Although you make reservations, there is still at least an hour wait, but that’s expected and known by my husband and I since we dine there quite a few times a year. The wait was unusually long this night and service was subpar, at best. Table attendant did not acknowledge us, we had to ask him if he could take our order, very inattentive to our table, brought the wrong drinks to our table several times, and was otherwise distracted and did not provide the proper service that would be expected at a fine dining establishment. Needless to say, we were disappointed with our visit to Eddie V’s tonight, especially since it was our anniversary.

Brandon really is the man at this restaurant. We had a great evening in no small part to his friendly service! The food was great and the overall experience was even better!

I read about this restaurant on line and wanted to try it however, we were unable to reserve a table on line so we reserved at another restaurant on the same street. On the way we took a chance and stopped to ask if we could be seated and the hostess said “ absolutely “ . We cancelled our other reservation and stayed. What a great choice. Our server Justine was knowledgeable, funny and attentive. We asked him for recommendations and boy are we glad we did. The lobster bisque soup was one of the best I ever had - and the way it was presented was unique. Our seafood was tasty and so were the “ sides “. I would definitely go back.

I usually like to take you off the beaten path for excellent dining experiences and incredible food. Today I am still going to do that - but this is so much more about the staff than it is the excellent dining experience, beautiful venue, and incredible food… I’ll start with the food.. One of the few places in Central Florida that does caviar very well. Great presentation and an even better 12g of Imperial Ossetra. When you go to Eddie V’s the Crab Fried Rice is a must (no exceptions). Then it was on the Sea Bass and the Parmesan Sole. Both of these dishes are fantastic and very easy to eat. Here is where I drift a bit away from the norm - and I think this is always important, but especially now with staffing being such a luxury (especially in hospitality and food service) and focus on staff… From the moment you arrive until the moment you get back in your car to leave - you encounter some of the best trained, most professional, and friendly staff in the business. This isn’t a one off, this is a consistent experience with this crew… and it is the same crew every time. But this entry is about two very specific members of staff. All the managers are great - but Justin stands-out. I have had several opportunities to communicate with Justin. The first was to request to bring flowers before a reservation to have at the table when we arrived… Not only was he accommodating, he went out of his way to make sure the table - and the evening - were perfect. In fact, the only time I have ever talked to Justin, or anyone in management, has been to compliment a member (or members) of staff and talk about what is “Going Right”. But this report is really about Day. She is a young, beautiful soul, with a 10, 000 Watt smile, and is an absolute natural at high-end service. I met her at this location just a few months ago when she was a Server’s Assistant. You could tell then that she was passionate about what she was doing and was hungry for more (see what I did there - All kidding aside, she is outstanding). She let us know on that visit she was going into training to become a Server - and I assured her that night she was going to excel in this industry, and when I came back I would be asking for her. She was the Server (by request - Thank you Justin) on this visit and she exemplifies all that is right in life, restaurants, and Eddie V’s. Eddie V’s you are doing incredibly well in your hiring, training, service, venues, food, and the overall experience. THANK YOU - Keep up the great work!

Ahh-maa-zing! No, seriously…. Best food and service we’ve had in a long time. The seafood big Eddie tower was delicious, so fresh and they let us substitute the oysters without one issue. Highly recommend it! I do wish they had the cool little tea light butter warmers to go with it… but it was still fantastic. We will return, and this is now one of our new favorite place for business dinners! Also, the Mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, bana foster and creme brûlée were table favorites! The entrees were all amazing too. Oh, and those signature diamond cocktails… wow. There were multiple of those enjoyed as well!

First dinner at this place ... which was a very positive experience. Even compared to established places like Capital Grille or others. Very nice staff takes very well care of the guests, can answer any question and serve excellent food coming from the kitchen. The surf-and-turf was probably among the best ever served. Wine selection is very good, although not overbearing. Reasonable pricing for such a place is another bonus here ..

So the steak was perfect. The Chilean Sea bass sublime. The drinks especially the whistle pig Manhattan were a 10. But what really got me was that my 4 friends got in a small accident in the way. My buddies back was hurting. So the staff( who was insanely busy) kept asking him what they could do. Got him an ice pack twice. Served him martinis without him asking and called and paid for a Lyft to get him back to the hotel early. And NO. the accident was not on property. I mean…. Who does that. Sometimes it’s not about training and procedure and tips. It’s just about being good people.

Hats off to Chef Roy who made me this amazing and delicious gluten free crab cake. The food and service (Connor) were top notch. I love this place, it is our favorite restaurant. Thank you

We started with a wedge salad, which they split and chopped for us--very good. For entrees, I had the Parmesan-crusted sole, which was unbelievably good. I've usually eaten sole Dover-style, which is soft and flavorful. This had a crunch crust and preserved the delicate flavor. My husband had scallops and they were very good. He added the au gratin potatoes, which were delicious--if not healthy! For dessert we shared the grand mariner-soaked berries with creme fraise and it was excellent.

We are from out of town and wanted a nice dinner. Eddie Vs did not disappoint. We will definitely come back. Jackie did an amazing job and the made the experience very enjoyable! Get the crab fried rice!

Food excellent, service by Shelly was impeccable, we can’t say enough about how enjoyable our anniversary dinner here was! Atmosphere and ambience, Eddy V’ s did not disappoint!!

Went to Eddie V's with a group from work. They took such great care of all 11 of us. We had an amazing variety of sea food. Crab legs were great, both the hot ones and the ones on ice. I love crab!! Crab cakes were also wonderful. I got the Filet Mignon, cooked medium, PERFECTION!!! Even had a taste of the calamari, was good. Deserts were yummy. Since there were so many of us, we shared a lot of different menu items. It was ALL good!!

Visiting from Miami. The Happy Hour was great thanks to bar area Server Jennifer Y. The Hostess Reception desk was slow to figure out tables but once seated Jennifer Y. made sure we had an awesome experience. The Spicy Margarita was very refreshing and tasty (had 3! ). The Calamari is extra delicious (and big) with a touch of spice to make it zesty. The West Coast Sun Hollow raw oysters were fresh. Recommended also the Lobster tempura with its delicate tasty sauce. My wife loved the Steak Tartare as well. Manager Anthony Traum’s visit to the table was an extra treat of appreciation… We will be back tomorrow with friends. Cheers!

Best steak I have ever had...the bone-in NY Strip was outstanding and coupled with the service it was a 5 star experience. I will be back

We’ve heard great things about this restaurant from friends, so we decided to go for my birthday, and I’m so glad we did. Delicious food, great drink choices, amazing ambience and superb service. We agree that this was overall the best meal we’ve ever had at a restaurant. I would highly recommend Eddie V’s.

The evening was exquisite! The management was noticed greeting every table and was genuine and pleasant. We had Diego G and Jackie (sp) as our table wait staff and we appreciated the unobtrusive way Jackie filled our drinks and replaced already used silverware without being asked to. Diego made suggestions and recommendations when we asked and his suggestions were spot on!! The food was superb, came as ordered and tasted divine!!! I'm a wheelchair user and was pleasantly impressed by the attentiveness of the entire staff. Kudos to everyone for making it a memorable night!!! Will definitely go back.

As a surprise, we brought our parents here for their 55th anniversary. Eddie V’s made it so special for them.... an anniversary card, rose petals and two glasses of champagne. We had a lovely window seat, a delicious meal, scrumptious desserts and suburb service. It was an amazing experience and will be a lasting treasured memory.

Go to the lounge for happy hour or stay for the music. Both experiences are memorable. Excellent food and service and the evening music makes for a joyful evening.

Do not eat here. They fraudulently overcharged my credit card by $437 for a total charge of $900. I have notified my bank of the fraud charges and have made a complaint to the TN attorney general. To add insult to injury, the service was poor and 3 out of 4 of us had food poisoning.

I love you can rsvp on line. The restruant decorum was elegant,customer service,food and facility was quality. Our sever was personable and made the night special. My love and I love Eddie's. He was able to get a juicy well cooked steak and my bass was favorable and steam perfectly. The other customers energy was positive as well and the dinning room was filled with laughter and talking.

Extremely nice resturant. Just happened by it with my wife on her birthday. We got there just as they opened in the afternoon and were seated in 5 minutes (make reservations, we were just lucky). I had the 10 ounce filled, my wife had the salmon. Both dishes were fantastic, especially the fillet mignon. Prices were much more reasonable than I expected. They actually made a Happy Birthday card for her, presented her with a red rose, as well as a compliment dessert that had the Happy Birthday message. It was very impressive. My wife was so thrilled. Wonderful people with bright smiles all around.

Absolutely delicious!!! From the wine to the warm bread everything we ate was delicious! Full of flavour, lovely staff, great atmosphere with live music , you will not be disappointed. The potato gratin and spinach were incredible and the creme Brûlée was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Excellent in every way, food, service, atmosphere, etc. The Chilean Sea Bass is spectacular. It's the second time we go.

As always, we had an amazing experience here last night. The food, service, attention to detail, and ambiance is like none other. Our server Alexia is absolutely the best! We’ve been to many restaurants but Eddie V’s never disappoints. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special. We were celebrating a gender reveal and everything was simply perfect. We’ll forever be grateful to the beautiful memories made here last night.

The food was extremelly overpriced and dissapontingly poor in quality. But maybe grab a coffee and watch the sunset — it could be the only thing on the menu that won’t disappoint.

We love Eddie V's! We had an excellent and memorable birthday dinner. Every member of the staff was pleasant and eager to meet whatever needs we had. If you go sit in the bar and have Bithiah serve you, she’s got a personality plus attentiveness to detail and great demeanor. Food was awesome! Try the Bananas Foster. Delis!

First time ordering there and we were really impressed! Great service and food. Price matches quality. Highly recommend. Steve answered my call and was helpful, pleasant, and professional. Our food was delivered to our home due to the pandemic and Brad delivered on time. He had sanitized everything before handing it to me and was friendly and polite. Our order was correct and delicious! When you want a nice meal delivered or when the restaurant can serve again, this is the place to go!

My wife and I went to EV's last night for what we thought was going to be a fantastic dinner. We had been waiting for months for this dinner night. What we experienced was a terrible meal and an overall bad experience. The steaks were bad. The salads were bad. We spent over $200 for a meal that wasn't worth $25. I've had much better food at our local Rodeo Diner. It was proof that, just because it is expensive, doesn't mean it will be good. Our Waiter John was the only good thing about our dinner. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

WOW! First time eating at this restaurant and it won’t be the last! Their attention to detail is second to none, the service is out of this world and the food is delicious. It was a birthday celebration and they went above and beyond for us there was even a card and confetti on our table when we were seated. We have been coming to Orlando for years and can’t believe we have never tried this restaurant before 10/10 recommend.

Waited an hour and a half to be served. Order not correct. Manager not really helpful—desert “bribe” was insulting. Will never go there again

Eddie Vs is a fine dining chain that never disappoints. We have been to these all across the country and I would have to say the Orlando location is probably our favorite. Service is always good and food is great.

Great solo dinner at Eddie V’s. This is my second trip as the first was in Nashville. DIO did an incredible job as my server. I had a gin martini and six blue pointe oysters for starters. I also ate too much of the fabulous bread. I decided to have the Bronzino which was wonderful. Very light and prepared as expected. The only complaint I would have what that it was very cold and the Restaurant. I would definitely return the next time I am in Orlando.

We recently moved to Tampa this year. We have been fortunate to have traveled extensively and eaten at some awesome restaurants. The experience this week at Eddie V's was memorable. The food was so well prepared and presented and the service was a 10 out of 10. The place was full, but the noise level was acceptable where normal conversation was possible. Would highly recommend as it is apparent that this restaurant performs at a high level day in and day out...From the kitchen to the front desk, this restaurant is professionally managed. Kudos to Mark R. our server. His professionalism was refreshing.

The best place to spend a special evening. We revisited again this year for our joint birthdays and were more pleased than last year, especially since our complaint of music too loud had been addressed. We were seated exactly where I'd requested when I booked online, promptly served our drinks, and, of course, the food was stupendous as usual, The scallops were applaudable, the lobster moist and flavorful and stead cooked to tender precision. Kudos! Our waiter should be up for employee of the year, as he was attentive but not hovering, knowledgeable, great sense of humor, etc.

The service was amazing, we told Eddie’s that it was our anniversary and they made a real fuss of us, complimentary fizz and dessert which was lovely. The food and wine was outstanding.

Our dinner during Magical Dining was Superb! Probably one of the best filet mignon we have had in a very long time. The staff was very friendly and extremely attentive. I ordered my filet between medium and medium well, as they called it medium plus and it arrived medium. I cut into it, communicated that it was not medium plus, they immediately took it back to cook it more, and within a very short amount of time, it was delivered perfectly. The caesar salad was delicious, the filet was tender and mouthwatering, and the bananas foster was the "icing on the cake". What a perfect meal! We went mid week and the restaurant was very vibrant. The tables were socially distanced very well, all staff obviously wore masks and we felt extremely safe there. Would definitely return.

Service, ambiance and quality of food is exceptional. A little pricey but well worth the money because the experience is fabulous. We were there with our daughter’s family and one of my Grandaughter’s requested a cherry coke which they do not serve. Our waiter had another employee run out and purchase a bottle and that is the first time I have ever seen this done by any restaurant. This is not your typical tourist restaurant although it is located in the general area although some tourist might find this within their budget. Dress is sort of corporate casual and we did see someone turned away as we were checking in because they were dressed very inappropriately. I highly recommend especially if you celebrating a special day.

We dined in on October 2. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked. We were greeted by the general manager. I don't remember his name but hisf kindness and professionalism has rubbed off oh his staff. I've never experienced better customer service. Makiba, Leon and the others were fabulous, fun, and friendly. The food was delicious everything and everyone was OUTSTANDING. My new favorite restaurant.

The valet wrecked our car on our anniversary. Eddie V’s did a very poor job of following up, or taking care of the customer.

Eddie V’s is a truly fine dining experience. The food and service are impeccable! We celebrated our granddaughter’s birthday last evening with an appetizer of Steak Tatare prepared table side, Lobster Bisque, Steak an Lobster Entree, and Crème Brûlée for desert. All of the food was delicious. Our server, Aldo, was friendly and attentive. There’s a full bar and a great wine selection if you care to partake and the parking attendants are courteous and fast.

I absolutely love Eddie V’s! The food was amazing, atmosphere was great and the service was fantastic! Thank you to JJ and Ryan for making me and my friends have an amazing time. They were always there if we needed anything and went above and beyond to make our meal fantastic. The whole staff at Eddie V’s made our time enjoyable everyone looked very relaxed and seemed to love doing what they were doing(love seeing that). The food was fantastic! I haven’t really had that much seafood before but they brought out this tower of lobster, crab, etc. I didn’t know where to start! I ordered the 12 oz. steak and it was probably the best steak I’ve ever had. If you order sides I recommend the truffle Mac n cheese and the cheesy potatoes because those are so creamy and good. Another thing to keep in mind when going is to get to know your waiter and don’t be afraid to ask questions they all know what is right! Our first time to Eddie V's and it will not be our last. The bar was packed when we got there, but the bartender made sure we were able to get a drink while we waited for our table. Michael, our server was awesome once we got seated! The food was out of this world and the entire staff working was great. We will be back.

Very nice. Beautiful food presentation. Food was absolutely delicious. Complimentary birthday dessert was amazing. Music a little loud. Staff very attentive. Most everyone was dressed elegantly. It is a very pricey place.

We hosted a dinner for an important client. Our server, Ben, was excellent. He was attentive and considerate of our conversation so as not to interrupt. We were not rushed but we never felt like we were waiting for our food. Our meals were terrific and the Bananas Foster was a magnificent finish to a terrific dining experience.

On vacation and felt like seafood. Picked this restaurant based on reviews. Overall - no complaints. Good food - had tartar and calamari for appetizer and sea bass and salmon for the main course. Calamari was the best, everything else was good too, but didnt measure up to prices they charge. Certainly had better. Again - overall - no complains. Good atmosphere, outside view is great and service was good. But it felt like a four star place trying to pretend to be a five star. Given plenty of choices within 10 mile radius - they either need to step up on their recipe to make them stand out or lower prices.... otherwise - to me they are a “one time only” type of visit

We went to Eddie Vs for Magical Dining last night. This was the first time for us at Eddie's very pleased - food was very good, service was very attentive and really like the ambiance of the restaurant. The magical dining menu had very choices - my wife and I both started with the lobster bisque soup - very creamy and tasty. The bread and butter is really good - the butter is flavored with herbs and salt which had great taste and the bread is very crusty but very tender inside. For our entrees I had the swordfish broiled with asparagus which was great my wife had the salmon with carrots and spinach which she really enjoyed. We ordered the au gratin potatoes for an extra which are very cheesy and rich - excellent addition. Dessert my wife had the bananas foster butter cake which was flamed, nice and sticky with pecan ice cream. I had the fresh berries - my wife got the better deal on this one. The service by Joel R was very good. Overall a great evening

Too slow service for everything, I think they need more waiters. My meat was too black and tasted burnt. We will not return.

This is our absolute favorite restaurant in Orlando. The food is divine! The crab fried rice was so good. This was the first time we tried it the depths of flavor I can’t even describe so delicious from the mushrooms to the flavoring of the rice, and the lump crab on top it was better than any Chinese restaurant serving fried rice. The Kung pao calamari is the best calamari we have ever had and we try calamari every restaurant we go to. If you want an amazing experience sit in the bar area and ask for Francesca. She is an amazing server. She has been our server when we’ve gone in for dinner she is amazing. She’s so sweet she’s so pleasant and friendly! Eddie V's is our first stop for magical dining month and it did not disappoint. My significant other and myself have personally never been to Eddie V's but always heard stellar raves and reviews from friends. First course- I had the lobster bisque which was amazing. It was perfectly warmed, and tasted divine. Second course- I opted for the filet mignon cooked to medium paired with the truffle mashed potatoes. The steak melted like butter when I cut into it, it was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. The mashed potatoes were very light, almost like cauliflower. Third course- we both opted for the banana foster butter cake which came with butter pecan ice cream. The sauce for the cake was infused with rum and was DEFINITELY rummy, I ate around it honestly haha but it was exceptional. The service we received is what really made me write this entire review. I've had good food all around the world but you can't skimp on the hospitality. Our server was Britney S. and she was beyond words. I really can't rave enough about her level of service. She was attentive but didn't smother us, helpful and eager to give her knowledge and input, but beyond that she was genuinely kind. In this climate, kindness is lacking but goes so far. Britney really did make our dining experience magical. Hopefully her superiors see this and she's acknowledged for her hospitality .

We have a red Nissan & came before many of the big expensive cars. We notice when we came out with our valet ticket our car was park & hidden wayyy in the back but these nice cars that came after us was up close & personal. They can walk right out & see their car. I find that to be very rude. We are not eating for free we are also paying the same money that your so call nice cars are paying & I am sure we tip way better than they did. I see we are still putting people into different category & it’s a shame!

My husband are here for a week during the Special Olympics celebration and decided to find an amazing place for dinner- Eddie V's was perfect! The food quality, starting with the amazing bread and special butter. We had the lobster tail and filet, shared a burrata tomato salad, and the crispy Brussel sprouts. We ended with the chocolate cake/ ice cream- incredible! And, Mimi made our evening even more special with her thorough knowledge of the menu and ingredients, and her friendly service. Her assistant (Jackie?) was equally attentive. We had such a wonderful dinner that my husband and I made another reservation for the next night. Thank you everyone for making our evening so special (from the greeting to the end- and what a lovely table they gave us near the window with such a great view).

Easily one of my favorite seafood places in Orlando. The ambiance is elegant-casual and modern, which reflects in the cuisine. The staff is attentive and pleasant. There are plenty of good menu choices, including an EXCEPTIONAL wine list First up was Maine Lobster Bisque. The light cognac flavor imparted a pleasant creamy texture and a rich lobster flavor. The Chilean Sea Bass had a wonderfully delicate soy broth. The Bananas Foster Butter Cake was an amazing end to the meal, served with tableside flambe. The specialty cocktail menu was mouth watering, and the smoked old fashioned hit the spot.

This was one of the best Restaurant’s we been to in a long time. Celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary in such a beautiful place was breathtaking

Lovely restaurant! Outstanding food and service! When I reserved table via open table I asked to put birthday card for my husband on the table. And guess what... it was on table with rose petals around it!!!! Thank you all!!! We will be back!

Mother’s Day brunch was wonderful. The drinks and food were delicious! Lobster quiche and cinnamon rolls were tasty! Perfect quiche crust with huge portions! The steaks were cooked to perfection. Van Winkle bourbon 🥃 was a plus.

Love this place. Cara amazing server, she was stellar and catered to our every need. Kind, efficient and hugely accommodating this server was the best we’ve had in a long time. Wonderful food, great music and good location, worst thing about this place is dare I say…… the TV at the bar….. really!!!!! This isn’t a sports bar. Unbelievable and so unnecessary.

Overall not bad. Server Anthony was great. But come on Eddie V’s new items on menu are long overdue. Sea bass was smallest piece ever. We get it’s expensive but at least give good portion sizes.

This was my first time dining at Eddie V's and I was excited to finally see what the rave was about. Unfortunately, upon arrival at 735pm prior to our reservation for 745pm we were pushed aside and not seated until 815pm even though we had a reservation. What made it worse was 4 other tables were sat before us and they had arrived after we did. Then the experience got even worse since there were so many delicious options to choose from in an effort to save room for dessert we requested to go boxes for the left overs and our server took our plates away and informed us he would box the food for us. Upon arriving home I noticed we were missing a box then I realized the waiter never gave us our truffle mac and cheese that was left over. I am very disappointed by this entire experience and highly unsatisfied with the treatment I received.

The absolute worst experience ever in the area. We sat at the bar for a few drinks and appetizers, not one bar server approached us with a greeting, or smile, as if we were invisible. We sat there and were talking and then realized 15 min had passed and we still were not asked what we would like. Honestly each and every person behind the bar looked miserable. not one person working there had a pleasant look on their faces or made eye contact with any patrons. When my friend got the attention of a female bar staff she literally said what felt like 10 min with a screeching and frantic voice " that she was helping another guest" Completely rude and disrespectful, I can't understand why she and the others were employeed by this company. Never again will we be back, worst service and experience.

We have enjoyed meals here while on vacation and the bill can escalate quickly- but the food never disappoints and makes it all worth it! I had scallops- with a side of African Lobster. The lobster melts in your mouth and is very tender! My husband had the seabass and said that hands down it was the BEST fish he has ever eaten. I only wish they would expand their happy hour treats. The oysters were good according to my husband-but that's not what I like! Our waiter was attentive and helpful! Highly recommend!

My family and I had the most amazing experience here with Cody our server. He was knowledgeable about the dishes, recommended dishes a certain way and exemplified the best service. The Executive Chef was awesome and prepared something special for my son with Autism. The service and food was A+ and I can’t thank them enough!!

Eddie V's is always delicious and the service impeccable, but our waiter Hugo was exceptional today. He said he strives for perfection, and he certainly attained it with our Mother's Day brunch. Their Easter and Mother's Day brunches are something we don't miss. Not only is it a great price for all of our favorites (I started with lobster bisque, my husband with salmon, and we both opted for the steak and egg (filet) served with potatoes, and the bananas foster for dessert) but they offer a choice of either their standard bread, or cinnamon rolls that you could smell coming across the parking lot (highly recommend!). We added their delicious crab fried rice and had enough leftovers that it was our dinner for tonight, too! Hugo brought a long-stemmed rose to the table as a Mother's Day gift, and they had a photographer set up outside who sent you home with a photo to commemorate the day, and if you gave your email address, would send it to you digitally as well. Lovely ambiance, beautifully prepared meals, talented servers - Eddie V's is a favorite anytime, but the brunches are must-do affairs for us!

Best. Review. Ever. I wish I could give it 10 stars. The service, food, attention to detail, flavor, value, everything was amazing here. We had a small issue and the wait staff and the manager went so far above and beyond. One of the best meals ever.

Food was very good but service was poor. Meals came out without sides which came 15 min. later. Was told by waiter the kitchen was backed up. Not a good sign. This should not occur in a high-end restaurant like this. Waiter was barley around and only serviced one side of the table. Manager came out and apologized and said he would investigate but never did. Only compensation was free desert that took over 20 mins. to come out. Would not recommend if you don't mind high prices and poor service.

Absolutely disgusted with Eddie V’s’s restaurant In Dr. Phillips. Their valet wrecked our QX 80 back in March. On our anniversary night. $6,000 worth of damage. The valet immediately acted very shady. Not very accommodating, lots of lies, lots of anger… I thought I would give him a chance. See if they will take care of us. They admitted fault and said they would get everything repaired. However, I found out the guy was trying to buy parts off of eBay and get those parts put on my car instead. He was looking for discounts and shortcuts wherever he could and do a cheap repair job. We decided to go through our own insurance company. Progressive. We paid a $500 deductible. They told us they would get it back from the Valet company. Now Progressive has dropped us. We just got a letter stating non-renewal yesterday. I am beyond disgusted with Eddie V’s. Not only do I not have my $500 back but now I have to shop for new insurance that now shows this claim that was not even our fault. So the prices are ridiculous. No follow up with us, “the customer” from management or corporate.

Our party of four all enjoyed outstanding meals, with exceptional service, and is certainly one of our favorites! We will go back, often!

We had a reservation, but decided to go early for happy hour. It was not a problem and we were seated in the lounge area. Our waiter Spencer was excellent and the service was great. The bar area is loud for which you should expect, the choices for happy hour foods were good. I think next time we will choose the dining room for a fine dining atmosphere

Eddie V's restaurant is my wife's and i favorite restaurant. Food was Good Service was ok. Waiter was just not as attentive as we have had in the past.We always travel with our kids and love in the past that fresh fruit was brought out to them while ill order was being prepared and we didn't receive that here. But overall it was good enough that when we are back in the city we will be back.

Such a sad experience. My 11 year old son chose this establishment to celebrate his 11th Birthday. Not only did he choose the restaurant, but he chose what the 3 of us were going to eat. He’s a Fooldie & he has Class. Here’s the order. Then I’ll go through the train wreck. Waitress: Shelly Drinks: Arnold Palmer (unsweetened) Beefeater Martini (up with Olives) Negroni 1 Bottle of Daou Cabernet Appetizers: 3 of each variety of Oyster available. There were 5 choices that evening, so 15 Oysters Entrees: Filet Mignon (medium rare) with a side of stuffed shrimp. Seared Scallops with a side of Crab Fried Rice Bone-In Ribeye (Rare Plus) with a side of Caesar Salad with Anchovies. Experience: Drinks served and delivered as order Oysters, excellent, except 2 shells were completely empty. I kid you not. We had the missing couple replaced. No more than 5 minutes through the oysters, a server came to the table with the Caesar salad. I had it returned to be served with the entrees. Mot even 5 minutes later, servers tried to deliver all entrees to the table. Mind you, we are only halfway through our oysters and drinks. Wine had not yet arrived to the table. Our waitress Shelly, who was quite nice and sociable perhaps spent too much time talking to other patrons, and not enough time checking on her tables. Oysters finally cleared from table and cold entrees from 1/2 hour prior are delivered to the table. Scallops: ice cold Filet mignon and shrimp, ice cold and filet was cooked well done Ribeye, ice cold, but cooked to medium rare. Caesar salad, ok, but they don’t use marinated anchovies, you get the overly salty pizza parlor kind. Filet mignon was refuted and cooked properly the 2nd time, I ate a cold Ribeye. My wife passed on a refute of the scallops and settled with cold crab fried rice. Dessert was no better. All our son wanted was vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. Ice cream delivered, no chocolate sauce in sight. It was eventually delivered when he was 3/4 through with the dessert. Both Shelly, and the floor manager handled our complaints properly, but what a disaster. It should never happen. Not at an establishment like this. Not to mention the truck driver mouthed grade school teacher throwing the F-Bomb out faster, and more frequent than Richard Prior. Does the entire restaurant need to know how miserable and frustrated she is at her job? I thought that I cursed a lot, but she made me feel like an amateur. So after that, you would think that we would never return? Not my Son. He wants to go back for my wife’s birthday on May 1. Reservations made…. A Second Shot at REDEMPTION? Stay Tuned.

First time & it was amazing! Blue point oysters, wedge salad, scallops, stuffed shrimp & fried rice & lump crab were all excellent!

As locals, we love this restaurant, the fine food and impeccable service!! Also the live music just set the night off so we’ll. We truly enjoyed ourselves!!

This restaurant was very nice and a place to go for a special occasion. It is pricey, but worth every dollar. Food was excellent and the cocktails were creative, unique and tasted great.

Eddie V's goes straight to the top for steak and seafood when dining in Fort Lauderdale. -Outstanding cuisine, service, and attention to detail. The drink service was like getting dinner and a show with meticulous mixing and details in every pour and drop of ice. My smoked old fashion was exquisite, scallops--perfect, the fish was flaky and seasoned, and the steak was tender and cooked to perfection. The most pleasant surprise was that the steak tartare was better than ones I've had in Paris! The mac and cheese was good and sharable to balance out the main courses. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite and even the ambient noise was reasonably quiet with dividers to help deflect table conversations. It was a 10 out 10 for us and we're returning for our next special occasion or just for their happy hour to further explore the menu.

The filet mignon I ordered was simply amazing you could almost cut it with a fork. yes ,It was probably the best filet mignon I have ever ordered anywhere, And we go to alot of upper scale restaurants. The banana foster was also Amazing! what can I say? Go! you will Not be dissapointed. ..enjoy.

A refreshing upscale night out. Wait staff in white waistcoats with a manager ever present orchestrating a very busy dining room and bar. Perfecting cooked fish entrees and generous portions for how elaborate most dishes were. Somewhat limited wine by the glass selection but the dirty martini was spot on and proof that there is no bad New Zealand Sav blanc. Need steamed bok choy to go with the sea bass. The most moist king salmon I’ve ever had. Sauces I want to reproduce at home. Our new favorite Florida upscale restaurant.

Cool spot for drinks with my girlfriends when in town, bit pricey - def a splurge spot. Maybe we would come back for dinner.

My husband had shrimp cocktail ($22); I had lobster bisque ($17). We each had 8 oz filet which was perfectly done and au gratin potatoes. The food was terrific as was the presentation. Very fine service as well.

Been going to Eddie V's for awhile now, 2-3 times a week. I must say not only in Dr. Phillips but I think it's top #1 in hospitality service in the Universal/I-Drive/Restaurant row area. Aside from the awesome menu, the service and its staffs are so good, professional and courteous. Every order is done with attention to detail and consistent time after time, I never get a bad steak or lobster. The jumbo crab cakes and lobster tacos are so good I always order extras to go with my favorite extra crab sauce (I called it the crack sauce). The Shellfish tower and Big Eddie is no joke, combination of king crabs, lobsters, tuna poke, shrimps, oysters always fresh..... everything on the menu is good, I've had almost 50% of it always. Awesome bartenders especially, even the valet parking guys are courteous. They have jazz band to keep the fun atmosphere going while having a couple of drinks, Im going back tonight lol.... go try this place if you haven't.

I've never felt the need to write a review but the experience our large party had last night at Eddie V's Dr Phillips was horrendous for the "finest" experience that we are accustomed to getting from them. The restaurant seemed to be disorganized and didn't portray a good first impression after waiting for so long to return from quarantine. Once seated, our server took our drink order and did what she could but the drinks from the bar were taking so long that they came after our appetizers (the only thing that showed up on time to our table besides our server). This was consistent throughout the night to the point we were considering ordering multiple drinks at once and shots in the hope things moved faster. Our server noticed that we wanted to speak to management and decided to look for the general manager, whose name we found out is Thomas, but he never came to our table. We still never got the chance to speak to him on our way out. Overall, this was a poor experience and representation of what Eddie V used to be.

First time we ate at Eddie V’s. Atmosphere was wonderful. First time I ate indoors since the pandemic began. Tables were nicely distanced. Started off with the lobster taco and added shrimp from the chilled shrimp appetizer. Definitely a thumbs up!!! Shared the main course, 12 oz.filet mignon and Bronzino. Gotta say that the filet mignon was out of this world. Cocktails and wine were superb as well as the complimentary tastes of some desserts. We had Blake as our server. He and the service were top of the line. Highly recommend

We booked an early table online and arrived early, there was complimentary Valet Parking which was a surprise. Received a warm welcome from front of house and was shown to our table by the manager, had a pleasant chat with him and felt totally at home. The Decor created an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere which continued through with the waiting on staff, all of whom were extremely pleasant and friendly and happy to work with your schedule (if you were in a rush then they would speed things up for you). The food was absolutely superb in quality and presentation, the side orders were certainly portions for sharing. All in all, an absolutely superb evening was had by us both, would certainly be going back next time we're in Orlando.

We had an amazing evening dining with friends. The food was superb and the wait staff was excellent. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Went here for a birthday celebration and were not disappointed! Our server, Solomiya was amazing! Arrived at our table which was set with some bday sparkly confetti and a card. Complimentary flutes of Champagne were brought over right away. We started with crab cakes (which we split), 2nd course we both had lobster bisque (sooo good) and entrees were Crab Stuffed Shrimp and Hong Kong Sea Bass with a shared bowl of lobster mashed potatoes. Complimentary dessert was provided. It was delicious! Even though it was my birthday and not my wife’s Solomiya still gave her a rose. We had a Pomegranate Mule and 24K to drink. Total price before tip was $231. Both food and service were definitely worth every penny!! Eddie V’s is now on our “must eat here” list each time we visit Orlando!

We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated promptly. We started by ordering drinks. We ordered a sweet rob roy with chives regal and a Belvedere martini. The waiter, David, poured each drink from the martini shaker into our respective glasses. The waiter poured the sweet rob roy into the glass and to my surprise the drink was clear liquid. That’s is NOT a Rob Roy! Obviously the bartender had no idea how to make a Rob Roy. They didn’t look it up or even ask me the customer. I told the waiter that is not a Rob Roy and he proceeded to tell me that the bar was not pouring Chivas Regal! What! Now the waiter tells me…So what was in the supposed Rob Roy which was delivered to me? The waiter should have told me about the Chivas Regal before he served it. Next we ordered Filet mignon with lobster tails. The filet was cooked ok. The lobster tails were a nice size but it was mushy. It wasn’t firm so when you bite into it there is a little snap. We have been going to Eddie V’s in Orlando for many years but this was probably our worst and last visit. I know they like to think they are an upper scale restaurant but that’s ship has sailed …. I suggest you skip Eddie V’s and try Ocean Prime.

Don’t miss this place and bring your wallet it’s worth it it has it all good food good drinks and great service and they don’t rush you it a trifecta of excellence so if you’re in the area this is a must trust me come and enjoy

Went here for Thanksgiving day dinner by myself. Ate at the bar and the food was good. I actually never heard of this restaurant before and didn't realize they consider themselves in the same class as Capital Grille, which it clearly is not. I didn't expect a waiter to spin in front of me when I wasn't looking with a silly smile on his face and then 3 minutes later literally lower his shoulder into my chest while I was waiting for my ride! I then was gaslighted by some effeminent waiter who I told to get away from me and left. I complained on their website and their General Manager called me and hung-up after I yelled at him. I then called back asking to be reimbursed for the $120.00 I spent here and they never got back to me. These folks won't do anything for you and seem to think they are a lot better than what they actually are.

Went 4/21 a Monday nite for drinks. I asked for the wine list. The blonde bartender gave it to us and made disparaging comments to coworkers who glared at us. Why? I don't know. But we left saying "You made us very uncomfortable " Get rid of Barbie she's very unprofessional for a place like this.

It is our 20th anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere special, we had a fantastic experience. Best steak ever. Molly, our waitress was great. We had lots of special touches like an anniversary card on our table, rose petals, a rose, and a complimentary dessert. Ben at the bar is amazing and provides exceptional service. Some great items to pick are the lobster tacos, 8oz filet, Brussels sprouts, and crab fried rice. Everything here is good. You will not be disappointed. Plus the live jazz adds to the ambiance.

Wonderful! 😃😋 The sides are sharable, but honestly, they’re so good you may not wish to. Likely overlooked, the sashimi was divine - simple and beautifully done. We also had the calamari, which was flavorful and surprisingly crispy despite the sauce. Sea bass was delicious, scallops cooked to perfection. Service was excellent. Ambiance was not stuffy or pretentious, a welcomed step up from the casual dining most would associate with Florida’s standard seafood restaurants. It’s dim lighting adds a romantic touch. Equally, Eddie Vs is appropriate for a client dinner.

Absolutely and unconditionally awesome. It never fails. Every time I’m up here I make reservations. The food is great. The service is awesome. The drinks are perfect. 24k was divine and so was the smoked old fashioned. The seafood tower was out of this world. And plentiful. Sea bass was awesome. Will always come back here.

Our waiter, Eric Cho, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable as to what Eddie V's is all about. It was a Business dinner for us and the first after COVID. The staff was friendly and atmosphere was great and the meal was spectacular!

First visit to Eddie Vs Great service, Food for all 4 dishes were enjoyed by us all. Sea Bass cooked to perfection, Side portions are large enough for 4 people we had 4 item which was far too much for us. With many restaurants going down hill during these covid times I can highly recommend Eddie Vs for a perfect evening out.

Great bar team- always on point, friendly and hospitable. The hospitality in the dining area is unmatched. Kyle is just phenomenal as the entire team.

We picked up the family New Years Eve package they offered. It was a beef and seabass combo with truffle mac and cheese, asparagus and au gratin potatoes, accompanied with cesar salad, fresh bread and to finish with bananas foster cake and ice cream. It goes without saying it was fantastic. Brought it home and had a wonder New Years Eve dinner with just the family. Everything was just perfect.

Brandon was an Service phenomenon. Impeccable food!! Alexa, the young lady that took care of our water and bread took care of things before we had to ask. This is the First time there we were under dressed, but they made us feel like kings and queens. We did not know it was an upscale restaurant. Like a New York restaurant! Fabulous!!

My wife and I came to Eddie V's while vacationing in Orlando. We had a reservation and once in the restaurant had no concerns about social distancing, etc. Were sat by the GM and our waiter, Joel, promptly came by work drink orders. Upon his return he did a great job of explaining the menu and recommending wine. My wife started with a heirloom tomato salad and I had lobster bisques; both were excellent. Her main was a lobster tail while mine was the bone-in strip. Everything was delicious and it would be great to visit again.

Wish I could give this establishment 6 stars instead of only 5. We had great service from Anastasia and a table visit from Chef Eric......great people. We had goat cheese salad, lamb lollipops, lobster bisque soup, fish tacos, and delicious gnocci with asparagus, tampinade and tomatoes with the most unbelievably great tasting sauce....terrific! Best restaurant in Orlando area near Universal Studios.

Wonderful dinner! Seafood tower was fresh and tasty, husband’s salmon was the best he’s ever had, and my stuffed shrimp were yummy. Creme Brûlée was also tasty. They had rose petals and a card on the table , as well as decorated our dessert plate to celebrate our anniversary.

This place always exceeds expectations! Try the seafood tower and the Hope Diamond! Food, service atmosphere are all on point!

Heard & seen EddieV’s but never been before. Read some reviews beforehand and it had a big build up….. I’m glad to say if anything the evening surpassed our high expectations. Great service (Aldo), food was world class and in a lovely, classy environment. Crab cake amazing, truffle Mac ‘n cheese amazing… as was everything else.

The restaurant is a winner. From the moment you walk in, you are treated by your friendly hostess. The restaurant noise level is moderate. Service is very good and the recommendations were on point. They are known for seafood. Try the Dover sole. It is wonderful. Dessert are shareable. If you like dessert wines, they have some which I liked. The restaurant was able to make our special evening memorable.

Our new favorite restaurant located in Orlando! Ended up eating here 3 times spending the Winter in Orlando. Quality steaks, great seafood, excellent wine list and terrific service.

Eddie V's has wonderful special nights in their V Lounge. This one was no exception. The special this time was the Handcrafted Steak Bao Buns with seared tenderloin in two fluffy bao buns, with whipped herb chèvre, sautéed mushrooms, pickled red onions and truffle tarragon aioli which came with your choice of one of three Camus reds. We ordered three specials for the two of us so we could experience all three wines, and each enjoy 3 Steak Bao Buns. And enjoy we did... from our warm and spirited server, Zara, to a tableside visit from the gracious managing partner Gary Langner to every bite and every sip! We need to visit more often than occasionally!

Ladies evening to celebrate a good friend’s birthday ! We had wonderful servers…Luigi and John who helped make the evening special for our friend . Service was exceptional which totally makes the evening a success. Our food was very good . Ladies were very happy with their crab cakes and truffle macaroni and cheese , fish and more …Everything was delicious. Always nice to go to a restaurant that knows how to make you feel special with friendly service and great food . Thanks to Luigi and John for a wonderful evening !! Would definitely recommend!!

I took my wife here for our 33rd Wedding Anniversary and They Did Not disappoint !! We started with the Lobster bites and was smitten the rest of the meal. She had a smile o her face that lasted for a whole month. The treated us like celebrities and THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS !!!!

Eddie V's is our first time in here and the decoration and ambience very Cousy and elegant at the same time. 1) I had the lobster bisque which was amazing. It was perfectly warmed, and taste 2) filet mignon cooked to medium paired with the truffle mashed potatoes. it was perfectly cooked. 3) banana foster butter cake which came with butter pecan ice cream. The sauce for the cake was infused with rum and was DEFINITELY delicioso. The service we received was excellent, excellent, excellent. Our server was Dunia Nemer and she was beyond words. She was extremely attentive, helpful and eager to give her knowledge, but beyond that she was genuinely kind. Dunia Nemer really did make our dining experience lo mejor ( Best Time). Thanks you (Gracias)

So friendly and professional service by Ms Bithiah. She gave good recommendations and would change a drink if it’s not good enough. We had some friends from Houston visiting that were also delighted with Bithiah. The food was very tasty and good raw oysters. The ambiance in the Bar Lounge area is energetic and classy. We have become regulars here since we moved from Miami 8 months ago.

We made reservations and was seated within 5 minutes of arrival which was a good start to the night. The food was very good the sides are shareable unless you have a huge appetite. The sautéed spinach was very good. I highly recommend Eddie V’s

Truly the worst meal at Eddiev’s While I should of known waiting too long for our table after a 7;00 reservation and had to go back to the hostess. Came with Frankie after first day of show Expected a top notch steak. Boy was I surprised We got the bottom of the barrel To start with the wait was too long for a reservation but did get a nice table. The lobster bisque and wedge salad were excellent. The problem was the steaks I ordered a filet migon and Frankie a strip They came and did look different my mistake I assumed I got a bone in filet. It was a uncooked my strip bone in which wasn’t too good. After a few bites I had enough and send it back. Frankie’s was raw and had to send his back. Once cooked it was good. They did buy us desert Service was excellent

Great ambience the minute you walk in the door. We waited at the bar because we did not make it a reservation . Good whiskey selection and great ambience will only get you so far. Staff is amazing, accommodating and very friendly. Took a little bit to get a table but it has a great view! We ordered the sashimi that comes in an amazing spicy sauce. ribeye was… to die for!!! one of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had them everywhere!!!! Highly recommended, ribeye was perfect, seared, perfect cook, and great flavor!!

Eddie V's Prime Seafood is an elegant fine dining restaurant chain that specializes in seafood and steaks. It has 31 locations in 14 states. My wife and I have always enjoyed dining at the Eddie V's in Chicago. So when I learned that there was a location in Orlando, we had to make a reservation. Located at 7488 West Sand Lake Road, in the Plaza Venezia, overlooking Little Sand Lake and Spring Lake, west of the intersection of I-4 and Route 482, it is open from 4 to 9 on Sunday and 4 to 10 Monday through Saturday, complete with a cocktail lounge, live jazz, free wi-fi and an outdoor deck. We started with chilled Gulf shrimp, jumbo Crab cake sauteed Maryland style, a bowl of Maine lobster bisque and a Classic Caesar salad with shaved Grana Padano cheese, garlic croutons and Tapenade. For an entree, adhering to our new-found more fish/less meat diet, my wife chose Chilean sea bass steamed Hong Kong style with light soy broth, butter poached lobster mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach with garlic and parmesan. I couldn't resist Mediterranean Branzino with roasted artichokes, oven dried tomatoes and olive tapenade with au gratin cheddar potatoes and grilled asparagus with sea salt and lemon. For dessert, we passed up classic creme brulee, Meyer lemon torte and hot chocolate Godiva cake with vanilla bean ice cream in favor of a house original, Bananas Foster butter cake, flambeed tableside and served with butter pecan ice cream. Is Orlando the best restaurant town outside Chicago?

From walking through the door it was already a wonderful experience. The service was impeccable. The crab cake was the best I have ever tasted. I had a wonderful experience here and will definitely be back. Ryan and JJ were our servers and we’re so sweet. 10/10

I accidentally booked the wrong night for 6 people. Eddie V’s went out of their way to accommodate my mistake all while delivering the most amazing food, drinks and service! Cannot speak highly enough!

Service was great! Wait time for dinner was insane. It was 10pm.and still didn't receive our food, and we arrived at 8;30.

Booked for Thanksgiving meal. Not had Thanksgiving in USA before. The food was excellent plenty of it and great quality. Chad our server was just so helpful and explained everything.

Went here based on a recommendation from our resort rep and based on Trip Advisor reviews. Server Mekeba and her team were terrific, and made for and enjoyable evening. The food was pricey but lived up to our expectations. Calamari appetizer may be the best calamari I ever had, and the warm goat cheese salad was a first-time delight! My wife said her scallops were tasty and cooked to perfection. My jumbo shrimp was also excellent. Memorable evening!

As always we love tis place, the consistency and quality is superb, the crab appetizers were really good,the calamari really good also, the Lobster and Filet mignon fantastic as always, the Ribeye cooked to perfection, the drinks at bar thanks to Heather was amazing, at Dinner table KUDOS to Jade. I attended a business dinner at Eddie V’s, we were booked into a private room with a small terrace over the water with a view of some of the parks in a distance. The team of servers were top notch, I don’t remember the name of our lead server but she was amazing and coordinated with our hosts to make for an enjoyable evening. We started with drinks, people were all happy, I enjoyed some wine. Our first course was a seafood tower that was a meal unto itself with lobster, crab, shrimp, oysters, tuna sashimi, and more. We also had delicious raw tuna on a cracker, and lamb. The lobster bisque was highly recommended and enjoyable. I went for the filet and stuffed shrimp which was outstanding, but I was just about done as way too much food. Others who had the streaks or other seafood dishes were also happy. Sides included asparagus, crab fried rice, and truffle macaroni and cheese. Deserts to be shared included bananas foster and chocolate lava cake with ice cream. A great evening!

Eddie V's never disappoints!! We have been a couple of times for my Mom's Birthday!! The Magical Dining menu is Fantastic. The food, Filet and Banana Foster is Out of this World!! We sat in the Bar/Lounge area and the atmosphere was very nice. Our server, Val, was Great!! Such a nice young lady with a great personality, her attentiveness to make sure all was Perfect for my Mom's Birthday was Outstanding!! Thank you Val and Eddie V's for making my Mom's Birthday Special.

We have gone to this restaurant for many festivities and occasions, but this time we were served and hosted by Shelley. She was the bomb and and we ordered Seabass along with lobster as she suggested. Our souls were taken to another level. Fantastic service and food. What a great place to celebrate a birthday in anniversary.

Upon entering Eddie Vs I felt right at home. I’m not accustomed to fine dining but I felt as if I was welcomed immediately! The server JJ was extremely attentive, kind and courteous. I will be highly recommending this place in the future. Thank you Eddie Vs for a fabulous night I won’t forget for a long time

This place is amazing. Great food and service. The food was delicious and they have one of the best steaks in town. We will definitely be back

I was at the restaurant for a business luncheon. I was able to pick my own table, so I chose one where I could see a nice view of the lake on the right, and the serving area on my left. I could also see the check-in table and watch for people to invite to sit with me. We had hot bread and seasoned butter to enjoy while we were waiting for lunch to be served. It was flavorful and satisfying. The first course was a large leafy salad with baby heirloom tomatoes, julienne carrots, and apple cider vinaigrette. It was perfectly prepared and enjoyable. For the second course, we had a choice of a 6 oz Filet Mignon, shrimp served over signature friend rice with mushrooms and scallions, or roasted breast of chicken with pan roasted mushrooms with shallots and natural jus. I chose the center-cut, grain-fed beef. It was perfectly cooked, tender and juice. The side dishes were served separately. We had grilled asparagus with sea salt and lemon. The fresh lemon was on the serving plate, and we could choose whether to use it or not. The asparagus was tender, but still had a satisfying texture. The Au Gratin Cheddar Potatoes were in a bowl that was so hot that we slid it around the table instead of passing it. The Potatoes were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of cheese. The cheese was brown and crusty along the edges, and it was all flavorful. For desert, we had warm and flavorful Bananas Foster Butter Cake.

Great food drinks and dessert elegant restaurant. Great for a graduation meal. Good service. Make reservations ahead of time

Very pricey, but such outstanding service, and good food! I like the fact there is a dress code, I love the whole atmosphere! Very nice place for a elegant dinner. Not a place to visit everyday, its a special occasion kind of place! Dress to the Nine's and enjoy!

This is one of my favorite places to visit. The drinks are always on point! We had fresh oysters and lobster appetizers. Our server was very attentive and we had a great time.

We have dined at Eddie V's in Pittsburgh and Tampa Bay. This was first trip to Orlando location and it did not dissapoint. We had the seafood tower for starter and it was exceptional. We got filet and the Chilean Sea Bass. All meals where cooked perfectly and had great taste. We also had the lobster mashed potatoes and sauted spinach that was also very good. Highly recommend.

We celebrated my daughter in laws birthday at Eddie V's! What an amazing experience. Incredible atmosphere. Great service! Fantastic food and fun drinks. Our family sat at a round table and had a wonderful evening enjoying adult conversation without the 8 grand babies!

For very arrogant service I would like to give them -ve stars. We went there (1st time) without knowing reservation is recommended. This was during our stay in Orlando so did not realize there is a formal dress code. We were not declined straightaway (which I would have appreciated) but made to wait there and letting couple of other families who walked in (no reservation). We waited patiently for 15 mins after which when we were leaving both staffs at the front (who made us wait in the first place) did not bother to say 'Sorry' or such. Just a basic courtesy. Well my kids were with me and this restaurant did truly create an impression in their mind differently where they promised not to visit this place when they grow up as adults as well.

From the valet to the hostess and the waiter everything was great. It was our 49th anniversary and they treated us like gold. Food and drinks were exceptional My go to restaurant from now own.

While visiting my brother and sister in law in Orlando we received a gift card for their favorite place… Eddie V’s. We stopped in during Happy Hour and sat at the bar in the lounge area. The staff were very personable and friendly, offered recommendations and were so attentive to our needs. We asked for water and ordered a Mic Ultra and spicy margarita to start. When our drinks were served we put in an order for the filet sliders and calamari. Bread was offered while we waited for the order to arrive and our water glasses were kept filled. The spicy margarita had just the perfect amount of jalapeño kick and was so smooth. I actually ordered a second when the food arrived. The sliders were delicious… the filet was done perfectly, juicy and seasoned well. I could have easily made a meal of the sliders alone but we were sharing the plates so we each had one. The calamari was another dish I could have easily made a meal out of. The portion was generous and the sweet chili sauce over the top gave the calamari, vegetables and spicy peppers the perfect amount of sweet heat. Sharing the two plates along with our drinks and the tasty bread, we each left completely satisfied. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was as excellent. It is easy to see why Eddie V’s was recommended to us and us my brother and sister in laws favorite place to enjoy drinks and more.

Very very good ! The vibe was great and loved the live band. Manon C was soo helpful. We got the lamp-chops and although they were really good we should have taken her advice and gotten them lollipopped. We also got the Norwegian salmon -soooo good! The brussel sprouts and the lobster fried rice were also really good ! Definitely recommend !

Excellent food and service. Skyler did a great job as our waiter. I started with a smoked old fashioned- quite the presentation! My husband had a Vodka Martini that was excellent. I started with the Burrata and Beet Salad. It was so flavorful. My husband had the Yellow Tail Sashimi. Delicious. For dinner, I had the Parmesan Crusted Sole. It was a generous serving of fish and I could only eat half but wished I had room for all of it because it was so good. My husband had the Ahi Tuna. It was wonderful. It had spices on the outside that were nicely balanced. We also ordered sides of the Crispy Brussels sprouts and the Truffle Mac and Cheese. The Brussels sprouts were the best I have ever had and the Mac and Cheese had large pieces of truffle - so flavorful. We took quite a bit of this home with us for enjoyment on another day. It was nice that the manager came by to make sure all was ok. Of course, we raved. We had been to the Eddie V’s in Austin TX and had an excellent meal there - glad to know their high standards are maintained across state lines! *One tiny little hiccup - when the kitchen staff brought out our entrees, I made a comment out loud to myself “that’s a lot of fish!” and one of the staff sneered “I’ll get a fork and help you with it”. Whaaat? No one was talking to you, jerk. I didn’t let it take the J out of my Joy. 🙂

I've been to Eddie V's in Tampa but this was my first time visiting their Nashville location. I must say, if you're in the area...ask for George!!! He was amazing! He made my 50th birthday such a wonderful experience! And since he and I are birthday twinsies...we all toasted with champagne at the end of the meal! The meal was amazing, the drinks were fantastic, and the service was even better than expected! Make a reservation, and ask for George!

One of the best steak restaurant we had. The food is just amazing. The staff is great. We will be back when in the area.

Seeing so many positive reviews and so many appetizing pictures, we just had to try this place out. We were welcomed by our server Rachel who was so fun and attentive. We started with the seafood tower as an appetizer and...WOW! My husband prefers crab and I prefer oysters and shrimp so it worked out perfect but all of it was so good. We split the Chilean Sea Bass with a side of brussels and it was probably the best Sea Bass we've ever tried. Of course we had to end with the Banana's Foster and we were so pleased with the whole experience. We couldn't ask for a better meal.

This is by far our favorite steak house. The bread and butter are so delicious. We always get the seafood tower and add extra oysters. The hubby gets sea bass and I typically get a steak. Always indulge in the creme brule and banana's foster. We get a few off menu items and the service is always top notch.

This place was wonderful! The only reason I rated it four instead of five was because our steak came out over cooked initially. That being said, the staff was kind and friendly and super quick and happy to recook the steak. I just feel like If you’re paying $97 for a meal, it should come out correctly to begin with. However, the rest of the food was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was beautiful and romantic!
