Great food, service and atmosphere. Food was excellent, our waiter was very nice and accommodating. breakfast buffet is very good

Very friendly staff and good menú options. Also has a very nice Bar área to enjoy a nice drink while watching a game. Recommended

Great food and large portions. Located in the Omni Park West. Had breakfast and dinner. The "Art of Breakfast" is fresh and plenty of options.

Had excellent service while staying at the hotel for 4 days. Food tasted wonderful and was presented with flair. The crabcakes with creamed corn were my favorite.

Amazing the local and organic selections at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff and service levels were above expectations. I highly recommend Dover's!

What an unexpected surprise! Dover's Grille at The Omni Hotel at Luna Road has a wonderful and wide variety Brunch on holidays. Easter Brunch was great. From a large display of fresh fruits, vegetables to fresh shrimp and larger crab claws. Carving station of port and prime rib. Eggs benedict and Jalapeno corn bread with a poached eggs topped with some brisket!! Lots of other breakfast items like grits, waffles, potatoes. Also has a omelet station. Didn't even make it to the bread and dessert station. For the kids -- an Easter bunny that hands out baskets, the kids have their own food buffet and then an Easter cookie decorating area. Not very crowded which was nice. Downtown Omni is always crowded. The chef at Dover's Grille also cooks for Omni corporate offices so he is really GOOD!!!

nice quiet evening. used the $100 credit from the ultimate romantic package. food selections were great, wonderful service. nice setting for a nice dinner/lunch

Traveled to Dallas on Business and stayed at hotel and was pleasantly surprised and ended up eating dinner there all 3 nights. Sat at the bar and bar tenders were friendly and service was quick. All 3 dinners were great from the Bison Burgers first night to Brisket and Jalapeño Sausage(you won't be able to finish they give you so much) to Scallops and salad they last.

I love their breakfast buffet and especially their great sausages. It was very quiet and relaxing with nice attention from the employees.

Make sure you have breakfast here and try the Migas. The restaurant staff is wonderful and it made waking up in the morning easy and fun.

Basically, I sat down at the bar after landing in Dallas. I had to stare at the bartender to get her to even say hi. The area right in front of my seat was dirty, with a jar lid of some sort and a couple dirty napkins. She looked at them, started as if to clean the area, but just left it. She did ask me what I would like, so I ordered a beer and asked for a menu which she gave to me. I then watched her serve drinks to no fewer than a half dozen people, including people new to the bar, without ever saying a word to me. When she walked past me she found a reason to turn her back to me every time. The area in front of my seat was littered with dirty napkins, a dirty lid from a jar and crumbs. I was watching the game, so I had a nice indication of how long it was, a minimum of 15 minutes went by. When the quarter ended, I just got up and walked away because she had disappeared and still didn't say anything. To me, perhaps the only unforgivable insult in a restaurant, is to be ignored entirely. I have tipped waiters when the food was terrible, when it took a long time, when I have gotten the wrong order. But I simply don't understand how you deliberately and systematically ignore another human being for over 15 minutes. I was dressed cleanly, I don't think I smelled, not sure why I got singled out as the one she would ignore. Anyway, I am stuck here all week so will be finding other places to eat. Absolutely terrible. That bartender needs to find a job where she doesn't have to interact with other human beings. I gave them terrible ratings for all three elements because well frankly, if you bartender is so terrible that she'll go out of her way to ignore me, you don't deserve good ratings on anything.

Loved it all. Had a fabulous ribeye steak - perfect.

Cheeseburger and fries were awesome. Cheeseburger was made on a toasted piece of bread. (Not sure what kind of bread, but not plain.) Very unique and delicious.

I actually liked the kids' meals better than the adult food when eating dinner, but the breakfast is very good!

While staying at the Omni, I had the pleasure to eat at this restaurant. It's by far the best hotel restaurant I have ever dined in. The service was simply amazing and the food was top notch. While moderately priced at $20 for lunch, I would highly recommend this place

My husband and I have eaten here several times over the years, most recently for an early Valentine's Day. The menu is well-thought-out and the wait staff and chef have always been happy to make accommodations for my gluten-free food allergy situation, which I thoroughly appreciate. The service at this restaurant goes beyond what I have already come to expect from an Omni. If you're gluten-free, order the short rib--it's really spectacular, and comes with garlic mashed potatoes and perfectly roasted cauliflower--or the roast chicken, which is also quite excellent. I have never had a bad meal here and the dining experience itself has always been delightful!

Wonderful food! The breakfast buffet was very fresh and hearty with many healthy options. Elegant and relaxed atmosphere!

The food is always good. Lots of options from good steaks to organic and vegetarian, they have very nice staff too! They will make your meal how you want it, less salt, no salt etc... We ate at the poolside and they were busy but still did a fine job serving us. The front desk hostess pitched in to help which made our experience smooth. The one thing that made us rate this a 4 star is when I ordered my screwdriver cocktail it came looking red, it tasted like they added something tropical, I liked it but it wasn't what I ordered. I mentioned it to the hostess but she doesn't drink so she didn't know. She didn't offer to correct it but I said it was fine anyways. So the 4 star rating is fair due to this occurrence. Also... who knows if we a paid for a screwdriver cocktail or something else. I believe screwdrivers are common and simple, vodka and oj so it should be Orange. Nonetheless it was tasty. Would eat here again.

The breakfast buffet was awesome! Omlets made to order, fresh cage free eggs, blueberry sausage, any kind of bread you can ask for, fruit....you name it and it is there! Very delicious and reasonably priced!

Had lots of meals and snacks (breakfast, lunch, buffet dinner, and plated dinner) here during my week long stay at the Omni. The food was always great, the service was amazing - everyone was so nice. Overall, it was a wonderful experience going to Dover's Grill, they really make you feel like you're welcome.

For a hotel restaurant Dover's Grille is a pleasant surprise. Food is really good. Staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Very convenient and good food.

My wife and I recently had lunch here. We are old friends of the owner of the Omni and wanted to eat there since we were nearby. I had a buffalo burger that was the best burger I had eaten before. It was delicious but a little difficult to eat without using a knife and fork.

We were surprised to find our table at the restaurant specially decorated; apparently the staff kindly spread the word about our anniversary. Our waiter even brought us a complimentary dessert. My girlfriend ordered the Ultimate Mac-n-Cheese w/ Carne Asada, delicious! I ordered the Chicken Fried Rib-eye Steak which was amazing. The sausage gravy that comes with it was just about the most awesome I think I've ever had. We will definitely remember this restaurant when visiting Dallas again.

Wanted to get some quick bar food, but the bar was closed for a private function, which was disappointing. So we sat in the restaurant where we served by a surly waiter who clearly didn't want to be there. Also, it wasn't possible to get any draught beer, because of the private party! However, the food was still good so would go again - hopefully the bar will be open next time.

Great service, had breakfast at the hotel and was served the best experience by Jamal. He was super attentive and friendly. Will definitely recommend

Service was a little slow; the restaurant seemed understaffed during my visit. The food was decent. I had fish tacos one night (great); burger and fries (average); and ate at their lunch buffet two days (average). The portions are above average.

We were staying at the Hotel, and I was surprised with an intimate dinner with my boyfriend. He wanted a special setting, and he was not disappointed. The staff had decorated our table with rose pedals and had it placed in a quiet area of the restaurant. The food was great and I the service was wonderful. The staff went the extra mile to make sure we had a special evening.

Dover's Grille is located inside the Omni Hotels. After reviewing the menus of the hotel I was staying at and Dover's, the Grilled Salmon on Polenta sounded more appealing and was slightly cheaper than the competition. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the nearest hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and informative. The food is extraordinary. First the bread basket, it came with butter and local olive oil. The Texan Brand extra virgin olive oil is sourced from Kyle, Texas. The oil had a slight apple taste - yum!. Second the grilled salmon, placed on a bed of creamy polenta, covered in avocado vinaigrette - divine. Finally, I rinsed every bite with a Terraza Altos Malbec 2016. The wine was very spicy and thick, not herby or soft. Again, I reiterate the point that the staff was very informative and was able to share knowledge about the food.

I ate at this restaurant everyday during my stay at the hotel. The food was always great with a good variety on the menu. The service was top notch as well. I recommend this restaurant for guests of the hotel of for those in the area.

I have spent three nights in the hotel and had a business dinner in a private room and daily breakfast in this restaurant. Breakfast is a buffet style - pretty standard fare. During the week, I noticed an omelet station but did not notice one on Saturday. For dinner, I had scallops as an appetizer. There was a little grit detected. My main dish was a melt in your mouth braised short rib dish. It was topped with onions straws and a nice glaze. The portion was quite large. I would go again on this trip but the food scene has so many wonderful offerings.

My daughter and I were celebrating our 2nd place finish in the chili cookoff so I decided to take her for a nice meal in our hotel. She really enjoyed her macaroni and cheese. There were two other tables in the restaurant with two waiters. It just seemed like our server had cement shoes on. He made it by the table a few times but didn't seem attentive at all. My soup was not warm. I took a couple bites and returned it. I had a cobb salad that was pretty good and the crab cakes were great. The manager came by and spoke to me about the soup and offered me a refill on my soda, the only time it was refilled the entire meal. I was focusing on making sure my daughter was having a good time to really worry about all of this during dinner. BUT! 24 hours later, I had severe stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. I will stay at the hotel again but will not eat there.

I was with two other ladies and we ordered two appetizers and what we thought would be small dinners. The appetizer with yucca chips and salsa was especially good. The fish taco were very good as was the Toritlla Soup. I ordered the Reuben sandwich and my only complain was that it was so large. I could only eat less than half of it. It was very good also. When I'm in the Dallas area again, I definitely will return. BTW, the service was also very goo.

Back staying in the Omni....went to the bar and met what has to be the most inept, and useless bartender imhave ever found. Tried to order food and was it Ord....tried to order a second beer ignored.....there were a total od three customers at the bar and this girl could not handle the work. Kept walking away from bar or texting on her phone.... The hotel is decent, but avoid this bar , at least on Sunday nights!

The place was awesome in the Omni Hotel off 635 and Luna RD, the wine rack was out of site. But the food sucks… My stake was under cooked and instead of cutting it was tearing. They gave the MRS Cabbage when she ordered Asparagus. The Chicken Fried Steak was a nice size and was alright. The Calamari looked sick. The service is better at Wendy’s. The best part about it was the deserts. Get a trained wait staff and another cook to complement the decor and this place could make a best eats list. If you want to impress her don’t take her there for anything other than drinks…

Nicely designed plates. Good selection of breads with a very mediocre olive oil but decent butter. Somewhat lazy and sloppy/inattentive service to our party of 7. Did ASK how we wanted fish cooked, but, pretty evidently, no once cared about that info once the orders hit the grill. Nice decor, quiet enough to talk.

We enjoyed Dover's Grille inside the Omni. The SW Eggrolls were extra spicy and the Tortilla Soup hit the spot. My son's burger worked very well.

Our flight was scheduled for the morning after Thanksgiving - early. So we stayed at the Omni Dallas Park West. Having had no traditional Thanksgiving meal that day, we were delightfully surprised by the Dover's Grille offering of a full Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings. Traditional. Delicious. Better than Grandma's!!!! Next year, ROAD TRIP!!! To the Omni Dallas Park West for Thanksgiving Dinner.

We stayed at the Omni for 2 nights. We had buffet breakfast on both mornings. The breakfast buffet was good. Not overly lavish, but quite sufficient. Good fruit selection and pastry selection. You can also get eggs to order. We purchased our breakfast package included in our room We ate dinner there one night and were impressed with both the quality of food and service. We also thought they were very reasonably priced. I don't think you will be disappointed here.

Wonderful breakfast buffet. Plenty of different types of food. Fresh fruit, eggs to order, and bacon.

Staying at the hotel, so popped down for dinner, and wasn't disappointed, food was excellent, great service and seasonally priced.

Our family was there for the Easter brunch. The hostess was very nice when we arrived. After we were seated we observed the resturants and waited for the waitress. In that time frame 3 other families were seated. I would like to know why all three families were helped before we were???!! After all three family were taken cared of finally our waitress shows up. This was our first time at the restaurant and had no clue that the menus were not given because they had a buffet brunch. Please note that's not what the sign read. It read come join us for a easter brunch not buffet Easter brunch! We were checked on maybe twice while the other three families had top notch service. We were polite, well dressed and friendly but in return we had crappy service and were treated like peasants. The Food was good but that doesn't matter if you don't have quality service to match it. So disappointed!!!

We decided to stay "in" and go to the hotel restaurant instead of driving somewhere. We were very pleased with Dover's Grille! A wide variety of choice from seafood to steaks to Tex-Mex. We had the Tortilla soup and it was fabulous. We had the delux mac and cheese. I had it with the chicken, my wife with the beef and it was excellent. Dessert was spot on as well. Daniel, did a great job and the manager came by to say hi but they weren't overbearing.

Breakfast buffet is very good, great choices for the health conscious. Lot's of organic and local grown options. The Filet of Beef and veggies for dinner was cooked just perfect.

Just want to start off with the Dover's Grille service, it was incredible how much effort these guys put in to making us feel soo welcomed. They did a great job. The sea scallops OMG. The salad was fresh and chilled. The main course was the 14oz rib eye was cooked to perfection. Everything was perfect and not one complaint from my wife and she's very picky. The presentation was perfectly timed. Our food came in sequence and not rushed or delayed.

Great food and service in a great hotel. The Mac n Cheese was amazing. If you are staying at the Omni, make sure to take one of your meals here.

We went there for our 10th wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was very nice and the hostess was great. She seated us right away. Our waitress, Angelica, was just superb! She was friendly, kind, always made sure our drinks were full. The chef is outstanding as well. I had the short ribs which were melt in your mouth, They were so tender, all you needed was a fork. My husband had a rib eye steak that tasted amazing. They surprised us with a dessert plate that said Happy Anniversary, It was a great evening with wonderful service, food, and ambiance. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Very good food in this restaurant. Service was good and staff was friendly. Also, plenty of other restaurants nearby.
A little pricey, but great food/service
Marc was our waiter, a nice, friendly young man that couldn't have done a better job. Food is very pricey here, but the quality and service is way up there, and is nice if staying in the hotel to not have to leave to go eat.
