We selected Daniel’s Broiler mainly because we were staying at the Hyatt Regency and it was convenient. It turned out to be one of the best meals we’ve had in Seattle. Not only was the food great, but the cocktails were equally good, and the service matched the food & drink. Oh, and the wine list is outstanding. Nice and quiet so we could actually have a conversation - which is sometimes not the case in a restaurant - and overall we just had a marvelous time.

Very cool space on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Very retro hip with clean lines and plain spaces. Food good, same menu as the other Daniels. Service was great. Will go back

We were tired from traveling, so decided to eat in the hotel. A little more expensive that we normally frequent, but the steaks and sides were outstanding. And the portions were huge, providing me with leftovers warmed up for lunch in the microwaves by the fast food lines. Got chowder, cream corn (huge serving) and steak. Saved much of it for lunch so we had room for decadent desserts.

I accomodated in the hyatt hotel and went to eat breakfast once I woke up. I've asked the hotel staff where is the breakfast area and they pointed me to the Daniel's Broiler place. Once I got there the hostess welcomed me and pointed me to a table and told me that they serve only buffet. The buffet was really poor, almost nothing but lame sausages and salmon, I asked for an orange juice and waited for 15 minutes until I gave up and decided to leave. At some point the waiter came to me and asked me how I should pay, I told him that I believe my reservation should include breakfast but it appears that there was a mistake and the free breakfast was supposed to be only for tomorrow. so I got a 32$ bill for a poor breakfast with absolutly no good reason. Once I talked with the hostess to clarify what happaned she told me that they were not related to the hotel, but then again she told me that she can charge my room :-/ I told her that once I came in, no one has showed me any menu indicating the food type they serve and the price, so I wasn't aware what and how much I'm paying for. Once I talked with the manager I relised there was nothing to really talk about, I explained to him that I didn't got any menu or seen any sign about the price like a normal restaurant. They didn't really care and I can be sure that other tourists also fell with this trap. I payed what they demanded and I hope I won't come there again.

I have eaten at every Daniel's Broiler in WA and this one unfortunately does not measure up. The ambiance is sub par, service average and food just not very good. As an example my caesar salad was pseudo brown lettuce, little tasteless dressing and a fish with roasted root vegetables that was almost all baby potatoes. Definitely not worth the $300+ paid for two people. I would avoid this Daniel's and head to another one or someplace else altogether.

Had a lovely dinner on a Saturday night here while on vacation. The hostess, Antonia, was great. Service was very good. We had the oyster rockerfeller as our appetizer and it was delicious. We shared a porterhouse steak and it was cooked as order and was also delicious. Even our 8 year old enjoyed his kid's meal. While a bit pricey, it's no more expensive than any other well known steak house.

As a food lover, I was excited to try this restaurant. I’ve heard good things and many rate it as within the top 3 steak places in the state. There was about 16 of us in the group and almost everyone ordered steak. At least 3 people had complaints about their entrees being burnt. I had ordered mine as medium well and it arrived very charred on the outside but mildly pink on the inside. I usually take pictures of my food and post it on social media but It wasn’t even an option for this order. It was so charred that it was not enjoyable to eat. I tried scraping off both sides of the steak to remove the burnt parts but its flavor had already seeped in to the inside of the meat. Every bite was bitter. Even if this meat was only $5, I wouldn’t pay for it. Spoke with the manager and got my meal for free. All others in my party sucked it up and ate theirs because they were hungry but I couldn’t even force myself to eat it. Not sure if all locations are like this but I am very disappointed. Will not be coming back.

We went here after a show to use our gift cards. The server Shavonne was the best part of the meal. She was very nice. We started out with drinks, the botanist and a Oh My, Drinks were just ok, nothing special…kinda thought mine was a waste of money. My husband and I each ordered a cup of clam chowder and we ordered the filet mignon steak strips. The steak strips were very good but the clam chowder was bland and boring. I can make better at home. There were plenty of clams, just pretty much flavorless. I don’t need it hot or peppery as this is not flavor, just heat. Don’t plan on going back again but as I said before the server was great.

We were staying at the New Hyatt in Seattle (lovely hotel) so we decided to have breakfast at Daniel’s Broiler in the Hotel. Our dissatisfaction and disappointment with both the food and the service ruined any plans to ever eat here again. The service - our wait person was rude, showed up only to take our order, deliver the food and the bill. She did not bring any water or offer coffee refills; nor did she once check on our meals or ask if the food was good. And the restaurant was not busy. She actually slid a container of Katsup across the table. Now we weren’t eating at Denny’s, so a little class would have been appreciated. And the real tragedy was were charged a 20% tip automatically. I am familiar with this process from Tom Douglas restaurants. Which we eat at often and have always felt the wait staff more than deserved at least a 20% tip. Obviously they hire the best...but not Daniel’s. Not to mention this was the slowest service I have ever experienced in Seattle. Now to the food - crab Benedict- the muffins were burnt, the ears were scrambled, not poached and the has browns appeared to be out of a box. The only bright side was the crab was fresh and the orange slice was sweet. For $24 and $4 for a coffee that was never refilled, no water and 20% for the worst serve in years, no I will never be back. I hope the Hyatt finds a better restaurant to grace this lovely hotel. We travel a lot and are foodies, total disappointment....

If you've got $30 to spend on salad at lunch this is your place. Convenient if you are staying at the Hyatt Regency, they open at 6:30 for breakfast and serve lunch and dinner. The food was great - just pretty expensive.

The concierge at our hotel recommended Daniel’s as “the best steakhouse” in Seattle so we felt confident it was appropriate for our last dinner with departing European guests. What a disappointment! The steaks were dramatic with large bone in rib, but $100.quality meat should not need to be smothered in garlic butter. The salmon, served rare without asking, was OK, but also disguised with unnecessary flavorings (it was “Bourbon Month”). The other entree also seemed overpriced and mediocre. Ordering Creme Brûlée for dessert was possibly our worst mistake: the topping was soggy not crusty, and the custard eggy. Our waitress must have noticed the small amount of creme brûlée eaten, but she said nothing and offered neither an alternative, or to waive the charge. That would have been a classy gesture, but Daniel’s didn’t surprise us with that. We left, embarrassed that our guests had insisted on paying the bill and annoyed with the concierge who had sent us there. When I looked up the menu later online, the prices were lower than those on our dinner menu where most steaks were over &100.

Located on the second floor at the Hyatt , open since 2019 , we agree we going to stay at the hotel for room services , to relax , we had a busy schedule last few days at Spokane , but last minutes we make a late reservation at the restaurant , staff very professional , told us the week night restaurant not too packed , special we stay at the hotel , he will do his best for us to get a tablet ! great PR ! very upscale , cozy atmosphere , restaurant only half full , great way to enjoy the dinner , we had a very cozy booth , menu is perfect lay out , lot of choices , I choose the Chilled Appetizer seafood platter , very fresh and delicious , WOW ! the jumbo Prawn amazing big , my girl friend order the New York ( M ) with baked potation , my Bone in rib eye (MR ) with mashed potation , both steak grilled it to perfection , very flavourful , so juicy and tender , service oriented , since the pandemic , it is been very tough mentally and financially , to the hospitality business , I have no problem with the automatically gratuity as long the quality of the food and service is good , so if you looking for a cozy mordant steak house , try the Daniel's . you will not disappoint .

I had a classic American breakfast and it was great. The only downer is that it came with one slice of toast that was not very big. So I ordered more toast - $4 for two small slices. If it were gourmet bread, that would have been fine, but it was just a soft, wheat bread.

The host was rude and condescending. The waitress gave me a drink with a major ingredient missing; when I brought this to her attention she said “sorry we ran out” but still charged me full price. The butter cake is underwhelming. If I had a choice to leave a small tip that’s what I would have done however they automatically charge 20% which explains the rudeness and not caring whether a main ingredient missing.

Well placed in downtown Seattle and surprisingly had plenty of availability at the last minute. Server was excellent and food was average. Served my needs to eat a quick dinner but not a special occasion kind of place.

Went down to Daniel's Broiler 3 nights in a row and had fabulous appetizers. Oysters Rockefeller, Bacon wrapped scallops and fresh oysters. Service was friendly. Pricing is up there but worth it. My wife had the calamari one night and really enjoyed that as well.

Had business dinner. Tables were well spaced out. service was professional and friendly. We ordered oysters, French onion soup, whiskey seafood soup and scallops starters All the dishes were salty- had to return the French onion soup as bread was burnt and soup was way too much salt. We left to eat elsewhere.

I recently made reservations through the Hyatt Regency concierge for Daniel's Broiler Restaurant in downtown Seattle to celebrate my birthday. This was my first time at Daniel's Broiler, and while the food was good, my evening was marred. First and foremost, the restaurant automatically adds a 20% Service Charge to the bill. This practice is extremely off-putting and feels like being bullied into tipping 20%. According to the bill, "A 20% service charge is included. 100% of this service charge is retained by Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. We strive to be an employer of choice and our servers are paid a base wage and a separate commission based on their sales. Additional gratuity is not expected and purely optional. If you have any questions please ask to speak with a member of management." Despite this explanation, 20% is pushing it for a gratuity, which should be at the discretion of the guest. Forcing a 20% charge is a complete turn-off. There needs to be a sign or some way of communicating with guests BEFORE they dine at the restaurant so people can make an informed decision on whether they want to dine there. Had I known about this 20% default Service Charge, I never would have dined at Daniel's Broiler. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Additionally, after dinner, I needed to use the washroom, which is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. To my astonishment, the sign on the washroom door indicated that a hotel room key was required for access. This is absolutely ridiculous! I had to go downstairs to the front lobby and ask for a key, only to be told that this policy is "for my safety." This is insane and highly inconvenient. Due to these unpleasant experiences, I will not be returning to Daniel's Broiler or the Hyatt Regency. They need to be upfront about their Service Charge policy and reconsider their restrictive washroom access policy. Dining out should be a pleasant and hassle-free experience, not one filled with hidden fees and unnecessary obstacles.

Hotel restaurants often disappoint when it comes to value but the lunch menu at Daniels has some of their great beef at moderate prices making this a real treat for a business lunch when someone else isn't buying. Service was fast and courteous. Will definitely return when in Seattle again.

Had a great experience, we showed up at 8am jet lagged, we had an amazing breakfast. The servings are generous, the food was prepared with care & it was delicious, the wait staff was attentive.

The service is good, the food is good but not great (high quality ingredients, nothing special in the preparations), the decor is fine, and the prices are astronomical. So if you are on an expense account and your boss doesn’t care that a meal for one will run you close to $100 including the 20% service charge, eat away. Portions are large (except the wine, which for $15/glass are middling pours). Price to value for Seattle (or even NYC), terrible. If you don’t care about price, enjoy. No views, so if you’re a tourist, go to their location on Lake Union and at least you can have a modest view with your $60 steak.

This was the worst spent money I have ever spent out at a restaurant. Ordered the Grilled Ahi and Broccolini side. The Ahi was not Ahi at all - I'm pretty sure it was Tilapia. It did not have one "grill mark" on it. It was heaped with COLD tomatoes and half cooked (nearly raw and cold) onions. So much so you could not see the fish when they brough it out - obviously trying to hide the fish below it. The "risotto" was tasteless and also cold. Such a disaster. The plate was $54. Stay away from this place.

Stopped in for brunch in the brand new downtown location. It has only been open a short while so for a Saturday brunch, there were just a few guests but our server was just superb. The steak salad was excellent along with the brioche french toast. I tried the vegetarian hash and it was great - a smaller portion dish.

After a night of drinking and partying on the 4th (Yay America!), I dropped in for a late breakfast. Too late apparently as I had to settle for lunch. Although JB pled my case for eggs and sausage to the cooks (a la Tommy Boy), we couldn’t convince them. I’m no Chris Farley. So I had the Club sandwich and a salad. The croutons on the salad were on point. Homemade and packed with flavor. Even though I asked for a side salad instead of fries, they brought fries anyway. Good choice as I devoured those too. And the spicy mayo on the stacked club added a great kick. JB kept the coffee and water flowing with a friendly smile. Thanks guys for making my slow moving morning a bit brighter.

I stayed at the Hyatt where this Daniel's is located. For this reason I had breakfast there a couple of days. On both occasions a simple breakfast took almost an hour, even though the restaurant wasn't even half full. Just getting a table assigned and having one server approach the table took forever. The food was excellent but unless you have plenty of time to waste I'd recommend you stay clear of this restaurant.

Waiter inattentive and stressed. Slow service. Mediocre presentation. Food was good, but didn’t compensate for the sterile ambiance. I expected more. South Lake Union or Bellevue are better bets.

We choose the most expensive steaks in the menu and we had very high expectations on the quality. Unfortunately since the very beginning of the dinner we immediately realized how bad this restaurant is. 1) First they asked us to have a seat in a very inconvenient part of the restaurant because they told the best seats were taken. As a matter of facts they remained empty during the following hours. 2) when we received the food, the two steaks were completely over cooked even if we asked for medium rare cooking style they completely ignored our request. 3) we asked to pay with Apple Pay and they told us it was not available. We asked them to charge the bill to the room and once again they told us …not available. We were literally speechless for the lack of service and quality.

We don’t eat meat. Daniel’s Broiler had a few options to choose from on the menu. The view was great and the employees were very friendly. I do recommend this restaurant - just know that it’s a bit expensive compared to other restaurants within the Hyatt.

If you are looking for a real steak house experience.. That's the place to be . Each time I m in Seattle .. I cannot resist ..

My husband and I went to Daniels for a date night and we were not disappointed at all. We had a fabulous waitress who made the experience that much more wonderful. Let’s start with our appetizer, the jumbo prawn cocktail- it was amazing! The prawns were huge and perfectly chilled. We shared a seasonal greens salad and it was extremely fresh and delicious. The steaks were cooked to perfection. I didn’t love the mashed potatoes, but they were still good (nobody beats the ones I make at home). It was an amazing meal and I highly recommended taking someone special there!

I’ve eaten here twice since Daniel’s Broiler moved here after their magnificent South Lake Union location was closed for redevelopment. It is a shadow of its former self. For one thing the new Seattle Hyatt Regency is just plain ugly inside. The great piano bar has been reduced to a sideshow, and the appearance of the restaurant is now just another bland hotel eatery. The steaks too have suffered and I can’t think why, but after four meals I can say that while the meat was of quality, the steaks lacked flavor. Four different steaks! The wine list seems to have held pretty well but the sommeliers are gone. Desserts were a total waste except for the Key Lime Pie. Still, you eat very well here. It’s just not what it used to be.

Usually when I let the server know we have a life threatening nut allergy in our family the restaurant takes it very seriously as it's a life or death situation. This time when we tried to verbally get our server to verbally confirm that he would let the kitchen staff know about the issue for our teenage son. The server just shrugged it off and seemed put out by the request. I was not only disappointed that he did not seem to sincerely care but this is not the type of response I should get when I'm at a fast food restaurant or a place where I'm shelling out $500 for the whole meal. For the price of what it costs to dine here I expected a much better experience. Shame on you Daniel's Broiler for not taking food allergies seriously. A few other points: -I asked if they could accommodate a burger for our teenage son since it was on the menu before and the sever said it was only available in the bar. I asked specially if they could make an exception because it's a teen and again--he didn't care and seemed like he didn't want to ask or even try and accommodate. -I ordered a medium prime rib. It was not pink at all when they shined the light. They replaced and did not shine the light again or ask how my new steak was. The new steak was more on the medium rare side--I didn't bother having them check again because I didn't think they would care. Diners beware--If you are going to spend a couple hundred bucks on dinner, don't waste your money here.

This was probably the worst dining experience I have ever had. We were greeted by the staff and served by a delightful server. After ordering our dinner, a small child seated next to us started screaming in incessantly as we tried to enjoy our $80 steaks. Rather than removing the child from the table, the child continued to ruin our meal for the next ten minutes. I turned and reminded the child that we were trying to enjoy our meal. The parent of the child became angry at me and told other guests that I was trying to tell her how to raise her child. After becoming more enraged, the parent asked if she and those dining with her could be moved to another table. I cannot comment on the rest of what the parent said; it would not be allowed on this site. In my opinion, the management at this Daniel's Broiler location could have handled the situation better by asking the disrupting party if they could help with quieting the child. If you like the food at Daniel's Broiler, stay away from the downtown location and head to the South Lake Union restaurant, it is not connected to a hotel where unruly children are more likely to stay.

This is located in the Hyatt Hotel. The new one. It's a nice little Hotel bar with piano and all that to grab some drinks in the evening. Kind of pricey and the service is decent.

The setting is lovely, the service was terrific and the steak I had was delicious. However, the steak options ran in price from something like $66 to about $120!! No steak should cost that much! But, that said, the meal was unquestionably excellent.

We've been loyal Daniel's customers for 15+ Years. This was our first experience at the new downtown Seattle Daniel's Broiler restaurant - and it was fantastic. Food was fantastic, environment was great and the staff was friendly and efficient. Thank you Victoria and Danielle for a perfect evening!

Ate here for our anniversary. Service is great, steaks are great. Excellent restaurant for special occasions.

My husband and I dined here during the week. The environment was nice and the server was friendly which were the primary redeeming qualities of this restaurant. As a starter I ordered the Caesar salad with anchovies which was tasty. My husband ordered the clam chowder, it was watery but still had good flavor. The main course a 16oz ribeye was disrespected on the grill. We ordered it medium rare, it came out medium but the grill or pan was too hot burning the exterior and leaving a lot to be desired. So much so that I opted not to eat my portion and gave it to my husband. The garlic mashed potatoes lacked garlic or any other seasonings that would redeem it. For the prices that we paid, the main course at best was tantamount to IHOP on a good day, though my husband disagrees and says he’s had better food at IHOP. We would have said something to the server but after the main course service he didn’t really return to the table to check on us, just see if we wanted dessert and give us our check.

Dined here for lunch. It was during restaurant week, although we chose off the regular menu. The spot is inside a well-known brand hotel, and easy to find. We started off with a cup of the clam chowder, which was chunky and tasty. For our main meals, we both had salads, with wild salmon on top. The salmon was cooked well, with a slight char taste to it. It was served atop a caesar salad, with a tangy dressing. Not much to the meal, but overall satisfying.

I really wanted to like this restaurant... The steak was average at best, fairly thin cuts (despite what is shown in the display case as you enter), not much flavor, very expensive and one of the steaks at the table was over cooked, sent back and then returned undercooked. For the prices, this should be much better. Service was good and wine list is interesting, although some better priced wines are not available. Not really worth the money, and there are much better options in Seattle.

Had a business lunch, food was good but came very late almost one hour wait. They offered 50% on the bill, which was a nice gesture, yet was late for following meetings.

Lunch here was fantastic! Really excellent ambiance, service and chow. My servers... Taylor and Karey were great, personable and efficient. Loved my steak sandwich... using a perfectly cooked filet, representing great value... and delicious! Also awesome was the creamed corn. Check out my photos. Lots of windows, open and spacious. Lunch offers excellent value at this high end spot... a great place for local business lunches. It seems like everyone in Seattle has a happy hour... they do to... another great idea. Love this place!!

I eat at Daniels regularly but I usually go to the Lake Union restaurant. This was first visit to this location, which is part of the Hyatt hotel. The service was a little slow but friendly. I usually like to order drinks/cocktails within the first 5 minutes I get seated but had to wait a while before someone even acknowledged us. The place was nearly empty so there's no excuse. I ordered the delmonico steak (medium rare) and my daughter order the filet mignon (medium). Both our steaks were overcooked. I ordered medium rare and it came back closer to medium-well. My daughter's steak came back well done. I had her return it. For $65 the steak should be exactly how you ordered it. The next steak that came back for her was rare. If you are a steakhouse and you can't cook a steak properly, then you will not be in business very long.

This restaurant doesn’t know what is a good steak. I ordered a medium rare rib eye steak, and I received a carbonized shoe sole. The worst steak ever seen in my life!!!

Say Hi to da best waitress in Seattle, WA USA . . If you’re sayin who-what-where . . Then ya don’t know Megan! When ya make your reservation, request Megan as your server. Without argument nor question she is number one . . She cut her teeth at Caesar’s in Vegas.

Filet Mignon Strips $25 ... great. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Cheese Curds were disgusting. These two appetizers were cooked in ancient grease and the Chicken was drier than the Mojave. We're talking Pepto Bismol should be served with the food.

Business lunch. Accepted reservation. Good service & food. Comfortable dining. A bit pricey, but good selection.

A delight exception to hotel food. Daniel's is in the new Seattle Hyatt Regency. Instead of dinner, my wife had a rich, tasty bowl of chili. She usually avoids bread to avoid wheat. Bread was so good we had two half loaves and she finished the chili with the bread. I had daily special - bbq bourbon meatballs. Large, tasty. Then I had crab meat bisque. Excellent. We couldn't eat more. Server was Taylor. A gracious pro. We'd go back. We flinched at price of steaks but we rarely eat dinner out and we may just be decades behind the prices.

My wife and I had some Schwartz Bros. gift cards to use, and we figured Daniel's was a good place to spend our $150 (and then some), so we booked a table before our show at the 5th. Service from start to finish was superb--we left our coats with the friendly hostess, and before our meal ended, were checked in on by no less than four different staff members. We started with drinks, and my top-shelf Manhattan was amazing, pretty much as good as I think the classic drink can get. The bread that came out shortly after we ordered was warm and came with a side of butter that was freshly salted. We both ordered big slabs of beef for our entree, hers the Delmonico, and mine the rib eye--both excellent. We were given excellent advice on how the kitchen prepares each steak for each level of doneness, so our entrees came out exactly as we expected. The beef was wonderful--so tender, juicy, and flavorful, each mouthful better than the last. The sides were great as well--the potato mash which came with each dish, and the side of Brussels sprouts with pork belly and chilies. Wow! Every bite was a delight, and we didn't want the meal to end. Except that arguably, our favorite part was at the end. For dessert, we "shared" (meaning I mostly ate it) the chocolate banana bread pudding with a brown sugar bourbon caramel sauce, which we accompanied by a flight of ports--100 years worth, from 10 to 40 years. The 1 oz. pours were closer to two each, so we had plenty to share and compare notes with each other on our favorites (hint: it wasn't the 10 year :)). This was an exceptional meal, but one that we would normally reserve for for special occasions (our meal was the day after Valentine's Day). Even with our $150 worth of gift cards, our bill came to over $200, so this is not a meal to be undertaken lightly. But for special occasions, it's hard to beat the experience.

I celebrated my birthday with my wife at Daniel’s - she had a beet salad and Ahi tuna, I had a Caesar salad and the bone in rib eye. Her ahi was a bit over cooked but my steak was perfect. We finished a great meal with a comp chocolate lava cake. Daniel’s is pricey but comparable with Seattle’s top steakhouses, and serves a great meal with top notch service.

First time to new location. Different feel from other three restaurants. No great views! Service was exceptional (Griffin) Something was left in the martini shaker prior to our drinks and ruined the flavor. They quickly took them back, retried, but failed again. Server took them off bill without even asking. Steaks are wonderful as always. Different vibe in this establishment then the others. Does not have that same steak house feel to it. Overall, everything was very enjoyable, but I;ll stay in Bellevue for sure and dine on top of the Hyatt

I went to a business dinner here, while attending a conference at the Hyatt. The appetizers were good but the main entree - salmon - was abysmal. It was thinner than a slice of low calorie bread and overcooked. For salmon, it felt like a true injustice to a fish that screams northwest. The rest of the meal was likewise lackluster. The prices, on the other hand, were exorbitant.

We had an awesome dinner at this restaurant. The food was awesome. We ordered fresh oysters, calamari , and the porterhouse. We had the sorbet for dessert which was delicious and was big enough for family of four ! The service, on the other hand, was poor. And the annoying part is for a party of three, they automatically added 20% service charge— which for us came to $33–I don’t think the service we received deserved the $33 charge. Couple of reasons: 1. We were never offered any bread. all other tables had bread 2. Our water was not refilled. 3. When we ordered, after mentioning we don’t like dairy stuff and wanted to have no cream sauce for the crab meat; the server failed to mention to us their mash potatoes had butter and cheese. It was only when the food got here we learned about it. 4. The server only came check up on us once throughout the meal. 5. We ordered the kids meal, which suppose to include juice for the little guy. The server never brought it or mentioned it. It was only mid way through the meal my son said he was thirsty , I had another look at the kids menu to see what is available for drink, then noticed what we ordered came with juice. When I asked the server for it she made it sound like she can bring it if we wanted and never felt sorry for misinforming us. I would highly recommend patrons to double check everything. The poor service definitively took a lot of points away from the amazingly delicious food the chefs in the kitchen made.

Well we heard it has the best steak in town, to be honest it was average the kids mash was cold, and my steak I asked for Backed potato I got mash and the one I got it late was old and cold one, the creme brulee was not really good, I wonder why this told us it’s best in town. I will not come back again and I suggest you guys look for other steak house in town. Once we confront the Waiter he said he is sorry and disappear Good luck guys

I would say for the service and food itself this restaurant is probably way overpriced. And the automatically gratuity which allows for poor service. I was barely able to get my servers attention while eating my over cooked (med well) steak that should have been medium and lukewarm mashed potatoes. While this may be to be expected at a random steak house in the middle of nowhere I had higher expectations for a $100/plate meal in a presumably high end restaurant. Would not recommend or go again.

First of all, I am tired of Seattle restaurants and restaurants at the Snoqualmie Casino to automatically include a gratuity. Most have been 15%-18%. Daniels in downtown Seattle is now 20%. At least they told you beforehand but I still tips and gratuities should be decided by the customer because there is excellent and substandard service and it is never 100% exactly the same. So the business that does this is saying, our service is stellar always and they should never let you down and if it is not, they are cheating you. Overall was great but there was a few minuses that means gratuity should not have been 20% and we should have been able to decide. We had the Prime Rib substituting Lobster Mashed potatoes for a little bit more and Scampi Prawns with Broccoli and Brown Rice and fresh bread ad butter at first, The bread and butter were very good. We asked for two small plates on the side so we could try both. We thought we would get two empty extra plates but the kitchen and/or the wait staff divided everything perfectly between us. That was excellent. We ordered the Prime Rib Medium Rare and it came out perfect with nice marbling and very little fat. It was a little too pink for my son. He said he would have ordered Medium seeing the meat. The Horseradish was good. I did not taste any lobster taste in the mashed potatoes but my son said he found some pieces in his. The prawns were good sized and very good. Not sure if the sauce added or subtracted from the dish. The broccoli was cooked excellently and was nice and crunchy, My son loved it and finished it. The brown rice was OK but nothing exciting. Service was quick and food came out fast. Two minuses were 1) the table was quite large and the waitress could get to both sides. She came to one side and removed the other place settings but did not move the salt and pepper within our reach so if we needed them, we could not reach them. Also she dropped a bottle of Sprite spilling some on the table and the floor and luckily none on us-20% gratuity? At the end they boxed up the remaining food well and divided it properly.

We were seated promptly. The wait staff was helpful and attentive without being too pushy. They assisted in recommendations as it was my first time dining here. I had an excellent seafood meal. The service was exceptional!
Great food & service. Please remove your rotating sign
Was there for Seattle Restaurant Week. The food was great. The service was really good and the waitress enjoyable. One thing that could fix: their rotating outdoor sign is VERY annoying if you sit near it. Sit more inside than near that window!
