Our server William was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond what I am accustomed to when visiting a restaurant. Great food as well!!!

Our server Abby tonight treated us with such hospitality, I would come to this Sports Lounge EVEN if I was not staying at this hotel! Her service was THAT amazing

We had lunch and dinner on 2 separate occasions while in Dallas and I can honestly say that it was great. Our waiter Mike was very attentive and gave us sound advice on menu options. I hate it when servers push their favs or what the restaurant thinks is good and Mike didn't do that. He gave us the run down and helped us make some very good selections. I'd definitely return here if in the area.

Visiting from Cleveland looking for a place to watch the NBA finals. Drat had the game showing with sound on many TV's even the large TV! The food was great and the service was wonderful! Our server was Mike! He was great! He suggested food and drink choices and made sure to continuously check on us and refill our drinks when necessary! Kudos Mike!

Drinks are cold and sports on the big screen. Service from Mike was great good location. Try the wings and the calamari. We were staying at the Sheraton so having this downstairs was a real bonus

Typical bar pub type place. The noise level was pretty high. They did have a good beer selection. An okay place to get a bite.

I had a great time being there. it was my first time coming to Texas & I will be returning back to this place just to get the good customer service I received.

Went to the bar to watch some Sunday football, they have lots of tvs with games on so very much enjoyed that. Our waitress Kia B was awesome, the bar got pretty crowded and she was able to keep up with all the orders at a quick speed. She came by quite a few times to make sure we were good and to see if we needed anything, very very great service from her. The food was good had the nachos and onion rings good portion size and great tasting.

I stopped in the lounge for lunch and had a pleasant experience. I ordered the TexMex salad and fries. Both of the items were awesome. Mike was great! He is funny and made us feel welcome.

The bartenders are the worst I’ve seen anywhere. This is a sports bar where bartenders don’t even know how to change the channel on a TV. They’re also oblivious to the fact that a sports bars is supposed to know about and have relavant games showing. These idiots couldn’t tell you a relevant sport, much less a relavent game. The “rough” Draft is a total waste of space. The Sheraton an eyesore anyway. It looks like a terrible dream from the 5O’s or a Soviet Panelák. Draft “Sports Lounge” is obviously a bar that relies on the fact that most people are going to tolerate the hotel bar at least once before venturing out to place that’s worth a damn. Do yourself a favor... skip this dump.

We were exhausted after a day of travel so an eatery right in our hotel was certainly appealing. Fun atmosphere, good service and decent ribs equals 4 stars for me. Manager stopped by and even grabbed us drinks. Props to her for taking the time to not only ask how we're doing but to actually care about the answer. Booth was comfy and loved being able to check stats on serval games at once on huge walls of televisions. We'I'll be back!

The professionalism and sincere friendliness of the staff of Draft Media Sports Lounge, especially Kia and Mike and the young bartender who made exceptional Mai Tais for his Boston friends was out of this world. Food was good as well. Kia was beyond 5 Stars !!!!!!

food is typical bar-fare; service is fast and you can get it to go to your room if you like; most of the wait staff is really friendly but they are busy so sometimes hard to get their attention!

Our server Mike was great! Food & drinks were awesome. Nice place to go get a good meal & drink. The atmosphere was great and clean.

Great drinks & my server was AWESOME! Thanks Kia for making my day! Kia did an outstanding job making sure I was taken care of & the food was good.

Business travel is difficult on the holidays. So when we receive excellent service around this time it should be noticed. We arrived in Dallas late and this was the only location at the Sheraton open. We were met by the manager Samantha Caloz/Colligan who could not be more friendly. She let us sit at a quieter section of the lounge and watch the games while we had a late dinner. She checked on us multiple times, I think realizing we did not want to enjoy thanksgiving dinner at a lounge on business. But, she made every effort to ensure our meal was pleasant. I would hire her if she lived in my city simply because of her outstanding personality and concern for guests. Over the next few days we ate there several more times. Each time we saw her she made sure we were taken care of. The location is in the Sheraton and strangely, appears to be one of only a small amount of places open later at night. At the end of a day of meetings and events, it is a welcome sight as most places are closed. The food was fine and the drinks were good. There are televisions everywhere so you can catch the games on the weekend. The service was excellent and I highly recommend this restaurant.

As soon as we got to our room, we went back down to Draft for an appetizer. We ordered the Crab Queso, along with a couple of beers. Wow, that queso is fantastic! Lots of crab in it, it was like a chowder. Mike was an excellent waiter, really fast. Will definitely come here again.

The service was exceptional. The baby back ribs were very good. My server Mike was very attentive. Highly recommend.

Stayed in the hotel for a wedding and had an afternoon just for the guys. We drank beer and shared appetizers. The beer was cold; the food was god and the service was okay.

Mike was a great server. Made us feel welcome even though they were closing in a few minutes. He took care of us and made us laugh. Great service, great place to watch sports, hang out and grab a bite to eat.

We were in town for a conference and visited the Draft lounge a couple of times. One of the servers (Kia) was exceptionally pleasant. She was our server one evening and two days later we revisited and she remembered our preferences AND our names. That went a long way with us. It completely personalized our experience. That's rare! Kudos Kia!

The wide selection of food was great and even had an awesome drink called The Paris Texas that I ordered (I'm from Hugo, Oklahoma so it was awesome to see a shout out like that).

I visited the bar w some friends out of town and visited Draft while visiting the Perot museum. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, food, service.

If you're staying at the Sheraton, its easy to go to the first floor and catch a barfood dinner and a drink or two. I've eaten here several times in the last year, the ability to get a seat varies greatly with the number of guests in the hotel, its fairly small, but there aren't any spectacular choices in the immediate vicinty anyway.

Better than basic menu options. Lots of TV with varied sports options. Can be a little noisy but not overbearing. The food was very good and arrived promptly. Best wait staff is Mark! He remembered us the second time we came in ..... even our drink orders. In a hotel that is very impressive. Will definitely come back again. We visited for lunch first day and dinner second day. Cuban is awesome!!

Awesome experience and great server Taleeana! She served us very well and had very quick service!!!!

This place was so crowded due to a packed hotel. The drinks were average, service was slow, and the food left a lot to be desired. Their menu is so basic that we didn't even order much. A huge let down for a hotel bar - at a hotel of this size. We went one night out of our four night stay and didn't even consider going back.

Food was ok and very expensive for what you get. Service was a little slow but it was a Saturday night.

Nice sports bar. Seems like a great place to grab a drink or get a quick bite. Menu is somewhat limited but the have the bar food mainstays. Waitress service was crazy slow otherwise I would have done 4 stars.

THE BEST BAR IN DOWNTOWN DALLAS. PERIOD. SAMANTHA(manager) IS AMAZING! The staff is great, so are the food and drinks!! Make sure to check out the karaoke lounge as well as the pool tables...TVS GALORE SO YOUR GAME IS ALWAYS ON!

I had an amazing time, the food was great and the drinks even better. Over all what shook me was the exemplary and outstanding service I was offered by Tony! If anyone is in Dallas downtown or staying at Sheraton Dallas go see Tony! You won’t regret it!

I was offered two free drinks and free appetizer at check-in. Sure! Why not. I don’t drink, so I had Diet Pepsi and had the chicken quesadilla. Oh, my. Fantastic!! I’ve never had guacamole before so I tried it. Yummy!! My server was so sweet. Nice atmosphere and lots of people. Great place to hang out.

The Draft Sports Bar is a great place with very hard working, professional staff. I was fortunate to meet Samantha, one of the managers. Her attitude, personality, and professionalism is commendable. My server was Abigail and she was super. I highly recommend this place.

Decent food and fair drink prices (relatively for the area). It was a great spot for a night cap or to get drinks before going to dinner.

Mike was hilarious and a very attentive server! Thanks mike! The wings and 3am fries are pretty bomb too!

After flying eating in the hotel is often my first choice. Ate here while staying at the Sheraton Dallas. It is a hotel sports bar, lots of folks cheering for their teams, lots of televisions, loud, and haphazard service. The restaurant seemed to be short staffed, place your order, receive your order, get your check, was all they had time for. I was never asked if I would like another drink or if my meal was okay. As for the meal itself, the cheeseburger and fries were fine. If I go back, it will not be on a NFL Sunday night.

Was on a b.trip and had a great time at the lounge. More though, we were well treated in such a spacious place, with personal attention from Mack. He helped us choose the right texan beer :) and had a pleasurable intro into the happy hour scene in Dallas. Thanks! keep up the vibe.

Met here every night of our four-day conference. Like most sports bars, it has the requisite large-screen TV and a noisy crowd. Good drinks, good service, bar food available (I didn't have any).

On our first visit, the waiter was not very good, took a long time to get our pops refilled and tried to take the onions off my burger with his hands. We witnessed the same placing hot food by reaching over an infant's head instead of walking around the table. Our next visit was more what we expected of the service and the waitress was great.

Mark Fowler was our server and he was wonderful! He was really prompt with service and took great care of us! I️ highly recommend this place, and Mark of course.

Great place to decompress and have a few. William our server takes great care of me and team every time we are there!

Pours a fabulous H2O on the rocks with lime. 😊 Mike has personality plus. I travel a lot and he rates in the top 10% of servers I've met over the last 30+ years.

We had a great time! The drinks were great and so was the service. Mike was attentive and friendly! My friend and I will definitely go back when we are in town!

We stayed at the Sheraton and had a great lunch and beers at the sports lounge. Our server Mike did a great job and was friendly, humorous and responsive.

Nice bar area with TV's, nice beer selection, great food, and the staff is very attentive. We were there with a group and they did a great job accommodating us.

Went to Draft while on a work trip. Mike was my server who went above and beyond. He provided excellent service and made my evening so much more enjoyable. Thanks Mike!

Wonderful bar. GREAT food. Especially the Chicken Nachos with guacamole! Plenty of TV screens situated strategically around the bar. This, by FAR, is the most frequented spot in the hotel in the evenings! Fun times to be had for all! If ya know what I mean fellas! LOL.

friendly, clean nice fresh menu, food was lovely and reasonably priced, plenty of seating and as the name suggests it is a sports bar so plenty of sports televised on the big TV's through out the bar

Our waiter Mike was great! I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and variety of food. Good food and GREAT service! I will definitely come back!

I was attending the Mega Fest and met a friend and Mike made us all feel at home. I will definitely return to visit Dallas and Mike!!

Good music; great service; and tasty food. Nachos came out piping hot. Server was attentive to the needs of the table. Mike was personable and knowledgeable.

The food was very good we really enjoyed it. I would say they need a better whiskey (scotch) selection, maybe some that aren't so everyday!

Mike was our server and he did a great job. We had a seminar in town (Gathering of Eagles/International Kenpo HOF) and not that we were all that rowdy, but we were a little loud. He handled it all in good charm. We did order 3AM fries and he told us they were out. SOOO, I made sure to have everyone else order them as well. I like to believe that it spiced up his evening. He handled it well. Everything was accurate and prompt.

Actually in the restaurant next to it but all in the sheraton. Needed a quick bite. Perfect. Great service from Mike. Thanks!

Good selection of food and drinks. Server was good at making suggestions and letting me try a beer I wasn't familiar with.

Draft had cheap drinks, great food, and was open late. No complaints on service and it's a great place to watch the playoffs.

On the evening of our arrival my colleagues and I decided to try the local delicacies and we weren't disappointed. Very nice food with a local brew served by lovely people, we also learnt a bit about American Football.

Truly built for the sports fan, friendly hostess and servers. The food was surprisingly good for a hotel sports bar.

slow service, food ok, overworked servers, but a good place to watch sports if the noise level is not over the top for you

If you like sports, then this is your place. From the cool decor right inside the door that matches the leather stitching on the top of a football to the amazing amount of televisions playing sporting events around the bar, this place breathes sporting events. It was also my late night home between Sunday and Saturday evening for a week while attending a conference in the Dallas Sheraton. There's a great selection of beverages, including local Texas beer. But the place gets loud... like *really* loud - like rock concert loud. And yet still there is the staff, cheerful night after night. The Cuban sandwich, by the way, is really tasty and the fries are excellent. As a fry guy, that's important to me. So, the food doesn't get many points on the value side because it's pricey, but the flavor is excellent. So - a fun place to hang out, yelling conversation to your friends, and enjoying good food and beverages.

He was very efficient, friendly and helpful. I would recommend pretty much anything on the menu. The fries are great. The location is very convenient.

Mike was fabulous!! Took excellent care of us!!! We really enjoyed our time at Draft Media Sports Lounge!

The food was wonderful tonight and the service was SPECTACULAR. Thank you MIKE!! Your customer service made the experience more enjoyable.

Shout outs to Emily & Lameisha at the front desk! Great conversation and very helpful! Takes for taking care of my issue! Blanca, Ashley, Tony, & Tyfani at the bar! You all held me down from the moment I 1st stept foot in there. I appreciate you keeping me from getting out of hand. (Just kidding). Thank you everyone and I'll be sure to stay there next time I visit Dallas!

Tonight my co workers and I agreed that Mark was amazing! He is a hard worker, super attentive and efficient. He would stop by and check on us over and over plus he would make sure our orders met our standards. We all observed that he took care of his area with great detail, you almost felt like you were best friends. Thank you Mark and see you soon.

I dropped in for lunch and Mike was awesome at recommending some local beers. All of them were great! Great food, great atmosphere and awesome beer! Thanks again Mike.

If you're staying in the Sheraton and want to watch sports on big screen TVs then this is for you. The food is pretty good. I ate later in the evening and this has a noisy bar atmosphere.

Came here for a few beers and watched the NBA draft. The TV setup is great, and the volume is turned up so you can hear what's going on. The draft beers are $6.75 and there is no happy hour. Quite a lively atmosphere as it is located within the Sheraton. We did not order any food. For a sports bar, it is well done, just more expensive than normal. But staying at the hotel on an expense account eases the pain.

Great burger for lunch. Food came out hot timely and great quality meat sat at the bar watched sports. Always stop here when in Dallas

They were able to accommodate a table of 20 plus people with no notice and the food was delicious! This sports bar was in the Sheraton Downtown Dallas hotel and was a convenient place to have lunch and dinner for a large group without making reservations ahead of time.

The food was pretty good, had a burgers and calamari, however the service is what stood out. William was our server and this guy should be running the place. He was terrific!

Bartender Tony and server William were the best! Fast, friendly service ... great beers and food ... definitely will be back next time I'm in Dallas!

You would think when there is a big conference at the hotel they would staff a little more appropriately. Had to wait a long time for service when it was busy.

Came here for an evening drink and a couple late night snacks. Took the servers advice on a flat bread brisket pizza it was pretty bland and the pretzel bites which were salty and heavy handed on the batter. 2 beers and 2 mixed drinks for $74. It's not a deal either but when is a hotel restaurant ever decently priced.

I was staying in the hotel for a martial arts conference, and I was in this place a few times. Dinner was good. I had the Fish and Chips. My Dad enjoyed the ribs. The drinks were great. Mike was my server every time I was there. He's friendly and funny and a truly great server. Only down side is the restaurant doesn't have a dessert menu, but just drink your dessert. I recommend the Paris Texas. It has pineapple juice.

William was amazing every night I've had him as my server which was several different nights due to being in town for two weeks on business. He is absolutely phenomenal and is so hospitable. Really pays attention to what is needed before you have to ask for it. He deserves every accolade and really makes you want to come back to the Draft bar. Kudos to him.

Mike did a great job. He provided great service and checked on us regularly. We plan to come back on our next visit

Draft Sports Lounge was just fine. I had wished that the menu offered slightly more/different options, as most of the food is normal bar food (fried!). My kids had a hard time finding something they liked. Beer choices were great!

Great atmosphere! Attentive, Courteous and Speedy Customer Service provided by William and we had a very large crowd!!!!!

After a rocky start, salt on tequila when not asked, the server quickly fixed the bar error. When I received a text to leave after ordering some food, the order was deleted without an issue. Would definitely return.

I had a little down time before catching a flight back home. I was starving. I was given a menu and able to order food to go. I had a flatbread that was wonderful! They even brought my diet coke in a "to go" cup as well. I waited about twenty minutes but there was plenty to watch on the TVs.

Nice sports bar in Sheraton hotel. Good music and many flat screens. I was excited when I viewed the online menu and saw they sold Riesling. My husband and I went to enjoy some drinks and was told they don't sell Resiling. I was disappointed and ended up drinking water while my husband enjoyed his drinks. We would have stayed; however was not fun for me so we left. Update your website or add Riesling to your bar.

We were a party of five, staying at the Sheraton and looking for a quick and easy dinner. The menu was very limited to just a few items. The descriptions on the menu compared to the actual food items was laughable. The pulled pork sandwich was a greasy ham sandwich on tough bread, the fish and chips was a plank of salty frozen fish, and sadly, even the bar items were disappointing. For a bar, the selection of wine was limited to just a handful of labels from unrecognizable vineyards. The server, while eager to please, was not great. He tried to deliver items to our table that we never ordered and never brought things that we did. The prices were ridiculous. Expect to pay $14 for a glass of wine that tastes like something from the gas station on the corner. Instead of this place, keep walking through the lobby at the Sheraton to the concierge stand. There you'll find a list of restaurants within walking distance that are far, far better.

Mike was great! Stopped in for a quick meeting and Mike made sure we had everything we needed quickly.

Just like the other restaurant in the Sheridan the service sucked. They forgot parts of the order, didn't come back to check on us and we had to flag down the server to get service. The food was above average bar food but does that really matter with poor service. Don't expect it to change since there is only one other choice in the hotel and service is no better. They have you captive since there isn't any other restaurant within 2 blocks.

It was not only good food but our server was amazing. Her name is Taleeana G. and she took great care of my coworkers and I! I would highly recommend this place and to ask for her if she's available.

Went to this restaurant twice - first time really enjoyed, next time not too much. Stayed at the hotel so it was a very convenient place to eat. The burgers are nice - none of the food is bad. However, it’s incredibly loud (I know it’s a sports bar, I know it would be loud), however this is a different kind of loud. Feels like people just come in here to scream. Staff are average, nothing special and don’t work too hard at their customer service as they know they will get tips regardless. It’s fine - if you are staying and are very tired yeah sure it’s okay. I wouldn’t come from across Dallas to eat here though.

All of the food is really good but especially the Double Burger and their Fries are to die for. Moderately priced as with any hotel when you travel. Friendly staff, and just an all around good place to eat and watch sports. Multiple big screen TVs all around the restaurant.

Good food with a sports bar attitude it was a little pricy but not surprising for where it was located. Staff was friendly and was always checking if you needed something.

The drinks were very good and strong. You most definitely get your moneys worth. Mark is a waiter there and he's very friendly.

Wanted a quick bite and this fit the build. Ordered a wedge salad with blue cheese and bacon. This was outstanding. Good draft beer list and attentive service. I would recommend this restaurant.

Great place to grab a quick bite and a drink! We had no problem getting a table or a seat at the bar this past weekend.

Ate here while staying in the hotel. Friendly efficient service and reliable good food. Excellent cocktails. Can get very busy and quite expensive but as expected in a high end hotel. A good option if staying in the Sheraton and wanting a bite to eat.

Our waiter for three nights in a row was William! And he was the best waiter at the joint! Thanks for everything! The 3 am fries were delish. Next corporate meeting def needs to be here. Best choice by far out whole trip.

I was attending a conference and received exceptional service from our server, Selena! She was friendly, fast, and provided great customer service! The food was good too!

You should all be so lucky to get Mike as a server, the guy was really funny and great service. Ask for Mike next time your in the draft media sports lounge at the Sheraton Dallas downtown

Opens around 4 PM and you have to wait to be seated. There are some chairs at the bar. Lots of TVs covering many sports.

Stayed at the Sheraton for a conference and visited twice, there are plenty of TV screens with sport but the music was a bit loud for my taste, you had to speak up to be heard. The bar staff were very friendly and had a good range of beers and draft beers - the hotel's other bar has no draft beer only bottled beer. The meal was basic sports bar food and was delivered quickly and tasted OK.

Best server NA mike I love you, I felt like we had connection, when you handed me my fries my heart soared , your hands were the hands of angels. As the tequila filled my veins you were there for me encouraging me to drink until I couldn't feel feelings anymore. I'll be back next Tuesday, wait for me....

A colleague and I had a quick dinner at Draft after a very long day of work. The service was a bit off but the food was just plain not good. I ordered the burger and it was the saltiest, least tasty burger I've had in many years. And the side salad was ok but some of the veggies in the side salad were not fresh and should not have been used. Definitely cannot recommend the food. The draft beer selection included several good local brews.

The bar is kind of nice, bit loud but good service, However, the kitchen closes super early, and you cannot order room service. The bar closes super early as well.

I'm a sports lover so I really enjoyed the atmosphere all the TV's on several different channels so no one misses anything! Service was a Lil slow is only reason I gave 4 star but they were busy! Food was great! I had never eaten at a drafts before and I would definitely go again if given the chance I think this place is best with a group of friends

We wanted a simple and quick lunch, before our conference next door started. But even with empty tables, the waiter at the entrance said we had to wait 30 minutes because the kitchen was overwhelmed. Anyhow, as one in our party was pregnant we were allowed to sit in a table waiting. Fortunately the waiter stopped by and took our order. And funny enough, we got the food on the table fairly quick. The waiter was super-effective and nice. The food was of course too expensive, but at least I was happy with what they brought (spare ribs in a baguette).

Mike provided excellent service. He was attentive, courteous, and friendly. This place has a relaxing atmosphere.

great food, excellent drinks, and a awesome server (William). Would recommend this place to everyone. 2 thumbs up !!

Christian Lamont gave A-1 service during our dinner at Draft Media Sports Lounge. Personality...check. Service...check. Food was pretty tasty as well.

We loved the option of karaoke with a few of our closest in the private room in the back. Super fun!

great veggie options, got the beyond burger for dinner. really liked Coco as my server! definitely recommend :)

Mike was our server, he had a great sense of humor and kept our glasses full! The nachos are really good, and the BBQ flatbread is amazing. We go there every time we go to Dallas.

I am really bad at deciding drinks, and ended up ordering the same drink for all the times I visited with my friends... Kia is our server, and she did a great job! The meals are good as well, although the serving size is not for an Asian like me;;; anyway this place is really good!

Good place to eat, fast service, friendly staff, cool atmosphere. Big sports monitors in every direction. Mike served lunch and was top notch. Ate here everyday during my stay.

1.0 star rating 11/10/2016 I ordered carry out since I wasn't feeling the extremely loud, dark, macho atmosphere. Figured it was convenient since I was staying at the hotel anyhow. I appreciated that they said they'd have the meal ready within 10 minutes. I got back up to my room, popped a tomato in my mouth and immediately spat it out. It tasted like MEN'S COLOGNE! Upon greater inspection, the entire salad smelled and tasted like cheap men's cologne. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? I really did try to eat it because I think the Wedge Salad could have been good, but I just absolutely could not. Can you imagine how disgusting this was? So I went back downstairs, let the hostess know what the problem was (she was very nice and helpful) and I was offered another option. I opted for a different salad. Upon initial inspection I didn't smell any abnormal scents. But when I got back to my room, I smelled it again, not nearly as strong, but it was certainly there. I think I determined it was the lettuce. So my dinner consisted of croutons and a small chicken breast (albeit the chicken was good). I just cannot imagine how food can smell and taste like men's cologne. ***shudder***

Was seated at a table that had just been wiped. The receptionist took time to dry it off. I ordered an order of Texas Brisket Tacos and a Goose Island IPA. It was fantastic as I watched Cleveland handle Boston in the Eastern Conference NBA finals.

Mike was awesome! He made excellent recommendations. He was extremely funny & pleasant after a long flight

The Draft has friendly staff. The food was extremely overpriced for bar food and didn't taste like anything special.

Value is a big part of how we rate restaurants so even though the food was very good the price was high and we probably wouldn't go out of our way to return. Service ended up being good but we had to work on the waitress to turn it around. No points off though as it was an absolute zoo in there that day. The fish and chips were excellent ($15.00) along with the Texas Burger ($16.00). Sodas were $3.50. Ambiance was like a livey sports bar. There were only three of us but Bill had an automatic $7.43 service charge (15%) so careful to look at yours before leaving and a tip. We added 5% but it would be easy to double tip for service that may not be stellar. If there wasn't a hotel premium; we'd probably rate it a 4.

Several TVs situated through the place. Bar food, but the chicken avocado BLT sandwich was pretty good. Included fries were really good too. Old Town Road cocktail was delicious. Good place to watch a game and have some drinks and food.

Had a burger. I generally like Sports Bar food. Americans are supposed to know how to make a good burger. But this meal was way too greasy, both when it came to burger and fries, still without tasting much. Avoid.

Awesome place inside the Sheraton. Good food and a nice selection of local craft beers. Great location inside the hotel to watch games. The staff changed the channel for us so we could watch the Cowboy game.

The food on the weekends not cooked fully. Then the staff and managers don't care. Health department needs to check there kitchen

When in Dallas you have to stop by the Draft bar at the Sheraton Hotel Downtown ask for Taye and JoJo at the bar. You wont be disappointed and be sure to take me later. These women are absolutely amazing, and very attentive.

Great atmosphere, food and drinks. And awesome service from Mike. Located in the Sheraton. I love the tv's and the diversity of people. Great music playlist for all to enjoy.

This place has great appetizers. The fried mac and cheese balls are really good. They have "pizza" on the menu buts more like flatbread. The staff could be nicer but overall it's a good place to hang out.

Stayed at the Sheraton and decided to stop in and have a few beers. $3.00 pint specials which included craft beers. Lots of good beer on tap and good food. Our waiter Mark Fowler was the best waiter we had all week through this trip. He is an asset to the Sheraton.

I was staying at the Sheraton and decided to eat here out of convenience (and there are plenty of TVs). It's not a massive menu, which actually can be quite nice. I got the Ultimate Nachos and it is a big plate of nachos! The service was very good and the nachos were quite tasty.

Had a salad here for lunch. It was what you expect from the hotel sports bar. I was surprised how expensive the drinks were there. Wine cost well over $10 / glass. Service was prompt and friendly.

This is a great place to just relax after a long day. Good selection of appetizers and entrees for a bar. Service is also good.

We visited Draft Media Sports Lounge a few time during our stay & everyone was very nice. Mike was the best waiter by far. Great personality!!!

All of the food is really good but especially the Double Burger and their Fries are to die for. Moderately priced as with any hotel when you travel. Friendly staff, and just an all around good place to eat and watch sports. Multiple big screen TVs all around the restaurant.

Stayed at the Sheraton and meet up with group of coworkers here. Its a bit loud, typical of a sports bar. Drinks are good and the Margerita pizza was not bad. Ordered the pizza twice during my stay. Servers can get a bit distracted if tables are all full. Good spot for a quick drink and meal.

It felt like we had to apologize for eating lunch as a team. The hostess seemed bothered to put two tables together to seat us. The server acted like he other duties, but we were the only customers. Food was ok.

I enjoyed eating that this sports bar! Nice atmosphere and the food that I ordered was outstanding. The best part of the visit was the server, Mike! What a gem. The restaurant is lucky to have him as a great PR champion! I will go there again while I'm in town because of his excellent service.

This was my first time in Dallas and I was in town for a conference at the Sheraton in Downtown Dallas. I went to Draft for dinner and drinks and I had great time. Draft was a great restaurant! The drinks were very good but the service was even better. MIKE was my server and he was very attentive, extremely polite and very friendly. He made the experience so much more fun. I highly recommend the restaurant for drinks and wonderful service. I'll definitely be back!

I don't do reviews, but when my waitress Kia asked that I visit Trip Advisor and let everyone know about my experience, I didn't hesitate to say yes! Needless to say, I appreciated the service. Even during peak hours while the restaurant was bustling with convention goers and those poor souls who were wondering what this anime nonsense was, Kia was on top of things. I'll be honest...I drink a LOT when refills are free. She was on top of my drinks all night, friendly, and quick to answer any questions. As for the food, it's a decent variety of sports bar fare with a bit of class. You have to pay for that bit of class, but honestly, with how nice the Sheraton Dallas is, the prices are respectable. You can get a burger that'll absolutely satisfy you for 12 bucks, right in the ballpark of any chain restaurant you'd have to leave the hotel to get. Big screens for sports viewing, comfortable seating...honestly, Draft is exactly what I look for in a laid back hotel bar to come down and unwind in.

Enjoyed my dinner here, chicken quesadillas. They make good well drinks and decent beer selections like locally brewed beers.

Walked in to a full house, grabbed a bite, had a great drink and was on my way in like 30 minutes. The food is simple but good, they have a good variety of drinks, and the service was quick. The staff was very attentive.

Taleeana Guyson is an amazing bartender. Made me a surprise drink that was outstanding. Definitely stop here whether business or pleasure.

Mike is who served and he did a great job. Very attentive and brought food and beverages out at a timely manner.

Typical hotel sport bar. Somewhat over priced bar food and drinks. Staff appeared to be short handed but were kind. Wouldn't seek out but as hotel guest it is convenient.

Draft's "happy hour" specials were a fantastic surprise to me. Beers were on special, as well as some of the appetizers. My buddy order nachos (and added chicken). These were delicious, and there was plenty to eat. I ordered the "pickle brined chicken strips" -- a fantastic pick (even my buddy, who is particular, thought these were outstanding). Young lady who served our table was friendly, joked around, and was attentive.

This sports bar located inside the Sheraton Hotel Dallas TX has great food. Mike provided excellent service & I will return.

The food is very average and the service just OK. We tried this place twice during our stay and brought friends with us. We all agreed, it was just not great. We tried, but twice in a row tells the story.

We visited Dallas and glad to stay at Sheraton Dallas Downtown. This sports lounge is located in the hotel. Visited there to have brunch. Glad and amazed with the service given by the waiter named Mark Fowler - absolutely good service and looked after us well from the start till the end! Worth to pay a visit! Food was also delicious!

This is an average restaurant, without a lot of interesting options, but if you want a burger and fries and a beer, this is your place.

Here for a business meeting and the service is bar none some of the best ever!!! William and Tony have gone above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel welcome and cared for!!! William has taken care of us for 2 nights and we love him!!! Job well done. My business is customer service related and good customer people are hard to find.

We ate here twice during our stay and the food was really good both times. It was delivered quickly. The beer list was good and had some local offerings. It was very crowded every time we walked by and we had to wait for tables both times. It's also very loud, but there are lots of TVs and the atmosphere is fun.

We were there 5 days and spent a lot of time in the Draft. Our waiter Mark Fowler was absolutely the BEST! He took time to make us comfortable, visited with us about the area, was prompt with his service (others not so much....waited 15 min and no one in the bar and ended up going to the bartender ourselves, Mark wasn't working). He was very courteous and remembered from day to day what we were having. I even changed mine everyday and he remembered ALL of them. And we had 4-6 in our group. He was awesome! And another shout out to Taleeana. She to was fantastic although Mark was our main server. You couldn't find 2 people as good as they were. We had snacks, lunches, dinners and drinks during our stay.

Three of us had lunch here whilst on business. The atmosphere is good, although quite loud. Plenty of table spacing. Service was friendly and efficient. The food came quickly, and was all good. And the bill was pretty reasonable. Recommended!

I was at the Sheraton for a week for a conference and had lunch here several times. The food was consistently good and the atmosphere was fun.

The restaurant went out of their way to assist when a time crunch happened. Our food was delayed and a group of us had to go to a meeting so we had to depart without the food. I came back down to try and get part of the meal to go. The manager was very helpful apologized. Shout Out to the hostess Chandrale who helped with the issue and made sure the situation was made right. I appreciate her level of service while dealing with the stressful situation: Yes I will be back,

We had a great table for watching sports, food menu was fairly limited, but it worked for what we wanted...pizza, burgers, chili.

When busy it’s a crowded noisy sports bar- it’s to be expected. The food is decent. Mike was the server though- and he was great. To be blunt, the Sheraton hotel needs more Mikes. He offset things in a positive way and thus the 5 stars.

Tried this hotel sports bar on a whim after a long day of traveling. The bar had a really nice atmosphere and was super busy. The staff was great even if though it was crazy in there. They had a really limited menu surprisingly. I tried the chicken quesadillas and they were good definitely much better then I expected. Everything was also very affordably priced! Bottom line this place has a great atmosphere and is affordable for any budget, but don't expect a lot of variety when it comes to food selection.

Waiter/Server was Mike. Very nice young man. I had several questions and his recommendations were very helpful. I do not eat spicy food or toppings/sauce. At the suggestion of Mike, I ordered the Fish Tacos and was very pleased. Mike offered me another sauce because the other two types were alittle spicy for me. I enjoyed my meal and drink (Arnold Palmer). If you should visit this restaurant, ask for Mike.

The lounge has multiple TV screens with various sporting events and show. It has music playing which interferes with conversation. The beer menu includes a selection of both bottle and draft beer. There are the standard regular beers and also a good selection of craft beers. The food menu is limited to a typical bar food selection. The food items go well with your beer. I enjoyed the Naked Wings...very good. The flatbread offering are also good.

Fantastic food and better service. Mike was really helpful recommending and taking special orders. Will recommend to others while in town.

Arrived very late to hotel after long flight and wanting dinner . No room service for food at 11:40 pm in 1800 room Hotel! Went to Drafts for takeout. Much fried bar style food but chicken quesadillas were really good. Very large portion nice staff who were helpful. Thanks for meeting my needs.

Love this place. Great places to sit and have drinks or grab a table and have dinner. We started on the couches with drinks. Pours were good and strong. Beer selection was decent. Dinner at the table was very good. Not a lot of selections but they did the salmon, short rib and mac n cheese just right. Great bar scene at night if anything is going on in the hotel

Stayed at Sheraton for conference. Draft is a hotel sports bar. It won’t fetch 4 and 5 stars. It did however get my respect because of Tony at the back bar. He was on it. After a horrible power outage in the hotel which stranded people, Tony was cheery and attentive to people which was appreciated.

Staying at the Sheraton so came here a couple of times for quick eats. The chicken wings are very good, the other food looked nice, and there is a wide selection of beers to go with it all. I thought the service was good, and this place did exactly what it said on the tin. I'd recommend it.

Mainly for the young sport crowd. Service was slow and at times we wondered if our server had gone off shift.

The service at Draft is great and the people friendly. The bartenders Tony and Ashley displayed great customer service whether it was 2, 20, or 50 people. Their professionalism is why I will be going back.

With a name of "Draft", I was expecting to find a place in the very large Sheraton Hotel with a great selection of beer. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. There were two or three local beers on tap, but that was the extent of them...the remainder were national beer brands. There was a fairly decent bottled beer collection, but with a name of "Draft", that was disappointing. Having said that, the atmosphere was pretty good. I didn't try any of the food, but there looked to be some good options on the menu.

While staying at the Sheraton for a conference, my group had the pleasure of having Kia as our server. She was incredibly attentive with a wonderful personality. She remembered us throughout our stay and made an effort to always be our server no matter when we dined. She genuinely cared about us and made us feel welcome.
Great for watching Football
We were staying at the Sheraton. We came here for drinks after dinner. We stayed for a while to eat and watch the college football games. This is a great bar to hang out and watch. The bartenders are good and friendly. TVS are everywhere so lots of games are on. Try the nachos, They are very good.
