Great place to eat. Good pizza and pasta and very good service. Very enjoyable. Fun place to hang out.

Great menu with lots of variety. I’ve never had a bad soup or sandwich here. The quality of the salads have declined recently. Also great for after work drinks!

I did carry out twice. Both times I ordered a Caesar salad and small pizza with prosciutto and sun-dried tomato. The romaine lettuce was fresh but the dressing very bland. The pizza was just boring. The crust had no crisp to it, the sauce very little taste and the sun-dried tomatoes dried out. This was my first experience, so I tried it a month later thinking maybe it was just a bad night. Not so- it was just as bad the second time. It felt like I had ordered from a non-Italian restaurant and they didn't know how to make a good Caesar dressing or pizza. I won't go back.

Exquisite Italian Cuisine This restaurant is a great option for a meal after a Braves game. We started with the bruschetta as an appetizer—fresh and flavorful. For the main course, we ordered a variety of pasta dishes, all of which were excellent. The pizza was decent, though not the highlight. Service was very good—attentive and friendly. Highly recommend for a post-game Italian dinner!

This a good find restaurant in Atlanta. They served real Italiano food with a twist. Bar is definitely one of the main features of this restaurant - good drinks and nice food. You must try their pizza - absolutely delicious and different from other pizza places nearby. Price is a little more than average, but worth it. Ambience is cool; you can really feel the Italian vibe. Staffs are amazing!

This is one of the very worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. When we walked in, the restaurant was not crowded at all. Somehow, it took over an hour to get our food. When our food finally did arrive, there was a problem with two out of the four adult entrees. One dish was not cooked well enough, and the other dish was supposed to be gluten free but had a piece of garlic bread on the plate. This is after I had alerted our waiter to please alert the kitchen that I have a food allergy. The manager was sent over to us and handled the situation very poorly. For one dish, she stated that this is how our restaurant cooks the pasta, sorry. For the gluten free dish, her excuse for placing bread on the plate was that their kitchen isn’t a gluten free kitchen. This particular manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. I would like to warn all celiacs and gluten sensitive individuals that this is not a safe restaurant to eat. The staff has no knowledge on what gluten is (as I experienced with our waiter) and is obviously not attentive to those with food allergies. Such a disappointment.

Friday night dinner at this relatively new neighbor spot was a pleasant surprise. We had received a mailer with the menu but at the site the menu was more extensive and inviting and the beer, spirits and wine list sizable. There is a roofed but open air seating area with a fireplace and even bar seating into the restaurant and inside the seating is a combination of booths, tables and high top tables as well as extensive bar seating. We chose a table. Our waiter knew the menu and wine list and was efficient. My only service complaint was you had to defend your plate to prevent aggressive busing. We shared a cup of the delicious chicken soup full of garbanzo beans, celery, chicken, parsley and then moved on to Shrimp scampi (appetizer portion was large) and eggplant Parmesan with pasta on the side. Both dishes were very good, hot and well plated. Garlic toast accompanies most items and it is not for the faint of heart in that the garlic is omnipresent and overpowering. We will be back.

Nice restaurant set in a strip center, but don't let that scare you off. This restaurant is quaint and the food was excellent. We ate here one evening outside on the patio area. It was chilly, but they had curtains that protected from the elements and propane heat strips in the ceiling. Well worth the time to eat here.

So let me start by saying if I could click a 1/2 bubble in my rating this place would get a solid 3 1/2 and I would definitely call it Good - better than average - but the rating system doesn't work out that way ...so that being said - my experience was good but not quite a 4 ...but better than average...hope that makes sense. I live in the immediate area and was very excited to see this restaurant taking shape in this totally renovated shopping plaza in the former Loco's location (glad they are gone btw) this is the type of place the area really needs...a non-chain Italian Restaurant with good food and good service....The ambiance is really cool, all new of course, but with a very nice welcoming feel. The Decor has Modern/Euro edge and a really nice outdoor seating area complete with wood burning fireplace...really nice ambiance. We visited this evening after being totally tired of Holiday foods...and wanting to try out the new kid on the block ....we were greeted warmly and seated immediately, not a busy night tonight. We started with an appetizer of fried fresh Mozzarella - served hot and fresh with a surprisingly good marinara that really tasted fresh....I normally expect a "Ragu-esque" Marinara (aka Sauce from a jar) with this appetizer but this tasted fresh and homemade...let me just say I normally leave Fried Mozzarella on the plate...but we were served 4 pieces cooked nicely and we cleaned the plate, even asked for more marinara. I ordered the Spaghettini Marinara... added Meatballs to the order.....my partner ordered the Italian Sausage Panini. My order was presented nicely, and I was offered Parmesan and Fresh ground pepper by our server....I enjoyed the dish as it had the same marinara that was served with the appetizer...very tasty ...I will say the meatballs while not "Delicious" were not too bad...could have used something...were a bit dense and maybe just some additional seasoning or something...the sauce helped but a solid dish overall. I was served a fresh slice of Garlic toast...the menu said it would be grilled garlic ciabatta bread ? didn't really look like ciabatta...but it was hot and good.... forgot to mention my meal came with a house salad that I found satisfying and the dressing was tasty. My Partner (who is a Chef) enjoyed his Italian Sausage Panini served with Fries. You get points with him with things are served Hot and Fresh - he enjoyed the flavors of the Grilled hot Italian link sausage, sautéed peppers and onions ...there was a side of marinara served with his entree...he said he really enjoyed it...his only suggestion was it need a slice of Mozzarella. So overall a good experience....I will definitely go back. I typically do not rate a place after just one visit, especially not a new restaurant...but this place has the bones and making of a 5. Our server was attentive, friendly and genuine. I did not have wine tonight, but noticed a very nice selection of wines, cocktails, and draught beers....next time - LOL I do recommend trying it out - don't go with the expectation of being magically transported to Venice, Rome or Florence...but I think you will have a good experience and I'm hopeful Eatilano will flourish in our neighborhood as they hit their stride.

Our first time here. My team came over from the Marriott Courtyard 3 minutes away. Plenty of parking. Open dining area inside and at the large patio entrance. Professional and friendly service from Lilliana. Excellent food. Will return !

We thought this would be a typical hole in the wall Italian place in a shopping center....nope! It's a large restaurant, done very nicely, with outdoor seating. Very clean with a good atmosphere. Service was a bit slow (it was definitely our waiter). Prices were good. Food was tasty enough and filling. Pasta was a tiny bit overcooked and sticky, but plentiful.

My husband ordered a Hendricks gin and tonic and was asked if he wanted a double: he said yes. When the bill game, we were charged $32 for a single drink. We thought we were accidentally charged for 2 drinks in error (see picture of our bill). We were told it was correct. It is unthinkable that a gin and tonic in Atlanta would cost $32; we asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was there and that’s the cost, period. And the food—not good. Skip this place and try one of the other many more reputable restaurants at the Battery.

I stopped by tonight for the first time, as I had seen the restaurant being built out. I was excited there was a new Italian place in the neighborhood. My first impression was it was confused...was it a bar, restaurant, sports bar...its all three. Which is weird since it tries hard to be a restaurant, with old school Italian music playing, wine lists and large tv screens playing a variety of sports. My Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp was $18. It was fine, not the best not the worst. I was taken back when my bill arrived and it was for $41?? I had ordered a GLASS of Chianti which was $10. How did the bill get to $41. Turns out they didn't have the $10 label, so the waitress changed it, without asking, to the $25 a GLASS label!! Serious! I might go back.

We wanted to try this as a new Italian restaurant in the area that had some good reviews. The food and service were average and price high for the quality of food. The ambiance is ambiguous with outside seating that seemed to be to spot for parents with kids and inside more for couples.

Was staying nearby and Italian sounded good, and this hit the spot. The seafood salad was good, as was the puréed vegetable soup. The soup came with a piece of garlic bread, otherwise I might have left craving some.

Great food, antipasta platter looks like something served to the Godfather and his henchmen. Robust, tasty and filling. Eggplant parm freshest Ive seen in a long time. Chic florentine awesomely creamy. Dont miss this one...and dont forget the cannolli.

I've eaten here a couple times. It has a nice atmosphere. It can accommodate large tables. The food is very good. As my title says, it's not cheap, but not super expensive either. Good set of wines to choose from. Servers are friendly. I ordered food here from grub hub, one of the pizzas, it was very good as well. A good choice if you are in the area.

The restaurant ambiance is very cozy and friendly. The food is all fresh and made to order. The salads are amazing and are large portions. The pizza is so fresh and delicious!! Service is excellent. Will be telling all my friends about it.👍👍

I had dinner at Eataliano last evening, June 11, 2019. I ate at the bar, and my bartender was very nice, and very attentive. For dinner I had spaghetti with a marinara sauce. I asked them to put some Italian sausage in the spaghetti, and they were very happy to do that. I also had grilled asparagus and cibata bread. They make their own sausage. They buy the bread. Both the sausage and the bread were delicious. The marinara sauce was excellent, and was a great compliment to both the spaghetti and the sausage. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening.

All I can say is that the food was perfectly fine. But I wasn’t wowed enough to come back. I thought the environment was nice; but at the end of the day, it just was good enough not to say anything bad about it.

My partner was not happy with his food. He got the seafood linguine and was annoyed that they left on the shells on the mussels and the tails on the shrimp. So he had to stick his fingers in his dish to take off the shells and pick up the shrimp. It was a plentiful bowl. I had lasagna. Very little can be done to mess that up, so I enjoyed it. The live music was nice but that meant everyone talked loud to communicate over the music. And that made the restaurant very noisy. The restaurant was a bit expensive, but not excessively so. They had more alcohol options than pasta, but I liked the fact they also had sandwiches.

I ordered a pizza online. It has been 75 minutes beyond the delivery time and no pizza has arrived yet. I called to complain at least twice, to no avail. The attendant on the phone was sarcastic and indifferent. I am having to dispute the charges with my credit card if it is charged, since I have not received anything. Buyers be aware! Steer clear of bad businesses like this one! #EaTaliano #NeverAgain!

This was our second time at EATaliano Kitchen. Thought maybe the first time was a fluke, but it was not. Service is very good and friendly. The food is terrific. The cocktails are tasty. Stuart, who I think is the head bartender, created a set of signature cocktails. Tried a few of them and all are nicely balanced. I asked him to make me a Side Car, and he came up with a very tasty alternative. Kudos on that. I've tried several apps: the Wedding Soup and the Arancini. Both excellent. The Arancini is a little different: its a mix of rice and bolognese and not just rice. Very good twist on that. I've tried two entrees: the Chicken Piccata and the Chicken Parmesan. Both outstanding. The Piccata was a little different, with artichoke hearts and few capers, yet kept that lemony flavor; this was served with spaghettini. The chicken in the Chicken Parmesan was thin and perfectly done. The pasta is made on site and it was "creamy" is as best as I can describe it. I might just get a bowl of that next time. Last time I had dessert, just their house-made gelato (vanilla) and it was super. You might think a little restaurant tucked in to the corner of a posh suburban strip mall might not be too good, but you'd be wrong about EATaliano Kitchen. Parking is plentiful and free. They have a covered spacious outdoor patio. Inside there is a variety of seating, including a long bar and hightop tables. They often have live music and last night (as well as before) we heard a singer named Jenny, who does standards and has a very lovely voice. Perfect for this atmosphere.

This place was really nice! It's a very comfortable and well laid out restaurant. The server was very friendly and accommodating. We had the margarita pizza, and It was perfectly cooked! Great flavor! I'll definitely be back when I go back to Atlanta.

We did not dine in but ordered delivery: the menu calzone and muffaleta sandwich, with no variations on either, and a single canoli. The sandwich came with fries. NEGATIVES: The calzone was nearly flavorless, its saving grace the side of marinara to dip it in. Not enough. The sandwich was stuffed with poor quality meats (at least by the taste of them) and then cooked in too much oil, making for a big ball of heart-stopping lard, and not in a good way. The fries tasted as though they'd been doused in too much Season-All. The canoli looks like a watery turd. It was bad. Blech. POSITIVES: They were still warm and arrived within the specified amount of time for delivery, and by ordering in we saved money on tips and whatever else we may have added to the meal inside the restaurant. ULTIMATUM: Nope. Not recommending this one.

Looking for good Italian food near the Doubletree on N. Druid Hills. Nice atmosphere with good Italian food. Live music was good but a bit loud. Reasonable selection of fraught and bottled beers and good wine list. Service was fair.

Eataliano has a pleasant sports bar atmosphere. The servers are friendly (and only reason this is 3 stars, not 2). The food is usually pretty decent for basic Italian-American fare. But if the kitchen gets backed up, even on a slow night, forget about getting your food in a timely way. Case in point, was our last meal there: close to an hour for entrees to arrive; the restaurant was half full. Our server, as nice as she was, and with apologies for lack of entrees, was ineffective at speeding anything up. And if the owner is there, you will notice very clearly that she doesn’t care about, or at best is oblivious to, the very slow kitchen and subsequent slow service. Based on multiple observations, I think she just doesn’t care when you get your food. Their food isn’t worth waiting that long for.

Tonight I had such a great meal here! The atmosphere is great - cozy and welcoming and very accommodating for groups - and the food is very well prepared. The last time I ate here was two years ago and tonight I tried a full entree for the first time. Delicious! I ordered chicken piccata at the recommendation of our server and must say it was one of the best I’ve had in recent memory. I recently had a bad experience somewhere else with this dish so was hesitant to try it but tonight was on point. Large enough portion to be filling and the staff was very friendly and patient event when we had many separate checks. Lovely dinner experience.

Wow really wasn’t expecting that to be so good. The risotto balls were amazing and the garlic bread was a perfect compliment. Check this place out if you’re in Atlanta at some point. Very nice.

Went here with 3 friends on a Thursday evening at 7:00. I will never return. We waited at least 30 minutes to order, almost an hour for our order to be served (salads and pizza) and at least 40 minutes for our bill dinner while our waitress disappeared. Who cares what the food is like when the service is that bad?

Food was good.. soup was very tasty! Drinks were very good and the bartender was very friendly!! A nice place to eat at when visiting The Battery.

I have had dinner twice in January - a Tuesday and a Friday. Very crowded on Friday night - lots of families.; bar full. I have had two entrees - Chicken Piccata and grilled Salmon. Both were excellent. The entrees are served with lots of roasted veggies - great except both times the carrots were a bit undercooked. Servers are attentive. Definitely will recommend and will return.

We had the bushetta followed by the vegetable panini with a side salad, which was excellent Will definitely come back

I have been eating at this restaurant since it opened. I have always found the food and service to be top notch. I have dined with friends, hosted business dinners and ate solo with each time being a great experience I would highly recommend starting with the house chicken soup or Caesar salad. For dinner the pasta's are all fantastic. The calazone and pizza are top notch They have a great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The prices are very reasonable I without any hesitation would recommend this restaurant and gladly say it's a step above the rest in metro Atlanta

Eataliano Kitchen is looks better than it tastes. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the outdoor patio has a lot of fun places to sit. The food is lacking. The service is lacking. We were not brought ciabatta bread with our entrees as noted on the menu. The veal Marsala was tasteless and my pasta was not brought on the side as requested. The water glasses are tiny. A bottle of water was brought over after the meal was finished. I wish the food was better. I love the patio.

I ate here in April 2019 with a few people. I had the portabello mushroom ravioli with grilled salmon and a house salad to start. The salad was fresh and good, and ravioli and salmon were both excellent. There were a few issues with the service (in terms of some people having to wait too long), but they were very nice. They also have a decent wine list.

We had a great meal. I thought the prices of entrees were more than fair. My wife had lobster ravioli that was excellent, friends had the seafood salad (she loved it) and the florentine lasagna, while I had the veal parm. They brought out the wrong lasagna for our friend but immediately fixed the issue. The veal was good (I've had better but I still enjoyed it). We also had calamari friti and a couple of desserts (the lemon cake was incredible). The wines and cocktails were really good, as were the wines we had. The service was terrific as well.

Three of us went here for dinner. We ordered salads with our entrée which were actually good. I ordered portobello mushroom ravioli with chicken. The ravioli was OK. The chicken was like leather and absolutely tasteless. There are many restaurants to choose from and we won't be back to this one.

Friendly service, flavorful food, business prices, and nice atmosphere that allowed for talking and was not drowned out by music or the volume of other patrons.

I, my husband and another married couple tried out Eatliano Kitchen for the first time on a Tuesday night; several tables were full but the place was not busy by any means. We were seated promptly and the night went downhill from there. Three of us ordered wine and one requested just water. My husband and I ordered an appetizer (Calamari Fritti) and we placed our entree orders: I ordered the Spaghetti Marinara and added meatballs, my husband ordered Chicken Parmesan, one of our friends ordered Chicken Piccata and the other ordered the Seafood Linguine. The fried calamari was brought quickly - overdone and rubbery, with too little dipping marinara sauce to make it palatable. Two or three minutes after the caalamari was delivered, two of the three salads that were ordered arrived. The wine still hadn't been delivered. We asked our server to check on the wine and the third salad, and within a minute of that request three of the four entrees were delivered. Still no wine, and where was the fourth entree? So, on our table were an appetizer we had not completed, salads we had barely started on, and three entrees... and did I mention that one of the entrees was incorrect? Our friend who had ordered the Chicken Piccata was served Chicken Parmesan which was promptly returned and our friend waited for his correct dish. And still no wine (it wasn't like we had ordered fancy cocktails... just one glass and one bottle of wine) The wine was finally delivered, and we were left to pour our own glasses from the bottle (service?). Finally the correct entree was delivered. BUt our water glasses were all empty and we had to ask for them to be filled (the server placed the tip of the water bottle onto each of our glasses - a great way to spread germs from one guest to another, and one of our friends pointed this out to the server). Well, we all agreed that the food was meh at best: ok but nothing outstanding. I felt like the three medium-sized meatballs I ordered for an extra $5 were WAY overpriced and their flavor was barely tolerable; frozen meatballs from the supermarket are more enjoyable. Wefinally requested the split checks. My husband and I were shocked to discover that the $34 bottle of Chianti we ordered turned out to be $52. I had specifically pointed to the bottle of wine we wanted for our server as my husband and I discussed that if two 9-ounce pours were going to be $28, we should just go on and order the $34 bottle. Turns out there is a reserve bottle of Chianti elsewhere on the wine list and this is what we were served despite having specified the less expensive bottle. As a result, our portion of the check was $102! Thankfully, because of the fiasco our meal had been (and yes, we complained to the manager who was very nice), there was a $25 discount on the check. So, in short, one of the worse meals we've had "only" cost $77. I asked my friends to rate the dining experience from 1 to 5 stars: the ratings were 2, 2, 2, and 2.5, hence the overall 2 rating given here. We will not be going back; Atlanta has far too many better Italian restaurants to settle for this kind of awful dining experience.

I found this place while driving around with my husband before going to the movies on a Saturday night. It is located in a newly developed strip center on Briarcliff and North Druid Hills Road. We were immediately seated and started with the Calamri Fritti, which was very good. Then, for dinner, I had the 4 Cheese Calzone, which was very good and filling! My husband had the Cannelloni Bolognese, which he enjoyed, but could not finish. WE did not have room for dessert. The service was good and the prices were fine. This is a great casual family place with tv's all around.

Fantastic waiter, great food! Enjoyed coming to here after the Braves game finished. The waiter was patient, got the orders correct and the food came out at a decent time

I was pleasantly surprised at how great this place is. We made reservations because we had a large group so we were seated right away. Our waiter Omar was fantastic from his warm personality to his knowledge of the menu he was prepared to handle our joking and sarcastic group. The food was ready pretty quickly and the chef came out and greeted us. I had the special which was a Shrimp and Sausage Risotto and it was outstanding. We also had several deserts from Tiramisu to Cheesecake to Cannolis that we’re all delicious. This place is spot on from atmosphere to service to food.

This was our second visit - this time for lunch. We both had salads, mine was spinach with goat cheese nuts and pear. Wife had chopped salad. Very good! Service (at the bar) was excellent.

I and a work colleague stopped here to pick up lunch for a customer that works in the area. Since we were flying out right after our meetings and would not land until late, we picked up lunch for our work meeting with our customer and then individual meals for the two of us to take on our separate flights. Airport food is a big miss more than a hit and its always 2X or more than what you can get in a restaurant. The lunch was good. We chose 2 salads for us and a calzone for our customer (his request). My surprise was when I opened my meal later at the airport. The only thing this dish is missing is a real table and nice bottle of wine - NICE!

We tried this place out on a recent Saturday evening. We made a reservation for 6 p.m. (same day). Some of the online listings implied it was located in Toco HIll, but it is actually a mile or two down North Druid Hills Road at (what used to be called) Loehmann's Plaza (at Briarcliff & North Druid Hills). Parking was not a problem as the plaza's lot is pretty big. The restaurant has a front dining area that is probably a patio in the summertime. In winter, they mostly enclose it with plastic and add heaters, so that it is adequate as an extra dining room. You enter through this to the actual dining room. When we went, there was some large baby shower in progress in the outer room. It was pretty noisy (with kids) but once inside we couldn't hear it. The interior is fairly nice. The have a large bar to the left and a couple of long aisles flanked with tables. There seemed to be a variety of people visiting: college couples, prom couples, neighborhood families; quite a mix. The menu had a decent spectrum of choices. I enjoyed some mushroom ravioli; my wife got some sort of sandwich that she enjoyed. Service was a bit delayed in engaging at first, but was fine after that. In all, a good meal. Prices weren't out of line. If we lived in the area, I'd likely go back. We'll definitely keep it in mind for whenever we are in this area around dinner time.

My family and I ate here on Saturday and it was just ok. The pizza was doughy but did taste good. Also, the restaurant was mostly empty at 4 pm in the afternoon yet our service was still very slow. The cocktails were very good but the rest of our food was just ok!! I don’t believe we will be back.

If you are looking for a great Italian meal with outstanding service you have found it. Starting from the time you arrive you are made to feel part of the large Italian family. The house made chicken soup, house salad, wings, and Italian sausages are all great starters. For dinner I highly recommend any of their fresh pasta dishes. They are happy to cater to special preparation requests all you need to do is ask Excellent selection of beer, wine and specialty cocktails are on tap awaiting your arrival Prices are moderate and service is always top notch

We arrived right towards the end of service but were still welcomed. Great service, great patience while we decided. Food was wonderful - perfectly cooked. The selection of wine is outstanding too. A really great experience.

I attended a friends birthday gathering here and the location, and venue in it in itself is very nice. We sat outside and they accommodated the growing number of friends attending the dinner party. The servers did their best but it was clear they didn't have any clear process for managing a larger size group. Some drinks took 45 minutes to arrive. The kitchen wasn't organized well ether as orders came out randomly, and my meal arrived more than 1 hour after ordering (and other then our group, the place wasn't that busy). Lots of attending friends canceled their order. The food was good, but the kitchen and bar service needs serious improvement. I would go back but only with a party of 4 people or less.

For me, bad service can outweigh great food and a lovely atmosphere in my decision-making process when selecting a restaurant. As such, I will never dine at Eataliano Kitchen again (should I find myself in the neighborhood). Here's why. Five work colleagues and I were in Atlanta for America's Mart this past week and selected Eataliano Kitchen for dinner on Wednesday, January 9th, 2019. Upon seating, we found a hair on one of our appetizer plates. Our waitress (the bright spot in our dining experience; she was lovely) promptly apologized for the problem and replaced the plate with a clean one. When our entrees arrived, one of my colleagues was surprised with another hair curled through the leaves of her salad. We let the waitress know. She apologized again and offered to either have another salad made or to have another entrée prepared. My colleague settled on another salad and we continued our dinner. When the second salad arrived, there was yet another hair which my colleague ingested, having to pull from her mouth to the disgust of everyone at the table. We alerted our waitress who said “Oh no not another hair. I’m so sorry, that’s a kitchen issue. Please allow me to get my manager to speak with you.” This is where it all went downhill. The manager approached our table. We explained what had occurred and his response? Get this… “What do you want me to do about it?” Followed by “there have been many people order the Caesar salad tonight and no one else complained.” He never once apologized for the problem. Not once. He then added “Everyone in our kitchen wears hats. I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” To which we explained we would like the salad comped and our check. His actions made us feel like he suspected us of planting the hair, something none of us would ever do. Your manager should receive additional training in dealing with unhappy customers. His response made it clear that he is unable to properly perform the customer service portion of his job. The way he should have handled our table would have begun with a sincere apology, followed by an affirmation of our issues, and concluding with actions to make it right. While he did remove the salad from our bill, it only came after we asked him to do so. We never got an apology or affirmation. The perfect response would have been something along the lines of the following exchange: Manager: Hello, my name is ____ and I am the manager of this establishment. I understand you’ve had some issues. Please tell me about them. Table: We’ve found 3 hairs in our food or on our table today. Manager: I am so sorry to hear this. Hair in your food is disturbing and unacceptable. Please allow me to make it right by making you a new, hair free entrée on the house. OR I am so sorry to hear this. Hair in your food is disturbing and unacceptable. Please allow me to make it right by making you a new, hair free entrée on the house and taking 25% off your bill. OR I am so sorry to hear this. Hair in your food is disturbing and unacceptable. Please allow me to make it right by making you a new, hair free entrée on the house and bringing the desserts of your choice to the table. OR I am so sorry to hear this. Hair in your food is disturbing and unacceptable. Please allow me to make it right by making you a new, hair free entrée on the house and Bellini’s for everyone at the table. Table: Thank you. If this would have been our experience, this review would be vastly different. It would have said something along the lines of “had hair in our food but the manager handled it flawlessly. Give them a try as the food is delicious.” Instead, I am telling potential customers to skip this establishment on the behavior of one terrible manager. Owner: Do yourself a favor and replace this manager with an individual who will better reflect you and your business by handling tough situations in a more mature and professional manner. I would be happy to consult with your staff on exceptional customer service should you be interested.

Visited EATaliano after returning from a business trip. The waiter was awesome and very understanding when I disclosed my allergy to black pepper. No worry, we prepare all our food on demand, he said. Things changed when the manager came and said all their sauces are pre-made and included black pepper, and that I would have to wait about 30 mins if I wanted something made to order. However; I could not have protein with my pasta. I could; however, have salmon. So... what about a salmon Alfredo? I asked. He did not look happy. Then the restaurant temperature... freezing! When I asked if it was possible to turn somw of the fans off, one of the waitresses said no, because if they turned.one off, all other fans would be off too. Once the food arrived, it was better than what I was expected. The attitudes and lack of sympathy were a huge turn off. Not planning on visiting that restaurant ever again.

We order calamari fritti for 16.00. It came with two different dipping sauces. The tomato marinara was one point but the mayonnaise basses was lacking in flavor. Caprese salad for 13.00. This is a basic plate hard to mess up it was very refreshing. lasagna Florentine for 20.00. It was a hand stuffed pasta sheet with all natural chicken, fresh spinach, ricotta. Alfredo and topped with house blended cheese. The only critic I would have on this dish was the chicken was dry and there was not a lot of Alfredo on top making the dish a little dry over all. The over all serves was good and fast would recommend

Pleasant restaurant with a wide assortment of basic, solid Italian food. Courteous and efficient service in a low key setting.

Looking for something different for dinner while visiting the area after a soccer match,We came across this fresh looking venue. A welcoming environment with a nice arrangement of inside and outside tables. We selected inside for its private tables. We selected the meatball marinara baquette and the spaghetti marinara dish. Both were very good. A nice meal at a very reasonable price and good value. Would definitely try this location again.

My husband and I skipped the craziness of Valentine Day and headed out tonight for dinner. The server was great, very knowledgeable about the choices for meals as well as wines.she was friendly and so very pleasant- KUDOS Elizabeth!! We had the calamari to start and then we had veal and chicken. Wonderful choices and more than enough per serving. They also had live music in a covered outside patio area. It was great.

Dropped by here for lunch. Wish we had saved our money and time. Very nice waiter, Juan. We order bruschetta which was presented nicely. Flavor bland. Followed with spaghetti and meatballs……never had spaghetti with sauce as thick as paste. Meatballs were super dense and had no seasoning or flavor. Will make another choice next time. Very large dining area had a total of 4 customers.

The food was ok - not outstanding, not bad. People beside us advised us not to get calamari because of the size. We had chicken piccata, chicken calzone, mushroom risotto+chicken and ravioli. Appetizer never came, there was a charge for bread and server was lacking any personality. Expresso martini was very good but $20. Nice to be able to sit outside.

I was hanging at this strip mall with friends when someone suggested we have an early snack/dinner here. It was surprisingly cozy inside with an open atmosphere in front and high ceilings. It worked well for our group dining and the staff made it easy for us to order separately and was patient with our questions and offered great suggestions for drinks. Several of us shared a bottle of prosecco which we loved. I had chicken salad which was very fresh and tasty. The entrees looked good also so next time chicken Parmesan!

My wife and I went here for dinner. The food was excellent. The veal parmigiana and chicken marsala were both excellent. The wine selection was nice with several excellent Italian choices available. Omar waited on us and he was very helpful and attentive to our needs. A very pleasant dining experience!

Visiting Family in Atlanta from up north and they recommended this restaurant. We had a disappointing experience with a waitress who seemed to have a very short temper and an unprofessional attitude. From the start, she appeared impatient and uninterested in serving our table. When my cousin asked for a glass of Cabernet, she bluntly asked if we wanted “the cheapest” option, which came off as rude and unnecessary. Throughout the meal, she remained short and unfriendly. When my mother politely asked if she was okay, she responded by questioning if she was okay instead. After pointing out that she was acting short, she became visibly irritated, dismissive, and even snapped that she was “too busy” Things escalated when she snatched a menu out of one of my cousins hands, which was completely unacceptable and stated she doesn’t have time for this. Another server at the table even witnessed her unprofessional behavior. The manager eventually stepped in, apologized, and assigned us a new server, which we appreciated. However, I did express that simply switching servers wasn’t enough. This waitress clearly had an issue and didn’t seem suited for hospitality with that kind of attitude. While I understand that restaurants can be fast-paced and stressful, basic professionalism and respect should still be expected. I hope this issue is addressed to ensure better service for future. Although the food was delicious based on the service I will never come back or recommend this place when traveling.

We were sat at a high top and the bartender was our server. He didn’t even have a full bar and only had two other tables outside of us. Took our drink and food order after us sitting there for about 10mins. We didn’t even order alcoholic beverages only two waters and a sprite, two appetizers, and three entrees. We never got our drinks. I saw him talking to guests at the bar and made maybe 2-3 alcoholic beverages in the meantime. I went up to the bar to see if we could get our drinks and we walked past me didn’t acknowledge us and so I sat back down and he walked past the table and said “oh youre trying to find out about your drinks” I said yes and it took him at least 5 minutes to come back with those. We asked to speak to the manager she was completely dismissive insinuating that we just didn’t want to pay. Mind you we had only touched the appetizers at this point. He came to the table to argue with us and tell us how he took priority of us over his party table which was a family of 6 and they also didn’t have drinks and were sat there before us. He also stated how busy he was and that our complaints wouldn’t go anywhere because it’s not a corporate business and the manager decided the bartender was right. I have been a bartender and server for 13 years and know customer service pretty well. That was not ok and they will never get my business again.

Eataliano Kitchen is just plain good Italian food. Have eaten here several times and never a bad meal. The prices are a good value The service is always good. Great outdoor patio.

A creep followed my friend and I around the Battery Park near Atlanta last night into this restaurant, but Johnny and the hostess took care of it so thank you to them! 🫶🏾🫶🏾 I didn’t catch her name, but she was a young black woman with glasses. More importantly, the pizza was delicious and the restaurant is very nice!

This place surprised me. Beautiful patio and interior. great menu (can be pricy). We both had sandwiches which were totally reasonably priced. The portions were huge and the food really, really good. If you're looking for a good Italian fix, check this place out.

We went here later at night for drinks, appetizers and desserts, since we had eaten a big lunch that day. Service was excellent! We sat near the bar and the bartender was very attentive, making sure we were okay and our food was as expected. We each ordered appetizers then shared some desserts with coffee/ espresso after. The brownie dessert was incredible!!!! I can’t wait to visit again.

Excellent service. Local vocalist playing in the front corner. Enjoyed chicken Milanese and veal parmigiana. Good neighborhood location on Briarcliff near Druid Hills. Highly recommend. These types of restaurants need to be patronized. Won’t win any awards but good food for the family.

The first visit to this new venue was a bit confusing. On entering, it looked more like a trendy late-night club rather than an Italian restaurant. All I saw were several neatly groomed white males bustling about and wondered if I had wandered into an investment firm by mistake. It was time for a late lunch so I ordered the seafood linguine to test the basic fare. The white wine sauce was good, but it was too thin and did not adhere to the pasta. The net result was some very bland pasta with all the flavor left in the bottom of the dish. The side salad was nothing but lettuce and arugula with one small wedge of unripe tomato and a slice of bitter cucumber. The dressing was mediocre at best. They have only been open for two weeks and it is clear they are having some startup pain. I will go back and try them again because that area of town really needs a nice Italian restaurant. The patio with the fireplace is nice so I'm thinking date night an happy hour could be very nice. Overall, they have what they need to succeed, but the chef has to be on top of his or her game.

Very good. Nice tucked back in a strip mall with al fresco dining and live music. Although we sat inside the atmosphere is fresh and welcoming and the music is a nice addition. Service was great and the food was good. The steak calzone was quite large and probably enough for two!
Eat Italiano!
I like to try local places when I travel for work. The atmosphere and ambiance of the place had a nice touch to it! I wish I didn't have to drive back to the hotel, because it looked like they had a great selection of wines! I thought the food I ordered, the lasagna and limoncello cake, was tasty and delicious too. However, the wait staff was lacking! They could do a better job checking in on their customers.
