I had a group of people in twice t watch FIFA World Cup Soccer. No volume on TV's, but very clean and decent food.

I went to Earls on a Wednesday night and we loved the environment. We ordered some sushi, it was good and fresh. My nephew had the burger it was also good, big too. Sangrias were tasty and the waiters were super nice. Overall a very good experience!

I love it but I have a horrible experience today with one of the waitresses I don’t know her name and I don’t want to remember it I am sure that the attention in a restaurant as in any place customer service must be exceptional, otherwise it could ruin the day as it happened to us today we all end up angry fighting each other for something so simple God did not have to be like that, his attitude It was contemptuous and with a pout it took us 45 minutes to bring the food, everything was contrary to what we asked for and the meat was spicy when one of us had an allergy to spicy was very unpleasant one day of celebration damaged by a bad service I beg you to choose the ones people who love their work and do it with pleasure and not to see and if it is necessary to retaliate for poor customer service that is not right for customers who are going to relax spend a pleasant afternoon end up in such an unpleasant way Thank you

So sorry to say but lousy kitchen, we asked for truffle fries and they were black pepper fries (in abundance), the fried calamari, below average and the chicken tenders were terrible overcooked and not to say the honey mustard (jajajaja it was just a sample). We also asked for a Poke Bowl, mine is faaaaar better, in others words I feel very bad for those US and foreigners who believe that price for money was right. Natasha, I believe she is one of the main managers understood our complaint regarding the truffle fried potatoes and changed them as a courtesy My last note on this unfortunate experience is that the receptionist was a disgrace, very unpleasant way to receive customers.

We had good food during our family visit but service was absolutely horrible. Amir was our server and disappeared for long sections. Took a long to get our food and was cold when it finally showed up. Would go somewhere else.

Nice retreat. Good food, excellent wine list. 50% off on Tuesdays. Nice option if at the Dadeland mall.

it is a good place even if you are not shopping. super convenient being in dadeland mall. the ribs were spectacular! the white wine also!, the entrees, everything was really good! the tuna tostadas!!!, and the coconut cake!!!

Awesome food but the best part was our server who explained mainy of the menu items to us and offered us her opinions on our selections. She was very attentive and also advised us of some other places to stop while we were in Miami. Try the warm potato salad very different but very good.

I went there for lunch. The place is nice , spacious , good lighting, pleasant to seat in. Very comfortable. Now when it comes to food and drinks, I guess I was not lucky or it is the way people like. First I started with a Sangria, it was the special of the day and was $5 a glass. Since I am an aficionado of sangria, I asked if it was home made or from one of these badly prepared bottle. "sir, our sangria, has between 48 to 72 hours of maceration" , what a disappointment, tasted like red wine with a sirup flavor, a small piece of skin of apple, to give the illusion. The worst for me was that some people apparently enjoyed it. I guess I must be wrong. My wife had martinis, and they were good, Grey goose vodka, the glass was not filled to the rim not even close for $18.50 a drink at lunch time, a big surprise. Now when it came to food, the taste was good, the size of the portion were small. he Tuna tataki very good, but 5 little small slices, about an ounce of tuna, $15, the burger good, meat about 2 ounces. the coconut shrimps good . I saw dishes go by with fries and they look big portion of fries, on my burger the portion was so small that I thought it was for the sauce, but the fries were in and you could not see them from outside. To resume, the decor is very nice, the hostesses and waitresses are very nice and pleasant, the food quality is good, but the servings are small, at least for the dishes I chose. The sangria is a no no, the Martinis were good but almost $20 in a not filled glass seems a little unpleasant to my taste. The food was very long to come. I guess I agree with the other comment on the service, and the quality of the ingredient of the food, now when it comes to make a ratio price, quantity, quality, the ratio is negative. If you are there and you want to seat for lunch you can, if you are hungry , I guess you have other choices close by. I would not recommend the place, but if no alternative go there. On my comment, I put fine dining because of the price level.

The place and staff where great and so was the ambiance. The ingredience of the food was good but the taste was not. It was so with everything we orderd. Cook has has to better inspect the way the food is prepared.

This place has a pretty cool atmosphere and vibe. The fish tacos are average but the truffle fries are great. Excellent service and ambience make up for average food.

The worst experience of my entire life, I was trying to celebrate Valentine's Day with my boyfriend, we were dressed and presented for a nice night, when we arrived at this place the woman at the reception was throwing things in a grotesque way, You could tell that She was furious about something true, but I didn't expect her to take it out on us, she spoke to us with anger and contempt, she asked us for our phone number as if there were more people waiting, it was just us. , there were many unoccupied tables but she kept throwing things and cursing, I don't know why, she just didn't pay attention to us, she treated us terribly and when she left she even laughed at us in a grotesque and vulgar way, in the end we left to eat somewhere else with excellent service and we were able to forget the bad time we had in this horrible place! I don't recommend going, it's going to be a bad time! Thank you for listening to my horrible experience!

I couldn't say anything but that's the place where I've had the better burger so far. The food was very tasty, well served. The staff is friendly and the beer we had was very good. Now, this is a place very crowded, and very big as well, thus quite noisy. If you plan to go there for an intimate diner, this will not be a good pick. The prices are ok, a bit pricey for the burger but they really worth it considering the high quality of the ingredient and the preparation.

Visited this amazing place for the first time and it was love at first sight amazing food and our server she was amazing can’t recommend her name but she’s half Peruvian we love her

This place is inside the Dadeland Mall of Miami. The place itself is very well made, with a very up-to-date personality which made me feel identified. Food on the other hand was not as expected. (Not Bad, but not Great)

Lousy service. We sat for 15 minutes and the waitress came and went as if we were invisible. The evaluation ends here, because we got up and left without eating.

Been staying in the area for work and have tried a few restaurants. Ventured into Earls and have been a few times now, tends to be the busiest restaurant in the area. Plenty of seating though, so haven't experienced a wait. Have heard live music a few times, also has outdoor seating and a very large bar. Inside the Dadeland Mall on the 2nd floor. Besides good people watching, pretty interesting and eclectic menu. So far have tried the swordfish tacos - told they were pretty spicy but didn't find them that way; steak Bibimbap (traditional Korean dish); dry rub short ribs. All were good. A little on the pricey side...not really high, but more than a traditional pub. Found service to be so-so, have to wave sometimes to get a servers attention.

We have been to Earls before, but it's been awhile. The menu was completely different. We had made a reservation since it was Saturday night and it's in a shopping mall. We were seated immediately. The server, Andrea, was friendly and paid a lot of attention to us. The food was very good. The pork chop was huge and the portion of pasta was enough for 2. Drinks were good. Compared to other restaurants in the area, price was good. It's a nice place to eat and then walk around the center and window shop!

Is it me or is Miami more expensive then Los Angeles... 8 bucks for fries. Couldn't stay as a 6 oz pour from a 12 dollar bottle of wine was 14 bucks..nice friendly staff

We left an empty Cheesecake Factory that had such POOR service and walked not even 5 minutes away to Earls. What a welcoming difference....we were seated immediately by friendly staff our orders taken in less than 5 mins and the food was delicious. Good job Earls.

We arrived ask the hostess for a table of 4 waited about 20 minutes needless to say they had about 20 tables empty but we had to wait we sat down table was wet she cleaned it up gave us some menus and left later comes back takes our drinks and food order it arrived and the fries were soggy didn’t return it because of the wait time all in all chances are that I will not be returning to this mall restaurant that expensive for no reason

Had lunch here a couple of times. The decor is pleasing, the booths are comfortable, the service is friendly and the food is great but I just fail to understand the acoustics. No matter how many guests they have, the noise level is ear-shattering. The background music does nothing to help this. Maybe they should turn the volume down a bit, after all, that might help. OK, so they might be doubling as a sports bar, but during the lunch hours, please turn it down. But still: will probably visit again while at Dadeland Mall.

This place is always delicious, nice people, good service and a great atmosphere. It is casual and classy at the same time. There was a live salsa band playing last night. The food was great, loved the tuna tostadas.

It is a very nice place with a sophisticated, modern and delicious menu with gourmet touches that give things like a simple salmon a different flavor with many textures and we also had happy hour where the price is not so much a 2x1 but rather a reduction of the prices of their favorite dishes, the service was excellent and also the atmosphere highly recommended

Been before came back still good Nice and clean polite staff Hopefully it will continue so i can come back next year

I have gone there with family members on numerous occasions. Even though no place is perfect, this one is close to perfection in food quality, food creativeness and food cooked right. The servers are very attentive backed up what appears to be multi-levels of management.I have never seen a place run so well to this extent. I noticed when our server got tied up an actual manager came right in to do his job. In addition, being that I live close to Dadeland Mall, I am thankful that Earls has opened up in it. Also I have tried various appetizers and entrees and we are always pleased. Going back to Earls again will be an easy choice for us.

Had lunch while shopping at this open ,clean large restaurant on the second floor. There is a large balcony that I'm sure is nice at night. The kitchen is visible at the front of the restaurant which we feel is a good sign.

visited in Jan 2020 with 2 work buddies. had to wait 25 mins as a result of their popularity, no problem. unfortunately, there was not even room at the bar to have drinks...damn that's good business. it was well worth the wait. Service was prompt. the waitress was quite attentive, always ready and topping up our glasses, just the way it should be. The food was excellent, the atmosphere quite upbeat. Don't go there looking for a romantic atmosphere ok...wrong restaurant.

It was a Sunday afternoon and all the restaurants in the mall were pretty busy. We wanted something a little quiet, but no luck there. We chose Earls as it had a good menu selection. We didn't have to wait too long for a table, they send you a text when it is ready so you can still enjoy a wander around the shops. Waiting staff were attentive and friendly, although did bring the wrong lager, which seemed to be our fault! But the food made up for it, we had a salad to start which was really fresh and tasty and I had steak and sushi for my main. Very flavourful, but a little cold. I expect it was sat on the pass for a little too long as it was so busy. Price wise $100 for 2 x drinks a shared started and 2 mains, not unreasonable for Miami. Despite the food being a little cold, I would go again and I would also recommend it.

We went with several friends for a quick snack and stayed for nearly three hours. The drinks were out of this world and the meal was excellent. If you get lucky to have Francisco as your server, you will have the best experience ever.

We were pleasantly surprised to see such a nice restaurant in a mall. Well, to be fair, Dadeland is a nice, upscale mall, and Earls is located in the nice, upscale restaurant section, and it was really nice. The atmosphere is open, inviting, clean and upbeat. Service was great. The menu has a wide variety of choices including salads, meats and plant-based entrees. We had key lime pie for dessert, which was awesome, a huge dollop of real whipped cream on top. Enjoy!

Had dinner at Earles tonite. The restaurant was approx 75% full but was asked to wait 20 minutes which turned in to over half an hour. Waited another 20 minutes for a waitress to bring water and take our order. It was $5 margarita night so several of us ordered them...they were served in a small rocks glasses and were very watery. The martini ordered was undrinkable and returned....the manager offered to switch it ... the second one was ok. Food came after 40 minutes or so and was good.....not great. I don’t know if the wait staff is overwhelmed or lacks training but they seem to run around yet the service is not good. Our waitress was nice and polite. When the bill comes they process your card at the table which is good but if you choose the % option instead of dollar for the tip they add 15% for the tax. I never heard of tipping for tax.

We recently had dinner at Earls and it was spectacular. The food was amazing. I had the Steak and sushi. We also shared a spinach dip which was delicious. The drinks were very tasty. I had an Old Fashioned with Bourbon. Our server was Michael , who was so friendly and professional. he should be commended for making it a special family dinner.

Food is ok, service is not good at all, this is the second time I found the service very unsatisfactory , we had to wait ages for the food and drink and when we had finished the waitress brought us the bill, without us asking for it, plus hadn’t finished eating and my plate was whisked away. Staff definitely need training on customer service not good at all.

We walked into the Dadeland Mall looking for a table for 7 on a Friday night. Now I understand it's busy, but when the hostess tells you it's going to be an hour - hour & a half wait for a table and then you walk outside, open OpenTable and reserve that exact number of seats for 10 minutes later, it's a little ridiculous. That's exactly what happened to us. Once we were seated, the drinks took a long time to arrive but were decent and food was good. But we were baffled that they couldn't seat us and when we return 5 minutes later with a reservation they are able to.

I went with about 10 people and we decided to share a little bit of everything. October is $5 mojito month so we tried a few flavors. Everyone seemed to enjoy them. The place is very loud and noisy. At times it was hard to hold a conversation. They honored our reservation which with a large group is much appreciated. The garlic fried were delish. We tried both sushi rolls and the tuna tataki - very good. The ahi tuna salad was tasty and the garden salad with a piece of salmon on top was also good. 2 people tried the fish tacos and chicken tacos which was also good. We finished with the chocolate bread pudding - large enough for 4 of us to sure. This is a good mall restaurant. Our young waiter Raul was very good and knew the menu.

Fantastic Place to Dine! Friendly Staff at entrance, Courteous & Attentive table staff, Delicious & Plentiful plates - Need I say More?! The place was Overly Packed with Fun and Energetic people! The Bar was out of control with the single weekend crowd, All in All - A Great Place! GetSome!!

Food was acceptable -- restaurant was crowded when I visited and service was a bit spotty but understandable since the restaurant was packed. A pleasant space.

Service was good, great ambiance and beautiful restaurant. Food is average for its price. Sets high expectations when you walk in, but does not meet them. $15 for a burger and $16 for a salad that did not do the trick. Many options in Dadeland better than Earls.

This place has good atmosphere and nice bartenders but $70 for an overcooked steak and a glass of red wine is out of line. I'll go somewhere else next time. Thank you.

I went there on a Friday and surprisingly enough, this restaurant doesn't take reservations on one of the busiest days, which is not great as the wait time is about 30 to 35 minutes; we were not offered to sit at the bar (probably because it was full too) so you just have to hang around at the mall or outside, they have a waiting area, but it was also crammed. The restaurant has a nice decor and open kitchen, service was nice and friendly and our waitress was quite knowledgeable which was good. I thought the menu was quite limited in terms of lighter food like salads, prices range from $15 to around $30 and the quality is quite good. They have a special on cocktails on Fridays as well and they have a nice selection. I had the kung pao noodles which I highly recommend, the portion was big, but I ordered it, because it was the lightest in the menu. I would have been happier with a wider selection of salads, though. The music was way too loud so it doesn't allow for proper conversation if you are in a group; it wasn't quite an issue for me as it was only two of us. I recommend this place to have a fun evening with good food.

The frontdesk service is deplorable…the staff didn’t register our checking and we stayed waiting for a long time for nothing… Beside that, there was no reason to be waiting once during all the time we were outside there was many tables available. Only when we decided check what was happening with our checkin they figure out we were no registered and invited us to stay in one of the many available tables. Terrible experience I’ll not comeback anymore

We enjoy drinking and dining at Earls almost every time we are in the area. The service is always spectacular and the food and cocktails are amazing. I have never had a bad experience and I would recommend to anyone who is in the area or even if they just need a quick break in between shopping to stop in. I believe our servers name was Christina and she was on top of things and adorable as can be. We never had empty drinks or food plates in front of us. We look forward to Sunday brunches there also!

This places is amazing! Food was great, we have a few share plates( coconut shrimp and queso fundido) was amazing. Server was good!

Had an absolutely amazing experience dining at Earl's. Great Food and the patio views were to die for. My husband also loved being able to smoke his cigar on the patio.

Many choices on the menu. Surf and turf. Avocado toast are beautiful. 4 page wine list. Good ambiance and service. Open all day.

Sat at the bar for happy hour; asked the cutie blonde bartender for the happy hour menu. Both my wife and I ordered drinks and food from the menu. Bartender asked if we wanted drinks doubled and the burger with lettuce tomato and truffle fries... We agreed! She never mentioned an up charge! When the bill came; drinks were double and the burger did no longer qualify for the happy hour price... That is a scam and it's simply wrong! We will simply NEVER! go back. Oh and I forgot to mention that the burger is probably the worst in Miami. Burger King has got you beat by miles at 1/3 of the price.

Can't judge by that one visit, but... So, food is really good. I do wanna come back to try many other dishes, but I have to get it out of my chest: Please, please, please WORK ON YOUR SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY! First time in, got ignored for a whole 20-min lapse, no water, no nothing on our table until I went and asked to please be seen by a server... everything went smooth afterwards. Second time, got completely ignored by host and hostess (yes, two people were at the front who completely disregarded our arrival), so we had to go in and look for our party on our own. Anywho, will be back because I really liked the food and there are many things in the brunch menu I drool for! @FrancescaMusica

This is a great place to eat inside Dadeland Mall. You may also leave your car with the valet in the garage, and go to the restaurant with very limited mall exposure in case you just wish to eat. Had a lunch salad and it was delicious. Everybody's food looked good. We were in a big table and service was very good nevertheless. I also appreciated the decor.

We recently went to Earls for dinner. We did not have a reservation but were seated very fast. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and a great meal!

5 middle aged women are never easy to please! We had a great time at Earls! Good drinks, and really good dishes. We asked for appetizers and share them like tapas. The place was pretty crowded, mostly young crowd. Huge bar area! Really good service, even though it was so crowded.

We were there for dinner. Waiter took 10 mins to come to our table. We had to ask another waiter who our server was cause nobody had offered us drinks. Then they just brought sparkling water forgetting a sprite. Between appetizers and main course about 20 minute wait. 3 people in our party so nothing too hard to deal with. We ordered coffee, again 10 minutes after we were able to get a hold of our waiter, he had forgotten a coffee (out of 2 drinks ordered). Waitress was kind and apologetic yet service was poor. Not sure this is a repeat. Food was good for my son and myself, not great for my husband. It’s a shame.

The food is okay and quite pricey. I found it to be average. Nothing spectacular, however, I must rant and rave about their Moscow mule!! It's delicious! The servers are super busy and sometimes flighty so you have to track down your server to order more food or ask for the check.

Earl's was a great find after a morning of shopping. Earl's is big and airy with great atmosphere, open to Dadeland's second floor. Wait staff were quick and friendly. We shared an avocado toast and dynamite rolls, tasty. The "Marilyn Monroe" is great.

Excellent location with beautiful outdoor seating. The service and the food are great. The drinks are really good.

First time here, and it was great. The raspberry martini was so good. Wasn't that hungry so just ordered a burger. It was really good. The decor and staff were great. The bathrooms were clean. Recommend this place if your in the area.

The kids were in the mood for burgers, we were already in the mall shopping and decided to stop in here... The dry ribs, Royale w/cheese & the Clam Chowder are a must!! The frozen Peach Bellini is very tasty. And the service was excellent. We will definitely come back again.

We just happened to be xmas shopping and got really hungry. We saw Earls and the enviroment attracted us. The Pasta was fenomenal, it was real fresh made pasta! The meat was also great, I just wished it was a bigger portion, not kids meal size. The service was great also, very corteous and not overwhelming. We could not have imagined finding a restaurant of this quality in a mall.

Today we ate the brunch and the Virginia sweet ham had a really good twist to the eggs benedict. The sausage has is really good as well. Now if you are craving French toast it was ok, bread was a little tough to eat. But overall the good and presentation was great. I will definitely go back for brunch.

Went for a late luch while at the mall. We had the salmon and the ribs. The ribs were very good and fell off the bone. The salmon was small but it was very tasty. Our waitress did get lost alot but the mananger was extremelt friendly and helpful.

The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the meal took a long time to get to us.

Food was excellent....starting with the positive. We had swordfish tacos with Cesar salad, santa Fe chicken salad, Impossible Burger with garlic fries! All our orders had perfectly cooked meat (burger has no meat)! And we finished it off with a shared gingerbread cake! Also excellent. Sibwe were seated by Alex who was amazing and explained some if the specials and her favorites and why we chose what we chose but the service took a stop there. We sat for a good 10 minutes with not one server greeting us or serving water. Somehow a communication ball must have been dropped! I went and spoke to our hostess who got us a server ASAP. All good from then on! Beautiful location on second floor of Dadeland Mall.....we will be back! Harley was our server!

We ventured into the new food area on the second floor of Dadeland Mall (more upmarket than the Food Court) and decided to try Earl's. It was very busy but we were seated within 10 minutes thanks to the hardworking staff. We started with the Crispy Thai shrimp which was excellent thenI had the curry and it was very good although it could have been a touch spicier and my wife had the Pancetta Fettucini which she loved. we will certainly return!

We enjoyed our lunch outside on the patio. I thought the swordfish tacos were very good. Also, others in my group had the Salmon bowl and Seasonal Chicken Kale salad, both indicating they were delicious. Ignoring the service, this was an excellent meal. However, the service was not good, with lunch taking almost two hours to complete without any dessert. Our waiter disappeared after bringing us our drinks, and the manager ultimately came over and took our order. Three out of four of us eventually received our entrees, and the last one came out 10-15 minutes later. When we requested drink refills, it would take 10-20 minutes. And, we had to ask 3 different people to bring some sauce for a sandwich. If they can button down the service, this would be an awesome place to eat since it's in a good location and lots of outdoor and open air seating.

Earls was fabulous. We had a party of 5 adults, tried 5 dishes, 5 cocktails, and an appetizer and EVERYTHING was top notch. The calamari appetizer is worth the trip alone. Try the YUZU Collins.

Great flavors! Can't give 5 stars: waitress had no knowledge on menu ingredients, gluten, etc. water service delayed, blk bean soup - strong cumin flavor.Great food but not memorable!yes, will go back

Went in today for brunch with the family. I had always wanted to come but living up north made it a bit difficult. Dying to try their brunch, I ordered their steak w/ eggs while my wife ordered their ahi salad. My wife and I agreed that the salad was yummy and extremely fresh. The drink specials are a nice touch. At $5.00, they had a lime daiquiri special (which I thought were frozen but weren't). Still very refreshing! When food arrived, the steak w/ eggs and avocado brunch entree was delish! I'm looking forward to trying the entree again per managements request (my order had come out a bit cold and the managers Isabella and Lauren took notice and cared). The management team at Earl's tried extremely hard to ensure that I return on another occasion, ask for them, and give them another shot. This is impressive folks! Quite often, the staff and managers don't take the extra steps necessary to really inquire about a customers experience, follow through, and offer options for you to return and ensure that you have a positive experience with the restaurant / brand / food. I tip my hat off to Earl's and their staff (Isabella and Lauren) for trying their hardest to ensure that we had a great experience. We will surely be back to try out your other menu items! Thanks.

I was in shock to see how the severs were handling the silverware. From bartenders to servers. I saw servers grabbing glasses from the top putting their fingers, not to mention when the servers were filling the stations using their hands carrying all the silverware(Please try not to touch the part were customer put their mouth)Then you have to eat using the same. Hair was everywhere at my table. I guess notting the hair is not a requirement. I would consider twice before eating at this place again. Food was fine it seems the kitchen is doing great. floor manager is missing tremendously. Gm keep an eye on the floor

I am accustomed to Earls other restaurant in Toronto, so I thought i'd give Miami a try. My wife myself and my 6 month old son were placed at a booth next to the kitchen. Here we were exposed the the loud clamouring of kitchen staff as they arranged cutlery into plastic bins. This made for uncomfortable conversation so we asked to be moved to another table. Our server was not familiar with the menu and showed little interest in our comfort. We had to ask for knives and serving spoons for the appetizers and the Geera chicken entree. What was really unnerving was that while we were suffering for good service the mostly young cast of attendants really seemed to enjoy socialising with their co workers while sporadically checking in on restaurant guests. Finally, the desert we wanted had just been served the last on to a customer before us, which prompted the 'floor manager' to come to our table to notify us and divert our choice to another desert. This restaurant has potential however management should get serious about staff attitude toward the customers. I think I'll stick with dining at Earl's in Toronto in the future.

The restaurant was recommended by a client. Decided to try it out. My server Virginia was great and my food and drink came out way quicker than any place I know of and it tasted great! The ambience of the restaurant was also really good for a solo person. I didn't feel awkward like one would in most large restaurants.

Solid spot for drinks at the bar. Jana at the bar made this visit our best so far! Attentive yet relaxed approach is just what we were looking for tonight. Good martini, great sharing plates.

Lovely restaurant with great food, drinks and a brilliant vibe. Their fusion dishes are great. Try the truffle fries. The staff and friendly and great. Love to visit whenever I am in Miami.

The place os beautiful, the service was very good, the food was delicious but the french fries could be crunchier.

If I could give another half star I would but can't give 4 stars. Visited Earls for lunch last week. We sat outside on the patio - which was lovely. Our server, Adriana, was prompt to take our beverage orders while we scanned the menu. She was so friendly and funny! Drinks arrived quickly. We decided to split an order of the Baja Fish Tacos. They, too, came out quickly. This is where the experience took a turn. We absolutely hated the sauce on the tacos. It was BAD. Adriana saw right away that we were not eating. We told her our opinion of the sauce. She said 'no problem' and whisked the plate away. The manager was at the table in no time. Asked for our feedback and thanked us for our honesty. We ordered a filet. It was perfect! Served with delicious mashers. Overall, our experience was very positive but one really bad plate of tacos is a bit of a black eye. We would try Earls again...for the filet!

Earls is located inside Dadeland mall on the second level. There is seating inside, outside and at the bar. It has a very open feel because of the windows all around the restaurant. I came with my cousin on a Sunday for Brunch and were told the wait would be 20 minutes. After 25 minutes we asked what was going on because looking into the restaurant there were empty tables everywhere. Once inside we realized we could have sat at the bar. We know for next time. (My cousin and I wonder if they make people wait to create a buzz.) Our waitress attended to us and took our drink orders. I ordered bottomless mimosas for $9, but would have done just fine with one because it took a while to get the first one and then to get a refill took a while so when all was said and done I only had two. My cousin ordered coffee and that took a while as well. As for the food, I ordered the waffles, which came with seasonal fruit and whipped topping. They were really good. I also ordered a side of crispy potatoes. My cousin ordered the steak and eggs breakfast. The good part was that all plates were $8 for what they called their "Happy Hour" so that made it worth it. Overall to be seated was slow and service was a bit slow. However, the food was good. Good place to come and hang out in the Kendall area especially if you plan on going shopping in the mall.

went here for a bite to eat having just finished some shopping. The place is huge with a very nice bar area - where we sat in a booth. The atmosphere was good and the service great. All the waitresses look like their are from a robert palmer music video with black dresses and heavy jewelry - awesome!! We had the tuna, fried, wings, kale salad and one other thing off the app menu that i can't remember - overall everything was delicious. They have non alcoholic beer and cocktails which was great.

Didn't know this place existed until a friend suggested we meet there. The general area is part of the upgrade to Dadeland Mall that was done about 18 months ago. As for Earl's, they are a chain out of Canada, and this particular restaurant is the only one on the eastern seaboard ... The setting is pleasant. Open. Airy. Inviting. We were there for an early dinner, with seating adjacent to their busy bar area/happy hour. Next up was the service. Have to say it was only so-so. Rather robotic, and lacking in warmth. This from our hostess, and from the waiter. The waiter was rather nonchalant, and seemingly just trying to get through the day/shift with little interest in the customers. As for the food & beverage, we had a great salad, one of their signature salads that came with chicken. It was very nicely done. As for beverages, we went with two varieties of their beers, a delicious IPA being one. Its a shame the service staff doesn't have much of a hospitality minded approach as we'd enjoy going back ...

The restaurant looks great. That's it. Noisy beyond any acceptable level for a dining establishment. Took 1/2 hr. to get menus, 1/2 hr. to get served. Menu looked creative. That's it. Had Be Bim Bop, returned it. Did not resemble the Korean favorite. Settled for a $17 burger, horrible, way over done, no flavor. My dining partner had a pasta dish, cold and flavorless. Hostess and Servers had no clue as to menu, preparation or hospitality. Better quality and service at the Dadeland food Court. Will not go back.

We Went for brunch. Nice architecture, excellent service, good food. We ordered the egg Benedictine and eggs/stake. Loved it.

This review is a long time coming and based on at least 5 or 6 visits to Earls in the last two years. I REALLY wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but our visit last Saturday night was the last straw. First off, the place is well situated on the second level of the new build-out of Dadeland Mall. The staff is genuinely friendly and try to be accommodating. The restaurant/bar is well decorated and has a great vibe, although it can get loud at times, but that's to be expected. The dining area closest to the mall and kitchen are much quieter. The outdoor seating area is very nice, especially when the Miami summer temperatures drop. However, on each of our visits, which range from early lunch to late dinners, the table service has been so incredibly slow that it detracts from the entire experience. After being seated, it can be 10-15 minutes before a server appears at your table with menus and/or to take your drink order - regardless of how busy is the restaurant. Highly recommend ordering two drinks up front, because by the time your food arrives, your glass will be empty! Getting the server to return to your table in a timely manner to check on your meal and/or ask if you need anything is another challenge. On this last visit, the food arrived lukewarm, despite the restaurant being only 60% full. Clearly there is a staffing/training issue here which management should address. It's really a shame, this place has a lot of potential, but fails to deliver on service.

Restaurant is located in a nice part of town. Parking can be a little difficult at times but there is valet. Food is great especially their sushi and fish tacos. Everything is priced about right and the service is good. The atmosphere is good as well as the decor of the restaurant it's very pretty. If it's a nice day you should sit outside.

Vibrant mood, very popular and good food. Great after a shopping marathon at Dadeland Mall. I was on my own and I enjoyed a nice chicken, brie and fig sandwich with truffled fries and a nice Pinot Grigio. Groups of friends, couples and even a single lady like me can have a nice time!

Awesome setup! What a restaurant. Food is good, well prepared, served promptly. Really enjoyed the tacos. It's way above average alternative for Dadeland Mall. Will go back and try their bar.

My wife and I came here on Cinco de Mayo to eat dinner and have a few drinks. We had an attentive server who made recommendations and was polite and professional. The food and drinks were all good. Will definitely return if travels bring us back to Dadeland.

The food and drinks were amazing and the staff was attentive and friendly. I enjoyed having my meals on the terrace. If your in the area I highly recommend.

I. have visited this restaurant several times during my trips to Miami. The bar service is top-notch. The drink menu as well as the food menu is varied and well designed with good selections. I have never eaten there but I would gladly do so on my next trip. The only downside is the extremely loud music that makes customer conversations as well as customer-to-bar staff almost impossible. As a +60 guy with not-so-perfect hearing, I could not hear the bar staff due to the extremely loud ambient music. Several diners next to me (much younger than me) also complained about the loud music.

Had a couple of beers and the spicy tuna sushi press. It was incredible and the servers were sooo friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Two of the "big three" were a big hit ... the atmosphere, and the cuisine. Our service was lacking ... Earl's offers an airy, spacious environment that is most welcoming. While the music was too loud, the visuals were excellent. High marks with the setting. As for their menu, excellent. We feasted on their beef tips as an app, and that was a fabulous choice. The entrees included the salmon bowl (outstanding), veggie burger (terrific), salmon salad (fantastic), and their chicken salad (wow). Sadly, the service was a dud. Our server was a pleasant young lady who had either not been trained, is in the wrong position, or was having a bad day. This would have been a five star rating had we had decent service. In spite of this, we will go back ...

Everyone was amazing. From the hostess to the waiter back to the hostess. The drinks were great, like I would make them at home or better. The hostess sat us immediately even though our reservations was done for the wrong date. The waiter introduced us to new drinks 🍹. The Sunday brunch was spectacular everything done to our taste. When it was time to leave it was prompt and friendly. It was a great day! I really needed those courtesies that morning!

I went with a friend during happy hour and it was fantastic. Drinks and food excelent with very good prices; and live music. You can take a table inside or outside, depends how far you want to be from the action. It's a place where you can go with friends or with your couple. Highly recommended!!

Very upbeat young chic atmosphere, Very efficient staff and good food. I had the lobster roll plate which was fixed similar to the way it is done in New England,

Service was awesome, brunch/lunch so delicious! Highly recommend if you are in the mall! Great vibe! Complimentary prosecco with brunch!

I will start with service which was excellent. The four of us ordered different appetizers and different entrees and we all were pleased with our choices. Nice atmosphere for a Monday, busy place, but our waitress was pleasant but not overwhelming. It's a nice place to relax after shopping.

Very nice ambiance -- the waiters are extremely courteous and happy. Had an excellent Canjun chicken, food tastes fresh and well prepared. The hot potatoe salad is delicious. Great place to dine after a shopping day at Dadeland mall.

The service was by far the best in Miami. The atmosphere was young and hip. It was loud, but good, positive energy. I had the dry ribs; these were very flavorful little bites of meat. My husband had the Bibimbap. It was phenomenal. You could come here just for that and have a great experience. It is the best place in the mall.

Went there on a recommendation from my daughter who ate on the outside deck with a friend. We got seated inside, next to the kitchen. So we had waiters passing by us back and forth the entire evening. I ordered a drink and they did not have Tanqueray Gin....you call that a bar? The food was average but the service even worse. Don't bother with this place, despite the "ambiance" of sitting outside near the firepit...big deal.

We had the ribs they were awesome!! The view outside is nice, a nice view of the dadeland skyline. Great service,

Went for lunch with 10 friends. Due to size of party the service was slow. Food was good although portions were small. Had a drink and had to return it since it was watered down. Fries were also returned because they were cold. In other words, not my favorite place.

I appreciated the variety of the menu as we had two families from two different parts of the globe and we could all get something different that was good. They also gave the option of anything on the menu being cooked in a different way than was offered. Anything else The service was wonderful as well.

Stopped for some lunch at Earls I had a burgers with fries & I had to try the drink of the month it was a Mojito they have it all month for $5.00. also on Wednesdays they have Havana nights I haven’t gone but I will be posting soon and keep you up updated this spot is beautiful with great architecture If your in the Miami area stop by it’s in dadeland mall so if you want to do some shopping after that I definitely recommend it.

After passing Earls several times I finally decided it was time to see what it was all about. I am so glad I did. Perfect location to go with just about anyone. I personally went with my boyfriend and a group of close friends. In total it was 7 of us. We arrived around 10:30pm and barely had a wait. (Pro) We loved the the decor. Very upscale modern urban look. They offer out side seating (Pro) Had a great waiter (Pro) Great food I had the chicken Caesar it was great just got a little over whelming after a while but it was ok because the potion was pretty big so I was full by the time I felt like that. We had a few issues with drinks my friend had to send back her drink three times until she gave up but it made up that our waiter was very nice about it. All and all great place try it out!

Located basically in the mall, I was unsure what to expect. Pleasantly suprised!! Great atmosphere, a live Cuban band was playing in the background. It was opened up for that indoor/outdoor feel. The menu is great, and they adopt a sustainable approach to the menu, which was appreciated. Will visit again for sure.

We ate as a family and drank like one to; with a single dish for each one and a drink per person was US$ 50, w/o service fee. Food was good, fish and poke ball was really spicy but the BBQ ribs were nice to eat. No deserts

I love this place. I have also visited their location in downtown Toronto. I have been to Earl's for their brunches and often to dinner with friends. The service is superb, the food is good, and great drinks too. I highly recommend this place. tonight I had their blackened chicken breast and their amazing mango margaritas yummy. I'll be back soon for brunch!

Came in to this local mall joint because I heard great things about it. Ordered a pitcher of cucumber sangria. = awesome. Got the fish tacos and CRUNCH !!! Felt like I was a eating a potato chip taco. Over fried. I'll try the Sunday brunch because the menu looks great. Maybe the next time. See ya.

It hard not to be a fan of this place! This has become one of my favorite restaurants in the Miami. Everything from the exquisite food to the impeccable service sets them apart from their competitors. Consistency is the name of the "restaurant game", and they get it right every time. Keep it up!

This was my second stop in a quest for burger that day. They do have a pretty good burger, but the service left much to be desired. The servers like to huddle up in this area in the middle of the restaurant chitchatting and I even saw them playing with each other's hair. The food took forever to get there, and it seemed that was because the server was busy chatting with another. I saw the manager come get her and then they both came back to my food and another table's food. My glass was empty much of the time I was there but I could not get the attention of my server to ask for more water. When I needed ketchup for the fries I was able to get the attention of the other person she was talking to after a while so I could ask. The place is beautiful and the food is good, but their servers need a bit of training on what server's do SN: If you're a guy you may not mind as I think low cut tops are part of the uniform

I truly enjoyed my experience at Earl's, it surpassed my expectations. The Brunch menu has a lot of different options (Eggs Benedict, Chicken & Waffles, etc.) for low prices ($13 or $15) and very reasonable servings. The Brunch menu also includes Bottomless Mimosas for $25 and other drinks like the spiked coffee drink (it was awesome) for $5. The service was wonderful, I felt like the waiters really cared about the quality of service. I definitely recommend this place for a Brunch with the girls or even if you are planning to eat with family or a significant other. My girlfriends and I sat in the lounge area, which overlooked the downtown Dadeland area, it was very nice. The music was at a perfect volume because we were able to talk to each other without yelling at each other. I will definitely like to return to Earl's again for Brunch, and try the dinner menu at some point. Keep up the great work!

The Restaurant looks beautiful in decoration but service zero ! Food and drinks overpriced No one bring or mentioned the brunch menu, never again!

Overall a great atmosphere for work related lunches and happy hour. The menu is highly expansive and priced properly. Service is great as well. We sat in the lounge area as it was more “happening” definitely get the ribs or the truffle fries!

The ambience of the place is good and the place is a bit expensive. A lot of beer and wine options - seems like an cocktail paradise. Recommend sitting at the bar and the staff is pretty nice.

Large restaurant with a great menu. Large bar that includes an outside area. Music was jamming. Food good and good portions. Service very good. It was recommended by four people from a business meeting and it was worth the dinner.

Lunch with the guys is even better when you factor in the flow of attractive women in and outside the restaurant. Dadeland Mall at lunchtime is alive with shoppers and people like us here for a business lunch. Parking in a word sucks although valet is available and the garage is next door. The menu is varied and I am kidded by the guys as I order a burger. The Kale salad was not a big hit amongst us. Evenings are for the bar but we have not been here for dinner - Parking problem and mall traffic are turn offs.

Fab restaurant in the heart of a busy mall...good fusion style eats, good service, different menu choices, but quite good...been there a few time with family, friends, and colleagues...for networking. Great atmosphere.

We ordered one coconut shrimp and a shrimp ceasar salad. Nothing had taste. Shrimps have changed and are now much smaller with no coconut batter. The ceasar salad was the worst, we have had these two dishes two months ago and they were far better. Seems like management or owner changed. Bar scene looks and still is very good. But that's about it. Quite a shame. So sorry for this review.

First time we went we had a great time so i decided to go on my 40th birthday and was a nightmare, service was awful, food was cold and not really good. I was the last to get my food after 2 hours!!!

We went on a Saturday for lunch, 5 of us, ordered several plates including some breakfast items. My wife asked for eggs, potatoes and bacon. We asked if we could have some bread or toast with her plate and they brought us ONE single slice of bread 4 in x 2 in.....ok.....then we asked for a second slice (same size)...... The check arrived and guess what? $0.50 per slice of bread!!!! Seriously? You charged for a slice of bread? And guess what?.....you just lost 5 customers forever. Terrible way of doing things.

We went to Earls when at the mall and were surprised at the standard of restaurant considering its location. Good place to have a meal when shopping, and perhaps a cocktail! Do this after shopping though as may cause additional spending!

Great atmosphere, nice decoration and comfortable space. The menu is expansive with full of options. Very good quality of food , tasty with a nice presentation. Prices are fair. The problem is the service. One of the hostess was literally lost and the servers were just a few, trying to do the best but in a totally disorganized situation. Maybe it is a management problem, but easier to fix it. The place has everything to be a success.

The place is really nice and stylish, but the high bench seat not do comfortable. Food is good but nothing spectacular, we had noodles (too heavy) and calamari. They do not have kids menu.

In traveling for business, I've now been to Earl's on two separate occasions. The calamari and shrimp appetizer are generous portions and very good. Both times I shared salads and as the portion size is generous, it was a good decision. The warm potatoe salad is super yummy. There is a nice wine selection as well. The seating outside is nice, though we did have to move due to folks smoking while eating.

No Hostess to seat us. When finally an employee pointed us to a section where to sit we didn't know who was our server. When we asked another employee for menus he was surly, and acted like he didn't care. After a wait finally a server came to our table. She seemed friendly and tried to make up for lacking customer service from other employees. We had to wait a long time for our food which was completely underwhelming. Unseasoned, lacking any taste, style, or presentation. There were not that many patrons, and there was plenty of staff on hand. There should not have been so much waiting for such poor service. The whole bad experience was a shame. It was our first visit and the actual space of the restaurant was very attractive and we were hoping to have found a great new place. Unfortunately the dining experience was poor. We will NOT return.

Always a good time. Good food and drink prices for happy hour. Love their crispy ribs. Great lunch place in dadeland. Beautiful view from their outside terrace.

I've been to Earls many times for business lunches and thought to take my friend for dinner and some drinks. Although service is usually slow this evening it was like pulling teeth. It seems that they were understaffed but the waitress was very nice. However, when we disputed an item on our final bill her attitude quickly changed. She did correct the bill but it killed the vibe for the night. The drinks were also inconsistent.

Nice place to have some very good food. I thought it was pricey for basically burgers. Let's not take away a nice atmosphere and good service

Was revisiting last week following a previously disappointing experience. we sat outside, the service was prompt and professional ordered the main burger, it was delicious and the beer was cold and good. was a good experience all round, will be back

For business lunch is ideal. For happy hour too. Tuesdays half price wine bottles. The salmon is good and spinach dip too.

I really wasn't too happy. On a Friday night we wait about 35 minutes for a table, than another 20 for the drinks. The food was ok but not amazing. For a mall area it was ok. The price was average for the location. Crazy about coming back nohhhh.

To start the pm manager Hellery Colon accommodated my guest and I upon our arrival. I asked to be seated on an area for light fairs. Our server arrived immediately name Kristy. Personality and knowledge of menu was superb. Great recommendations. We had the paloma, old fashion and I tried the man of fuego. We tried the sushi roll dynamite. Hellery sent out the warm spinach + 3 cheese dip outrageous. Over all 5 stars the place is a must to visit ambiance is excellent. If you really want to experience a great place this is the place. Take it from me. Come visit and see Kristy the best.

Clean place, good food with great taste and reasonable portions and price, very good service. I will surely return, either with my daughter like this time or solo or with friends

This restaurant is always busy.. and with good reason. They have great food, a lovely staff, and an awesome happy hour. Earls is the best decision for a lunch out with the girls, or the boys, or with your family on Sunday. This has to be one of the best locations I have visited so far in south miami. This includes the overall atmosphere and ambiance, aesthetics, and food. The cool part about the menu is that it always changes! There are always new things to try. Oh and the plates are huge! What I would recommend is their focaccia. If you decide to choose the pasta.. you might want to share it. It’s a great place for families and friends. Would definitely recommend it!

We had to wait 45 minutes for our food when they we very late to bring us our order I asked for the check we wanted to leave because we did not want to wait more the smart waitress brought my check which include charge for the food which they did not bring I do not recommend any one to eat at earls Miami dadeland service Is terrible

Went with friends for lunch even I said to my self I will never go there again after couple of really Bad experience but decided to give them another chance I was very surprised like going to new place , food was good ,very reasonable price and the biggest surprise was the service, our waitress Sarah made the big difference very kind with a lovely smile ,very professional and knowledgeable with excellent service For sure will go back there and Sarah is the reason

We went to this restaurant on a Thursday night and ask a table for 7, they told us 45 minutes bur probably less, we need to wait for more than an hour and complain to get a table but we were ok and know that it sometimes happen with a full place. The problem was we order and need to wait a looong time to have our food what we can understand as we were in a full place. Our food arrived and received only 5 plates, they had a mistake with our order and took forever to solve. General review the food is average, prices are a little high for the quality. In general was not a good experience for us.

Unfortunately, Earls is the only place open after 10pm in SW Miami on a weeknight. We had an arrogant, useless waiter who hardly attended our table but spent plenty of time standing around conversing among fellow employees in the back. We endured extremely loud boombox pop music for two hours for what could have been reduced to 1-hour had our waiter attended our table. The only time he paid careful attention was when he shoved the handheld payment and tip machine in our face, even looking at the tip in front of us (we always tip well despite bad service, afterall it’s Miami so expect it). We stopped going to Earls after Covid because the menu went from fine dining dinner entrees to cheap bar food - and the latter is what they serve now. It might be a descent nightclub experience for college kids hanging out munching on overpriced small bites and happy hour drinking but not for families or couples seeking good food and conversation.

Earls is a nice restaurant at the Dadeland Mall. Brunch is really nice on Sundays. Menu has a great variety of options from Sushi to Burgers. Service and Price is good too.

RICKY!!! Bartender Is awesome !!! What a juggernaut! He could work any bar in the country/world! Food is great Drinks are superb Atmosphere is exceptional As a General manager of one of the larger successful restaurant in south Florida I am impressed. KIND REGARDS,

We had a great dinner at Earls at the Dadeland Mall in Miami, very nice location, excellent service from the host , to the waitress Gaby and the person in charge. We asked Gaby to suggest the dishes and she was right , to start Sicilian calamari and a mixed green salad, then we had 8 oz Sirloin with mushrooms , the meat was perfect, Kung Pao with chicken, it was very spicy but great, and a full rack of ribs, perfectly cooked with a delicious flavor . If I have to criticize something will be that from the starter to the main dish took them a while to serve us, the restaurant was full but I guess they are always full on a Saturday night. Earls is a restaurant I will repeat.

We came to dinner a couple weeks Ago with my boyfriend and friends and it was delicious. We order steak and sushi, the salmon, burger and baby kale potatoes salad. Everything was delicious above all the salad and the salmon with delicious asparagus. The service is also great ! I recommend

I contacted Sarah Benhamo the event manager in Earl's in Dadeland to coordinate a little surprise Bridal party for my daughter in law. I was very pleased with her service, her attendace to any needs that any of my party had. She and Devon (the main server) were extraordinary with my party ...they accomodated us in a timely and fashionable manner. We had a great time...food was good drinks excellent we were able to take ornaments and balloons ...They even open earlier for me to set up the area..will do another event at this restaurant..I highly recommend it ...special thanks to SARAH BENHAMO and her assistant DEVON for a great service and it was a pleasure doing business with this restaurant. Anna

The staff must all either be related and/or workout at the same gym, because all the waiters look alike.....which lead to much laughter between my party and I think 2 or 3 different waiters that served us (or that we bothered) that evening. All of the staff was very professional and responsive. Service was quick for a Friday night, and food was well prepared. Only complaint is that I left hungry - as the portions were just not large enough (largest steak was only 10oz). Will return though and highly recommend.

I came to eat on a Saturday afternoon with my family and the food was really good but the service was extraordinary! The menu has dishes for eberybody What a great addition to Dadeland mall !

It was our first time in Miami and we just happened on Earl’s! It’s located very near the cruise port and surrounded by little shops and other restaurants. The food was excellent (and reasonably priced)! We spoke with Sam, the Manager, ( picture attached) and appreciated her friendly conversation! Next time we’re in Miami we will definitely eat there!

Started with children showing us our reservation ticket stating DO NOT put with Max. Along with 'associations': NOT MAX. Max is a child who was referred to apply there years after our families' business at said restaurant. Then we had to experience & witness high school behavior amongst employees wh9 were obviously speaking about & looking at us, making us extremely uncomfortable! Then they offer a free round of drinks for the disrespect. THEN they admitted they 'forgot' the alcohol in the 3 said drinks aftwr we asked. THEN they sent said employee to our table (while finally eating) for some forced fake apology which we did not want nor need 30 monutes later! THEN, some child manager came to threaten me as a grown adult claiming I disobeyed their 'sign' regarding respecting the EMPLOYEES because I didnt want to listen to some child apologize for ruining our dinner (as im eating) and any future returns after 4 years of being a customer ! This isn't some cheap place with no training! The high school atmosphere of staff is ruining the brand! Thank Maxwell for losing business! If we wanted to deal with immature staff, embarrassment & unprofessionalism, we would go to Applebee's! Disgraceful! The employees vape on site, there are bugs on the wall and we still frequented! Unacceptable! We will be following up! Left after said manager stopped our meal leaving behind half my steak!

we went in a small group after work - just ordering stellas, we ended up ordering when we got delivery and STILL finished our next ones before the following round turned up Obviously some issues with service, however, still a fun vibe if in this part of town

Earl's is a delightful, open and airy location atop Dadeland Mall in Kendall. Fairly easy to find, but one caution is the parking. It can be tricky! Our service was friendly and efficient. The menu is excellent. We both had salads, and were delicious and huge. Will go back in a flash!

I went with my family on a Subday afternoon and even though everything was full, they accommodated us very quickly. Waitress was super nice and wasable to give some options for my picky eater. Food was good and the open kitchen make it so inviting!!

Very good food -from appetizers to dessert- and excellent service. Nice decor and ambience. The menu is not that long but everything we tried was really good! It was a nice surprise to find this excellent option at Dadeland Mall!

I've been here before and I really liked it so my family and I went back. Really bad experience the second time around. Horrible customer service. Ordered an appetizer to share and they did not provided any side plates. My husband order a beer and they brought it without a glass, asked for a glass and they took a long time to bring it. The food was not good at all, I could've order the same food somewhere else for much cheaper. I order a burger cooked very well done and it came out Medium. Clam chowder not so good. I was very disappointed because the last time I visited this restaurant it was really good! **update** My mother who had the clam chowder and a Cesar salad started vomiting excessively, she has never vomited like that EVER! Definitely one of the worst experiences.

We ate at Earls tonight after the suggestion from a friend. We were not disappointed. Earls in the Dadeland Mall is a well-run restaurant. The food was excellent. The service was impeccable. Our server was Eddie and he did an outstanding job of making my 14-year-old daughter's birthday dinner one to remember. It was the small extra thoughtful things he did, the card, flowers, and dessert that really stood out. I really appreciated his attentiveness to her needs tonight. His manager Evan was also very good. He did a good job of backing Eddie up and making sure we had all our needs met throughout our time at Earls. Overall the team seemed to work well together and we enjoyed our experience. I would highly recommend Earls for a nice dinner out with friends or family. And I would recommend Eddie as your server!

We stopped around noon and food was quick and right on point, Francisco did a good job taking care of us! Albert (Manager) was very professional and made sure we had a pleasant experience!! I'll surely be back!

Went last Friday with a few of my friends and their wives. Great atmosphere and amazing music! Drinks are on point and servers are very attentive and professional

The waiter, Eddie, was polite. He gave us flowers, cards, and dissert. It The food was delicious. I would definitely go back.

You can't beat the convenience of a restaurant in a mall. Even better when the waiter is on his A game. Jose is definitely the best waiter we have experienced in a long time: knowledgeable of the menu and providing many suggestions which were all on point. He was also very attentive. The mashed avocado toast was great. The ribs were okay. First experience with a warm potato salad which was interesting. The clam chowder was amazing! Overall a wonderful experience driven by the solid customer service from Jose.

Simple terrible food and service. Chicken terriyake with no chicken, over cooked steak, never getting our drinks and they never evening brought us our check. A 45 minute lunch took over two hours. Just terrible service.

Called in here for an early dinner. The place was much larger than it seemed initially and we weren't able to eat outside. No reason was given. The waitress was extremely helpful and gave us lots of tips on what to see in miami. We had ribs and cajun chicken with sides and a bottle of wine. Really enjoyed the atmosphere although a little loud at times

We had dinner there saturday night. The place was crowded but we were able to be seated right away. The service was excellent and the ambience was nice. However, the food is pricey and not so good. My wife ordered a Kung Pao Asian dish which was tasteless. I had a burger which was very good, but at $17 is pricey. The tomato thai soup was bland. The drinks are expensive as well.

I have been to this restaurant several times, but the last time will be the last. Let me start by saying that the food is great, which is the disappointing part about writing this review. I would love to give this restaurant a better review, it has a good location, great food, but the WORST service. The staff do not communicate well, the hostess told us our reserved table was not ready and we would have to wait 15 minutes, meanwhile the table was already ready and waiting for us... UGH. Then the waitress who was VERY nice was the slowest person on the planet. They put 3 large tables in her section and left other staff with 1 table of 4 each... bad planning. A 1 hour work lunch took 2 and half hours. We spent half the time waiting for the waitress to just come to the table. No waters, no bill, she slower then molasses. Icing on the cake was when we asked another server to get our waitress and she LITERALLY rolled her eyes at us. Blatantly annoyed at us... FOR REAL?!?!?!?!?! It is really too bad because the food was tasty, the drinks are great, the dessert is incredible, but the service is terrible.

I sat down at the larger bar and ordered the sushi platter and water. It came with one chopstick. I could not get the attention of anyone to get another set! They did not give you soy sauce? I ordered extra wasabi which was not there and I never got. When I finally got the chopsticks and soy sauce I needed the bowl for the sauce. By the time I started eating I needed more water. It was impossible to get any help at all. The tuna was fresh and good. The other two rolls dragon and dynamite were adequate. I was able to get the check. Frankly, the service was so bad I probably will not return for a long time. The wait staff spent the entire time talking to each other and ignoring the customers.

The atmosphere was very relaxing. We ordered food from the brunch and lunch menu and was not disappointed at all. The ceasar Bloody Mary was delicious and I don't even like Bloody Marys.

We know Earl's from Canada and always loved the ambiance, good quality, and efficient service. So knowing its busy we made a reservation. Our reservation was not respected (miscalculated the times some tables would be available --- lack of experience probably) and waited 25 mi to be seated. While drinks were fast we waited another 30 mins for bread! 55min in we had just our drinks and nothing more. Come for the food but certainly not the service. You better have a LOT of patience. I'm not coming back here because of it.

Place for a burger and a beer or wine in the cup while your wife shops. Noisy, but comfortable and adequate care.

This place has all the makings of a wonderful restaurant - great décor, interesting menu, perfect location in Dadeland Mall. And yet the restaurant seemed to miss the mark on many counts. The biggest problem is clearly in the service. Our waitress was very young (almost the entire wait staff is extremely young) and didn't seem to understand the system in the restaurant well or could anticipate the needs of the diner. For example, we ordered a pitcher of sangria ($25) and she never brought glasses. We asked again and she said they were out of wine glasses. Eventually we found some water glasses on our own sitting out on a service tray and used them. We then ordered nachos ($13 plus $3 for chicken) and an unsuccessfully conceived Sicilian calamari (also around $13) -- and she delivered the food but brought no plates. When you pay a premium for upper end food (such as an $18 burger), you expect top notch service. And we didn't get it. I noticed that many of the employees seemed to be arguing in the open kitchen and the service staff did not operate as a team. There are some very good food choices to be had and the food itself was good but maybe not great. But our poor service was an overwhelming miss.

We have eaten here twice within the last month. The first time was a Saturday and the restaurant was very busy and it is noisy but the food is great. The fish tacos are very spicy so if you don't like spice, you can have it on the side. My daughter had a salad the first time and a steak the second time and both were fresh and delicious. The service is good. I will eat here again
Good Food and Good Prices!
My wife and I ate at Earls after a day of shopping at Dadeland. The food was surprisingly good. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was open and fun! The drink special was good and price was reasonable. Earls was a pleasant dining experience.
