What a delicious combination. We were here right after it opened and so happy we were able to get cronuts every day.

The seasonal cronut was literally amazing. The flavor was Guava and white chocolate rasberry. The layers were flaky and buttery. The filling on the inside was perfectly creamy. The cronut itself was a 11 out of 10. The cookie shot was a bit more gimmicky but still tasted good.

waited in line and everything is beautiful and classy. I suggest you try it once in your life . Its a $16 dollar donut so be prepared to pay high prices

This place in Caesars Palace is good for desserts and hot chocolate although very expensive. Don't fall for the cookie shot though. It is not worth the $7.99. The milk tastes like 2% regular milk, and the cookie leaks the milk as soon as it is poured into it... it happened to us. The cookie (in shape of a cup) tastes raw. The hot chocolate comes scorching hot, so be careful before you take a sip. We ordered a pastry called gold fish and it was delicious. Seating is limited, so you might have to take your pastries and drink to go.

When I found out that this bakery existed I told my husband we had to go. I took this pastry chef's Masterclass and was impressed with his creativity. The shop is a bright spot within the Caesar's casino, all the pastries displayed beautifully. There are a couple of places to sit once you select your treat and pay. Cronuts are a must, but we really loved the almond croissant which was exceptional. Pricey but what isn't in Vegas.

This place looked exciting; a very small cafe; i ordered the cheese sandwich, after 30 minutes I inquired “where is it” lady yelled at me it’s over there??????? One would never know over there , but I went over there, NOT mine .. anyway long story, kept going back n forth , oh gosh, finally got it !!!! IT WAS AWFUL DONT order it !!! Dessert, chocolate taco delicious! Ham and cheese croissant awful as well!

Cookie shots - absolutely genius!!! Loved the Madagascar vanilla milk (and add some Baileys for an added shot of yumminess). FYI the robot cookies are not warm. If you want the cookie to be warm then go to the counter

Beautiful shop and pastries. I highly recommend the Key Lime Pie. It was fabulous, but super pricey, which I knew before heading there. It was well worth it. I wish someone would have ordered a cookie shot so we could have watched the robot, but you can’t have everything.

This is the guy who created the cronut. I’ve never had one and was excited when I was staying at Caesar’s Palace and discovered that the creator of the cronut was opening a new bakery at Caesars the very day I was staying there. I was unimpressed by both the food and the service. The cronut was ok. Didn’t really care for the crème that was in the middle. It had hints of a fruity flavor while also some hints of maybe hazelnut or chocolate. It was hard to tell exactly what flavor they were going for. The outside of the cronut was the best part. I tried the DKA, which they claim is their bestseller. It was pretty good. It’s some kind of light and flaky pastry that is semi-sweet. It was better than the cronut. The coffee was mediocre. I’ve had better at my local coffee shop in Oklahoma. The service was lacking which was surprising because there were a LOT of employees there and Dominique himself was even there. I got my pastries and was waiting in my coffees, an Americano and a Mocha. I waited a while and started noticing people who ordered their coffee after me were getting theirs. Twice, the same employee noticed me standing there for a long time and asked me what I was waiting on. So I had to keep telling her as more people who had ordered after me kept getting there coffees before me. Meanwhile other people were also standing around waiting in frustration as well. The lady next to me had gotten her coffee but was waiting forever on her pastries. I know they had just opened the store but seems like the first time the employee noticed that I hadn’t got my coffees that she would’ve gotten someone to take care of it instead of having to come back to me a second time to ask what I was waiting on.

Located in Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip. My wife and I stopped in for some treats. Out favorite on this visit was the Orange Cronut, the special for January. We also had a few other items. The prices are high, but it is worth it. Excellent service and food. Many photos added. They need to extend the closing hours.

Loved, loved the goodness! Had gf options but once I saw the raspberry soufflé I stopped looking. It was so light and filling. Perfect combination of flavors that performed a symphony in your mouth!! Highly recommend! Super friendly staff as well.

We stopped here for the cookie coffee as the display pictures looked really good. The reality was the cookie was a lot smaller than expected and there was hardly any coffee in the cup. It was a lot for 10 bucks and I felt short changed.

This place had been mentioned on a Vegas podcast I listen to so I stopped here for morning coffee. I am not sure what the fuss is about as it is distinctly meh. I had one of the famous cronuts and a latte, for over $20! The Cronut was heavy and doughy and very sweet and the coffee was barely warm. Added to which there appeared to be a film shoot taking up several of the tables so there was limited seating available. And the queuing system was not so much a system as a free for all. I won’t be back. People love the Paris on social media and rave about Mon Ami Gabi, and although I have eaten there I am not sure why it gets so much love!

I loved the DKA, but the coffee was the star. Absolutely the best cup of coffee I have had. The staff was friendly and helpful and able to manage a large line of customers.

As someone with Celiac disease, I rely on signage to be accurate on gluten free foods so that I don't get sick. Even 1 crumb of gluten (a protein found in wheat, barley, rye and contaminated oats) can cause intestinal bleeding and can eventually lead to cancer. This is the reason why cross contamination is a serious issue that must be addressed with Dominique Ansel Las Vegas. Back in November 2022 my husband (who doesn't have any autoimmune disease) excitedly told me that Dominique Ansel offered a gluten free cookie. While doing a staycation, I noticed that I couldn't purchase it because it was cross contaminated being stored touching gluten containing cookies. I reached out to Caesars on Twitter and received a response that they'd look into it. Fast forward to last night - April 2023. The gluten free cookies are still being contaminated and thus falsely labeled as gluten free. Again, 1 crumb of gluten can cause intestinal bleeding and damage. Celiac is an autoimmune disease, not an allergy, so it doesn't present as anaphylaxis when being glutened by erroneously marked products. If a friend or family member knew I had to eat gluten free and saw that sign on the cookie, they might order it for me, honestly believing it would be safe and I would get sick. If I ordered on a food delivery app or put my order in with a friend, I wouldn't know it was not truly gluten free and get sick. I've seen this at Planet Hollywood's Yolo's where a flour quesadilla was marked gluten free on their menu, as was foods cooked in a shared fryer, rendering them no longer gluten free. I've seen non-certified oats mislabeled as gluten free at Caesars America. Caesars needs to make sure their tenants aren't misrepresenting their products. Caesars also needs to get someone in who can make sure that gluten free guests can truly eat on property (financially why would any casino want guests to leave the Strip to eat because there were limited to no options for those with celiac, gluten intolerance, rheumatoid arthritis, wheat allergies, and those with other conditions who all require a gluten free diet?) Gluten free isn't a fad diet. It's not a label that should be slapped on any product by someone who has no idea what gluten free even means. Celiac disease is covered by the ADA. Gluten free is the only treatment option for people with the most common autoimmune disease on Earth. Either get serious about training staff and selling foods that are safe for customers with autoimmune diseases and disabilities, or stop using the phrase "gluten free" incorrectly before someone gets seriously sick. The Staff at Dominique Ansel Las Vegas sometimes seem a little tired or as if they do not wish to talk to you. But aside from that, the Cronut is a food someone has to try once in their lifetime! It is an amazing cross between a croissant and a donut, with a gorgeous filling inside. Every time I visit the Las Vegas Strip, I make sure to stop off here. To my knowledge, they change the flavour of the cronut every month, which always makes me wonder what the next one will taste like.

Pastries that are often more beautiful than delicious but still worth a visit for the robot cookie shot machine and to try one or two unique things from the case. The seating area is tiny and pretty uncomfortable and everyone working there seemed confused and not communicating well.

We were very disappointed. The $5.99 chocolate chip cookie wasn’t fully baked, and the beautiful orange yuzu cream bar had very little flavor and was hard to eat. At $12.99, it was a work of art but not a tasty dessert.

I went to Dominique Ansel Bakery at Caesars Palace to use a $10 food credit I’ve used there before. The cashier told me she didn’t think they could take it, and the manager had no idea either. I explained that a previous employee had done it for me before. They finally decided to try and it worked. Great but that was just the start… I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew. The cashier handed me a regular cold brew. I pointed out that I’d ordered nitro, and she said, “Oh yeah,” then went to get it. A minute later she came back and said the nitro tap wasn’t working after all. Fine…so I ordered a different coffee that was actually cheaper than what I had ordered. At no point was there a sincere apology or any offer to make it right; not even a cookie or something. For a bakery that markets itself as a luxury experience, this was a terrible visit and I definitely won’t be back. I left wishing I’d just gone to the Starbucks next door (which is sad) Management needs to do better…

I first had a croissant donut at H.E.B. a Texas grocery-store chain. In 2018, they were a marvelous new concept to me. Each time I went into one of these stores, I dashed to the donut section to see if they had any left. As with most grocery stores, the price was reasonable. When I saw that a famous chef was making them and calling them Cronuts, I determined to buy one, or two, or more. The price for one was almost $10, gulp. I bought one and ate it within an hour. It was delicious, so I bought another on the way out of Caesar's Palace. I ate that one six hours later. It had definitely lost its very-special delightfulness. There is a reason it says on the very pretty packaged box to eat it within eight hours. Do not freeze, and do not reheat. I recommend you consume it as fast as possible for the freshest taste a taste that makes it worth getting a second one, even if it does cost almost $10.

Super cute location inside Caesars Palace. They have adorable realistic cakes, which they change out their designs throughout the year. We got a banana spilt and ice cream cookie. Both super cute. Make sure to read what they are made of, as my kids loved the way they looked more than the way they tasted (they are used to more tradition flavors, like chocolate and vanilla).

DKA-atracks rated 7.1/10. The DKA (see picture, did not try coffee cronut) was flavorful on the inside, very buttery texture. The reason it wasn’t higher rated was the outside was too hard. Cost $11. Highlight: Presentation

Amazing pastries! Croissants and pastry items were 5/5 stars. Truly impressive!! It is the SERVICE that is the issue. It appears the workers don’t want to be there. Extremely low energy, lackadaisical. Efficiency is also an issue. When you go, even if there is no line, expect to wait over 10 minutes for a croissant from the case. I timed it.

We decided to try this place out to satisfy our sweet tooth; we originally wanted to try the Cookie Shot but got distracted by all the amazing different treats available and walked away with everything but the Cookie Shot. We definitely still satisfied our sweet craving (we also got some macaroons but we devoured those before we even got back to our room). A lot of beautiful options to choose from (including beverages), definitely worth a try if you need to satisfy a sweet craving and find yourself inside Caesar’s Palace.

The dessert was delicious & the service Michael gave was A1. If you are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth & want something different this is definitely worth your time. You won’t be disappointed.

Stopped here after looking for a cafe to rest for abit. The items are pricey!! But very extravagant and looks to be well done. The staff were very kind and I feel like we got our moneys worth in the loaded matcha latte. The canels were my favorite, I have a hard time finding them and they were delicious and perfectly done. This was a calm and well let oasis in the casino.

My comments are based on only one item bought - almond croissant. It is excellent, and i dont say that or give 5 stars lightly. This thing is perfectly done, just like in France. Frangipane filing inside and the amount of almonds outside - perfect. The taste - perfect. So happy they did not ruin the filing by putting almond essence, which makes things bitter. Its very big and costs $10 but totally worth it, equivalent to eating 2 normal sized croissants. I wish could find this bakery in Toronto.

We stopped here for a treat and it ended up being the highlight of my trip. The cronut is good, but the DKA (a carmelized croissant) was unbelievable! I also enjoyed the meringue bites. This place is a MUST if you are in Vegas.

Doesn't matter what time of the night, you can always get a cookie shot of milk! The robot worked his magic and got me a yummy cookie. The QR code is right there and easy to scan and purchase.

The seasonal flavor of cronut for the month of April (view online menu for filling) was delicious since I like trying things that are different from the norm. The cronut at this location was more expensive ($9 each) than buying in NYC, but I suppose that due to the cost of having a name brand location in Vegas. I understand the artistic thinking behind presenting the cronut to customers in beautifully constructed yellow packaging for takeaway, but I would have been fine with having the option to have it in a (nice) paper bag, so there is less packaging waste. It is recommended to eat the cronut within 6-8 hrs of purchase for freshness.

Stopped in here after eating dinner nearby and really was happy to stumble onto the place. We somehow skipped the cronuts but went for other desserts instead. I had a ladybug, which looked like a little watering can made out of white chocolate with a body made of cake surrounded by a light gel. It was glorious while not being heavy. Another in our group had the same and loved it. The last one of us got the frozen smore, which is a core of ice cream encased in chocolate encased in marshmallow and frozen. They they torch the marshmallow in front of you while leaving the chocolate and ice cream cold inside. He said it was amazing as well. Glad we stopped.

We came specifically for the cookie shot robot and it did not disappoint. You scan a QR code and pay $7.99 per shot, then the robot does its thing. The robot arm moves quickly and you don’t have to wait in line or interact with staff. The milk does seep through the cookie, so I definitely recommend chugging! Cookie was soft and dense, and tasted like heaven. The inside of the “glass” is lined with melty chocolate. It’s cow milk only and you don’t get to choose any alternate milks.

1)No one would dispute the Credentials of Mr Ansel ,his Artistry and Know-How 2) I just happen to be a Local"Foodie" who spent a Lot of Money at Fauchon,Lenôtre from Paris and many more in Tokyo. 3) Mixed " Experience" on that very busy Day: Cronut was fresh and delicious, Cookie shot was leaking vanilla milk at the bottom,Canelé and Almond Croissant were NOT freshly made. . I am sure Many "Social Media Influencers" will promptly offset my Honest Personal review But Facts are Facts ,regardless. Unloading dried out Patisserie ,especially in this price range, is Not "Long Term Thinking" in my Book Will probably give them a second chance to Impress me in a couple of months. In the Meantime, Bellagio Bakery(Was Jean-Philippe's) is still my preferred Option !

Dominique Ansel offers awesome and unique pastries and desserts! You have to try their cronut, it's like a donut and croissant but better. All the offerings are very fancy and delicious. I wanted to try everything, but man, it's kind of pricey. If it was a little bit cheaper, I would've gone crazy trying everything! They have this cool robot that gives you a cookie made into a shot glass and fills it with milk. That's something you don't wanna miss! Oh, and heads up, there wasn't a lot of sitting room, so be prepared to grab a spot early.

French Dip was good, a little too much cheese for my taste. Only real complaint was time in line to order. I was 3rd and it took about 20 mins.

We stopped by for breakfast based on a recommendation. We ordered one DKA, one blueberry cookie, and one almond croissant. The total was $32, with no drinks. The pastries were okay but nothing special.

Macaron’s suggested by a TV chef so we had to try it. It’s located in Caesars shops so a lot of walking just to find it. Nothing like what I expected. Ridiculously priced for the size and we didn’t even like the taste. I expect and don’t mind paying the price of something unique and tasty. These were neither. Very small size priced at $4.99 each. Lots of choices of flavors but I wouldn’t go again

My wife had key lime pie and a cronut. I had the passionfruit macaron. Everything was outstanding. Looking forward to a return trip.

After the show and only 5 minutes before closing we queued up for something sweet and delicious with a cup of coffee. The cronut blew us away. We bought 2 and brought one home for breakfast against the warning label. It was awesome all over again!!

If I'm being honest, I think the hype of the cronut didn't live up to the reality. The hibiscus raspberry & mascarpone filling was delicious, but it wasn't very flaky. The flavor of the goldfish was also good but the consistency reminded me of eggs and it was hard to get past that. That being said, I would still return and try other items. Although pricey, I believe there are menu items that are worth it.

DAM:( Loved the old Crepe’ at Paris Vegas so was excited to try Dominique Ansel Marché. Menu “looked” good & little alcove is still pretty but that’s about it. The renovation is nice, but generic mid-century modern. Now the only thing Parisian are the prices & wafting Cigar smoke from bar next door. Le Pew! Overpriced Chicken mushroom soup was a mini cup of soggy croutons & parmesan with stale chicken in broth. Savory Crape’ was somehow raw yet stale, like it had been reheated in a microwave. The heavy-handed use of Parmesan could not disguise the pieces of sour bacon & burnt mushroom. Both were inedible & have come back to haunt me! Been sick for 2 days.

We stayed at Ceasars Palace and me being a head chef couldn’t say no to this bakery. Ended up going there 3 times in 4 days. First things first: it is pricey. But everything in Vegas is and in this case it is definitely worth it. First time i had to try cronut. I have to say i tried some before but this one was just out of this world. The second time i went for some pastries (ladybug abd eclair). Delicious! And on my last day it was just coffee and croissant (two coffees and two croissants will put you back 40$). The croissants are huge and next to none. You can get something equal only in Paris. So if you have a sweet tooth and some spare cash, definitely try it out!

We tried the Lucky Penny Pig and the Cronut. They were around 28 dollars for the 2 items. Totally worth it. Unique and delicious. Would visit again.

Tried the - four leaf clover 12.99 good pistachio chocolate decor, cake very light and hardly has any taste at all, just pricey - mini madeleines 10 biter sized served warm was very good, - coffee average, lacking in taste - Dka very light, highly flaky, still preferred the Bouchon croque which is way tastier - pistachio macaroon nothing special - ladybug and goldfish, just fine guess you are paying for the labor placed in this pastry I personally did not think it was close to Bouchon quality, Seems to have a lot of hype on the chocolate cup cookie shot, with the robotic arm, lineup was long, service average. Pastries adjusted and catering to American palate, not the French one. Good to try just once.

This place is oh so good, but also dangerous! My husband and I got some stuff to take back to our Hotel room. We ordered two Croissants and four Cronuts, which were a limited-time flavor. I can't remember what flavor they were now, but it was a berry flavor. Everything was so good! So good in fact, that it could very well be deemed dangerous! LOL, sadly, I guess I forgot to take pictures, but trust me. It was good! It is a little pricey. The 2 Croissants were $17.98, and the 4 Cronuts were $39.96. But it was worth every penny!

We came for breakfast one morning of our stay across the street at the Flamingo. The line was long, but we made it to order our goodies. I ordered a perfect little egg sandwich and the cronut (hibiscus raspberry & mascarpone ganache) for breakfast, plus a dka to take away for later. I wasn’t a fan of the salad that accompanied the sandwich, but it’s not really what I cared about anyway. The eggs on the sandwich were really perfect - like a soft omelette with onions & herbs & Gruyère cheese on fluffy brioche. The cronut was perfectly crisp and airy at the same time with the perfect amount of filling. I really should have bought two. The dka was like a caramelized croissant popover and was totally delicious as well. I spent a lot for breakfast but it was so worth it for a treat of a breakfast.

We stopped in for a late night dessert. The blueberry cupcake and smores were great. Atmosphere is very bright and loud due to its location. Pastries were very good.

we came here twice on this trip. first for a dinner....roaast beef and cheese and frys. great sandwich great bread. then for breakfast for a buckwheat crepe and i dont know what buckwheat is but we really didnt like it and larrys latte was cold. you dont have to worry about me comming back there

I’d read about the cronut, so we had to try one and we also ordered a DKA. I personally preferred the DKA, but my husband liked the cronut. They were both delicious! I’m not sure I would return due to the calories but I strongly recommend trying one at least once or maybe sharing one! They had many other food items as well, so I might return to try some of their other treats and/or sandwiches, etc.

Lovely place at Le Paris Hotel! Excellent service by a very professional and super friendly Team especially Kelly! The crêpes were divine, the salads, the pizza and the macaroons too! They have also a rotisserie with very tasty and juicy Chicken! We absolutely love also the latte, the capucinno and the Americano! What a place! Do not miss to stop here …!! Thank you Dominique to create this place at Le Paris Hotel in Las Vegas..!! It was my favorite far away place for breakfast and lunch too ..!! A GEM 🙏❤️

A delicious addition to any day, but very high-priced for one donut at $10. Still I went back to get another.

Opened in October 2022 where Payard used to stand it seems as though Dominique Ansel’s arrival in Las Vegas was long overdue, the celebrity Chef’s Los Angeles location now shuttered and Sin City’s continuous stream of tourists ready to pay $10 for a Viennoiserie that first generated lines over a decade ago. Originally encountered by this writer as Pastry Chef at then Michelin 3* Daniel, his 2011 departure to SoHo a risk that has reaped rewards a thousand times over, 2023 finds Dominique Ansel a global phenomenon and 2017 JBFA winner whose hybrid Croissant-Doughnut has spawned countless copies including several right here in Sin City. Known for an approach touting “unlimited possibilities,” a rotating collection of Entremet lining cases surrounded by Pastries and merchandise, Dominique Ansel Las Vegas sees the area left of Caesars’ entrance bright white and bustling with guests looking to snag a flaky Ring filled with creative Ingredients including Cinnamon-heavy Dulce de Leche while others just pose for selfies. More than double the price in 2012, a combination of “Strip-pricing” and fame, better bites from Ansel include the Brenton Butter Pastry here called DKA but better known as Kouign Amann as well as weighty Cookies.

Finally stopped here after gazing at the goodies in the display for 3 days. I wanted to take something tasty home, and the DKA were in a nice travel-friendly gift bag. I got a chocolate croissant to enjoy on the plane…oh my. It was heaven. Wish I’d ordered more!

So we loved that they stayed open late in comparison to several cafes and restaurants. We tried the cronut 10/10 super delicious. For the cookie shot machine I have mixed feelings It has a QR code in a big sign, you scan and order/pay for as many shots you want. The experience would be great if someone was managing the line or if they had an order number or shot number. We waited for our turn and then when we were ordering, 2 other random rude people scanned and ordered several shots. We did not continue because even them were confused on whose shots were whose and there is no way of knowing how many each ordered or whose order the machine is doing. We returned after dinner and one of us covered the sign so we could order in peace in our turn. The cookie shot is a soft chewy chocolate chip cookie with an inside layer of chocolate. The milk is cold, sweet tasting and delicious and I really wished they sold it as a normal drink at their counter because I wanted more to finish my cookie.
Great tea if you have a cold, but no honey 🤨
The chef's ham and cheese sandwich was a big disappointment. Very cheesy to the point that the bread was soggy. Literally had to use a fork to try and eat it. And the $6 white chocolate and macadamia nut cookie was awful. I've had better cookies from Subway. Only gave to stars because the hot tea helped with my cold symptoms...and is the only good thing I had from this restaurant.
