We went to eat one day at Dave and Busters at Dolphin Mall and the food was nothing special... Nachos, Burgers, etc... Big portions but no taste!

Decided to try Dave and Buster's for the first time since there isn't one anywhere near where I'm from. Big mistake. Took twenty minutes to get a server to serve us (we had to stop another server and ask for service). Food was absolutely terrible. The only good thing that was edible was tater tots. I had to send my food back twice because it was ice cold. I eventually just asked them to microwave it. We won't be back

My family and I were walking around Dolphin Mall and we decided to eat at Dave and Buster's. As soon as we sat down, our waitress asked if we would like something to drink and when we started asking for draft beers, she said to stop because the draft system was done. We were disappointed because the good beers were only on drafts. So we just went ahead and ordered bottle beers. When she came back with our drinks, she mentioned if we were ready and we said yes and she commented "great because I want to go home"...really? She took our order and the item I ordered was a combination of all the appetizers which brought shrimp, which i have a shellfish and seafood allergy so I asked if they can separate the seafood and she said yes. Once the food arrived, the food runners explained to me that whoever has the food allergy that I should not eat anything on the plate because they cook everything together...serious?!?! So I could not enjoy anything since they mentioned that everything is cooked together with the seafood...I don't think this is normal practice and I am sure it can lead to issues with guest. Another family members food was also made in error...she asked for the steak and salad and received steak and noodles. When we asked to see our server after all the issues, they had told us that she left and that the bartender would help us out from now on...never saw him or any other employee until we had to walk to the bar to pay. When they gave us the receipt we saw that they did not give us the cards for the combo meal and when we questioned it, they said that the server did not ring it up that way and that they could not do anything else because she had already went home. We placed a complain and asked to see the manager and they never came to see us...not surprised. After all of this, we said let's just go play some games and while we walked by another bar, guess what...the draft system works! So the server and bartender were that lazy to walk another 20 feet to get our favorite beers on draft so they just told us no drafts... On another note, I understand that kids are allowed here but there must have been a group of 20 kids playing hide and seek but while running around they were pushing chairs and tables around and knocking them on the floor...talk about no parent figure anywhere to be found but at least an employee should have said something to them. Most horrible service ever, will never return again to this facility.

The food was great and the games was the best. My server Lya was the best she was very friendly and helpful. I will return very soon.

We spent an incredible day with wonderful attention from Jose who was looking after us. Excellent human being, it was a pleasure to share such a pleasant day

Decided to come in during the day mid week and it was awesome to have the place basically to ourselves. Lots of games and a great time. Had a few drinks and appetizers. Delish. Can't wait to beat my bf in more games there! :)

I went with Friends and Family to watch Primetime Sunday Night Football. DIEGO the manager said he CAN NOT put the sound on for the game, while sitting in the Football section. Really? I cant enjoy Sunday night football listening to Taylor Swift. So we left and took my $100 tab to Buffalo Wild Wings downstairs. The game was on all TVs and other customers wanted the sound too. How is DIEGO a manager and driving business away? Telling me I cant whistle and cheer my team on??

Took my family to Dave and Busters @Dolphin Mall in Doral Florida, ok I know it's a busy place but what we got was not even real, I'm driving so I ordered a FROZEN strawberry mango margarita for my babygirl, a Sprite for the little man and iced tea for myself, The runner came out and proceeded to serve us everything we did not order(I told him that's not what we ordered and he just took it up and served it to the guest next to us) we had not even ordered yet Our waitress came afterward with a crushed ice margarita I spoke on it and she was insistent that this was a frozen margarita,not there for a confrontation so I waved it on, she took our order and this was what we ordered Cheeseburger quesadilla (for the little man) Baked chicken and shrimp Alfredo for the lady Honey grilled salmon for me( had a little bit of a back andforth with my server as she was adamant that this is served with spinach and broccoli even when I showed her that this was served with rice she told me I would have to pay extra to get rice with my two sides, so I'm expecting 3sides ok) Runner came again with meal for another table repeat of the first scenario. The food finally arrived, little man got a cheeseburger and fries Babygirl got a shrimp Mac and cheese(yes that's what the runner said it was and our server came and confirmed that thi baked chicken and shrimp Alfredo was actually a baked Mack and cheese And for me I had a very minute cut of salmon with half a cup of rice underneath a pile of shrimp, waited on the server who told me with a straight face that this was actually a cheeseburger quesadilla, she then said after I sat there willing myself not to speak, that she was going to get another made. I asked for and got a manager who also asked me what was wrong with my Mac and cheese(I kid you not) he actually said that, he then proceeded to tell us that he would comp our kids meal, I had had enough at this point so I asked him to take the Mac and cheese back, I waited for the server to reappear and politely refused the salmon and rice hidden under spinach, I also refused the remade meal for the little man,, asked for and paid for everything else and left, we went there because the little man wanted to eat and play but after this I was too hungry to play, thankfully Johnnie Rockets were open and there service made up for Dave & Busters fiasco. Ok, my thing is this being a trucker I have been to Dave and busters all over the Midwest, I was boasting about this to my family and I got embarrassed by your staff, I'm asking this for me ok, have your standards fallen to that of a corner shop, Have you gotten to the point where you put something enticing on a menu and then serve the guest with what you think they will eat, I understand it's within your right to serve whomever you please, but I need to understand is it that neither your managers nor servers know what the menu items look like so they just serve what the pickup without a knowledge of what's what, don't you have a numeric or alphabetized system for your tables, So that your runners know before they pick up a tray exactly where they are going, We had options and chose to go to your establishment, but that's off the strength of the great customer services that I got in the Midwest Not sure if we will be back there, and that's sad it's so close to my house

Server was terrible to us and treated us like idiots. When i told the manager he didnt care at all. Games were fun for kids though.

Always a good time with family, friends, good food & great drinks. This location & the Orlando location are my faves. Bar staff was great right thru 2 am closing. Service didn't let up & did not rush us out. Very cool bartender. Will be sure to visit again. Looking for good food, great drinks & a fabulous time drop by this Dave & Busters location. Great stop before heading to the bars in south beach that's open til 5a.

Took my 12 year old daughter to play games place was great for adults and kids. Staff was friendly they had a good selection of games for all ages of kids

Food was ok, service was ok, the most fun was when the bud light girls came over and had us read a script to get a free beer! Games are fun but they need to come up with a better game plan. Very confusing!! They should have better food options that come with the meal deal. Oh and by the way, if you want to spend $12 on chips or coins plan on spending $14 they actually charge you to load a gift card.... What....that's crazy

maybe I don't get it - is Dave and Buster's supposed to be a night club now? It's cool if that's what they are trying to be, but maybe they should drop their families-with-kids ad campaigns then... The place is dark, filled with half naked singles, no one under 21 is allowed in without ID or a guardian - WHAT?! That alone sent a strong message to my husband and I when we brought out little ones here. We left within an hour - too much adult activity going on, prices are really high - everything about the environment yelled "We don't want kids here!" ... so, we left.

Worst D&B's I've been to EVER, and I have been to this establishment in 3 different states and a few in Florida. We came from 2 hours away and another portion of our party came from 4 hours away!!! Our food was wrong TWICE. My husband ordered a salad with no meat and it came with meat. He sent it back and they brought it back in less than 2 minutes. We suspected they just used their hands to remove the meat and they did because there was still chicken under the lettuce and the lettuce was wilted from having hot chicken on top of it. After that my husband refused to eat anything because he felt they were just shady at that point. My food came out the second time 20 minutes later and STILL wrong. The manager DID come over and remove my husband's salad but not mine, even though at that point I didn't want it, and he did give my daughter a $20 free play card. But then we went into the game area and I tried to find a seat for an elderly man that was with our party and the staff in EVERY AREA were so rude. They didn't direct me to anywhere that he could sit nor did they seem to care. We finally ended up in the bar and I asked the bartender if he had Smirnoff Vodka and his simple reply was.... no. He offered no suggestions for the vodka they did carry nor did he seem to want to serve me. My daughter and I share the same birthday and this was my 44th and her BIG 18 and it was HORRIBLE!!!! I would have rather spent my night watching TV in my hotel room!!!! Having said all that.... our server was great. He was the ONLY good staff we encountered. He rang everything in right because I received the itemized bill, the kitchen simply didn't even look at the specifications. I'll NEVER visit this location again.

I went on 8/3/14, my total was $ 40.67 plus "suggested" 18% tip. Total incluided tip $ 47.45. I gave 2 cards to the server and told him to charge $25.00 on each card. ( more than the "suggested tip). He gave me to sign a voucher of $25.00 plus another 18% "suggested" tip. I asked him to clarify it and he told me: Do not worry, it is going to charge just $ 25.00 dollars. Yesterday I check the charges on the cards and of course the charge was 29 on each card. Check # 1982 on 8/3/2014 Server: 853977 Erick.

I love coming to the states and watching sports at dave n busters however, we will skip it now. They seem to be very tight on portions. I got a salad that was the size of a side salad, apples sliced so thin you couldn't taste it, hunting for blue cheese and cranberries. The chicken looked like the original chicken breast was cut into 3 portions and i was given one. Very strange $20 for a small salad. My friend ordered a steak and potatoes, and again small portions and weird steak cut, very thin. Ranch dressing is ready made and not homemade, made us think what else is ready made.

This place have a lot of things for all ages. It is divided by areas... a bar area with many pool tables with a sports bar vibe, quiet big restaurant space, private rooms of events and a big game room area with games for all ages. If you want to entertain your family in a kids friendly place were you can get something to eat and a couple of drinks... this is the place. Three stars because it is expensive, food is not great, bathrooms were dirty and the staff in the redeem ticket area for the kiddos was not very friendly nor flexible. It is a great concept that need better execution.

We visit every year we come to Miami! The kids love it and so do we! Games and a LOT Of fun for The whole family! Food is good! If you visit on a wednesday it's half price Of all games! Go there and have fun!

Get there! It's a must for all ages! Enter, get your card and let the fun begin! There are games in there for everyone and food options as well. Our favorite were the basketball and racing games. Sucked that the boxing one wasn't working that night. It's probably overused. We spent two hours and didn't feel like 20 mins! Highly recommend. Btw if you are good enough in the games you get tickets for a prize. Enjoy!

I had my daughters bday party here. We have 40 people and spent $1100. The food was better than expected but the service was very lacking. The person that was assigned to my party was never around and we kept having to look for him to refill the drinks. This went on for the 3 hrs of the party. I received an email from Anthony the person I booked the party with asking how it went the next day. I responded the same way I did on this review and no answer. AMAZING!!!!!

Fun place for all ages, great food love the pretzel dogs. Our waitress was awesome always very attentive. The kids had a great time. Totally recommend.

I'll make this simple. I love this place! I go here every UFC, or Heat game. Me & my boyfriend always drink and eat at the bar. The service is really good and the food is delicious! I always get the chicken alfredo pasta. Only bad thing about this location is trying to get parking in the weekend.

Had a company outing here and it was a fun and relaxing place. Food was pretty good and if you are in the mood for gaming, you can't go wrong here.

Great service amazing chef quality food NEVER a complain the food is high quality and the fun goes without saying...I'm not much of a writer but I know some of you come from somewhere else!! The food is a must extremely safe where if you have kids you can let them loose...very cool place to just chill and have a few and plentyyyy of Tv to watch

The kids wanted to go Dave & Busters for games. We decided to do lunch also. We ordered dishes from the main menu the game playing menu and the kids menu. We ordered the large nachos it was very good everybody enjoy your food. Besides getting into game playing cards that came with two of the meals. We also ordered the 4 pack.. so all for the kids would have their own card. This allowed for plenty of time for the kids to play. Our server was very friendly and gave us excellent service. After finishing the meal there still has plenty of game time left for the kids and we were able to do a little bit of shopping while the kids were still playing.

Atmosphere is so fun, food is amazing, waiter was very helpful and the place was very clean. Would recommend anyone here.

We always have a fun time at Dave Busters. Tons of games, clean environment, bar and restaurant with reasonable prices (reasonable for Miami). You really can't go wrong, however my only two gripes: Games are pretty expensive, I mean lets me honest, 9.1 chips to play the ball drop game and almost 6.1 to play Ms. Pacman. Come on man The stuffed animal games with the claw grips, note to Manager, stop stuffing the animals all tight together. Give your patrons a chance for the stuffed animal that they will throw away after month for god sakes. The claw barely grips, almost positive it has crisco on it, and the stuffed animals are packed tighter than arroz morros in a Styrofoam container from El Palacio. Aside from that, I enjoy it, and so does my daughter, which is the most important thing. So do yourself a favor and head down, just dont get your hopes up high that you'll win the stuffed animal via the claw game, trust me, you'll thank me later.

We arrived late on a Friday night. Our server was sooo very nice and friendly. He paced all of the food so we had plenty of time to play games between courses. The food was prepared fresh and hot on arrival.

We enjoyed playing the huge selection of games and played them for hours - enjoying the Wednesday 1/2 price games. We also had a great time eating lunch there. A little disappointed that the food didn't all arrive at the same time.

We do not have a Dave & Buster's in our so my wife challenged me to some games. We had a great time playing games and the appies we ordered were delicious. Wish they would open up a location by us....

We were waiting for friends in the lobby area, and the lady didn't tell us that they were going to get charge more after 8 pm. They charged us $10 per adult. Then the problem was finding a table to seat. I don't blame it since it was a boxing night, we were not planning to stay late; however, they charged us 10 per person. The food was not great at all, and I think a little overprice for the kids menu. The games were awesome, my daughter had a blast time and collected tons of tickets. The prices are way better then chuckeecheese. I will come back but not on a boxing night and I would eat at cheesecake before coming to here.

Guys the food here is only average but i must say the excitement generated and the overall fun is tremendous. The price is good and they have a well stocked bar with good appetizers. Great place to bring the kids and let them burn off energy while you can sit and relax. overall i would recomment it

Great fun every time we go. They seemed to have replaced some of the old games with new video games which is a bit frustrating, however the clown game remains. Trying to get served at the bar near the entrance was difficult, had to track down a member of staff as it was a week day nobody was around.

I love to play games and this place had it all. If you want to play single games or with a group this place had it all. We went there with another couple and there were plenty of games for us to compete in 4. After we were done we traded our winnings for two appetizers and had some drinks as well. It was a great place to spend some time.

The table service was great. Everything from the server to explaining the card system. The food was actually good. That was a pleasant surprise.

We try to hit D&B every place we see one and this one was definitely the best I've seen. We had a very nice meal in the sit-down restaurant and then a nice evening for the kids (and adults) playing games in the gaming area. I love the concept and love the D&B model! Have been fans for years and will hit the Dolphin Mall D&B every chance I get! Recommend this D&B for locals and tourists alike who want a fun, relaxing evening.

Loveeee this placeeee!!!<3 It has excellent food, excellent appetizer.. You have to try the spinach dip it's to diee forrr!! Love it!! The food is excellent I've ate the steak with mashed potatoes and it was excellent.. The price is good.. The food is worth it and the price too.. They treat us very good.. I recommend this place!!:)

Good food with an atmosphere of fun, sports and games. The food was plentiful as we were served some very large plates. Some Giant TV screens were showing Barca vs Real Madrid while other TVs were showing the local professional basketball game, the atmosphere was fun filled. After lunch we all went and played the latest arcade games. Good choice for a fun filled family afternoon. My only complaint would be the noise from the TVs and games, but that is part of the package.

They have some good and not expensive choices for food. A great place for family or friends environment.

Dawn Marie was working at the front desk staff and was just completely rude and not helpful at all. She had an attitude like she just didn't want to be there, when asking her a question she would already be saying "no" before I could even finish asking the question. I've grown up on D&B and still love this place as a 31 year old big kid, so I refuse to let her ruin my day. I sat at the bar for happy hour, Tito was working. He was the complete opposite, very cool and attentive. Food was ok, but not as good as it used to be, as most places are cutting costs by using lesser quality products and smaller portions.

After traveling all day, we decided to come here (we love the food)!! Upon arrival, we were told to just seat ourselves, which we have never been told before in any other Dave & Buster's we have visited. We go to seat ourselves, and almost all the tables were not clean. We finally find one that is halfway decent, and still have to end up cleaning the table somewhat ourselves. The next problem was waiting on a waiter. Out waiter took at least 10 minutes to take just DRINK orders!! Next, we decide to go to the bathroom. We were unprepared for the horrific scene before our eyes. Clogged toilets, tissue paper leading out the door, dirty toilets floors, etc. This was enough to just about make us leave, but as I said before, we had been traveling all day and at this point were just ready to eat and gym into bed. Shortly after our food comes out, which we ordered with the drink orders. I ordered a Boston Chicken Club Sandwich and EVERYTHING I told the waiter I did NOT want... was on my burger. Not to mention, it contained NO mayo, mustard, or ketchup as I had asked. My mom and sisters also ordered burgers, and their burgers were dry also. They ended up bringing us condiments to put on the burger, but we might as well have eaten the burger plain as long as it took them. We have never been to a Dave and Buster's that was so poorly ran!! We will probably NOT be back!

Nice arcade/restaurant for kids and adults. Food is good! Lots of TV's in the restaurant to catch all of your sports games too. Great place to kill some time if you need to let the ladies in your life do some shopping in the mall

Love the food. The waitress was excellent. And the best part is that we had a great time at the game. We just turn into kids playing all the games. We always get the eat & play combos work out prefect. Wish I had one close to my house.

Dave and busters is a cool chill spot for kids and adults. They have tvs all over the restaurant if you want to go and watch a sports game. Normally they are not very busy, the restaurant that is. Most people take advantage of the gaming specials which give you a play card included in your meal at a discount. Started off with a x rated passion fruit mojito. This is one of the better drinks I've had. It is on the sweet side but is a great option if you want to try something a little different. The pretzel dogs are pretty decent. Basically a hot dog wrapped in pretzel dough with seasoning. The sauce they come has just a tad of spice. I thought it was pretty good. It is a good place to come and eat if your looking for something casual and chill or to go and play or to do both. They have a huge selection of food on the menu to fit anyone's taste. I've had the mac and cheese before and it was amazing. The burgers are also really good. For a Dave and busters style place I actually thought the food was very good. Normally these places you can not expect much but I was pleasantly surprised. They constantly have events and promotions going on. They have a Christmas event where you have a brunch and can meet and take a picture with Santa for a fee. They also have a New Years open bar promotion going on that has unlimited drinks and a unlimited play card. Not bad I guess if you have nothing else to do but it is about $80 to do. Don't forget to play some games after your meal. I mean that is the whole point of going here. Most of them are for kids but they have the classic racing games, air hockey, Skee-Ball, time crisis, guitar hero, just to name a few. They are constantly getting new games in. On a side note if you're going to play the rockem sockem robots the blue one has the advantage. Don't let your partner know

I love the atmosphere here. Everyone is having fun NOT just the kids!!! very clean and well kept. The video games are very up to date with what's new. Its hard to find someone to help you if for instance a machine stole a token or something of that nature. Also, NOT the best restaurant. Definitely not worth the money! But the drinks are amazing!!

The worst service in any place I visited. Every member of the staff has a nasty attitude and treats customers like trash. If it wasn't for the kids, I'd qualify it terribly.

My friends and I went to Dave and busters to enjoy the week. We ended up playing some arcade games including the axe throwing game which was super cool and very fun. However I have to say the thing that surprised me the most was the food. I got the Parmesan and truffle fries. These fries were delicious. I was deeply increased with how crispy and fluffy the fries were. The garlic sauce was also amazing. The fries were so good and I was shocked with how good they are. I will totally get them again

Bottom Line: Like a Chuck E Cheese's for adults. Details: We stopped by here with our kids to have some fun while in the Dolphin Mall. There are billiard tables, plenty of video games and a bar/restaurant. We spent most of our time playing video games for tickets and the prize selection was one of the better selections I've seen. My daughter had a lot of fun here as there were so many options to choose from at many skill levels. Overall I would visit here again.

D&B was a whole lot of fun. It has a bit of everything for everyone in the family, kids and adults alike. And although it took some time for our orders to serve, we didn't mind. We were enjoying the game machines and the pool tables :)

In my opinion, I think the food was great but I cant give it 5 stars because my order was declined because it was supposedly frozen and the staff were in a rush. Overall, great food and entertainment, but would fix that problem.

Perfect American sports bar with arcade area. My 9 years old son had a blast there, I wish I had enough time for stay a bit, eat and drink there but anyways kid's fun is perfectly experienced and place looks like adults fun will be guaranteed.

After an afternoon of shopping , we wanted to eat snacks, drink drinks and play with the children. This location met these three activities . It was an excellent evening program.

This place is a joke. The bartender took a very long time to approach us, the plates/silverware are super dirty, sitting at the bar we noticed the tables were dirty. And also the bar was super dirty. I don’t recommend this location again

Dave and Buster's can be alot of fun for all ages, but I would not suggest eating at the restaurant. There are so many other options for dining in the area so eat first and then go play.

Kids LOVE it here. What's not to love, bright lights, video games galore. Tickets and prizes. The food is good but more on the expensive side. The service is great whenever there is a problem with a game they are right on it. The prizes are upgraded from regular arcade junk, which is nice. Super fun just to go in and play pool or hang at the bar with friends. If you don't mind spending some $, it's a great way to pass the time.

This is my first time writing a positive review. The food here is really good. So are the games. Dave and Busters gets all new games every year. Even life sized games from the app store. My children beg to go there, but I say, "no, wait till Wednesday." On Wednesday every game is half off! Also there seating is private. One negative is that they don't scrape the gum off under the tables! But overall, Dave and Busters is the best place to go.

My husband and I [age 27 & 28] were in town getting ready to leave in a couple of days on a cruise, so we wanted to celebrate NYE low key but fun. We chose to go to this Dave & Buster's and are glad we did. We had an open bar, fabulous buffet dinner (salads, shrimp cocktails, grilled chicken, potatoes, carved meat, veggies, and dessert table) and free play for 5 hours!!! We had a blast....the food was much better than we expected, the open bar was just that and we got doubles each time and having unlimited game play enabled us to really get competitive and act like little kids. They had music and dancing in one room with champagne toast and countdown at midnight. The place is huge, staff is friendly and a place where adults and kids can both have a fun time! And I highly reccomend the NYE bash if you are not into the high dollar club scene

The our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The environment was great too. We didn't play any of the games, but the set up was nice.

If you happen to be in the area make your way over to Dave and Buster's. They have a terrific menu choices and Great Food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is lots of fun to be had by adults as well as children. I would highly suggest the banana foster pie to cap off a Great meal.

I don't usually do write ups on kids play areas, but our trip there to D&B was very enjoyable. From when we walked in the door to leaving all the staff were very friendly, I sat at the bar in the game room, the Bartender was friendly and attentive. The service is a little slow, I do however understand as he is the only one serving and had several tables and people at the bar. He also had to run to get food. We returned the next day, the same service, the Bartender remembered my drinks and without out even asking he was.pooring it and putting it in front of me. Very good. Food is ok, it's what you expect.

I ate at here while at the Dolphin Mall. I must say I have been wanting to eat at one of these restaurants for a while I was not disappointed. It was great. The food was tastey and the staff fun and friendly. I did not play the games in the back but went back to see them. Let's just say I was blown away with the selection. If you are in the Mall and want a place to eat either a snack or meal this is the place to go.

Came to dave and Busters to watch the Um vs Clemson game with my friends and end up sitting down without being served for an hour, and we asked for a refund because we were charged $10 at the door. The manager later told us only 1 person out of the 3 could’ve gotten a refund. I honestly think the response I got from the manager was very insensitive because I was not treated with proper customer service.

Nice food couples here with outstanding entertainment for everyone in the family. Definitely recommended.

Worst service ever, they are all clowns and hate their job and it shows.... Management is a joke to allow that to happen. And the restaurant is disgusting!!!! Be warned, you will be met with attitude and rude employees. Do not spend your hard earned money there, take your kids to the movies or some where else.....

Our server was a delightful young lady that was very accomodating to the whims of my teenagers. Very quick service and great food.

Dave & Buster's has always been a great place to visit for any occassion. Many of the games in the room have evolved from smart phone apps (cut the rope etc.). However, they still have some very memorable games for all ages. Even though it has been a few years since my last visit to Dave & Buster's they have increase their prices substantial and is not an every weekend spot due to the cost associated just to eat or play.

Dave & Busters has some thing for everyone. The grandparents loved the food - quesadillas and hamburgers. The kids loved the games. The parents liked the adult beverages. The service was a little slow.

Nice atmosphere for a lazy exciting day with the family. If you want to enjoy the day there, you should have some type of game plan with your kids regarding the games. It's not like it was back in the day when a quarter or two gets you credits to play. The games are for the most part current and exciting. So bring a good part of your paycheck and/or credit card.

The food was good and the entertainment was great for the kids. A great evening with food and lots of games.

Rich very rich restaurant really the spinach dip are very good and the pasta alfredo is very good and delicious salmon I truly love, hurts so bad having service the latest times that we were once was in family and we attended was a waiter that God did not leave us to eat has converse with us at the table to tell stories of his life and when was musician and things like to the beginning put you attention to what said not to be descortez but already then was very tedious began to talk and talk and he wouldn't let us talk amongst us or anything and by grief my husband stood up to serve you but others we were at the table we got to do other thing and talk among ourselves to see if it was there but nothing was there speaking and speaking really desperate too , last time we went there was hardly anyone in the restaurant but it seems that there was a single waitress or not is but only saw the waitress at the beginning when we took the order and at the end to collect us not full drinks I was dying I thirst, and I could not take my only coke a time because the waitress never appeared I was very upset.

My husband and I went here on our recent vacation to the east coast and it was as if we were kids again! We were basically the only people there minus a couple of small families; which was even better to have the run of the place!! We chose the mega card for $75 which gave us 550 points to play with. It was the perfect amount of points for us to play. We loved their ski-ball and basketball games. But, they have a lot to choose from. We took a break and got some sodas and mozzarella sticks. They were fine, typical bar food. But enough to gear us up again for more play! If you want to have a good time and forget about being an adult go here!!

Came here during a conference. The place is packed and loud. The sound levels in the gameroom are almost unbearable. The lady in the booth was friendly and helpful though. We tried to eat at the bar area, but couldn't get service. We left and went downstairs to a restaurant there.

This is a place to go have a drink eat and play video games. It does have some classic games too like pinball. You can also pay pool as well the food is good the drinks are reasonable its a place you can go with adults friends or go with the family at night there is a age limit to enter

been to a few of this chain throughout the USA.... this visit I noticed a re vamped menu and decided to try the bacon burger ... it was exceptional ... so much that I actually returned the following day and ordered three different burgers and sampled them with some friends .... the decor was on point and the games were fun for the kids ... not my pocket ... Good fun all around....

I visit D&B regularly when traveling with mu family (small kids) into Miami. The place has enough attractions/arcades/games to constantly discover new options. During gaming you receive tickets based on your scores. These can be used to buy some prizes, something that kids look forward in order to exchange their accumulated points (are stored in an Electronic Card).

this is a nice restaurant /playroom arcade type , the idea here is to eat first so you can get a card for $10 towards playing games in the arcade so practically you eat for half the price

It has a good atmosphere. The food is good and the service is great. The prices to play are ok. Its big and the prize shop has tons of great stuff. There is also a bar for adults and I think it has a happy hour, im not sure.

Went on a Wednesday evening for drinks at the bar. One bartender but she was very attentive. Drafts were reasonably priced. After bar went to arcade section. Arcade offers a wide variety of electronic games.

Out family aleays get togethere at Dave & Buster, there you can play all the games, eat, there is also a pool table and a bar.

I was on a fieldtrip today and the food service is horrible. The person who was taking the orders was rude. He was skipping people who were next in line. I was in the line waiting for about an hour and I still didn't get to order my food and my school left. I don't remember his name but, he has black hair and he's white.

You can eat drink play games with the kids or go in a group of adults and still have a blast the food is good and you can even get combos with game cards

I don't live near one of these places but we had a blast. We basically took what we would have spent on a decent dinner and turned it into tokens. Then we played and played and won tickets. Instead of buying junk, we used the tickets to buy food and feasted like kings. Full disclosure... my hubby and girls are rather adept gamers and others might not win enough to use this strategy. We had a good 3 hours of fun.

Took my daughters to a friends birthday party. They had an area by the pool tables. The server was very on point with drinks and food. The place had a lot of games for the kids. All in all it was fun.

My sister and I took my nephew to this location for his first D&B's experience. Granted, it was a Saturday evening in Miami. The entry was disorganized, with multiple misleading directions from folks we assumed to be managers. Our server Camilo was excellent: attentive, friendly, patient, with a great sense of humour. Our food was prompt and hot and tasty, if uninspired. We attempted to visit the Midway but found the long lines for token exchange and overall chaos of unsupervised young children running top speed in the dim light among the patrons to be too intense, so we called the night.

The service was horrible. We waited 1 and a half hour for food. Not all food came. Drinks took an hour. We had already finished our food when they came and we didn't get all of them. We could hardly even talk to the waiter who was very unattentive and dismissive. Very bad experience.

Was an idea of my grandson, eat, see the soccer play in a huge screen and play games in the dessert time... all in one place. Was raining hard in Miami and this was the perfect idea! going with family to a dry place. The food is good; it's between fast food and standard restaurant. The place its so big! full of people, enjoying the games, the friends & food&drinks. The pizza it's not so good, the pepperoni pretzel was terrible, but the pasta and the shrimp was excellent. I am sure that we come back again and again because it's a fanny for all ages. Carry much money: it's never ending story...

I was recently at a corporate meeting at D&B. They supplied everything needed for the meeting including projector, sound and background music. I never knew they offered this service. I would go again.

This restaurant was great. We had wonderful food and $20 in free play. What a fun and yummy way to spend a few hours.

This was a first for us as we have never visited a D&B before and it was a real nice experience. The place had a good vibe and we could not fault the food. Our waitress was very helpful and helped to make our visit real pleasant.

The service was the worst ever, waited for everything forgot part of meal ask for steak sauce bring an empty bottle, bring fries after meal is done. Wait again for togo container, waving arms to get check, couldn't wait to get out of there
