Great food, excellent service and very friendly service. The patio on Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta is great place to enjoy the city. So glad this place is open.

We stopped late afternoon for cocktails. Service was quick and consistent. Cocktails were good. The front of the restaurant fully opens to the outdoors. Very relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

We stopped by for lunch while in the city. It specializes in South American food. We started by sharing a beef and a chicken empanada- delicious! The crust was buttery and the filling was savory. My husband and I had the chicken sandwich- grilled chicken, chimichurri, and more. The flavors were great and the food tasted fresh. We had the yucca as a side. My son had a bowl with rice and beef- he devoured his meal. The guys each got a latte and said it was the best they’ve had. Seth took really good care of us. There are fun swings out front. The restaurant is a little small and is in the lobby of a hotel. We will be back!

I visited El Vinedo on a food tour with Secret Tours , our guide was Elaisha, and we had the empanadas. Oh my gosh, you have to try the criolla empanadas—the spices are amazing! The yucca fries changed my perspective on fries altogether.

We showed up at the time the kitchen was closing and the owner still slipped us in. The food was amazing and the staff was so welcoming and wonderful! Amazing food, owner, and staff!

Will definitely come again. Be sure to try the wine, fried yucca and pollo skewers! Service was great as well!

Contemporary and stylish yet casual restaurant featuring South American cuisine. Quiet inside on the Friday afternoon that I dined here. Very good service. There is also a patio for outdoor dining out front. I ordered the yucca fries which were very good and the Arepa Reyna Pepiada which was somewhat disappointing. It was filled with a mushy chicken and mayo combination that lacked any flavor. The restaurant gets such high praise, I think I just ordered the wrong thing.

I live 2 blocks away from this restaurant, they have arepas and my dog loves going there because he knows there is food. However, the people working at this place have always treated me poorly to the extend of being uncomfortable. There is an older guy that looks upset that barely talks to you. This morning I was walking with my dog and so he wanted to go there, we waited to be seated, three people saw me waiting but they ignored me. I’ve never felt so bad as I feel every time I go to this restaurant. People are rude. Yes, I won’t go again. It’s ridiculous

Love this place, we come 2-3 times a week!!! The staff is amazing, the food is fabulous!!! We love it here!!! Totally recommend it!

I was sweaty and sunburned from frantically trying to navigate Atlanta public transportation system all day when my phone got down to 1% and the kind gentleman told me that I shouldn’t feel the need to buy anything if I just want a glass of water and to charge my phone for a few minutes. As a service industry worker myself, I knew that wasn’t going to happen. I sipped on two delicious pisco sours for an hour before I ordered the morrón relleno. Delectable! Would 100% return if I’m in the area. Great warm customer service.

Been a couple times here. First time the kitchen was closed, but we did the wine and chocolate flight which was scrumdidlyumptious! The second time the kitchen was open, and though the menu is not very expansive, the options offered were delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The ambience is chill and chic. Great spot for happy hour or a date.

I can’t believe we only live 3 blocks away and just now discovered this gem. All of the food was fresh and very authentic. The staff was friendly and on top of things. I was missing a place to get arepas since Arepa Mia closed, but I have found my new place. The empanadas were amazing, and the Pulpo was tender and prepared with great flavor. The ceviche was some of the best I’ve had anywhere. We will be back often!

Delicious, tasty and original plates and cocktails from Chile, Peru and Colombia! Definitely recommendable!

Great food. Excellent service. hi demand for this restaurant and somewhat limited seating. Make sure to get a reservation or get there early. I recommend the ceviche de Camarones. Vanessa provided amazing service.

I tend to write reviews only when the experience is exceptional - good or bad. This one was exceptionally good. We were staying at the Georgian Terrace for a concert at the Fox Theater. On a Saturday morning - 11ish - we walked down Peachtree 2 blocks to El Vinedo Local. Nice setting. Timing gave us a brunch and lunch menu. Being unfamiliar with the language/lingo, and being gluten free, we had a lot of questions. Service was great. I had Calentado - Arroz Brenda, caraotas negras, fried egg, Argentinian chorizo, avocado -- it was amazing. Mar had a ham and cheese empanada - also great. We had a side of fried plantains. There was a coffee drink on the brunch menu I had to try - Cafe con Leche con Bourbon Ball - Cafe Campesino Columbian French Roast, Ballotin Bourbon Ball, simple syrup --- also awesome. Very friendly atmosphere. I wonder if I ate every meal there every day how long it would take to get tired of it? I'm guessing a while - now a destination for us.

My wife, daughter and I had dinner at El Vinedo before attending a show at the Fox Theater. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of a small office building. Service was good, but there were a few minor issues that were promptly addressed. My daughter started with a sampler of three different wines, while my wife and I each had one regular glass. The wines were pretty good. As an appetizer, we shared a side of Yucca Frita, which looked and tasted like a pleasant French fry. My daughter had two empanadas, filled with vegetables, which she enjoyed. My wife also had two empanadas, one with ham and cheese, and one with chicken, which she also liked. I do need to say they enjoyed their dinner more than I did. I had the Pollo (Chicken) skewers. When my entree arrived, I immediately noticed the Pollo was, at best, slightly warm, and the rice was actually cold. The waiter apologized, and had my entree redone quickly. The second plate was much better. The skewers had more chicken on them, and everything was hot. The chicken was tasty, and the Broccolini was not bitter. While the rice was hot, it was very bland. Prices were slightly expensive. With tax and tip, our dinner ran $142.

Just wow. Huge wine selection by the glass. Including a lot of south American wines. I had the shrimp ceviche. It was fresh and tasty. Very well made. I will go back.

Lunch today at El Vinedo Local was spectacular; a ten on the charts! "The local vineyard," has a great menu with an authentically inspired South American cuisine I know, love, and can vouch for. The Pabellon --plantains, black beans, fresco cheese, cilantro, rice, with salsa rozada -- was outstanding, as was the service, and attention to every detail. The proprietors, Bob and Keith, designed a unique and stunning destination on Peachtree Street, offering delicious South American wines. Nina, a gem of a barista, made delicious and creamy cafe con leche with 100% organic, fair-trade coffee from South American farmers. Loved it all!

This restaurant has great food, a very eclectic South American wine list, and excellent service. At the price point, it is an excellent place to go.

serving up SoutEl Viñedo Local aka "the local vineyard" is serving up South American tapas like empanadas, sandwhiches and skewers in Midtown. They have some of the best and boldest coffee I have had in a while and an extensive wine list. Perfect place to share tapas with friends and a bottle of wine. I enjoyed the yucca fries and the espresso! The swings overlooking the city skyline was very impressive and makes for a unique photo op. I tried: Pinchos Skewer Carne Medium rare beef filet, bell pepper, red onion, mushroom, cream potatoes, chimichurri Ceviche Ceviche de Camaron con Chifles Poached Argentinian shrimp, cebolla criolla, plantain chips, avocado puree, cilantro, meyer lemon oil. Postres Compota de Manzana Braised apple, chantilly cream, red wine & spice sauce Espresso Double shot Café Campesino 100% organic and fair trade espresso Arepa Pabellon Sweet plantain, black beans, fresco cheese (Chicken) Acompanamientos Platanos Maduros Fried sweet plantains Yucca Frita Fried yucca with salsa rozada Follow @ServingLooksATL if you are hungry for more!h American tapas

Stranded at a conference in a second rate mid-town hotel, I cam across this Peruvian/Latin American restaurant by chance. It was a wonderful discovery and I ended up here for two lunches and two dinners. The dishes re really outstanding. The two ceviche dishes are fantastic. I also had a wonderful mussels dish. They have a great wine list and make an epic pisco sour. In an area of over-priced restaurants, this place was moderately priced especially given the quality of the food. The atmosphere is informal and the service is good.

We went for dinner and booked a table online at the latest available slot, 7:45pm. Upon arrival, they were unaware of our reservation and informed us that the kitchen closes at 8pm—not for last orders, but completely closes. We quickly ordered a starter and a main dish. When I tried to order a glass of white wine, specifically Sauvignon Blanc, I was told they were out of all Sauvignon Blanc options. I then requested a Pinot Grigio, but the waitress mistakenly offered a Pinot Noir, a red wine. After correcting her, I finally received a Pinot Grigio, but it was served as a Rosé. It was odd for a wine bar to have staff unfamiliar with basic wine types. Our starter and main dish arrived simultaneously, preventing us from enjoying them in sequence because the kitchen had already closed. There is definitely room for improvement. However, the food was very good.

Friendly and excellent food! Tried the breakfast empanadas- DELISH! Coffee con leche was smooth and hit the spot. Skip Starbucks and give this a go!

Everyone at our hotel loves the food and the employee's. Such a Great look for midtown. Can't wait to come back.
Great food and atmosphere .
We stopped here on the way to the Fox. The owner introduced himself as he seated us and was very attentive throughout the restaurant. Our waiter was amazing as well. The empanadas were delicious along with the rest of the tapas. The Pisco Sour cocktail… just wow! I ordered two.
