Best Venezuelan restaurant in town. One of my favorite food is the arepa typical that you most try any :)) please ask for Jean he will treat you like a queen, kind heheheh he is the best.

The food is spectacular. The service is also excellent, many thanks to Yainelys, Amanda, Oriana for their attention. We will definitely return!

Excellent service from Yainelys and Denis I recommend them 100% all the very rich food Excellent service I love everything from Dogg’s come don’t miss it

Wonderful staff, pleasant staff. Food was delicious! Special thanks to Angela, Virginia and Oriana for their patience and professionalism.

The Reina Pepiada is the poorest I have ever tried and I am venezuelan, the Arepa Pelua was Ok, the Santa Barbara was good but the tequenos (cheese sticks) had the cheese almost frozen inside, third time that happens to me. The experience: I sat at the bar for more than 20 minutes waiting to be sitted, although the place was not completely packed. Nobody in those 20 minutes offered anything, not even water. The service got a lot better once seated, but the food was not good. I hace tried this place three times because is really close to my place, and everytime same experience.

We visited while traveling through Miami and were highly impressed with service and the delicious selection. The food here is delicious, fun, interesting and different. We have had their arepas, patacones, cachapas, tequeños, café con leche and are in love with everything. It would be nice to stay longer in town so we can go through their whole menu! You will see a lot of Venezuelan expatriates but also a lot of Americans and other Latino nationalities just enjoying the delicious, fresh offerings and excellent friendly service at Doggi’s.

Great service!! Jean and Ariadne were super nice and kind. They were super attentive as well. The food here is amazing and they had a great playlist

Everything was too rich, the arepa suffered wow, I felt like I was in Caracas I loved everyone who cared for them like Yainelys, Darien and Mariana

When you are craving arepas, this is the place, they are delicious. Yainelys, Darien, and Virginia took great care of us. There are also barbecues, fish, hamburgers, hot dogs, and everything is delicious!

I love the arepas and tequeños. Delicious restaurant and service. I love Doggi's because I'm also from Venezuela

Everything Fresh, Unreal food!! Arepa's to die for... and the Pepito's are brilliant. Just visit this place, the staff are very nice and friendly, the place is a hidden gem. Oh yeah it's super reasonable pricing.

Simply I loved it. The exceptional food, the unbeatable treatment of the kids Angela, Yainelys and Mauro. I recommend Doggis to everyone. If you come to Miami, don't forget to eat at that restaurant, you won't regret it!!! I fell in love... Ahhhh and order the Guru's special

Excellent Food and Service from Jean, Ariadne and Mauro. The arepa Sifrina was delicious and the little ones with the parsley sauce, needless to say! Nice stuff.

In town for a few days and staying at a nearby hotel, I decided to try something different for lunch. I ordered the arepa with beef, avacado, tomato and cheese. It was wonderful! If you're in this area around lunchtime, give this place a try. I'm going to try to fit in another visit before I leave.

food was so good! We got arepas and their empanadas! The churrasco arepa is a must try! Deny, our server took great care :)

Excellent place to remember Venezuelan gastronomy, very good service, thanks to Yainelis, Amanda and Angela for the good time they gave us.

amazing service by jean ariadne y darien, i definitely recommend to come here and will be coming more often, amazing food too

Excellent service from Guille very friendly and attentive! Thank you! The best of the best said by my mom the food the attention all good!

A warm hearted place for those who like Venezuelean food - or for those who want to taste it. As a foody I have to make it clear, this is not haute cuisine, but that‘s impossible for Venezuela cuisine. But it‘s honestly cooked and very tasty.

Yainelys was the best. He made the experience really relaxing and helped us decide what to eat. Everything was wonderful. Thank you.

Everything here was amazing. I had the patacon con currasco which was just like they make them in Maracaibo. Estaba calidad! El servicio de parte de Yainelys, Adriana y Darien fue el complemento perfecto para que sea un 10/10 para mi este sitio. I will be coming back from Cali to Miami, and imma hit this place again and again every visit to the Sun Shine State.

Great place, a family business that you can tell everything is doing with love! Tradicional Venezuelan food, I love the asado negro patacon with ripe plantain, my favorite!

The cheeseburger and sauces were incredibly delicious. Deny and his crew were very kind. I truly recommend the experience.

The food is spectacular. It is the restaurant we visit the most in Miami because the quality is always excellent, the service friendly and the atmosphere very happy.

The people and the food are amazing. I recently lunched at Doggis, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was perfect – a cozy, intimate setting with just the right amount of energy. The service was impeccable; our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations.

Amazing and the food fabulous Kimberly and yainelis great service ♥️ the soup and the chicharrón amazing. Next time hope to leave space for dessert.

With the huge influx of Venezuelans to SouthFla these Venezuelan fast food joints are appearing all over, and most of them are pretty decent . Off course the arepa is the the staple. I mean, it Is right there on the name. And the one I had with Chickens and some vegetables (chicken garden?) was just too good. Yet while I can get good arepas in a few places, a good pepito is a different matter. A pepito Is some kind of sandwich In a hot dog bun with a million sauces and crispy fries and the churrasco one at doggy’s is amazing and I’ve driven 45 minutes just to get it. Nice small place (upscale cafeteria if u will) and good service. My Venezuelan friends rave about it, and they (the owners, not my friends) are actually opening a branch in Hallandale in May 2019 so as to cover us living in the Miami-Broward county line. Can’t wait.

Delicious and recommended for all Best rich Venezuelan food the patacon is the best there is and the little ones wowwww the best

The best breakfast place I come every weekend Ángela, Darían and Mariana make us feel amazing always pay attention to our needs! And food outstanding !

Amazing food and such a great service, thanks Yainelys and Darien. The fish is reallh good and the portions are great 😊 even if uou want to share

The best Venezuelan food in Miami!! Yainelys! Virginia and Darien Service was Amazing!!! Los Churros a otro nivel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our experience at Doggi's was awesome! Friendly, pleasant and quick service. No waiting. Delicious, freshly prepared food. We ordered the Santa Barbara arepa....yummy!!!! The Panela juice was good too. We were given complimentary arepitas to taste and they were so good. Easy parking. Nice clean interior. We plan to go back again soon!

Great service and food! I love it ♥️ we will come back. Thank you so much for your service Mariana, Yainelys and Amanda.!!

Went to the location on Biscayne Blvd. We don’t live in Miami and this is always our first stop, transports my husband and I back to the glory days in Venezuela. Yainelis and Kimberlin were super nice and did a fantastic job like always,

We love Doggi’s arepabar the food is so good and the service it’s the best, the soup (sancocho) with arepas is the heaven, Darien and Yainelys was our servers all the times with a smile and the best of them vibes we really appreciate it, thanks guys…

The food is delicious, and they serve fast! The new staff is better than the old, the very attentive boy. I ordered two empanadas but the arepas are better, it is expensive, Venezuelan food in this city is a luxury.

Im Venezuelas and really enjoyed the place, great service, hearty portions, nice staff, clean and cozy. Bueno bonito barato!

Incredible arepas! I order the “Arepa la 10”, filled with handmade cheese and tender steak with chimichurri sauce. Spectacular. Ambiance and service from Adrean was top notch. Really made me feel welcome as a single dinner. Definetly will be back.

How this restaurant is rated so low is amazing. We had the marinated churrasco (steak) that was so darn good. The taste the size and sides were so darn good!! We also had Pepitos (Venezuelan street food - sandwich) which also was so good. We walked from the close Vagabond Motel. We loved this place!!!! You should go

Great food. Great service with Adriana and Yainelys. I ama regular customer and never experienced bad food or service.

Delicious food, authentic Venezuelan food and attention like at home :) Many thanks to Mariana, Darien, and Yainelys for the excellent service.

Love this place clean easy and delicious food . Quick and parking in front what else does one want .

We had an amazing dinner at this place. The service is excellent. We shared the grilled chorizo as an appetizer and then we tried different arepas.. you won´t be disappointed!

Took long to serve , rude when asked to change tables to a bigger one ! Was just talking amongst employees while we sat and waited to be asked for a drink ! I wouldn’t visit here at all again !

Very burn place excellent attention Very good food and good price Good choice to put more ppr places everywhere

First experience of arepa, a specialty of Venezuela. With corn pancake and beef cooked as requested. Delicious ! And nourishing enough for a lunch. Very good blackberry juice and excellent coffee…

Great place to eat always good food and great service Adrean Amanda and Yanelys thank you so much for your service well be back every week

Food was amazing and Javier was very informative and friendly. We ordered the empanadas 5/5 and the Arepa Mexican 5/5. The churros and cheesecake are to die for.

I have been here twice (I’m a Miami native). The food is decent, but the wait is always incredibly long. Especially when picking up to go food, the restaurant is slow and doesn’t care about having it ready on time (we’re talking 30+ minutes late). Don’t go here unless you are in no hurry.

We tried two of the arepas and some fried plantains. Everything was cooked fresh and so delicious. One of our favorite meals we had in Miami.

Visited on Tuesday evening. We were fortunate to get table. It was almost full when we arrived at 19:30 and rapidly the free tables were filled. There a lots of items on the menu that I didn’t know. David our waiter helped us choose and was very helpful. The octopus starter was superb as was the snapper main. Enough food to satisfy us. Our full stomachs appreciated the walk back to our motel. Our bill for 2 of $90 included a couple of glasses of wine and a beer. I’d recommend a visit

if you really want a taste of Venezuelan food, go to Doggi's, great Arepas, Cachapas, Pepitos, Tostones, Tequenos and more. Most important enjoy of the great service and attention of each of the hosts. Simple but real

Wonderful food, excellent service, Yainelys served us very well, as well as Deny, thank you very much! We were very satisfied

Great, I loved the agency. Mauro, yainelis and jean. It was my first time eating find me and I loved it!

The food was delicious, brought me back some great Venezuelan memories!! Mauro’s service was amazing!!!!!! I’ll be coming back!!!!!!!!! Thanks!

This neighborhood place is just perfect. ALWAYS!! We tried the tostones special and reina Pepiada arepa and reina pepiada cachapa. Wow - LOVED the awesome staff! Ivonne, Angela, Adrianne and Amanda. We’re very good. The place was so busy and they kept everything under control. Kiddos to the kitchen. Awesome food.

I’m Peruvian and whenever I come to Miami I love coming to Doggie’s Areoa Bar to eat arepas, they fascinate me!! I’ve come several times with family and they tb LED love everything The mixed churros of Dulce de leche and Nutela sob spectacular!!

The food was delicious, Mauro was excellent, very attentive and helpful, always there to see if we needed anything. 😌😌

Delicious! Best Venezuelan restaurant, you need to try it! Juan, Ariadne and Darien are the best! The churros are lively and forget about the cachapas!!!!

Pepito mixto is a must, customer service was on point and a top place to go in the MIMO district. Recommended

Very good arepas and excellent service by Ariadne. I will return soon to this beautiful place, very pleasant atmosphere

Best Venezuelan food in the area. I highly recommend the arepas here. Very good service by Oriana, Mauro and Ariadne. The coffee at the end was the best one I’ve had in days!!

Really good food and really good attention from Yainelys, Darien and Mariana I’ll recommend this place to my friends and family😋

This arepas and more place is good. The arepas are deli and they have other Venezuelan dishes like asado negro, parrilla, etc The tequeños were good too! And patacones con pico de gallo! The quesillo was delicious!

If you are craving a delicious Arepa visit Doggi's, specially after a good night of partying in SoBe. Great place to enjoy with the family or friends this Venezuelan fare. I loved the one stuffed with shredded chicken and avocado (Reina Pepiada) or the one with Guayanes cheese and fried plantain. Tried also tequenos and cachapa.

Excellent Venezuelan food and very friendly service. The food came fast. We were a large group and they made an effort to seat us promptly.

Busy, little place. Service could be seen to be a bit lax, but not unpleasant/unfriendly. Took a few seconds for the servers to realise we weren't Spanish speakers. Lots of families and felt like a genuine experience.

⸻ Excellent experience! The service was impeccable and the food spectacular. At the outset I tasted an octopus ceviche that was exquisite, a real treat! The burgers were also super delicious, juicy and well presented. It’s an excellent Venezuelan meal option: they have arepas, hot dogs, burgers and much more. I will definitely come back, and I will not leave without repeating your amazing cheesecake. 100% recommended.

A really nice restaurant, with unusual Venezuelan food.Really nice to have something a bit different good value and really nice service from the staff. The churos were amazing

Doggis started out strong, but sadly, the quality of service has completely deteriorated. I waited to be seated and was never even greeted. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping guests. This was a disappointing experience overall. I no longer recommend this restaurant — there are much better options out there.

Came to meet up with a friend I had not seen in a while, and there is something about this place. They took 15 mins to even notice we were setting there, they forgot to bring me an order or cheese yuca I had placed. The arepas were good, but there’s better options out there. I won’t be returning, two strikes are enough for me.

I've never even heard of Arepa's, and then I walked into this place. Over ordered on loads of things but the Arepas are fantastic and the staff are friendly.

Visiting Miami, on vacations, I promptly went out looking for experiences and "gems" (my favorite activity). Did not have to go far. About 10 blocks away, from where we were staying, I found this small, cozy place right on Biscayne Boulevard. A little wary, we decided to give it a try (I had quit this gastronomy years ago, after a couple of mishaps). We went basic: 2 arepas (cornmeal bread). One: shredded beef, the other: "reina pepiada" (kind of chicken guacamole). The place was busy (a good sign) but our waiter accommodated us quickly. Service was excellent, fast, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. While waiting for our order, we were delighted by the interesting ambiance and decors on the walls (populated with old-times Venezuelan slang). Upon arrival of our order, our first good impression was visual. Their arepas are "baked", rather than fried, with a generous amount of filling on each. Love came at first bite. I could recognize the presence of local ingredients, including the rare "aji dulce" (a local delicacy, almost impossible to find in supermarkets). We enjoyed them, to the last bite. Taste and quality of the ingredients were superb. So impressed we were, that we returned the next day to confirm our appreciations (for this review). On our second day, we tried different meals. I tried their beef stew. A menu item quite typical at restaurants from various nationalities worldwide (each one sharing their peculiar flavor and presentation). This one was definitively Venezuelan. I could swear they used Venezuelan ears of corn (not as sweet as the US counterpart; smaller, harder and bearing a slightly stronger, nutty taste). In all, we were twice impressed and can openly recommend this joint to foodies and fanatics of international cuisines. An unforgettable experience. True and uncompromising. Blanket recommendation.

The food here is excellent, and is fresh, tasty and in large portions. The desires are good, and the coffee is the best. Go and eat.

Really tasty and interesting food. The only downside was a very moody staff member. The menu has plenty of choice and the happy staff were helpful to advice on their favourites

Rich Venezuelan food and good service, but beware, as you pass your bill of a set price they add a 20% tip, if or if, obliged, you want or not. But rates aside, of course. We had two drinks, two main courses, a coffee cut and two desserts and we got the joke for $85.

Excellent service are very chevere Kimberlin was very friendly and the super delicious food exceeded our expectations

I highly recommend this restaurant, I traveled from Connecticut to Miami for work and was recommended this restaurant, they served me very well, especially Yainelys.

Great Venezuelan food. An amazing attention. Tasty food Thanks Jean Yaneilis and Kimberlin for your kind attention 100% recommended

I ate the best mixed pomegranate in South Florida, I recommend adding cheese to the griddle, as recommended by my friend Jean, who was in charge of providing this gastronomic experience. Excellent attention!

Stumbled across this great Venezuelan place and its amazing. We had burgers and beer, but over ordered cause we had to eat some Arepa's. Could not even finish it. Massive portions and great flavours. GO THERE!!

Excellent service and great food. Thanks to Yainelys, Deny, and Howard for taking such great care of us! Muy buena atención de parte de Yainelys, Deny, y Howard. La comida muy buena como siempre

We had a fantastic experience thanks to Yainelys! From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive—especially with our three-year-old, which we truly appreciated. She took the time to walk us through the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything came out quickly and correctly. We ordered the family-style parrillada plate, and wow—everything was delicious! The food was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and so plentiful that we couldn’t even finish it. Yainelys made our lunch feel like a special occasion. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for the outstanding service!

I've spent some time in the Mimo District and discoverd this restaurant. First time of my life I ate arepas. Very good ! You have to try ! Also, really friendly staff.

Excellent everything, Adriana and yainelys are excellent, very friendly, super attentive and delicious food, plus they sell their own products

Love the place, very clean and excellent service. I will most definitely recomend this place to my friends and families.

Very good Venezuelan cuisine, do not miss the chicha. I was lucky and the soup of the day was beef rib, memorable. I felt very comfortable, I was treated like a king. Adriana has very good recommendations and the attention of Yainelys and Adrean are unbeatable. Come and try me. I felt again in the courtyard of my grandparents' house.

If you want to discover the venezuelan arepas ... it's the place ! Tasty food and good people. Highly recommended !

Thank you yainelys for your careful attention, always smiling and attentive to the table, the food is super delicious and on time, we will always return

My niece after living in Venezuela for a year, scouted out this joint and wanted to venture here. A cool small artsy restaurant in a small strip mall; so pending time of day parking could be tricky, but at night was no problem. Everyone really loved their Arepas and all the accompaniments. Friendly staff and prompt service. Myself, I thought it was just AOK, the steak lacked any flavoring and tasted sorta bland, perhaps one of those acquired taste meals. I'd probably give them another try if I happened to be in the neighborhood but wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to eat their again. But wish them well and give 'em a try!

Never had arepa, or any Venezuelan food, before. Very tasty and highly recommended. And the local IPA on-tap isn't bad either.

Woow! Best arepas in Miami, not to mention the amazing service from Yainelis and Oriana. Highly recommend! If you are nearby you have to eat here. 🤤

My husband and I got wonderful food and service at Doggi's! For a starter we ordered chicken empanadas that were delicious! They weren't over fried or greasy and the corn empanada was better than any flour one ever. Then we ordered churassco arepas that were to die for! Mine was the Santa Barbara that comes with tomato, white cheese and avocado. My husband got the plain churassco with just steak, and cilantro. Truly delicious. The staff was very helpful with our choices and super attentive to our table. Superb!

Excellent service from yainelys. She always greet us with a smile and is super nice. We are locals. 😊 We Love this place and the Arepas also we love the tostones margaritenos that not sure why they are not in the menu anymore.

I want to congratulate the service was excellent the food we loved felt that Latin flavor. I recommend the cacharrón with cheese, the chicharrón comes with a divine arepa. Then we ordered a grill for two that was delicious. We will return to this place

I’ve been here now a few times. The food is pretty good. Very traditional Venezuelan. The service is just OK. They are pretty slow. I really like the grilled chicken and beans. It’s moderately priced.

Love this place… come at least once or twice a week… and the food is awesome! We were served by Jean and his attention was professional, courteous and very good. Wait staff at Doggis is usually on point but Jean was specially nice.

The arepas are great, but what what was really creative is the patacón with Asado Negro. Really good. I am eager to come back and eat it again. It’s a fried plantain topped by roasted meat and white cheese, lettuce tomato and avocado. Simply delicious.

We went to this cozy place in Key Biscayne, Doggi’s Arepa Bar and we had a great time eating some delicious food. We ordered Tequeños, five Venezuelan rolled cheese with a very tasteful white sauce, and Maduros con Nata y Queso. Sweet plantains served with nata y queso blanco. After the wonderful appetizers, we ordered a sandwich, Patacon de Churrasco, made with two crispy slices of fried plantain with marinated churrasco, lettuce, tomato, cheese and another delicious sauce. The kids ordered beans, rice, churrasco and fried potatoes. They also loved the food. The dessert was churros with Nutella and dulce de leche. It was to dye for. They have another restaurant in Miami and I plan to go back to try the arepa. I recommend this cozy place to everyone who enjoys great food with a good price.

Don't go as a group. They charge 20% flgo. They were invented for free. A scam I'm surprised they didn't report it.

Delicious, well-priced food that locals and tourists would enjoy! I, an American, went with my best friend, a Venezuelan. We both loved the food! And the staff were kind.

Good food! Nice place! isn't the best Attention with the guest! they Miss some patience with people that is on their first time... busy place!
