AMAZING!! Everytime I go I order the churrasco, it is sooo good and affordable! But if you are very hungry or want to share a plate with someone: you can not go wrong with the bandeja paisa!! Also try the empanadas with the sauce as an appetizer and you will not be disappointed! As someone who lives in Fort Lauderdale and is picky with eating out, the drive over here is 100% worth it. Very family-friendly atmosphere. Ambiance is fun and lively, service is excellent, and food is one of one.

We visited El Machetico with a few friends, looking for good Colombian food. Our experience was extraordinary! It is a nice and humble restaurant with a great selection of food and drinks. the staff is very friendly and welcoming to make sure that you have everything that you need. We loved the Carne encebollada and the jewel of the crown: Chicharrón de 3 pies al barril: 3 feet of pure Crispy, juicy, and full of Colombian flavor pork belly. This is an incredible dish of pork belly cocked in a barrel. Try the Limonada con coco...delicious! They also have live music on Sundays.

This restaurant is ideal for anyone who wants to remember, enjoy or know of the Colombian gastronomic abundance and that of course offers personalized service, very friendly and excellent family atmosphere. Regarding the prices I find very accessible considering the abundance of their dishes and the importance of the ‘homemade seasoning’ that stands out in quality. A place that is certainly to repeat and delight with each of its attractive dishes and have a pleasant time in company and good Latin music.

This place is definitely a must if you like Colombian food. The food was delicious and its presentation 10/10. The service was exceptional, the staff was very attentive and friendly. I went with my family and my daughters loved it. This restaurant will not disappoint. We will be coming back.
