We are here after a long 9hr flight with 2 young children. The service was excellent and the food just what we needed after airline food! Great cocktails and steak.

My wife and I had an excellent dinner at this fine restaurant. The service was extremely cordial and helpful and the food was delicious. I especially recommend the very creamy Pisco Sour and the foie gras and chicken liver bonbon appetizer (so good that I had a second portion for dessert). Denfinitely one of our do-not-miss restairants whenever we are in Miami!!!

Nice place. No doubt about it. Excellent food. Professional service. I opted for the tasting menu. Good, small dishes. Reasonable price. However, I expected a little more - that little bit extra that would give this restaurant an, um, edge. Tastier and juicier meat. Exciting, new combinations of flavors. Friendlier service from more knowledgable waiters. Very good, but not excellent :)

We had a lovely meal here. Thoroughly recommend. Good disabled access. Excellent friendly service. Expensive by UK standards. Breakfast good here too.

We had a wonderful dinner last night selecting the Miami Spice Dinner items. My husband picked the best selections such as the Chicken, Pork and Hazelnut Terrine for the appetizer, Creekstone Farms Prime Flat Iron Steak for the entree and Key Lime Panna Cotta. He was in heaven with superior quality/taste of the food. Mine selections were the Seafood and Tomato Arancini was good but slightly too breaded, Berkshire Pork Chop was tendered and Cafecito Sundae was nice. We are going back in Sept with the rest of the family for my husband selections.

Very good Sunday brunch with a great raw bar selection of stone crab claws, fresh oysters and shrimp. Loved the additional ala cart choices!

Went here for happy hour several times and the food never was delicious and came in generous portions even though it was supposed to be snacks. Small oysters but tasty and very price worthy. Warmly recommend to go here between 4 and 7 on weekdays for really good prices.

My friend and I stayed at the Four Seasons and decided to book this as a treat, and what an amazing experience it was. Yes, it is expensive, but it was worth every single penny, we also both upgraded to unlimited drinks packages. We ensured we drank enough champagne and ate enough oysters, lobster tails and expensive alcohol to cover the cost and so we couldn't move until the next day! There isn't anything I wouldn't recommend. The afternoon was amazing, and when I return to Miami I would without hesitation , do it all again.

I should say that we stay at the Four Seasons every time we go to Miami, and we always eat at EDGE once or twice. I always like the restaurant. The staff is 10/10, fantastic. The decor is modern, comparable for hotel restaurants. The food was excellent. The reasons I don't give it 5 stars are: First, they no longer offer a "regular" strip or ribeye steak option. Strip and ribeye are the most common cuts of steaks in steakhouses. Edge's new menu offers a filet mignon and a churrasco (skirt steak) for like $40-50, and the only options for strip or ribeye are "wagyu" from Australia, at prices around $100 for one steak. I mean, c'mon. They should have a regular strip and/or ribeye, and then a wagyu order if you are into that. As it stands, you have no option but to pay around $100 for a single steak if you want a strip or ribeye cut. I go to steakhouses all the time, and I've never been to a place that doesn't have a regular strip/ribeye option. It's crazy. Also...Australia? There are plenty of sources in the US, that I question why they need to import a $100 steak from the other side of the world. That being said, the steaks I had were delicious. Second, minor quibble...All the lights on the tables are those battery powered fake candles. That's the equivalent of having plastic ferns for decor in what is supposed to be a high end restaurant. For god's sake, I'll pay the extra 50 cents for a real wax candle on the table. Or, skip the fake candles altogether. They're so tacky. Use a battery powered LED lamp or something. Please ditch the faux flickering candles already. I'll close by saying that your staff is off the charts excellent. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and charming. Thanks!

My husband and I recently went here for dinner while in Miami. Everyone was very friendly and our server, Trey, was fantastic. My mushroom tortellini appetizer was out of this world, and the grilled snapper and surf and turf were also delicious. Not to mention the best dessert menu I've seen in a long time. I would absolutely go back.

Wow, wow, wow... We just finished Father's Day Brunch and it was indeed impressive. No large trays of powdered eggs, bacon and sausage links here. There were so many interesting food stations to choose from. The buffet choices were really over the top. My daughter made her own chicken tacos complete with guacamole, pico de gallo and cheese. Hubby had the BBQ ribs, corn on the cob and more BBQ. I had lobster tails and shrimp. The dessert table was insane. There was flan, key lime pie, lemon meringue, chocolate croissants and more. We opted in for the $20 all you can drink special and enjoyed 2 hours of mojitos. The decor is beautiful and the staff was attentive. A little pricey but well worth it if you are looking to celebrate.

Edge has one of the best Happy Hours (4pm - 7pm) in the country, and definitely the best I have found in Miami. $1 Oysters and 2 for 1 appetizers with drink specials to boot. And they know their Oysters, I have been 5 or 6 times and the Chef's selected Oysters are always excellent, fresh, and perfectly presented. The restaurant itself is excellent as well.

This place is located in the 4 Seasons. I was solo so I was able to find a quiet corner there, away from the bar. Their wine and liquor menu was excellent. The food menu was a little smaller than I would have liked, but the 1/2 chicken was truly outstanding.

Following a positive review in the New York Times we visited edge dec 29 Admittedly the food was delicious The service was simply unacceptable...after being greeted by a surly hostess we were seated and waited at least 10 mins for someone to approach the table. There were many employees working, restaurant was at about 50m pc capacity. The staff was simply not being managed or directed. Our waitress took the order and served the bill. In between different red shirted busboys/waiters? Were intermittent. One in particular ‘Steve’ was apologetic and did his best to cover the table. No maitre’d in site, or in charge. Staff were dropping dishes, looked totally stressed out. This is simply not a four seasons standard..my friend wrote to the GM of the hotel the next morning...he has chosen not to respond or answer.

Please avoid the Edge restaurant at the Four Seasons. While a nice hotel with a very nice staff, we both were sickened by bad clams at the Edge restaurant. I find that the quality control at a Four Seasons was not up to standard. Really a bad experience getting on to a cruise the following day. This restaurant simply does not operate well, from the food to the service to the food quality. Please avoid. Horrible for the both of us, deadly ill. Staff in the restaurant could really care less. Unbelievable.

Visited with colleagues and a client as a work-lunch meeting. Service was excellent. we were placed, upon request, in a quiet, private part of the restaurant. we were never once neglected. the wait staff was on par, on schedule and was just awesome. in addition, that is safely one of the best Delmonico steaks i have had in quite some it... if not ever. Done to my perfection! kudos to you all!

We had been there for dinner and really enjoyed it. So we decided to try the brunch. Super disappointing in the variety, the roast pig was delicious but every else was mediocre. The so called barbecue meats were cold, cheap chicken legs e rubbery flank steak. Will not be back and not worth 75 bucks

I was there for a late dinner with my wife and then for a business breakfast a few days later. Both times i had a great meal and was very satisfied with the service.

Turned up at the Edge but there was no one on the reception and had to wait several minutes to be seated. Not a good start. The Aircon was fierce inside and we had to move twice and I had to go up to my room to get my pullover. The food was good but my Gluten free bread arrived when we had almost finished the main course. Normally i would expect to be able to catch a waiters attention immediately but not in here. Even getting the bill was not easy. The amazing thing was that the restaurant was not that busy.

I ate here on a business trip. I ordered the MS5 10 oz ribeye for $62 which was good although I’m admittedly not a steak connoisseur. Others in the group who consider themselves to be connoisseurs were disappointed with their steaks. The asparagus side dish was ok but not great. The variety of appetizers we picked for our table were all very good. Also, the restaurant didn’t crank the A/C like so many places in Miami which was great.

Fantastic dining experience. We are guests of the Four Seasons and their remarkable service extends to this restaurant. The food is great (it would stand alone, this isn't resort food). The staff is so accommodating of kids and if you're a guest of the hotel, kids under 5 eat for free. I can't recommend a spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner more.

Highly recommended restaurant with great service. The food was very good but is on the expensive side. Valet parking is super expensive even for a hotel. Over all a good time for the money.

The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. However, the Hostess was a NIGHTMARE... Upon arriving to the restaurant, we were taken back by the beautiful garden terrace and lovely ambiance. We understood that it was a Friday evening (Happy Hour) when we arrived and expected to wait for a table. Unfortunately, the hostess was so rude that we decided to leave (along with 2 additional couples that shared similar experiences. She spoke extremely low to the point that we had to ask several times for her to speak up. then she got really annoyed and began talk down us, sucks her teeth and rolls her eyes. After waiting about 15 minutes and talking with other customers who experienced the same treatment, i asked if she would validate my parking so that we could leave. She then scarfed at us and stated that they only validate at the end of your meal. I was so upset; this was to be the start of my birthday celebration but it turned out to be horrific. The only saving grace was the very friendly Valet Manager who allowed us to exit without having to pay. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS EATERY....

The service was a little slower than I had expected but the dinner was good and the ambience was even better. The vallet for the steakhouse and hotel needs to get it together! The vallet guys thought they lost our keys only to find it in the exact spot in which it was left! Maybe we will try Uber next time.. lol

We had a business dinner here. We sat outside and had perfect service from start to finish. The steaks we cooked perfectly and the drinks were tasty and looked beautiful. The setting overlooks the pools of the Four Seasons Miami and it is relaxing and quite enjoyable.

I spent anniversairy dinner with my wife at the Edge and that was the best decision I made so far about restaurants (my wife is sooooo picky about food, food presentation, service, politeness, a/c, lights and so on). I do not have receipt so I cannot name the waiter (taller guy with glasses, he was about to move in some property at the South Beach cause he was living in NBW), that guy with his knowledge about the products was definitely 5*. Good luck sir, good luck Egde after allowing that guy to leave. Lifetime experience.

Everything is so greattttt in this restaurant. Especially the server Jonas was really good!! We appreciate his service !! Thank you so much!!!

Lovely bar area to relax after a long day. The $1 happy hour oysters were Wellfleets from New England...some of the best in the US. We ordered 3 dozen this time. Yum! The cocktails were artisan and well poured.

Such a cool business casual place to hang out. Tasty drinks and excellent service and attention by Mark and Sam. Will be back.

We stayed at the Four Seasons two weeks ago and invited some friends for Brunch. It was by far the best brunch I have ever experienced. The buffet is fantastic but make sure you tell your waiter to give you the items on the menu as well. Many people sitting close to us did not do that. Be prepared for the bill! It's not cheap but we stayed there for 3.5 hours and were never rushed out. COME HUNGRY!

My cousin and I visited this restaurant on our way to Bayfront park for a concert. We were going to leave after we noticed how pack it was but mostly everyone standing around was there for happy hour, our waiter Stephen was friendly and informative suggested 2 great drinks our ribeye was thick and juicy definitely enjoyed it.

I went there for a date Sunday, and overall was happy with the experience. The food was amazing. I adored the lighting. And while expensive(it's a steakhouse in the Four Seasons. Of course it is.), it was surprisingly affordable. The only problems I had were with the timing of the servers. They were very nice, but I felt like I either waited too long for my drink, or was slightly rushed on asking for my dinner order. It could've just been an off night. Really a minor issue. The other complaint I had was with the design of the booth we were at. I feel like the table in between us was way too big. If telt like that dinner seen in Batman '89. Still, the food was awesome. The grass fed strip was amazing, and those mashed potatoes were to die for. I would definitely eat there again. I would just request one of the smaller tables by the bar.

Restaurant has no vibe or anything especial. We were a group of 10. Service took forever and once food arrived they brought items we hadn't ordered, forgot items we had ordered, and didn't meet our dietary requests. For the price we paid this restaurant didnt meet the expectations.

Dine there early, Damien guided me to its location. Lizzy (hostess), Cesar, and Lourdes. Gave me excellent service. I order “An American breakfast” my apologies if I got it wrong. The chorizo was spicy good, eggs fine texture, the square potato (that I thought was bread) tasted good. Chai tea latte (my ex German-American would drink that) brings back memories. I asked for permission to take pics. I don’t know when I will step foot there again. But I’m thankful for it. Nice Waterfalls, a waterfall in the pool area does look good. This visit is promise kept to my ex German-American gf. That I shall forever uphold.

We arrived at the Four Seasons in the late afternoon and, despite a bias against hotel food we decided to "eat in". What a terrific SURPRISE! First, the service was impeccable and added to the meal. We had an appetizer of Stone Crab claws followed by a shared NY steak that was done to perfection. The drinks were generous poor's and good. Would DEFINATELY repeat

I'm sure I have photos somewhere and will add those later. I've become addicted to Four Seasons' brunches. Having been to 10 or so now, this is the best for me. Unlimited monitors, Lechon, paella, not to mention the seafood selections. While expensive, this is probably the greatest brunch I've experienced. Worth every penny. I arrange trips around being able to eat here on Sunday for brunch.

Excellent steak. I had a thin sirloin and a beef burger. Sweet potato fries and a lettuce salad. Everything is very fresh. Impecable and attentive service. They are on top of whatever you need. I recommend.

Filet Mignon cooked perfectly! Served with fresh greens and none of the 'extras' that usually detract from a good meal. So many restaurants serve huge meals that lead to regret. This meal was perfect. The waiter served a lovely birthday desert. We enjoyed the seating outside on the terrace.

We were denied service by the bartender an hour before closing time. We were actually asked to leave by the bartender. The excuse was the bar was no longer serving even though other patrons were. We are a gay couple.

My boyfriend and I liked this place and decided to go back! We ordered the Waydu Ribeye for 71$ and got 2 small pieces of tough beef, a small baked potatoe( extra) and a salad drenched in some green goddess dressing. The service was less then responsive! They seemed at this visit to cater more to the hotel guest. Left very disappointed and angry at myself for not speaking up!

we took advantage of a deal we had with Amex and ate in teh hotel. The restaurant was excellent with a very good ranhe of steak options which suited us fine. For those that are not steak fans then teh choice is limited. Appetizers were also somewhat restrictive in choice but were of a good quality. Wine list was decent with a good value range. Service was very good.

Four Seasons standards. Nice atmosphere, friendly and prepared staff, good service. Excellent steaks (try the bone-in ribeye), well prepared and tasty meat. Good wine list, mainly american wines, not only from California.

We had brunch here today on Sunday. I don't know how it differs from regular Sunday brunch given that it was Easter for the offering was fabulous Of course I expected and was not disappointed by spectacular service. However I was impressed with the diversity of the Seafood and Grill. Options. Everything was beautifully presented

We partook of a Happy Hour, an excellent dinner, and a breakfast during our stay at the Four Seasons. The drink prices for the Happy Hour (4-7 PM) were nothing special, but the $1 oysters were a great day and enjoyable. Also the potato chips were very tasty. The dry aged streak at dinner was excellent. The breakfast buffet was varied and of vey high quality. Outstanding outdoor seating available.

Enjoyed a long lunch here on a Monday so it was quiet which also meant decent and attentive service. We shared the half dozen roasted oysters and the four grass and truffle bon bons - the oysters were excellent - the bon bons nice but were more like simple deep fried pate. We also shared a Caesar salad which was average. For the mains the wagging churrasco was excellent and the cauliflower steak was a generous portion. The ice cream for dessert was also good. All in all a little pricey (but expected in a Four Seasons). The salad should really be more traditional and the bon bons could become perhaps foie grasp on toast instead.

We waited over 1 hour for our food. The steaks were of poor quality. They were all over cooked. Two had to be sent back TWICE and they still were not up to snuff. The other two were burnt instead of well done. Truly burned. The service was awful. We had to ask for water 4 times. The food awful, of poor quality and I have been to steak houses all over the world. It was a celebration and a special desert was asked for. The congratulations on the desert was forgotten. SO we reminded the waiter and so another desert was brought with congratulations on it. This occasion was supposed to be an engagement celebration. It was not a celebration at all, quite the opposite because of this restaurant!

A friend is in Miami for business so I came down to meet him for dinner. We went to Edge steakhouse in the Brickell area where he was staying. Lately I have been bringing my own wine to restaurants. I have a nice collection and don’t drink at home so it just makes sense. We sat down and the waiter seeing the bottles quickly brought us glasses. But we where left on out own to open. I like champagne so I brought a nice bottle. Easy to open. But more importantly since we where all wrestling fans I brought an Undertaker Cabernet. Each bottle is numbered on the back. When you bring your own it shouldn’t be on the restaurant wine list and I don’t think any restaurant carries Undertaker wine. I don’t mind paying the $35 corkage fee but the restaurant should know how to serve. Service was a little off but it’s Monday and we brought our own so the waiter kind of left us alone. After 45 minutes I asked the waiter for a menu. They had QR code’s on the menu. So it looked so anti-social we where all on our phones trying to order. The waiter did not do a good job telling us about the restaurant or the choices so we ordered the charcuterie and the oysters to get started. The oysters where amazing. So good. The charcuterie was good, if you can appreciate that stuff. It’s all made in house. I ordered the rib eye. Cause I like dry aged. It was delicious. Didn’t even need the $3 chimichuri sauce. I don’t get sauces on high end steaks. Besides wine I like Diet Coke. I was actually wondering about the Diet Coke service earlier today. I like fountain soda with refills. I hate the little bottles. They used cans. I don’t know how I feel about that. The restaurant was excellent. Didn’t have a miami vibe. But under covid and on a Monday I don’t know if I expected any thing else. Will be back.

This was listed as one of the best restaurants in brickell, and why not? It’s the four seasons after all. The ambiance was very much a hotel restaurant ambiance- kind of generic. We ordered a salad that was delicious and we’re excited for the seafood cazuela: but it wasn’t as spectacular as I’d hoped. Our server was excellent.

I was there for lunch with my family. The food was delicious but service was below any expectations for this class hotel. Our server was terrible. No greeting or food offering, just through us the menu and that's it.Inside on the bar was better service. They have good happy hour.

Went couple weeks ago, we enjoyed the entire meal. The service was great, waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable. The ambiance was perfect, and the food was delicious definitely go back.

Very upscale restaurant and bar however nice vibe that keeps things casual. People seated there generally in casual wear. Very attentive and prompt bar server. Great deals during Happy Hour.

Excellent dinner. Hands down. Good price. Great service by Javier. Drinks. Food portions. Quality of food. Ambiance. Complete package for a restaurant in Miami. Looking forward to going back.

OMG! One of the best brunch experiences, ever! Every station is better than the next -- there's shrimp, oysters, AND crab claws - OH MY! Brisket tacos, Chicken Tacos and even Veggie Tacos. Every single taco is delicious. The mimosas and bellinis are plentiful and the bbq station is worth a visit too. If you're able to check it out on a holiday, you'll be in for a real treat. We were able to dine at the Edge Steak & Bar for Sunday brunch then visited again for New Year's brunch...and they were both exceptionally delicious! RUN...DON'T WALK to Brunch at the Edge Steak & Bar! You and your tummy can thank me later. ;-)

Breakfast allowed for a team meeting and food was excellent. Staff well trained Dinner menu compact. Salads are well prepared and refreshing.

Loved the fillet steak ❤️ Food is delicious. Great staff, very professional. Great restaurant, lovely mood. I will return.

Sadly, Bad on so many levels!!! My wife made a reservation for 6 online because she wanted to try a new brunch spot. She decided on Miami, we are from Leesburg (central Florida), and after reading many reviews decided on the Edge Brasserie. Two days before the reservation we were called twice to confirm our reservation. OK, seemed a bit much to call twice but we figured this was good as they were following the schedule closely. We collected our friends in the morning, packed our jet and headed to Opa-Locka airport, the limo was on time and soon we arrived at the Four Seasons. We were all happy knowing this was the Four Season and the food is always 'Top Shelf" We arrived on time and were told to have a seat and wait. After 20 minutes my wife asked the hostess if there was a problem. She responded no problem and after another 5 minutes we were seated. 25 minute wait is too long. We waited patiently for 10 minutes with no waiter in sight, 4 of our party went to get food. After they returned, my wife and I went to get food. When we returned, the waiter still had not shown up. 20 minutes after we were seated, a waited did show up for the drink order.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 When the waited did show up we were in the middle of a discussion if we should go to the bar to get our own drinks. On to the food: I went to the raw bar, two shrimp on a sea of ice. The lady in front of me took those. Oysters were next, I took the last two. Ridiculous, OK it takes a minute to shuck an oyster, do you not know from previous brunches the expected #??? And the shrimp, you cut the top off a bag and dump it on the ice. Stone Crab, none to be seen. I asked and the folks in line said, 'Ya right'. Raw salmon, of course, OPS, no none of that unless you wanted it in a premade croissant sandwich. No seafood, I thought I would go and get a caesar salad while I waited for the seafood. OPS, no caesar salad, true. I did pick up a fish dip cracker that was good. Next, on to the eggs benedict. Made to order, no, not, the setup was for that but the lady cooking the eggs had no clue what she was doing. Every egg came out hard boiled well done. I asked for hollandaise sauce but she didn't understand and kept saying chives. When I pointed she handed me the plate and then poured some on. Very unprofessional. Come on chef, teach the poor woman how to make eggs for god's sake! I though at least I can get a couple of eggs or an omelet, maybe some bacon. OPS, no, none of that. I went to the pasta station, made to order, OPS, no, looked like it had been sitting a long time. I tried it, it was ok. NO WORRIES, TOMAHAWK STEAK TO THE RESCUE!!!!! (the reason we had come!!!) OOOOPPPPPSSSS, NO, NOT. I asked and I was told 'flank steak'. WTF, are you kidding me????? I ask the host and he responded 'They didn't light the fire today'!!!!! WTF, I commented this was not good and he said he would have the chef bring me one for the table. The meat that was brought out was an old leftover steak that was previously cooked medium well and tough as shoe leather. Three of us tried it and refused to eat it. Bright spot: The deserts were great. The meat slicer tried his best and smiled through all the criticism he had to endure. Overall, a tremendous disappointment. False advertisement on the food (the word we used at the brunch was 'Lied to'), not even having the basics like bacon and eggs, understaffed, undertrained, etc. I may be the only one writing this but the tables around us were all pissed off. This felt like a Holiday Inn Express, not a Four Seasons. Our money should be refunded. Or at least charge us what it was worth, like $30.00 FYI, I have logged over 200 nights in Four Seasons all over the world and this rates as #1 worst Four Season Restaurant. I don't say that lightly! If I owned the hotel, I would make massive changes immediately.

We were in town for a girls trip and made reservations for the Sunday brunch. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, wonderful service! The food was displayed well and the selections were fresh. While the 4 Seasons is a gorgeous hotel, there was a surprising underwhelming selection. I would highly recommend Edge for drinks and a meal but not for the brunch buffet. Unfortunately it is not worth the price.

the food is excellent, the service is no less, fantastic experience. I recommend the chicken, it was the best. The dessert, The Vacherin, something to write home about.

I went yesterday with a friend and got the executive lunch. It was ok, although the fish was not very good. Expensive for what I paid, but even worst is the price of expresso. $7.00 each. You can buy a whole Nespresso box with $7. Really abusive.

The Fourseasons in Boston is my favorite Hotel. Upon receiving an invite for lunch from my friends for, I was eager to experience Edge in Miami. They offer a superb menu with a wide range of fish, meats and a few vegetarian dishes to choose from. The Pinot Gricco was execelent as well as they fish I ordered. Lovely staff who were it seems fluent in English, Spanish and French. Well worth visiting as the hotel is located in the modern part of the city on Brickell Ave.

We went for Sunday brunch; we were staying at the Four Seasons. We sat outside to enjoy the great weather and they lowered a shade to keep the sun from our table. The server was excellent suggesting best options from the menu, buffet, and craft cocktails. The drinks came quickly with the first tasting dishes and the server had even added items that were perfect for our tastes. We laughed the table must be bugged as she was one step ahead throughout the meal. We ate from the buffets also and the variety and quality of all dishes were great. Don't miss getting something from the outside BBQ station as well. The entire experience was comfortable and delicious; well worth the money.

We was there at 2:50 pm and the attendant told us we can set but they don’t Will replish what you no longer have, the buffer closes at 4 pm, it is a restaurant of this level should be more careful with its customers and if it is open until 4 pm they should serve and replish the branch until 4 pm !and not leave customers frustrated because they make a dirty economy. They have to improve the service a lot and warn in their advertising texts that they stop repunching the brunch at 2:45 pm. Bad impression about the branch of this restaurant

Amazing steaks and cocktails served with a smile and good value. Do not miss the Happy Hour. Hoping to return soon.

It’s really good, classy and cosy place. The menu is short but the food quality is excellent. Interesting and delicious starters. One of the best fillet steaks ever. The service was perfect - many thanks to Kevin. Nice bar, cocktails and beers. Good wine list. Very reasonable prices. Much better than Nusr Et. Highly recommended.

The Edge is a great restaurant located in the Four Seasons Hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Our server Daniel was very professional and we were looked after very well. Great menu and plenty of choice. We will return.

The food was excellent. Started with the Edge Wedge and the bacon was crazy good. Dinner was Wagyu Churrassco…..was excellent. Medium rare is the way to go. We ate outside, which I would recommend. I will definitely be back.

I loved the vibe in the restaurant. It is located at the Four Seasons in Miami Downtown Brickell. The service, food quality went well with the atmosphere.

Had breakfast at Edge and enjoyed Cuban hash and eggs along with several pastries. Understated dining room with great art throughout the room. Service is great and prices are fair for this level of quality. The Four Seasons knows how to do it right!

Went with a friend on a Sunday night, had a very good time! Good variety of wine, some by the glass (average $15). We decided to order a few appetizers to be able to try more things. The foie gras bonbon ($9 for 3) was superb, and so was the beef tartar ($14). Tostones ($10) and chorizo croquetas ($9) were also delicious. The duck confit ($14) was the only one that didn’t impress. Entrees are quite expensive, but we had our little tapas style dinner and I left pretty satisfied. Final bill $90.

I've been staying at the Four Seasons for years, and I always eat at EDGE at least once, so that tells you that this is a reliable and enjoyable place. The service is great, even if you are only sitting in the bar area. The hostess is nice, the waitstaff is awesome. The decor is nice enough. If you aren't staying at the hotel, I don't think it's worth a special visit, so I'll say that. My main quibble here is the cuts of steak are pretty limited. Most steakhouses offer a lot of choices. At Edge, they feature very expensive Wagyu cuts, which is fine, but I feel like they should have prime cuts of strip and ribeye and filet mignon, then offer Wagyu as an upgrade on some of those. That being said, I had eaten at steakhouses the past 2 nights, so I was sick of steak, and I ordered the fish here. The fish was excellent! The wine list is pretty good too. A decent selection, and not too outrageously priced. Our server was fantastic, really nice, friendly, professional, and made the entire dinner relaxing and enjoyable. So again, two thumbs up for EDGE, but please broaden your steak options! Also, please get rid of the battery powered candles, and use real wax candles. Thanks!

Very enjoyable Sunday brunch. Lots of choice of starters at the raw bar, salads, cheese and cold meat. The asador BBQ was fantastic for steak and beef. Great range of mini desserts to finish including key lime pie and chocolate tarts. Wide choice of bottomless drinks and cocktails, with the option to upgrade to champagne. Could have had a few more fish options. Very attentive service. Not cheap but good value for money.

Every thing ws perfect I mean everything. From the steak to the desert.Everything is a 10.Taste presentation I mean EVERYTHING taste good.Fresh oysters tender steak live music. Delicious desert every time you thing this cannot get better it gets better.Highly recommend.

Posted review of Four Seasons Hotel with comments about Edge. Checked reviews for Edge Solo. Came upon review that clearly states rude host. I would not say rude, but odd. Stupid face of incompetence when entering. Other than this very fine. Great rib-eye. I did not write other review which mentions host.

Staying at the FS, there was an opportunity to have breakfast, lunch and happy hour and in each case the wait staff was very attentive and the dishes were unique and delicious. Breakfast options included Huevos Rancheros and traditional eggs while happy hour included guacamole with cotija cheese and fried plantanes. It is not a mix traditionally thought of, but the taste was phenomenal along with the croquetas and drinks. Strongly recommend for happy hour given the menu items

My husband and I had an excellent dinner at Edge. We were in Miami for 2 days before a cruise. We both had the Valentines menu which was 7 course chef’s tasting menu. Each course was beautifully presented and each was different and wonderful! Included were scallops, confit duck, filet mignon and honey meringue. Our server Scott was a delight. He was attentive and willing to switch out my wine when I did not think it was as good as it should be. We would definitely dine there again.

My experience at Edge is so bad - if you have money burning a hole in your pocket - consider going to another place and making a donation to your favorite charity. We chose to have bunch here to celebrate a special occasion. For those not aware - this is a more expensive brunch option compared to other places. So we expected a relative good experience with food to match. We were promptly seated - the hostess was nice. We were placed in an overflow section of a private room with a large party - it was ok, sans the curtain retainer sticking into my back. While the initial drink order was promptly offered - it only went down hill from there. QUESTIONABLE HYGIENE- I ordered a Diet Coke, it was mistakenly brought to another table and put down. A few moments later - the same can of Coke and glass was offered to me. Really? This is acceptable at a Four Seasons? This is not the first - my mother ordered a turmeric and ginger shot - again, put down at another table and brought back over. At the very least - get a new glass. Once something is put down - don’t pick it back up again and give it to someone. Who know if the other guest has an ailment or sneezed on it? Who is managing this place to allow this to happen? We had to send these back - yuck! AWFUL SUB PAR service - I’m being nice. We complained a couple of times about the lack of service. We waited a long time to reorder drinks, have plates cleared, and even struggled to get utensils. I can’t believe I had to ask the hostess to get plates cleared. At best, the staff was disorganized and inattentive. It doesn’t seem like it was any one individual - rather, I believe it is a management issue as the people who tried to accommodate us did their best. We spent 3.5 hours at Edge - mainly awaiting drinks and basic tools to eat. Seriously - again, who is managing this place? I ended up eating my dessert with a knife as getting new utensils was a challenge. Current labor shortages is not an excuse that this location, and at the price point, can use as a crutch. Feels like the accountable people are asleep or have a lack of understanding of the hospitality industry. Add to that language barriers with customer facing staff. No guest should feel ignored. FOOD - the name is Edge Steak. They offered two types of steaks. The tomahawk was eagerly anticipated. But OMG - it sucks. Language barriers made it difficult to get the right temperature. And running out of sauce? Really? Both cuts lacked flavor and character - though finished on charcoal. I had a chat with the head chef from Sydney (a Four Seasons alum) who is nice enough - but he seemed to struggle with his coworkers doing the basics. The next thing is that the selection of foods was not robust - my favorite was the Caesar gems with real anchovies. We also had options to order a few things from a menu - the blue crab avocado toast was great. But good luck ordering with such poor service. However- the part I found disgusting is under cooked shrimps? WTF? The paella was served with under cooked shrimp - see pic. This shrimp does NOT appear to be sushi grade sweet shrimps. This can get people sick. How can any manager let this happen? This was an important celebration for us, while we made it work - I cannot justify this experience in any way and CANNOT - recommend this place by any stretch of the imagination. For those not familiar - Brunch cost $110, $145, or $245 depending on your beverage options. There is no way, at this price level, that any establishment can allow this type of experience. Where are the people in charge? Who is maintaining the standards? Worse - is this the standard? Is this the ‘Florida Man Four Seasons Experience?’ If my organization ran this way - I’d be embarrassed and on the warpath to make it right. I am flabbergasted that then Four Seasons would choose to operate this way. Stay away - there are better options without a curtain stay stabbing you in the back, staff ignoring you, or eating chewy steak and undercooked seafood whilst questioning if the establishment understands basic hygienic standards.

Slow service, average food, and no ambiance. No, no and no. A family gathering was ruined by a waiter that couldn't manage two tables, ours and one other (the rest of the outdoor seating was empty). The food arrived after inappropriately long waits. Steak- sizzling and cooked to order? No. The steak was lukewarm and obviously had waited quite a while to be served. Head to Capitol Grille or anywhere else, this is not even close to being up to Four Seasons standards.

Dined here during Miami Spice I had the roast duck and it was DELICIOUS! Mia, our server was excellent, polite, went above and beyond when she located a phone charger for my phone and charged it for me. The food came quickly and the atmosphere (area where we sat) was quiet and relaxed. I highly reccommend!

We were recommended Edge Steak & Bar for a good brunch & to change up our usual places we like to visit. When you find something good, it’s good & this place has been added to our list of really good. We made reservations & were seated right away when we arrived. They had a full buffet of fresh foods but I have to say my favorite part was the taco station and having bbq outside was a nice touch. One thing I really like about this brunch is you can add bottomless mimosas or premium drinks and it’s not automatically included, unlike some other places that automatically include it in the price whether you drink or not. Do yourself a HUGE favor & check out Edge for brunch. Thank me later! 😉

I have never heard of this restaurant but if you are into brunches it is definitely on par with Zuma and Setai in my opinion. Lots of food station options including the stone crab, shrimp and oyster station, taco station, suckling roasted pig station, salad and fruit stations and a separate room mini dessert station. Also, you are given an ala cart menu to choose more options from like eggs Benedict or omelettes, waffles, pancakes, ribs and so on....the food selection is very extensive, and it all tastes great!

Came here for a graduation party of 12 people including some kids. Once sat, the waiter did not come by for about 10 minutes. When he finally came, he asked what kind of water we wanted. Came back 10 minutes later with water and gave specials and finally asked for drink orders. Drinks finally came after 30 minutes after seating. I had to remind him that he forgot a few wines and he said "oh, right" like he forgot. This is not a way to start a celebration!! Food was okay but very expensive. $30-$60 for 8-12 oz steaks and not even prime cuts...at least mine wasn't. Decor was nice as we sat outside. Service may have been poor since the tip was already included in large parties which I hate when they do that.

Fantastic food and great service in a beautiful setting. What more could you ask for. I can only rate it 5 stars because you can't go any higher.

In a modern indoor-outdoor space, EDGE, Steak & Bar offers an eclectic, affordable menu of high-quality, interesting cuts of meat, indigenous seafood and locally sourced fruits and vegetables. Our group of eight friends all enjoyed our meals & loved the views.

Sunday brunch was phenomenal including the mimosas. All of the food and desserts were fresh. The outside seating was wonderful. I loved being able to order off the menu. Worth a visit at least once.

This one was fun. A waiter not afraid of consulting/advising (a colleague of mine was n a friendly way challenged to have his steak medium rare not medium as this kind of meat and cut would go better that way), steaks in one of the best marinade/seasonings I ever had and fantastic quality at -surprisingly for the four seasons environment - reasonable prices. I would recommend to sit outside on the deck. Very good wine selection, mostly US.

Located in the Four Seasons on Brickell Avenue, Miami. The restaurant atmosphere was excellent, the service was so so being a Four Season. The food quality was excellent but there was not much variety of dishes compare to other brunches in similar high-end hotels. Had to upgrade to a better Champagne than one included in the brunch which I did not care. Did not like the quality of wine offered either.

Stayed in the hotel for a week, so found this convenient for Dinner and Breakfast. Had Dinner 3 times and consistently good food and service. The steak was superb as was the burger. The wine is a little pricey but then a expected no more than other restaurants. Breakfast was good to, the waiter forgot a side order and was quite horrified when i asked where it was - it came out quick and wasn’t charged for it. The next couple of days we ate breakfast he knew exactly what we wanted which was good customer service.

The food at Edge is very good and you should expect nothing less from a Four Seasons. However, I don't think it was worth the ride from SOBE to Brickell. If you are staying in Brickell, then I highly recommend stopping by. The sides & apps were probably my favorite part. I am a bit of a steak snob & this didn't touch my top 10 in the US. The flavor just wasn't there. I love the concept of Farm to Table in a hotel, that's not something you see everyday!

Great steak. But you should ask without the seasoning. I don’t like a 100 day dry aged prime bone in ribeye destroyed by some seasoning. Salt and pepper is just fine. Great service.

All it took was a phone call to ask for something special and the challenge was accepted. The dream team at Edge Steak created a dazzling VEGAN six course culinary experience paired with just the right spirit or wine for the most memorable birthday evening! The six courses were one exquisite bite followed by something even better. Our palates were taken on a magical journey of savory spices and varying textures. The two show pieces that stood out were the leek and mushroom Wellington and the watermelon granita. Rich, creamy gravy. Thin, crispy phyllo shell. Succulent, earthy mushrooms. Heaven really. And the granita.... a piece of art. Visually stunning. A palate pleaser. Creamy coconut sorbet with slightly sweet, tangy berry and watermelon balls of goodness. Refreshing. The team of excellence started with our hostess, Linda, our server Mia, and the bartender, Mark. But, the star of the show was the Executive Sous Chef Daniela Guerra who created most of our delectable edible artistry. Both she and Executive Chef Aaron Brooks presented their take on Miami’s cuisine adapted for vegans and we couldn’t have been more pleased or grateful. The accolades they’ve earned are so well deserved.

The restaurant gets rather noisy in peak time. We dined indoors but you have a choice to eat outside. We loved the mushroom soup.

if you like steaks and barbecue food , you will enjoy , this restaurant also present very nice brunch on sunday with a good variety of food . try it on Sunday you will not regret :)

I only had the chance to enjoy breakfast at Edge during our stay. It was amazing! The omelet and their coffee were both delicious! Great service. I can only imagine what a nice steak dinner there tastes like. It must be fabulous.

Went here with a group of friends-party of 12- this past weekend. Our waiter "Josh" that's what he told us to call him after pronouncing his long name. Very nice, very friendly and professional. We sat outside Service was a bit slow and besides our party only one other table occupied with two people- drinks and appetizers came after maybe 30 minutes of ordering. Entrees came out timely. One member of our party had to send their steak back for being over done. I had the grouper - hmm- nothing to writer home about. Had a lemon drop martini - quite on point. A nice place to have dinner, nothing fabulous about it (in my opinion) would not be my first choice for dining out. Note- Valet parking is $10 within a 3 hr. period of arrival - after 3 hrs. 50%.

When we stay at the Four Seasons, we eat here at least once. It's relaxing. Ambience is good, service is great. Cocktails and wine list are excellent. The menu is a little limited, but the food is reliably good.

Don't eat here. The food awful, and the service is far worse. I'm not being hyperbolic. Reservation for 7pm. Ordered food with the appetizer, and while the appetizer came on time, the rest of the food arrived an hour and 40 minutes after we were sat. Our waiter vanished halfway through the meal. I had to flag him down to find out where it was. He said something happened in the kitchen but was vague about it. The manager arrived and explained the food was "a little" late - when we told her how long we'd be waiting she didn't seem to believe us, which was odd. She offered to bring us a glass of wine. We were billed for water (regular water with your meal runs you $11 at this restaurant... good thing we did not get a refill!) despite that was not disclosed on the menu. The food finally came out very poorly cooked and was clearly rushed. When I asked the waiter why, after such a long time, we had to pay full price and that we were billed for of all things, water, he quickly closed the cover on the bill with my card inside and said "he would take care of it" and ran off immediately. He took the price of the water off and ran my card for everything else without telling me - knocking the bill from $211 to $200. Really terrible experience and honestly a bit fraudulent. I think the worst part of the disinterested attitude from the manager about the whole situation. If you took the time to read this review, note that this restaurant was so exceptionally bad that I took the time to write the novel of a review instead of partying in Miami. I do this to warn you, lest my fate become yours - stay away from EDGE!

Food was awesome, service is great as well. Steak to-the-point and high quality. Nice place to sit outside and enjoy the evening. Only thing I disliked was, that this place is very pricy (which is fine for the quality, service and location), however charging extra for parking is a no-go. They can be happy that I am their guest, so this should be included.

A great place to have a late night drink if you are staying at the hotel, or in the area. The outdoor seating is nice, as it is not crazy crowded like so many other places on Brickell. Wine list is good and prices are fair.

We stayed at the four season miami and we booked a table for the family at the edge restaurent .the food was very good and so as the service.plenty of variety of dishes for everone ihighly reccomend it

Wend there for brunch on Feb 12, 2017 with a friend that knows the place for many many years. We went there hopping to get the well known Four Seasons brunch experience and it was one of the worst meals we ever had. In comparison to the past, the place has gone downhill. We waited for a couple of minutes to be seated and while walking towards out table we saw that the different food stations were running out of food and hoped for a refill! Our server Mauricio wan not very helpful or nice. Cost is outrageous for what the place offers. Brunch menu was $75/person, the unlimited cocktails $20/person and the unlimited Moët & Chandon champagne + wines + cocktails was $35/person plus taxes and tips. Will not be going back anytime soon.

I've had dinner here a couple of times, NV been disappointed. I've had th Wagyu (wow) n Branzino (yummy) - both were excellent. Mac n Chesse was chessy n w a crust, just th way I like it. Brussel sprouts were very good. Worth goin!

Best food in Miami. We tried both fish and meat with a side of vegetables and Mac n cheese and were enthusiastic of every single dish brought to the table. Service is impeccable. You won’t get anything better than this in the city. Dining on the terrace is lovely.

I'm not usually a fan of hotel restaurants, but this is one of the best in the area, if not the best. Brickell is kind of a corporate area, and the restaurants nearby are generic high end chains that aren't very good. Edge has excellent food and service. Steak and sides are excellent. The wine list is excellent. Service is excellent. I'm always happy to eat here, and it's the best place for miles. I ate here two of the four nights I was in the city.

If you are tired of the regular Sunday buffet, this is the right place to go. Fresh pasta bar, seafood bar, open fire grilled steak, assortment of pastries, speciality cocktails. This is a Miami must.

This is a more casual and traditional atmosphere consistent w Four seasons hotel. Tasting menu was very reasonable 5 courses 55 usd. Wagyu grilled steak, mushroom soup, salad and cheesecake. Each course was very tasty and this was very reasonably priced. The amount of beef (2-3 oz) was disappointing and inconsistent w servings prior to the main course, especially considering this is a steak house. Portions were definitely not in keeping w four seasons quantities. Service was prompt, attentive and friendly.

While staying at the Fur Seasons, we had drinks at the Bar. Great experience and great service. Prices were fine.

This is not your average hotel restaurant, often chosen because a traveler is just too tired to venture out after a long day. Edge is not a concession, but a treat! We chose to eat outside, very pleasant, with a breeze blowing. We had a squash blossom salad/appetizer that our waitress recommended, it was fantastic! Hubs had what he considered one of the best examples of yellowtail snapper he has ever eaten, I had a tasty steak with a wonderful chimichurri sauce. The dessert we shared, a blueberry compote- polenta cake extravaganza with rosemary ice cream, was memorable and noteworthy. Our waitress, Mia, was friendly, professional, had great recommendations, was a big fan of the restaurant and hotel, and made the evening even more enjoyable. She also found me in the hotel, a few minutes after we left, and handed me back a light sweater I had left on the back of my chair. So why not five stars? A couple reasons, both wine related. I ordered a glass of rose wine, $15-ish, and it was a very small pour, maybe a generous four ounces plus at most. Don't tell me about the large wine bowl, etc, I was in the wine biz for 10 years, it was a small pour. I looked around to other tables and saw that was their standard pour. As per most fine restaurants, the wine by the glass is poured from a bottle at your table. Then I happened to watch and overhear the bartender talking to someone, maybe a resident that he knew, pouring her wine and asking her to say "when." When was way more full than other patrons. Also, the extremely well-curated wine list was a bit padded over what should be standard restaurant pricing. Yes, it is the Four Seasons, but the couple extra dollars made by small pours and inflated bottle pricing don't, to me, reflect the level of luxury that Four Seasons defines. But I would definitely recommend, the food and service is outstanding. I would probably just stick to water, or maybe order a beer...

Had breakfast one day and drinks with friends another day. Food is a bit pricey but was very good as were the drinks. They did not skimp. Nice place

Amidst the beautiful surroundings of the four seasons, this restaurant fell short on a number of issues. We sat for about 10 minutes before someone came over to our table. The waiter, albeit recommended one of their fabulous signature cocktails, wanted to take both the cocktail and food order at the same time. That did not impress me. I ordered the beef tartare, which was one of the best renditions I've had. Next came the 12 oz ribeye, which was an embarrassment for a restaurant that calls itself a steakhouse. It was pencil thin and was not cooked to the desired temperature. My wife ordered the filet, which was a bit tough and undercooked. Although Elon, the food and beverage supervisor, was charming and very accommodating, I was extremely disappointed. As we left and paid the check, he told me he had dessert coming as a surprise. Obviously , there was a lack of communication with the waiter, who made no mention of it as we left. When we went to get our car, I mentioned our experience to Joseph, who got our car. He did not know what to for us. He was extremely impressive and 100% service oriented. Probably won't return.

We went to the restaurant on a Friday, night since we were going to the Arshct Center for a Concert at 8PM. The traffic to get to the Four Season on Brickell is always challenging give yourself plenty of time. We arrived and placed our order, the wine was excellent Pahlmeyer Cab. We ordered an appetizer to share which was good but not memorable. For dinner we had the Delmonico & New York Strip both came done as requested but over seasoned. I want to taste the beef not seasoning. We had the fresh vegetables of the day, the charred Brussels sprouts and shared a baked potato. The waitress came right as the food arrived and asked how it was and we said we haven’t tasted it yet. Unfortunately, she never came back and the baked potato was hard so we left it. The manager came by our table after we had just about finished to see how things were and told her just OK and the potato was under done. She bought our desert which was good called Edge Chocolate. The wine and the cake were the highlight overall would not return disappointed. Having been to lucky enough to dine at Four Season’s throughout the US, Bora Bora and Europe this is the first time I found the food very average and not befitting what we have become accustomed to when dining at the Four Seasons.

Love this place, one of the best for Happy Hours and Miami Spice (AUG-SEP). We always had good food and good drinks at the bar, cool atmosphere and again, try it during Miami Spice, they are always one of the best values.

Amazing Sunday brunch experience! All of the food was top notch. We enjoyed delicious salad, seafood, steak, paella, pasta, pastries and so much more. Our server Mili was exceptional... She really enhanced our overall experience tremendously. Can't wait to return!

Love the meats at this restaurant, really tender and juicy. I had the Aussie Lamb Shoulder and the Kangaroo Empanadas. This place is located at the Four Seasons Miami.

My husband and our 10 (almost 11) year old son were in Miami to celebrate our son's birthday and take in a Marlins game. We inquired about restaurants at our hotel and Edge was on their list. It was already late and I was worried we would need a reservation but I called and the girl who answered was very friendly and said we would be fine. We were greeted promptly by the hostess upon arrival and she seated us on the patio which was perfect. The ambiance was really nice. It was not too hot and there we lights strung around. Our waiter, Javier, was FANTASTIC! Our son was less than thrilled to be out to a fancy restaurant with Mom and Dad but Javier was so friendly and engaging and made a point to talk directly with our son. He really made the whole night. The food was really, really amazing. We all had steak (my husband and I both had the filet and our son had the NY strip). They were cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. We had the cheesy mashed potatoes and asparagus which were also very good. For dessert my husband and son had the chocolate souffle and I had the creme brulee. We were all so full and happy when we left. Check out Edge Steak and Bar the next time you are in Miami... you will NOT be disappointed!

As soon as you step in the Four Season hotel between the Botero statue you appreciate the luxury and the beauty of the place, the dinner was outside in the terrace at 7th floor. As starter the tuna tartare was just incredible and as main course I had the tenderloin steak that’s was just so good, never skip the desert I personally chose 2....very nice restaurant here in Brickell!

Edge offers a $24 three course set lunch on weekdays, one of the best values in town at a high end venue. Valet parking (if stamped in the restaurant) costs $10. Food and service quality high as you might expect. Outside tables preferred unless it’s windy.

We very much enjoyed our dinner at Edge. Strong gin and tonic and vodka tonic to start! We had the cheese and chorizo croquetttes and foie gras and truffle bonbons for our appetizer, both really good, and then we shared the 20 oz rib eye for our main course. Very flavourful and tender and done as we requested. We both had dessert- the dark chocolate pave and cao chocolate souffle. The pave was fantastic. Finished with a glass of Iconoclast Cabernet. Wonderful server Mia who withstood my husband's special sense of humour with lots of laughter and an excellent attitude. Great experience overall! Nice ambience and not too noisy or too quiet. And prices good considering this is at the Four Seasons.

We stopped by Edge on Monday for Happy Hour and were blown away by the great customer service! They also have some amazing deals ($1 oysters, $8 cocktails, 2 for 1 bites!)

From various parts of the world we came to meet on Brickell. After a thorough selection between all the future assistants we chose Edge Steak & Bar, and reserved days in advance. We selected a table for 10 in a quiet spot of the restaurant, we needed to talk. They offer us a separate room, at the far end and worked perfectly. Indeed was perfect for talking and sharing. Great menu. The starters tostones, wagyu meet on lettuce rolls, and quinoa salad where shared by all. Main course was all kinds of steaks.- I personally didn’t like the outside of the steak so dark cooked with the inner rare, in an medium rare ordered steak. From my end it lacked good technical ability in the cooking. It can be a matter of taste and how you like your steak done, I can understand, nevertheless the meat was not juicy. The dessert: soufflé inside the orange was superb!! Service wast as expected. The place was packed and overwhelmed. Hi season ? Yes; but in a Four Seasons? I will return for a friends dinner, yet not in high season.-

A truly amazing experience. Appetizers we’re fantastic, classic with a modern touch. Main course was fantastic. Service was attentive and cordial. A must go Brickell restaurant.

We visited for a Sunday brunch expecting an amazing experience but what we found was rather disappointing. There where certain good dishes such as the egg Benedict’s, lobster and the tacos, but the rest wasn’t up to my expectations coming from a four seasons. The food variety was poor and limited, the service was very inattentive and slow, value/ price for the food is not worth it. I would NOT recommend to go here for brunch.

Cozy location and very frendly knowledgeable waiters! Good dinner ambiente, not to bright not to dark. Thank you Daniel you made our night out!

A night with family to celebrate my birthday. Edge offered the perfect setting as we sat out on the terrace enjoying the light breeze in the air. The staff did everything to make the evening fantastic and memorable.

Very quaint restaurant in the beautiful four seasons hotel. We enjoyed just walking around the hotel after our dinner. The service was very attentive and the steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked. The only reason for 4 stars is that the steak didn't come with any side dishes, they needed to be added a la carte. Overall, wonderful restaurant!

I loved the food that we had for lunch and the winter was excellent (N Sudhir). But why did you put us next to the large table of young men! My lamb burger was nice even if it fell apart! I would come back.

We had Creekstone Farm steaks. Here there is a wider choice of cuts of this brand than in other steak restaurants. Steaks were great, service was excellent. If you come in the evening and the weather is not too hot - it is recommend to seat outside - it has good views of the city. Overall very satisfied and when next in Miami - I will come here again inshallah. Regards

My husband surprised me with a weekend down in Miami at the Four Seasons hotel. Amazing place. As in most fine hotels there is an associated restaurant to grab a bite, have some dinner and yes of course have breakfast/brunch. As in all fine hotels the price fixe and individual prices are high but it usually is associated with excellent food and portions. I can say that I was sorely disappiinted. Our first intro was when we went for happy hour. We has a flat bread that the bread was not flat but doughy and tasted like it came from Dominos pizza. The staff was excellent. When we went for breakfast the bread was stale, the tomatoes were mushy and the eggs nothing to write home about. My husband's omelette was small and overcooked. Both our dishes needed to get sent back due to it being wrong and the bacon needed to be cooked more which was an original request. I can get over most of it if I were at a diner but in light of the fact that this was a restaurant associated with the Four Seasons Hotel I was shocked. The biggest surprise came at the end when we got the check. We were supplied with a carafe of coffee and then we were charged with 4 cups of coffee at $6 a pop. Now in my book that is a little underhanded. The next day we took a small walk to Altier Monnier, a small breakfast place on Brickell. Service and food were first class and without the sticker shock. I suggest Edge either drop their prices or bump up their food to the same quality that the Four Season represents

Loved it! Went for a grad school celebration. We arrived early, they promptly sat us outside (the weather was perfect for outside dining). Kevin, our server, was personable, fun & really nice. We really enjoyed the service. Great appetizers (get the lamb balls they are out of this world). Drinks were also very good. Steaks cooked to perfection & the chocolate dessert board for dessert is also a must! We will definitely be back.

Located in the beautiful and elegant 4 Seasons Hotel on Brickell Avenue. EDGE STEAK & BAR deserves all of the accolades that it regularly receives: Ambiance, Food, & Service are all Outstanding Located on the 7th floor, this restaurant and very comfortable interior seating, as well as lovely outdoor patio dinning (when not raining). We enjoyed: Great cocktails - Margarita, and Peach Manhattan (tasty!!) Sourdough bread slices w/ olive & tomato tapenade and homemade hummus - DELICIOUS!! Ribeye bone-in 16 ounce steak - great for 2 people - perfectly cooked and carved-on-the-bone in the kitchen - a delicious steak! Excellent side dishes - French fries (hot & crispy!) and Quinoa salad(very good) Spinach and ricotta pasta entree - excellent Desserts (sure to satisfy!!): Chocolate chip skillet cookie with chocolate ice cream -and- a Chocolate mouse with cherries confit and crema fresca ice cream If you've never been, EDGE STEAK is a real treat!! We can't wait to return!!

My boyfriend who is a Four Seasons employee surprised me here for my birthday and he had called in advance to ask for a birthday dessert with my name. He gets there and they don't acknowledge him at all. Service was very slow as there was only one server for the whole outdoor area of ten tables. He had to ask for the cake once they brought the bill and they had forgotten. Then they asked him AGAIN to spell my name and mentioned the cake in front of me so it ruined the surprise. Where was the attention to detail? Why didn't they write my name in the system and why weren't we flagged for a birthday celebration? Then they bring a tiny dessert, basically one bite, and I could tell he was visibly upset. Also, they changed the menu completely. There are less than 20 items on the menu and I was very excited to try some things I had seen online on Yelp but didn't get to. My boyfriend is very familiar with the standards of service of this brand. To not acknowledge him after he called in advanced asking for a special experience is completely unacceptable. I will not be recommending this place to ANYONE. So disappointing and they should be embarrassed.

You just can't go wrong with a meal in a Four Seasons. Period. This was a celebratory family dinner and I wanted a steakhouse. The oysters were great, as was the Butcher's Cut steak and all of the sides. My husband raved about the lamb chops and our daughter said it was the fanciest hot dog ever! Service very good but it was hard to understand his thickly accented English. Overall wonderful night!

The Edge, Steak & Bar, a deluxe steakhouse with a posh patio situated within the Four Seasons Hotel at 1435 Brickell Avenue in downtown Miami, Florida, is an indoor/outdoor venue in an art deco setting that lives up to its reputation as the city's premier steakhouse. During our three-day stay at the Four Seasons, my wife and I had an opportunity to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant, which is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. For breakfast, we had homestyle oatmeal with brown sugar, raisins, almonds and chilled milk, Eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon, potatoes, marinated tomatoes and hollandaise sauce and French toast with thick-cut brioche, honey nut granola, sausage and berries. For lunch, we had bowls of tomato and roasted eggplant soup, grills shrimp salad with quinoa and roasted corn salad, shaved fennel, tomato, greens and Meyer lemon dressing and an Edge burger with American beef, aged cheddar, house pickles and French fries. For dinner, we indulged in lobster bisque, shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad with little gem lettuce, crispy egg, fried capers and parmesan, a 6-ounce filet mignon with bearnaise sauce, truffle mashed potatoes and roasted carrots, a 10-ounce Wagyu New York strip steak with peppercorn sauce, truffle mashed potatoes and asparagus with shallot butter. For dessert, we shared pineapple jasmine sorbet and Miami cheesecake with strawberries, alfalfa ice cream and caramelized phyllo. We couldn't walk past the door without stopping to eat.

Have had less than stellar experiences at Edge. This time as near perfect as it gets. Elon I believe is manager was a gracious gentleman as were all those encountered at Edge. Happy hour is a fantastic deal. Suggest stay for dinner.

Superb Sunday brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. From the seafood raw bar to the grilled butcher’s, the made-to-order pasta to the plethora of desserts. A fun atmosphere with live music and impeccable service. Highly recommend.

Pros: - the steak itself was excellent; I had the 7x ribeye, and it was the best steak I've had in the U.S. (I have a strong personal bias towards Wagyu and against traditional American USDA Prime). The ingredient was top-notch and it was cooked excellently. - great cheesy mashed potatoes (ordered off-menu) - great service from Stephen Cons - rude hostess in front

We went to New Years Eve dinning and the experience was incredible. Everything was perfect. The five course meal was complete and well balanced. High quality ingredients, nice presentation and very tasty food. Our server ( Jonas ), was very attentive and profesional.

Excellent food and service in a beautiful setting. Went for the 3 course lunch special. Had the shrimp/corn croquettes, thechurassco and a delicate panacotta. Well worth it!

I was at the Beautiful Edgemiami restaurant @ The Four Seasons Miami with my wife. Ambiance & Food was AmaZing!!! What I did understand was how is possible on Saturday night at 9:20pm with only 3 tables seating inside of the restaurant, the waitress starting to remove all wine glasses from the table creating a lot of noise and all wine bottles which by the way give a beautiful and cozy decorations to the restaurant!! I asked very surprised why are you are removing the beautiful decorations of this restaurant and the answer was, we are getting ready for breakfast and I asked again but are you closing? I am feeling you’re pushing me out of the restaurant and Of course after that nobody come back to the table to check if we need anything else or a glass of wine or something else. Just at the very end my waitress asked me if I need anything else or just the check 😳 Hopefully the Four Seasons FB managers take serious my review

My friends eat here all the time - very expensive, but very delightful environment. So I decided to order the Plantains. So for $10.90 i got 3 fried plantains, that were soggy. (so much for the "crisp" description in the menu) with a really delicious guacamole and something on it. Frankly, I will never order that again. 1 plantain costs less than $1.00 at any supermarket, and mine are way better than that.

The Edge is in what might be the saddest Four Seasons on the planet (and I've stayed in the awful Sydney, Australia FS). The hotel looks like an older, lifeless cheap office building. It's lobby and pool area are just as awful and unfortunately this aesthetic spreads to the Edge restaurant. It looks like a neglected Sheraton hotel, bearing no resemblance to an upscale hotel. The brunch offerings were limited and management seems most proud of its taco bar. This unsightly display consisted of a few condiments and possibly chicken. It was left uneaten. There is a raw bar which wasn't bad. The desserts looked like what you would expect from a lower end buffet and I decided not to even try them. Included in the buffet is a choice of a breakfast entree. Now this is where I thought the Edge might distinguish itself and compensate for the limited and lacking buffet choices. I was wrong. The pancakes and waffles were just as lackluster as the buffet... and the hotel and decor. Just disappointing all around.

Both breakfast and dinner was very good together with excellent bar service . Occasionally slow seating clients and there is no buffet breakfast .

When an establishment has the word ‘Steak’ in its name, one would be led to believe a great steak can be obtained. Unfortunately for myself, I didn’t quite get a good one a the first try: steak was delivered cold. The staff did right by me and cooked a new one. The fact still remains a perfectly good piece of meat was wasted in the process. I’m staying at the Four Seasons and I don’t intend on returning.

Our family visit to Edge was fabulous. We enjoyed the Sunday Brunch on Christmas Day and were not disappointed. The selections were varied, everything was delicious and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend.

As others have mentioned happy hour (4pm to 7pm every day) is really great - buck a shuck oysters The oysters tonight, were smallish, but extremely fresh, slightly briny (in a good way) - served expertly on ice with lemon, lime, cocktail and mignonette sauce....perfect! The Cobia ceviche (with jicama and pepper) and the steak tartare served with a fried egg, parmesan, sliced truffles were both excellent appetizers and generous enough for 4 people to share. The snapper filet - though modest in portion - was one of the best fish filets any where. Surprising for a steak house. The Australian Wagyu skirt steak was outstanding. Service was friendly, attentive, and helpful with recommendations.

We really liked this restaurant and the food. We sat outside and it was beautiful. They have a nice big bar and a great menu. The 1 Hotel is amazing. Great all around

The Sunday brunch was the very best meal we have had in Miami, The service was beyond any expectation. The variety of foods and the quality of the ingredients was outstanding. I concentrated on prawn, crab claws and prosciutto.

The brunch at Edge on Sundays is amazing. Really tops. The set up, service, inside or outside, all very well done. The pics speak for themselves.

Service at this four seasons restaurant wasn’t acceptable. Which is a shame as the food was delicious. I waited long enough for food. One steak came out cold and had to be sent back to recook. To be fair the manager fixed quickly. The problem is bad servers who don’t take on responsibility - too many people looking busy, divided responsibilities and nobody held for account. Tell a server the table is their job - if something is wrong they need to fix it. Had a delay in another top class hotel the same week and they refused to charge me as an apology. At edge I paid full price.

Was surprise by the breakfast buffet offer during the Weekend . It was absolutely one of the best that I’ve been. Also great steak for diner, the bar is also a nice place to eat and drink . Good food, nice atmosphere , great service.

We had a business dinner here and the food was good, but there were a few things that we didn’t love. On the table when we arrived was a menu and a special multi-course option that included an appetizer, soup, main, and a dessert. When it came time to order, there were two of us that wanted to go with that option but the waiter was odd about it and then told us no because others at the table had not ordered it. It was an odd interaction, and something that we were a little confused by. Other than that, the food was great, the service was attentive, and we enjoyed the evening.

Very nice hotel. We went for dinner to the restaurant, food and service was nice but as usual hotel&gclid restaurants are very expensive.

Wow! Worth the expensive tab. If you love it, they have it and it's fantastic! I loved their Quinoa dish the best! Keep in mind I'm a vegetarian. Yummy mimosa's, Bloody Mary's... a variety a fresh, delicious brunch cuisine.

Classist brunch spot. Had a table for 6 and asked for an inside table, was seated not in the main dinning area which is the reason for booking this brunch. Asked if there was a possibility for changing and waiting for the main dinning room and denied my request as they were full. About 20 mins later looked inside and there were SEVERAL tables empty . Definitely would not return to this classist place. Maybe I wasnt the “look” they were going for

On ambiance a 4. On service a 5. On the food a 3. Appetizers pre made and cold. Steak was OK but just that. Ok. Dessert was great.

Travelling with teenagers, so opted for early dine menu then went to Bayside for Pitbull's celebration. Dinner was splendind, great taste and superb service.

After checking into the Four Seasons, we stopped by The Edge to have a drink. We soon discovered a happy hour with $1 oysters. We ended up ordering two dozen. They were fresh, plump and delicious. E is a great spot to have a cocktail and an appetizer before going out on the town. Recommend.

We have been to this Brunch many years but this year we found it confusing. Most people are looking for traditional breakfast fare, eggs, bacon etc. They had Cuban Eggs Benedict, horrible, same for Belgian Waffle with Carrot cake mixed in, terrible. The outside meat station was the best. The croissants were old and stale. I suggest you go back to The winning traditionally offerings and do not try to dazzle the customers With the names.

Great restaurant. The food was delicious. The service extraordinary. I love the different flavors they used and their salads. Manager were very caring and want to make sure you enjoy your meal. ......................... loved it!

I had coconut matcha chia pudding. It was really good. I also had american coffee and baked goods. They were fresh and tasty. Service is outstanding and fast. Well worth the visit.

Arrived early for breakfast, met the hostess & Kevin. He gave me excellent service. I ordered Waygu Huevos Rancheros, it is a dish consisting of Wagyu Skirt Steak, Tortilla, Salsa Roja, Sour Cream Cotija Cheese, Pico de Gallo, and a Sunny Side Up Egg. And a Chai Tea Latte (my ex German American gf loves Chai Tea Latte) nice almond treat that came with it. Steak waa well cooked, Tortillas were crisp & the Salsa Roja had a good spicy kick. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend, she looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. Cue in the songs : Kiss from a Rose by Seal and New Romantics Song by Taylor Swift ‧ 2014. Update, dine for lunch. Kudos to the Host Team of Ridiri, Carolina, & Fabiola. They were busy handing a previous group as I arrived. I ordered Pappardelle Bolognese Ragú, Parmigiano Reggiano, Basil and Crème Brûlée. I was served fresh Parmigiano, it was nice of the service lady. 🇩🇪🎸🙏✌️

From start to finish it was excellent and we will certainly be back! This was my first time here and the food and service were exceptional! The manager for the evening was Herman (be sure to roll the R) and he was so kind and welcoming. Our sever Melech (besides being quite handsome with a light-skinned version of Kanye) was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, excellent customer service. Please visit! 7th floor of the four seasons hotel.

The Edge was an attractive, elegant spot with a lovely menu and the most attentive staff. They made sure you were well cared for without being intrusive. Perfect for a business lunch.

Being in our favorite Four Seasons this restaurant has consistent quality food, cocktails, and wine. The server staff is quality and knows the menu. The food is always of great quality and consistence.

I was very particular when I ordered my meal that night. Our server was Fantastic! Everything was delicious without a rushy feeling. We loved it and I highly recommend dining here.
Incredibly reasonable for such a wonderful fine dining experience.
We came to do a reconnescience to confirm our desire to move to Brickell. The Terrace at Edge Steak & Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel was recommended by our host. The prices were incredibly reasonable for such a wonderful fine dining experience. The Edge is a marvelous restaurant and the tasting menu, which changes weekly, will be a now be a regular thing for me. This was a our second dinner here in three days and the first was equally fabulous (I had the lamb chops!). This evening my wife started with the foie gras and truffle bonbons and they were delightful. Then she had the leek and scallop risotto and she loved it. I had the tasting menu with pairings and this week it started with a fabulously light and fragrant caribbean white fish chowder paired with the nicest Italian Pinot Grigio...perfect! The chowder was followed by a roasted beet salad with citrus fruits and a scrumptious whipped goat cheese puddle paired with a rose cote-du-rhones. Light and Sublime! Next was the savory and satisfying agnolotti of braised lamb chop with a very lovely date and walnut sauce accompanied by a rosemary gremolata. A pairing with "a perfect Manhattan infused with fresh peach and thyme" was the quite the surprise as it somehow perfectly matched the earthiness of the agnolotti. Savory! A mouthwatering waygu churrasco rounded out the entrees with braised red cabbage and the surprise of the evening, a sweet potato dish that had a slight sweetness of sweet potato and rich flavor that was delicious. This was paired with a perfect cabernet sauvignon from Paso Robles, CA. Exquisite! The desert was a wonderful olive oil pound cake with mascarpone orange ice cream and strawberries, and a crunchy pistachio brittle. It was paired with a very nice and light Chic Cava from Spain that finished the evening on a light and bubbly note. Contentment! At the end of the meal we were so impressed that we had to tell Sean Benna, the Assistant Manager of the Edge and Max Goldstein, the Night Manager of the hotel how thrilled we were to be moving to Brickell within an easy ride to such a fantastic dining experience. We are glad to be moving to Brickell just blocks away from the Edge at the Four Seasons Hotel, of course, everywhere in Brickell is just blocks away. The food, the ambiance, and especially the staff made this a magical meal which I hope to repeat on a regular basis. We loved it so much that we are giving a friend a sizable gift card to entice them to Brickell; stay with us, eat at the The Terrace at Edge Steak & Bar!
