Come on to Caminos

By dogleash |

Only stayed a few nights in Seattle and ate here on the recommendation of a few locals as a bit of a 'Seattle Tradition' in the Walligford area. We also asked a local for recommendations on what was good on the menu - we weren't disappointed. We had plantains and guacamole to start - Brits can't make avocados taste like this - it was delicious. Then amongst the three of us we had fish Tacos, Enchiladas (the dark mole was recommended but my niece chose different sauce), and I chose the slow cooked pork with sweet potatoes as it's something different from what I've seen in other Mexican restaurants. The quality of the food was great - probably not the most authentic of Mexicans but a good modern take. All food was plentiful, though not overwhelming, extremely tasty and the service was friendly and efficient. We sat out on the rear deck which was buzzing and vibrant. Would highly recommend, especially as so many of the restaurant suggestions we had seemed very overpriced - El Camino was very reasonable.

Good Mexican Food

Good food at a reasonable price. Very accomdating to my wife s allergies. A bit noisy with a very young crowd. Best mojito in a long time.

Best of Breed

By Peter P |

I have now visited El Camino on several occasions in the SOHO location. Their superb fish tacos are second to none. Since my first introduction, I have ordered same in far more elegant surroundings. It is always a disappointment. Give me their fish tacos in the dingy dining area anytime. The fresh ingredients and sauce transport you to a place where plebian surroundings make no difference.

Delicious!

If you want terrific Mexican food, this is the restaurant for you. It is a higher end restaurant with very nice atmosphere, great food and wonderful wait staff. I was there last year and it was on the top of my list to eat at again when I visited again this year. It is a bit more expensive than your typical Mexican place but worth every penny (3 meals with 3 drinks, including tip - $100).

Rioja wine

By Siavash D |

They have Rioja, my favorite Spanish wine. I had two different salads. Fresh and tasty. Very cosy environment. A place for dating.

Great food!

The food and margaritas are great here. It is a bit pricey but worth it, when you're willing to splurge. The p-chips are fab too for an appetizer.

Great food for $107

By BigRagoo |

I love the food at El Camino. I've been here at least a dozen times. But last week's meal was a good example of what you get: Two entrees, four drinks, one app, with tax and tip the total was $107. The Camerones Diablo was AWESOME. I got six prawns and it cost me $18. Granted they were good prawns, but c'mon $18? Really? I realize that I was in Seattle, but those are downtown Seattle prices. The margaritas? Again, excellent, but in really small glasses containing a really small amount of margarita, $10. Not a bad price for a great margarita, just not a good price for a 'baby' margarita. Maybe because it was happy hour they decided to keep the price the same as non-happy hour but use the happy hour glasses? I will still return but maybe only for an appetizer which is what dinner turned out to be as I was still hungry after my six prawns.

Wonderful restaurant.

Wonderful environment. Took measures during covid. Very clean, 6’ rule followed and masks worn. Very good vegetarian tacos.

Great food, reasonable prices

The restaurant has an eye catching décor and a vegetarian friendly menu. The veggie burritos and shrimp tacos were server hot, and very flavorful. The waitress was friendly and the service prompt. Be sure to visit this restaurant if you are in the area.

Great Place

By Billie G |

We were a party of 8 celebrating a birthday. We were seated in the covered patio area that had a gas fireplace so even on a chilly day we were cozy. The menu is varied so everyone had something to suit them. We started with guac and chips which was very tasty. One guest asked for salsa which was promptly delivered and HOT! Another guest has very specific dietary likes and dislikes which they nicely accomodated even though it took 3 tries from the chef. Bill was adjusted to reflect that. The service was fast, very friendly and efficient. Oh, try the Margaritas! Best ones ever. We stayed quite a while and they were very gracious about that---we had a lot to talk about including 1 guest others had not met before. We enjoyed it very much and will be back!

Ain’t Too Proud To Beg

By Philip G |

I was wandering around Fremont on a Monday afternoon, checking out the hood. It was interesting, in a Haight Asbury way. I wanted to get to a bar and gab, but most places were closed. Fortunately, El Camino was open, and I found an empty place at the bar. It took a few minutes to get my cocktail, and the bartender was too busy to engage. I don’t like that. My kind of bartender is there to pour, mix and talk. I don’t need a robotic personality doing a job. My kind of bartender is a professional; mixing drinks, telling stories, listening to patrons, engaging. It’s an old school profession. I have no time for “new school” techno disengagement. Bartending is more than a job. A good bar is a social center, confessional, and an escape from the monotony. The bartender is this symphony’s conductor. Don’t drop the baton. What saved El Camino were the tunes: Jackie Wilson, Marvin Gaye, The Temptations, and the Four Tops, brought a little Great Lakes soul to the El Camino. I licked my chops in rhythm, as the vodka soothed my sensibilities. The only thing missing was Gypsy Rose at 48 cents a pint. Mercy, Mercy, Mercy. I struck up an awkward conversation with a patron at the bar, Seattle doesn’t warm up to strangers. But, that’s okay. It’s becoming the American way. Seattle is an archetype of the 21st century city. Warmth and friendliness are not integral parts of that equation. It’s more about efficiency and productivity sadly. Again, I’m old school. I picked up my Uber outside El Camino, reflecting on Seattle and the 21st Century. Dot Com new construction flashed by, and I knew my time had become a vestige of the past. The Temptations tune “Ain’t Too Proud To Beg” hit my head, and I leaned back in my seat, reminiscing of a better time and a better city.

Scrumptious, and Great Ambiance

We went to El Camino on an early Friday evening. We were greeted and given a table right away. It was Happy Hour, so we took advantage of the Happy Hour Menu. We had the 2 Tacos de Carnitas and the Quesadilla de Tres Quesos. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly and very good. For dessert we shared the Pastel de Tres Leches, on a bed of caramel and cream. It was superb! We almost ordered another one because it was so, so good. El Camino has great food, service, and a nice relaxed, open and friendly ambiance. Oh, and the Margarita was great also!

I've eaten here many times and really enjoy this place. The food here is consistently good and the drinks are stellar. We've had the same Bartender every time and the guy makes the best margaritas in the city. We went on Mother's Day and he said he's made about 1,000 mimosas and margaritas that day. Boozy margaritas with lemon juice, just perfect. His Bloody Mary's looked pretty epic too. I've ordered many different dishes here and have always been very pleased. Their staff is always outstanding as well.

Quaint Fremont restaurant. I prefer the bar to the actual restaurant.

Fremont Mexican Brunch

By comingforthesun |

We stopped by after walking and shopping around Fremont . This wonderful little restaurant severed up Sunday brunch that was hot and tasty. The could use a few more vegetarian options.

Yum! Delicious and veggie friendly!

By Camilla S |

The atmosphere here is very welcoming. We sat near the open window next to the street and enjoyed the street views and cool breeze. I had the veggie enchiladas with the green tomatillo sauce. It was delicious! Filled with sweet potatoes and asparagus, with a side of beans and rice. The rice was also super delicious! Very filling, and worth the price. 😋

Nice Place

By Dawn U |

Really enjoyed the colorful atmosphere in this neighborhood establishment. The staff was very friendly and the margaritas were very tasty. I especially enjoyed the Tostones de Plátano Macho con Guacamole. They were excellent. I could've made a meal on this alone. This is a great place to meet friends or have a family gathering. Give it a try and see for yourself.

Lovely Mexican food in Freemont

By delfinacuario2000 |

Went twice on a week during my Seattle trip with coworkers. First time, for Lunch, had corn quesadillas which I loved. Second time, for dinner, had chicken burrito. The burrito was huge and was not able to finish it. The servers are extremely nice and attentive. The place looks super nice and prices are good.

Great spot in Fremont

By philmccracken2015 |

We stopped for dinner right before happy hour ended. We were able to order foods and drink quickly and a great dinner for $32. The food was excellent and the service was prompt and friendly. Plus we got a seat outside which added to the enjoyment. We actually got 2 seats. Highly recommended when visiting Gasworks Park and Fremont district.

Nice Atmosphere and reasonably priced

By vfsDan |

A nice restaurant that has the feel of being frequented by locals. The main dishes are excellent, and is vegetarian friendly. Staff is very friendly and helpful - have been there a number of times and have always been impressed by the meals.

Bright, cheery atmosphere with good service.

By Karen294 |

Stopped in for a margarita break from the Fremont festival and although it was busy, we didn't have to wait too long and once seated, the wait staff was attentive and friendly. The margarita's were a bit light on the tequila, but the food was delicious. The salad was crisp and fresh and the shrimp quesadilla was hot and came with a generous helping of quacamole. The bright colors and quirky decor were reminiscent of Mexican cantina and created a fun atmosphere and the people watching was fantastic. Prices were very reasonable but with only two restrooms there was always a line although it was probably more crowded than usual because of the festival. I would definitely stop in again and try one of the other dishes.

Yummy authentic flavors of Oaxaca and southern Mexico in Fremont

By SFDutchman |

Frequent visitors to Seattle always looking for a new dinner venue in the diverse Seattle districts. Found this delicious Mexican spot under a giant rocket in the Fremont area of Seattle. Happy we made the decision to come here and definitely will return on next visit! Served by the attentive server JER and seated in the back area of the restaurant right by a cozy fireplace on a cold wet day certainly created a warm welcoming atmosphere. We started out with house Margaritas and paired that with a delicious appetizer called Tostones - a take-off of the usual guac & chips ($9.99). This dish featured crispy plantain chips, salsa fresca, guacamole. Loved the plantains and asked for more! We pondered the enchiladas and other "typical" Mexican entrees and finally settled on the Bistec Al Estilo Capitalino which was a grilled harris ranch natural skirt steak and it was accompanied with two yummy cheese enchiladas and had a delicious mole coloradito sauce. The sauce went extremely well with the meat. ($22.99). We completed the meal with some arm twisting of our server by selecting the Tres Leches cake ($8.50). JER was right - one slice for two people easily!! It was a light and moist shaved coconut, salted caramel and rum cake with whipped cream, crème anglaise and more salted caramel! OMG !!

Fun Mexican food in Fremont

Nice lunch on the back patio. Authentic flavors in all the food, like the chorizo quesadilla. Michelada and bloody mary have an excellent base, peppery but not overwhelming.

Good food, great service

By jassen a |

The service was amazing and the food was excellent. We were in Seattle for a week and this was one of our favorites. Great vegan options for my wife and all around a stand out place. They even took care of our little pug(brought him a bowl of water and offered treats).

Terrific salsa

By Iliketoea |

If you want some authentic salsa, be sure to order the chips and salsa. It is first rate. Quesadillas with mushrooms and chilies were crisp and tasty. I ordered some red enchiladas with cheese. Tender and delicious. I didn’t care for the scratch margarita — it wasn’t sweet enough for me. But the regular house margarita was pretty good.

this place has the best steak and enchinaldas in town

By micheleevans2016 |

Been going there for years, and am blown away each time by how amazingly good the skirt steak is with the enchilada on the side. Yumm! I can't wait to go back. Easy place to go before a food massage across the street.

great margaritas in El camino Restaurant, Fremont neighborhood

Our local friends took us here. Since we live in bay Area we eat plenty of Mexican food but these flavors were really great. And very nice margaritas.

On a trip from Orlando and it was recommended. Happy hour prices on food and drink were good. Food was very average. Service was great and ambiance was worth the visit.

we live here and aren't the only ones!

By BallardBornJoanne |

Not exactly cheers, but very much a neighborhood friendly place for locals and others! The Margaritas are the best! We sit in the bar, usually, and debate whether we can share things or have our own zip code/dinner (not to be shared). Must start with the plantains and guacamole. Best in the city!!! Or, maybe the tortilla soup with all the add on's delivered with it! Maybe the beet salad-which I spent a whole season trying to copy at home! The dinners are ALL great. I have a diverse family and the vegetarian loves the Potosinas, while the meat lovers go from the Tacos Carne asada to the Bistec. Pescaterians love the Tamarind Salmon. We don't bring the kids weekly, as we would like to retire someday and it can be pricey with 4 that can't resist getting drinks and desserts with dinner each time. Hubby and I don't eat as much these days and come weekly-sometimes splitting a couple things to mix it up! Fun with 2 or with friends! Happy place! Happy staff! Happy customers!

A bit "foodie" for my tastes

By Jenny from Santa Cruz |

I'm a low-key street tacos kinda girl, so this restaurant was good, but a little more experimental and pricey for my tastes. The margaritas were delicious (though they only make them on the rocks, not frozen). The decor and vibe was very fun and quirky.

So far the best Mexican food in Seattle

By GuamTopher |

We've been searching for a good Mexican restaurant since we've been in Seattle for about a month now... AND I'm happy to say that we've found one. The Guacamole is the standout from last nights dinner. It was done pretty good with something unique, instead of tortilla chips they use fried plantains. Margaritas need a little work, but overall... We were happy to have found this place.

Fireplace, Flavor, and Five-Star Service: El Camino Has It All.

By Lisa-Marie M |

I visited El Camino Mexican Restaurant today for lunch with a group, and everything about the experience was fantastic. I ordered the carne asada birri, and it was absolutely amazing—rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The guacamole and chips were fresh and delicious, the kind you can’t stop eating. We sat out on the back patio by the fire, which made the whole meal feel cozy, warm, and relaxed. Thomas our server was truly impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and everyone was genuinely kind. I also enjoyed a beautifully crafted cocktail with dried ginger and lime, which tied the whole experience together. Others in my party ordered tacos, tortilla soup, amazing presentation. Quesadilla with an gorgeous butternut squash soup.

Worst food ever served in Seattle( a worst for many cities!

By SharonD_11 |

Tried two dishes( one after returning the first, after being served a dish of Chile Rellenos ( plural?) in a mole broth that was bitter and filled with raw beans( really raw). The Chile itself, one in the whole dish , a dinner entree, had no taste. I was then served a tortilla sopa made of the same broth in a bowl. And a platter of raw stuff. So bad!! Drink loads and you will stomach it prob. That seems to be the only reason the place is still in business.

I had an assembly of different tacos (fish, carnitas, carne asada), which all tasted well. Service was nice and attentative. The interior design of the restaurant was very nice, and there also was a cute patio. The prices were okay. I would recommend this place for someone looking for a restaurant or a place to have cocktails in Fremont!

Good food and service, but expensive

a place with real character and really nice staff - coped very well with a large group of Brits and kept the coronas flowing :) keep a toilet roll in the fridge before visiting - I really like Mexican with a kick and this certainly delivered on the spice front which I loved would highly recommend and would love to visit again - plenty of bars nearby to make an evening after the meal

Fun place with good food

By Charlene M |

A fun night out, not overly expensive, good food - good Margaritas. Would give it a very good, except that it took a long time to get our bill, and no one came to ask if we needed another beverage, and it seemed 2 different servers forgot our sour cream... too bad, their loss.

Good food, but a bit over priced. The patio in the back is nice in the summer.

Very Solid Mexican Food

By MeeshLK92 |

Some friends and I stopped in for dinner over the weekend and all of us enjoyed our meal! The picante margarita was one of the best margaritas I've ever had! Don't miss out on the grilled queso with spicy salsa, it was the highlight of the meal. The guacamole was alright, after each of had had a few chips we stopped eating it and didn't finish. The mole on top of the enchiladas were also very good, but the meat inside and the rice and beans needed a healthy dose of salt.

Always great food and service!

Great Tacos on HH, and the Best $ 5 House Margaritas in Seattle! (Are there any other $5 Margaritas in Seattle?) Great indoor/outdoor patio out back.

Healthy, tasty food!

By KatieMcKay |

Our son who lives in Seattle took us here. The food was delicious--possibly the best, the healthiest, and most creative Mexican food that I have ever had! I don't like real spicy food, so the waitress advised me about what to order. Also, our waitress was very adept and very kind to our 3-year-old grandson. I recommend this restaurant.

Get the Bartenders Margarita & the shrimp quesadilla. Sip. Eat. Repeat. But remember that 1/2 way thru that second margarita you will start hallucinating! Enjoy.

Mexican In Fremont!

I was in Fremont for a business meeting and decided to stop by El Camino for a couple of tacos for lunch. Food was good and service was friendly. Highly recommend!

Perfectly Fremont

By Joe D |

On a recent Sunday afternoon after strolling through the Fremont Market we began searching for somewhere for a late lunch. We happened to walk past El Camino and decided to give this typical Fremont spot a try. We sampled four different street tacos and really enjoyed them! Not fancy or pretentious - just a decent meal in a lively atmosphere

Quality Mexican restaurant; little bit different from the norm.

By Mike D |

Our evening in Fremont was capped off with a meal at El Camino, a Mexican restaurant recommended to us by our AirBNB host. Located on N. 35th Street, between Fremont Avenue and Evanston Avenue, El Camino was touted by our lovely host as a ‘Mexican restaurant with a different, experimental twist’. We were all ears; given that it seems like the whole Fremont area gives off the same vibe, we were well up for a Mexican meal where we didn't have to fall back on the usual choices of burritos and beans. By this stage in the evening, the weather was miserable, and El Camino was clearly having a quiet-ish night. We arrived at around seven-ish, and after an annoyingly long wait to be seated (there wasn't a queue, just the servers were all preoccupied), we were taken through the darkened dining room and seated, thankfully, in the bright and airy conservatory at the back of the restaurant; a smallish room full of packed-in tables, turquoise chairs, a scrubbed wooden floor and, like the rest of the restaurant, walls full of Mexican bric-a-brac. The windows of the conservatory were steamed over from the rain, and slightly open (we were able to request ours to be closed without any fuss, as it was too cold). The view is of nothing — an alleyway — but the light and the atmosphere make this a great place to be seated, if it is a little too cramped (we were lucky enough to get a table in the corner). As you might imagine, drinks are largely a choice of tequila flights (at 7pm! Not really) and many, many varieties of margarita. The other half ordered the Margarita Picante de Toronja, made with chile, cucumber and grapefruit, and I tried the Cadillac, made to the standard Margarita recipe but with Grand Marnier. We liked them both, even if my girlfriend’s was almost a little too spicy; even for her numbed tastebuds. Immediately you get the feel that the management here are trying to put their own stamp on the regular Mexican experience, and they were off to a good start. I like how the menu is a lot more concise than most other Mexican food menus I had seen so far on my trip. In El Camino, you’re not going to be able to get million choices consisting of umpteen combinations of enchiladas, fajitas, nachos, chimichangas, quesadillas and burritos; instead, you get a couple dozen refined and well-explained options which, if you haven't done a lot of homework on the ins and outs of Mexican cuisine, might alienate and have you asking a lot of questions to the server (ours was primed and had already sensed our bewilderment, stating that he was happy to help). We jumped right in to mains; my girlfriend ordered Chilaquiles Verdes - corn tortillas in a green tomatillo sauce, beans, queso fresco and an optional extra of shredded chicken. I ordered chicken enchiladas, mainly because of them coming with house made mole; a complex chili-based sauce, which, if done well, can be mind-blowing. Mine came with the classic Mole Poblano. The food was excellent, a far cry from many Mexican restaurants I have been to. The tomatillo sauce over the tortillas was so wonderfully light and fragrant, the accompanying sour cream wasn’t even needed. The enchiladas were fine — but it’s difficult to get these wrong — however were elevated by what was indeed magnificent mole, the chocolately, peanutty hints that make a Poblano so good came through, giving a seemingly infinite depth to the dish, and a really moreish, umami aftertaste. The food was so good we shared a dessert, something that we usually ignore and replace in favour of more booze or simply the bill. Out dark chocolate mousse cake was threaded with rum and served with a raspberry cause. It wasn't anything too special, I’ll be honest, but packed bold flavours and was a suitable end to our dinner. Full, and in need of an early night and a bit of drying out, we paid up and headed home. A couple of drinks, two mains and a dessert came to about eighty dollars; I was perfectly happy with that. El Camino does come well-recommended by me, just know what you are letting yourself in for as this is no regular Mexican by any stretch of the imagination; if that is a good or bad thing is something only you can decide. For us, we were thrilled.

A Jewel in The Center of the Universe

By Linda Goodell |

I can't believe I had never eaten here, after living in Seattle for 50 years! We walked by this afternoon and we're lured in by the lively beautiful decor. The atmosphere and staff were so welcoming! 3 of us ordered, including Margaritas. The Pozole soup was Outstanding! It was a green preparation. The depth of flavors were exquisite with the little chunks of pork melting in my mouth. Adding the grated radish & sliced cabbage only added to this heavenly bowl. We all agreed we have to come back, soon. Just off the main drag in Fremont. This is now my favorite Mexican restaurant!

Heavenly Brunch

By SashaStorm |

I was in the mood for Mexican food and searched on-line to see if there was a Mexican restaurant in Fremont. I was pleasantly surprised to find that El Camino had a Sunday brunch since we had been looking for a place to stop in after attending church. They don't open until 12 noon, so it made for a short wait, but it was worth it! My husband said the Chorizo Omelet was heavenly. I enjoyed the Huevos Rancheros with delicious frijoles charros (black beans simmered with bacon). The waitress recommended adding the carne esada steak. I requested well done and it was tender yet crispy around the edges- perfect! The prices are reasonable and the portions are large. Ask for the Mexican sodas, they are very refreshing with real cane sugar. The décor is fun with Mexican posters and paintings. It was a little cold with the doors open, but soon they had the heater working. The staff is young and a bit nonchalant, but it's Fremont so you expect things to be laid back. There are big trees in front of the building, so you can easily miss it. To find it, just look for the "Rocket" -a cold war relic at N. 35th St. and Evanston Ave N. in the Center of the Universe!

'Ritas please

By FremontChamber |

The best place to enjoy a long-day-earned-margarita, on the back covered deck of El Camino!! It's the perfect deck - covered so if it rains (what rain in Seattle!!) then you are dry and if it's sunny - open the doors and you feel like you are outside. Not to miss, the mole -- enchiladas are my favorite. And the plantains are a fun snack if you are waiting to have dinner elsewhere.

Great service, but over priced. Definitely, not for mexican people.

By edgardo G |

Last night I went for dinner with a friend who has been there before, she suggested this place and I wanted to give it a shot! The place has a great presentation and service. Even though the food is good, not the typical plates with rice and beans, is not impressive and is over priced. Unless, you don't have any idea of how to make any of this dishes that are very traditional if you come from Mexico. Until then, I would have recommended it, and perhaps I would come back again, but now that I saw my bank statement I found out that they charge me 20% in tip! When I had written the amount of 15% tip. I'd say that this Sucks! I could complain about it , but I don't have the time and energy to deal with this crap. Money goes around and comes around, I just wanted to share this so if you ever go there, make sure they don't do this to you. As for me, I'll never come back there and I'll pass the word around...

Loved everything about El Camino - great food and atmosphere. Super cute all weather patio. Yummy plantain chips and the carrot cake was AMAZING! I thought the margaritas were good - I appreciated that they were not just super sweet mix, but they were a bit on the salty side. Tacos were yummy too. If I lived here, I would be a regular.

We started out with very tasty guacamole and fresh chips. Pozole, enchiladas with mole pipian, and fish tacos were all very good. There is a good selection of beers and drinks. Prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.

Hands down one of my favorite spots! Delicious!

Hands down my favorite breakfast burrito. I prefer the bacon option with the red sauce but their chorizo and green sauce are delightful too. Coupled with the mimosa tower on the back deck and that’s pretty much my favorite day. The waitstaff and hosts are gracious and efficient and the kitchen crew makes deliciousness consistently and quickly. Its festive and colorful and the back deck in the summer or the winter is comfortable and bright. It’s a great place to hangout and great for big groups, just call ahead if you don’t want to wait. I HEART EL CAMINO!!!

Good variety of entrees offered

The restaurant offered a good variety of entrees. We enjoyed Camarones La Diabla, Cochinita Pibil and Tacos de Carne

Outstanding and innovative food with great customer service!

Have eaten here 3 times now and each time has been just great. Very creative food and it is excellent. The service is also superb, every waiter and the manager too, pay a lot of attention (but not too much) to their customers comfort.

Decent Mexican Fare

Stopped by with some friends for dinner and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Friendly service, decent food worth returning for but not a wow factory.

Surprisingly good dirty martinis!

Better than expected

By JOHealy |

The salsa was excellent, better than the guacamole which was still decent. I wish I had ordered the steak which looked great and based on my carne asada tacos I'm sure it was tasty. The marg was not my favorite although few Mexican restaurants make them as good as I do at home. Good service and atmosphere-worth going to if you are in the mood for good Mexican which is hard to find based on the 2 or 3 places I've tried in the South Lake Union when I have visited.

Drinks great, food good

This quaint, Mexican restaurant has a drink called Purple Reign. As a Prince fan, I was compelled to try it. It was delicious and strong and very purple! Only a few of our party ordered food. The food was tasty but it was a much smaller quesadilla than I anticipated and a bit on the pricey side. Still worth a visit!

My favorite Fremont Mexican restaurant

By Niels Andersen |

So good, so tasty, but can be a bit noisy. The Margaritas, don't go fancy just the house version, are in the top listing here in Seattle. My choices in the food category: 1) the mussels in a fantastic ancho sauce, 2) the quesadilla with mushrooms.

Nice athmosphere and the menu is promising; however, the food does not deliver.

Amazing Mexican Food, in PNW!!!

By TheElk_132 |

We happen to find this place by a couple of local guys that toured us around the Fremont area our first night in Seattle! We started across the street, and struck up a conversation with two gentlemen...when, all of a sudden we found ourselves here!!!!! I am so glad Chan rescued us from where we were to take us here!!!! They have the most amazing food and drinks here!!!! I suggest the plantains salsa, guacamole dish, amazing!!!

Good HH and plantain chips!

By elizabethamysmith |

The plantain chips with guac are sooo good. We eat them up way too fast. They have good deals for happy hour margaritas. The fish tacos are tasty. Prices are not cheap, but going at HH helps.
