Not much of a tale to tell here. A buddy and I stopped in for lunch and a few beers. Cobb salad and a turkey bacon & Swiss sandwich. Gateway amber and a couple of LCW IPA pints to wash it down. The food was very good and generous portions. We had a huge beer list posted over the bar with bitterness and alcohol listed for each. Nothing was cheap but not expensive either for what was served. A great place for someone who wants to pick and choose from a large selection of beers.

Needed some dinner in North Seattle and wanted to keep it casual. Elliott’s hit the mark and then some. We were seated promptly, no waiting at all. Aidan was our server and he explained things nicely and was attentive without being pushy. A quality job all night in the service department. I had a Dunkel beer and could drink that all night. My wife had the B-Town Brown and enjoyed that. We ordered burgers, Shroom burger and the Blue Cheese burger and they were great. The buns are baked in house and the quality shows and they really helped the burgers rise to the next level. Great atmosphere and kid friendly. Watched a bit of soccer on the screens and thoroughly enjoyed the dinner which was under $40 with drinks included. This place has been programmed into our GPS for the future.

We went for lunch. Our food was so good! I had the dip sandwich (don't remember the exact name) comes with a jus and a homemade blue cheese horseradish dressing. My sister had fish and chips. She subbed sweet potato fries for regular. Everything was perfect! She had a Blood Orange hard cider and I had a Triple Still Water beer. Both were excellent! Our server was very knowledgeable about their beers and was extremely helpful! Service was fast. We were there during lunch. I'll definitely be back!

We rented Brother Barrel (the space on the south side of Elliott Bay’s taproom) for a birthday celebration. What a great space, and it was made all the better by adding good food for 45 people and a full service bar—and doing everything necessary to make our party stress free and enjoyable for everyone. Elliott Bay owns it, so they get the credit. If you’re looking for a place for a reception, a party or whatnot, check it out!

This place has a LOT of beers that they make, many of which are organic, and many of which are very good. The food, on the other hand, was not. We had a steak special that was extremely dry and chewy, and an elk burger that was also very dry. When we first got to the restaurant, we had one server who was very nice and helpful, but halfway through he was replaced by someone else with no explanation, and the new guy was a bit creepy and seemed to want to hurry us out the door. Not sure what his issue was, but we would have stayed longer and drank more beers and maybe even tried dessert (it couldn't be any worse than the dinner, right?) if it weren't for him.

Just returned from Europe so I was looking forward to some American food and beer. Almost swallowed the Brewer's burger whole for I was so hungry after our long flight (needless to say it was delicious). Loved the weizen which went well with my meal. Place is very spacious (it was pretty empty when we went) though my brother said that it gets crowded during games. We would have stayed longer (I wanted to knock a few more back) but we were tired after our flight. I need to go back during game time, maybe next year.

I don't drink beer but it wasn't stopping the many people in the place who were. This place has a large selection of beer on tap and people seem to come from all over because of it. I was just in the area and hungry. I ordered the chicken taco salad and got a good sized portion with all the fixings. Plus a little Tabasco on the side. I was able to watch the Sounders match at the same time. What's better than that? There are a lot of other good looking meals on the menu, so I can see coming back again. The service was friendly and prompt. That parking in back is plentiful and free.

Great pizza, calzones, salads with a terrific staff. We stopped in on trivia night and there were no tables, so we sat at the bar...which was the best! They have a good beer selection and the bartenders took great care of us. The combined experience makes this a local treasure and a visitor's delight.

Will definitely be back...Plain Jane burger and Cod Tacos. Excellent brews and nice cabrenet. Enjoy it every time!

Great beer selection very good food at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and knowledgable on the menu and tap beers.

I usually come here to watch the games. This place is never overcrowded. The food here has very good quality. They just started serving hard liquor within the last two weeks. They have a wide variety of beer selection. The service is is almost always very fast. The staff here go out of their way to make your visit memorable. The portion sizes of their food are big. So, you won't go hungry leaving this place! They always make a reasonable effort to accomodate the Seahawks', Sounders', and Mariners' fans. If you want to avoid the crowds and the tourists trap in order to watch the game, then this is the place to come to. You can take the family here and have a great meal as well.

We went for a family celebration with a party of ten and it was perfect. Lots of room and nice staff. The food was really good - loved the fish tacos. They also have a bar.

A friend suggested a get-together for drinks at this establishment and I am glad she did! I arrived around 5 PM on a Tuesday and the place was less than 20% full. By the time we left at 7:30, there was a wait to get seated, and this is mid-week! Once seated and libations ordered the attention turned to food. While not wanting a full meal, appetizers filled the bill. Among the three of us we sampled the nachos (huge), the calamari (not rubbery) and the pita and humus. The selection of beers on tap is quite large and if you can not find a brew to your taste, well, you are hopeless.

The food is great. I am not a big cheese steak person and yet I love their sandwich. The beer and cider is always revolving and I haven't been disappointed yet.

First time here and I was very impressed. Great selection of beers brewed on sight as well as some guest beers and a few Northwest favorites. I really liked both their Oatmeal Stout and their brown and sampled their Heff which was a bit too light for my tastes. As for the food, I had their Stout BBQ Burger with fries which was cooked perfectly and super tasty and one of my friends had their Pulled Pork which he thoroughly enjoyed. There were 12 of us and everyone seem to be very happy with both the meals and the brews. I will definitely be back again soon.

I went to this place right after it opened its doors for business for a friend's surprise birthday party. Let's see....big group, brand new staff, grand opening: the recipe for disaster, right? Well, as it turned out, it was a decent experience! My order--the tofu sandwhich--was incredible. For once, I didn't feel like exercising self disciplinary mental tricks as I watched my friends eat red meat. The fries were good, but could have stood a bit more seasoning. The bite I took out of my girlfriend's seared tuna sandwich was stellar (I can't speak for the whole sandwich, though, but I'll order it next time based on my sample taste). The only glitch was the iced tea. Now, I'm a native Southerner, and I don't expect iced tea to be good up here in the Northwest, but this was terrible. It was some exotic, spiced Earl Grey thing that was definitely not meant to be poured over ice. But hey, you might think it's refreshingly different; give it a go if that's your thing. I myself will stick to Diet Coke next time. The beer, you know, the namesake? I personally don't drink, so I'm afraid this review is lacking in that department, however: my friends all loved their hand-crafted microbrew selection, so there's that. If you find yourself in the Lake City Way area in desperate need of a sure thing (you never know what you'll get with the 'mom n' pop' eateries on that strip), give Elliott Bay a shot!

When visiting Seattle some friends took me to dinner at Elliot Bay Brewery and Pub. We were promptly seated and our server promptly asked for our drink orders. The beers were excellent and the food arrived quickly and to my liking. If you're in the northern Seattle area you should definitely make a stop at Elliot Bay!

I consider good pub food "comfort food". Love it. This one has excellent Angus beef hamburgers which you can order with a gluten free bun. The lime cilantro slaw is very fresh tasting - and I am normally NOT a fan of cilantro. Beer is not gluten free, but they also offer hard cider. I have eaten here 3 or 4 times and the quality and service have been consistently good.

I live in the neighborhood and had heard good things. Wanted to have a burger after work at 5:30 pm. The place was full and I went to sit at the bar. One bar tender was on I phone smiling away, the other was busy for the next 10 minutes filling growlers instead of tending to the clients. when I signaled the growler filler lady gave me a snippy "give me just a minute" --hello? After 10 minutes? I finally got to order, the food came rather quickly and it was lukewarm. The bun was mushy and the coleslaw bland as heck. I will not be back.

I have been here a couple of times, and have not been disappointed! The food is consistently good, there is a great variety, and the beer & cider choices are awesome! I highly recommend this place! Also, the bacon & corn fritters are Amazing!

We normally have come for dinner and we love the vibe, food and noise (we have little ones) but recently tried their brunch and it was also great. Not too crowded, quick service and good food are always hits when trying to corral kids. We will definitely be back for brunch.

Four of us stopped by for lunch on Tuesday. No problems finding street parking. The restaurant was busy but not “slammed”. The “Turkey Bacon Swiss” sandwich was the best. The accompanying dipping sauce was excellent. I really recommend that offering. The “Imperial Reuben” and the “Cuban” sandwiches were also good. The “Buffalo BLT” salad was good but not special. The place is spacious and the pub menu is quite large. The service was excellent - Thank you, Ashley A. As for the beverages - all were enjoyed.

After driving up and down Lake City Way to find a parking spot, I found the big brewery parking lot right behind it. The brewery was very busy and had great atmosphere. I didn't count, but they had at least 15 of their beers and maybe 10 guest beers on taps. I Had the Imperial IPA & the the No Doubt Stout, both very good. I ordered the Stout BBQ Elk burger- excellent!!!!! If I ever get back to that area, I will definitely go there again!!

This is my neighborhood go to for a nice bite and brew. A large selection of local brews and great pub food. Their Luna beer battered fish and chips are awesome. It's loud and has lots of screens for sports for a casual evening.

Have been there several times for their good food and organic brew. This is a warm and friendly neighborhood pub atmosphere and kid friendly. Burgers, fish and chips, chicken, soups and salads - all good. Parking can be tight but keep looking and you will find a spot. Kudos as well for their community involvement.

Wonderful brewery but also good food. We had burgers and the pork sliders which were delicious. The sweet potato fries are outstanding. There were many different beers served at our table and everyone was pleased.

After a long day, we stumbled across Elliot Bay Brewery and were quite glad we did. It is a big place with a large bar and restaurant. No mixed drinks but lots of beer, cider, wine, shakes, etc. to sample. The service was good. The beer selections great. And the food was awesome. We split the Ahi Tacos and Buffalo Chicken salad which were great and tried their sundae for dessert which was also really good.

Our second visit since last year (spring/summer) on a week day where it was loud-ish, steady traffic but got a booth to help steer clear while enjoying the food and the antics. The antics are the patrons, service (fabulous waitress) to the interesting and tasty chutney served wherever, however. This year it was more like bus station busy. Even a booth along the edges could not save us. We could still observe the bar and the screens centering around SPORTS suspended throughout. The stools with single guys from every demographic. The chalk board with the trillion beers, ales, lagers....pumpkins? over the bar, which is half the length of an inside wall. The various alcoves, separated by inexplicable pony walls, populated by families with kids and others (adults) eating horribly, hurriedly without kids. It is a loud place with a few people. As I cast my eye upwards I realized even without ceiling tiles and being able to see the wood roof supports and joists the sound bangs around the place. They need an acoustics specialist. The foods good. Service good. Brewery offerings good, Static atmosphere with some remaining art from last year (& yes it's still for sale) is good. The cross section of folks attending and enjoying is good -young (some very young-caution), old, singles, big broods, polyester to merino attired, in wheelchairs, in strollers and highchairs - the real deal -- but the racket... There is a varied menu there. There is truly something for everyone. I had the blue cheese, bacon burger and the others had fish and chips. Burger was not as good as last year. And they do have gluten free if there is a need. The fish and chips were Great ! but I tasted the coleslaw --- cilantro has absolutely no business in a coleslaw -- way tooo weird. There is no cilantro in any slaw in England -who thought of this ? We always tip well no matter but on this day I wish I could have found the young man that was bussing for the wait staff - He REALLY worked hard to assist a number of floor staff (there must have been 8 of them) -- Please tell me you share with the busboys or next time I'll find him and give him the tip --- He was impressive - You don't see that work ethic very often. salud ps Wait staff check your cutlery - It was off putting to have salad (not mine) on my fork and the server NOT apologize A Also, afterthought, this is a $$ to $$$ price range eatery - not sure why

The Lake city way location slipped past me for about 9 months. I finally noticed it!! The building is nice and all, but the dark paint and small signage was easy to pass. The back entrance is obviously the main entrance as that's the parking lot and large sign. They might think about the other side where all the traffic passes, but none the less it's awesome. The interior is warm and welcoming. I like the public house feeling, family friendly and kids welcome. Huge TV's abound the dining and bar. The menu is classic pub fare with a touch of Northwest Innovation. Great local, fresh and organic when possible ingredients. The beer selection is done very well. At least 2 to 4 Cask ales on tap and 2 to 4 Nitros on tap, along with 12 to 15 other selections on tap. Very well done EBBP!! Some other larger micro brewery's could take note at what your doing. I look forward to my next visit with 1/2 price growler Monday with a Stout ice cream brownie sundae. One last note... Stop by for the Octoberfest at any one of their 3 locations the first week of October for some Classic German grub, like brats and mash or schnitzel.

Ate here with my husband and two kids (12 & 10). I had a beer sampler 5-5 oz pours & my husband had a couple of different IPA's. Beer selection was really good, including cask conditioned, nitro tap and ciders. I had the hot lava burger with chicken (HOT - did not disappoint!). Husband had the green chili burger. Fries appeared to be hand cut and cooked perfectly. Chipotle dipping sauce was a hit. Bot kids had blueberry/banana pancakes (ENORMOUS) and loved them. Service was very good starting right with the host that seated us (go Cougs!) and with every friendly server that helped us. We will, for sure, be back!

The service was prompt and the food was great. Unfortunately there was a problem with the setting. Thank you Will and Courtney for your prompt and kind resolution of the problem. We will be back the next time we are in the area.

The first time we went, we ordered elk burgers, They were perfect, delicious. We were excited to find such primo burgers. We went back, bringing friends and ordered something else. So so. The only bits of delicious came in the drinks- Pear cider, cider sample. Fun. Tasty. Also, the chocolate pepper shake was a very pleasant surprise. We went back with our family another day and ordered the elk burgers. I don't know if they had another cook, or what, but they were not the fresh delicious burgers we had before. We did, however... I'm pretty sure... see Kevin Costner. The chance of seeing him again wasn't enough. We have not been back.

I had lunch at Elliott Bay - Lake City yesterday on my way back to Seattle from Kirkland the long way around. The cask conditioned ale was yummy but not spectacular, the Ruben sandwich was just okay. Because I did not want French Fries with my Ruben they gave me blue corn tortilla chips which were stale. Yup stale! I pointed out to the server that the cook staff should try the tortilla chips to see if they were stale or not, he did not respond. My suspicion is that he had received this comment about the stale blue corn tortilla chips before. When I found out that this place is a part of a small empire Ia light went on! Bing! The quality is pretty B-Flat just like other chains. It was not a great experience, and for a beer and the Ruben sandwich with the high sales taxes and a tip it was $US28. Too much money and not enough goodness! I doubt that I would return to any of their locations, but I will say "never say never!"

A wonder afternoon spent sipping interesting new drinks and enjoying some great food. The atmosphere is vibrant and friendly with folks from many walks of life. Staff were helpful in assisting us to make recommendations. Highly recommend the elk burger, and definitely the brownie fudge sundae. Definitely share it, as we couldn’t finish it between us! We will definitely stop by again next time we’re in the area!

Good large sandwiches with french fries and a large selection of brewpubs beers. I have eaten here a few times. The quality has been consistent.

Two out of six of us ordered the elk burger, one ordered the Cobb salad, and one ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. 3 were happy but the elk was ordered medium rare as recommended and both came well done. I sent mine back and the new one came medium well, I sent it back for good. This happened a couple times before but sometimes it was good. No consistency!!

The neighborhood breakfast scene in Seattle on a weekend can be crazy. The popular venues typically involve waiting times sans reservations. The Elliott Bay Brewery & Pub on Lake City Way in NE Seattle is an exception. It offers an appealing breakfast and brunch menu without a wait time. While it is brewery and pub themed, the offerings, including a pot of pressed coffee, are very family and breakfast friendly. My poached eggs, a frequently overdone or underdone menu item, were done to perfection. For someone who is looking for a very good breakfast menu without having to wait to be seated, should give this place a try.

I've never been as impressed with a place as I was tonight. My girlfriend and I got there around 7:30PM which is, what I assume, their busy time. The place was packed. They got us a table as soon as we walked in, though. We hadn't even fully sat down before our server was there to get our drink order. Saw they offered a pineapple cider and my curiosity got the better of me. I had it in front of me within a couple of minutes. It was like we were the only table our waiter had even though the place was packed. I ordered a hamburger and my girlfriend had the mahi tacos. It wasn't even 8-10 minutes later that we got our food. I was impressed with the speed but had my doubts since we got the food so fast. How good can they make something in that short amount of time? Pretty darn good, actually! Both of us were extremely impressed and couldn't believe a place as good as this was in lake city and didn't have more reviews. If you're reading this, stop. Don't waste any more time and just go. If it's half as good service and quality as what we had you won't be disappointed.

I was spoilt for choice with the beer selection here (all of which are organic). We had the Demolition IPA and the Klondike Gold, both beers we were very good. It is kids-friendly with a lot of options for kids on the kid menu - our boys were very happy with their burger and fries and grilled cheese sandwich. We both got different burger options - I had the Plain Jane which was perfect for me and my husband got the Cowboy Burger which by all accounts was very tasty - the fries are great too. We will definitely be going back.

Always good food, with an unusual variety of burgers and other foods. Great selection of ales made on-site. Ample seating capacity and parking behind the building. A little noisy, but hey, it's a brew pub. Big screen TVs in several strategic locations. Fun atmosphere. Good service. Reasonable prices. Meal and a beverage for two will run about $30-35. Convenient location on Lake City Way in north Seattle.

I've spent a lot of time in the Burien location, but was happy they decided to open a new brewery in Lake City, which is a lot closer to home. The beer selection is a lot more varied than Burien, and there's usually something good from a local brewery (like Black Raven Trickster, or Maritime Imperial Pale on hand pull). The brewery specific beers I've had there are far more adventurous than Burien's (which is saying a lot because I do like their specialty and seasonals like Riot). The latest I've tried is the Biere de Todd, which is their take on a Biere de Garde. The food is also very good and I've had several specials that were way above pub fare. The manager at Lake City used to be one of the managers in Burien and remembered us, which immediately made us feel welcome. It's very noisy, especially during a Seahawk's game, but it's also a much better, less-hipsterish crowd than any where in Fremont or Ballard.

Good sized microbrewery located right along Lake City Way. Impressive menus however most of the food fails to deliver. I've eaten here several times and with the exception of the Fish and Chips I've been disappointed. Hard to pinpoint just what but each time I've had other dishes oven just left feeling "meh". Now as for the Fish and Chips, WOW! Best I've had. Perfectly fried crispy on the outside soft and tender on the inside. You get a whole pound too. This place makes Ivars Fish and Chips look like frozen fish sticks.

On our first night in Seattle to visit our newest grandson, we stopped at Elliott Bay Brewery for a very nice dinner. We were pleased with our Elliott Bay beer selections as we waited for our food orders. Ben was happy with his Ahi Tacos. He said the seared tuna was well seasoned and he would order the tacos again. Nancy had the Shroomer, which was a nicely seasoned burger, cooked medium as ordered, and topped with Swiss cheese and sautéed mushrooms. I ordered the Luna Weizen Calamari for us as an appetizer. The Calamari was marinated in the Elliott Bay Brewery’s Luna Weizen beer. We rated the Calamari in the “good” category. For my entrée, I ordered the pan seared Tofu sandwich, which was far outside of my usual ordering zone. I was extremely pleased with my selection. The tofu was marinated in a chili garlic sauce which gave it a great flavor. It was pan fried and served on a wonderfully hearty bread. House-made pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, red onions, and avocado, all drizzled with a nicely herbed vinaigrette were piled on top of the tofu. I am not going to leave the carnivore society; however, I am willing to step across the line to have that sandwich again.

This place is really as good as it gets. I live in the neighborhood and always fall back on this a reliable and tasty option. The variety of food is expansive, portions are big, price is right, it is always fresh and they also offer Gluten Free options, which is a bonus when you need that. Honestly, I have never ordered something I haven't enjoyed (and most people who I go here with, say the same). This place does crowded (especially on weekends), but they have a downstairs area where you can order a drink and hangout while you wait. The staff is super friendly, huge beer and wine selection and it is just an all around great spot. Just in case you were wondering, here are some of my favorite things to order (I always have a tough time choosing). I usually share these plates or take leftovers. - Fish & Chips (huge pieces of fish, 3 total.. definitely can be shared) - Burgers (pretty much any of them, but the Elk Burger is bomb) - Italian Club (one time they asked if I wanted to add a fried egg, clearly I said yes, naturally I left in a food coma) - Public House Dip- homemade horseradish blue cheese aioli gives it an extra dash of yummy - Mini corn dogs- appetizer, with homemade honey mustard- I meaaan, come on- yes. duh.

Our waiter was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant was interesting in décor. I especially liked the plain wood treatments and the colorful art, originals and prints, on the walls. It's wasn't all that busy when we were there for lunch but if it had been I suspect it could be loud in there. Now, what we liked the most was the interesting and varied menu. The Cod Tacos, the Italian Club sandwich, the Reuben, and the fish and chips were all great. After spending 4 day eating fish along the Oregon coast I would have to say this cod was the best - fresh and moist. As mentioned elsewhere the beer selection was quite large but I guess not all selections are available at all times. The women liked their ciders, apple, pear and cherry. Our waiter was willing to swap out any cider we didn't like and after we made our selections he brought samples large enough for 4 to taste. I like their business plan and the execution.

My son and I popped in out of the rain to warm up with a plate of nachos - and two cold beers. The beer choices were great, including a taster of one in question prior to ordering. The nachos were very good (real cheese, not sauce) and fit our needs very good. Nice assortment of burgers - we'll be back. Helpful and efficient wait staff too.

Great food, lots of beer options, huge servings. What more can I say? I was super glad family brought us here for lunch. There was a good number of other customers but service was prompt. Our order included nachos, turkey sandwich, clam chowder, Caesar salad, barbecue burger. Burgers came with either French fries, sweet potato fries or coleslaw. Tried all three and they are all good. I thought I could finish the Caesar salad but the serving was really big - ended up bringing half home. Would definitely come back if given the chance.

I'm sort of geeky that way. I love to see how and where things are made. Given the chance to drink beer shipped over from somewhere else, or beer made on site, I will choose to sit in the presence of those stainless steel craft beer kettles. Elliot Bay is such a place. They have a huge selection, including ales from several other local breweries. I guess they are not afraid to sell their own beers along side their "competition." It's all good. I usually order the Elliot Bay brews, because, as I said above, I like to eat and drink in the place where the brew is made.

The four of us had never been to this restaurant before, arrived at the end of the noon rush without reservations and were promptly seated. Our waiter talked us through the menu and, in particular, commented on which of the beers made by the restaurant went with which dishes. My sweet bride had the Bacon and Roasted Corn Fritters to dunk into the Chipotle Tomato Soup with Lime Cream. I enjoyed the Cherry Stout BBQ Elk Burger; the No Doubt Stout cherry BBQ sauce is good enough to make you slap your grandma. If they bottled it, I would buy it. We will return.

This place has a wide selection of tasty menu items and a great staff. We arrived for dinner and had to wait 30 minutes for a table, but were not disappointed. Once seated, our waiter came to take our drink order, and followed up to take our appetizer and meal order. I had the house pasta, which had tender chicken strips, artichokes, red onions and mushrooms in a white wine sauce. So flavorful and huge portions! No room for dessert though. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive despite all tables being filled during our entire visit.

Took the family here last night and was wowed by the quality of the food, beer and service. Had the Salmon salad which was excellent, but equally important, enjoyed a very nice cask conditioned amber. Be prepared, for the uninitiated, they serve their cask conditioned beers at room temp. Took me back to London and the beer was exceptionally smooth and good. Don't miss the Slainte scotch ale if you are of that mindset, it was smooth and malty! Also of note, the mini corn dogs with house made mustard. If you're into horseradish, it's for you! All in all a great value for the money!

I stopped for a quick beer & sandwich and was delighted by a huge selection of beers, and a wide variety of menu items. I had a French sandwich with thee most perfectly cooked. Everything was delicious. I sat at the bar, every employee including the bussers chat with u. It was so nice! Please go & have dinner there, u won't regret it!

Great food! I attended my first meeting here at Elliott Bay Brewery. Fun friendly guys and gals. Brewery is packed!

This is one of my nephew's favorite place and I can see why.. The food was very good and service was good and friendly. I wish they would have a national light been on tap, but understand..... Some of us do not go for the craft beer. However still recommend this place if in the area.... It carters for a younger crowd but is a conformable place to set and visit..

Our family group of five came in on a Saturday for breakfast to start our day and arrived at 9:30 right at opening. We were one of only three tables there for the entire time, so there was no issue with noise, and our server was prompt and attentive. We ordered coffee and tea all around, and then our entrees: between the five us we had three of the Lake City Way-Vos and two of the Pub Breakfast plates. The food was good, especially the housemate sausage patty on my breakfast plate--just enough spice to make it interesting. The blackberry compote for the sourdough toast was super-tasty, eggs were good, and the hashbrowns OK, probably a little too crispy for my taste. But everybody at the table enjoyed their breakfasts. Service was slow considering the emptiness of the place--it took us a full hour for breakfast, and at least half of that time was spent waiting for our food. It was a good thing we didn't have to be anywhere with urgency, or we would have been pressed. Probably not a place to try and get in and out of for a quick sit-down breakfast, but rather have a slow weekend breakfast lingering over coffee.

Really like this place - great local pub. People that run the place are great, the food is good pub-grub, and the beer is great. Be warned though, with good food, beer and service, it can get a bit busy in the evenings (even though they have lots of tables at the LCW location)

My first visit was a business dinner and it was lovely. The wait staff is friendly, efficient, helpful and always smiling. I can’t say I was in love with my tofu sandwich but the coleslaw was really good. My second visit was solo I sat at the bar. I never lacked for attention from the smiling bartenders. I loved my veggie burger. They gave me lots of guacamole and the bun was amazing.

I have been here many times over the years and have never been disappointed. The hardest thing is trying to decide what to order. Fish and chips are some of the best I have had, nachos are large and delicious, pulled pork sandwich, philly cheese steak, elk burger, all are excellent. They also have 20+ beers on tap - try the Alembic. They spared no expense with the construction, nice fir as well as metal I beams. It's a really great beer hall for both couples and families.

We returned again and had a nice dinner with our son and his family at Elliott's. The food is always good and Madi our server was prompt and accurate. We split a number of meals among us; crawfish mac & cheese which was delicious and luna fish and chips (large portion and perfectly cooked) stand out as the best. Of course the selection of beer is outstanding! My personal favorite is the LCW IPA. Yes it is crowded, noisy and at times boisterous; IT IS SPORTS PUB! Yes, we will keep coming back.

We were visiting from Portland. This was a good brewery with decent bar food. Very family friendly too. Nachos were great.

First things first: 1) I wish there was an option of "good" between average and very good because that's what I would have rated. 2) While this was our third visit to this location, it is my first review of it because I often forget to review local restaurants. This is based solely on this visit. SERVICE: The hostess quoted us a wait of about 20-25 minutes which didn't sound too bad considering how busy it appeared. I didn't time it but it seemed she was pretty spot on, if we weren't seated a little sooner. Our server, Leah, was very upbeat and friendly. I asked if they have flights to which she responded yes, and she was very patient as I kept changing my mind in my five choices. I think she had forgotten the straw I asked for for my water and remembered it when she gave one to my son. It also took a while for the mustard but they were super busy so it was understandable. FOOD: I decided to try their hot wings and a small Caesar. I asked if they had anchovies which they didn't but the salad was very tasty anyway. The "hot" wings were actually more sweet and tangy and I couldn't taste any heat. I was really bummed. I asked if they had hot sauce and mentioned two that are commonly available in local restaurants but all thy had was Tabasco which isn't my favorite. I was really, really bummed. Still, I wanted heat and I don't love sweet entrées, so it was the best option. My husband had a blue cheese burger and our boys both had the hotdog and fried from the kids' menu. DRINKS: I didn't count how many beers/hard cider they have on tap but I'd guess it's over 30 from what I'm trying to remember of their chalkboard wall. I tried a flight with two stouts, a saison, a lager, and a hard apple cider. All were great. For someone indecisive like me--especially when the options are so fantastic--this is the way to go because it cost about $6.50 (if I recall correctly) for five 5oz glasses that gives you a chance to try a few things. It's a bit of a bummer that the kids' meals do not include a drink. One option is bottomless soda pop so my son ordered root beer. We didn't realize that root beer was separate and not bottomless (might help to list that exception for those of us who don't read beyond our choice, but that's our own problem). When Leah asked if my son wanted a small or large, I must have give a confused look because then she told me that the large was like a pint. I said small because it's bottomless anyway so it wouldn't matter. Apparently she didn't hear that (the music is loud--which I love!). It was only when we got the check that I realized this because we were charged for two small root beers. ATMOSPHERE: This is the kind of atmosphere I like for a brewpub. Dark wood, artwork, high ceilings, loud music, a few TVs on sports channels (though it's not a sports bar per se). This is the kind of place this neighborhood has needed. It's kid friendly, great options on tap, good sized menu, plenty of parking by the back entrance, not dive-y. We'll be back! Even if this had been our first visit and I didn't thoroughly enjoy my whole meal, the rest of my party did. Plus, I thoroughly enjoyed my draughts.

Service was very good. Server checked with us just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. Clean. You are able to have a family dinner or just hang at the bar and enjoy an adult beverage. Prices are good. BBQ Pulled Pork very tasty, with slaw and fries. $ 11.75. Nice selection on the menu. Enjoy!

Probably my favorite spot to get a burger in Seattle. Been getting food from here at least once a month since a little before covid and I've yet to have a bad meal.

We go out for breakfast a lot and this is the BEST breakfast sandwich I have had in Seattle. Triple layer breakfast club sandwich, one word... Delish!! We had to share because one is definitely more than one person could eat. The fritters were light and tasty. Have the breakfast sandwich, you won't be disappointed.

I met six former co-workers at Elliott Bay Pub for lunch. The service was great and the beer selection is very good. The server was attentive, but allowed us plenty of time to catch up. We all had different dishes and all were good.

excellent and extensive selection of beers, including a couple of cask conditioned ( although I wish they would display the alcohol content) and very good pub food. Seems to work well for families too

The quality of this restaurant has gone down hill drastically. It smells stale and seems dingy. The food and service are sub par. My last trip here, I brought someone out of town and was severely embarrassed when met with the stench of old diapers and DIRTY tables. Will not ever be back for fear of things just getting worse.

This location is the largest and busiest of the Elliot Bay locations and although it ca be quite crowded and noisy service is surprisingly fast and the food is good. The menu is large and varied for a “pub” location with burger, chicken and fish choices, I larger selection of vegetarian fare would be helpful, but the few choices available are tasty. Their are about a dozen Elliot Bay beers featured in addition to guest brews and a few cider choices. The wine list is very small but the wiines are decent. Adjacent to the brewery restaurant (entrance is inside Elliott Bay) is a more upscale restaurant with a full bar. This space is much smaller and much more subdued as there are no TV’s. The few times I’ve eaten here I have found the food very good. The large number of big screen TV:s ion the Elliott Bay side of this establishment make this an excellent location for sports fans to watch their favorite teams.

My friend invited me to lunch and I had never set foot, let alone knew about this restaurant in Lake City. On street parking is difficult, but they have a huge parking lot in back of their restaurant. Was surprised to see how large the restaurant is, and it has several large TV's all around. Everyone was so friendly, and service was very fast. The menu is quite extensive, and tantalizing, and offers appetizers, salads, soups, wraps, large specialty sandwiches, entrees, burgers, seafood etc. Add in all the different specialty brewed beers and ales, ciders, coffees, monthly food specials, milkshakes, and desserts, and they even offer brunch on weekends. Great place for large groups, families, lunch buddies or dates! Can't wait to return and try something else delicious!

Ate here on a Saturday evening. Loud, active atmosphere-perfectly appropriate for kids. 30 min wait for table. I ordered the gyro. The meat was bland. Granted, it was chicken not lamb, but I expected it to be seasoned. It was like a chicken salad with feta in a pita. I should have ordered a burger, which get rave reviews. Husband thought Cuban sandwich was good. Grandma said chowder was good but too salty. But the food was very fresh and once seated, pretty fast. By all means,go. But order a burger.

I have been at Elliot Bay a few times and the food had been really good - great burgers and salads. Today I ordered the Cuban Sandwich and it is the worst Cuban sandwich ever. I would not expect an authentic Cuban but a least a decent pork sandwich. This is was a bad tastesless pull pork, ham and on top of it pepperoni. Pepperoni does not belong in this sandwich. The bread was soggi instead of crisp toasted. I just wish they will remove it from the menu. The fries are ok. On the positive side the place is great, fun, clean. The service is great even when they are super busy. It is a great place to watch a game. The beer selection is amazing. Would I come back!? You bet Great place, bad Cuban!

California Ave Burger sub gluten free bun and turkey burger instead of beef patty... absolutely amazing! I live near this location and it is a great place to walk to for happy hour, lunch, or quick drink with friends. I also have work dinners here and have been on a date. A location great for every event. I just wished they took reservations for large parties!

Haven't had a bad meal here yet. Great selection of beer, food and ciders. Excellent service and easy parking. It can get crowded.

We are so pleased to finally have a great place to go for brunch (seahawks game is usually on the big screen) in Lake City! There are so many young couples and families living in the area just itching for good restaurants to support. This light-filled brewery is also a great place to grab a northwest microbrew and a burger. There is ample parking in the back, although the sign is a little hard to notice. And they have a big room for private parties. We hope they will come to their senses and have more outdoor seating (with live music???) in the summertime.

Visited for dinner with 6 people for dinner. Happened to be in a Seahawks game night so had a bit of a wait for the table, but not bad. All the burgers were excellent and perfectly prepared. They will create a beer flight based on your taste. Will go again.

Absolutely delicious food! I had the dip sandwich and my friend had the Cuban. So tender and juicy. Varied menu to suit everyone!

We visited with family and it was a great evening. Our waitress was attentive and extremely helpful. She realized the booth we had been seated in was cramped so she moved us to a better location. Very appreciated. 4 members shared and enjoyed the beer sampler and then ordered drinks they liked the most. 2 of us ordered the Argentina Malbec, very good wine. One member has food restrictions and the chef was able to fix him a plate he could eat and enjoy. Our food was delicious. We had steamed clams, fish tacos, French dip sandwich, pesto chicken, and a tri tip shish k bob. The tri tip was the least tasty as it was overcooked. We ended up getting a second plate of the steamed clams. The manager took the tri tip off our bill. It was a fabulous evening. I recommend stopping here for dinner!

Well, it's a pub on steroids so the music, TVs and crowd are all amped. The big plus is the wide variety of original recipes. The minor downside is that not all are successful.

Large seating area with a mix of booths and tables; very clean and pleasant. Quick response from our server who had knowledge of the adult beverages and their Brewers. A great menu with selections from small plates to full dinners. Our luncheon choice was sandwiches which were ample in size and over the top in presentation and taste. This first visit won't be our last because the food and service was first class and parking was easy...not always the case in Seattle. A great experience and exceptional value.

The food was excellent, but although one of our party had just one beer, we were charged for three of them. Since I didn't notice this until getting home, I telephoned and spoke to our server, who promised to refund the overcharge. She never did.

After a family outing doing errands we needed a break. A freind had been to Elliott Bay Brewing in Lake City and recommended it. It turned out to be a wonderful restaurant. Our group consisted of a meet water, a vegetarian, an a "not very hungry" picky water. And to make matters more difficult, we were on a tight schedule. To every ones amazement, all needs were met. Service was efficient, menu was varied with choices to fit every ones needs, food was delicious and the take- out options allowed dinner to be taken to the stay at home dog sitter. Oh, and to make it even better, there was ample easy parking behind the restaurant. Short version: great place to eat.

Elliot Bay Brewery has a great selection of beers on tap accompanied by an extensive menu from burgers, to pulled pork, to salads and other comfort foods. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. Large open space that is very noisy when the pub get crowded, which is usually on the weekends. Some of tables are in a dark area of the room, which is not terribly inviting. The wait staff is usually friendly and efficient. My wife and I have been there several times by ourselves and several times with our daughter, her husband and our 3 grandchildren.

We arrived at 10:30 for Sunday brunch.. not crowded in the least. Couples and families dotted the restaurant.. we'd tried to get in earlier that week on Friday night, but there was a 30 minute wait.. The brunch had maybe 8 different entrees.. all of them were good with Generous proportions... And came quickly to our table.. Waitstaff was good.. Price was average for what we had..

The kitchen at Elliott Bay delivers up some really good food, paired with a wide and rotating selection of local microbrews and ciders. A little too heavy on IPAs in my view, but nevertheless good stuff. Fair waring, though. It's loud.

My 3rd or 4th visit to Elliott Bay & another fantastic meal. This place would get a 4.5 rating from me if T.A. had 1/2 circles... Likes: The food is simply fantastic. Nachos to share, a big salad for me, burgers and sandwiches for others. Huge selection of beers, all locals. Good values. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great neighborhood place with a really nice whole family feel. Dislikes: It's a big place with a lot of wood, and that means a louder place. Televisions hung in several strategic locations cause some distractions. I don't take pictures of my food. I eat it.

I love this place! The food is great and beer is delicious. The atmosphere is very casual and the service is pretty speedy. I would say that this place is for those with more basic preferences. Everything on the menu is typical American food. I love the ciders there! The location is a bit interesting due to being placed on lake city way. Other than that I would highly recommend this place for food and beer.

I was very disappointed when my favorite hobby shop in Seattle closed down, but I'm delighted that the Elliot Bay Brewery & Pub opened in it's place! The beer and hard cider selection is excellent, and the servers will gladly bring samples out to those looking to taste a new brew. The food is also exceptional and very competitively priced, and I recommend the sweet potato gaufrettes with a pint of your favorite brew as a great way to spend the afternoon with friends. Most nights during the dinner hour expect to wait 10-15 minutes, and Friday/Saturday more like 30-45. If this place has one glaring drawback it is the NOISE when the place is more than half full, and that is most of the time. The owner would be well-advised to invest in some acoustic panels to quiet things down some.

Stopped by with some visiting family members and we all just loved the food! There is a Cajun Seafood stew and Jambalya choice on the monthly menu that is to die for! Best flavor we have ever had! Usually when folks offer Cajun, it just means heavily spiced or blackened. The stew had complex flavors, very authentic, loaded with seafood (but too many mussels). It's only in June, so try it if you can. We're hoping that they make this a permanent menu item! The teens got burgers, and really enjoyed them as well. Try the Elk burger, it's very good, and if you're a root beer lover, try the Crater Lake brewed root beer - yummy!

When in doubt or unsure of what sounds good, Elliott Bay Brewery on Lake City Way has become our staff's go to. Our owner holds his lunch meetings there and the service is always top-notch, friendly and great food/bevs. Highly recommended for the Northeast Seattle area and Lake City neighborhood.

Though 4 years old, this pub was new to my friend and me. Large, busy, we sat in a booth next to Lake City Way. You'll likely find whatever you're hankering for in a salad, soup, sandwich, burger or beer. We did. Both of us ordered burgers. All burgers are Black Angus 6 ounce, range-fed, antibiotic, hormone-free and served with house-made pub sauce. My Shroomer was loaded with mushrooms and Swiss cheese. Her Brewer's Burger had the "works" including sauteed mushrooms, onions, green peppers, bacon and cheddar cheese. Both looked appealing and tasted delicious. Nothing tops Black Angus beef for flavor. French fries happily didn't have too much salt. Dani served us well. Spacious and pleasant, the pub had a few TV's and on the walls hung local artwork for sale and beer awards. Although it's more simple in atmosphere, Elliott Bay's food compares nicely with that of the nearby Ram and Red Robin.

The Reuben sandwich was tasty. The server was friendly, accommodating and prompt. The staff worked as a team very effectively. The restaurant was clean. The draft beer selection was extensive. If you have a large party the large dining room could accommodate it. A solid place for good pub food, fun and great beer.

We stopped by for a quick drink after a family event and I was surprised to see so many choices on tap. I am a cider drinker and usually see only one offering. They had 5 different ciders so I was quite pleased. Lots of beer choices for everyone else. We sat outside even though there was no service there until 3, and the servers made every effort to visit our table often even though it was technically not their section. We were well taken care of and had a great time!

With no reservation, we decided to sit at the bar. The service was fine. The food is good.We had Ahi tacos, calamari and a cup of soup. It does get pretty crowded so if you have a large party you should make a reservation.

We tried the burgers and were very impressed with each. Fries were great and portion sizes were also plentiful. We asked for a certain beer, and though they didn't serve it they had a blend of 2 of their beers that almost matched. All in all, a very positive and satisfying visit!
Good location, great food, excellent brews
Huge menu of craft brews, their own and those they host. Excellent menu with a wide assortment of foods. We had burgers that were good. My niece lives nearby and likes it as she can get gluten free items that are tasty.
