In Vegas for an educational conference

By danadds23 |

I went two nights in sequence at their allowance of the second evening ( a Friday!) The service staff was INCREDIBLE. They treated this old single woman dining alone like a Queen!! Todd, Peter, Brian Hagen and Alfredo! The food was worth every dollar, as well as the tip!! Will return!!! Dr Dana L. Adams.

5 stars

The food outstanding. The service impeccable. Fine dining in a relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere. Don't miss this restaurant when you ate in Las Vegas.

Amazing!!!

By Leona H |

What a wonderful experience. Beautiful setting and so welcoming by the very friendly and experienced staff. Such beautiful cocktails choices whilst you wait for your meal. Absolutely loved the steak!! One of the best steaks had also very great value considering the size of the meat you get. Such amazing garlic smashed potatoes too!! Would definitely highly recommend and look forward to returning on next visit to Las Vegas

A classic

By Michael U |

Renovated in 2020, a good decade shaved off the venerable Restaurant Row destination, Delmonico has already withstood the test of time and at twenty-five years old a recent visit suggests the Steakhouse continues to carry on a proud tradition with great service and all the classics. Recently naming a new Chef de Cuisine, Ivan Rojas now heading Culinary Director Ronnie Rainwater’s local centerpiece of the Lagasse empire, it was as a group of four that seating was offered in the main room still bustling all night long. Again offered as a family-style tasting, this time with Sommelier-suggested beverages and music playing softly, it was beginning with a modernized Aviation that snacks were presented, Delmonico’s iconic Truffle and Parmesan Potato Chips crisp and oilless while Deviled Eggs danced beneath reserve Caviar. Updating the menu seasonally, and additionally giving Chef Rojas a chance to showcase his skills, Appetizers found themselves inclusive of Emeril’s BBQ Shrimp and thick-cut Bacon while Steak Tartare and Chef Rainwater’s Wilted Spinach with Poached Eggs and Praline Bacon each deserve mention alongside Las Vegas’ best versions. Not forgetting Popovers, just one considering the bounty upcoming, additional starters saw the tableside preparation of Caesar Salad in its classic form plus seared Foie Gras perched atop crispy Baklava. Moving onto entrees, two Steaks from Creekstone Farms showcasing the difference between dry and wet aging, sides trend classic with the exception of Croquettes prepared in the style of a loaded Baked Potato. Tantalizing with textures to this point, and continuing as such with Dessert, not a word needs to be said about Emeril’s incomparable Banana Cream Pie besides “order it” while the Pecan Pie, Bananas Foster and Petit Fours are each also enjoyable.

Worth It!

By johnnyhope22 |

What a place to eat. We selected the steakhouse based on reviews and it didn't disappoint. We requests a corner table and it was waiting for us. It turns out the woman three tables away was cackling and it was load. One of the waiters noticed my expression and offered to change our table. I thanked him but loved my table so decide to keep it. The wait staff could not do enough for us. Ongoing water refills with new lemons, recommendation on food based on our preferences, continuous popovers - so good!!!, empty plates removed quickly. We split a bbq shrimp dish for an appetizer - excellent. We had chateaubriand, medium rate, as our entree- it melted in our mouths. Dinner ended with cappuccino. I wanted the Bananas Foster - I just had no room.

Very nice restaurant -- a bit overpriced

By Nicole S |

Great food, atmosphere and service. I don't think it quite reached the level I would expect for the amount I paid. However, this is a steakhouse in Vegas and they are all similarly overpriced so if you are wanting a steak in Vegas, I think you are stuck with this kind of pricing.

Delicious lunch!

By Linn |

Delmonico is a beautiful restaurant. Try the reasonably priced pre-fixe menu for a delicious and satisfying lunch. The sorbet was incredible, with clean fruit flavors and not overly sweet as is often the case with frozen desserts.

Excellent Christmas lunch

By Margaret |

Beautiful food with great ambience and lovely service. Particularly loved the Yorkshire-pudding-style bread rolls!

BAM!

By Heather P |

I have been a fan of Emeril Lagasse since I first saw his show Emeril Live, back in 1997. For as much as Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen was a letdown, Emeril's Delmonico Steakhouse blew HK out of the water! My husband and I went there for dinner, and we decided to go all out and ordered the Chateaubriand for two, cooked and carved tableside. It came with Fondant Potatoes(not currently on the menu) and green beans. Then we really opted to splurge and had the Bananas Foster for Two, also served tableside. Talk about a show! They also serve Popovers for bread service. The food was superb, and the service was pretty good as well. We would definitely go back!

Our wish was their command!

By corrc7131 |

From the moment we walked in our experience was outstanding. As expected everything was great. To start we had the complementary pop-overs, which you don't see often. I know they're a labor of love and you could tell. They were delicious! We ordered the truffle chips and shishito peppers. For dinner we did have three carnivores and one vegetarian in the group. The ribeye, filet, lobster and pork that was ordered had raving reviews. For sides the croquettes and spinach were ordered. At the table the only thing that didn't stop us in our tracks were the croquettes. We could have done without them. If you mad it this far its probably because you're dying to know how the vegetarian meal was. Candidly,...it was okay. The vegetarian in the group appreciated it wasn't a cauliflower steak, but the pasta offered didn't have much flavor. The pasta itself was cooked well, but the sauce and vegetables were just alright. To wrap up our meal we ordered a bourbon pecan pie al'a mode and banana cream pie for the table. They both were extraordinarily delicious. While Emeril has won a Michelin Star for the banana cream pie, we actually think it should have been for the pecan pie it was THAT GOOD! Like everything in Vegas, it was pricey for a group of four. We did have apps, drinks, dinners and desserts. Portions were larger than we expected given the type of restaurant.

My favourite steakhouse!

By argos14 |

This is my fav steakhouse not just in Vegas but anywhere. First, the service is outstanding. You are taken care of from the time you walk in. The sommelier Craig recommended a nice wine in our price point that complemented the sea bass my wife had and my filet. Oysters and starters were great. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Amazing

By Maddy F |

The restaurant was absolutely fabulous!! everything that we ordered was delicious. The wait staff was excellent! our waiter was Brian and he did everything he could to make our experience great! He was on top of everything. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a great steakhouse experience!

Outstanding

By David S |

Outstanding food and service. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were excellent and the desert, Bananas Foster, was one of the best desserts my wife and I have ever had. The preparing of the dessert tableside was a sight to see.

Nice food, great service

By Ana V |

Food was nice, service was excellent. I can't say the food was excellent, but it was not bad. I did not like the banana pie/cake. I do not think I would come back.

Good Food and Service

By trkr6468 |

My wife and I ate here for dinner while in Vegas for a few days. This has become a regular when we come to town and this time did not disappoint. My wife had French onion soup and I had gumbo and both were exceptional. The bone-in rib-eye was very good and cooked perfectly. My wife’s filet was excellent but undercooked. She likes her steak medium which means pink in the center (no red at all) but like most other nice steak houses, they are unwilling to cook a steak longer than medium rare but just don’t tell you. Our only other issue is the restaurant was very cold. I understand the waiters and other staff are working hard and you need to keep the kitchen temperature down but we are the customers and if the restaurant cannot figure out how to do both then they should make the right decision.

Good food!

By Rsgamst |

Booked a table via Google. Not fully booked. The waiter was very good, and the waiting time was ok. Very good food, and they also made a surprise birthday dessert for our friend😍

It doesn't get any better.

By blanchard7684 |

I can't believe food tastes this good. This is the best fine dining in Las Vegas. They had to roll me out of this place. Then I went back for lunch the next day. Everything I had was cooked to perfection and done as if it was on a food network challenge.

50th Birthday dinner on 10/05/21

By DeDe H |

The steak was superb sides were good . The waitstaff was okay, but could have been a little better in my opinion we were a party of 8.

Very good food - Great service

By Caroline B |

We were at the bar since we didn't have any reservation. Both barmen were super available and efficient. Scallops were cooked to perfection. The spinach salad was really good but a little small. This is usually in the simple dishes we can see how good a chef is.

A great Emeril restaurant

By yalibrarian |

With so many celebrity chef restaurant in LV, it's hard to pick. This Emeril gem won me over with two things -- the popover, melt-in-your-mouth bread and the chateaubriand. I'd return for that alone. It's expensive like all the other celebrity chef restaurants and you'll need a reservation, but I enjoyed the ambiance, the service (professional but not stuffy), and the entrees and drinks. Located behind the waterfall at the Venetian. I wouldn't wear shorts and a ratty t-shirt, but khakis and a collared shirt for guys/slacks or skirts for ladies seemed fine. Recommend

One of Vegas's best and an amazing steakhouse

By Roland H |

One of my very favorite restaurants in Vegas. On like others in the strip their prices are reasonable and the food is fantastic. Hamachi Crudo, Escargot with Truffles and King Salmon all spot on. Amazing wine list and nice by the glass selections. Great service and nice vibe. Highly recommend!

Very good Steakhouse

By Teresa |

Our party of four was seated promptly. The server was attentive and helpful but did not hover. We had three petite filets and all were satisfied with the preparation. One diner had a chicken dish-also very good. We had Au gratin potatoes and creamed spinach as our sides and would recommend them. Would be happy to return to this restaurant if we are ever in Las Vegas again.

Dinner B4 Show @ Bar

By ScottD58 |

If you’re going to a show at the Venetian or Sphere, this is the Pre-Func place to dine. Book early or you’ll have to eat at the bar like we did, but it’s superb too! Love this place!!

Only so so good

By Michael N |

Food was mediocre at best. Not the high end steak house they claim to be. Cold puff pastries. Overcooked PorkChop. Steak was not tender. Emeril Lagasse owned so it’s not like NY.

"Celebrating Anniversary #53 in Style!!!"

By CarolinaNurse323 |

My husband & I were in Las Vegas for our #53 anniversary while staying at the Palazzo Resort and made a dinner reservation at Delmonico's in advance. Upon arrival, we were seated to a very cozy table in the back room that included a stone-structured wall, elegant table settings, soft lighting and entertaining music. I ordered a French Martini & my husband ordered a Dogfish Head IPA beer which arrived promptly and was refreshing. We both ordered the Filet steaks with baked potato or smashed potatoes and the mixed green salad. We mentioned to our server that we were celebrating our anniversary tonight and he assisted us with some photos taken at our table. He stated he would be right back with a "special treat" also. When he returned he brought us a decadent treat of ice cream, topped with a candle and on the plate "Happy Anniversary" was written out in chocolate. We have fond memories of this anniversary dinner because the food was heavenly, the atmosphere was romantic, and the service was exceptional. Thanks for the memories....priceless!

Good place sober of meat

Good elegant place No music, but comfortable and with very wide wine list Meat fine but I'd say 8/10 Attention as it should be

Awesome dinner

Had a great dinner best food in Las Vegas great service Braden was wonderful the wait staff was the best ever worth every dollar

Outstanding steaks and sides. Highly recommend.

By Dan M |

We visited Delmonico for dinner in late Jan 2024. We had visited Smith & Wolensky the prior evening, as basis of comparison. In lieu of standard bread basket, we were brought popovers shortly after sitting down. Although some restaurants have historically scored big with popovers (e.g., BLT Steak) , these were unfortunately not warm or melt-in your mouth quality, and seemed a little cold/disappointing. This was, however, the only disappointing aspect of the meal. The wedge salad and dressing were delicious. The asparagus was tender and perfectly cooked/seasoned. Mashed potatoes were among the most spectacular I've ever tasted. Hint of garlic, smooth, but few skins intermixed for flavor an texture. Just divine - we were scraping every last bit from the bowl. My filet mignon was phenomenal cut and cooked to perfection. Richly aged and rubbed, and so tender. My wife's ribeye was even richer, more tender and exploding with flavor. Both steaks were among best we've had anywhere, and we are steakhouse junkies. The setting was a bit more formal feeling, in terms of tables/tablecloths, customer and workers' dress, and overall feel, than the S&W the previous evening, but not overly formal or stuffy. We were in a side room with about 10 tables, and it was not loud - very easy to hear conversation, which is appreciated. Our waiter was very pleasant, and support staff attentive to our needs. Did not make us feel rushed. The wine list was great, and enjoyed a couple glasses of Barolo , which is not available by the glass at very many restaurants. Was excellent! Highly recommend.

Terrible table

By ann-marie s |

Beautiful restaurant and top notch wait staff. The lobster bisque was the closest I have had since our visit to Cape Cod. My husband loved his steak. My issue was our seating. We were seated directly next to a servers station. It was loud and clattering and I heard curse words. Dirty dishes were being wheeled by and trays with glasses were frequently passing over my husbands head. When I say close by I mean those carts and dishes were within. Quarter of an inch or our chairs. Normally with a meal like that we would linger for after dinner drinks and coffee but not in the servers station location. I was too afraid a tray was going to be dropped on us. For heavens sake get rid of that table. I regret I didn’t request a different table. Sitting there is second class and this is not how a nice dinner should be.

Fantastic dinner, amazing wine!

By Adrianne V |

My hubby and I ate here with his coworkers, and I was super excited for a good steak and some wine. Well the wine list is enough to make anyone confused, and we left it to the waiter and boy did he choose well. We loved our 2 bottles of wine, and the steak was grilled to perfection! I don't know what is in their seasoning, but the crust on the steak was divine! They also went out of their way to assure me my meal would be dairy free which was wonderful. The atmosphere was lovely and it was a dinner to remember.

Delicious steaks on our way to U2

By Mrsgsep |

Lucked out to walk up and find a table at this restaurant. We arrived early to Venetian to find dinner before the show. My mouth is still watering thinking of the steak I enjoyed! We shared a Caesar salad, made at the table. My spouse enjoyed the gumbo, traditional but not as good as nolo. We didn’t have dessert but it all looked delicious. I must say the staff were friendly but professional as you’d expect at a steak house. I enjoyed their red wine list. Great date spot but pricey.

Loved it

By TravelMXN |

We were a group of 10, we waited 2 minutes and had our table ready. They treated us really good through out and made excellent recommendations. We tried: Beef Carpaccio, it was good, but meat was lacking a little bit of salt Truffle and Parmesan Chips, were average Prime Bone in Ribeye their specialty , was good, great temp, great flavor. Wagyu Ribeye, my favorite, it had a great consistency, flavor was out of this world. Rack of Lamb, was good, nothing special Creamed Spinach were missing flavor, would not ordered them again. We shared plates and could not finish them.

Best place at the this resort

I have been here probably 10 times and it’s always good the service is top notch compared yo other places here

Our very favorite in Vegas!!! Never disappoints!

By J L |

This is absolutely our very favorite restaurant in Vegas and has been for years. We were in Vegas for a long weekend with friends to see the Eagles at the sphere and go to the Raiders game. What an incredible evening we had at Delmonico. The spinach salad with the bacon and egg is one of my favorites I get every time. Three of us had steaks that were incredible, especially the ones Oscar Style. The Jidori Chicken is my husband's favorite. Our sides were incredible with the creamed spinach and whipped potatoes and the star of the show was the lobster mac n cheese. Lovely drinks and bottles of wine. Just a perfect experience. Can't wait til next time!

Delomico's First Class from beginning to End!

By FTD4437 |

Delmonico's steakhouse offered a beautiful atmosphere, excellent service and superb steaks with delicious side dishes. The wine list including cocktails was extensive and impressive! The evening was well worth the cost!

Great food!

By jsb005 |

Food was great! We shared the bone in rib-eye and the pasta as a side. I had the lobster bisque as a starter and finished with pecan pie. All food was excellent!

Treat meal in vegas

By rlear1967 |

Food and service were fantastic, I started with the squash ravioli’s great size portion and my partner had the carpaccio which was also a large portion. We both had the rib eye and shared 3 sides, 2 would have been plenty but they tasted great. One of the steaks was really fatty but our server seen this and offered to change to which we refused, the server then brought us dessert to compensate, the bana cream pie and pecan pie both delicious but we were full. Finished with coffee and liquor and shared a bottle of wine and was pleasantly surprised with the bill. I have to mention our servers, Val and I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name. They were both fantastic and every attention to detail was taken care of. Thank you.

Exceptional in Every Regard

By Donald D |

This was the second time we enjoyed a meal at Delmonico's Steak House in The Venetian Hotel. The first time was a couple of years ago and they set the very high bar for every steak house visited thereafter. No other steak venue came close. On this return visit we were hoping for another fine dining experience and we were NOT disappointed. The service was exceptional in every regard with all of our needs anticipated and immediately provided. The meal itself was again the best steak cooked to perfection. I had the NY Strip and my spouse had the Ribeye. We also enjoyed a bottle of wine with the meal. My wife is celiac and our waiter make sure that her meal met her dietary requirement. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be back again.

Branzino Error

By MangAndres |

We recently visited Delmonico’s at the Venetian Casino Resort in Las Vegas Nevada, on October 9, 2022 for Dinner. We have heard so many positive things about this eatery that we wanted to experience it for ourselves. I ordered a medium well ribeye steak, Brussel sprouts, jambalaya, and my friend ordered the Branzino which was heavily recommended by our server. Everything was doing great and our server was really attentive to our needs. The ribeye steak looked good when it was delivered and the Branzino looked amazing. When we started eating, that’s when the disappointment started as we found out that the Branzino was NOT boneless that my friend almost choked at the bone. Also, there were plenty of bones in the Branzino that she had to slowly remove the bones as she tries to chew on the fish. My ribeye steak was just a bit chewy as the cook didn’t do as I ordered which is medium well rather it was almost well done that’s the reason for the meat to be chewy. Ribeye steaks will become chewy or rubbery if overcooked as in this case. Our server was really great at asking us if everything was okay and we told her the problem with the Branzino, she called the attention of the manager and they were really gracious enough to ask my friend if she wanted a different dish or entree. At the end of the night my friend just ate the potatoes or the frites and left the Branzino alone. I was really disappointed for a restaurant endorsed by such a well-known Chef as Emeril because I expected excellence. I am sorry to say that this was a very bad experience and will not eat at Delmonico’s in the Venetian Hotel and Casino again. I also will NOT recommend anyone to eat at this restaurant. For the price that we pay for the meal, we could have as well gone to another restaurant with same menu with a much better result. Venetian Management together with Delmonico’s Management should really review their menu so that this would never happen again.

The one and only

By cwall |

Superb. A belated birthday dinner. The only restaurant where I will eat a steak while in Vegas. and will wait an entire year.

Superb!

By nem014 |

Whenever we visit Vegas our go to steakhouse is SW at the Wynn, it really is fantastic. However as this trip was arranged quite last minute, we just couldn’t get a reservation there so had to pick a new steakhouse to try. We booked Delmonicos- knowing it had big shoes to fill. All I can say is WOW!! Absolutely everything was amazing, our drinks, starters and mains were gorgeous, steaks cooked perfectly with beautiful sides. Only negative is that we were too full for dessert which I was gutted about as they all sounded delicious! The service from all the staff was excellent, it really was a fabulous meal and we will definitely return next time we’re in Vegas. SW has got some competition!

Simply Amazing

By caymankid |

This will be my shortest review ever! Dined here on August 20 , 2022 with my wife. Simply amazing. Just go there!

Once a year

By cwall |

I purposely wait once a year to go to Vegas, for my birthday, and To eat a steak at Delmonico's. It’s that good and you (we) only live once.

Poor customer service

By Don K |

This review was for an experience last month when my wife and I booked several nights at the palazzo. It is a bit overdue but the experience stuck in our minds and I thought that the upper management/owner would like to be aware of the situation. Since I am a business owner myself, i thought someone of importance might care. Overall the food was great. We ordered two bone in rib eyes with some sides and wine. In no doubt the food quality deserves at least 4 stars. Unlike a traditional bad review where the server was rude, this experience was a bit different and in many ways worse. Throughout the meal, we noticed that our water was not tasting very great. We made a comment to the waiters assistant that was in charge of the water. We let him know that it's possible they may need to change the filter for their water. He seemed appalled that someone said that to his restaurant and impolitely told us that he doesn't know and we could tell his manager. We said that wasn't necessary and we were just letting someone know, as such a fine establishment should know right away. He then asked if we wanted to purchase bottled water but did so in a manner that was not cordial and seemed more like an ultimatum. After finishing the meal, the manager came to our table. His first comment was ," So... I hear that we have a problem". This also wasn't a good first impression from someone that we thought would look out for the well being of the customers. We never had a problem to begin with but he now created one for us. Instead of starting off his conversation in an apologetic tone, he tells us a bogus story of how las Vegas water is not the cleanest and that this is how water is in Vegas. (Lol , we went to eat at the grand lux cafe and their water was great as well as the service). He then said that they use state of the art water filtration and also asked if we wished to purchase bottled water. At this point , we didn't want anything else from this establishment besides the $250 bill. We were willing to stay and wine a bit longer but we didn't want to spend another dime. We may not work in the restaurant industry, but we do know that reverse osmosis water systems need to change their filters often and when you don't , you can taste it. We also noticed that other tables waters were hardly dranken. A simple apology and "thank you for bringing this up" from the beginning would have sufficed , but the way this was handled tarnished our night and left a bad impression of such a reputable restaurant. I hardly write reviews and it is taking some precious time to write this. I wish that it reaches out to management. We hope someone can explain and rectify this incident. If not, at least the message will spread to many potential customers and dissuade them from spending their hard earned money. I will also post this review to other review sites to let as many people know.

Excellent at all levels

By Odyssey717589 |

Excellent at all levels- decor, ambience, service, food, cocktails. Everything about our dinner was superb. I had the steak and my wife had the sea bass- which was one of the best we ever had. Strongly and highly recommended

Wife’s birthday experience at Delmonico Restaurant in Las Vegas

By Doug |

Very good food and very professional servers. My wife wanted to eat at Delmonico Restaurant in Las Vegas on the weekend before her birthday and it was a very enjoyable experience. If you have never tried it you should.

Excellent steak house

By Ogi0 |

We stopped by for dinner. Located in the Venetian Resort. The steaks and entrees were excellent, as was the service. It was a little louder than I expected. I highly recommend it and think it is one of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas.

Stay away from Delmonico's in Vegad

By bunny12345 |

Horrible food. We spent over 500 dollars for three people. The wine that was suggested was inedible and cost over 100 dollars. The steak was just okay. I can cook a much more flavorful steak at home for half the cost. Worst steak that I ever had at a high end steak house. The mushrooms were fancy looking with a wide variety but they were tough and flavorless.. We had lackluster service which was borderline rude. We were celebrating a 21st birthday and luckily the rest of the trip and restaurant choices were great. I can’t stress enough to stay away from this restaurant. A complete waste of time and money. I am a cook and a foodie and this is hands down the worst restaurant ever.

Unbelievable meal and service!

By Bill N |

Took a chance six of us walked up to see about a table and luckily we were able to immediately be seated. Was a little nervous about trying this place again as last time was a bust. Seems like there's a whole new staff and management that provided a fantastic experience beginning to end. The wine selection by the glass is perfect. The sides being served family style we had creamed corn, scalloped potatoes creamed spinach. Around the table we enjoyed steak, salmon, sea bass. The entire experience was just what you expect at a high-end restaurant!

Possibly the best steak I've ever had!

By Lewis J |

Service is spot on and timely. I had the bone in filet special of the day and it was maybe the best thing I've ever eaten. I would recommend it and pecan pie for dessert. My wife has food allergies, they were very careful. The sorbets she had for dessert were top-notch also.

Delmonico’s

By JoanneRI |

The potato chips and the shrimp, appetizer were very tasty. Four of us ordered the cornbread stuffed chicken and it was extremely dry. The waiter had given us steak knives, which we needed to cut the chicken. The asparagus was bland and not quite cooked. The banana cream pie was fine.

A Much Anticipated Dinner

By Anthony D |

One of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. This was my first visit since the remodeling. The food was exceptional as always. My sister and I started with the Caesar salad while my mother had the gumbo. They were the perfect starters. For entrees my sister had the piedmontese filet while my mother and I shared the strip steak. Both were perfectly prepared and seasoned. Dessert was the pecan pie which perfectly ended the meal. You cannot go wrong choosing to fine here

I'd suggest other nearby options

By J B |

Eating at Delmonico Steakhouse has always been a tradition on my annual travels to Las Vegas. It is often the highlight of my trip. Unfortunately, after more than ten years, my latest visit will likely be my last. The pandemic has taken a toll on many businesses. Staff turnover, shortage of supplies and ingredients, reduced hours of operation, all of this can have significant impacts on quality control and continuity of service. My conclusion is that Delmonico’s seems to be suffering under these challenging conditions. Atmosphere Delmonico’s has recently undergone a remodeling, one that is bright and inviting, provides greater visibility of adjacent areas, and in general conveys a modern aesthetic. The tables are adequately spaced and provide a good buffer between the other diners. I think most will find that the outcome is a good one. However, I need to mention that on my latest visit there were no bathroom facilities. This was not due to the remodel, but rather a temporary inconvenience. Nevertheless, it is strange that an upscale restaurant like that of Delmonico’s opens the dinner service without correcting the situation. There are facilities available outside the restaurant, but when my wife asked for assistance from an employee near the inoperable washroom, they were not able to offer directions. Service This is a hallmark of Delmonico’s, with present but not overbearing staff situated nearby, ready to answer questions or fulfill your needs. I find the service to be something that keeps me coming back year after year, but while the staff waiting on us was exceptional, the kitchen was another matter. My wife and I were to share a single 9oz Filet Mignon and Smashed Potatoes side and, inexplicably, that single plate/side combo took nearly an hour and fifteen minutes, by far the longest we’ve ever waited at Delmonico’s for our dinner to arrive. Other guests, larger parties, I might add, came and went before our food arrived. The situation was not acknowledged and no explanation offered. Luckily, my wife and I chatted away and were not overly annoyed by the slow delivery. Food As mentioned above, we had the 9oz Filet and Smashed Potatoes side. Delmonico’s steak has a unique flavor profile, one of the reasons I enjoy it so much. For those that have never had it, the seasoning has a bit of a kick to it. It’s not for everybody, but I’ve always enjoyed it. My wife was only able to take a single bite of both the steak and potatoes before pushing her plate away saying the dinner was way too salty. I explained to her that she just didn’t appreciate the seasoning, but she cautioned me not to eat it and that we should leave. Needless to say, I ate the entire steak and half of the potatoes. Guys, all I can say is that if your wife warns you about something, don’t just ignore it. For hours, late into the night, my tongue burned with a salty sting and the apple watch heart monitor continued to warn me of a high heart rate. Nothing about the food turned out to be pleasant. I’m unable to explain the drastic change in quality. It could be a one off, a change in kitchen staff or perhaps the long delivery time might account for it, but if you are sensitive to salt I’d definitely suggest looking at one of the many other options in the immediate area.

26 years of excellence

Renovated in 2020, a good decade shaved off the venerable Restaurant Row destination, Delmonico has already withstood the test of time and at nearly twenty-six years old a recent visit suggests the Steakhouse continues to carry on a proud tradition with great service and all the classics. Not forgetting Popovers, just one considering the bounty upcoming, additional starters saw the tableside preparation of Baked Cheese plus seared Foie Gras sandwiched between Pistachio Cookies with market Berries. Moving onto entrees, three Prime Steaks showcasing the difference between dry and wet aging, sides trend classic with the exception of Croquettes prepared in the style of a loaded Baked Potato while the Pork Chop and off-menu Rabbit Porchetta are unsurpassed anywhere in Sin City. Tantalizing with textures to this point, and continuing as such with Dessert, not a word needs to be said about Emeril’s incomparable Banana Cream Pie besides “order it” while the Pecan Pie, Tiramisu and Chocolate Bombe are each also enjoyable.

Posh steak eats

By si t |

The wife booked a table before we even departed the UK, I also wore a shirt to go to the restaurant. Don't get me wrong the restaurant is expensive but you get what you pay for. From the head waiter down to the servers were brilliant and very accommodating for a 7 year old who wasn't hungry. They managed to get some ice cream in her. I can highly recommend the beef carpaccio as a starter and the filet mignon as an entree. I had fries as a side which would have fed atleast 2 people. The wife had beef tartare and filet mignon as well. We followed up with a bottle of wine and it came to 300 dollars with tip. You have to visit this place it is fantastic.

Fantastic

I ordered the bone-in prime rib, and it was absolutely divine, alongside a dessert that was truly out of this world delicious.

One of the best restaurants in Vegas

Interesting: Delmonico's Steakhouse in Las Vegas is not owned by the same entity as the Delmonico's in New York. Delmonico's Steakhouse in Las Vegas is owned by Emeril Lagasse. It is situated on the restaurant row located between the Venetian and Palazzo resorts. On this occasion, I ordered the prime boneless ribeye ($73.00) and an Idaho baked potato ($15.00). A Bombay Sapphire G&T ($14.00) and tax of $8.54 brought my ticket to $110.54 before gratuity. I am fortunate to have been able to dine in many nice Las Vegas restaurants. The steak here is very good; but I cannot say that it exceeded that of any other premium steakhouse. The interior décor is very nice. I like the fact that the lighting in the dining room is brighter (not as dim) as some other steakhouses. As I was by myself, I dined at the bar. The service provided was good. If you are a guest of the Venetian or Palazzo, this is your resident premium steakhouse. If you are staying at another Strip property, commute over at your own discretion

Excellent Food and GUMBO

By Aaron B |

Dined here and was thoroughly impressed by the steak quality and value. The Gumbo and Lobster Bisque was world class. The Cajun touch to this meal added to the great experience. The service was very attentive and showed a professional effort (Maybe even too attentive! lol) Great Times, I'll be back

Great service and food!

By angies25 |

We went with another couple for a night out in Vegas. The food and service was excellent! Pricing is what I would expect from a nice steak restaurant.

Very good dinner and terrific service

By AtlRealtor |

The popovers at the beginning were to die for! Could've eaten 4! Food was wonderful, atmosphere relaxed and quiet. I would eat here again. There are so many terrific steak houses in Las Vegas that it's always hard to choose.

Excellent restaurant in Las Vegas

By frc2708 |

Awesome restaurant at The Venetian. Excellent from the lobster bisque, the seafood assortment, the meat and the desserts. A gastronomic marvel from start to finish. To repeat of course!!

Really???!!!

By Hannah A |

We were recently in Las Vegas for a vacation. We went to Delmonico's for dinner. It was very disappointing!! We were seated. The waiter comes by to take our drink order. Than it happened!! The waiter then comes to our table of FIVE adults to bring a single pat of butter for our popover rolls which were little more than a tube of air and not very good. Being from the south, we like butter with our bread. I really don't think he could believe that we actually asked for more butter. It was an expensive, mediocre meal.

Elegant Setting

By Robert I |

A beautiful restaurant located at the Venetian. The service was extremely good but the prices are on the steep side, this was expected. My wife and I split a rib eye on the bone and my daughter had the filet. We also ordered side dishes of cream corn and Brussel sprouts. For dessert we had banana cream pie. The meat and dessert were very good but the sides were average.

Wedding Party, Don’t Recommend

By Arh12 |

We went for a small wedding reception, approximately 15 people for the reservation. They initially seated us at 2 separate tables, but added some type of center piece to allow us to sit together as a party. Service was ok, nothing spectacular. Seemed more annoyed with the number of guests than I expected. (We had just come from the wedding, bride still in her dress). Our appetizer ended up being pork rinds and someone else got an appetizer that ended up being potato chips. Good, but still not expected for a high end restaurant. Steak was good, had the filet. We all split some sides and shared more family style, the sides at CUT were MUCH better. No one ended up wanting dessert, I think we were all disappointed between the food and service. At the end, they put everything on 1 ticket. Did not even ask if that needed to be the case or split it. When we asked to split it, the staff became very annoyed and took about 20-30 minutes just to complete that task (all couples). I was so excited to try this restaurant and actually had a reservation for just my husband and I the night before, but cancelled when we learned about the wedding reception being here. We went to CUT instead and it was much better food and service, go there instead.

Delicious

By gwen k |

Top of the line experience. Delicious steaks and sides. Don’t leave without trying a slice of the banana pie. One piece will easily serve two people.

A la carte in every way

By AESRichmond |

Nice venue, but a self declared fine steakhouse should not price its menu like an airline does seats. Every single item was extra. The steak came by itself. $3 charge for a condiment sauce. It the Vegas experience of yesteryear! The 20 oz rib steak was ok but the sod of butter sitting on top was a turn off. Service was ok. That single steak with a side order of mushroom and an appetizer was about $139

Best of the best!

By Patrick R |

Great for a terrific steak with a large selection of sides. 16-20 oz ribeye can’t be beat and is prefect to split with your best partner. Couple the-meal with a fine wine and the experience will be unforgettable. Service was excellent. Bit of advice… Avoid the steak place across the street (CUY) Delmonico’s is so, so much better in every way.

Excellent Steakhouse on The Strip

By LeeTrotman |

Good filet mignon, very attentive staff, great ambience. Lobster clam chowder unique and excellent, baked potato also very good. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommend!!

By Sherry B |

We dined here after our 25th wedding anniversary vow renewal. The wait staff was the most attentive, detailed, and organized than I've ever experienced. We were treated like royalty and I can't recommend this place enough. The meal was fabulous and one of the best I've ever had. They made our evening truly special.

Did Not Disappoint!

By cooker72 |

Awesome food and amazing service! As usual, in an Emeril Restaurant, everything was very good! From popovers to drinks, to entrees and sides, to desserts, all were tasty! The creamed Corn was very good….our steak was a bit over cooked…..and a little chewy on one end! Pecan pie and ice cream for dessert was wonderful! Service was top notch!

Far too expensive

By Lenny H |

We were kept waiting, despite having reserved a table. The service was friend,y, although a little pretentious. The food was good, but very expensive. A good range of wines available.

Excellent

By Likesalot |

Wanted to go someplace special on my birthday, and mission accomplished. Great steaks and service. The staff was super attentive. My wine was flawed (corked), but not undrinkable. I was going to let it go, but next thing I knew one of the Sommeliers (Darren, maybe?) confirmed my judgement and was gracious, friendly, and apologetic (despite it not being his fault, of course). He got me a replacement right away and everyone made sure we were happy. Great night, highly recommended!

TOP STEAKHOUSE WORKS HARD TO MAINTAIN REPUTATION

By roandbill |

It's always comforting to see that a top of the line steakhouse isn't resting on its laurels. My party of 3 ordered the petite filets and all were cooked to perfection and absolutely tender. The smashed potatoes were not just soft but creamy (like my mother used to make), with one order enough for all 3 of us. The blueberry cobbler ala mode was to die for! Sweet, juicy and hot.

Beautiful restaurant terrific steak!

By Patrick M |

Walked out of Giada restaurant and into Delmonico…what a dream come true! Service was spectacular, shrimp cocktail and wedge salad were delicious, and filet mignon was mouthwatering. So happy Giada’s restaurant was a bust.

Steak of respect!

Located in the iconic The Venetian, this New Orleans classic marks presence in Vegas with classic atmosphere, good service, good wine card and great steak. Recommended!

Excellent Steakhouse

By nytraveler17 |

Top notch steakhouse. When you are in Las Vegas and want to go out for a fancy steak dinner this is the place. Prices are commensurate with what a top tier steakhouse charges but it's worth it for the quality. We each ordered the French onion soup to start, it was delicious. For steaks we got the boneless ribeye and the petit filet, both were excellent. Sides were creamed spinach (very good) and fingerling potatoes (ok but should have gotten the au gratin or mashed instead). The Emiril's banana cream pie lived up to the hype, it was awesome. Service was spot on and appropriately attentive and the atmosphere was refined. We will return when visiting Vegas in the future.

Awesome Steak Dinner

By Charles S |

I got the filet minion which was excellent. I was able to get fries which is rare since i have to eat Gluten Free but they have 2 separate friers. I got home made ice cream for desert which was excellent as well. Service was very good.

Another memory!

By TravelinTeacher06 |

This was a great experience. Excellent service!!! The food ranged for good to delicious! The potato croquettes are very good (don't be fooled by them just looking like tater tots - so much more and better). The filet was good, but a little chewy for my liking. The popover bread was very good, too. The garlic butter mushrooms were quite tasty, but the creamed spinach was a little bland. Overall, very good; would try again.

Excellent service and amazing steaks

By regina l |

Very good restaurant with excellent steaks ( we ordered steak and fish) . The steak was so amazing that we will definitely come back next time we are in Las Vegas.

Steaks not up to par

By stranie1 |

I've now come to conclusion that upscale steakhouse are not worth the money. Steaks are no better than chain steakhouse (I've gone to quite a few upscale steakhouse). Had the filet mignon (medium). Temperature was perfect, but the steak itself was dry and not the usual soft, melt in your mouth that filet mignon is known for. Tried but could not finish it all. My husband got the boneless prime Ribeye- states the same. My son got the bone in ribeye- he said it was good. Got some sides, fingerling potatoes and garlic mushrooms - not very good. Got steak tartar - nothing to say about it (had SO much better at Eiffel Tower restaurant down the street). Got the waygu slider- family said it was good. Lobster bisque was very tasty (best I've had). Banana foster - the bomb....

Excellent dinner!

By Craigh-KRPH |

Stopped in before a concert at the Sphere. Had the Chateaubriand and wilted spinach salad, both were excellent. Service was great as well, would definitely return. It was a little pricey, but what do you expect at one of the nicest hotels in Vegas.

The Best Steakhouse

By Patty B |

This is the best steakhouse without a doubt. Emeril's Delmonico restaurant has been in the Venetian almost 30 years. It is tried and true and has the best steak, service and ambiance anywhere. Weve tried the others and were disappointed, we will not venture from Delmonico again. Lesson learned. We sat at the bar and had drinks and an appetizer. Bartenders are the very best, knowledgeable, friendly and make great drinks. We had their baked brie and it was wonderful. Dinner in the dining room was superb. My filet was perfectly prepared, tender and delicious. My husband saw someone at the bar having seabass and the man said it was great, so he had that. He agreed, fresh and nicely done. Their corn was a nice complement and the cheesecake for dessert another standout. This is a not to be missed place for great steak, professional courteous service, all of it just the best.

Great food and service

By Richard R |

Great service. We had table side Ceasar salad and shared Chateaubriand that was perfect! Highly recommend this steakhouse.

Delicious

By gwen k |

The meal was really delicious. Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had the BBQ shrimp as an appetizer. Husband had the 9oz filet. The highlight was the Banana Cream pie. Large enough piece to share. It was like a banana pudding/pie. A must if you dine there. Highly recommend this venue.

small touches from years ago gone

By monstermau |

food and waitstaff are exceptional, but the little things were missing. Staff would ask, if you have been there before, and the chef would send out the hand made chips, if crumbs were on the table, they would have been taken off the table cloth, I really missed this!..the steaks were done to perfection, food was wonderful, I am so glad I order the steak Oscar style

Delicious as always

By RLS46212 |

Wonderful. Excellent ribeye. Very attentive service without being intrusive. Lovely wine list. Perfect for a romantic quiet dinner

Great food from celebrity chef.

By Christopher T |

I found that this was an Emeril Lagasse restaurant so I took the opportunity to try while staying at The Palazzo hotel. The food was all delicious. All the staff was friendly and attentive. Servings sizes were modest as expected.

Anniversary dinner - excellent!

By Andrea Bramlett |

Enjoyed the ambiance, quiet and our waiter was present, friendly, but unobtrusive. We had the petite filet and surf & turf. Both were delicious! Very tender and flavorful. Potato croquettes were very good also. My husband had pecan pie with ice cream and I had white chocolate crème brûlée. Both were so good. We will have to come back on our next trip to Vegas!

Pricey but worth it! Service is gold!

By 'DTK'UItraveler |

Delmonico's is not cheap but you get great food. The Seafood tower is phenomenal and the service here is very much over the top. We had a party of five and everyone loved their meal and prob the Seafood tower the most.

Great Restaurant

By Vasilis Gertzas |

We were a party of nine. Everything we tasted was excellent and the staff was very polite. Definitely I’m gonna visit it again.

The worst Caesar salad, I’ve ever had

By mandythedog |

I went there with a party of 13 celebrating our nieces 21st birthday. We ordered Caesar salads prepared at the table and they were absolutely awful no flavor whatsoever. We also ordered oysters on the half shell which we never received. We ordered steaks and one of our parties ordered a rare plus fillet with a bone and it was well done so we had to send that back. We ordered eight sides, which all were good and the rest of our steaks were good. We probably should’ve asked for a manager to talk about the quality of our food, but we were in kind of a hurry as we had show tickets later that evening. I will say the service other than not bringing our oysters was good. We also had pecan pie and butterscotch crème brûlée, which were excellent. Just disappointed in the other food items.

The Service was just as amazing as the Food

By Lindsay N |

The wait staff here is on top of everything. The seemed to anticipate our needs before we even thought of them. The glasses where always full and the table cleared quickly between courses. I normally just write up about the food, but this wait staff deserves a shout out too. On to the food, it was perfect. We had a spaghetti squash appetizer and the blend of flavors was perfection. It is something I am going to strive to recreate when we get back home. We both had different filets and they both had different spices producing completely different flavors that were perfect. Dessert we tried a Death by Chocolate and Mint Brownie. They were both amazing, but if we were to do it again we would both share the Death by Chocolate Cake it was the perfect amount of chocolate.

Not worth the high price

By Bigcityeater |

We ate here the first night in Vegas. I have monotone paying a high price for a meal but as the price goes up my expectations also rise. The prices here are high. Real high. We had the deviled egg’s, $30 appetizer. They were OK but not $30 Ok. My wife did love her Sea Bass main course. My $75 filet was OK. The sides were a mixed bag. Mushrooms were good, Brussels sprouts not good. Service was good, ambience fine but value for money sucked. Would not return.

Walking distance of Palazzo

By Shamaal |

Within walking distance of Palazzo in the Venetian shops. Great food and a superb staff. The banana creampie is big enough for two.

Five star dining!

By Maps719190 |

The signature service at Emeril’s restaurants is always top notch. The food is outstanding and the drinks were also great. This is definitely 5 star dining and experience you can appreciate especially if you are one that can’t stand it when a restaurant serves everyone at different times. All plates will hit your table at the same exact time. Excellent!

Such an amazing experience

By Nurse J |

When I say that our steaks were THE BEST my husband and I have ever had, that is an understatement. It is almost impossible to put into words. The atmosphere was beautiful, warm and inviting. All of the staff were very attentive and worked very hard. As busy as they were, you never felt it because they still were ready to get you anything you needed. All of the food was spectacular! My baked potato was the largest I have ever seen in my life. My husband's favorite dessert is banana creme pie,, so of course we had to order a slice to share. It was HUGE! I can see why our server said it was their signature dessert. We even received a complimentary serving of their flavor of the day sorbet with happy Anniversary written in chocolate on the plate. Such a sweet surprise! This restaurant is well worth the price, and then some. Such a wonderful experience for our anniversary. I would highly recommend reserving your table, as there were a lot of people waiting to try to get in. Luckily we had reserved a table and were able to get in immediately. Thank you Delmonico's for such a special night. We will definitely be back!

Always Good

By gwen k |

This place has the best steaks! This was our fourth trip to this restaurant. The steaks are top grade and tender. Staff is exceptional.

Christmas Eve Dinner

By Roland K |

For many years on of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas! We had been there for a couple times and it was always outstanding! Service is excellent! Food is really great and the wine list is one of the biggest I ever saw!!

Ok food, slow service, overpriced

By David B |

Overall wait staff snooty, food was pretty good but not at the level of high end restaurant or at least the prices suggest a high end restaurant. Service was slow Overall just OK

Steak was good but not wow!

By farah j |

ordered ribeye, mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Everything was very good but not the best I have had. Steak was good but a bit bland. Cesar salad was exceptional.

Best service and food

By Lorraine M |

We enjoyed this restaurant for its ambiance, service and friendliness. My husband ordered the Pork Chop. It was the biggest we had ever seen. It was juicy and tender. Tom our waiter made us a Caesar salad table side. It was perfect! To end the meal, we were treated to a birthday dessert. Altogether an amazing night.

It's a Steak House - Get steak 🙂

By TiffanyHonestandFair |

I've been here twice and I was really torn about whether to give Delmonicos a 4 or 5 stars. I decided to give it a 5 because it is a steak house and the steak is wonderful. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sommelier is very helpful about picking a wine that will pair perfectly with your meal. I would not normally advocate for paying $13 for potato chips. It's absurd - I know - but worth every penny. A meal could easily be made of the chips, heirloom salad and a glass of wine. The only reason I thought about giving it 4 stars is because there are a couple items that were disappointing. I would not recommend the Caesar & mushrooms. Both were good but I've had way better of both. The first time I was there my mom had another meat, I don't recall what, but she was disappointed in that. Great steak, heirloom salad, chips, and the dessert and coffee was a perfect ending.

Good food, atmosphere ruined experience

By Mel |

We made reservations for a nice couples dinner at 7pm. When we arrived, we were seated at a table in the bar. It was very noisy due to all the people standing around the bar talking. There were 2 large TVs playing sports. NOT at all what we hoped for as far as atmosphere. The food was good a s mist of the servers were friendly and attentive. The gentleman who took our wine order, took the wine menu and walked away without a word, giving the impression that he disapproved of our selection. For a $200 meal, we’d definitely not return because we were basically sitting in a noisy bar, not a nice steakhouse.

Fantastic

By big80sfun |

Coming to this restaurant is always one of the highlights of my trips to Vegas. This time did not disappoint either. The food was fantastic and my steak was cooked perfectly. Service was excellent and pacing was perfect.

Incredible food. Lackluster service

By txump |

To save money, we did lunch at Delmonico. It is inside the Venetian hotel and, even though the Venetian was SO crowded and hectic, it was peaceful and calm inside Delmonico. I got the smash cheeseburger and truffle/parmesan chips. My wife got a steak salad and steak fries. The cheeseburger was the best I've ever had (Sorry Bobby Flay, but it was). My wife loved what she got. I will say the truffle chips could've used some salt but they were good. When we arrived, there were only two other tables with customers. I have to say that the lady who greeted us could've been more welcoming and warmer. She wasn't mean, but it was like arriving to a Chili's or similar rather than a 5-star fine-dining establishment. Our waiter was adequate. Just a guy doing his job and adding zero flourishes. All in all, Delmonico's staff could use some lessons from Giada or Spago. They did, however, save the best for last. Emeril's famous banana cream pie. WOW! I don't possess words to describe how good this was. We were glad we got to try the food.

Finest dining experience ever!

By Ellen W |

Oh my- this is absolutely the best restaurant we ate at in Vegas during the week we were here. We had a 16 oz prime ribeye cooked to absolute perfection. It was big enough that we decided to split it and it was plenty for both of us! The shareable side dishes could have their own TV show they were so good! We had the augratin potatoes and charred Brussels sprouts- both were out of this world! We finished off the evening with a fantastic take on pecan pie with vanilla ice cream. We ordered coffee and had Individually brewed small pots of flavorful coffee delivered piping hot to our table. Perfect from start to finish! Great food, service and ambiance! Definitely coming back here on our next Vegas trip!

Absolutely exceptional.

By payitfwd71 |

Pricy but worth every penny. I have to admit... I am a sucker for a restaurant that provides an exceptionally high level of service. Not enough restaurants care about service. Luckily, the food itself was amazing. The filet was extremely tender. The potato croquettes were flawless. Very few restaurants can prepare them properly. Both the sauteed mushrooms and side of lobster mac & cheese were delicious. Glasses of water were constantly topped off. High level of attention. Thrilled to have finally had the chance to dine at Delmonico.

Great steaks.

By Catherine M |

Steak is our favorite food. This is our go to steak restaurant while in Vegas. Great steaks and sides. Top quality meat. Ribeye, medium rare was cooked perfectly. Filet, rare was perfectly cooked. Brussels sprouts and creamed corn were good sides. A must at this restaurant is to save room for the banana cream pie. Service is always good.

This Dinner saved our trip to Las Vegas

Awesome food fantastic service they even help me with glass because I broke mine before I came in services was spot on the money food came out quickly and was the best we had on our trip to Las Vegas food was amazing.

Outstanding Service Highlights Truly Memorable Meal

By Lyle B |

We visited this Delmonico's for the first time last weekend and could not have been happier with the service or the food. Las Vegas boasts a number of outstanding steakhouses that we have enjoyed over the years, but we went to Delmonico's primarily because my visiting brother and sister-in-law were staying at the Venetian. What a lucky choice for us. The food was outstanding, across the board. The steaks were flavorful and expertly prepared and presented. And the desserts were outstanding. Two of us chose the pecan pie, one the Irish Coffee Creme Brulee, each of which were outstanding. But I think I won the night in my selection of the banana creme pie, which turned out to comprise at least a couple of bananas and stood out 7-8" tall. Just wonderful and worth a visit on its own. But the real highlight of the evening was the perfect service provided by head waiter Jenn and her entire team. Excellent timing without being intrusive, of course, but Jenn and each of her team made the entire evening fun. What a great crew!

Good ambience but underwhelming food

By ExploringBlueSky |

Ambience was good, but food was underwhelming. Steak was not a good cut. Not flavorful and under seasoned. Two days back we had a steak at Strat and it was way better. Steak was rested too long that it was cold by the time I could finish it. Other items on the table were good but nothing great. I will not return specially when there are so many options around at this price point

What an Experience!

By degrawm |

Honestly, I didn't think that we were going to be able to dine here without a reservation. But we were seated right away. Its bigger than it appears, and we were handed a wine book - you heard me a book. There were so many options for wine we didn't know what we wanted! We chatted with the wine director of the restaurant, very nice guy. He helped us figure out what we were looking for. Once that was done a cart was wheeled over with the wine and opened. We started our meal with a Cesar Salad which was literally prepared tableside, dressing and all. I have been ruined of all other Cesar salads, because this was beyond fresh. I had opted for the Chilean Sea Bass and my BF had the dry aged Ribeye. Both were just phenomenal. Of course we followed that with dessert. He had the blueberry cobbler and i had the crème Brule with fresh berries...OMG so good! Staff knew what they were doing and were extremely helpful and pleasant. I can't wait to go back again!

Great Dinner!

By Casey G |

Great spot for dinner with friends. We shared the tableside Caesar Salad and it was delicious! Our party of 6 mostly got the petit filet, NY Strip or other steaks options, which were all very good. We shared a lot of sides, including the mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, broccoli, and creamed corn. The corn and the brussels were amazing. The potatoes & broccoli were tried and true yummy side dishes as well. We skipped dessert as we were headed to a show. Would return. Great food and upscale without being pretentious.

Met Our Expectations

By Normal_DJO |

We were expecting a high end experience and that’s what we received. We both had the New York Strip, which were excellent pieces of meat and cooked to order. The shrimp appetizer was on point. The banana cream pie was a different than what I expected, but still good and big enough to share. The wine list is huge, if you’re looking to have a bottle and there are some reasonably priced quality options there. Yes, it’s expensive but for our special occasion, it hit the mark.

Such a special place.

By Robyn E |

This is a very beautiful, fancy, special place. Excellent service, delicious food and extensive wine list. They made us feel so special, celebrating our anniversary and birthdays.

Anniversary

By Dan S |

Our 44 anniversary. Very nice restaurant but overpriced on just about everything. I had the fillet and shrimp. It was miniature but tasted ok. Service was very marginal. Would not recommend this place

Great Steak House

By Mandi L |

I had wonderful service at Delmonicos. I sat at the bar two evenings in a row and was more than taken care off for my dietary needs, the bartenders took care of me and were great to visit with. The steak is amazing. Thank you for a great experience

First time disappointment

By jenniferzak87 |

We are a little disappointed for the first time! We fly from tampa and try to eat here every 1-2 years to celebrate my husbands birthday and our anniversary. Usually its a 10 out of 10! We were sat between a business party and bachelorette party in the main walkway of the kitchen. Super noisy. We skipped appetizers bc my husband wasnt feeling well and went straight for the chateaubriand. It took an hour for that to be setup tableside after they took care of the 2 big parties first. They rushed our tableside dinner (3 minutes or less) so the asparagus was not cooked, and they seared each side of the sliced meat to cook it faster. We ordered the banana fosters that we love. The server dropped the butter (not a big deal) but because he had to run back for another, our ice cream was melted and we basically had banana soup. Then on top of it, i ordered a cabernet. This was charged correctly. I asked for 2 refills throughout our 2 hour stay and the bill was showing for 1 original cab I ordered and 2 up charged wines. When questioned the waitstaff tried to say i changed to a cab and blaming me. Why would I change to a cab when I was already drinking a cab? Normally we have top notch service and never had a single complaint here- we tell everyone how great it is.

A bit disappointed, but nice steak

By Gardenlover31 |

I had high expectations for this restaurant. I'd actually give it 3.5 if I could but went with the 4 since the steak was outstanding. But the Sea Bass - big prob- came barely warm and another member in the party - hers was cold. The sauce/broth was bland and the fennel and parsley was overboard for my taste. I will say that they took the fish off the bill. They acknowledged that the chef did them ahead of the steaks and they cooled. I just did not expect that for a restaurant of this class. Lobster bisque was very good, spinach salad was also nice. Others had Pecan pie ( a taste was delicious but the banana ice cream to me tasted like frozen baby food. I wouldn't return if it wasn't that my group meets here every July. They did accommodate with separate checks. But I was surprised that after food was brought no one asked if everything was ok. I had to flag them down about the fish. I guess everyone is short handed on staff these days.

Best overall meal of our 16 night vacation!

This was one night of 5 in Vegas, and part of a 16 night vacation of East/West coast USA. For purely quality of food, service and ambience, this was was the standout meal of the vacation for sure (we also ate at Spagos - great fountain patio view; Delilah - great show and atmosphere; Mayfair Supper Club - also great entertainment - but stripping out the show element of the restaurants, this was the best!). We had a lovely spacious table in the heart of the restaurant, but at the side so we had privacy but could see everything going on. Service was strong, interactive and fun. The food was outstanding and the fillet mignon 'au poivre' add-on made it one of the best steaks I have tasted in a long time. We had a flambeed crepe for dessert for that bit of show, table side, and it rounded off a 10/10 not one single thing wrong evening! Would certainly go back, and the server even came back to thank us for our gratuity which we don't often see (and being from the UK, we are not huge tippers!). Highly recommended for sure, a perfect evening.

Food good, service disappointing

By trkr6468 |

My wife and i recently dined here with two other couples. We have been here before, but it had been a few years and we were looking forward to a nice dinner. We arrived about 15 minutes early as we wanted to get a drink at the bar before dinner. While the drinks were good, the bartender was not personable at all. In fact, i would say he was borderline rude. That started the evening off on a sour note, but we were soon shown to our table and put that behind us. Our waiter was professional, but again really did not give the impression he wanted to be there. Both of the service comments were surprising and not in keeping with service we have experienced in the past. We started with some appetizers and wine, then moved on to dinner. The signature Delmonico Steak did not live up to its billing. The steak was ok and definitely did not have the flavor and tenderness one would expect form Prime beef. Other entrees included the Sea Bass, Lamb Chops, and Filets. The Lamb Chops were very tender and tasty along with the Sea Bass. For dessert, my wife and i shared the Bananas foster tableside, which while it had a nice presentation was hurried and did not have adequate time to develop any flavor.

Very Regrettable

By Iron Talon |

We went to this restaurant with high expectations based on what we could see of peoples plates while we were walking by one day and reading the reviews. In short though, it was all show and no go. From the popover bread to start the meal, the ceasars salad and the recommended bone-in ribeye, all were bland and definitely not worth the money we paid. We’ve had great steaks/meat, salads, breads from all over the world and this meal was mediocre at best. The steak did not taste like dry aged beef and was tuff and bland. Even after cutting our meal short to just get out, the final insult to injury was the price tag which only became a sore spot after the bad experience we had.

Excellent Steakhouse

By Shawnola |

Possibly the best steak I've had in my life. They got the temperature just right and it had the most amazing char. The gumbo was also very good as was the creamed corn and the asparagus. Service was first rate and we were seated promptly (we had a reservation).

Delmonico Steakhouse in Las Vegas - truly OUTSTANDING!!

By byMT305 |

Located in the classy Venetian Hotel-Resort in Las Vegas, the Delmonico Steakhouse is truly OUTSTANDING!! Having dined in top prime steak restaurants (NYC, Miami, Chicago, California), I figured Delmonico would be perfectly good (but forgettable/indistinguishable from the other fine places). I encountered: Lovely setting with very comfortable seating Excellent service Absolutely DELICIOUS food: Complimentary popover bread - delicious BBQ shrimp (an Emeril’s New Orleans classic!) appetizer served with a rosemary biscuit - yum! NY Strip - mouthwatering DELICIOUS!! - perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfect “medium” temperature Steak fries - hot, crisp, & delicious! I did not save room for dessert (& it was too early in the day for cocktails). Bottom line: when in Las Vegas (& in the mood for a steakhouse dinner), Delmonico’s is EXCEPTIONAL!! I would most definitely return!!

An experience like no other

Disappointing, can do better

By hugmee |

Not sure if we had the B team in the kitchen , but Sunday night was disappointing. Service was up to usual standards , but the chef seemed to have forgotten that steaks need to rest , as my plate was just flooded with blood , on both attempts. I guess it’s a one off , as previous visits had been good

Wonderful restaurant in the Venetian

By Dorset_Solo_traveller |

Popped in here for a quick light lunch before I was due to visit the Sphere. Someone had recommended the lobster bisque here and that is what I chose. It arrived with a lovely bread roll, crispy on the outside and flaky inside, the perfect complement to my soup. There were small chunks of lobster in the soup which was served in a copper saucepan that was poured into a heated soup bowl so it remained warm throughout. I think it is the best lobster bisque I have ever tasted. The restaurant was quiet while I was there which was about 2pm. The restaurant has a lovely ambience and the service is excellent, if I were with friends and looking for full on Italian meal I would definitely return to this one!

Delmonico’s - I’d rather go to Longhorn Steakhouse and save a couple hundred $

By Todd H |

I have always loved Emeril’s restaurants. I’ve eaten at all three in New Orleans, etc. I brought two business guests to the Las Vegas Delmonico’s on July 19 while attending the ISC West conference. The restaurant is located between the expo hall and the Venetian. The service is excellent as expected for a restaurant of this caliber. We were seated quickly even without a reservation. The menu is exquisite and with the moniker, Delmonico’s it’s primarily a steakhouse. And that exactly why I chose it. We started out with a bottle of excellent Bordeaux expertly decanted and presented. Next we ordered the New Orleans BBQ shrimp appetizer. If you’ve never had this dish, it’s basically a heart-attack in a bowl. The sauce is made with a obscene amount of butter but it’s pure heaven. This version was a bit abbreviated from the Mr B’s Bistro version in NO but very competently executed. We ordered our main course next. My table mates got the boneless Ribeye and the other ordered the scallops. I went for the gold with the bone in Rib-eye. So I’m only going to speak to my selection. This was the most expensive steak on the menu at $65. Frankly I’ve had better versions at Longhorn Steakhouse or for that matter, Texas Roadhouse. It was thin and slightly overcooked. I was left looking at the fine boneless Ribeye my table mate ordered wondering what happened. Very very disappointing. My table mates raved about their selections but I will never bother with this establishment again. Lesson learned.

Very nice but location/surroundings were off putting

By tlw1037 |

Delmonicos was a very nice restaurant, but lost the upscale feeling by having to go through a shopping mall (in Venetian) to get to it. Service was impeccable and food was well prepared and tasty. Among the various dishes ordered by myself & 3 colleagues were: - French onion soup & lobster bisque to start. Both were delicious - 20 Oz Delmonico steak, King Salmon, & Filets. I’m told the steaks were outstanding! My salmon was very good, but not something I would order again. For sides we had the potato croquettes (ok), brussel sprouts (very good), & lobster Mac & cheese (quite good). - dessert was banana cream pie (was more like a cake), banana foster (very good and show & presentation were fabulous), and creme brûlée (ok - the one I had at The Eiffel Tower was 10x better!)

Nearly perfect meal at Demonico's

By DoctorM |

We had a great meal at the Delmonico Steakhouse inside the huge Venetian complex on our last night in Las Vegas. This restaurant can be found on the same floor as the casino and is located near the end of "Restaurant Row". Despite being next to a crowded and noisy casino, the dinning room at Delmonico's is calm and serene. This is Las Vegas, so Delmonico's has a 'high roller' wine list with bottle prices reaching into the stratosphere. Instead, my wife and I enjoyed excellently crafted cocktails before our meal. My sweetheart chose to start with an unusual appetizer of fresh-made potato chips seasoned with parma cheese and truffle oil. They were crispy and addictive. We shared a 20oz bone-in ribeye which was cooked perfectly medium-rare as sliced for us. The 'cajun seasoning' on the meat was excellent and it did not need any additional salt or pepper. Our side was generous portion of the steakhouse classic creamed spinach which has a strong flavor of nutmeg. The only minor disappointment was that our complementary pop-overs were served at room temperature. But I am never going to complain about pop-overs. Our waiter was prompt, professional, and extremely gracious. He didn't even get flinch when a nearby table of six women asked for separate checks at the end of their meal. Don't worry about having to get dressed up for a fancy restaurant here. Delmonico is used to Vegas tourists appearing in everything from suits to blue jeans and backward ball caps. Highly recommended.

Best steak tasted in Vegas.

By Lucy |

Thumb up for this steakhouse!!! I loved the warm breads served in the basket and the staff was so generous. I ate two before the main course. The appetiser, batbarcued shrimp was superb tasty. I enjoyed the steak that hubby ordered so not sure the type, likely bone-in and with the sauce, it was deliciously good. The asparagus served was well cooked, soft and tender… enjoyed the meal and ate so full that no more place for dessert… Service was good, made you feel welcome. Friendly staff and nice ambiance. Likely to go back and dine again.

Wanted it to be better.

By trvlbuf |

Excited to try Delmonico's. Made the reservation, we were greeted and seated promptly. Servers very welcoming. The serious let-down was the actual steak, Very tender and cooked to perfection, BUT the level of salt used was WAY over the top. Side of potatoes the same way. Does no one taste this in the kitchen? Very sad to write this and very disappointed.

Really happy 🙂 Very attentive, knowledgeable, nice waiter( Przemek ) 🙂 Perfectly cocked food. Nice place with low music, enabeling good conversations while eating. Highly recomend this place.

Must do this again.

Great restaurant - great food and service. One must try the dessert - banana cream pie. Its a 5 star restaurant. Highly recommend. Reservation is a must.

Great food, great service

By Oliver S |

No, it doesn’t have the decadent brilliance of Gilded Age NYC, no checkered floors or huge beveled mirrors or tons of brass. Nor Tesla’s book at the entrance. But it is pretty pretty pretty good food and great service. I had dinner here with friends on Christmas Eve. The shishito peppers and seared foie gras make a mouth watering combination and the caviar deviled eggs were unanimously announced to be “out of this world”. The filet mignon and the bone-in rib eye were perfectly aged and cooked exactly as requested. Our friends just loved their Chilean sea bass. Wine list was extensive and offered options at all levels. The sommelier was there to help if you are not sure with your choice. Service was consistently good and professional. Excellent place.

Treated like Royalty

From the time you enter, you are a guest. Not just a customer. To me, the business model is to make sure there is nothing left to chance. They have a team of of concierge who cater to your request(s). The food is just perfect. Portions are more than you should possibly eat. I can't say enough. Well done!

Exceptional Dining Experience

By Chris F |

Our family had an exceptional experience at Delmonico Steakhouse in Las Vegas last night. We started at the bar where the bartenders were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend the “New Fashioned” cocktail. The restaurant is beautiful and we had a great table. Our servers were pros, and Dylan Amos, the sommelier, helped us select an excellent and reasonably priced bottle of wine. The boys and I had steaks, and they were cooked to perfection. My wife really enjoyed the halibut. The sides were also delicious and the portions were very generous. Our dinner put a hurting on my wallet, but it was well worth it.

Excellent dinner

By lucycan |

Ate here as a table of 8 for a business meal. They have a great side/back room that is quieter for conversations. The service was excellent. The prices surprisingly fair and the food was excellent. The lobster bisque was a standout. The steaks were cooked perfectly and very tasty. The Pecan pie was also very good. Can't wait to return!

Great Steaks but Terrible Experience for a Business Dinner

By WaterfallsLover |

Went here with a group of 12 people for a business dinner during a conference. 6:00 pm reservations so early enough to get somewhat quick service considering our large group. Reservation was made under my name (Michelle), bar server was talking to one of my customers that was in a suit about wine options. I called the server over to tell her that I needed to approve any bottle of wine purchases. Instead she talked to the girl sitting to my left. The $800 bottle of wine was opened after I called her back. The bar server came to apologize but the damage was done. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it at dinner to avoid a scene. Pretty sure this was done intentionally and still considering taking further action. My customer later told me he was told it was $160 X 2 bring it was a double size. Food service was slow and only one of the servers were truly friendly. Sitting there for 2 hours, our table wasn’t given the opportunity to order another round of mixed drink (for those that didn’t drink the overpriced wine that smelled like cat pee) and our water glasses were empty by the time we left. Steaks looked delicious with no complaints. I told server I was ordering sides for table yet there were a bunch of extra wasted sides that came out. I had the scallop and red snapper special. Came out cold and had no flavor. Thank goodness for the sides. I get it that it’s a steakhouse, not seafood. I’ve been going to Vegas for 15 years for this convention and have had many customer dinners. I’ve never experienced such a scam anywhere else. I will not schedule any future dinners here.

Delicious food

By jmartin11 |

Great Atmosphere. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. My husband got the bone in fillet and it was delicious. From the brussels sprouts to the potato croquettes - all of the sides were delicious. Service was good.

Top Notch

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at Dels. Our overall experienced was a top notch! Food was excellent and the ambiance is great!

Best steak in town

By Vegas M |

This is one of our favorite spots in Vegas for a special occasion. The steak is always cooked to perfection and the variety of sides will leave you wil something for everyone. We especially love the sauteed mushrooms and the potatoes croquettes. Plus, the service is always top-notch. You should leave room for dessert: bananas foster, snickerdoodle creme brulee, or the pecan pie are all winners.

Good steak.

By LostInTime |

I went here for dinner. The whiskey list is the best I’ve ever seen. I ordered Blood Oath. It was great. The shrimp cocktail was just ok. The bone in ribeye was perfect. It was a great steak. The waiter Brian was a very nice guy.

A memorable supper!

By 1879fulham |

A fantastic and classy Italian restaurant with very friendly and professional staff. The restaurant is well designed and has a nice busy vibe. For starters I went for the Lobster Bisque and then followed that with the 6 oz Piedmontese steak and a number of sides with the sprouts and onions being particularly good.. Both courses were excellent choices particularly when washed down with a fancy Margaux! This restaurant is no way a cheap option but let me assure you in my view it was well worth the money. Very much recommend.

Upscale, Unique Options, Fantastic Service, Vegas Showiness

By Warner |

We chose Delmonico primarily because they had a buffalo short rib entre, which I don't think I've ever seen elsewhere. Despite the premium price, the service was fantastically attentive, helpful, and unpretentious, making our meal--in which we were not looking for anything particularly over the top, but wanted to end our vacation on a high note--a special experience. All of the food, including a wonderful duck prosciutto and beet salad, buffalo short ribs, and the incredible banana cream pie was exceptional. It will remain a memorable evening!

EXCELLENT MEAL, FROM START TO FINISH!

By Patricia J |

I had the pleasure of dining at Delmonico's restaurant last week, and I must say this restaurant is at the very top of my list! I have dined at the finest places in Maui, Aruba, the Caribbean and domestically and I must say, Delmonico's did not disappoint! The service was wonderful and attentive without being instrusive! And the food, OMG...so very delicious! Everything came out hot and delicious. The appetizers, soup/salads, main entree and dessert were spaced perfectly so that we were able to enjoy each offering. We tried many things on the menu, Lobster bisque is the best I've had, spinach salad, outstanding. We ordered the pork chop, seabass and the scallop entrees (It was a lot, but everything looked so delicious)....every entree was superb. The pork chop was the size of a small roast, but perfectly seasoned and moist and delicious. Sea bass and scallops were beyond delicious and perfectly cooked. The creamed corn is a must try as well. I found myself savoring and humming with every bite, lol! I can't say enough about the excellent service and perfectly prepared meal and I can't wait to go back to enjoy another pleasant evening of dining pleasure. Thank you Delmonico's wait staff, kitchen staff, chefs and line cooks for such a delicious, memorable experience!

Top notch service!!!!

Good steakhouse

By Krista F |

As you can imagine, the prices at this restaurant are mostly paying for the name. It was definitely expensive! The staff was attentive and friendly. We ordered the table side Caesar salad and the shrimp which was pushed hard by the staff. The salad was pretty good, average but fresh. The shrimp were tasty, with a good sauce. The biscuit that came with it was hard and tough and definitely needed all that sauce. We both got steaks, and we shared a side of potatoes and mushrooms. All were good. My filet was a little overdone, but tasty. I got it with the wine sauce, which was good. The ribeye my husband got was largely fat, which I know is tasty, but still really expensive fat! The potatoes and mushrooms were as expected. We also got dessert. I got the banana cream, which was really good. There were alot of layers of banana and a nice topping of whipped cream. My husband got the blueberry spice cake which was disappointing. It was dry and dense with very little filling, frosting or blueberry compote to combat the dryness. Overall it was a good meal, but I would say for a really expensive steakhouse, probably below average.

Overall Very Good Experience

By #EnjoyingRetirement |

Overall we enjoyed our recent dinner experience at Delmonico Steakhouse. Made our reservation for an early arrival via Open Table show that we could get to a 7pm show. Got a confirmation text which I used to confirm the reservation. We arrived a few minutes before 5 and waited patiently for the staff to open the door. Exactly 5Pm they opened up and those waiting lined up at the maitre d stand. After confirming our reservation we were escorted to our table. Left a couple of menus and the wine list the hostess wished us a nice dinner. After a short time we were greeted by one of our servers, Michael. Michael inquired if we wanted beverages. I replied that I needed to peruse the wine list. The wine list is expansive, I mean expansive. I would love to see how they manage it. Wines are priced from $35 to $51,000 +. Most wines are very pricey as our all the prices seem to be in Las Vegas. We ordered a couple of glasses of Oregon Adelsheim Pinot Noir ($16 ea). After serving our beverages Michael took our order. I ordered the Caesar salad prepared tableside ($37), my wife ordered the chicken entree ($38) and I ordered the 9oz filet mignon ($60) and we had a side order of spinach ($14). Michael did well to explain how steaks prepared and served based on the doneness ordered. Michael prepared the Caesar at the table and did a great job with the Caesar salad show. The dressing he prepared was very tasty and he did well explaining the restaurant's procedure for preparation. We were served a bread service. A simple cold popover type of bread was served. I wasn't impressed with the bread served and would have preferred a unique bread basket. At the prices this restaurant charges this bread service doesn't fit a steakhouse. Food was served in a timely fashion after our Caesar salad experience. My filet looked small for a 9 oz cut on the plate. It was cooked a perfect medium and had a maitre D butter placed on top. There were ala carte toppings available although I just took mine with the butter. My filet was very tender. My wife enjoyed her chicken breast (airline style with the wing bone). The creamed spinach tasty and nicely seasoned. Our entrees were served by another server whom I suspect was Michael's service partner. Michael checked on us for satisfaction. Our water glasses were filled often by a bus person and a replenishment of the bread service was offered. As dishes were cleared the table was properly crumbed. Michael asked if we would like to see the dessert menu but we passed on dessert headed to our show. In summary this was a good experience.

Excellent service but steaks need more seasoning.

By harrynorman2016 |

Beautiful restaurant. Service was excellent. But, we found both of our steaks quite bland - no real flavor and not seasoned enough.

Fell Short This Time Around

By caymankid |

Diner here with 5 friends on October 30th, 2025. I have dined here before and while my last meal a couple of years ago was unforgettable this time around it was not as good. We ordered a couple of apps and table side Caesar Salad and then 4 guys ordered entrees with some sides and my buddy and me split the Chateaubriand for 2. I also had a french onion soup that was to die for. They have the best french onion I ever had but the rest of the meal was mediocre. The Caesar salad was done table side but the when the server mixed up the dressing he botched it and the dressing was too watery and too lemony. Not a fan of the salad this time around. Everyone said that thier entree was good but our Chateaubriand for 2 was over cooked and not good. The mash potato and brussels sprout side were excellent. Now be advised any restaurant can have an off night and while there were some glitches some things were good but over all I am not sure it was worth the price we paid. Our bill for 6 people with 2 apps, 6 entrees, 6 drinks, and 2 sides was $900 plus tip. I dont feel it was worth the money this time around and will probably opt to go elsewhere on the next trip because for this kind of money everything should be spot on and it was not.

Simply the Best

I have now dined her 10+ times in 3+ years and can tell you it is consistently superb. Worth every penny and more.

THE great steak and staff

By lkmeador |

This restaurant is tops. There in May 2025 and I must say, this was the best ribeye steak I have ever had. It was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. My side was lobster mac 'n cheese, delish and way too large a portion to finish when devouring that large steak. My friends were equally delighted with their orders. I cannot say enough, as well, for the wait staff. There is so much attention to detail with assuring that our evening was relaxed and perfectly cared for. I shall return.

Amazing

Fabulous meal, wonderfully attentive service (Anthony is the bomb!). Best meal of the trip, hands down! Steak was perfect!

What an Experience

By Wolf170962 |

Wow, Choose this on our trip to Las Vegas after the Emeril’s in the MGM became a Fish Restaurant and we are definitely meaties. We were loathed to change and worried we’d be disappointed. The food was simply fantastic. I read reviews before booking about to place being noisy and agree it is noisy, but it’s the sound of people having fun, enjoying the awesome food, great service and lush surroundings. Cheap it isn’t, but the quality of the food is worth every penny and more. I couldn’t recommend this Restaurant highly enough.

We ventured into Delmonico near 5PM. My son wanted the signature BBQ shrimp appetizer. We sat at bar and each had a cocktail while discussing such with Eric. Everything was to perfection. Old fashioned and Manhattan were perfectly made. BBQ shrimp was as good as always. They also had a fried oyster feature appetizer that was awesome as well. Demonico is always a hit in Vegas.

Absolutely Delicious

By Armando R |

I cannot say enough good about this place. I have been to a few steak places on the strip before, and they have been okay, but nothing like this place. I had a vodka mule for a drink, best mule ever. I had the seafood gumbo, best gumbo ever, tasted my wife's barbecue shrimp, and the sauce was amazing. Had the bone in rib eye as our server recommended, probably one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Tasted the lamb from my friends plate, very delicious. The mushrooms were the best mushrooms I have ever eaten. Great place, I just wish I had a bigger stomach, next time, I might just go for appetizers to try their deserts, or share a plate. Awesome place!

We had dinner at Delmonico's Steakhouse while we were staying at the Venetian, in Las Vegas NV. I ordered Fillet Minion, with my meat DONE and NO PINK in my meat. My meal was delivered and smelled so good, I couldn't wait to cut into it. After I sliced several pieces, I discovered it had lots of pink to it. My waiter returned and I reminded him I didn't want ANY pink to my meat. He agreed and said it would be ready shortly. I ate my creamed corn, which was scrumptious in the meantime. The waiter returned with my steak and I proceeded to eat the slices I had already cut. The slices were SO moist and tender. JUST wonderful!!!! I then sliced several more pieces, and was disgusted. The rest of the meat was PINK. The waiter returned and wanted to take the meat back again, where I refused him doing so. I wasn't interested in my meat going back and forth so much, the other patrons were now turning to look at the, "circus show!" My waiter offered to cook my meat himself, but I lost interest in eating it. I gave it 3 stars, because the meat was SO GOOD. Mrs K Vickers.
