I have eaten here a couple times before, the food is authentic cuban, I have tried both lunch and dinner and I am always satisfied. It is very affordable, and their cuban coffee after lunch is a must!

My wife and I went there for supper and shared a plate of lechona and we were both too full to finish, it was gigantic. the side dishes were very delicious also. I definitely recommend this place for some good eats

When in Miami, one must eat Cuban food. The staff at my hotel recommended El Rinconcito Latino. They said they ate there, the portions were huge and it was a locally owned. I tried the chicken with yellow rice. My serving could have fed three! The chicken was tender and flavorful. The rice was well seasoned and a perfect compliment to my side of black beans. My friends tried the Cuban sandwich. Since everyone had a different idea of what comprises a Cuban sandwich; I really can’t comment as I did not try it. But I thought a real Cuban was done in a panini press— these were not pressed. We also had sangria that was good. As for the cost, my entree and part of a carafe of wine and a generous tip was less that $20.

The restaurant is a hole in the wall but the food is good with huge portions (to share) and very low prices.

Good cuban food at good prices...breakfast, lunch and dinner The cuban coffee is good as are the pancakes for breakfast

For our first visit to Miami, we wanted to try some Cuban food. We were tired, it was late, and this place was a short walk from our hotel. Not having tried Cuban food before, we can't say whether it was authentic. Portions were large, but food was nothing exceptional. The cafeteria nature of the place did not help. It did seem popular with the locals though.

I am certainly not an expert at Cuban cuisine, but I found this very good. Several in our group of 7 ordered sandwiches, the "Cuban" being our favorite. Two sandwich sizes are on the menu, but I would advise the small one unless you have a giant appetite or plan to share. Appetizers include chips and various salsas, as well as plantains. Beer and wine are available, and the sangria is excellent with a generous supply of fruit in the bottom. Mixed drinks are not served.

The food here was fabulous! We really enjoyed our fried pork entree. It was so tender and had a wonderful flavor! We also got a regular Cuban sandwich which was big enough for two people! Plenty of food for a couple of meals! The servers were friendly but don’t speak much English so it was interesting trying to communicate at times. Wish my school had offered Spanish way back when! We’d definitely go here again!

I was in Miami for a short while and needed something to eat. My shuttle driver recommended this restaurant because they give you "tons of food" and it's good. They had a carry-out window which was convenient and the service was excellent. The pineapple juice is a definite must try!

We overnighted in Miami and was recommended by our hotel to this place. Boy, was the food outstanding! We each had different entrees. My wife had liver and onions. My father in law had the puerco/roasted pork. And I had the skirt steak or Churrasco with Chimichurri sauce. We started of all having Mamey Batidos...highly recommend! Walking distance from our hotel. Very nice restaurant with extensive menu. And they also serve breakfasts!

We stayed at the new Sheraton 4 Points across the street and discovered this great place by accident. We were headed to the Chinese restaurant in the strip mall and found it is closed on Sundays. We decided to try this place and were so glad we did. We ordered from the take-out window. I had a question the cashier didn't understand and she went and got someone from the kitchen to help us out and they were both very friendly and helpful. We got a Cuban sandwich and a Bistec sandwich. Both could easily be shared and they were fresh and tasty. It was also very reasonable and has delivery and also breakfast. We stay in the area a couple times a year and plan to return.

We love Cuban food and eat it whenever we can. This is great food, great prices and huge portions! We tried the palomilla steak (bigger than the plate), picadillo, cuban sandwich, black beans, yellow rice, platanos maduras, maracita, pastelitos, tamale, masas de puerco...... You can see that even a short trip to Miami can be food paradise!

Wife and I were looking for dinner following a flight from Chicago to Miami the night before we left for a cruise. This was right across the street from our hotel. We wanted to try a Cuban restaurant and found this place. I got the cuban sandwich and it was HUGE and tasted very good. Service was very nice, but we did have some minor communication issues.

The reason for this review is not to rate the food but the service. Let me explain. I have always ordered my lunch from here for many years and have never had an issue with my food until last week. I ordered my usual which is a chicken breast with a salad. Once I sat down to eat my lunch the chicken was rubbery and unedable. I was disappointed and threw the food out. I was not able to eat that day. I did not have time to drive back and return my food. So we called and spoke to the owner (Gloria). She was very unapologetic and really unhelpful. According to her I waited to long to call her and complain. She went on to tell us that she severed a number of chicken breast and no one else complained. She stated that we should take the food out 9f the garbage and take to her. I for one will never order any food from there again and I will make sure no one in my office either.

What a great place to eat authentic latino cuisine. The portions are enormous and very reasonably priced. I had ordered the Lechon asado with black beans and rice and I couldn't finish it all in one sitting. If you love latin food, you will love eating here, the service is great and the place is large enough to seat even large groups.

They are supposed to close at 9 and while eating they threw us out and started giving hoses, how sad this place is since Mr. Rolando is not here

Opens early and doesn’t close until 10pm was one of the lures of this restaurant near the Four Points Sheraton. Inside and outdoor seating (concrete) was nice options but most people were inside. To go or outdoor eating ordered from the window. The menu was quite extensive serving Cuban, Mexican , Peruvian and other Latin dishes. Service was a little slow. Cafe cubano was a great bargain at 85 cents. Strong coffee and condensed milk in a tiny styrofoam shot cup. An eye opener. Tamale of the day was a bit wet but overall good. Ham inside and covered with steamed onions. The corn masa itself was a little mushy so the texture was off. Was expecting more from its more expensive price point.. Chicken empanada was moist and juicy. Very flavorful. Crust was not as flaky as I would have liked but a good size.

The staff at the La Quinta hotel suggested this restaurant which was next door. The food turned out to be very well prepared Cuban style. We both had chicken dishes that were delicious and very filling. The place was very clean and the service excellent. The price was unbelievable at less that $20 for the two of us. Needless to say our waitress got a very good tip.

Nice people and excellent food. Portions are big and prices are reasonable. I’ve eaten here a hundred times and it’s always great. Great lunch spot. Fast service

Don't know how long this place exist, but it's a great Cuban food, lots of choices, friendly place for families with kids, or friends or couples... they do serve a lot of Cuban food, can be loud on times... but once it's empty can be a pleasure to have a conversation. Good servers, we have Erika and she was a great lady, and the other ones are just as good they can be.

We had just come from the airport and wanted something simple before going to bed. We picked this restaurant as it was kust across from Motel 6 where we were staying for the night. An American couple ushered us in claiming that the food was great. And it was. We shared a sallad and a cuban "special" sandwich - just perfect after the long flight. On the way back 14 days later we had lunch at the same place since it is about 15 minutes from the airport. Their fish this day was excellent. So for a simple but tasty meal we recommend this restaurant.

Two of us went there for lunch on February 1, 2015. The hotel next door told us that the place was good but we looked around at menus of a few other places in the plaza before going in. My friend ordered a pasta dish which was very good. I ordered a Cuban sandwich for $7.99 and the server did explain that is was rather large. Boy, she wasn't kidding. The sandwich was enough to feed four people. It was fabulous!!! I brought half of it back to the hotel room and my friend and i had it for breakfast the next day. I would definitely go back there again. This place is not fancy by any means but it has good service and the food is excellent.

The food is abundant and delicious...authentic Cuban food. The prices are more than reasonable and the service is always great.

Luck of the draw, close to the Hilton Garden Inn, cars in the parking lot, good reviews from TripAdvisor, a sure thing . . . And it was! Great food, great service and great portions! Heck, I ate there 3 times during my 6 day visit, don't miss this one, oh and the flan with Cuban coffee made for a great finish! Enjoy!

Staying next door at the mediocre la quinta, (still cant explain why my friends booked here). Friday night, walked over with some friends. First, this place is nice, clean, comfortable. Second, the waitstaff is super friendly. Food is delicious, huge portions. To top it off, it was such a bargain! We tried the Cuban dishes, paella, the churrasco, plantains, yuca, rice and beans. All well cooked. Beer was also cheap Next morning, returned for breakfast, for $4.99 a full breakfast with toast, eggs, meat, coffee, etc. This place is a hidden gem, and a huge bargain. To top it off friendly and quick staff. So many times I have paid a lot more, for poor service and sub par food. It may not be fancy or full of hype, they have just perfected the way of making delicious Latin comfort food. I highly recommend this place.

It doesnt get more Cuban than this. Portions are pretty big. Enough for 2 people to eat. They are fast and friendly.

The portions here are humungous - definitely enough to share. We ordered the shrimp and yellow rice, and the creole shrimp. The yellow rice was a little salty and not quite "authentic," but still good enough to eat. Shrimp were good. Steamed veggies were standard steamed veggies. It was very busy and the service was fast and good. I've definitely had better Cuban food, but it wasn't a bad place to eat if you're nearby.

This restaurant was in a strip mall just around the corner from our hotel and recommended by hotel staff. It is very casual. We ate here twice. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. The menu is large and includes specials for each day of the week. Portions are huge and easily shared. We shared the paella. It was filled with tender chicken, crab and assorted seafood. On our second visit my husband had the yellow rice and fish and I had broiled fish served with rice. We both had a side of black beans. The food is hearty, well prepared and seasoned. Skip the pumpkin soup unless you like sweet soup. Wine and beer are available. Our dessert was a wonderful cup of Cuban coffee.

Great place. I usually stop in for breakfast. I would go there for the Cuban Coffee alone. Cant beat the price for the about of food they give you. And the staff, top notch. Very friendly.

Was across the street from my hotel. I always try and get a Cuban sandwich when in Miami. The place I really wanted to try was closed. This place was good, very large scuba for price you pay. It was a little heavy on the ham and light on the pork but still delicious.was closed by time I got there so gave this place a try. It was good

Good Attention Good food and highly recommend it, I can tell you to go with friends alone because it is Good Mood and Good and delicious food

The food is very good and the portions are incredible. The service was also good, we were able to have a comfortable business meeting. My only concern was the parking, which was very crowded and parking spaces are very small.

(12/10/2015) The food was outstanding again. I had rice and beans roasted pork chunks and plantains and of course to much food to eat in one seating need a togo box again lunch the next day. This is my new hot spot to eat at when I'm in Miami

Close to La Quinta. Has huge menu, huge portions and carry out if you don't want to stay to eat. The service is extremely helpful and friendly. Any entree item is enough to share! I really enjoyed the steak and onions. The congre here was more flavorful than any I had in Cuba!

This place was good, they give you a lot of food, but since we were traveling, having leftovers was of no use. The people were very nice, and everything we ate was cooked good. Nothing special, but it was good. I wouldn't rush to go back if I was ever in the area, but it hit the spot.

Today 06/11/2025 I made an order online; a large soup, a Media noche and a coke. My order arrived and everything seemed good with my order except that i was missing my rice that normally they would send when you order a large soup. Immediately I called the restaurant and first asked if they were not sending any more rice when you ordered the large soup and the young lady said that they did. I informed her that I had received my order but the rice did not arrive. The young lady first told me that she was going to speak to the manager and for them to send me the soup and then she hung up. Then 10 min later she called again stating that she spoke to the lady that packed my order and that it was next to the coke and the soup. I did let her know once again that I did not get the rice that it was not there. She told me to hold and I am guessing that I was transferred to the manager on duty at that time which was 2:54pm. The manager told me in a very rude manner that the lady that packed your order said that she packed it next to the coke and the soup to look for it that it was there. Then I told her, already irritated by the situation, that the rice was not there and that the rice never arrived. I told her not to worry that thank you but that i did not want it anymore. I do not understand this whole behavior for a small little box of rice. Please know that I always order the large soup from your restaurant and I know that I am supposed to get rice. I order the same everyday " EVERYDAY" Please know that I work around this area and I will be sharing my experience with my colleagues of how dispicable you guys acted for a box of rice. To me this was really disrespectful because I felt that you were telling me in my face that I wanted to steal from you. THAT IS ABSURD! I will never order from your restaurant and again I will be sharing my experience with all my colleagues. Thank you for attention and hope you take measures with what happened.

During a layover in Miami, the concierge at the hotel I was staying suggested Rinconcito Latino. It's in a little strip center surrounded by other restaurants. Walking to it, I thought I about to be very disappointed being that there were other options that seemed better(Chinese, Indian, Argentinian, Wendys). As I entered, it looked like a large cafeteria and I was about to walk out and go to the Wendy's that I passed. But I stayed because the hostess was very friendly. Even after I ordered, I accepted disappointed....and I was wrong!! They do not warn you that their plates should be shared. But not only are the portions HUGE, the food is really good! It is served fresh and hot and not something that has been on a hot plate all day. And they serve this bread that is so soft it's like biting into clouds of buttery goodness! So if you decide to try this place, don't judge it by it's cover!!

We ran across the street (not recommended) from Homewood suites and tried this place for dinner. The staff was not as attentive as we would have liked, but they were helpful when direct questions were asked. Food came out quick and we were stunned by the portion size! You will need to come hungry if you plan to go here - servings are HUGE! Food was delicious and you want to eat all of what you ordered, but not as easy as it sounds. Meat, salads, rice, everything....very, very good. We could have just been there on a bad night for our server - but it was great food and we really enjoyed the dinner.

Better than expected. Ordered breakfast sandwiches which one is really a serving for 4. Coffee is delicious. Quick and friendly service.

had a horrible experience with the manager today , i order the fried rice like ive done before when it was on special normally on thursdays its only 12.99 but today i was charged for a regular fried rice 18.99 wow! i was surprise to see that it was more expensive then the vaca frita . come to find out theyb didnt even have a price for the fried rice on the menu anywhere ! total price gouging never seen this before anywhere to be price for something that doesnt have a price on the menu! wastress loud and rude.

This is the absolute best place to get some Cuban coffee . Fast service good price and rustic outdoor seating that has a charm of its own !

First time at this restaurant and it was very good and a lot of food! Across the street from Aloft Miami Airport. The prices are great, lots of indoor seating. They have a walk up window for Togo orders.

We ordered 5 different plates and all of them were super flavorful! The restaurant is very casual but it's very very good. I will be back for sure!

Passing through Miami check this place out. Close to the airport. Great food, excellant price. $9.99 include large containter of mashed potatoes and bread. We chose to eat outside since traveling with our pet. Smothered steak very tender seasoned perfectly.

My husband liked it a lot as did our friend. They are Latin fellows. I am going to have to go back and give it another try. There was plenty of food, bread and good service. Of course there are the usual TV's on the walls. We had no trouble finding the place with our GPS in hand and we were able to park right out in front of the restaurant around 9 p.m. We did not ask for wine, however, I spotted bottles in wine racks on the wall. I really like their maduros. The food was well presented as you can see from my pictures.

On a business trip we stopped by based on a recommendation by the hotel. I'll sum it up. Great food, fresh fish at a price that won't break the bank. I had fried red snapper--eyes and all. Plantain, rice and beans. The flavors were robust. The paella for $17 was so loaded with seafood, lobster too!!! Can't beat it. Brush up on your Spanish if you can. :-).

Well, first of all the server at window was great!!! But i ordered a steak sand cook at a medium term, yes the kitchen sent a sand with a steak overcooked like a pizza, then the window server requested another one.... UFFGG. About 2 MINUTES LATER A TALL UNHAPPY guy all in black (MANAGER u OWNER) SHOW UP WITH THE STEAK SAND READY TO EAT, YES, ready with the meat cold and bloody from the refri. I look at the guy and he said ( I'M FOR 30 YEARS AT THE KITCHEN IT IS PERFECT) well, i eat some bread, took the sand with me and dropped at the garbage... what a crazy guy...

We decided to take a short walk from our hotel and have dinner at this local eatery. We enjoyed the relaxed decor and the patience our waitress Jessica had as we asked numerous questions about the menu items. The Tamale with braised pork was incredible and the Cuban Especial was big enough for us to share. We also loved the potatoe sticks that came with the Cuban (haven't had those in years). If you are in Miami and want some authentic Cuban quisine, this is the place!!

Everything was fine until they brought out the dessert..then the rating dropped. I opted for the rice for a change just to see what it was like. Imagine my surprise when the waitress delivered a plate with a PLASTIC BOWL OF RICE (a la cozy shack etc). They could not even be bothered to disguise the fact it was store bought by transferring it to a real bowl. I guess they just peeled off the foil and that was it. Incredible.

Ok i found this place because a friend recommended and I'm glad he did. It's in a very busy Plaza but they outdo the competition for sure. On my first visit I had the Grilled chicken sandwich and though it was a little bit of a wait (it was really busy at lunchtime) it was worth it. The sandwich was huge and we'll done, side was shredded potato which they call French fries... Service was prompt, we got warm bread brought to our table after we order our drinks so no complaints on that end. The place is ok, nothing fancy and can get very busy but it is worth it. The prices are very reasonable for the size of the portions so they are a great value. Second time I went I had the sautéed chicken special (they have different specials everyday) also huge, sauce was great, Moro and tostones done well and big portions so I will be coming back for sure!

Was living in a hotel nearby (less than .5 miles away) so decided to give this place a try after reading positive reviews on Yelp. I was not disappointed. We tried their cuban sandwich, fish, and another seafood rice dish they had. The portions were so huge we had enough leftovers for another whole meal the next day! Although I don't have too much experience with Latina food, this was definitely worth it!

(11/09/2015) I was in Miami for business when checking into the hotel I asked the woman who checked me in where was a good place to eat she told me next store so I walked there and got a to go meal and eat in my room I order a 1/2 chicken it was fried with onions an peppers rice and beans with plantains and bread more food than i could eat had lunch next day I will return

Close to our Hotel and didn't want to drive anywhere, so we rolled the dice. Glad we did. As others have said the portions are large, we have lunch for tomorrow. My wife had the chicken & rice and was very impressed. She would have ate the whole thing and been stuffed, but we boxed some up. My roasted pork was a mound. It was delicious. I had the yucca and my wife was jealous. Hers does not turn out that good. I think it was the stick of butter! Also had the plantains which were very good as well. Atmosphere was a little lacking and I got tired of the air brush make up ads on TV. Small price to pay for good food. Bottom line is feed us well and we are happy.

Came in for a late lunch/snack: Pros Value - Look for their daily lunch specials Wait Staff - Out going and friendly Food - Above average tasting food Cons Parking - Limited parking

While I was checking in to my hotel across the street, I asked the woman at the front desk what restaurant she would recommend for lunch. Without missing a beat, she told me Rinconcito Latino. She went on to say that everything there was delicious. So I took her advice and tried it out. I had the fricase de pollo Cubano (chicken casserole) for lunch. It came with rice, beans, and buttered toast. It was way more than I could eat and it was awesome! While I was eating my lunch I noticed someone with a Cuban sandwich sitting across from me and it also looked awesome, so I bought one for dinner to-go. The sandwich did not disappoint! Wow! I think it was one of the best Cuban sandwiches I have ever had. It was also massive. If you’re staying by the airport in Miami, try this place out!

This restaurant was amazing. The food was excellent; very flavorful and delicious. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. The waitress explained the menu to us and gave us suggestions and we were not disappointed. The carne asada and arroz con pollo were great and the portions are plentiful.

I came here for lunch on the recommendation of my hotel reception. I was dubious as I don't generally like Cuban food but I had a very enjoyable lunch. The service was exceptional - super friendly and fast. The menu variety is excellent with good prices and a lot of food. I really enjoyed my meal and appreciated the friendliness of the restaurant. This is a solid restaurant.

We found this "Corner" restaurant by accident. What a pleasant surprise! We both ordered the Cubano Regular; A huge Cuban sandwich that was delicious. My husband and I both have good appetites, but one sandwich would have been plenty for the two of us. We enjoyed this place so much, that we went back the next day. This time I ordered "Arroz Con Pollo", which is Rice with Chicken. Again, a huge portion, and very flavorful. The staff is very pleasant and the place itself is clean. We actually did a "take out" for our trip back to Cape Coral on our last night in Miami.

I went there for authentic Latin Miami food and did not have a good experience. The place is dirty and stuff is on the floor. My table they sat me at was also sticky and dirty. The menu was even dirty. This place reminded me of an old truck stop in the 70s. The server was very busy and got mad that I asked questions. So I actually left and went across the street and I was so glad I did the food there was awesome and they were willing to tell me about the menu. SKIP THIS PLACE

Great service, friendly people and super food. Why would anyone stop at the fast food places that are at the front of the mall when they can get a great meal fast and reasonably price. We split the Rinconcito Sandwich (one sandwich was split across the two plates) and I had a small bowl of the Crema de Calavaza (pumpkin soup). The sandwich had turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato and melted Swiss all on a delicious bun. We stayed at a hotel across the street for a layover and will visit this place again when we return.

Located accross the street from the hotel we were staying at for the night, El Riconcito Cubano is a Cuban diner, clean, with a typical cuban menu. As far as I could tell, most of the patrons were regulars, but the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced.

I have visited this restaurant about 12 times, both lunch and dinner. Food is great; fish soup is off of the map and worth the $18 or so. Pork and onions is great - a mound of food that you will have a hard time finishing. The whole fried snapper is great. The chicken is the best $$$ deal. You cannot eat this $12 1/2 chicken so get a 1/4 and sleep well. The rice and beans, plantains are also great. A little tucked away, but if you look for the maroon awnings right by the school you will not be disappointed.

I recently ordered the arroz con camarones (rice with shrimp). The wait for the food was extremely long and they do not provide free bread like the Latin Cafe 2000. The entire entree completely lacked any good flavor and was definitely on the bland side. I was so disgusted that I threw the majority of the food away. Unless these people learn to cook they should refrain from claiming " authentic Cuban cuisine".

I tried this restaurant cause it was the closest to my hotel. No regrets!! The food was awesome and had plenty left over for later. I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I had dinner in the dining room at Rinconcito. We tried the cuban style chicken and the chicken and rice. Portions were quite large, quality was very good. Service very nice. They have a very wide variety of Cuban dishes. Prices were reasonable. The dining room was clean and nice, but not fancy. I would recommend it to others.

We had a few hours layover at MIA so decided to google nearest shopping centre and go to have a look at shops, have lunch, waste time etc. Unfortunately we should have looked closer at this shopping centre as it's definitely a local place with laundromat, liquor store and bunch of other uninteresting stores. But we were too tired to look for something else and decided to have lunch at Rinconcitio Latino. Lucky for us in the end. The service was great, the menu extensive, the portions absolutely massive (by European standards of course) and the food was tasty. We had sirloin (size of a plate), yuca, frijoles, rice, humongous salad and a monster plate of fries. Couldn't clear our plates though, soooo much food. Spot on! Not much of an atmosphere and decor but it's a local restaurant that aims for families and no-frills experience. We enjoyed our time and fully recommend the place.

I don’t think there is a bad Cuban restaurant in Miami anyway. I travel a lot for work and when I am in Miami I frequent this place. It is right next to the Laquita on 36th st so you ca walk over. Super generous portions and excellent food. The Vaca frita, Cuban steak sandwich and chicken soup are excellent

Drove across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn, because the traffic can be a bit busy at times. Restaurant is in a small U shaped shopping plaza. El Rinconcito Latino is tucked in the back left hand corner. Extensive menu. We had some questions, but our waitress Cecilia was very helpful. Everything was delicious and plentiful. We shared Pan con Lechon $7.79 (roasted pork sandwich) & Maduros $3.49 (Plantains) . All was tasty! If in the Miami/Doral, FL area again, we will definitely go for dinner, but also go for breakfast!

Good Cuban food! Great service. I took 7 for lunch. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. Nice menu with many choices. Casual atmosphere. Great Cuban coffee! Not expensive. Highly recommended.

The food is so fresh, the service good. It is a family place, nothing fancy. We spent $35,00 in two. We took a dish of fish, a dish of lamb, a milk shake and a coffee. The portions are quite big.

Food was excellent and reasonably price.Best coffee ever!!! I ate there four times. Not once did they get my order right but it didn't matter. Only because they didn't speak much english. LOL but who cares! they were nice, friendly, food was excellent and they have huge empanadas! Highly recommend!

Our first trip to Miami, December 2017. We stayed at the La Quinta (virtually next door), and the staff recommended that we try El Rinconcito. “But be prepared,” they warned, “the servings are HUGE!” And they were! And they were delicious! We had never tried “real” Cuban food before, and after this experience we can’t wait to try more. The food was outstanding, the service fast and efficient, and prices reasonable. My wife had the fried pork chops, yuca, rice, molo; I had arroz amarillo con camarones – both meals were excellent! We highly recommend this restaurant!

A quiet simple place. Not too fancy but food is delicious. The portions are very generous with a variety of specials at very reasonable prices. Friendly servers. They’re take-out menu is awesome too with even more generous portions that can easily be shared by two.

Our Hilton Garden Inn shuttle driver highly recommended this excellent place - and even insisted on driving us there, due to its being across a very busy street. ( we were also picked up.) Huge portion of broiled fish with Pico de Gallo, plus beans, and yellow rice, and an equally large chicken steak with plantains and rice/beans. Dinners were total with one beer $31.00 plus tip. Waitress was friendly and efficient and surroundings were not fancy, but very clean. We liked it so much, we want to return tomorrow!

We were told about this restaurant while stying at the Sheraton Four Points by the airport. We were hanging out by the pool and the hotel restaurant was not open yet. Jenny from the front desk recommended this restaurant because they had delicious Latin food and delivered. We ordered several things off the menu to taste, and everything was delicious. They delivered the food to us right to the pool. Portions were HUGE. Well worth it.

Everytime we stay at La Quinta, we try to dine at El Rinconcito. The food is great, the service is wonderful, and all at a great price.

Great place, friendly staff, food taste very good and the amount of food is crazy, everything is super LOTS.... great Management!!! Favorite Hispanic restaurant... Breakfast and lunch is my routine weekly...

Food always comes out fast, variety of cuban dishes prepared fresh and a good price a family atmosphere.

My wife and I traveled to Miami and we wanted to get some good Cuban food. After researching various restaurants, we decided to try Rinconcito Latino Doral. We were not disappointed. We ordered a meal to share since we heard the portions were so large. We ordered the roasted pork with rice and beans. It was delicious! That meal was so good that we went back for their omelette breakfast the next day. It was also super! The atmosphere is very family oriented. The service is fast and friendly. They are well known for their great food and reasonable prices. We highly recommend this restaurant for excellent Cuban meals.

Wow, I love this place I eat there every time I go down to Doral for business, the food is always fresh. I had fish for dinner and it was "DELICIOUS" I eat so much I gave the buttons on my shirt a stretch test

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn across from a small shopping center where this wonderful little Cuban restaurant is located. Actually the road is too busy to cross, there's about eight lanes so you have to walk about a block down to the red light, crosswalk. we had the Arroz Con Camarones plus black beans. We enjoyed every bite and also had flan for desert. Our waitress Rosalinda was very pleasant and helpful. There are about five other restaurants in the shopping center so you have to choose which one seems best to you. We are glad we chose this one.

If you are staying near the airport, I highly recommend you eat here. Very extensive menu selection for all types of eaters and daily specials. Very reasonable prices!! The Cuban chicken was AMAZING. You get a 1/2 chicken and large sides. It was enough food to share. Will definitely be back on my next layover in Miami. Staff is friendly and helpful when it comes to discussing the menu options. Restaurant is very clean and plenty of indoor seating.

Was passing through Miami and stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Miami airport hotel which is across the street. 1st time eating cuban food and 1st time at this reastuarant. Food was excellent and service was great!

We decided to El Rinconcito based on reviews and recommendations by friends. We were pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was and the great prices! The service was excellent and location not bad. It’s hard to find, but parking is ample right next door at the Tire King parking lot.

Was looking for an inexpensive place to eat and came across this place here. I went and I found the food to be quite good and reasonably priced. There are daily specials that rotate on a special menu in addition to the regular menu. Menu is not huge but all should be able to find something they like. I had the fish special and it was the biggest thickest piece of swai I'd ever seened. Swai is really good, it's gotten more popular, but it's relatively inexpensive. It came with 2 sides for only 14.00. I treated myself to a rice pudding dessert and it was also good. I was pleased with my experience and I will be back.
Wow
I had the seafood medley and it was awesome. There was so much of it I had the leftovers for lunch and dinner the next day. I had the tamale with pork as an appetizer and the pork was to die for. I would go back in a new York minute.
