Want a great beer? Head to Elliott Bay Brewery! Great food as well? You bet. The West Seattle location can get very crowded as it's not the biggest restaurant, so timing is key. The food and brews are worth the wait and if you only have a party of 2 or less, try sitting at the bar!

My husband and I have been frequenting the West Seattle Elliott Bay Brewery for the past 9 or so years and it's unusual when we don't go there for dinner and drinks to cap off the end of a work week. This place has a definite 'Cheers' vibe- the wait staff is so welcoming and always say hello even if they're not serving us no matter how busy they are. You'd never know if anyone who works there has had a bad day and they all work their tails off. The food is great and you don't have to wait long for it or for a table because they're so efficient and know what they're doing. You also never leave there hungry - the portions are great for the price. Oh, and they have a rotating small menu each month to add a few different options. Whenever we have friends or family in town we take them there and are never disappointed. Tip: It's a family friendly pub which means lots of kids, but if you want a break from that, ask for a table or booth downstairs.

Stopped in to have a late lunch and have a few brewskies. Nice selection of beer. The food choices were good and tasty. We went there on a couple of occasions on this trip

Fish tacos are among the best I've had. Table service was good. I also had one of their lighter in-house beers that went well with the tacos.

Elliot Bay is a classic NW restaurant and pub. Our lunches this time were good but not great and the service was a bit slow. Two of us ordered manilla clams--one serving came with an open mud clam!

Great soups. Great wings. Staff was awesome. Always stop when in Seattle Good micro brews and food highly recommend

Good wine, sampling of oysters, nice wild mushroom ravioli with crab. Good bread. Excellent service. Parking was a bit tricky as it was a busy Saturday night. Recommend.

My wife and I stopped by Elliot Bay Brew Pub last Tuesday evening - we were traveling home from Alaska and had a night in Seattle - and had one of the best meals of our entire trip. Daniel, the bartender on duty, did a fabulous job with recommending both beer and food, and went on to suggest some other places nearby to check out. We were very happy with our experience there and hope to stop in again next time we fine ourselves in West Seattle.

This is a good place to grab a bite and a pint. The wood booths are firm, as are the tables and chairs. They do push families with kids upstairs and to the back, where it's loud and kinda overly hot, and could use new carpet. But some families probably like that.

We have been there several times. There is usually a wait to get in on busy weekend nights, but overall the meals and local brews are worth it. Wine list is OK, but this is a Brew Pub after all. Burgers are excellent as are most of their other classic brew pub sandwiches and meals. Usually packed with kids, so expect a noisy bustling environment.

Did I say Love. Yes! It is great food and the libations aren't too shabby either. Come hungry cause they know how to feed you. We love the fish dishes as well. Great food in the West Seattle Junction.

Right in the heart of the West Seattle Junction is this classic brew pub featuring their own brews and a hearty and fairly extensive menu. My faves are their Luna Weizen, with a calamari appetizer, and their Reuben sandwich, fries and slaw. I can say their branch in Burien is just as good and more spacious.

My wife and I had a long layover at SEATAC and some friends we'd made on other recent ravels invited us to visit. We started with lunch at this very goo establishment. Three of us had the Rueben an my wife had the Mahi sandwich. We were all very pleased with our choices and service was very good as well.

I had Luna Fish and Chips (13.25) and Chocolate Pecan Pie (5.95) for lunch today. The serving was huge; they provided 3 pieces of fish and it was lightly battered; could still taste the freshness of the fish. The fries they came with it was plenty. The pecan pie was good too! It came with 3 scoops of ice cream; I could not finish my meal! It was meant to be shared...

They have a good menu including some bar foos classics and some suprise options. We have never been disappointed by the food. The plain Jane burger is great and comes with always good fries under $10. Their fish and chips tastes great you you get loads of fish. I am not the biggest fan of their beers as they dont do what i would call a session IPA but thats a personal thing. Happy everytime we go back. Top tip, if their is a que wait for a table or booth downstairs, upstairs is low ceilings and often full of kids :)

Good beer, but the food is not great and it usually smells musty.

Family-friendly pub in the West Seattle Alaska Junction. Good sandwiches and salads, great craft beer (much of it Elliott Bay's own), and easy-going atmosphere.

I have stopped by Elliott Bay Brewery & Pub each time I've been in Seattle- it's a must for me now! Every time they make me feel like a regular. Excellent selection of beers, each one delicious. They have a great food menu, plenty of choices for everyone. Happy hour specials, great appetizers as well as delicious salads and soups. Can't wait for my next visit!

It does not matter what time of the day, you can step in the pub and enjoy food or food and drinks. We have found this as our first choice when we are in a hurry if there is no wait, or as a default when we do not have any particular food type in mind.

I do not drink ales or beer, but from the looks of the crowds here, I'd say they're pretty great! Also, had their beer battered fish & chips for dinner and it was really good. Usually with fish & chips you get all batter and no fish. Not here - big lumps of fish with a dark crisp beer batter cannot be beat. I would've liked to have gone back, but there just wasn't enough time to get there.

Went here with the family and got great service and good food. I thought the prices were very good and they actually had good beer (for the USA) as I'm a Canadian and we like stronger beer with lots of taste I was very surprised how good their beer was. well done!!

They do not have outdoor seating for dogs but, as this place was recommended by a local, we got food to go. GLAD WE DID! My wife and I took turns sipping a pint o' IPA while the other waited outside with our dogs. Lots of nice folks in this part of town who wanted to pet the dogs. Bartender was really quick and attentive and the IPA was quite good (I'm an IPA snob!). The food was DELICIOUS especially the Spicy Wings which had a slight Asian influence in my estimation- very tasty! And Salmon Nuggets- do yourself a favor and try 'em. I loved 'em! We had some type of salad I can't quite remember but it was huge with nice fresh greens so spot on. Finally- pulled pork sandwich was very tasty and messy- just the way it should be. So, our pint of beer was good but the food is probably a notch above what I'm used to getting at breweries. Very good food. I'll try a burger next time for sure- they looked great but I was burgered out at this time. Really fun atmosphere at the bar as well. Folks were really cool and talkative.

I have always enjoyed the EBBP on CA, but this past trip was disappointing. I usually order their Italian club. This time it lacked flavor. There were no condiments on it and a shortage of meat. Just two very thin slices of meat. The tomatoes were much thicker than the two meats combined. Also, the bread was dry, and without any condiments, the only taste was the bread. The fries were as usual very good as was the beer. Very disappointing sandwich. Also, our server was either over worked with too many tables or just decided to ignore us.

This place had been highly suggested to me. I had to try it for myself, unfortunately their signage, makes it difficult for a person driving by to see the name Elliott’s on it, since it is so high on the building, all I could see driving by was Brewery & Bar. Finally, after driving up and down California Ave, my guest spotted it, I would have driven passed it again, and probably would have given up. Once inside, it was unremarkable, most places are these days since COVID and phases. I had the “Cuban” sandwich which came with pepperoni, this was a first and since I like pepperoni, I didn’t ask for any modifications, in the end I wish I had. It just was too many flavors being overwhelmed with it. My guest had the BLAT, he seemed to enjoy it, but also felt the place was lacking in some way. We will probably give it another shot, but not any time soon.

The original, on California Ave in West Seattle, has a narrow and deep 2-story restaurant that is nearly always full. For good reason -- great flavors throughout a diverse menu. There are quite a few vegitarian options, a lot of lower calorie selections, and then there are the gigantic sandwiches (best Reuben around), burgers (Bleu & Bacon), and entrees (you have to split the fish & chips because it's so big). Whatever you order, ask for the "crack sauce" -- my friends and I renamed the chipotle sauce, because, well, it is just as addicting as we understand crack to be. For more space and less pressure to move out of your comfy booth, visit the Elliott Bay Brewpub on 152nd Ave SW in Burien.

This place is known well for it's local brewery of it's own ales but also has some wonderful food to go along with it. The Pot Pie is yummy as well as the Gyro, the Philly, and don't forget breakfast... pretty much everything on their menu is tasty! Give it a whirl!

We ate here this evening (09/22) upstairs. Had to wait 15min for our table: it was worth waiting! We started with the nachos and both had the burger. Very good food. Also tried several beers here. The waiter has a passion for his job; he came with three very nice tasteful beers to try! Try Elliotts dry hopped; very hoppy nice beer. Awesome place to visit. Ask for their passion and they give you the story behind. We enjoyed this place a lot. Thanks, Team EB!

meal was ok but was ruined by WAITRESS POOR ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR... as if we were a complete bore and bother. afternoon lunch with very few customers...we'll never go back.

Never had a bad experience here. The food is great. The service is good. Great desserts too. You might have to wait to be seated on some nights, but it is worth the wait

Seattle is renown for its breweries and Elliott Bay is one of the reasons. It has a great old pub look, a menu to please vegetarians, seafood lovers and carnivores and, of course a wide selection of its own brews. You have to try their Demolition Ale! In the past year I've been there 3 times and look forward to the next time. And by the way, the wait staff has to be the friendliest on the planet!

The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was because even though the food is SOLID, it really is not mind bending/I gotta have this now grub. For what it is, its very above average pub/eatery with a good selection of burgers, sandwiches, salads and soups. What makes me go out of my way to go there is the way they're so cool with young kids. Seriously accommodating, which is refreshing. Adults with children - need a night out at a restaurant - get outta the house and go! The staff is awesome; the food is good and 'right' priced..... If you live anywhere near west seattle, you owe yourself to check this place out. Good eating, -m

Stopped in here while visiting West Seattle. It had a good crowd for a Saturday afternoon. I tried a flight of their beers which is 5 - 5oz samples. All of them were very good. Actually one was sour (by design) and the waitress remedied that by bringing her favorite to replace it! We had burgers, salad and nachos to go with our suds. They had about 15 beers on tap. Recommended if your on this side of town.

Our grandson's name is Elliott so even though I am not a beer drinker, we of course had to eat at Elliott Bay Brewery and Pub while we were in West Seattle. This was our 3rd time here and every time I have found lots of variety and dishes packed with flavor and creativity. On this 3rd visit, I had the grilled salmon sandwich with sauteed vegetables. The sandwich is served open faced with a large filet of salmon, lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles. It also comes with a little cup of mango chutney and some mint aioli. I did add the mango chutney but skipped on the mint (not a mint fan). I would have loved a multi-grain bun option but the sandwich is so delicious you won't have time to think about such things. The vegetables was a blend of strips of zucchini and carrots but they also have other options such as fries. I must also say that in addition to a wide variety of beers, they have the unsweetened passion fruit iced tea that is absolutely my fave! (I would love to see some Stevia along with the other sweeteners.) And they keep the refills coming frequently too! We had a little bit of a wait when we arrived around 5:30pm on a Sunday night but it was not long and totally worth it. There are no padded seats - the booths are hard benches and the chairs are also hard so if you have sensitivity, just bring a jacket or something to sit on. The atmosphere is high energy and I almost forgot to mention I had a piece of their pumpkin cake that was the best pumpkin cake I've ever had. It is a very large piece and fortunately they do not over douse it with the spiced cream cheese icing - just a little dollop goes very far. I usually never share my desserts but it was such a large piece that I did share with my husband. The cake is dense and moist and as I write this I wish I had another piece with me right now! If you are a pumpkin fan and it is offered when you are there, get it! You will not be disappointed! If you are in West Seattle or if you come across one of the other Elliott Bay Brewery locations, do drop in and try one of their many burgers or salads. They also have hot dishes as well. A great place for a really memorable meal!

Pubs are pubs. These folks always do a brewpub level meal well. There is always a bit of a line. Not much traditional fare like ploughman's lunch, but good food. Waiters are pleasant. Beer selection limited but good. Very family friendly.

They had friendly staff and a nice long list of brews. The gluten-free options were pretty decent and they made some accommodations for my food sensitivities. The waitress then directed me to a cool local jewelry shop. I would definitely go back.

We have been here several times. The food is consistently good. The service is prompt and polite and one is not hurried to vacate their tables. It does get a bit noisy as the area is somewhat small. The booths are cozier and quitter than the tables, but either is acceptable. We will continue to visit here when in West Seattle

We live within walking distance of the W. Seattle Elliott's. just stopped in yesterday for a burger and bear. The blue cheese burger was awesome. My wife had the French dip and enjoyed that as well. They have a great selection of beers to choose from. Not a place I'm going to for fine dining, however great place for the casual bite.

My sister, niece and I went for lunch, Both my sister and I had the fish and chips. It came with 3 huge pieces of cod lightly beer battered. Plenty of fries and coleslaw. Fish and chips are usually my choice when eating out. This fish was probably some of the best I've eaten. I grew up in West Seattle and now live in Arizona. This will have to be made a regular yearly visit. We had to go back 2 more times during my visit just for the fish. My niece had the BLAT sand. and she really enjoyed it. Service was excellent and the waiter really knew his menu.

The place was very busy but only had to wait ten minutes for a table at 7:00 pm on a Thursday night. Got a nice beer fairly quickly and 15 minutes later order food. When the food came, the runner asked if we needed anything else, since our glasses were empty, I pointed to my glass an said "I would like another Beer" thinking I could try another one of their huge assortments of Beers. the runner told me he would alert our server, who ten minutes later showed up, with out asking us, with two more of the same beers, dropped them in front of us and rushed off as I was loudly, (but apparently not loud enough) was shouting "excuse me"..... I was hoping to try something else, ... five minutes later I give in and start drinking my beer and resign myself that this is not really a brewery that has time for customers to bother the wait staff with tasting of the beers. I am a licensed Micro Brewery owner and I always assume people want to try different beers. We!!! I did not get the chance. This place is way too busy for that sort on nonsense. I have to admit, I did enjoy the Blue Beet Burger.

We had less than 40 minutes for lunch on a Sunday. Our server was efficient, kind and personable. The food was terrific! The family-friendly vibe was welcoming. We'll definitely return. Thank you, Elliott Bay Brewing!!

Had a great beer and light dinner after spending the day at the Washigton Beer festival Both were great! good prices decent portions nice place My first time to the West Seattle area. We will be back!

Been coming here for years, and will continue. Unique pub food prepared well, and good beer. Great place for groups and families.

My husband and I had a great meal with our three grandchildren. Food was awesome and great choices for kids and adults. Great service too!

Stopped in for the late night happy hour, beer was great, apps were solid, and service was over the top

Wanted to walk to dinner from where we were staying in West Seattle. With a slew of Mexican and pizza joints this was a refreshing find. Great local brews and delicious food with friendly service and a pub like atmosphere. Worth a visit.

We had lovely burgers here. The ambiance was fine. The service was a bit slow. Overall, we had very good time.

I came here with my wife, and her mother. The menu is huge and the beer selection impressive. They have both booths and tables, and were busy when we came on a weekday night. I tried the philly cheese steak which was delicious, almost too large! I asked for veggies instead of fries and they brought me some tasty beans which I appreciated. My wife had the Reuben and fries and she said it was good, although it was not stacked as high as I normally see at other places. My mother in law had the taco salad which looked delicious and was massive (you could split this one). To be honest the beer is a big pedestrian, hence my score, and I don’t think they are competitive with other high end local craft brewers. Having said that the beer was okay and I would come back given the high quality of the food and the open atmosphere. Also, the parking in back is nice and the service was very good.

Great menu! they must have a dozen different burgers all that can have a homemade garden burger subsituted. My husband had the Jambalya and loved it. Wanted to try the ice cream made by husky's deli across the street its made with beer? but we were too full. We will be back FYI It was a little dark to read the menus and it was still daylight but we were sitting in the back

Great food, beer and even better people! Huge menu, open for dine in during COVID and doing it right! All of the employees treat you like they are having you in their home for dinner. Probably the best burger in Seattle and you can get any of them with chicken or vegetarian.

This place has good fish and chips and they have a tasty beer and coffee milkshake. The service at this restaurant is excellent. The new location on Lake City Way is a friendly neighborhood restaurant.

This is one of my "go to" places, whenever I am back in my home town. Living in India and Italy for the past 5 years, I miss good old pub food and Elliott Bay has some of the best! Yes, it is usually crowded, but for a reason and I normally don't have to wait although I have and I still will! The food is hearty and flavorful, the service always friendly and informative and the array of delicious artisan beers on tap is really a treat (after having very few great choices for so long!). The Reuben is fantastic, the Portabello "Burger" beyond delicious and usually really awesome homemade soups, too. Can't wait to go back!

Met up with nephews and nieces living in the area. Was able to find seating for 12 of us and waiter was very patient as we talked and eventually made our orders. The beers were very good with a nice offering of stouts and porters which are my preference. Food was good, had a Cuban sandwich. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals.

Very family-friendly local brewpub. Big choice of beers so get the sampler if you are not sure what to try. Food is very good as well. Can get busy on a Saturday night so be prepared to wait a few minutes for a table.

The beers are excellent and the food is fit to satisfy. Ambiance is a bit lacking.

Wow! Who knew a brewery could be such a popular destination for families with kids...very loud kids?! I was seated in the loft area where it was much like a zoo with kids of all ages from infant to Tweens. Clearly this is both a great pub and a family restaurant. Ordered the small plate of blue cheese bacon bites with an Alembic pale ale, which turned out to be AMAZING!! Incredible taste pairing and if I weren't on foot for a mile walk home, would order another round. Highly recommend this particular meal and would assume the rest of the menu is equally good.

Can be sometimes loud for my taste, but they try to accommodate me and find a quite booth or upstairs table. The food is excellent. They are loved by the neighborhood. They , selflessly, helped me with a beer-tasting fundraiser for a local charity.

We were staying in West Seattle for vacation and found this restaurant while walking around. We enjoyed it so much we ate here several times. Food was good and affordable, really enjoyed the fish and chips. We also thought all of the old wood inside was beautiful. Servers were friendly and service quick. I also left my jacket there one evening and happily retrieved it the next day.

Stopped here for a beer and something to eat. The beer as great as well as the food. Ordered the large nachos and we were not disappointed, they were huge! The place was very busy, but the service did not suffer. I would recommend this establishment to family and friends anytime!

Went 3/30/16, never been befor, for dinner. Was seated upstairs, as a single person noted that several families with young kids also seated in that area. Ordered the no doubt stout, brewed in west Seattle, so darn good ordered another. Ordered grilled tofu sand which with Cole slaw. Fabulous, but what really sealed the deal was curry aioli served on the side .... OMG. soooooo good with the sand which. Also enjoyed pickled veggies on the side, and I am not generally a pickled veggie person, but it was a great side crunchy...piquant in the right way. Aioli and pickled veggies elevated a decent sand which to galactic heights. Service excellent. All in all a good stop, and seemingly an integrated restaurant into the west Seattle residential community.

Impressive pub fare...reliable and tasty with a great variety to choose from. Not to mention the great brews. Pulled pork sandwich has got to be my favorite.

Large and varied menu, as well as, many beer choices. Lively place that locals flock to. There were four of us and all dishes were excellent. Service very outgoing and friendly.

Seated at a table in the middle of the busy pub, we could easily see how busy the staff were ... and the menu offered a mouth-watering variety. Having decided on our meals (the 10yo picked two kids meals!), we ordered and both he and I said, NO OLIVES on his chicken wrap. When the meals arrived, he ate his kids fish and chips first. When digging into the chicken wrap, he found olives. One by one he removed them, finishing with a pile almost as big as my fist! On the plus side, everything else was very good. I had a burger with jalapeños and chipotle sauce ... drool-worthy! If we lived near, we would definitely be back. But please, hold the olives!

Jambalaya for me and curried chicken with rice for Sherry. I ordered the large plate of Jambalaya when the medium would have been plenty, and I can eat a lot. It was excellent with the perfect amount of heat and meat. With it, I tried their 1940 Koelsch, which was respectful of the Koelsch tradition. They aren’t that common, but worth it when you find a good one. Sher got an IPA, but wasn’t thrilled. It’s hard for a waitress (or anyone, for that matter) to describe the right amount of hops.

We had several meals at Elliott Bay Brewery while we were visiting our daughter in January and February. We found the service very good, the atmosphere cozy and the food was excellent. We tried several soups, sandwiches, and specials of the day. Our favorite was the delicious fried fish sandwich served only on Friday. The sandwiches were all very large and the cost was very reasonable. I can't speak for the beer because none of us drink.

During our recent visit to the Seattle area, we took a drive over the bridge and ended up in funky West Seattle at Elliott Bay Brewery and Pub. We enjoyed a beer and some exceptional pub fare. The grilled shrimp salad and brats were both great. My husband and I decided to split each entree and were delighted when the server brought them to us already divided. We will certainly return on our next visit!! Go across the street for ice cream at The Husky Deli, and enjoy the area.

During the first three weeks of September 2017, we enjoyed three memorable lunches in Elliott Bay. We first found out about this pub from other travellers on the "C" Line RapidRide bus which runs fro central ("downtown") Seattle out, over the bridge, into West Seattle. Dismount at the junction of Alaska and California, walk a half-block South and Elliott Bay is on the right. A warm welcome, friendly customers and a great serving team ensured that we lingered over lunch and came back - twice more. Don't bring a car - that way, you can enjoy more of the wonderful beers which are on offer. Should we ever return to Seattle, we will definitely return to Elliott Bay!

We went there once. It was pretty loud and crowded. The food was exactly unremarkable. As we left we said, 'No reason to come back here.'

Food is consistently good and there's something for everyone on the menu. High quality but not pretentious. Good drink selection, nice atmosphere. A little loud.

The beer is great! The service is even better! The food is awesome! The wait staff is extremely prompt, friendly, helpful and they know what they're talking about when it comes to beer. The taster trays are unique simply because you can choose your own beers. I had the pleasure of being served by Nayo, a great guy with great taste in beer. If anyone from Elliott Bay is reading this, SORRY I was unable to make it back, our trip was a little busier than expected. Do yourself a favour and visit this location.

All the food is pretty good. Always crowded.

What a friendly, homey place! Almost feels like a pub in England. Good selection of local brews on tap and a surprising good selection of bottled beer. Had the nachos and they were AWESOME! Don't expect any naked chips; these guys layer toppings just the way I like 'em.

This is a pub that is filled to the brim with families. So, if you are a parent who enjoys a pint or two and good food this is the place for you. The food is really good - very large portions, too. I always want to have dessert, but never have room. I got dessert to go one time, and it was TO DIE FOR! Pecan chocolate pie with stout and vanilla ice cream from Husky Deli (across the street). The staff is mixed, but always friendly. They have vegi friendly entrees, too.

Elliott Bay Brewery & Pub in Seattle: Had a great lunch, with great food, in a great location. Service was good, although our server got switched out for some reason and we were never told why, another employee just started helping us.

Great food, great atmosphere.

I was pleasantly surprised by Elliott Bay Brewery. I typically find standard American pub fare too heavy and greasy (messy burgers, fried everything, and so forth). I ordered the Luna Weizen-battered fish and chips, and the breading was thin and flavorful. The fish tasted very fresh, and the portion size was humongous. The beer selection is great (I had some pumpkin ale, which was a bit light on the pumpkin flavor). My family's waitress was, we all agreed, one of the best we have had in recent memory -- helpful with recommendations, attentive, and very gracious. It was also very reasonably priced.

Good food and service. Server was very helpful on selecting some items. Left there standing and full!

Came here for dinner with my son and his family. The service was prompt and we enjoyed sampling the beer options. It's a good place to come for a no-frills kind of pub experience.

We loved the reuben and the fish & chips. The portions are very large. They have a great selection of beer. The children's menu has more selections than other restaurants.

We met some friends here for lunch and had a great meal. The fish and chips were light, flaky and well seasoned. The red ale and dark ale were both quite good as well. The service was fast and friendly. This was a great restaurant for pub food.

Excellent selection of organic brews at this place and they are on special during Happy Hour. I also liked their selection of happy hour appetizers. The carnitas nachos hit the spot. They even have a stout cupcake for $1.50. This is a great block of California Ave. to visit with plenty of great shops and such right in the near vicinity.

Good food, great service and they have beer samplers. Enjoyed our evening and would happily go back if in West Seattle again.

The food is always good, the staff is wonderful and the restaurant is cozy and comfortable. I eat here often and always enjoy myself. Grass-fed organic beef burgers, too!

Very nice experience here! I had just arrived in Seattle from a long day of travel. This was a refreshing surprise! The menu had a huge variety of items from which to choose. We ordered an appetizer, along with the entrees. Everyone was quite satisfied with the food. The service was attentive, yet not overbearing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Great burgers, but more of a family place that I usually like. Good place to meet co-workers after work if you live in the area.

We stopped into this place last night for dinner and were happy we did. They have a nice menu with some regular food and some surprises like the pickled beet burger. On the burger menu yippy get a choice of beef, a chicken breast, a turkey burger and aveggie burger. They also have some nice specials. We each had a sandwich and had the spicy turkey chile on the side. The sandwiches were yummy but the Chile was amazing! What a great rainy night meal. They also have a huge selection of beers, ales and ciders and have specials on those as well. I had a lemon cider that was so very delicious. It's a limited time item so I may have to go back for another while they still have some. The staff was all friendly , giving us descriptions of the food and beverages and some really helpful advice. All in all if you looking for a great meal, maybe want something interesting to drink on the side but want to go casual, this is a place I would highly recommend. I know we left there happy and full.

Have been to the Burien location about a dozen times, most recently today for Father's Day. It's not the place for a quiet dinner, as sound echoes easily, but the atmosphere is classic brew pub and I like that. There's plenty to choose from on the menu. Food has always been consistently good (for pub fare); love the sweet potato fries, and the Fish & Chips are excellent. Tried the pulled pork today and it too was excellent. Dessert menu is not large, but the ice cream is good. Favorite brew is the Coffee Stout. Pity they still aren't able to bottle it (sans growler). If there is one weakness (at this location) it's the service. However, today, despite the full house at 2pm, the service was probably the best we've experienced in the last 2 years, so perhaps they're finally working on it. Typically it takes a long time to get your drink and food orders taken, and then delivered. Not today. Only mishap was that after we were asked if we wanted another round (and said yes), it never came. We had to ask the server (who was quite polite), and we then got the drinks. But overall, service was better today than at any other visit. If it remains consistent at this level, it'll move up to a 5 out of 5.

Just went to their new location in the Lake City neighborhood in N Seattle for a friend's Bday. We had a private room in the back which was great because the main dining room/bar, which is HUGE, was packed and loud. A few drinks and you hardly notice it. Food is EXCELLENT and the deserts are to die for! Oh yeah the beer at too shabby either.

Great atmosphere, great beer and great burgers

Neighborhood gem with well-priced comfort food. From salads, to fantastic burgers, to a great kids' menu, and tasty housemade beers, be prepared to wait, but the payoff is worth it!

Great beers with good food to match. We've never actually stayed here to eat. We also get take out on a weekend night and I have a beer while waiting for the order. The food has never let us down and I always seem to be able to find an interesting beer to sample.

This is a friendly Brewpub and restaurant on California Ave, West Seattle. It brews a large range of good hand crafted beer, in all styles, many of which I tried (responsibly?). They are happy to provide a sample for you to try prior to purchase. The food is average though, traditional burger type fayre. In seattle, definitely worth a visit.

Enjoyed our Imperial IPAs and Chocolate Stouts--they were fantastic! Our food was delicious and the waitress was informative and helpful...don't miss this gem of a brew pub!

This restaurant had delicious food at an affordable price! The service was fantastic. My only gripes would be that it was rather loud inside and we sat right in front of the kitchen where we could hear the chefs cooking and feel the heat. Overall, the taste, service, and price make this place a great choice for lunch or dinner when in West Seattle!

We had lunch on a Saturday around noon. Lots of people here. There was a 10 minute wait for a table for 3. No biggie for us. Great place for families, they seem very accommodating for the younger ones. The service wasn't too bad considering how busy they were. My friend recommended their burgers so I ordered the blue and bacon. Good size burger and I was not disappointed with the taste. The burger was really good. Fries were ok though. Waitress was pretty busy so didn't check on us much. Overall good place for burgers. I didn't have beer though, but I'm not much of a beer drinker. Good atmosphere for casual dining. A bit loud though so may not be a good place for a first date.

We came here for lunch and enjoyed our food. The burgers and salads were quite good. Our server was excellent.

I've eaten here three times in the past month or two. The menu has a good variety and nearly everything is going to be a little "different" than you've had. Many items pair flavors in ways I have not seen before. I also like that that make their own dressing. I love their bleu cheese and I think their green goddess is pretty popular, too. I generally lean toward the fish & chips. My vegetarian daughter loves the tofu sandwich. Of course, you can never go wrong with a milkshake! I'm not a beer drinker, so I cannot comment on that aspect of the establishment. It always seems quite popular, even at the in-between hours.

Killer battered fish and home brewed root beer!! I love this place. I would give it 4.5* if I could. I will definitely visit again and again.

Tried Frambacider = cider+raspberry lambic at the very friendly waitress' suggestion, quite tasty. Salad with beets and goat cheese was delicious. Would dock half a point if possible for the not so clean state of the floors towards the back. Very much enjoyed the small potted garden out front.

Nothing flashy here, but I had a great BBQ burger and ordered a beer sampler and it hit the spot. Would definitely recommend it if you were in the area.

Elliott Bay has always been a Cheers type comfort zone with good food and friendly vibe. I just ordered a couple Imperial Reubens and picked them up on my way to an event. Just adds another facet to enjoying Elliott Bay.

Nothing really stood out for me here. Food was good, service was good and fast, and we left feeling OK about what we paid. Did appreciate the separate plates when splitting a burger.

Wow, great food, service and beer. Went with my mother, she had the plain Jane Hambuger and I had the Cuban. Both excellent. We had a small order of Nachos, that were great too. We oderd way to much food but brought it home, would go back anytime.

All around awesome

Incredible beer and great food! Possibly the best waiter ever too. Kid friendly also. My husband had the Cuban and I had the turkey sandwich and black bean soup which was soooo good.

We ate there with family, including two kids under 4. The server was patient and efficient, and the food was quite good. Two had the ahi tacos, I had a burger. It was done to perfection, nice sear and pink. I was impressed with the great selection on the kid's menu, lots of healthy, fun and finger friendly options.

Just popped in for drinks. Seated quickly (5mins max) in a booth and drinks presented very quickly and we didn't have to wait for further rounds. Nice bar with friendly staff.
Great Happy Hour in West Seattle
Fair priced food and adult bevages in a busy neighborhood setting. Certainly a locals favorite which is a good sign.
