Awful food and drink

By Starrlightt |

The food in this lounge is gross. The best food item was the cookie. The food tastes of extremely budget ingredients. The alcohol also tasted of petrol like it’s the cheapest one they could find. Really really not nice. Below par. Don’t recommend.

Delta Sky Lounge is a Oasis for all day flights

By Stew |

When you spend 12 hours in airports and airplanes in one day you really appreciate the Dalta Sky Lounge. They always have a nice selection of appetizers and great drinks. Nice quite lounge with comfortable seats and up to the minute flight info. Amex platinum card gets you entry for free. If you are traveling with your spouse she will need to have her own platinum card to get in free.

Google Lounge

By Jose Carlos Ber... O |

Good reception, helpful people but with a poor buffet if you compare with another fly companies lounge,

no recommended !

By Britanny |

Customer service there was horrible , we fly Delta One , and my son he is 14 don't flight Delta One , the Girl at the Reception don't let us get in because he not was on the same PNR .

Good lounge now and friendly staff

By Warby |

Visited a number of times and up to now not over impressed. Still annoying that you have to go to a bar to get drinks rather than self service The layout and modern feel has always been good in recent years However this time the staff were clearly friendlier and more helpful, almost rude and arrogant in the past. Something has changed management wise I would say. Same for the much improved food Was very cold but probably hard to set with the constant ups and downs of temperature in the area Overall really good this time

Nicest of the ATL Delta Sky Clubs

By Patrick P |

Love all the Sky Clubs at ATL. This SkyClub is in Concourse F at ATL which handles most of the international flights. We have come here many times in past. Always clean. Always quiet which can be a plus. They have a second level and outside patio.

Love the SkyDeck

By BattousaiCV |

I had a 6+ hour layover at ATL twice this trip. First time (02/28/23), I thought I'd try to do a Skyclub crawl (just with diet pepsi) and something made me google if any clubs had outdoor seating. I asked a friendly Skyclub employee in the B club if the one in F was open, and sure enough it was. It was mid-morning when I got there, and not very crowded at all. After fueling up with some snacks, I went outside, and what a view. If you are an avgeek, you will love it. The planes happened to be taking off away from us the first trip, so you could see them rotate and climb out as they were coming in to view. And you can see the tower (though you get a better view of that inside). Despite all this, the sound isn't that bad. You can sleep here! Much of the outdoor seating is thick cushions and encourages laying down. I'm not a public sleeper by any means, and still managed to fall out for at least an hour both trips. Not something I could ever manage in most of the indoor club areas. This was also the first trip I used a SkyClub shower, and was happy how clean it was and warm the water got. When I left for my flight the second time (around 3pm on 03/03/23) there was a line waiting to get in, so there are very busy times for this one too.

can sit outside, healthy food (pleasant surprise), & they have showers

By Ddan7777 |

If you fly Delta within the U.S., then you have been through Atlanta (ATL) Airport. To put it mildly,it is a chaotic scene. What better way to soothe things out, than to venture to Concourse F (if you have a long layover), take a shower, eat some surprisingly healthy food, and maybe catch some sunlight by sitting on the outdoor deck. The healthy aspect of the food was a nice surprise: a variety of salads, some with tofu, edamame,......., foods from other cultures than the U.S. They even used to have massages (actually, that was at the Delta Sky Club in Concourse E, I believe). The service is not the best at this Sky Club, as some of the staff hover over you like vultures waiting to clear away your food if you are finished, but there are still some friendly people working there. Sitting outside is definitely a plus, particularly as this privilege was taken away for much of the coronavirus crisis.

Comfortable and clean.

By kevin j |

Safe place to get out of traffic. Food and drinks were good. Staff was busy keeping things clean. Bar staff recognized me quickly and service was speedy

Don't Expect Much at this Lounge

By TrueIndian |

Situated on the first floor. The only good thing about the place was ample seating. Seating is available on two floors with an open air area too. Except the space everything was below the standard expected from a good airline lounge. The food choices were very limited and most dishes were cold. At 8 PM in the evening the chicken soup finished and they expressed their inability to refill as they ran out of supplies. Other food choices were also not enough for an evening meal. The bar looked well stocked but the complimentary drinks were the cheapest available. All the premium brands have to be paid for. I requested a meeting with the incharge of the club to discuss about shortage of food but he refused to meet. Overall a very sad experience This lounge was far below the other airline lounges visited by me at other airports.

A nice to chill

By Frugalista2012 |

This is worth the money if you have a long layover at ATL. It costs about $59.00 a person, but if you have a Delta skymiles credit card or other credit cards, the price is reduced. They had a few choices of hot food. The tortilla soupnwas delicious. There were chicken strips, nachos also. There were several salad options, chunky cookies and drinks. Free cocktails, beer and wine. If you want premium liquor, you have to pay. Several seating areas for working on your computer, watching tv, etc... There is an outside patio where you can see planes take off and land. It was very hot though.

Best sky club

By JR Haglund |

This is my favorite sky club in the world. My favorite part is the outdoor area. Great place to step outside and get some fresh air from a stale plane/airport

Good club

By navyjim58 |

Spent 2 hours at the club due to my flight to Paris being delayed. Very nice people there. Very helpful. Food good. Drinks good. Nice seating. Easy walk to my gate. Definitely recommend.

Much of a muchness for a 'bog standard' airport lounge...

By RescuedVegan |

Our flight MIA to LHR, had a stopover in Atlanta. We were Virgin Upper Class, and were instructed that this was the lounge to aim for. We arrived into a busy lounge, full to brimming with people, with a layover of about two hours, the capacity issue wasn't a deal breaker to be fair. I was surprised that the food etc. wasn't contaminated by way of spoons being used in each item. It was clean, and the staff were keeping up very well. We had a few salad items, some pasta, and some fruit, as we were expecting to eat on our Virgin flight. All in all, this lounge was far superior to the Delta lounge at MIA, which was dreadful.

Outside Patio!

By Jose H |

All these clubs are kind of the same! But this one has an outside patio; which I appreciate a lot! Look for it, when you are here!

One of a kind lounge

By Traveler1991 |

The Delta Sky Club in Terminal “F” is simply breathtaking. The plane spotting views are as good as it gets, especially with the outdoor viewing deck. Check-in was as smooth as it gets. Even though I came in during peak hours at 5:00, the 4 agents at the desk were very helpful, and kept the line moving quickly. While it was busy inside, the staff was right on top of taking away trash and cleaning up. There was plenty of seating, from lounge chairs to high bar-style seats overlooking the tarmac. Each seat had a power outlet within arms reach, no matter where you are sitting. The food had a wide variety spread. There were a few cheeses, cold meats, hot meats, vegetables, snacks, and cookies. On this particular day, the main feature was pulled chicken and Mac n cheese that was delicious. The bartenders were awesome as well. They made sure everyone’s drink was filled, and waited on everyone hand and foot, even those who weren’t sitting at the bar. Lastly, the amenities were amazing as well. I chose to try out the shower. I believe there were 8 stalls, and it felt like a master bathroom at my house. It contained a large vanity, toilet, and a walk-in shower that had a nice selection of the notorious Malin & Goetz products of the Delta partnership. This was my first visit to this particular sky lounge in the Atlanta airport, and I can’t wait for my next one. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the views are second to none.

A huge disappointment

By Necei N |

The food is horrible! Other states and countries clubs are way better. Please do not waste your points in Atlanta Airport.

Nice lounge

By ThomasEMM |

After transferring from my domestic flight found my way to the F Terminal. The Delta Sky Lounge is on the second floor. Seem to be more snacks than I experienced in some other Delta SkyClub Lounges

Nice view

By Reinaldo B |

Very nice view and the terrace is definitively recommended, weather permitted. Some beverages are free and some premium drinks are available for a fee. Food options are about the same as domestic lounges, but slightly better than admirals club. Showers are available but I didn't try them this time. Crowded but acceptable on saturday afternoon/evening.

Decent Sky Club - there are better

By AJ |

This Sky Club gets so many kudos. After entering multiple times, I just don't get it. It is crowded, seating is so close together, the outside area is hot, furniture is just worn out, food is seriously lacking (although I hear they've upgraded this now). There aren't enough restroom facilities compared to Sky Clubs in other cities, who somehow seem to do a better job delivering a great experience compared to all of the Sky Clubs in ATL.

Corporate Greed at its best

By jjpumaty |

If you are at terminal F and you have the choice between Delta Club and Club Atl go with Club Atl. It has much better service and bottled beer is FREE, at Delta Club they have the nerve to charge for it, like paying the club membership is not enough...just terrible display of corporate GREED. Glad I always fly foreign on my international flights...

What a Great Way to Await a Flight

By Bjsc |

We have been able to use Delta Sky Clubs in at least three concourses in ATL. All of them offer friendly service, good food and good atmosphere. Sometimes things back up in different concourses. We have waited once for things to clear out but never excessive. We find the servers and those who clean up way above average in their interest and care. So happy to be able to use them especially when flights are delayed. They are a match for any other airport.

Great place

By The_Traveling_Ben |

Had a six hour layover and was lucky enough to qualify to come in. Area was clean and relaxing. We ate a snack and lunch here and enjoyed both. Highly recommend

Awesome place

By work983 |

What a pleasure to spend time there, waiting for a very long flight. Beautiful atmosphere, very friendly personnel and great spread of refreshments. So much nicer than the small and even dirty Skyclub on concourse D, where even the refreshments where below average.

Great hospitality.

By Christopher N |

Geneve was amazing!! Super helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back! Food was just ok, however the staff across the board was excellent. Very hospitable and kind.

This is a Sky Club?

By Gregt |

Horrible seats, no service, hot, food below standard. Worst i have been in and i have been in many. This was suppose to be a perk!

Filthy and crowded

By Seaside48176528571 |

Terrible - dirtier and more crowded than the general concourse spaces. Tables covered in old caked food, dirty floors, highly questionable food, overcrowded, loud, stressful environment, toilets unflushed, toilet paper on the floor. Absolutely disgusting.

Trash everywhere, gross

By Matthew P |

Food was fine but the place is very dirty. Trash is everywhere. Hardly anyone around to clean it up. Was pretty disgusted just being there. Was there for 3 hours and saw someone collect trash from the bins once but didn't clean it from the tables. Disgusting, don't go.

Delta Sky Lounge Miserable Experience

By Gavin |

Reading the reviews from other travellers, I agree with all the negative points. We were travelling Upper Class Virgin so could use the Delta sky lounge concourse F to have a drink and some food. OMG the place was a mess and a buffet style set up for food! Really! LHR Virgin lounge is perfect. Proper glasses, dishes and food. Plus staff to bring you everything you could desire all for free. What a miserable experience waiting for our flight. At one point we saw people having to queue to get in. The organisation here and set up (this is the international section of Atlanta airport) is terrible. Need to replace the management and get new management to go and experience Heathrow Virgin’s set up. Couldn’t wait to get on our flight in Upper Class Virgin to settle down to descent service and experience. I hope things improve for future passengers. Fingers crossed.

Worst Sky club ever!!

By Resort34945783325 |

The place was absolutely disgusting roaches and insects everywhere, even on the food I am absolutely appalled by this. Restrooms were disgusting and had pee on the floor and on top of that the food is very low quality

Really cool place

By Ronald N |

I was really surprised with this lounge. Really nice view and cool atmosphere. Great place to be while waiting for the next flight.

Don't confuse it with Virgin Upper Class lounges in London!

By Peter B |

Popped in here on the return trip to London, having reviewed the Virgin upper class lounge on the way out. Not impressed as an Upper Class area. 3 hot food dishes in huge tubs looked like they'd been on the heat for hours. Small choice of salads, I had celery and hummus which looked the best bet. Fresh fruit consisted of a bowl of bananas, one apple and a dozen oranges, 3 of which were already mouldy!! After a fab experience in the London Virgin lounge, I was totally disappointed here. I saw better food for sale walking round the airport. Very poor to pretend it's an upper class facility.

Top lounge!

By olav Ø |

Get straight into sas business. Great loung with both indoor and outdoor areas, as well as views of the planes. Good varied and good food, as well as drinks. Good service.

First Time Visitor very Impressed with lounge and airline

By lhsanki |

After a horror flight and delays by Qantas they bumped me to Delta for one leg who I have never flown with before, what a pleasant surprise, staff were helpful, flight comfortable one leg in economy and one in First, Food in First and service was above average, lounge access here was granted and it was better than the average Australian airline lounge, and affiliated with Virgin Australia Airlines where I'm also a FF Member, which assisted with check in lines and security, overall great service and a new option for me on the 60 plus Oversea's flights I do every year, well done Qantas, Thank you for the terrible service that helped me discover Delta on your recommendation

Spend the money

By heyjudithz |

If you have a Delta American Express card, you can get in this place for around $30. You will spend that on wi-fi and lunch elsewhere and not be nearly as comfortable. This place is clean and spacious, and you can eat and drink to your heart's content.

Tiana and Shanice are gems!

By Lisa E |

Some friends and I had a large group in the lounge for a Girls Trip. The bartender Shanice and lounge assistant Tiana went over and above to make sure we kicked off our trip in the best way possible. Thank you so much to you both and all of the staff that accommodated us for a great experience!

Good lounge

By george r |

Àt the international terminal. Most of the Delta lounge are clean and food choices are generally marginal with nothing special. Open bar and Wi-Fi

Not a terrible space

By stevebintley |

Not an awful lounge for a US airport and on a Saturday morning it wasn’t too busy. The food spread was reasonable although some pastries wouldn’t go amiss, and the staffed bar was open and efficient. All the staff were really friendly and happy to engage in good conversation. Views from the large windows are decent and there’s a good number of electric sockets throughout. For a standard business lounge it’s okay and I won’t dread having to return!

One of the best.

By Cinci_cap |

Not because of its decor, or food or comfortable chairs, no, not for that. There are two hidden gems in this oasis. Number one, the outdoor patio, with Comfy chairs, lounge and bar. A blessing in spring and summer getting out of so much air conditioning and enjoy some sun. Number two, spacious and modern showers available to use. Hidden away at the left end of the club, It is a great way to wait and get prepared for your next international or coast to coast flight. This two things make this club reach the selective group of secrets I use while traveling. Will keep using it with my complimentary status access and will pay for it when not. Super cool people take care of every little detail here. Make sure to acknowledge them. They also make the difference. Try it and enjoy.

Really Delta!!!!

By Naeema F |

Where do I start there was so many things they did not have in stock . I gave up no co2 for soft drinks .The vegetarian food was horrible it literally taste like it was old bread that been sitting in the refrigerator . I had to ask for more bread to piece together my own sandwiches because the premade sandwiches were so horrible .There was a lot of staff standing around. Doing nothing. the place was a mess there was napkins on the ground. The table where not being cleared. It was hot no a/c temperature in the lounge you all have to do better this is just unacceptable .

The staff mais it all

By 1stros1 |

The lounge is just like anyother lounge. But the staff makes the difference. Customer centric attitude.

Wonderful staff

By iliveinidaho |

The absolute nicest, most welcoming staff. It’s nice to be away from the bustle of the airport. Every staff member I spoke with was just wonderful. Clean bathrooms, buffets refreshed continuously. A great club.

Poor

By Wanderer47976750670 |

Overcrowded, nowhere to sit, had to wait for a table. Had to ask staff to clean table. Food - limited choice, what was there had been well picked over. Slow to replenish. Not as clean as you would expect. Queue for toilets. Not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. We left early. General concourse area had more free seating, choice of food places, cleaner toilets and no queue. Delta not interested at all. Submitted feedback online, phoned from UK. Waste of time. Customer service non existent. Actually a virgin upper class flight using the Delta lounge. Virgin state not their responsibility either it's Delta! Delta you should be ashamed at your lack of customer service

Discrimination

By Toshua M |

Horrified! The supervisor stopped me with my group and said " you brought a basic ticket which means you can't come in here"! Never knew I had to purchase first class flights to use a club i pay 900.00 a month for. Im embarrassed! Sensitivity training must be had for the staff and supervisors.

Unable to access - capacity issues ???

By Christoph |

Simply one word: aweful Waiting time more than an hour Yelling they don’t have enough capacity. Let me be very clear. On a Business Ticket costing 6080$ I can expect having a rest and Chance to work before I fly. That is not acceptable. Never had that with American, United, Lufthansa, Swiss, Singapore ever before.

always pleasant

By Deane O |

if you are going to a sky club at ATL make the trip to concourse E or F. Don't bother with the one at B18. Noisy crowded and the food quality and selection is going downhill but E and F are great

Very comfortable place to wait for your next flight

By Intlxpatr |

Nice clean restrooms with nice finishes and walls that go all the way to the top, giving privacy, even room to change clothes. Comfortable chairs, lots of places to charge electronics, operational coffee machine, always fresh cookies and wonderful people watching.

Disappointing versus Global standard

By My views |

This is a pleasant but modest lounge by international standards for transatlantic carriers. Probably comparable to a short flight business lounge in Europe. If you don't travel much then you will probably enjoy this lounge as a nice oasis of calm away from the crowds .Comfy seats and spacious areas with a few basic snacks But seriously if you review the food or the bar prices ( yes you pay) then this is just a Delta business customer place. Compared to Virgin at Heathrow ( actually a comparison would be unfair as that place is very special) or BA business ( not first) at JFK this is simply an adequate place to rest but not really a market leading intercontinental travel lounge. The team ,to me,were polite and efficient rather than friendly and helpful. The latter being my previous experiences for class leading lounges.

Love the SkyDeck!

By Saranger |

I love the SkyDeck at the F Delta club. When it isn't too hot it's a wonderful place to go watch the airplanes and get some fresh air.

Nice lounge, poor food

By GGGClub |

Great view from this Sky Club lounge in the F concourse; modern, clear and a nice team at the reception desk. You have to pay for the spirits and cocktails, i am sorry but this is not standard. The food is really of poor quality and really not up to the expected standards. Anyway, a good place to wait for your flight in comfortable seats.

A Break from the Hustle and Bustle.

By Regina |

This was a great spot to relax and rest in between flights. It was breakfast time and the full service bar was open, there was lots of seating and the coffee, tea and juice options were plentiful. The buffet was stocked with an assortment of fruits, yogurt, granola, oatmeal and toppings, as well as eggs, and breakfast meats. I would absolutely choose to wait for a connecting flight there again. The servers were quick to clear your table and ask if there is anything else they could provide you with.

Nice environment with decent food it not up to Virgin standards

By dandare0310 |

Flew Virgin Upper from Atlanta to London so could use Delta lounge as they are partner airlines. Nice airy environment, clean and fresh. Reasonably good food on the buffet which was regularly refreshed. Why though do they use single use disposable plates glasses and cutlery. Aside from the negative quality perception, is there no thought for the environmental effect? Also, having paid a premium price for first class tickets I do not expect to pay extra for “premium” drinks at the bar or expect wine to be served in a large plastic tumbler. This lounge bears no comparison to Virgins lounge at Heathrow which is the epitome of style and service with the use of proper crockery, glasses and cutlery and no extra charge for anything.

Good food and service

By Eftychia |

While waiting our flight back we visited the Delta Sky Club. There are showers and spa for anyone having enough time to enjoy and the bar offered a variety of cocktails. The food was nice and the whole was clean. All the personnel very friendly and quick.

Delta Can do Much Better

By Mike P |

We had about 90 minutes before our flight to London. We basically only fly Delta. The Sky Club needs some serious updating. None of the USB ports worked on two different sets of chairs. The food selections were middle of the road at best. We will try the new Delta One Club on our layover in JFK on our way home.

Oversold so long long waits to get in….

By Businesstrav6569000 |

Long long queues so we gave up waiting. Although not sure we were missing much as it looked like a packed school canteen. Really unimpressive. At least an hour in the “priority” queue. Virgin - stop selling this as a “perk” for upper class passengers. We ended up in TGI Fridays.

Good lounge

By A2345FUjohnl |

On second floor of F terminal (intl). Indoor and outdoors space. It got busy late afternoon but then thinned out. Food was good at one point an employee came by with yogurt parfaits and later tacos in addition to the food bar. There was no charge for bar drinks unless you wanted a top shelf liquor

One of the Better Club Visits

By chinesesun |

Staff was helpful and cheerful. Food was reasonably interesting. Fresh veggies and hummus is a keeper. Business support and electrical outlets were adequate. Bar was well stocked. Unsweetened ice tea in the South is a joy!

Nice Sky Club

By RickMIusa |

Of course this is home base for Delta so expectations are high for this club. It's OK, they keep trying to redo their clubs to keep up with everyone else. Drinks are what we go for....good places to recharge batteries and sit in a softer chair.

Great club!

By Timothy L |

This Delta Skyclub is in the Concourse F international terminal of the airport. I was there for a couple of hours on an early Friday afternoon. Started getting crowded when I left around 3 pm, but still plenty of space. Great food and awesome views out the windows. Has an upper floor with seating and an outside terrrace overlooking the tarmac. I would visit again just to avoid the crowds at other terminal Skyclubs.

Sky Club? Oh, yay.

By Highway 31 |

Y’all. Felt like coming home to a family’s house, the way the Delta staff greeted me. The food was fantastic. The staff topped it off. Met some new friends! Highly recommend, as they say.

Not bad

By SnellyUSA |

As American lounges go, this one is not bad. Plenty of comfortable seats, eating and work stations. The food is basic, as is the free drink selection. I wish the operators would travel themselves and see what other airlines offer the other side of the pond and further afield.

Good Food, Great Plane Spotting

By t-bonetraveller |

Located on the Mezzanine level on Concourse F of ATL, this sprawling Sky Club offers a fairly good food selection throughout the day sometimes I actually opt for the Sky Club on Concourse E for the food), and an amazing outdoor deck for taking in the hustle and bustle of jets coming and going at the airport. Full service bar with a good selection and variety of beer, wine, and drinks, and an even better selection of pours for a modest price as well. If the weather cooperates, this is a great place to unwind and get out of the crowds on the departure level, particularly for international flights.

Excellent! Service was amazing

By David Moreira |

Excellent! Service was amazing always friendly faces, willing to help! Food was very good! Extremely clean even the bathrooms and showers. Love the out door seating. Very comfortable inside. Great job Delta! Looking forward to my next visit!

Good VIP skirt in Atlanta

By Alexandre H |

We were on a connection at this airport flying Delta. The room is large and comfortable. The food is typically American, with lots of carbohydrates and fats. But it was a good place to wait for the next flight.

Wonderful Time

By suz |

Anything associated with Delta in one of its major hubs is predictably excellent. An array of food, drinks, snacks in s lovely lounge area was enjoyed. Soft music and a relaxing atmosphere was much appreciated as the gate waiting area is often busy and boisterous. Look forward to many more experiences there, as well as international spots where Delta has a presence.

Great service

By Christopher C |

Just left sky club in D concourse. My enjoyment came from meeting 2 of the greatest and most entertaining bartenders. Anthony and Armed(sorry for spelling errors) were the best guys i have ever had and I have been in a lot of bars in 54 years. They are now my top 2. Thank you guys for a great morning .

R&R

By Rumy M |

Relaxing place w decent food and choice of drinks. Showers, before or after a long flight are always welcome. Good service.

"Meh", but I do like the opportunity to go outside on the outdoor patio

By kwa829 |

It's a smaller lounge and it is getting a little dated, but it is nice enough. Of all the SkyClubs at ATL, I chose this one because it has an outdoor patio and I like the chance to get outside and get some fresh air (well, as fresh as air can be at an airport; the smell of aviation fuel is just a reality). Food and drink selection is pretty good and there is a nice variety of western and Asian offerings. There is an upper level (second floor) to this lounge, but it does not offer much. I'd say there is potential to renovate this Sy Club location into something special.

Cool sky view deck

By Johan DS |

If the weather allows it, it's nice and comfortable sitting on the deck with a nice view on the movements of the Delta planes. Good selection of wines, beers and liquors but the buffet is rather poor. The soup is always good though.

Fine

By Kerri M |

Seriously??? I don’t get all the negative reviews. It’s a standard airport lounge no better no worse than others. Was dreading it after reading reviews on here but it’s fine.

Don't go for the breakfast.

By jlou-12 |

Food offerings are pretty grim. No better than complimentary breakfast at motel six. Possibly the worst croissants I have ever encountered!

Fantastic sky club!

By Bernardo F |

If i have enough time, even if it's not close, I'll go to Concourse F to get to this wonderful club. It's fairly new and kept up nicely.

Very good lounge

By Birgitta-Kenneth |

This is a great lounge with its own bar where you could have anything and plenty of food to choose from so we enjoyed it before our fairly long european flight. A nice surprise was the US-style hot dog that was being served and I enjoyed it immensely...you know small things matter sometimes...

Dirty, seating uncomfortable and rude staff

By Amy H |

First- no seating yet checked in and full then table opened up for 2 - quick wipe off by staff- sit down and long hairs on table that I then clean off — seating uncomfortable and being 5’2” not all that short but my feet won’t touch ground — so put one foot under my leg — staff rushed over to say MAAM — no feet in chairs anytime and rush off — food fair — grade c - limited choices and mild warm — very disappointed — not at all a first class experience — expect more from Delta than this — guess to AX lounge next time

Waiting for International Take Off

By smitty237 |

We used the Sky Club on Concourse F prior to an international flight. First, I like this Concourse due to the European look. The Club is very nice. The layout makes it seem smaller than it actually is. There is an outside patio. They only had snacks when we were there, but they were good.

Great stop to grab a break from the Airport

By JetSetUBet |

Welcomed in by reception staff with up to date information about our connection and a smile. The food bar was hot and easy to navigate and the bar service (at the bar) was prompt and accurate. There were several people around me that were regulars (likely business folks) and then there was us on vacation as well as others. MyKell our bartender was so friendly and fabulous no matter what kind of day you are having she is a gem. Make sure you leave a tip to appreciate the staff that works very hard to make sure your day of travel is a pleasant one regardless of what the airplanes are doing (which is out of their control).

Very poor service

By hopefull1233 |

Being in transit inbound from Charleston to London LHR we checked in at the club to discover that there are no provision for coeliac Travellers (gluten Free). With over 4 hours to wait we decided go to the next door restaurant to have a meal and expected to rejoin the lounge after our meal to relax. We were refused entry and were told that we had to go on the line with possible 30 minutes wait. As a Delta first class passenger and a virgin gold card hotel I cannot believe that Delta in their own hub cannot fulfilled simple passenger expectations. Once again a classic case of over promising and under delivering. Next time I will avoid Atlanta like the plague.

Subpar Service, but Relaxing

By Five Diamond Traveler |

When I entered, I was greeted by two lovely concierge members. They scanned my boarding pass, told me my flight status and told me where I can find the restrooms, showers, bar and buffet. The lounge, when I went, was not too busy and I was able to find a nice and comfortable spot. The buffet was nice with a slightly above average selection. They had a selection of breads for toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins and a decent selection of fruits. They do have a self serve espresso machine with Starbucks coffee and Starbucks flavor syrups. I went to the bar which offers a complementary and premium bar which you can use your Delta SkyMiles or a credit card to pay for. The premium bar is nice and includes some top shelf stuff like Dom Perignon Champagne. There is staff walking around but none of them asked me if I needed anything. They just took my plates when I got up. I went to take a shower in one of their many shower suites. I did not have to wait and was given a quite large shower suite with a toilet and sink and obviously a shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided as well as towels and you can request other amenities you may need. Overall, I was very happy with my visit. It was relaxing and it’s nice to get a warm shower before your flight.

An oasis ahead of a 10hr layover

By Cat A |

Thank you Delta for understanding that my 10hr layover was going to be a tough one, and therefore giving me a day pass despite my lack of an Amex Sky Club card. I am grateful that staff at Delta can make the call to bend some rules under extenuating circumstances and put a customer’s need first (when possible). The Sky Club at Terminal F and Terminal E both offer showers (nice and clean, and spacious), and hot breakfast. So good! I really enjoyed the atmosphere, food and friendly staff at TF. I also visited TC, as my day pass gave me access to all lounges, and they had a great looking bar and a comfy seat right in front of the planes.

Great Sky Club!

By Charles1019 |

I travel weekly on Delta and most of my flights go through ATL. The F concourse is always my go to place and this Sky Club my favorite. The staff are fondly and you have plenty of places to sit including outside on the patio where you can hear and watch the planes coming and going. This is a large Sky Club with 2 floors. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This is located n the international concourse so it is not as busy as the other concourses.

Excellent Delta lounge

I have visited Delta Sky Clubs in at least two concourses at Atlanta International. Each club offers excellent service, a selection of high-quality food and beverages, and, above all, a relatively relaxed atmosphere. At times, the club was quite busy, but based on my experience, there were never any severe delays. During my visits, all the servers as well as the cleaning staff were very attentive to the needs of passengers and showed excellent customer service.
