The grilled cheese sandwiches are really amazing here. Also the sweet potato fries and onion rings. The only problem is they don’t bring them out hot. Because we were a party of three some of the food items sat until the rest were ready and so my sandwich and my Onion rings were cold by the time they came out.

Great place for comfort food !! Wonderful variety of sandwiches . Always have delicious soups also. I had the classic grilled cheese abs the tomato soup. It was delicious !! Nice variety of cocktails and service was good !

Wife and I came out from a movie at the Angelika and this place was the only place open at 7:00 PM. Great food, great service and we will return!

My family and I enjoyed our lunch here. We had a Cobb Salad, Julius Salad (Caesar salad), Bruschetta Bites and Baked Potato Soup. Everything was good! The salads are huge and prices are reasonable.

I've been here 3 times now on my trips to Dallas and each time I was not disappointed. This place is located in the Bishop Arts district. You can valet or street park, but if you valet you can pull right up almost to the restaurant. The restaurant serves a variety of sandwiches, mac n cheese, and burgers. At least 3 or 4 vegetarian options. The portions are big and you will not leave hungry.

I love grilled cheese with tomato soup, but be forewarned this is not your mom's grilled cheese. Wow! I had a grilled cheese with gueryere, smoked gouda and cheddar cheese, sprinked with back bits and delived on a parmesean crusted sour dough. On the side was an excellent bowl of very hearty tomato basil bisque soup....a marriage worth consumating (eating). The have a modest selection of good draft beer and a bar as well.

New to Dallas and found this place by accident. It is AWESOME! Great sandwiches but also soups and salads. I had the cattlemen and an Old Fashioned. Both were excellent. Our server alone raises the rating of this place. De’Andre couldn’t have been friendlier or more professional. This place is lucky to have him.

Sometimes you just really need a grilled cheese and tomato soup - and you'll get an excellent one here! I am a big fan of the Cattleman's. Make sure you get brisket on whatever grilled cheese you order. In the past I've ordered with mac and cheese - on the grilled cheese! Also an excellent decision. Good cocktails and drink selection. Local Bishop Cider is always refreshing!

Yummy! Great selection of delicious grilled cheeses. Four soups to choose from and a number of salads . Stick with their specialty and order one of their grilled cheese sandwiches. They have a great bar. Last night they had Christmas cocktails and the Brandy Alexander was delicious!

This little gem is nestled in near obscurity anong the shops at Mockingbird Station. A perfect place for a good lunch or late night sandwiches. My favorite is the baloney sandwich - just like mom served. This restaurant is airy, light and very relaxing. Can get crowded, as it's a favorite among the locals. Servers are efficient and personable without being intrusive.

I met some friends here for happy hour drinks & dinner before a movie. I had the pimiento cheese sandwich and added brisket with a side of onion rings, and a Paloma to drink. Everything was super tasty! There are a lot of options here so everyone in your group can find something to enjoy.

Really delicious grilled cheese. I couldn't decide so I got both the Pimento and the Bacon Jalepeno Popper. I did not regret it one bit. A little on the more pricy side for a grilled cheese but still worth it.

For the record, I wanted to like this place. The good: they have Oak Cliff Brewing Hefeweizen on tap. The bad list is stunningly long: floor was like an ice skating rink. Service was exceptionally poor. Grilled chicken Swiss cheese sandwich was just a few pieces of what tasted like frozen ore cut up chicken and melted cheese. It had maybe 3 drops of sauce on it. The fries were VERY undercooked. Larger fries were just plain raw. The cost to experience ratio is easily a 1 star rating. I only gave it 2 stars because the had Oak Cliff Brewing on tap. I won’t return. $54 for 2 sandwiches, 1 order of fries, 2 beers and 1 mojito. Wow. Bad.

I can not brag enough about this place. My son loves grilled cheese and this place did not disappoint. Walked in full bar- tv’s with football on. Paloma’s were on point! Son had the rustic and tomato soup combo and was dipping his sandwich in the soup. I had the Brie and bacon and I am still not over the melding of flavors. The waitress and the bartender were attentive and a pleasure. We loved this place.
If your there for the milk shakes…
Party of 5 visited for lunch, primarily because my granddaughter and her friend like the menu and really like the milk shakes. We ordered two milk shakes and ice teas and a water. Wanted the mozzarella bites starter but was told they didn’t have them. The person handling our table brought us our drinks except the milk shakes, saying something about the ice cream delivery hadn’t made. I knew this would be a problem and immediately told the person handling our table we would be going somewhere else. I suggested that we get a check for the two ice teas (although I really didn’t want them). When I got the check I asked if we could get them in a to go cups. Our table handler said sure, and when she picked up my glass she poured most of the tea on my shoe. I stepped out of the restaurant for my safety and my wife brought out the to go cups. I really don’t understand why our handler didn’t know about the milk shakes problem and felt a little put out that I was stuck with two ice teas which we never drank.
