.

Our crab dip starter was a great start to a great meal. My husband had the steamed Alaska snow crab while I enjoyed stuffed prawns. The service was great. Get reservations for early evening if you want a less crowded atmosphere.

Cutters Crabhouse offers good food in a bustling environment. It’s not great food, just good food, and the menu looks like it was aimed to attract out-of-towners. They can handle a high volume of them. The grilled romaine salad was good, but huge. The salmon wasn’t special, which is disappointing given how easy it is to find really great salmon in Seattle. We didn’t have dessert. Service was excellent, but almost a form of crowd management. A noisy environment. There’s nothing wrong, it’s a decent value, but there are options...

Lured in by the potential of a view, but just ok, the server was not good and got a very weird vibe from the place. Our food was edible at best. Avoid

Cutters crabhouse is a veneer in the mouth of Seattle. It's owned by a billionaire in Houston Texas who charges you a 4% “living wage tax” that 0% goes to the employees. Unless you see the whole crab or crab legs (which are all frozen from Alaska) it's lump crab they are charging $30-$40 for. They used to make their clam chowder from scratch, and now it comes from a can. They are vigorously anti-employee and don't even let them put their own lunch in the fridge during their shifts. This is a dubious stain on the Seattle community and should not be patronized by anyone that cares about workers rights or quality food.

A local friend recommended the place and it was great. Good quality seafood at reasonable price (seafood is not cheap anywhere), great service. Nice view of the seaside, and close to Pike Place Market and other landmarks. Better choice than other turistic crowded places in Pike Market. Crab there is a must, but other fish options were good as well.

It was tough getting a reservation and I’m glad we were able to snag one. We had a beautiful table right on the bed and enjoyed watching the fairies come in and out. The menu was fabulous lots of delicious seafood. We started by sharing the calamari with tartar sauce and bloody Mary cocktail sauce, it was delicious. The manila clams who is sweet and fresh. We shared jambalaya, It was really delicious and I appreciated the fact that we received two bowls and our food was beautifully divided. For dessert we shared a Keylime pie which was sweet, tart and delicious. Our waiter and surfers were on point. Ambience was lovely and dinner was delicious. We did not realize that Cutter’s is part of the Landrys group, we are members. I appreciate the updating and now we have the app - thank you!

First trip to Seattle to celebrate 31 year anniversary. We wanted seafood, and this place was a short walk from hotel and was easy to get reservation online. We had crab stuffed prawns and cod fish fry, both were great. Lavender cosmo....yum! Our server was Lawrence and he was wonderful. He heard from another couple we casually chatted with before dinner that it was our anniversary and gave us a free dessert - we took the key lime pie and loved it. Also that couple we didn’t even know sent us over a free round of drinks. What a great first impression of this city!

Our family decided to eat here. I like the atmosphere of this place, also the staff our friendly. Our server did a great job as well. Food it great and tasty. I recommend this place.

Our server, Lauren, was friendly and she took the time to recommend items on the menu to us. The food was good, but the service was amazing.

Completely pedestrian. The best thing I can say is that it was a short walk from our hotel. Salad is ordinary, swimming in dressing. I ordered fish and chips expecting that right here, on the water in Seattle, this was a good bet. And I popped for the halibut. Fairly mediocre. My husband ordered the stuffed prawns. Tasty, unremarkable. The ambiance is lacking, the help, while pleasant, is not engaged.

The food was amazing, the staff was amazing. Had problems with my Landry's card, manager came over got it up and running in no time. Server was there everytime we thought aobout wanting anything. Crabs were to die for.

Four of us went to dinner during Seattle's All-Star Game week. Water views are fantastic. Our seafood combo meals were outstandijng hot and served promptly. Service was prompt and courteous. One of our diners was profoundly unhappy that her food was cold. They made a new plate and the chef came out in person to apologize. That diner finally left happy. This is an iconic, elegant restaurant but you can go dine there casually.

This place is horrible . Ordered two chowders and they were less than half filled and clam less ! Fish and chips were worse than Skippers fast food . Cold soggy fries. Tiny portions of fish. Think Van de Kamp. Frozen food at your local IGA . $64 . Stay away. Dead serious . This place pretends it is fine dining. Get ready for low end fast food . Garbage . Even talked to the manager , Chris, who never did anything to fix

Wonderful late lunch at the waterside with a dear friend. We were placed at the window with wonderful view of the water. The food was wonderful. We did have to wait a little, but the staff tried their best. As in many places, lack of staff limits the capacity. Luckily not the quality. Our waiter was very helpful and quick, the receptionist even refused to take an extra tip for good service! We‘ll come again!

First let me say the service was good and the mussels in red curry were delicious. (The single crab cake was lukewarm and the scallops were small, sparse, and under-seasoned.) But the thing that really annoyed me is that this restaurant adds a 4% surcharge to offset the high minimum wage in Seattle! I'm sure they're counting on most people not reading the fine print at the bottom of the menu, but come on guys! We asked our waiter, and the extra 4% goes to the company, not the wait staff. Of course the wait staff deserves a living wage! (They were hustling.) But what's the point of printing a menu with prices, then not charging those prices? Why not be up front about it? Just raise your prices and skip the sneaky surcharge.

I've eaten at Cutters Crabhouse before for lunch and really enjoyed it. I took two of my friends there tonight while we were in Seattle for a conference. We had a great meal. Our server Colin S. was personable and efficient. Almost every table has a great view of the water, but as soon as it gets dark, the view disappears. So, if it's the view you want, go there for lunch or an early evening meal. The seafood is excellent. No one I've been with has ever been disappointed with any of the food we've had. It's a tourist restaurant. But, hey, we're tourists. We had a great time, so I recommend it.

Stopped here on a whim with a friend since we were in the mood for seafood. Im glad we did. The bar seating is closed, but they have an area dedicated to the bar still. We had their happy hour seafood. Great place for a snacks and food, or to watch a game on the TV. Full on entrées are pretty expensive so be aware of what you're getting yourself into to. The staff was also very kind

Highly recommend fir families. They are wonderful to Children. We had not been seated too long when our water, Bill, brought to beautifully prepared fruit cups out for two children seated with our party. They even took time to show them the lobsters in take. It fascinated the youngest. Water glasses were refilled several times without having to ask. A lot of gluten free options.

We went for the oysters and we’re glad we did! The atmosphere is great, the view amazing. Great wine selection, brunch menu too. The sushi also delicious. Good knowledgeable server. Highly recommend $$$$ but worth it for the best.

Went expecting seafood restaurant. Way above. Food was recommended by server. Outstanding food and service! The whole staff was great! Highly recommended!

When we were in Seattle, many of the highly rated seafood restaurants were not open or closed early. Cutters Crabhouse down near the water turned out to be a good choice for a small group. The service ws good, prompt, fish excellent and well presented. It was pricey but we had everything form appetizers to dessert with drinks.

Great view but no outside seating. Burger was the best my wife has ever had, but the fries were luke warm. Solid clam chowder. Most enjoyed their meals; but explained to the server that my salmon had to be medium rare but it arrived cooked through and cooked unevenly one side cooked noticeably than the other. An average meal.

We had a nice dinner here. The menu was moderately extensive and the food was food but maybe a little overpriced. We enjoyed our meal but it wasn't our best one in Seattle.

Excellent service with attentive staff that were knowledgeable and helpful. Lovely location overlooking the bay. Fabulous choice of seafood for seafood lovers, however one of our party does not eat seafood so without hesitation or problem, a chicken dish was designed to the diners wishes- definitely recommend this tea.

It has been 5-6 years since I’ve visited Cutters. It used to be one of my regular stops. I was out with a friend & insisted we stop in for a drink & quick bite. Upon entry the stale fishy smell in the air was an immediate turnoff. Additionally the layout had changed drastically since my last visit. It now looks like an outdated old cafeteria with drab colors. Even with the uninviting smell & lack of ambiance I insisted to my friend we should still give it a try. We ordered drinks from the uninterested staff, which were marginal at best. We both decided to cut our losses, paid our bill & left. What happened to the wonderful, inviting fun place I used to love? Sadly I don’t think I’ll ever return, nor can I continue to recommend.

The late Antonio Bourdain cautioned against ordering fish on a Monday night, my experience at Cutters on a Monday night seems to confirm this. My fish and chips tasted like it had been frozen, while my colleagues salmon was initially overdone, then underdone. The service was woefully inattentive, but at least the deducted the cost of the bad food from our bill.

This crabhouse is located just off of the market with a wonderful view of the bay. Food is exquisite and service is warm. Some of the drinks are really surprising and worth trying. I would definitely come back.

If you’re not familiar with Landry’s family of restaurants, it might be worth checking whether you have one of their brands near your home. It costs $25 to join Landry’s Select Club, but you get that back immediately in the form of a “Welcome!” dining credit. You also get a $25 birthday dining credit each year. Landry’s also emails an offer for 40% in bonus dining awards for every $50 gift card purchased a couple times each year. Since I had $20 in bonus dining rewards that were expiring, I chose Cutter’s Crabhouse, a well-reviewed Landry’s restaurant on Elliott Bay near Pike Place Market. Since Cutter’s is also on the OpenTable reservation system, I earned 100 dining points which I’ll save to cash in for a dining certificate at some point in the future. My wife ordered blackened mahi-mahi paired with a Washington state dry Riesling, I ordered a seafood trio paired with an Argentinian malbec and we shared a phenomenal crab and artichoke dip appetizer.

With a group of six and hungry bellies to fill, CC did not disappoint. The service was fair (not great/not bad), order -to-table was fairly quick, food had good taste, temp of food was fair (not super-hot/not cold), alcoholic drinks had good balance and they accommodated the ones we didn't enjoy, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would like to try other places in Seattle of this caliber but all-in-all not bad and would recommend.

A person at our hotel said Cutters was her favorite Seattle seafood restaurant. We were so glad we took her recommendation for our pre-cruise night in Seattle. Cutters is large and busy but we made reservation and had a lovely table with a view of the harbor. Our server was a long-time staff member and he was delightful - he made excellent food recommendations and was very entertaining. Our food was high quality, very fresh and delicious. We will definitely return to Cutters if we visit Seattle again.

Fantastic! Best way I can describe the entire experience. We were fortunate to be able to make a reservation for 10 the day of on a Wednesday. Beautiful weather made for some nice walks around the market and then over to Cutters for dinner. Between the service, appetizers, drinks, main meals and desserts - fantastic, all around. We had a bit of a wine glass accident and the team, took care of it and we continued on with our dinner. Well done and would return!

Excellent seafood restaurant, with a beautiful view and wonderful service. Great food, perfect service, beautiful view, beautiful and cozy restaurant, complete wine list.

Although the food was great, you need to expect to wait. Let's face it, this restaurant is located where they will be super busy. We were greeted very nicely, seated promptly, but the food took quite a while. Other than that service is great and you'll enjoy both the food and location.

The only thing that makes this restaurant passable is the location. We had two glasses of wine and two pints of IPA. We ordered King Crab legs. Nothing special. They didn’t crack and were rubbery. They were served on a bed of 14 cents worth of couscous. When I asked about veggies, the wet sponge of a waiter said “the mushrooms and heirloom tomatoes”. They tried to pass off one chopped up, mushy mushroom and half a cherry tomato off as “veggies”. Here’s the kicker…no appetizers, no salad, no dessert was $291!! I have no problem paying money for a great dinner experience but this didn’t even come close!!! We left hungry! Please don’t waste your money at this cheesy, underwhelming joke of “fine dining”

I always come here. We tried your oysters, just because I knew I would be really happy. drinks, views, brews, and yum. great staff behind the bar, ready to talk it up with you. a class act. I've been coming here for along time, and I must say I'm never disappointed.

Great service. In such a crazy time. Calamari. So good. Oysters half shell incredible. Sever made us spicy margaritas. So good. Great start on trip to Seattle. Laura. Great job. Thank you for the great service.

We had dinner at Cutter's on a Friday in August. We had reservations and were seated quickly. As expected, the menu is primarily seafood and had a variety of nice choices. All of our food was very good, especially the king salmon. Service was good and the prices are typical for downtown Seattle. Note: AARP members can get a 10% discount since this is a Landry's restaurant. We'd go back

Cutters has become the best seafood in Seattle!! Literally perfection. Service.. food... everything. Can't wait to go back.

Terrible service. We got there for happy hour which was ok but the tables are not really presented nicely. We were a party of 6. one table had a table cloth one didn’t 🧐 Then we waited forever for the waiter to bring the checks. He never came back. We had to bring them to him. Side note. The entire restaurant had 6 tables occupied. Then we went to the dinner area. The waiter was new and tried his best but was thrown into a shark tank by his supervisor bc he was clearly overwhelmed with 6 talkies in the restaurant. Took forever to get wine- and he could’ve sold us 10 bottles but when the first bottle was snotty It took an hour to get the next one. Food was good 👍🏼 We good there at 5:30 and left 9:30 Bc everything was soooooo slow. Alone picking up the plates after we had finished dinner took an hour. Never again. Clearly a Problem due to Covid. No trained personal. But the manager girl was there and didn’t do nothing. Very disappointing. Our young waiter tho tried his best.

This was my second visit to Cutters Crab House and just like the first one they didn’t disappoint. The oysters were fresh and flavoursome, I selected the crab sampler for main course. The crabs were delicious and even though served in the shell I thoroughly enjoyed the ritual of cracking and digging for the sweet delivery cloud meat. Excellent!

Good food but super slow service and this was not even the dinner rush hour. We finish dinner by 6.30pm The crab sampler was recently price us$88, and the fresh pacific oysters was plump and juicy . The Manila clams and Thai mussels were delicious too. They have a ridiculous staff surcharge of 4%? Maybe the owners are passing the staff wages to the patrons? Not sure if the staff do get the 4% surcharge or the owners get to keep the extras.

Reviews did not live up to our experience. King Crab legs were not fresh. They were previously frozen. I could tell because the shell did not snap using the Crab cracker; rather, it just bent. Shrimp cocktail was chewy and tough.

Food was just ok. We were disappointed in the crabs as they were overdone and rather rubbery. Server was nice enough, but expected better seafood from a restaurant located practically next to the Fish Market at Pike Place.

Overpriced and not at all good. Very underwhelmed. The atmosphere felt like a cheesy hotel cocktail lounge too.

Great place for happy hour, we got the lobster nachos, fried curds (a must have), and oasters. Great food and drink specials.

Great experience close to a lot of other things you will want to see. Vertgood food, excellent. Try anything seafood. Scalli I s excellent

I've eaten here before. It was pretty good. Today's clam chowder was quite bland. Had a whole bay leaf in it. Not a good thing. The server lady was nice enough, I guess. I asked her for lemon. She brought two thin lemon slices intended for use with bar drinks. I just spoke with her. Thankfully she is taking the chowder off my bill. Try this place at happy hour, or any time -- at your own risk. Thanks.

Our experience started off rocky. We are a party of ten. When I called for the reservation, I was informed that we would have to be considered an "event" since we had a large party. I was also informed that we would have a $750 minimum to spend that evening. Therefore, we decided to split up our group into 6 and 4 and there would be no minimum. I booked on my own on Open Table for that. A manager then contacted me and said that a group of ten would be ok. Why did I have to go through that brain damage? Luckily we did not go with the minimum as our bill was $550. This place came highly recommended from a local and I have to say it's just average. There was nothing memorable about it. I was there only a week ago and I can't even remember what I had. We decided that it's mainly a tourist place.

Wow, what fabulous food! We were so glad we made this choice as there are so many places to go in the area. Dinner couldn’t possibly have been any better. We both had seafood dinners that were top of the line and the salads and sides were all great. The cocktails were delicious, and we really enjoyed having a relaxing drink while we decided what we wanted to eat. James was our server and he was ultra-professional and helped us with some recommendations. He made our dinner feel extra special. And the view is incredible, by the way!

Group of 7 sat at the bar and had dinner and drinks. Food and service was excellent. We wanted to watch sec football and they were happy to change the channel so we could enjoy game.

A ferry ride to Emerald City; a walk along the pier and up to Pike’s St Market. Cutters was my choice several years ago for a birthday meal and it did not disappoint this time. A window seat with fabulous vistas. Wonderful staff including the host who made a point when we left to acknowledge my birthday once more. My Salmon BLTA was amazing!! Can’t say enough about how great our dining experience was today…Thank-you Cutter’s staff for going above and beyond the norm these days of herd them in and out as quick as possible. Thanks, we will be back soon!

We happened upon this restaurant when walking around Pike Place. Walked in; no reservations and they sounded apologetic that without a reservation that we'd "have to" sit in the table section by the bar. I tell you what - those large windows - it was no hardship! Great people watching and sea behind. The food was directed by our waitress and she was helpful and spot on. Just a lovely unplanned find!

Great location to see the port and ferries. I had the Penn Cove mussels in a coconut milk, Thai sauces and ginger. It was outstanding!, The king salmon, and the halibut were delicious. Both served with jasmine rice and fresh (crunchy) vegetables. Elijah was great. Will come back!.

I had some trouble reserving a table for seven people. We had to wait longer than the reserved time. They didn’t honor the request to sit by a window but that could be because they kept changing our reservation from seven people to two people. The black cod maple miso dinner was fantastic as was my mom’s salmon apple butter entrée. My sushi tasted like The rice had been dried out a little bit.

Looked for top restaurants in Pike Market area for seafood and found Cutters—didn’t realize it is a Landry’s—extra bonus! Shrimp and crab scampi, Brussel sprouts, stuffed shrimp, soup and key lime pie—all delicious! Didn’t realize the shrimp weren’t peeled on the bottom, so a little work! Definitely recommend…view by the water, wonderful service .

I got to this site late - about half hour prior to closing but they let me order a full meal off the main menu. Salmon was outstanding with butternut squash and brussel sprouts. Great Erath Pinot Noir. Very nice views and excellent service.

Food was very good and the location and view excellent, but prices were high and surpise to see on our bill an added 3.9% surcharge or fee...to offset the minimum wage increase (see photo) ! This is on top of gratuity... Ridiculous.

Not only are the views outstanding, the food and service are excellent. We needed a nice relaxing dinner after a full day of exploring, and thought this place looked like a good candidate. As always, a quick check here with TA, confirmed our thought, so the reservation was made. Fortunately for us, Erika was our server. I've spent years in this tough business, so my wife always tells me I'm too critical in my reviews. I'm not sure I've enjoyed better service anywhere than Erika delivered. The pacing, recommendations, and input from her made the delicious food into exactly what we needed - fine dining at it's best. Don't miss this place, and for your sake, I hope Erika is your server!

Last night in Seattle and this place did not disappoint. The waiter gave us great options. We wanted to try several things but didn’t want to get too full. He said he could split most things so we split the chowder, summer salad, and crème brûlée. We had different versions of halibut but both were delicious. The view was beautiful too, we will return.

Selection of fish was limited. Shrimp stuffed with crab was overcooked. Clam chowder was excellent. Ambience was nice with beautiful view of harbor. They add a 4% surcharge to your bill for cost of living. Why not just increase menu prices by 4%!

We just picked up family from SEATAC and had a table reserved at Cutters. It’s a great place to go with first time visitors to Seattle because it’s right at the end of Pike Place Market. We sat by the window, had a great view and amazing food. Our server was completely delightful and was happy to help the less decisive in our group (me). We parked in the garage and got our parking validated for 50% discount. Don’t get me wrong, Seattle has no shortage of amazing restaurants, but I would definitely add Cutters to that list.

Wow the stuffed shrimp was awesome and the grain served with it ( I don’t know what it was but it as outstanding, could be the best thing I put in my mouth ever. Found this restaurant by accident, highly recommend

If Pike Place Market is tiring you out and you need a quiet place for a fairly good meal, you might try this restaurant which is off on a side away from the hustle of the Market. This is a white table-cloth restaurant with many seafood offerings. Both of us had fish with various sides. It's not the best food that Seattle has to offer, but basically you are there for the lovely view and quiet, not so much the food.

My husband and I ate here because we had come for lunch on a previous trip to Seattle and had an amazing burger. We literally came back just for the burger (we checked to make sure it was on the dinner menu- and it was). When we arrived they let us know that they didn't have the burger and we wouldn't be able to order it. I chose something else off the menu, that again, was not available and ended up going with a mixed seafood plate that was very small for the price and honestly just didn't taste good. My husband had the fish and chips and they weren't bad. Wouldn't come back again. The service was good however, and our waitress was very pleasant and apologetic for our choices not being available.

Delicious food, amazing views and superb service. Our hostess Amana was so friendly and helpful. She seated us at the perfect table with a beautiful view. Daniel our server was attentive without being intrusive and offered descriptions and suggestions when asked. One of the best dining experiences of our trip.

Dining at Cutters Crabhouse was one of the highlights of our Seattle visit for a pre-cruise stay. It was the perfect spot to take in the gorgeous Seattle water views, friendly service, and delicious, fresh seafood. We dined with a party of 8 and everyone loved their choices. Definitely take a look at my photos and you'll see why I highly recommend!!

Six of us visited Cutters Crabhouse for dinner and were impressed firstly by the location of the restaurant. It is within walking distance to the Pike Place Market and also the Seattle Waterfront. The food was good, and so was the service, but a bit expensive. We arrived and were promptly seated with a wonder waterfront view.

Although our dining experience was quite enjoyable, we honestly would attribute the nice view table and attentive service more to our dinner partners (members of Landry's elite dining club) than to the restaurant itself. Cutter's Crabhouse enjoys a good reputation and is traditionally a frequent tourist destination. However, post COVID restrictions, it appeared that they have pushed their tables closer together for maximum seating capacity density. The food was still very tasty with generous portions, but the prices were certainly not as palatable and reflected the fact that the minimum wage in Seattle is one of the highest in the USA...and then they suggest that a "gratuity of 15%-20% is customary...[but] always discretionary."

Poor service! Long waiting time and the food was cold when it was served. It feels like a tourist trap. The most of them will visit only once. The food was fresh

Great waterfront location near Pike Place Market. Nice views looking North as construction is going on next door (thru Fall 2025). We were disappointed with the undercooked salmon so had to reorder and tell chef to make it well done. Our waiter Justin was helpful and friendly however, he was doing triple duty as bartender and host which left us abandoned. We would return once construction is completed as it will be a park like setting and probably very pretty.

Great views of Puget Sound, but too noisy and commercialized. We chose this restaurant for its seafood menu and the food was excellent - seafood cooked just right. But because of the background music, diners raise their voices to converse, and thus the place is noisy. The waiter misunderstood our order and brought us a different crab dish that we expected, resulting in a higher bill. When we complained, the manager took off 50% which we considered a fair resolution to the issue. However, his attitude was snippy. Next time we will choose another spot.

My husband and I went there for an early dinner tonight. The restaurant was still very empty. We had two servers, Ethan and Thomas tending to our table they were second to none. We ordered the mussels on a Thai sauce for appetizers that was just perfect. The sauce was so good that I could spoon it down. For main course I had pasta with shy and dangeness crab. I requested to have my fettuccine sauce mixed with the Thai sauce. It was perfect. My husband had a King salmon to melt in the mouth. Just a wonderful way to leave town. With a perfect meal and a taste to remember.

The venue looks impressive but I feel like they could have done something a little more with the menu given the venue views and location. It’s low quality food in a top quality spot. The overall visual aspect of the venue is there but they wouldn’t pop to mind if someone asked for a seafood recommendation. It’s 2019, put something exciting on the menu.

On the waterfront of Seattle near the Pike Market with views of the boats going by. Andrea had the Manila clam appetizer and I had the calamari. We shared their jambalaya as the main course. They put our shared entree on 2 plates which was thoughtful of them. For dessert, we shared their key lime pie. It was on a par with key lime pie I have had in Key West. In all a good dining experience. They also are members of the Landry group so if you are, mention your membership # and you will get points or can use accumulated points here.

I was there on 10/23/2022 with my girlfriend and another couple for a birthday celebration, we were walking to our table and the floor was greasy, my girlfriend slipped and fell, fortunately she is ok but the way management handled this was just awful. Not an apology whatsoever even when they admitted that it was their fault because the floor was greasy and nobody bother to clean it, we are not the type of people that expect to get anything for free and did not expect to get dinner on the house or anything like that, but they didn't even try to compensate the inconvenience. First and last time going to this place!

The seafood mac and cheese was amazing! Definitely worth stopping by. This restaurant is right next to the Pike Place Market and parking can be limited. There is also a large homeless population that is right next to the restaurant but we didn't have a problem with anyone.

Cutter's is located right by Pike Place Market in an area with too many seafood restaurants to count and in my experience it is the worst of all of them. It's overpriced, the service isn't great, and the food leaves a lot to be desired for a city famous for its Seafood

Had dinner here with friends. Food was really great. Had the crab stuffed shrimp and the crab was amazing.

Brought seven people for a celebration dinner for my daughter's law school graduation. It was forgettable. The service, aside from the sommelier, was awful and choppy. I was charged market price ($95) for king crab legs, which were -- at best -- the same size as the snow crab legs ($40) of one of our guests. We ordered three appetizes. Two of the three were not what we ordered. The replacements were slow to come. The check still listed the appetizers we did not order. Avoid

Run down but popular spot near pikes. Menus torn and ratty. Windows dirty. SLOW service. So so food.

We visited Cutters Crabhouse late one evening, we were informed that as it was after 9pm the Bar Happy Hour menu was on, but we could only have this if seated within the bar – although we could still order from the main menu also, but we could not order from the Happy Hour menu if seated in the main restaurant? To us the seating in the bar looked very similar to the restaurant, so we were unsure why there seemed to be segregation between the two? We decided to sit in the bar next to a window overlooking the bay and Seattle Great Wheel in the distance. We ordered a selection of Happy Hour food and drinks, including Nachos, Ahi Tuna Tacos, Market Sliders, Calamari Misto, Crab & Avocado Sushi Rolls and Crab Hush Puppies. The food was stunning, and we loved every dish, the only disappointment was the Hush Puppies which were a bit boring/dry. Considering the amount of food and drinks we had, the cheque was a very reasonable price of around $50, which we thought was superb value for the quality, quantity and service we received. We would highly recommend Cutters for its location, bay views, quality of food and very reasonable prices. We will certainly return the next time we are in Seattle!

I love the location and the view of the water. Our group was a group of friends at a work meeting in Seattle. We were seated quickly after arrival and were very satisfied with our view and location. After 15 min the waiter came by with menus. It wasn’t until 20 - 25 min into our visit that we were told the restaurant did not have: 1) Halibut 2) Black Cod 3) Sword fish The only fish they had available to eat was either king salmon or fried cod (fish and chips). I wish we were told this before we sat down. One of our party can not eat Salmon. The waiter continued to try to convince our party that the Salmon tasted good, asked if we have ever tried the king salmon… each time stating the price was $100.00. Was very pushy, did not help with options for the diner that could not eat salmon. The service declined from there. It seemed like our server was irritated with us. It took an additional 10 minutes to get water. The drink orders were wrong and had to be sent back. When appetizers and food brought we all were given the perception that we were a nuisance and we were occupying a table / not a customer. We ordered some sides for the table and it took a while to get serving utensils. The clam chowder was served cold. Aside from the poor service, the food was decent, just not what we intended or wanted to eat. I am appalled that a seafood restaurant would run out of fish by 6:45 pm - and be so bold as to give the impression the guests (customers) were the problem. I get that visitors or non locals can be challenging, but for a destination location in a tourist area (Pike Market), I expected better. Last time I was in Seattle was with my family. We are at Cutters and enjoyed our meal and service. There are lots of seafood restaurants in the area. I look forward to trying other places in order to get the food and service we are looking for. We ate at Aerlume (Next Door) the night before and they had all the fish on their menu and service was amazing! Hopefully competition will incentivize performance improvement.

The staff is great! They are very hospitable and could not be friendlier. The view was spectacular. Very convenient to Pike Market. I would never have picked it f I had know it was a chain. Food is low quality Landry chain restaurant; typical of tourist trap restaurant where they don’t expect to ever see you again. The halibut was overcooked and bland. The fried calamari was greasy and heavy. The shrimp was rubbery. I doubt if the locals eat here.

The food was really good, the customer service also was very good and really nice views and atmosphere. I would recommend and go again

We had a perfect evening dining at Cutter’s. The view is spectacular with a 240 degree view of the waterfront, islands, etc. The food and service kept up. Great array of seafood specialties. I highly recommend a visit.

I don't eat seafood, honestly. But, when you're with a group of people who do and you're trying to be sociable, it is occasionally impossible to avoid eating at a seafood restaurant. Another "crab shack" down the road served ribs in addition to seafood. Cutters had filet mignon (only) and (only) a single salad which was not seafood based. I loved the brussel sprouts which were roasted perfectly and sprinkled with tiny super hot tiny pepper bits. I'd be chomping down on them when once in a while I hit a bit of the hot pepper and had to pause for a bit while alarm bells went off in my head. wow. I never thought that eating brussel sprouts would ever be exciting and take my breath away. The steak... they took a really nice cut of beef and heated it for me. It was so dull and tasteless, while being cooked to perfection. What a shame the steak wasn't as good as the side dish. I guess they were punishing me for not eating seafood. Service was super and attentive.

Absolutely amazing seafood! We did the crab sampler, couscous, and mashed potatoes. All of which were 10/10. Prices are mid to high range. View of ocean is stunning. Service is very city- quick and impersonal. Getting to the restaurant is a little scary as there is an open green area next door with lots of homeless people that is very dirty. I would love to see Cutters get involved with keeping the city clean and safe.

Had dinner a family dinner and enjoyed the experience. Service was very good, food was good, not 5 star. My wife and I split an entree and it was brought on one plate and placed between us, without even the thought of a second plate let alone actually splitting the plating. Other than this all was good.

This place was amazing. The views, the staff, the food - all were wonderful. We had the king crab and the filet. Both cooked to perfection! The red wine sauce and the couscous was sensational. I highly recommend for a romantic night out or even just you meet up with your friends!

Great happy hour apps followed by drinks and dinner that was top notch. Highly recommend! Effervescent drink was especially good as well as the crab rolls.

We enjoyed this beautiful restaurant as the sun set over the sound. So enjoyable. We all enjoyed our meals very much and the service was good. We would go back again for dinner when in Seattle.

My wife and I stopped in for drinks and dinner recently. Drinks were good and the food was decent. We only had the fish and chips and they were pretty good. When I received my check, in addition to the hefty sales tax in Washington, there was significant service charge (about 3.5%) added to the bill. When I questioned the waitress, she first tried to say that all the restaurants down near the Market charge a fee. That was simply not true as I ate at several others including Ivar's that did not. When I told her that, she admitted that they add it to pay the wait staff more because they have to pay for their own parking. In my mind, this is a bait and switch. You advertise one price on your menu but charge another. It would be okay if it was for a tip, but it was not. Very shady business practice.

We had walked around Seattle and worked up a thirst! Popped into Cutters and took advantage of happy hour. Enjoyed great gin and tonics and the waitress suggested a snack. We all enjoyed calamari fried and crab in a sauce with tacos. Very tasty! Good choice of food. Terrific service . Well worth a visit! Great atmosphere.

Beautiful view of the Port of Seattle. Fine restaurant with reasonable prices. Plenty of seafood. Good for any occasion.

Great seafood dishes and diverse choices, with a beautiful view of the water near Pikes Place in Seattle, Washington. If you are visiting, you must eat here. The host was very kind and friendly. Our waiter, Timothy, was excellent—and not just because he's from Atlanta—knowing the menu well and making a few recommendations. What we loved most about him was his attentiveness and enjoyment! Our group of four ordered the spicy sashimi roll, Crab Cakes and Pan-seared Chilean Sea Bass! That crab-house sampler, fish and chips was delicious. The Chilean Sea Bass that I had was perfectly prepared! It had a taste of buttery goodness and tender flakes! Fresh and straight from the heavens of the bay! The crab cakes were delicious! This dish had succotash all around it and tasted great! Do you feel hungry right now? I recommend visiting this restaurant!!

Solid 4. Right next to Pikes Market. Good window bay view seats. Good to get a few yards away from crowds. Seafood absolutely fresh. Pacifics and Seasonals Kushies oysters very good same for beer battered cod Crab dip fine but nothing special. Super service!

The waterside views were great but the food was average meh. I regret ordering fettuchini with crab and shrimp as it was smothered in a creamy mess with very little crab. Jambalaya wasn't good and the fish trio was overcooked. We still had a good time but I would not go back due to the food.

The food was good, not great. Service was good. The reason for a 3 rating is because the value for price paid was lacking. Salad and soup did not include a single dinner roll. No veggies or starch with an $85 order of crab legs. Not a horrible experience, but not worth the money.

Omg what can I say about this beautiful place.. We were in Seattle on holiday from uk for 3 days before boarding a cruise to Alaska. We called in for happy hour drinks and enjoyed the atmosphere so much we ordered food , this was such a good decision the food was stunning. It was that good we ended up doing 2 days for lunch. Even though there was building work going on outdoors , this didn’t affect the atmosphere inside !! The staff from the maitre d to waiters are amazing, the food top class and the restaurant itself was just the best. Cutters you made out stay in Seattle even more special . A must if you visit Seattle

We were visiting Seattle for Thanksgiving and were in town early in the week. Fresh local crab sounded like a great way to get our holiday week started and that is exactly what we got here. And it was very good. My wife ordered the Dungeness crab and I went for the Alaskan king crab. Both were outstanding and our server was friendly and attentive. The view from our window table would have been good too if we were there during daylight hours as this restaurant is right on the water. As it was, we still enjoyed the lights from the ferry and other harbor traffic. My only objection was that it was pretty expensive. For quality like this though, a splurge is fine once in a while. We did order the priciest items on the menu, so there are other options. I recommend this place for seafood lovers. Nice wine list too, by the way.

Excellent crab and seafood restaurant in general. Very good lunch box. First-class salmon. I highly recommend it.

Arrived here as a hungry group of 8 people seeking seafood. Seated with no problems or delays. Food and drinks arrived promptly and service was friendly. The staff had no issue chatting with us and the chef even came out to ask our opinion on a couple of new dishes that they were trying. Great range of seafood dishes and an excellent wine selection. Make sure you get a seat by the window so you can enjoy the wonderful view. Be warned though, it is a little on the pricey side.

Good: Had 2 reservations of 4 each. When we got there, a table for 8 was available. Food was good. Bad: We didn’t get all the food we ordered. They forgot 2 items. Overall, service was the worst I’ve had in a while from any restaurant. Because of how infrequent the server came by the table, it was difficult to let them know. Yes, I could have flagged someone down (I eventually did) but I became interested in how long it would take them.

...chase. The food and service were fine, but not really noteworthy. Nothing bad, just not memorable. We were in the mood for something more casual, but Mr. Fish had a long waiting line, so we settled here. Your results may vary...

My wife & I celebrated a milestone anniversary in Seattle and chose this place for one of our dinners. We had a great table beside the window with a view of the water. I ordered blackened swordfish. The fish was blackened but it had no spice's on it, it was very bland. It was a good size piece of fish but just bland. My wife ordered King Salmon with Apple Butter for $39.00. I was shocked to see on the bill an additional charge of $3.00 for apple butter. I guess when you order in this place if there is a sauce for your meal it is extra. She did enjoy the fish, said it was very good and the portion size was perfect for her. Speaking of bland, that describes our server, in my opinion he did the minimum to serve us.

I visited just for Happy Hour. The wine was excellent! It was a crisp, White Wine from Washington state. The appetizer left much to be desired. The Crab Nachos had maybe two pieces of crabmeat. Such a letdown.

We got the grilled seafood trio and the crab and macadamia mahi-mahi. The food was great and the service fantastic. A lot of choices to choose from. The restaurant was not loud and it had a wonderful ambiance.

Cutters was the closest restaurant to my hotel on my landry's salect club app and I decided to give it a try since it looked like a pretty nice seafood restaurant. My server was a class act and was pretty attentive throughout my dinner - I could not have asked for a better server. The clams appetizer and fresh catch salmon were off the hook! My server told me that their fresh catch salmon is from Alaska so I had to order it and it did not disappoint! The oysters, not so much - I've had fresher for a similar price point. The rose was pretty decent and I was pleasantly surprised by their syrah! (not pictured here) It exceeded my expectations for a $10 glass of red. Unfortunately, the bartender on duty did not know how to make an old fashioned and mixed in way too much bitters - this kinda ruined my overall dining experience. Overall, I would be willing to give this place a try again next time I am in Seattle.

We had a fantastic dinner. The Halibut special was fresh and a wonderful presentation. Service was excellent, even though they were short staffed like everyone these days.

We dined here before traveling to Vancouver, BC. The king crabs were excellent. We are big fans of stone crab and the king crabs are more work but the flavor was great. We had a pound of the king crabs along with fries and slaw. It was the perfect amount of food to share. The waiter was excellent and the view was amazing. If you’re in Seattle be sure to give this restaurant try.

Fried cheese curds were awesome. I especially enjoyed the fried peppers included. First class clam chowder. The shrimp were dry and over cooked. Scallops were good. Sad portion of veggies and barely warm. Fairly decent deserts but cheese cake portions were small.
meh
Food was ok but over priced for taste. crab cakes needed sauce, the coconut shrimp pounded flat and butter fly is better option for the price you pay. dip was made incorrect and not comped after the fact or offered to remake it. Caesar salad was good but a bit spicy for caesar. Asparagus was very tasty, Brussels sprouts were a bit saucy but just ok, just buried in sauce, creme brulee was ok but heavy on topping so it made it hard to dig into the yummy custard The atmosphere inside is nice but the homeless folks using the outside of the building as a bathroom on the outside of the window kinda made us lose appetites or any desire to revisit
