Located in a 100 year old fire station, in the middle of all the skyscrapers, you find Dolores but you can call me Lolita (what a cool name!) I only had time to stop by for a drink, but would have loved to stay longer. Lots and lots of candles, charming interior and good drinks.

Solid restaurant in the heart of brickell. Good food, free appetizers with some entrees, and good price for wine and beer.

Was here for dinner & happy hour. Very good ambience. It's in a building listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places from 1923. Enjoyed my mango mojito. Other then the food from the main course being a bit salty, it was good. The guac toast salmon appetizer was a wow as was the serrano croquettes. I enjoyed the churrasco and brussels sprouts. The short rib risotto was a bit cheesy however. The service was exceptional especially David who was our waiter which was the deciding factor in giving it a 5 as opposed to a 4! Would definitely go back. Their happy hour on the terrace is very good and social.

Recently visited for a family dinner. I hadn’t been there for at least two years. Place has nice ambiance and location, but at this time it needs to be revamped. Place looks run down from dining areas to restrooms. Walls need a good hand of new paint. Sorry, but look is important for me! The food was totally average and overpriced. House mixed drinks run for $14.00 and are watered down. The house wine offered at $20.99 is a cheap table wine that is not good. The ambience is cozy and nice, and our waiter Carlos was very good; however I would not recommend this place to anybody, and I will not be coming back.

Just the name of the place is a must-see. In a "hide" zone of Brickell, this spot is always full, most of all at night. They have sitting outdoor, nice bar, music, nice vibes. Happy hour during the week and on Tuesday the have " Taco tuesday" , margarita 6 dollars and tacos 3 dollars. I really enjoyed this place.

The roof top and the entire place is unique, friendly, and the food was delicious. Our server's nametag said Delores, but you can call me Lauren. She was great!

Great roof top bar/restaurant, food was great and ambiance was great. Decor and staff were amazing, thoroughly recommended!!

Aside from the quirky name, Lolita has an interesting decor and a number of seating environments. If the weather is cooperating, try the upstairs outdoor terrace, especially for two. My wife and I had a wonderful "date", despite the hyena like laugh of the lady at the next table. The wine list is short and pricey, as expected. The menu is also short but the food the we received was cooked very well and was delicious. If you are looking for French complexity or cowboy steaks, this is not for you. If you want ok portions of tasty dishes and a couple of drinks with a few friends, or one special friend - give Lolita/Deloris a try.

Incredible dinner experience begins with buzzing atmosphere full of energy. Our server Temis (shout out-was amazing) gave us a tour of the menu, complete with offer of flashlight or magnifiers should we have the need – thankfully we don't – yet. She offered hand sanitizer and a small box on the table into which you put your cell phone so you can focus on each other and enjoy the spectacular taste bud tickling meal. DO NOT miss the cornbread! Treat yourself and loved one to a memorable dining experience in Miami

Excellent family restaurant, really cozy and beautiful decor! Service is great! We where looking forward to have brunch outdoors but the wheather didnt work. Ernesto but you can call him Harry was an excellent server, he recommend several plates and some mimosa pitcher! Great service! We order the huevos rotos plate, and 2 others. Totally recommend it!

This was actually my second time here, but this time for lunch. I’ve to say that I’ve been nicely surprised by the food which was reasonably priced, hearty and good. We were outside on the little patio, where you can chose between a sofa style lunch or regular tables. The service was good, but the waiter was visibly new and his English approximate, which was not helping. Also, be aware that the whole neighborhood is being re-built, from the brand new Brickell City Center to this very place, therefore, don’t expect a quiet lunch or diner. This should be getting better when the new building just in front of this place will be completed.

OMG, the food was so good! We went during happy hour and sat outside overlooking the main strip. Loved it! The entree includes an appetizer, so my husband and I shared a meal and two appetizers. The Delores BBQ ribs were good (not spectacular). I live in BBQ country, so I'm picky about my ribs. However, the lobster quesadilla and fresh baked cornbread were delicious! The corn bread had a crispy outer shell with soft Irish whipped butter on top and Wisconsin cheddar and chives baked in. It was perfect! The shoestring fries that came with the ribs were crispy and good. Since it was happy hour, I was concerned that the cocktail would be watered down, but it was not! The Lover's Lane Lemonade was very good. To top it off, the service was great! You can't go wrong with this restaurant.

ONE HUNDRED STAR RATING What can I say? Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita Restaurant & Lounge is clearly the best restaurant in Florida. Nestled on a tropical rooftop in Miami, Dolores embraces extraordinary views of the city. Dolores success is owed to the gastronomic genius of its restaurant’s chef, a “Da Vinci of the Kitchen,” and I contend his artistry is taken to a new level to cultivate a kaleidoscope of flavors, and a feast for the palate. Think of creamy lobster bisque, or savory shrimp Thai served with an array of tantalizing appetizers. Or if you like fresh fish, try the grouper, prepared with a light sauce and airy enough to float across the Atlantic. Patrons are greeted with a smile. The quintessential essence of Miami hospitality is evoked by the charismatic server, Claudia whose goal is to make you feel like family. So whether it is a day of working hard, sailing on windy seas, or a day at the beach, come on in and treat yourself to Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita Restaurant & Lounge. You’ll be more than gratified.

Great Downton restaurant, a little hidden on a roof terrace. Atmosphere very nice, friendly accommodating staff. Food a bit upscale, prices at Rhamen. We had a main course where an appetizer was included. Recommended

Based on the TripAdvisor reviews, decided to have lunch here the day before my cruise. I was a little surprised to have the dining room to myself on a Thursday at noon. The food, though, particularly a generous portion of the lobster bisque, was delicious. Recommended.

The interior of Dolores is chic and clean, the upstairs veranda was a delightful place to dine alfresco, but under cover. Everyone in our party (ages 8 to 80) were happy with the selections and enjoyed attentive but not overly fussy service. A few random thoughts: The kid's burger was very small, so we ordered a second - problem solved. The bathroom facilities are clean and ample but only available on the first floor. The calamari was the best I've ever had in my life and I've been around. I wish I lived in the Miami area so that Dolores could be my go-to place for dining, celebrating, or just a peaceful glass of wine. It was my favorite part of being in Miami.

Great food. Super value for money. So went twice in one week with work and enjoyed every time. Had the salmon and burrata appetizer and was so good. But trust me order the corn bread. Churrasco skirt steak was divine - but fries were not all that.

Food was very nice and came in really large portions. Artichokes for starters and grouper for mains. All delicious. Service was friendly and swift. Music was really nice (lounge).

First, please warn guests when making reservations that they’re stairs. That will avoid bringing a 97 year old. Then they forgot my mom’s order. I had to ask. You would think after seeing 3 people at a table and only bringing 2 orders someone would have a clue. Every thing was too salty. Nothing but water or lemonade. And no suggestions for what they had to drink that a 97 year old could drink. My shrimp and lobster cannoli came with the shells! And the guests behind us kept flipping her hair everywhere. Oh well maybe this will help them improve but I doubt it.

If you are looking for a fun, outdoor atmosphere, you will find it here. Great people watching and fun area. The food was good, but not fantastic. I did enjoy the plantain chips and fish spread the most. I ordered the skirt steak, which is one of the highest priced entrees in the menu. I was disappointed with the quality of the steak, anhd the potatoes were soft and not very good. I think the appetizers in general are better than the main courses. I enjoyed the service and drinks. Their house wine was in agood value as well. I would go back for the atmosphere and would recommend ordering a bunch of the small plates to share.

The place promises a fantastic culinary experience, we ate some tacos, broken eggs and paella and they were VERY GOOD. We have some SUPER RECOMMENDED RICH fruit passion margaritas. Marcela's attention was excellent, super friendly and attentive. He helped us and recommended what we ordered and everything was great. A place where we'll clearly come back.

From the girl at the entrance to our waiter Carlos, both were very friendly and professional. The food was amazing, the roof terrace cosy and the lounge music relaxing while having dinner. Thank you for the nice evening, especially because it was our last one before flying home.

Exceptional setting, intriguing atmosphere, and excellent table service. However, there was an issue with the reservation management. I stopped by at 6 PM to book a table for six people, and they told me that the only available option was at 8:45 PM. I accepted and provided my name and phone number, on which I received confirmation of the reservation. When I arrived with my guests, I was told, “There is no reservation, go check in the dining area to see if there’s a free table.” Disappointed, I followed their advice, but another staff member found my reservation—though the table was not available—and offered us an alternative seating inside. Looking at the terrace, I noticed an empty table. After some insistence and requesting to speak with the manager, they finally allowed us to sit outside.

Delicious food and excellent staff. After the long day I'd had, it was lovely to have fresh food and good drinks upstairs in the terrace.

The view from the rooftop was beautiful. The service was great, but the food was mediocre. Be aware of the photographer asking to take pictures. They don't tell you upfront, but it costs $20 each. Overall, it was a good experience for the price.

Service was great. Omar paid additional attention to me after seeing I was alone. Jay, the host, seated me quickly at a four person table inside. The gazpacho and spaghetti were fine, but not special. The fun here is going with a large group or on a date, preferably on the outside balcony. The.adjoining balcony bar was closed, though re-opening in a week, so would come back here for drinks but would eat somewhere else.

The ambiance in this restaurant is eclectic and fun. I was turned off by the menus that looked old and the design was terrible. The menu is very random ranging from a plain flatbread to poke bowl to tostones, it took our party a long time to order bc nothing sounded too appealing. The food was decent in the end but not spectacular. Service was good, but they were pushing for reviews which I don’t like. I dont see myself going back for dinner but would for drinks/ light apps.

I went here for a work function. It was good. First it’s a nice looking building. Service is friendly. There was a great mixologist producing cocktails for our event (his speciality is an excellent passion fruit margarita). They laid on good nibbles too. I’m keen to return for a meal.

Christmas Dinner here was awesome. We had Argentinian Steak, Skinny Lolita Chicken, salads and of course the croquettes. For dessert the Spanish Cheesecake. All were awesome and quite filling. Would definitely recommend and certainly go back.

We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of the hotel receptionist, and were not disappointed. Dolores is a causal dining experience where the food is good, the atmosphere is relaxed and the service staff are friendly. This placed is best classified as relaxed casual dining with a sense of style. If you are transiting Miami and in the Brickell area, this is a good place to settle for an evening meal.

I went here for lunch today. The hostess sat me at a table, provided me with a menu, a glass and napkin with utensils. It was about 1:54 pm today. At 2:05 I left, as no one, came over to me to ask for my order or even say, I will be with you shortly. How long do they expect you to wait for service?

Friends have been raving about this place for years, so since today was my birthday, I decided to give it a shot. We picked up my best friend from the Brightline station and headed straight there. Parking was an absolute zoo, there was no one at the valet stand for ages and when they did finally come, they barely spoke any English, and we were very nervous about leaving our car with them since they were unable to clearly express the procedure to us. We had no idea the valet would cost $22 for two hours at lunchtime on a Saturday!!! Service from Valerie was good and the food tasted great, but the portions are on the small side. What somewhat annoyed me was she said “oh I brought you a birthday dessert” and then charged us for it!!! Bit cheeky! Restaurant is attractive - but it’s just too much hassle getting here - so I doubt we will be back. Glad we tried it nonetheless.

Planned a trip to see my oldest daughter since she's at school at FIU. We wanted to experience some unique and fun food and fun experiences while I was there. I googled unique restaurants and found Dolores. We had Carlos for our waiter. He was so pleasant and took great care of us. Food.. exceeded our expectations. Started with the very uniquely served Caesar salad and the fish dip..Just yum! Then miso salmon and the short rib followed by the most amazing and engaging chocolate cake. Can't wait to go back when we are down in the fall for graduation, just an amazing place!!!!

We are new to the Miami downtown and stumbled upon this restaurant when we were looking for a place to live. We now go there at least once a week! We love the atmosphere and service! The tacos are amazing!!!

We went to the night, and we sat outside, you just walk onto the terrace on a right table near some pots. We were eating the entrance and a RAT! appeared at the foot of our table and climbed over the pot. We let the waiter know and he changed tables. Another table outside up the stairs from the terrace. When they were changing the dishes another rat appeared in the stonemasons! It really sucks. They changed us to a table inside, that we were ALONE. A horrible experience. Besides, the food was nothing wow. Normal... We're not coming back.

Stopped at Dolores after dinner for some espresso martinis. The bartenders on the roof top patio were excellent. Drinks were top notch. Atmosphere is beautiful.

I am in the process of scouting locations for my wedding and someone recommended I check out Delores. I went to their website and loved what I saw so I filled out the online form requesting more information. I immediately got a response from the events person, Guillermo, with a brief message and details about each space, along with costs. Three weeks went by and I responded to him to let him know I was interested in visiting the restaurant. He responded by asking what the date of the wedding was. I responded and let him know that I didn't have a date but that it would most likely be in April or May 2020 (as I had said in my initial outreach via the web form). Guillermo responded and told me to contact him once I had a date and that in the meantime, I could stop by anytime and have a manager show me around. I responded and said I wanted to set up an appointment with him to see the spaces and discuss all the details. That was one week ago and Guillermo has never responded again. It's obvious that unless you have a firm date, Guillermo isn't interested in meeting with folks. I find this odd and ridiculous, especially because the other venues I have reached out to have been gracious, attentive, and eager to meet with me. At the end of the day, I am flexible with my wedding date but Guillermo clearly doesn't care. I find this lack of service appalling and really stupid, especially from a business perspective. That said, Guillermo did me a favor: he made it easy for me to cross Delores off my list and save me the aggravation of what was sure to be a bad experience in the long wrong.

Drinks, Music & Dancing as long as you can hang! Upstairs dining with sofas to enjoy with friends or couples! Great place to visit! GetSome!!

We walked here from our hotel a few blocks away. The menu looked decent and we could sit outside. The service was friendly. We got the Serrano Ham Croquettes, Sweet & Spicy Chicken Lollipops and the Calamari. All were good, but nothing outstanding. Was a nite evening out and a beautiful night.

We visited this place with friends for a Sunday lunch. It was lovely! Would gladly return again. Originally, the building was a fire station and they kept the fireman's poles as a very neat feature at the entrance of the restaurant. It has a good sized outside terrace, where you can truly enjoy a great chat and nice dishes in a tranquil environment despite being right in the middle of downtown Miami. Definitely worth a visit!

Cool restaurant and bar in the Brickell area. Indoor and outdoor seating both on on ground and 2nd floor. Inside has a great historic feel with plenty of dark wood and an upscale feeing. The 2nd floor outdoor seating is comfortable with decent views and plenty of fans and coverings for shade. Service was casual, friendly and attentive. Had a few drinks and a light lunch. The mahi fish sandwich was very good as were the croquettes. Prices were reasonable.

I was here many years ago for lunch and found the experience just reasonable. But now I came back one Friday night and how good I did it: everything was excellent. This weekend night place is the face of Miami. Good drinks, good service, creative and tasty food, a lot of beautiful people, in the heart of the nighttime bubble. We arrived without Reservation and was full, but the very friendly receptionist took our name and phone to enter a list and we went for a walk. 10 minutes before our table was released she called us warning us to already head to the restaurant. Very nice evening, great local vibe.

Always noticed the roof top restaurant but did see how to get up there. Very cool vibe. Classy. Incredible lunch specials. Dinner is off the chain. Pricey but under priced for Miami. It's definitely one of those so called hidden gems. If someone asked me where to go in Miami, I'd recommend here for sure. Loved it.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita for nearly 15 years and it is by far my favorite restaurant in Miami. I’ve celebrated birthdays here, brought my parents and family to dinner here, and shared many laughs, wine, and delicious meals with close friends and loves. The food has always been consistently great, the service fantastic, and the shabby chic ambience always welcoming. It’s one of the few restaurants that I always order something different from the menu because I can trust that no matter what I order, I’ll have a wonderful meal. Carlos has served me a few times and he’s really personable and a great server. Today one of the managers, Carleen, even came up to our table to ask how everything was. She talked to us for a bit and was very genuine in her concern for our satisfaction. I hope that this stays my favorite restaurant in Miami for years to come!

Visited in the evening , with wife and 16 year old daughter Sat in the bar area with a relaxed vibe for drinks They serve a taco style menu here, these were good and well priced Recommend for a nice drink

The food was excellent! And the attitude of Marcela professional! We came with my sister and enjoyed the drinks on Thursdays for half price! I strongly recommend the paella, huevos rotos y tacos miami style!

Housed a party of 40 on the back patio. Service was slow for food to come out, bartenders kept drinks going. They ran out of beer and had to keep running for more bottles. Was not expecting bathroom service (pay for your paper towel) but there was a nice array of hair appliances for touch ups.

We just walked into this restaurant looking for a good and nice place to have dinner, our last night in Miami. The place itself is really nice, different from other places we've been to here in Miami. It has its own charm with a little bit of old-fashioned style, which gives a welcoming feeling. It's possible to sit inside or out on the roof area. We decided to sit outside. The food was really good.

Very good vibe, food was delicious and our server Armando was excellent. Highly recommended when you are around the area.

I keep coming back here A business man, this is easy, cheerful, tasty food and great fast service So tonight was lobster bisque ( with lumps of lobster ) - delicious Followed by steak (rare) with pepper corn sauce - yummy Albariño wine with the first and an Oregon pinot noir with the second - both tasty All served by Dayesi - who really knew her wines and her menu very well - charming knowledgeable, polite and attentive throughout . What a great recipe for success in a restaurant - coupled with a lovely bar, outdoor seating and cityscape and an unforgettable name. Good business - good restaurant I know I will be back ( no Arnie boast) , God willing Thank you Lolita

I will happily go there again. We went there for brunch and no regrets. The food was delicious, especially lobster quesadilla. We also order eggs and avocado toast. All great! I liked the terrace sitting.

Fun little spot in the heart of Brickell. We popped in on Friday at happy hour and they were quite busy on the upstairs patio. Put our names on the list and went to the adjacent taco joint for a quick drink and a snack (I think they're related?). Popped back up an hour later when the happy hour crowd had left and had a great meal & service. Menu was a bit lean for a vegetarian but still had solid options (we had shishito peppers & the mushroom pasta). As someone who works in the wine world the wine menu was a bit 'corporate' for my liking with mostly big brands, but thats just me being picky. Great atmosphere with great service!

Great place, nicely decorated with interesting stuff, service and food was great. Unrushed and just so easy,

The food was good. They have a fixed menu for lunch with enough options to satisfy anyone. Their lentil was quite tasty. All the food was good. The view of the bay was outstanding. It was warm out but that is not their fault. We should have sat inside which is air conditioned. Service was a little slow but they were busy. Clean and comfortable.

Fire station turned restaurant and they kept the pole! Food and service were outstanding. Everyone is loud - just my cup of tea! I will see be back.

Rating is mostly for the experience which was great fun, food is a comparative let down but pretty decent, would definitely go back for casual place with friends

This is our go to spot for City view, upscale, upbeat and very fun outdoor dining! The food is terrific, the waiters are beyond nice, cool music, and what a fabulous city vibe! Put all that in a Spanish style old firehouse building that looks like a mansion! And the people watching isn’t bad either!!

I was excited to visit my favorite place and since I recently had a knee surgery I was using a wheelchair .When I googled if the place is handicapped accessible it said it has an ELEVATOR for upstairs which is not true..so please don't believe that and if you really want to be there the only place to be seated with a wheelchair is downstairs.

Food was good, sad rude and slow Staff Menu selection limited but creatiive Quality was good I won't go back with the wait staff

We enjoyed almost every night of our university trip to the roof garden! Very nice drinks and friendly staff! I would visit this again for sure !

I agree with all of the other reviews in regards to how this place was fabulous and now it’s just average. Great location and atmosphere but the menu needs some attention and the food needs some taste. We all ordered a bunch of different things but the best thing was the osso bucco (sorry didn’t get a picture). The corn bread was also very good. This restaurant will need to make some changes in order to compete with all of the new restaurants in the area. I hope they’re able to do so because again it’s a great location and nice atmosphere for date nights and family dinners.

Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita was a really fun spot with a lively atmosphere and some unique touches that made it stand out. We sat upstairs, which had a bit of an outdoor feel, and the whole place had a cool, energetic vibe without being too loud or overwhelming. We decided to go easy and just share a meal, but everything we had was really well done. The cornbread was unbelievably delicious—probably one of the best I’ve had. The shaken Caesar salad was fresh and flavorful, and the chicken filet with parmesan was very tasty, well-seasoned, and just the right portion for sharing. One thing that makes this place different is that they only have four set prices on the menu, so you choose your meal based on a price category rather than individual dish prices. It wasn’t necessarily cheap, but it definitely made decision-making simpler, which was kind of nice. They also had some quirky little details that added to the experience, like a box on the table for cell phones to encourage conversation, and they brought the bill in a small box instead of just dropping a check on the table. Small things, but they made the place feel a little more thought-out and fun. Service was excellent from start to finish, which isn’t always a given in Miami. Overall, a great spot with good food, a fun atmosphere, and some unique little touches that make it worth checking out.

Bruschetta wasn’t that great because of the plantains, Caesar salad was excellent. Grouped with lobster topping was very good and rich. Cornbread was excellent. Service was also excellent!!

The atmosphere was awesome, we sat on the terrace upstairs and when night time came the view was just awesome with all the lights from the other bldgs. Food was delicious and the drinks were good as well.

Very good lunch specials on the second floor outside terrace. Service is quite good, maybe too good. Cocktails could be stronger for the price. I’d go back.

Outdoors or indoors offers a lively atmosphere. Thursdays is ladies Prosecco night $1.99! We opted for downstairs where they serve small plates. Small plates are plentiful. We shared each one: heirloom tomatoes with burrata caprese, shrimp, crispy flash fired artichokes, and dumplings. Of course you must have the homemade cornbread! Wine list was suitable. This became our dinner. The portions were very generous. We ordered two at a time and gaged our appetites. They offer drink specials each night. Definitely returning for the rooftop dining.

I have spent the better part of a week trying to make a reservation here. I talked to reservations, and they told me they are unable to accommodate me and I will need to contact event services. I contacted event services, and they (after a couple of days of back and forth) tell me they can only accommodate parties of larger than 12. My party is a party of 8 and the room I am trying to book accommodates 10! The website looks wonderful, the menu looks great. But they are not very capable in handling small-ish large parties. As a result we have been told the room we want is available for the night we want it, but we have been turned away. If you can turn away a party of 8 on a Tuesday night when your restaurant is not fully booked - you must be doing really well.

Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita is located in a historic 1923 Mediterranean Revival firehouse in Miami's financial district in Brickell. Built by Architect, H. Hasting Mundy, this two-story building has arcaded porch, stucco walls, and balconies. The building was home to Fire Station No. 4 until 1980. It is the oldest remaining firehouse in the city of Miami. You can still see some of the remnants of the old firehouse in the restaurant, like the two poles that still remain. Dolores opened in 2007 and serves what they call international fusion cuisine. The upstairs with the rooftop is called Dolores while the downstairs referred to as Lolita, has a café delicatessen and executive lunch on weekdays. At night it transforms into a lounge with VIP areas and music. I have had this restaurant on my list for awhile and I finally got the chance to come for lunch with my friend after the Van Gogh exhibit downtown. I don't usually come to Brickell because parking in Miami is a pain and parking in Brickell is even worse. You might be able to find street parking but the best we could do was a lot for $10. The restaurant has started offering a rooftop brunch and the space is gorgeous. You get a stunning view of downtown Brickell surrounded by dramatic drapes and plants but it was too hot out for us. We sat inside and watched other people switch from the terrace to the cooler inside. I am sure in winter it will be impossible to get a table up there. As nice as the rooftop is, it is also beautiful inside. My friend and I started with a delicious $9 fruity slushy sangria which we both loved. For our appetizer we split the cornbread. Prices are very reasonable here, especially for downtown Miami. We both contemplated the chicken and waffles but ultimately decided on the chicken avocado club, with swiss cheese, smoked bacon, honey mustard, on a Zac the Baker brioche bun with shoestring fries. The chicken was cooked perfectly. It is a real pet peeve of mine when it comes out like rubber and that is the reason I don't order it out very often. If you have never had Zac the Baker bread you need to change that right now because it is life altering. All of the simple but fresh top quality ingredients came together for a spectacular sandwich. There was not a crumb left on my plate. Service is top notch here. We were checked on several times by different people. They do not add on a gratuity to your bill and they really want to earn your tip. My friend and I loved our visit here. It is the perfect place to eat, sip some drinks, and take in the Miami skyline. I will definitely to be back to enjoy that outdoor area this fall.

The food was generally of a high standard. The steak was AMAZING! - one of the best I have had in a long time. All of the main courses come with a free starter, so it’s fairly good value! We sat on the roof, which, particularly as it was going dark had a great atmosphere!

We’ve been here twice already and it has a been an amazing experience, the frozen sangria, the tapas and entrees are just delicious.

Starting right off at the sidewalk entrance we were greeted by two wonderful ladies (names escape me). They explained the menu, seating etc. We continued on to other restaurants, but ended up going back to this one because of the greeting, the printed menu, and the building itself. We were seated upstairs in the outside seating area. This was fantastic!! The food was absolutely excellent!! Next time we are in Miami we will definitely go back.

Stopped in here to have a couple of quick drinks before we ate dinner at the restaurant next-door. Inside is a restaurant and lounge with a full bar, several TVs and a very nice ambience. We sat outside in the bar area (So Cal Tacos) with a cool view of downtown condo buildings and got to experience that city vibe! My wife had their award winning margarita that has serrano pepper‘s in it and I had basic rum & coke. Wouldn’t mind trying dinner here one night when we have time.

Excellent location very good music Somewhat inattentive waiters There was a dish that we didn't like and we left it whole and when we removed it, total indifference No questions regarding why we left the food

Very large portions , tasty food , the most delicious lobster bisque !!!!!!! Geat value for the food .

We were there for Sunday brunch. We shared huevos rotos which were mediocre, and tasteless, the sauce was watery, and no chorizo at all. My main dish was the Tuna burger, a little better than the eggs, but lacking taste and pretty dry. My husband had the ribs, he said they were tasty but it seem that the portion was pretty small. I also had a sangria, $9 a glass. There won't be a next time on this one

Reading some reviews I am rather baffled at what food these people ate or perhaps what is their taste. I should have known this place was a tourist trap when I saw the menu with the $27.99 column that comes with a free appetizer. My first red flag was the poor quality of the cocktails. the margarita was reminiscent of like a 80's Bennigan's made with some kind of mix. The mojito was equally as bad. I ordered the rosemary roasted chicken thinking how can you mess up a roasted chicken? The answer is make it so salty it is inedible. I love roasted chicken but I had to send it back after two bites.. unbelievably salty maybe they brine it? Or coat it in some kind of salt thing? The manager Alex was so accommodating and nice he took the chicken off the bill. we actually left and went and had a second dinner at River Oyster.

"Lolita" as usually known, has being there now for many years, and local people keeps it packed. Why? Because it is indeed a nice place, with decent prices. On the ground floor they have a nice bar as well. On the 2nd floor they have the restaurant, a good one.

Excellent restaurant in Brickell. Reasonably priced. Food is delicious. Service is awesome. We sat on the patio. I ordered pasta. Remarkable. The cornbread appetizer is amazing.

This place used to be cool 8-9 years ago with lambos, ferraris and RR parked outside, great food, good music and VIBE. Now is a random place with random furniture, random music, shabby equipment, and not a good crowd. Their menu is uninspired and the food itself was mediocre. Every dish seemed to be frozen food or ready to eat food purchased and just reheated at yhe restaurant. I honestly wonder what their hygiene standards might be in their kitchens etc as you can see that they lack of professional management. Never again :/

We had a Regional Sales Meeting and opted to have the diner on the final night at this restaurant. What a great choice. The patio area upstairs was perfect for mingling and have a few drinks before dinner and when we did go down, the private room accommodated us easily while the staff brought out the pre-plated meals with precision and perfect timing. Some of us even stayed after for a nightcap and the bar staff were great. I would recommend using Uber as parking looks like it can be tricky.

One of my favorite restaurants in Miami . The casual elegance , the outstanding customer service, the delicious food , drinks , deserts , the amazing ambience of this restaurant makes it lovely .

The vibes here are insane! Terrace seating was gorgeous, who doesn’t love a rooftop bar? Service was outstanding and i thought the box to put your phones in to encourage conversation was such a great idea. Great place for drinks with friends, make those reservations stat!

We are in love with this restaurant! Not only is it sexy and intimate but the food is absolutely delicious, the cocktails are the best and the staff are beyond professional. We try to visit this restaurant once a year.

We were looking for a place to eat in Brickell and came across this spot. It’s a very cute, boutique-style restaurant with a great vibe. The service was exceptional — friendly and attentive — and the prices were reasonable for the area. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to expectations. We ordered the ribs based on past reviews that mentioned a full rack, but what we received was a half rack. Even more disappointing was the lack of flavor. The salad also missed the mark — it had barely any dressing, and what little there was had a very light vinaigrette that didn’t do much for the dish. Overall, while the ambiance and service were lovely, the food left us underwhelmed.

Amazing!! We went there many times before but this las time was special because everything change!! Atmosphere is super nice, waiters are awesome they play instruments, sing and dance like a show performances. Our waiters is the best she was super nice all time.

Place was full with a very good and lively atmosphere. Nice music and nice weather as we seat outside Food was ok , Miso glazed salmon was very good. Cesar salad was ok Corn bread was something to remember A place to visit again

We had a good experience here. The food was really good however the service was not quite as good. My fiancée’s meal did not come and we had to wait for it to come after everyone else’s. The drinks were the same story. The waiter didn’t seem too friendly. Can’t fault the food though it was really good.

Wonderful Staff. Very attentive and helpful. Absolutely delicious food and fun lively scene. Our waitress (Alexandra) was outstanding. The menu concept is fantastic. Not a bad dish on the menu. Drinks were delicious

great crowd on a Thursday night. we had delicious tapas and quesedillas along with their signature cocktails and champagne.

We received the best service at this restaurant !! So attentive and kind. Both Malena and Carlos were extremely kind and professional. Highly recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was beyond great! The environment is also perfect for a chill Sunday afternoon.. The cocktails were great and the appetizers were scrumptious ! Will definitely return.

Good food and decent service from the guy who served us but the hostess was a bit funny. we had a reservation and she said she'll see if can seat us in the outdoor area but it's "for those who had a reservation"....which we did! So it seemed very off putting. Other than that, nice decor around the restaurant.

This is quite a trendy place in Brickell with good crowd and nice Latin based food. Not cheap but Brickell never is. I will go again I like the vibe of the place

Only thing left to say is WOW. Our waiter was amazing, and even with our big group he didn’t disappoint in the costumer service aspect. If there’s something you have to try in this restaurant/bar it’s the oxtail tacos. When I tell you we ordered them 3 times I’m not even kidding. Only complaint was there were only two per plate! 100% would recommend for a date, going out with friends and having a nice family dinner! Ps. The rooftop is too magical to miss out on.

Booked for 6 as it was our wedding anniversary and we were on holiday from Wales. I'd found on TripAdvisor as a great roof top location and it didn't fail. It's an old fire station and ment a lot as our guys were all retired firefighters. Such a wonderful vibe. Staff are so friendly and attentive. As they state on their webpage, their croquettes are the best and totally correct there, were delicious 😋 Excellent food and good value - all six of us agreed that it was perfect. I would totally recommend.

Wonderful dinner on a Tuesday night! We had an overnight in Miami before next vacation flight and so happy we found this gem! Service was wonderful, rooftop area had a great vibe, drinks were excellent, and the food was great as well! Our waitress was Jennifer and she was great. We ordered a few appetizers to share: -Mexican oxtail tacos -Tostones & bruschetta - lobster quesadilla - smoked mahi fish dip - MEGA YUM! The chocolate cake was so good we contemplated taking a piece home to eat at the hotel! Excellent evening.

Family and friends were directed here for dinner. Cool architecture as it was an early 1900’s fire department. Stairs to 2nd level are precarious. Menu is unique in that you pick an entree & get app for free. Corn bread is delicious, presentation of Caesar salad was unique. Jessica was our server, I asked her to pick whatever she wanted for me. The oxtail tacos were spectacular smash, burger was cooked brilliant. We saw reviews stating a weird payment policy, having to wait for manager to approve the bill???? It started with us but we didn’t wait & somehow we’re allowed to pay with mgr approval.

Dined for a casual business dinner with a colleague while in Miami. We were excited to try Dolores, as we had heard positive things and were drawn to the menu. However, the experience was severely underwhelming. Our appetizers, while arriving quickly, were cold, and lacked any kind of robust flavor. Our main entrees were slightly better, however, also were very unremarkable. This biggest miss was the service. The staff seemed disinterested as a whole. Our server informed us that the drinking glasses (plain, ordinary glassware) were from Spain, however was unable to speak to several of the menu items when questioned. The entire service seemed disjointed and lacked any sort of genuine effort. Miami has some terrific restaurants. I regret to say, this is not one of them.

We enjoyed all aspects of our dining experience here. Our waiter, Rafael, was attentive and fun. The food was artfully prepared and tasted good. We especially loved the short rib, the ox tail taco tapas appetizer, and the Spanish cheesecake dessert. An awesome meal from beginning to end.

Birthday celebration in Miami is always nice. We celebrated our dinner at Dolores and it was a great experience. Nice weather, good drinks and food and good service are key points for a nice evening. Starters were on the table quickly and they were great. Main dinners were delicious and portion sizes are good. Dessert was great; thanks for the tip. All together we had a great experience! Will definately be back.

Excellent food and excellent service. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating which is somewhat unusual in relation to some of the other restaurants we visited in Miami to the extent that I would view the atmosphere outstanding. Makes such a massive difference to the overall dining experience The comment above about the friendly staff included the manager who made our first dining experiencing incredible. So much so that we came back the very next day and sat at the very same table. Also, unlike many other restaurants in Miami where guests should be careful, there was no built-in service charge (other than for groups of over six which is not unusual). At some of the other restaurants we visited, they include a 20% service charge and then when you go to pay using a credit card the machine indicates a further gratuity which is super distasteful. Additionally, the places where they include this automatic 20% gratuity often don't provide really good service. I totally recommend you give this restaurant a try if you have the opportunity Cannot recommend this restaurant enough

Poor decision situation management, server and manager did not like that after a concert at almost 11pm we were there only for drinks and appetizer in a table. Bottles and many appetizer!!!! Horrible experience, so disrespectful with my parent in front Never again

The steak was great! I loved the peppercorn sauce. Caes-art salad and the cornbread were fabulous. The fried yuca were … odd. Some sort of potato or rice might be a better accompaniment (for me at least) . Overall, a nice meal . We had hoped to sit outside on the rooftop and had a reservation but were told they couldn’t accommodate us (party of 3) out there… that was my only negative of the night.

I went for dinner with family and Friends to celebrate my birthday. The place has an incredible atmosphere. The outdoors area on the top floor where the restaurant and the bar merge, is super vibrant. We were given a table in a very busy part of the restaurant, and as soon as they could, they moved us to the a quieter corner with an incredible View of that area of Miami and a very nice breeze. The food is all about fusion and very tasty, We had different types of pasta (I wanted to try them all!), and the churrascos were Second to none. The appetizers were also very good. The drinks and the service were impeccable, thanks to Dario for being so attentive and for his charisma when taking care of our needs. He explained everything we needed to know and we happily followed his reccommendations. All the staff were very nice, we are definitely coming back. Thank you Lolitos!

Excellent food excellent service. We were in town for a cruise and happened upon this place. The food was some of the best we’ve had. The atmosphere was great and the history kept it interesting

It was hard to find the entry by Google indication. The place was extremely full. We went to dinner, but the wait was over half an hour. Given that we were hungry, we accepted to eat at the bar itself, but the music was too loud and it was impossible to talk. I ordered shrimp tempurá (as described in the menu), but it was just empanated shrimp. I had a bad time for the next two days.

Loved their brunch The service was incredible Our waiter Armando es really nice The place was a fire department and they have maintain it great The food was delicious Their chocolate cake amazing It is the best in the world indeed

We went there by chance and we discover an amazing place with delicious food!! A big applause to Gabriel who treated us very very good! We will come back soon for sure!!

If you're looking for a nice lunch at a great price in the Brickell area, Dolores is it! Will definitely be back again!

Good food in a great location, in the center of Brickell. Live music and nice waiters! I totally recommend

This place has a nice ambiance and the service is ok although it could be more attentive. The food is not really good (I have dined here before and the food was of better quality). In addition, I do not believe there is a need to have someone in the bathroom greeting customers and handing you the soap and the paper towel at 6:00 pm for a tip (the paper towel in the private toilet was stuck 🤔) . Perhaps at 11 pm is ok if the place turns into a night club, but not at six.

Had a good fix priced meal here including some hanger steak, salmon and a Cuban style chicken. The sides and appetizers were very well prepared. Only complaint I have is they had difficulty getting the drink orders correct as it appears someone had switched the club soda and tonic lines and they messed up several drink orders as a result. They were very accommodating however and I would definitely go back again.

Perfect place for a glass of wine on a pleasant Saturday afternoon. We were seated on the veranda. We didn’t eat anything, but the menu looked great. I’d expect that the veranda would come to life in the evening hours.

This is a nice place. I have been there many times. With such a lot of disgusting buildings now all around in Brickell, Lolita has the old flavour of the old nice days in Brickell. Food is really very good, service is OK, and cocktails very good as well.

Terrible service, more than 30 minutes at the table waiting and no one arrived. The staff is not qualified to serve. Shame about the place, I don't recommend it.

Great find in Miami, in Brickell, good, pretty, and well-priced for Miami. A place worth knowing.

The rooftop is awesome, you can taste different kind of types of food, attention and service pretty good..

I strongly recommend you once you are in Miami to dinner at this restaurant! It's amazing. The view and atmosphere contribute to the delicious drinks and plates. I eat exactly what I was expecting. The impeccable service was entirely made by Armando. He made my dinner perfect! Applauses.

Delicious food and lovely ambiance of the restaurant. The staff were so kind and attentive at all times. The rooftop was amazing and had great views. Our waiter Delana (from Venezuela) was amazing, she made our experience. Very glad we came here and I would recommend to anyone coming into the city.

The place is great and the service very good. The food was good and the offer appetizer for free if you choose some lunch . The house wine is good but the best in the view.

I remember coming here over 10 years ago, it was a nice experience but didn't transcend me, and hence the time it took to return. Last Friday we came to Dolores to celebrate our weekly Date Night Out. We were greeted by the friendly hostess and proceeded to the upper section where the new GM Jose showed us different tables as alternatives, we chose to sit inside as opposed to outside due to the intimacy inside and the summer heat outside. Our server was Carlos, he is a classic Cuban, with all the traditional folklore from the island while being knowledgeable and respectful at the same time. As a plus, Jose took us on a tour of the restaurant and told us about the building and the history behind this restaurant. The food was very good, we had the cornbread, Tostones & Bruschetta, and Burrata with Salmon and Guacamole Toast. All of it was very tasty and fresh. For the main course my GF got the Skinny Lolita and I ordered the Pan Seared Black Grouper. I didn't read carefully and was shocked when it came with shrimp and lobster sauce which sounds delicious but due to my allergies, I can't have it. They quickly cooked up the other version and had it out in less than 10 minutes. My only criticism would be to have better wine glasses and their wine list needs some work. My followers know that I am hard to please in this area so for the vast majority this won't be an issue at all.

This places is an obligated visit weather you are visiting for business or pleasure. Lolita is a seal of Miami City, known from all over the world. Waiters and waitresses are always happy to assist you. Wine and food are delicious.

We didn't like it, we ordered waygu meat that we thought wasn't, we didn't finish it. Good Service in a nice place but on a gastronomic level far away from what it appears to be. We certainly got right to visit this place.

This place was interesting. The ribs were flavorful. Caught up with an old friend and enjoyed a nice breeze in the rooftop deck. I’d definitely pay another visit.

You must climb a twisted wooden staircase to reach the second floor which is the main dining area. The staircase is quite steep so don’t let go of the single metal pipe which is the only railing! I could not wait to reach the second floor , not out of fear, but just to let go of the sticky pipe touched by everyone on the dining floor…. A little quirky ? So what ? Within minutes I would be able to wash my hands and enjoy dinner. I assume it is baked into you too to wash your hands before eating. But here is your conundrum! There is NO RESTROOM on the second floor. This means you must descend down those same stairs, grasping the same dirty pipe to wash your hands before you again ascend up holding the pipe. Except this time you must look around at the other diners, NONE of whom have washed their hands since holding the dirty pipe to ascend the staircase to return to the second floor. Sounds like something out of Alice in Wonderland. Or maybe, just “fie fie fum,” I can’t eat with a germie thumb.

Excellent food! Not one bite that was not delicious! Did not have reservation, walked right in on a Sunday night . Each one tried a different Tapas. Which we shared with table.

I was in the area for a conference, googled restaurants on google maps, and decided I definitely had to go and try the moment the name popped up. It's a lively, bustling place with three different "ambiances" to serve a variety of clientele: they have a bar-like joint on the street level - mainly drinks plus some basic digs and chatty public. On the second floor, they have indoor seating styled in contemporary fusion and an outdoor terrace in retro-style. Somebody already mentioned here that public is a sight to behold, and it's true. Good vibe. The selection of food might be called modern fusion, I guess. Everything I ordered was prepared and presented well. I was a bit disappointed by the selection of wines sold by the glass, but that's a matter of taste, I guess, so I won't be downrating. The service was expeditious, friendly and attentive. Definitely coming back if I'm around again.

Here on holiday as a family. Lobster bisque was out this world. Great burgers and chicken Parma. Lunch time has a deal where you get a free starter so well worth it.

Came for dinner while staying overnight in a nearby hotel in Miami. We enjoyed the unique menu, service and ambiance. My husband enjoyed the wagyu burger and my daughter and I split the poke bowl. We had lobster bisque and ham croquettes as appetizers. The cocktails and food were great. The appetizers being included with entrees was a nice concept. We found Ana to be a friendly and attentive server.

The best food, the best service, the best ambience in the best rooftop in Brickell And it is a very unique building, it was a fire house in 1923

Listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places (1923), it has charm. It has the weather, palm trees, a South American decor, old world feel, nice tables and plush couches. The customers are older, latin, drink more rum and wine than beer. You can call her Lolita, but she is still a second floor bar in a neighborhood of skyscrapers, with views blocked by construction cranes.

The staff they receive is a mess. They pass you back and forth while they're supposed to put the table together. They're not putting it together in the end, but they don't have people to attend to it. Regular food, pure truth bustles

Solid fare but minuscule appetizers so entrees are a must! Everything is edible but not a food destination, except for the Lobster Quesadillas. Althoough small, MIGHTY in flavor and lots of lobster. The accompanying citrus jus is a lite, good dip. The Oxtail Tacos, honestly, were nothing to write home, needed MORE flavor. The Mango salsa was a refreshing addition. A decent 2 Taco bite, little bites (palm-size of hand). The Skinny Lolita was light but overcooked and lacking in flavor. The dish would be better served if it was Grilled vs Paillard. Or if it's going to be paillard, marinate it in something citrusy and herbaceous to give it juiciness and pop. The sauteed Kale and Sweet Potatoes that accompany are perfect. The burger was juicy and flavorful. It had two all-beef patties with thick cut bacon. The Ham Croquettes come in a half dozen egg carton, very cute. They were decent but were a little soggy, not from oil but too much moisture. Good flavor though. A smidgen more cheese and ham would've been perfect. The Caesar Salad comes in a large Mason jar, shaken, for presentation's sake. It's cute. The dressing itself could stand MORE acid and Parmesan or Anchovies for saltiness. It is good but a bit flat. We had two orders and added grilled chicken to one, which was good and welcomed. Decent wine selection. Had the Rioja but it was too cold and never fully warmed or opened. Overall, very cute and highly attentive Service, from Valet to Host. If I could give a 3.8, I would. Great for a 1st date or meeting spot. We sat inside, as the 90+ humidity would've ruined the experience.

Upon entering this converted firehouse, fire pole and all, staff was friendly. Sat upstairs on the veranda which is exactly what it felt like. Flowering plants, surrounded our table adding to the already thoughtful decor. Must have the corn bread, maybe even two. Our server was excellent, love the cell phone deposit box on each table and the sweet note to consumers. Great for couples, families or friends.

Our crew LOVED this restaurant in Brickell. It was such much fun. We were seated on the roof which had an awesome vibe. Our server Armando could not have been more adorable or helpful. The food was delicious. We loved our souvenir photo. Excellent night out! We will definitely be back. Thank you for a night of great memories!

Excellent food, a few creative cocktails, but the highlight was the people watching...the shameless outfits on the girls heading to the upstairs patio bar were priceless! Our waiter was attentive but having to go up and downstairs over and over again we had to search him out a few times. Pet peeve - my water glass was empty several times.

We went for dinner and ordered for 100 USD (2 persons). The starter (Quesadillas) was terrible...small and really nothing in it except cheese and ham...and only few. The tuna we ordered as main dish was not really good/fresh. And the way everyting was prepared is not good... The drink I ordered for 14 USD had no alcohol in it... Really just rip off...nothing to go to.

The venue offers a truly amazing atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a special evening. However, the food presentation and overall quality do not reflect the elegance of the setting. The menu is limited in choices and feels more casual than refined. While the terrace is a wonderful option for outdoor parties or casual gatherings, it falls short as a destination for a fine dining experience.

Excellent service and atmosphere here at this spot and very reasonable prices for Miami. All dishes were very good and they have great specials. Loved the local buzz in this spot - it is popular. Excellent coctails. I will return here and the owner has other spots which I heard are also top quality.

The food was excellent with large amounts. Oscar was a terrific server. The ambiance was great. We ate outdoors upstairs, which was fine.

My girlfriends and I decided to hit up this spot the night before we flew out of Miami and it was amazing. The ambience upstairs on the rooftop was perfect. Our server Luis B. was efficient, communicated clearly and was very kind to us! I got the half chicken with rosemary was so good! I would definitely recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back again

This place has a beautiful atmosphere, with decent food. Everyone was happy with their meal, nothing to brag about back home. We really enjoyed the ambiance Dolores had, and you even get a free appetizer with every entree. However, what we didn't like is the fact that when we asked for the bill from our waitress, we were greeted with the manager who hovered over us and waited by the table and told us that a MINIMUM of 20% tip must be included, which wasn't written on the bill. This completely put us off, what was an enjoyable experience in the beginning turned sour. It is very bizarre and unprofessional to demand a minimum tip whilst waiting by the table until you pay it. This all could have been avoided if they just let you know about the service charge added in the beginning. We wouldn't have had any problem, but the principle of it all turned us off.

Part of 65 for a wedding reception. Very nice menu was prepared with a appetizers followed by Filet Mignon with Shrimp. Wonderful Tiramisu variation dessert. The area for the party allowed us loud celebration and music without bothering other guests at the resturant. The location is right in the middle of a very vibrant Brickell Ave in downtown Miami

Excellent Service, very good and high quality food, very nice place and if you choose the outside terrace at night it is very cozy, good drink. We were a group of friends and loved the place, we would repeat. Place to stand out!!!! Do not hesitate to order the croquettes, cheesecake, pasta, ....

2 stars cause 1 is terrible for the restaurant but honestly I’d never come back. I wasn’t dressed like other people around, but anyway. We arrived at the restaurant without knowing where we were going. The hostess is nice and friendly. Then, hell started. The waitress (whom I’m not gonna give the name cause I don’t want her to lose her job) but took our order after 30min, 1 cocktail and 1 Diet Coke, and 2 main courses. We had the cocktail but no the Diet Coke, we had to ask it 3 times. Before it arrived we had her main course straight away after my cocktail. So no time to enjoy the “aperitif”. She ate her main course and 20min after I had mine... The waitress doesn’t seems to care about our table, and the restaurant wasn’t full at all. Btw, pile up some glasses and hold all of them in your hand is unprofessional, and gross. Even using our main course plate to carry the cocktail glass and our glass of water looks disgusting. A tray would looks more nice ! Anyway, at the end she of course pushed the fact that tips weren’t included, and waited by my side to see how much I was adding.... bad

We enjoyed an excellent meal here, alongside outstanding service from a waitress named Claudia. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I love this place it never disappoints. The food is amazing and it has an excellent ambiance. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Miami so that I can enjoy the wonderful tacos.

I am not a fan of Miami. I think it’s overpriced and just not that great. BUT, this restaurant was great! I wish we had one at home! The building itself is really different and very nice and the rooftop bar made the visit perfect. The menu has something for everyone and the waitstaff is friendly and beautiful too! Happy hour is great and apparently draws a big crowd. Make reservations because you really want to experience it.

The best way to describe the food and the building itself is eclectic. We sat at the open terrace upstairs. Even though this small historic building is right in the the middle of concrete jungle called Brickell, the place place surrounded by plants and trees felt calm and tranquil . The food was good and the service exceptional.

I ordered a sirloin carpaccio and they gave me toasted bread with tomato and avocado but that was not carpaccio. I also ordered a delicious grill tuna excellent but carpaccio not is carpaccio

Whenever we visit Miami it is impossible not to eat in this delicious place, we love it, Good Mood, very well served on this occasion x Dayana, impeccable!!!!!!

After a walk through Brickell City Centre, we dined at Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita. We sat upstairs outside in the lovely cool night. The bartenders were not that great while we waited and only knew how to make the drinks of the menu. We sat and had a nice dinner. We'd definitely go back.

$3.50 Mimosas for Sunday brunch. Upstairs outdoor patio. Excellent food quality. Well worth the 30 minute wait. Currently, you enter the restaurant or so you think.... Dolores is upstairs. Lolita’s is no longer downstairs but now houses SoCal, a Mexican restaurant. We had a cocktail at SoCal after putting our name on the list for Dolores. Wait to eat at Delores!!! We had the Hawaiian Poke Salad which was out of this world! And the Burrata Salmon and guacamole toast was incredible!!

Great environment, delicious food and drinks but the service was the best thanks Isabella for make our night great

This is a really nice restaurant, food is very good especially the lobster bisque and salad appetizers. Was there for a dinner party and the wait staff was excellent. I would have given it the highest rating, BUT upon finishing dinner, the party moved to the downstairs bar area for a night cap. The bartender rudely dismissed my choice of whiskey by saying they didn’t have the whiskey I wanted because “we are not in high school anymore.” I was extremely insulted at his comment to me. So enjoy the dinner experience in the dining room but beware of rude bartenders!

We were staying nearby and walked the 8 minutes to Delores Lolita for lunch. We enjoyed ham croquettes , paella, fajitas and sangria upstairs on the terrace. The weather was perfect and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The cafe con leche was the perfect ending to the unexpectedly perfect lunch.

Food, service, setting, and value, were excellent. But, during our meal, a group of 4-8 kept backing up to our table talking loudly, disturbing our meal, but, mostly, none were wearing mask. They were within 3 feet of us for 20-30 minutes off and on. That group and others were walking around without masks. Management was made aware, but allowed it to keep going on. Until covid risk is reduced, I would not go back, or recommend.

Excellent atmosphere, service, attention. The delicious food, spectacular place, a divine terrace with a tremendous bar. All the staff super attentive They gave us a tour of the place, old fire station. Prices very good for the place and quality I would definitely come back

I really wanted to go there for dinner but couldn’t get a reservation so a late Saturday brunch was the next best thing. My group had great food and drinks and enjoyed ourselves.

First time there, we went with friends from out of town. Wonderful surroundings! Restored fire station complete with fire poles as an upscale restaurant. Great prices! Especially considering the expensive Brickell area prices. Even better exceptional values on their daily specials. Delicious food. Everyone at our table was blown away with how good the food was. I’ve found a new spot for my favorite birthday meal!

The food is very good, just like it's sister restaurant Crazy About You, they serve near identical dishes and the quality is just as good. I would still rather visit CAY because of the view of the sea.

First experience was with sister restaurant Crazy for You, which was terrific. Lolita for daughter's 19th bday, youths in tow, expecting real Miami vibe. She was very happy. Same w adults. Food fab, bar fab, waiter Antonio fab...very happy!

With a name like that I had to book. Very reasonably priced for Brickell. This is a refurbished fire station surrounded by towering Brickell buildings. We sat upstairs outside, the view was exactly what we wanted to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Staff are very friendly and went the whole mile to make our night special. I ordered prawns, they were sublime, tacos very flavoursome and croquettes equally tasty. My poke bowl, quinoa, kale, egg, avocado was delicious. My husbands steak was very good and the baby back ribs just fell off the bone. Desserts were tiramisu, light and great tasting. The edible $100 birthday cake was delicious. Gustavo, Maria (from Peru) and the manager (sorry we didn’t get your name) made our night very special - thank you. TIP make a reservation, it gets very busy. Whatever Lola wants cocktail (vodka and champagne) was soooo good. Come for the view and you will stay for everything else.

Dolores' was so yummy, inexpensive, and had a beautiful atmosphere. it's definitely a great place to go for a romantic dinner right in downtown Miami that won't break the bank. Our service was excellent and the food was delicious.

I visited this restaurant with a friend and her teenage daughter on the last night of a week's vacation. It was fun, good music, and we were spoilt for choice about what to eat. All the customers were outside, although the interior is charming with good aircon. Really nice happy atmosphere. we had been staying at an expensive chain hotel on the Bay which is totally lacking in character so it was a welcome change.
I like it!
This review is for 11/29/18 a Thursday night service. The place was huge they have have 2 floors and 1/4 of the block. We sat on the downstairs level where they only offer tapas styles menu. They have happy hour special half off everything until 10pm. The portions were really big for tapas, I love it. And the whole place was full, which is a great sign. The server was good but I want to give a shout out to the host she was really good.
