Wood fired pizza, fresh Italian mozzarella , Italian beer selection, friendly staff. Great meal, fast service, staff eager to talk baking “Pies”

Not sure the exact hours but they are open and if you love pizza you need to go! The pizza was perfect, authentic, and hot, and the staff was super friendly. We will be back.

First time visiting Austin and found DeSano Pizzeria close to our hotel. Their pizza is so amazing, it will crush any of your prior favorites. It did ours! Top off your experience with a cannoli! Jaw dropping!!

The pizza here was delicious. It was so good that I returned for seconds the next night but both times were take out so I cannot speak to the sit down experience. However, this location appeared to have limited seating.

Really great pizza. Mostly take out, but they have a few tables. My husband is Italian and this is some of the best pizza we have had in a very long time.

Da mN good pizza. Of the best U. S. Neapolitano pizzas I have had. And I've been to Naples. We had a fun time in the dough room surrounded by pizza making stuff. Staff was super friendly and knew how to play the game for the passers through. Good time here. Oh yeah, good food too. CritDicks

So good! Truly tastes like a pie you’d get in Italy. The pizzas are freshly assembled in front of you and baked in traditional italian pizza ovens - the results are delicious pizzas that are beautiful, too! This is a small place with only a few community high-top tables and is clearly a local favorite. We had no trouble getting a seat, luckily, but the team literally never stopped making pies for both in-house and pick up orders the whole time we were there. They don’t just have pizza; I saw another patron’s cannoli and OMG did it look fantastic! The restaurant is located just a couple of blocks from the craziness of 6th street in an area geared for locals, which is something my hubby and I seek out. I would totally recommend everyone come here - have a good meal before hitting the bars just a 5min walk away!

Excellent presentation of authentic Neapolitan style pizza. They get the crust right, which is where most restaurants fail. Try the Margherita VPN—you will think you are in Naples!

I was desperate for some good pizza and thank my lucky stars I found DeSeno! Absolutely delicious pizza delivered piping hot and super quick. I went back here not once, not twice but THREE times for the scrumptious thin-based pizza. I had the Margherita Classica VPN (12 inch) each time and I will dream about eating that pizza for a long long time. Good value for money too and both dine in and to go options.

Good Nap pizza. Soft dough. Fast service. A bit pricey. They two ovens and they are super fast at getting it done. The place is very small.

Fantastic pizza! Crust great consistency. One of best pies I've had in years! Recommend availability of sun dried tomatoes, artichoke.

The staff and manager were super friendly. I heard they import their ingredients from Italy and I could taste it - one of the best Neapolitan pizzas I’ve eaten.

We stumbled on DeSanos by accident and we’re so glad we did. Quaint local spot with incredible pizza. Caprese salad was fresh and the balsamic glaze hit the spot. The Neapolitan style pizza was amazing! Loved watching them prepare with all fresh ingredients and then slip into the oven for a quick three minute cook. The service and the staff were also the highlight. Can’t type enough great things about this place. RUN dont walk and find out for yourself. We will definitely be back!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Plus, we could watch them make and bake the pie. It isn’t a big place, but they seem to do a lot of carry out.

They produce truly excellent, proper, traditional pizzas, with quality ingredients and real Italian oven baked bases. I have eaten a lot of pizzas, across the US, Italy, and the UK, and this company are up there with the very best. I just wish I could order your pizza back in the UK! Thanks guys

The best pizza we’ve had in the US!!! This easily rivaled pizza in Naples, Italy. We’d planned to take our pizza to go, but since there was a table in the small space we ate in, and were glad we did. It was fascinating to watch the staff assemble and cook the pizzas with impressive speed. We met the gregarious owner and he gave us a sample of his garlic butter, which is a must buy! Don’t pass this pizza up!
