Trip Advisor does not specify if this El Gran Inka is the one located at the Dolphin Mall in Miami, Florida. If it is here is my review. I recommend this restaurant for authentic Peruvian cuisine with a slight Colombian touch (my opinion). We had a pisco sour that was perfectly made by the excellent bartender when we sat at the outside part of the bar. We had calamari with yucca fries. We are from Brasil and in Brasil yucca (aipim, cassava, macacheira, etc.) is eaten by almost everyone in the country every day in one manner or another. Inka’s were definitely on point. The bartender was very busy as he was taking care of all of the restaurants for the entire house but he still managed to serve us promptly. I was especially pleased to discover that they had a non-alcoholic beer. In Brazil, the sale of non-alcoholic beer has skyrocketed but I have noticed that in Miami, it is pretty far behind Rio de Janeiro in availability (probably because of the zero-tolerance daily police checks for driving with any alcohol in a driver’s body and VERY stiff fines and loss of license very common). I digress but the bottom line is that the food at El Gran Inka is a 4 out of 5 in my rating. I will submit my same review in Spanish and Portuguese next month because, for some reason, TA does not allow multi-lingual reviews.

We were looking for seafood for lunch while we waited for a late flight and this place was perfect. Having been to Peru, the food here was very true to Peru, and to make it better, our waiter Daniel was also from Peru and provided excellent service.

The food is amazing and the personal very professional in special Susana , she is very friendly, professional and knows everything about the food the service is very good

Excellent food that will permit customer to experiece true Peruvian gastrony. Service above average in kindness, attention and efficiency. Indeed a very good option. Sit inside because the so called veranda is very, very noisy.

Best Peruvian food ever! Spotless decoration, flawless service. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place to all of those craving for excellent food at excellent prices!

Wonderful place for the enjoyment of authentic Peruvian food. Ideal to enjoy with family. In the Dolphin Mall you can find classic dishes such as "Yuquitas al Cuzco", "Aguacate Misti", "Toston Inka", "Causa Limeña". In addition to a variety of ceviches, soups, salads and seafood such as "Chorrillana", "Tuna Tataki", "Tacu Tacu marino", among others. All accompanied by magical wines and to finish you must enjoy a dessert. Recommended!

The food here is nowhere near to Peruvian food. Taste more like chinese food that you order over the phone from your local chinese restaurant. Nobody there is peruvian. The service is horrible. Nobody cares about how you are doing. Waiter didn't even know what canchita was. The chicha morada tested like it was made 5 days ago. Dishes are way over prices. I will not recomend it to any body.

I never eat at a mall if I can avoid it. Came here from a recommendation from a coworker. The food is amazing and service was exceptional. Jose is a native of Peru and made the best recommendations. Highly recommend this place.

Fabulous experience I came today with my family and best dinner ever Since the welcome that the manager gave us to the delicious food and warm service We try seafood steak from the grill and even lamb from the oven but also the fresh ceviche I recommend it highly We will come back again

The food was well presented and looked amazing. A bit of a wait for food, it was good though my meat was a bit tough guess it could be because it was well done. I had the Lomito Gran Inka. Other than that everything else was perfect.

The family wanted to try something new so we went to this restaurant and found a very pleasant experience and very good food and to top it off thanks to our wonderful waiter Jose who was very professional and polite our time at the Gran Inka was spectacular.

Watch out Dolphin Mall----there is a new restaurant that could take over! I honestly avoid Dolphin Mall as much as possible but stopped in yesterday with my boyfriend to try their happy hour menu which is from 4-7pm and offers discounted drinks/food items. The drinks are generally around $5 which is a steal considering that the Pisco Sour I tasted there may have very well been the best I have yet to try. The other cocktail I really enjoyed was the Chilcano $5 which was a more refreshing take on a Pisco Sour with the inclusion of ginger beer. The happy hour bites are only $6.95 each and offer a solid array of peruvian dishes. We ended up trying all of them; my favorites being: the lomo saltado, the causa, the cerdo asado, and the ceviches! Honestly, all of them were delicious so you can't go wrong ordering! I will definitely be back to try their lunch special which is $12 and includes an appetizer + full entree. I highly recommend the happy hour as a good place to stop on a date or romantic evening before you head up to a movie! IG: @KFitzEatsMiami

Excellent Peruvian sushi's! We had the acechivado roll and the au gratin lobster roll! Very exquisite taste! Excellent service and delicious peruvian deserts! Very nice and cozy ambiance! Very clean and personal attention from owner/manager! Highly recommended!

I recommend this restaurant it is excellent, especially ceviche and ceviche sushi and it is hearty!

Resturant is in good location. Very nice in Dolphin mall. Restaurant is very nice looking. Staff friendly, menus with lots of choices Food took a little long, restaurant not that full. They need to improve that, however food was good. Ordered grilled fish. I thought portion was small but other than that everything was ok I would given them a second chance.

Me and my wife had lunch at El Gran Inka of Doral first Sunday of June and just loved everything, place, atmosphere, food, drinks, price and service. Jessica and crew took a great care of us and we will return for sure. Gracias por todo Jessica!

I went to El gran Inka and the experience was terrible, the staff was cleaning the restaurant when we showed up and by the time that my wife sits on the chair, she damaged her dress with Clorox left over after cleaning, I spoke with manager and no one cares about it, they drop the check with the full amount! They don’t even a offered a discount or something in compensation for their fault! Very poor performance of this management... I definitely don’t recommend this place with this kind of service.

Great Peruvian cuisine with outstanding service. I have been to this fine restaurant several times. Sometimes I sit at the outside part of the bar, watch a game on the tv or work on emails and research. The bartender is fast , cordial and efficient. I particularly like this place because they always have Heineken 0 0 (zero alcohol) that can be hard to fine in Miami for some reason. The Ceviche Classico is delicious and well presented. It is a tasty well-presented dish. I recommend this restaurant if you like Peruvian cuisine at reasonable prices.

The food was nothing short of amazing. We had the ceviche with fish and shrimp in the yellow pepper sauce and it was incredible. Then the skirt steak was maybe the best ever. Great service too - and in a mall!

Order the Inka Burger - amazing. Service was great - José is fantastic. Stumbled upon this place visiting the day before leaving for a cruise - a nice surprise to find in the "food hall" of a mall.

Surprising, quality food, great seasoning, better than expected. I recommend rice with seafood served in an iron pot, it was kept at a good temperature, I would return without a doubt

I went with my family to this beautiful restaurant and it was a spectacular experience, the tacutaco marina is fabulous, my family and I had first-class and very professional service from our waiter Harold, he really explained it to us and made us feel very comfortable and at ease, definitely we will be back!!!!!

Nicely designed restaurant connected to Dolfin mall , dishes are very well prepared and almost a work of art the Inka ceviche was great and very tasty, fresh fish and generous portion, we also had the seafood/meat combo which included a shrimp and a piece of steak on a small skewer with potato and vegetable. The plate was beautiful but the meat had no taste it lacked seasoning and just bland the shrimp was good. Other dishes from other guests were well prepared and tasty. Good service and fair pricing.

Very friendly and polite server; however, I must confess food was a disappointment. We ordered Jalea: not tasty, a bit saggy, and tiny for the price I paid Causa de pollo: not an impressive taste, the presentation was ok Also, I must say that the toasted corn they served was BURNT, what a disappointment for an establishment that is supposed to be fine and upscale...oh well...not going back.

Excellent 5 stars, fabulous food, I am Peruvian and we tend to be very critical of Peruvian food abroad, but this one is great and the place is very cozy and comfortable, the service is super good, very friendly guys, we were served by William (Colombian), excellent recommendations and very charismatic....... I recommend them 100%, we went to 4 Peruvian restaurants in Miami and this one was without a doubt the best.

I was with my family and the menu has everything from beef, chicken, great lamb , sea food and fish and even fabulous salads for people in diet Highly recommended

Service was awful. Server even add automatically 18% tip in a party of 2 adults and 2 kids.I was gonna tip her even though she didnt deserved it but i guess she wanted to secure her money. I honestly didnt have the energy to complain. Manager noticed we werent having a good time but still didnt care. This is my 5th trip to miami and first and last to this restaurant. P.S. : My visit was december 20th 2019.

I love the place, the food is spectacular and we were served by Harold and he was very friendly, he offered us different dishes and explained to us what they contained, then desserts and coffee, the truth is that it is a place that you want to return for its food and attention excellent, 100% recommended

After a long shopping session we found this good Peruvian restaurant . Food was full of flavor, well presented and good service. Food was fresh, colorful and real traditional dishes from Perú.

Located in one of the entrances to the Dolphin Mall, is El Gran Inka Gastro Pub. This is good place to get lunch or dinner, while splurging in the mall shops. I didn't go to the interior of the restaurant, I instead ate in the outdoor space, which is still covered by the mall's ceiling. The server I had was a pretty helpful explaining the menu to me, this being my first time eating Peruvian food, I did't want to get something that I wouldn't eat. The server was patient and recommended that I try the Aji de Gallina, a shredded chicken, smothered in a delicious gravy, with rice, it was a very good meal. Overall I really did enjoy my meal in El Gran Inka, and plan on grabbing lunch there on my next visit to the Dolphin Mall.

Excellent Peruvian food. Great service. My wife is Peruvian and this is certainly one of the best Peruvian restaurants I’ve eaten in. Highly recommended.

Great staff and food. Definitely worth trying it! Note lights in restaurant are pretty low, so it might look closed, but it is open!

One of the best olive octopuses I have eaten in Miami! true Peruvian flavor (coming from a Peruvian woman) the attention was also A1, William helped me and gave me great recommendations. A great option for lunch at Dolphin Mall!

It is delicious to eat here and their drinks are the best, I recommend them 100%, excellent service from Frank, the best server and bartender in the world, I recommend him with my eyes closed.

We were visiting the mall and had lunch at el Gran Inca. The food was great I had the lamb and my wife had the avocado with crab meat. Both were excellent. I had a Pisco Sour and it was also very good. The service was fantastic. I would recommend it to everyone.

This place is an excellent option for Peruvian food, but apart from very delicious food, the best part is the service. Our waiter Frank was very attentive and helped us choose a perfect dinner. And the drinks he made us were delicious. Everything was very delicious and fast. Thanks for your attention

This Peruvian restaurant is nice and located in the Dolphin Mall in Miami. The mall is crazy just know that before you go, we were there on a Sunday evening. Parking was an issue it was very loud and crowded. We ate inside the restaurant at the bar. The food was very good, not inexpensive, and portions were quite large. The bartender that took care of us was great. I would not have wanted to sit in the outside area as there was a lot of other venues with outdoor noise and music kind of all blending together.
