My son took my husband and I here for my Mother's Day dinner, we did make reservations since it was a holiday. First, I want to say the service here is fantastic. Friendly and helpful is an understatement. So we started with the salad bar which was fantastic. This isn't your typical salad bar. It has things like salmon, special cheeses, chicken salad, Waldorf salad, prosciutto, etc. I never actually had any real salad with lettuce since there were so many other great options. They give you these little square cards that you flip from red to green when you are ready for the steak/chicken. Literally as soon as you turn them over the servers come with these large skewers with the cuts of meats. One was better than the next. The filet, they gave the entire piece (at least a 10 ounce filet). The chicken wrapped with bacon was excellent. They sell drinks and walk around to the table with those options. We had a Mojito which had plenty of alcohol. For dessert we had the chocolate lava cake with ice cream, 3 of us shared (we were so stuffed at this point). It was delicious. I would suggest not eating hardly anything all day before going here. You can get as much food as you want and they are very generous with their cuts they give you. You will be stuffed. It was an amazing dinner. I just wish I lived here in Texas because I would definitely be back more often. Fortunately my son does live here so hopefully next visit I will be coming back!

I had the pleasure of visiting and dining at la estancia today. Service is phenomenal, wait staff are extremely friendly, respectful, and helpful. Dishes are amazing, love the salad bar, the meats are well prepared and my favorite is the shrimp, surprised!!! Yes shrimp is the fantastic here and as good as all the different varieties of meats served. While I did not opt for the after dinner special drink service. It was a delight to watch it at the next table. Grand finale with molten chocolate cake or the flan or one of the other delicious deserts. My son and his friends were fighting over the chocolate cake so my vote goes for the chocolate cake. A bit pricey however the gastronomical delight is worth it. If not one would be there every day. I have attached a few pictures and hope this helps. Enjoy

The buffet-style dining experience is highly recommendable. You can just have a slice or two of each of the 10+ grilled and well seasoned meats that they offer. Their wine selection is quite good so they are good compliments to the specialities of the house. Cheers!! 🍷🍷

We were there to celebrate my Grandson's graduation, and I was amazed at the whole experience there. Even though it was packed full, our reservation was honored. The ambiance was unique and the buffet was excellent. There was a variety of side dishes to choose from, and for your meat choices, you turn the card in your place to green and they come and offer a delicious array of different meats and shrimp prepared how you like it. Definitely it's a place to visit in Austin, you won't be disappointed. It's GREAT!

We’re in Austin for Labor Day and stopped by at Estancia. OMG!! So good all the meat and buffet but the service... just PERFECT! Fabio was our manager and treated us so well that made us want to come back soon. Tks Fabio!

Good food and services. It is brazilian buffet which the server will come to the table with a meat skewer. Also come with a.salad bar.

Bottomless meat, salad bar, fried plantains, mashed potatoes, cheese bread... yum. The garlic tenderloin and the filet are my favorites. The dinner is more expensive but the service, ambiance and attention make a great package. We love the chiprina drinks and fresh food. Great date or special occasion place. I always see kids here but am not sure why people don't get a babysitter. Its too nice for little kids sat pm. If on a budget, come at lunch for a discounted meal. My husbands favorite place. We will be back for sure. Great location by shopping. We love this place

We visited this restaurant for a retirement party. I arranged the event with Edna who was extremely helpful. We ended up changing the date of our event and did not have as many people as we had planned, but we were still seated in a separate area. The food is excellent and the service is above average. Everything was absolutely wonderful! While the price is expensive, it is worth every penny and I would highly recommend a visit. We were there in the early afternoon and stayed for almost three hours.

This was our first visit to this Brazilian Steakhouse and we were not disappointed. We ate there for dinner, and everything was excellent! We left full and happy!

Went to this restaurant last night for a birthday celebration with six people. While the food was very good, it was extremely chaotic and crowded and felt very, very rushed, like they were trying to turn over our table quickly. If you go, try not to sit near the kitchen and I would also avoid typical busy times (we had a reservation for 6 pm on a Saturday night). The steak I was served was very fatty and I asked for a leaner cut (a filet, if possible). Ten minutes later I asked again and I never did receive it. We had one bottle of wine at $38 (which was fine) and two lemonades at $5/each, everyone else just had water. The meal came to almost $500 ($50/person for the meal and 20% added gratuity due to the party's size plus one dessert we all shared). Others may find this an acceptable price, but it just seems high to me for what we got. If we ever go back (which I doubt) I will limit myself to the salad bar, which was pretty amazing all by itself.

We are "regulars" when it comes to Brazilian steakhouses... Fogo de Chao, Texas de Brazil, and the list goes on. Estancia exceeds them all! The wait staff are so attentive and you can tell they pride themselves on service. The food never disappoints! From the house specialty top sirloin, lamb chops, lamb steak, leg of lamb, bottom steak, shrimp, and so much more... the meat is always hot and perfectly seasoned. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone living in or visiting the Austin area. You won't be disappointed.

The service was phenomenal and amazing for my first time experience. Gerson, Anjaneth, Sebas, and Jefer were amazing waiters and great good customer service.

The service was over the top. I was told it was good but I had no idea that it could be this good. The manager even came out to make sure that everything was perfect. The salad bar was wonderful - I could have just had it and been satisfied. Everything was so fresh and displayed with a flair. The meats were superb. I especially liked the lamb chops and the chicken legs. Best I've ever had. My date really liked the little breads they serve with the meal and mentioned it to our waiter. He made sure that we had fresh ones to take home with us. The place is pricy about $145.00 for two (including tip) but well worth it for a special meal treat. We will be back sometime soon. It was perhaps the best evening meal (except for some fish places in Hawaii) that we have ever had.

Service was outstanding. Salad bar was very fresh and inviting. But the meats...soooo delicious!! Loved every minute of this.

Almost every meat sample, except the filet Mignon, was crusted with some sort of salt based spice which really overpowered the taste. If you're on a low sodium diet this is not the place for you. The ambiance was a bit crazy. There were servers running into each other like a pin ball table. Seemed like they didn't know which way to turn next. The noise level was high and a bit distracting. Salad bar was ok but nothing to write home about. The meats were dry and tasteless. The cheeses and veggies were good. It lacked dressings...only three as I recall. We were seated quickly and were congratulated on our anniversary which was a nice touch. We've been to other Brazilian-style steak houses and had a better experience.

I met a colleague for lunch at Estancia Brazilian Steakhouse for lunch. We found the service to be attentive and friendly and the food wonderful. We both had the salad lunch which we thoroughly enjoyed. I would return to this restaurant.

To start off, I grew up in Brazil as a kid and would frequent Churrascarias (this type of restaurant) often. Estancia brings me back to my childhood and then some. It's truly authentic from the great salad bar, sides, service, meats and off course the somewhat cheesy way they try to up sell you on drinks during and after the meal. That's how it really is. I booked Estancia for Mothers Day not really sure how much my wife and my mother really wanted to go here but I definitely did. It worked out great. The service is excellent first off. They truly do a great job of making you feel special. The salad bar which is traditionally eaten first is top notch with a lot of specialty offerings from salmon (locks), hearts of palm (palmito), Caesar salad, artichoke hearts, Waldorf salad........ The sides they put on the table are a great traditional sides. Black beans and rice, polenta, fried bananas, mashed potatoes, cheese bread....... Then the meats. Excellent. All kinds of cuts of red meat, lamb, chicken, pork and sausage. If you're a big meat eater you'll be in heaven. If it's your first time ask the head waiter to explain the different cuts since some are traditional to Brazil or not always served in the manner they will serve it. Or course they have filet minion, ribeye, etc. but my favorite is bottom sirloin. Another favorite and a tradition cut from Brazil is Picanha. You can't miss these since they are skewered in a horseshoe shape and stacked 4 high. Delicious. The deserts are great with my favorite being the cream of strawberry or papaya. When you're done with the meat the after dinner drink guy will come around pushing liqueurs and ports. I sometimes go for these but the bill can add up real quick if you indulge in all the extras. With that said, the bill won't be small yet the meal isn't either and well worth it. Most people think of Estancia as a special occasion restaurant which I agree with. Mainly because of the amount of food and cost, but if cost isn't a big deal and you can control your appetite then eating here as often as you'd like would be awesome. I wish I could.

I violated one pf my rules - no buffets or all you can eat situations. The salad bar is actually very good and has a wide variety. I should have stopped eating then. I'd rather go to a nice place and have sane portions and beautiful food. This just isn't my style. Ribeye was best tasting meat selection. The rest too much and mediochre but alot!

They added their own tip to the bill... for a party of TWO. Then they had a problem when I brought it up as if they were automatically entitled to what they deemed a necessary gratuity. Even so, it was less than I was originally going to tip, but the fact they added it themselves was just petty. I've got a copy of the receipt that shows all of it. Except they put a party of EIGHT on the receipt. But still had an attitude about it when they could clearly see there was just two of us. Not to mention there were only two dinner charges listed on the receipt as well. They knew exactly what they were doing as more than one of the other groups eating around us brought up these issues as well. They also increase their prices to $75 a person for the Friday night before Valentine's Day, v day "weekend" prices.. which is pretty tacky to begin with.. but on top of that, this change was not disclosed on the phone or during reservation process and was not on their website at that time, a day beforehand... all for a salad bar and some average steak. Also, seriously violating covid guidelines, dozens of people using the exact same utensils to get food out of the exact same bowls from the salad bar to put on plates that are left out in the open for everyone to grab. People were shoulder to shoulder all through the restaurant and literally touching in the lines for food. Which I'm still not sure why I was in a line for food at that price. At our table, we were literally 2-3 feet away from other people eating on all sides with customers and staff constantly bumping into us. People were nonstop hovering over our table and food. Over $200 for a lousy night crammed into this place with terrible service, people running into one another, and food that is comparable to Western Sizzlin. Not sure if that is worse, or the fact they aggressively tipped themselves. Several people around us were not happy about this either, and they continued to do it and would give out buy one meal get one meal for free cards, ONLY valid for Sunday through Thursday. This place is a nothing short of massively disappointing. Go to SP if you want to check out a good Brazilian steakhouse in Austin.

We came for a birthday celebration and Paul went out of his way to go above and beyond the entire night and exceeded all expectations! From noticing the tiniest details of what we preferred to surprising us with a dessert that completely wow-ed us with both taste and presentation! (The fireball cheesecake) Paul made a very lasting impression on us and we will most definitely be back!

I cannot attest to the food, yet. I will say that the manager, Greg, turned what was a horrible evening for my birthday into a total success by his friendliness and hospitality. We had a horrible experience at the restaurant next door and decided to check out the steakhouse for our next meal so that we wouldn’t run into the same issues. Once the staff heard our story, the manager was brought in. He showed us his restaurant, ushered us to a quiet, delightful table, brought a menu and had me order a dessert for my birthday. I was delivered a delicious cheesecake on a plate with happy birthday written in chocolate. He also provided a discount card for our next meal there. The food looked excellent and we will most certainly return for what I know will be a great evening.....and we won’t wait until the next special occasion to do so. Special thanks to Greg and his staff for making my evening end on a wonderful note!

Being from Chicago I would to believe I’ve been exposed to a lot of different steaks. Food wasn’t bad, price was good but our waitress Kate was amazing. She made sure we had the full experience of different cuts and she was very personal able. One of the best waitress I’ve had while living in Austin. She alone made the experience amazing.

Attended business presentation at Estancia with a group of approximately 25 people. The room provided was comfortable with good acoustics, and the service was excellent. We started with the salad bar which was good, but I did expect more. Hot rolls were served along with fried grits- very greasy. We did not fill-up on these items as we were awaiting the main course. We were definitely not disappointed with the main course, sampling a large number of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. The servers were courteous and obviously well trained, knowing exactly how to carve the meats to your specifications. I am a lamb lover, and the chops and slices of leg of lamb were wonderful! My other favorites were the filet mignon and the ribeye- medium rare, tender, yummy! Chicken is chicken and pork is okay, but beef and lamb are outstanding! Cheesecake was packaged to take home- who could possibly eat it after all of the wonderful meat ( it was fantastic the next day). Will definitely return...after I lose a few pounds.

The meat here is plentiful and delicious, with the level of service that you would expect from a high-end Brazilian experience. The salad bar was also very good and our vegan friends also had a great experience. Special shout out to batender for the very good Old Fashioned!

The food and drink were great, expensive however... I would go back there with a group, but not for a date as it's mostly circus's....

Thank you to Josue, Filipe, Anjaneth for the amazing service. I will be coming back for this 5 star service and asking for this particular servers.

The Food is great! They have a lot of Verity on the salad bar that you won’t find in a American Bar. The Meat was delicious & Tender.

A new colleague joined my team, and I was really hungry for dinner, so we headed to Estancia a mile or so from our hotel. I'm used to Fogo and Texas de Brasil, and while this restaurant had the polish of those two, it felt local. Hard to say anything unique about the meal itself--an overwhelming salad bar that you have to avoid overeating from, and the continuous rounds of meat on swords is a given. It was great, no complaints, no shortage of meat. The dessert offers were good as well, and surprisingly I had room for one. And the cordial trolley was an unexpected treat. We had the Tokaji Aszu, which my colleague had not tried before, and it was a good cap to a very filling meal.

I was very disappointed with Estancia. I've been to a Brazilian Steakhouse before and this was by far my worst experience. We were VERY rushed. As soon as we sat down, they ushered us to the salad bar. Everyone I was with had been to a Brazilian Steakhouse previously, so we all knew what to do. Within a minute of us sitting down with our salad plate, we were bombarded with meats. All of our cards were facing red, which means we do not want any meat at this time. It seemed as if they had no regard for what we wanted, just wanted to serve us as quick as possible to get us out of the restaurant. They were pretty aggressive with pushing drinks, regarding alcohol, to rack up the bill. They cleared everyone's plates, as if we were finished eating and we were not. I had to ask our server for a piece of their House Beef, because that was my favorite meat and I was still hungry. Not many people would say they were still hungry after being a "all you can eat" steakhouse. It seemed as if making a reservation at 7:30 on a Sunday night was frowned upon and we were rushed throughout the entire meal. Our dessert was good. We ordered the Tres Leches cake. Icing on the cake was it taking them close to 15 minutes to give us our cards back. We finally saw our server again and we had to ask her "Could we please have our cards back?" and her response was "Oh my gosh! They haven't given them back to you yet! I'm really sorry. I went to eat and figured you had gotten them back already!" In my experience, the server is the one who runs the cards, so why were they handed to anyone else? Our bill was almost $800 for 8 people. Complete rip off. Overall, it was a eh decent experience, but I will never go back there. Complete waste of money. You can spend the same amount by going to Flemmings's in the Domain and having a steak cooked exactly how you want it...or going to Fogo de Chao for a REAL Brazilian Steakhouse experience.

Made reservation for later in the afternoon, but because I landed earlier, we asked to come in sooner. They did so with no problem. Our server came immediately after we were seated. Took our drink orders and then it was off to the buffet. The salad bar was very good but not quite at the level of their largest competitor. That said, when the meat was brought out, all was equal! It was hot, done well, and they came by frequently. The service level was extraordinary and we all left with a full stomach! Dessert was chocolate and delicious. Looking forward to a return visit .

This was a fun unique place to dine. We went with our family. Began with the salad bar and then it was time for the meat. The choices were brought by the servers on skewers. You can eat as must as you want. The servers were very attentive and the food was very good!

Wonderful food, fantastic and authentic Brazilian meat. Nice beef, awesome Picanha, good price, great waiters, specially the dedicate Gilmar. It Is definetly a place to return many times as we did!!!

I'm glad they are keeping clean and sanitary. BUT there is no reason their food should taste like the cleaning products. We ordered their grab and go special on Thursday, 24 September. The rice had a flavor that wasn't pleasant. The beans were too salty. One steak was dry. The key lime pie was especially fabuloso (cleaning agent) flavored. For visiting this restaurant 5 separate occasions within the last 8 months, you'd think no wrong could happen. Well it did. I am not looking for compensation. I want the establishment to know they should be mindful with the cleaning solution and strong chemical smells they use.

We had been to the old location in Sunset Valley some time ago and finally got around to visiting the new spot in the Arboretum. While being generally pleased at the old space, Estancia has really stepped up their game at the Arboretum. The salad bar is just tremendous. The only crime is that you really need to hold back and not have much, or else risk losing room for the main attraction. I'm predominantly a vegetarian these days, but I do love really good meat. It was tough to get the veggie lover in me to just take a tiny sampling from the salad bar. When the meat started coming, I was however glad as I had as much room as possible to enjoy it. I only had one cut the entire meal that wasn't perfectly to my liking (the garlic beef chunks were overdone). The filet mignon was outstanding and I made sure to snag that several times. I like beef rare to medium rare, and there was plenty of that to be had. I remember the old location seemed to overcook more than not. The slice of beef rib was fairly tough, but when you have beef ribs at Black's in Lockhart as your standard bearer, it would be tough to measure up. if you enjoy quality beef cooked exquisitely, you'd got to come here at least once. It's pricey for me, and indulgent health-wise, but I would love to make this a once/year special place to visit. The service is highly attentive, perhaps even too much so. They really do push the expensive wines! Once you flip your meat card to green, it's like throwing a handful of birdseed in the park for the pigeons - the meat guys flock over and descend. You must make sure to take just a few pieces at a time at most, then flip your card over and enjoy them. You can't let the meat stack up on your plate or it will get cold and lose a lot of it's charm. Don't worry, just empty your plate, flip back to green, and they will come! I woke up the next morning feeling like I had gained 10 pounds and lost all my energy, and I swore I didn't need to go back for a long time. Of course later on my way home, I drove past their billboard on 183 and thought, man, that's sure looks good, i could use more of that! Really awesome place for special occasions or with a fun group of people.

We joined our son for an early dinner here. The salad bar was wonderful and included hearts of palm, various salads--green and pasta. The gauchos who serve the meat at your table were very attentive and I soon had to turn my little card to refuse any more meat until I could enjoy what was on my plate. John Aguilar, the manager, was also very attentive and answered all our questions. He gave us a foldable menu and asked if there was any type of meat we had not yet tasted. After choosing a couple types, he had the gauchos with those types come to our table. The price is a little high but WELL WORTH IT! The salad bar can be purchased separately, but I recommend trying every type of meat. Our favorite was the Picanha but we also really enjoyed the Cordeiro (leg of lamb), filet mignon, costela and alcatra. Really, we didn't try anything we didn't enjoy. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Today was my wife's birthday and we wanted to go somewhere special. We found it here. The food was great. They have a good selection of salad bar entree's. I really liked the chicken salad. The main course of meats were endless as they keep bringing them by till you want no more. Some of the meat selections were a little to rare for me but all you have to do is request it to your liking. The service was absolute you could not get any better. I had key lime pie for desert with cappuccino. All in all we will return.

the restaurant is really a one of a kind wonderland--it is not only very large but most comfortable--any type of meat you can imagine and enjoy eating, they have--it is an all you care to eat meat variety and as much as you can hold--waiters come to your table constantly with meat upon meat as long as you keep your table/meal card showing the green side--if this is not enough, there is a tremendous salad bar with every imaginable salad type you could wish for--the wine list is also fabulous--after a lunch/dinner here you will not want any other buffet/steak house at all---the wait staff is fabulous too--all in all it is a restaurant without any equal

I highly recommend this establishment. The food is excellent, the salad bar is well stocked, good vine selection, and the service is outstanding.

17 people, from 50 to 109 dollars for each one. They try to serve you any kind of very expensive drinks from cocktails to digestives, and they insist if you say no. It's not the best quality I've ever tasted and the staff is deceptive. Watch out.

We ate at Estancia Churrascaria on Thanksgiving night. The salad bar was good, but a little disappointing compared to other Brazilian steak houses I have eaten. Most of the meats were a little dry and under seasoned. Deserts were good, but the waiter made a mistake on our order, and he wasn't particularly nice about correcting his error. The atmosphere is just okay, but it reminded me too much of a chain restaurant. Overall food and service are just average.

My husband and l ate lunch here and the food was good. The service was wonderful...The meats were very dry and tough... Especially the ribeye cut, and the lamb. The chicken legs were dry and over cooked. The sirloin steak was really tender, shrimp was juicy and great flavor! Salad bar was amazing!!!! Chicken Soup was really good! Key lime pie!!! Best I ever had!!!! Price for lunch $34 each. Salad bar and all the meat you can eat. Key lime pie $10 not included with all you can eat.

There is a tendency to be overwhelmed by the salad bar and fill your plate, and then... too full to eat much meat. I found everyone at our table of four, made that very statement. Filled up on salad and bread and no room for meat. Just a word of advice to help you. You will also get little cheese type bread/biscuits and servings of garlic potatoes, fried bananas, polenta also. If you are celebrating a birthday-- there is a complimentary dessert for that person. We have the chocolate lava cake with ice cream. It was very good. Our group also decided that the leg of lamb was best choice of meat. It is a bit cold in the restaurant. I think it is a good idea to bring a light sweater or scarf/wrap. I was cold. Enjoy.

We enjoyed going to this Brazilian steakhouse. The steak was really juicy and the salad bar was big. I wish that the garlic beef would of not been as fatty. Thanks for the good time!

Hubby and I made reservations for 4 on Sunday afternoon, arrived around 10 till and were told we would have to wait the salad bar had not been set up yet. Another couple arrived with no reservation and was seated immediately. I even asked why to the lady behind the desk. Finally seated a table back in the corner. Tried various types of meat. We have visited many Brazilian steakhouses, this was no up to par. I would say out of all the meats a couple of slices were good. Hubby usually can eat more than several lamb chops, they looked burnt and he only had 1. The best thing was the cheesecake they supplied for the anniversary, I will not pay 153. for a meal for 2 people again at this establishment.

We have been to this restaurant 4 times and had great experiences. Even though our bills are $120 always for two people, we came back. This time, the meat had more fat on it than the last times and the dessert tasted stale. I told the manager that it tasted like the dessert was left uncovered in the fridge...very stale and gross. Did nothing...I am so sad...my favorite restaurant in the past is not a favorite now.

I was forced to go here by family. Eating too much is not enjoyable. I'd rather have quality than quantity. That said the salad bar is pretty good as far as those things go. It's probably one of the better all you can eat kind of places, back handed compliment there.

My husband took me here for my birthday. The food was very good, although the filet mignon in bacon and the lombo de porco (parmesan pork) was very very dry. I had to drink a plenty of water to get the first bite down on both. Needless to say, I didn't reorder those items. We were a little disappointed that we never saw the ribeye. We asked a couple people, but never saw it. All the other meats are very moist. The house special, I think was the "picanha", was very delicious. We had a couple helpings of that. The salad bar was very good as well. Lots of veggies and cheeses to choose from. My favorite part was the side items (although be careful not to fill up too much on those). I loved the fried polenta and most of all the cheesy bread rolls. Those things are addictive! So buttery and fluffy. For dessert we ordered turtle cheesecake and the creme brûlée! Both were very good paired with a cappuccino. The service was great! I'm not sure if it was because we visited in the middle of the week, so they weren't that busy, but the staff was very attentive. We would definitely come back again, I just know what meats to avoid next time around.

April 13th we had an amazing dinner. We we greeted at the door with enthusiasm and genuine happiness upon entry. The hostess/host also accommodated us without a reservation. Marian, David, Jeffrey and Jimmy catered to all our needs for drinks and foods. David did an exceptional introduction of the restaurant and how the process works as this was my first time at a Brazilian restaurant. Also, Patrice assisted me several times at the salad bar with salad explanations and plates. Great customer service is hard to find but everyone in this establishment has great customer service! Thank you for the great time and please recognize those mentioned. Oh, I almost forgot! The meat was phenomenal and it just coming!! :)

The steaks are great the lamb had good flavor but I was missing some mint jelly. The service was outstanding. The only bad part was the salad bar. We found it limited and disappointing.

I have eaten a bunch of Brazilian steakhouses. Estancia has amazed me every time I am in Austin. My wife will not let us pass it by. Great family, business, and date night atmosphere. The owner is always there working and checking on his guest. Truly a gem. A must try in Austin. Put it in your mouth, you'll love it.

Incredible dining experience in a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Everything was beautifully presented and all the staff was so attentive and knowledgeable. Management was excellent and helpful, greeting us and making sure we were seated right away at what I thought was one of the best tables, then coming by to check on us throughout the meal and making our special occasion memorable. The crave-worthy salad bar was a fabulous meal in itself with so many of my favorites like fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, smoked salmon, asparagus, and marinated artichokes. The endless variety of top quality meats presented table side were all so tender, juicy and melt-in-the-mouth delicious and I fell in love with the suggested wine pairing. The best way to end this beautiful evening was with one of their rich and decadent desserts! Thank you Estancia, and I look forward to returning many times. Highly recommend this unique Brazilian dining experience when in Austin.

I've had the opportunity to do a lot of different Brazilian Steakhouses around the country, and down through Brazil, and with the exception of "The Pig" in Brazil, my favorite is Estancia in Austin. First off, the staff is amazing, and are always there waiting to see what they can do for you. There's always a fresh plate in front of you, the side dishes are always filled, and if there's a speciality that you're looking for, they'll get it for you. The food is equally amazing. The food bar in the center of the restaurant has a great assortment of fresh veggies, sun dried tomatoes, sliced Parmesan cheese (off a GIANT block), different salads, cheeses and meats, etc etc. The meats that come through to your table are amazing. There are an assortment of cuts, my favorite of which are the lamb chops. I always load up on those (medium cooked), with mint jelly. I'm in heaven... The cheese bread will destroy you. It'll take all your willpower to not load up and get full on these amazing snacks. So good! Great for families and couples. You won't leave hungry and you'll definitely be satisfied. It's not a cheap place, so be aware, but it's definitely worth the price. My highest recommendation!

My wife and I went the Estancia with three friends to celebrate one of their birthdays. Wonderful salad bar, all you can eat Brazilian meat cuts, service and atmosphere. We have been to the Estancia on many previous occasions, but this was the best visit yet, with meat and service spectacular. I'd highly recommend the restaurant for friends and family celebrations, as well as business meals.

While the food was very good tasting, because of the overhead of so many staff, the price is not worth it. Over $100 for two people.

For a Brazilian Steakhouse it is on the top of my list around US and even Brazil. Selection of meats is good, not excellent, but depends when you go there. Do not order the standard Caipirina, pay the extra for the top shelf. Buffet is awesome, but who goes there for that? unless you are new to this type of restaurant. Only complaint is the rush, not only them trying to move clients, but also the guys with the meats. This must be a management mandate as you can see that these guys are rushing around, and when you get their attention they really rush to get you served and move on. Advice to management, slow down a bit. Keep your clients happy and they will return. Clients feel rushed and you will only be a extremely special occasion only restaurant. You do not want that. Btw, few people I have brought with me agree with that too. Great place, room for improvement.

This place is amazing. The service is exceptional, there a multitude of people waiting on you constantly and preemptively, all the staff are great, pleasant, efficient and knowledgable. The food was amazing, the rolls and crispy fried polenta were to die for (we even ordered some of the rolls to go). The salad bar is very fresh, varied, unique and tasty. The servers advice was to not eat a lot of salad, but with it tasting so good with the different flavors on the salad bar, that was tough to do. And then there's the meat, very varied, great tasting, great cuts and expertly seasoned. Long island tea had an over generous amount of alcohol in it. Table was constantly being refreshed with clean plates, food and even when the rolls were not as hot from being on the table for 20 mins whilst we were eating them, they removed and refreshed with hot ones without any request from us. They really go the extra mile, anticipate your needs before you do. Also, they are excellent for Gluten Free with 90% of their menu being gluten free (the rolls are too). All the servers could tell us if an item was Gluten Free or not. They also donate to various and numerous locally charities, giving back to the community. Greg, the customer service manager was very accommodating and informative. For quantity and quality of food and the service, this is a good deal and not expensive. This is a novel dining experience and executed exceptionally well, we'll be definitely eating here next time we visit Austin, and recommending to everyone that we know in this area.

I came in with a plan to just enjoy from the 30+ selection of salads and drinks. I came out with a tummy full of not just salads, but also the most tender, juicy, and yummy prime cuts of beef. Father, forgive me for I have sinned!

Waited 10 minutes to get greeted. After that sat there for 20 minutes with no communication; completely ignored us. Whole operation seemed discombobulated especially for a fine dining restaurant. Hope they get it figured out operationally, food looked pretty good...we gave up and left.

Our friends are giving the competition a run for their money. The quality of the cuts is similar or better than other gaucho restaurants. The salad bar is impressive, and the calmed ambience is appropriate for a feast of beef lovers. They key to these places is to go slowly, enjoying every bite. I have to mention that the service is impeccable, friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. Great!

Booked online for late lunch with friends. Attentive, quick, and friendly staff. Good but not exceptional selection of meats, maybe because of late lunch timing. We certainly will return for dinner service.

Visited during our stay for F1 whilst staying at the nearby Renaissance Hotel. It is a quick 3-4min walk from there. Amazing! Is one word. It cost around $60 per head. Included is an anazing salad bar. Dont fill up because its all about the meat! When you are ready for meat you have a card at your table flip it over to green when your ready for meat and Carvers Flock to your table offering you superb cuts of meat from ribs, fillet, chicken, chops, lamb in various forms all delivered on skewers and cut for you to take. Remember to flip the card back over to red however, as they will bombard you with ever growing amounts of meat! The service is sublime the waiters move swiftly, like a colony of ants, its truely an experience dining here and although quite expensive you deffinately leave satisfied!

My wife and I are trying to eat healthy, so we came here just for the salad bar, sides, and soup/beans. The “meat fest” was way too much food for us at this time. Cozy, somewhat dimly lit, restaurant, friendly servers, efficient service that is constantly, but appropriately, asking if they can help. Delicious black beans with beef. The pasta was also very tasty. I didn’t try the rice or vegetables, but both looked good. About 25 different choices on the salad bar, including smoked salmon, different cheeses, salamis, prosciutto, regular and sweet/candied bacon, all kinds of veggies and salads, and bread. Really enjoyable meal! The constant motion of the severs keeps this place a little busy feeling, but not enough to drop my rating — although next time I think I would asked to sit in/toward a corner. Certainly not cheap- $70+ with a 20% tip (and no alcohol). But we thought it was worth it. I must comment on my coffee, which the waiter said was Brazilian. Perhaps the best cup of coffee I have had at a restaurant in recent memory. Truly delicious. I wish I could have gotten the actual brand-name, but the server did not divulge it.

The food was wonderful, and there was always plenty of it. I would have preferred baked to mashed potatoes, and one of the filets was tough, but other than that the entire experience was delightful. The servers did everything that they could to make the meal as good as possible. I will definitely return.

The food was very good (try the lamb.) The service ran hot and warm through our dinner. They were either tag teaming us with skewers and questions or ghosting our corner while we attempted to get a refill or the check. Seeing as it was mid week, maybe there was some training at the moment (?) We'll try again.

Tried it for my sons birthday with the family and then Valentines with my wife. Really enjoyed the food and service both times. I'm sure I will be back with family members again this year.

This is a fairly typical Brazilian parade of meat place. We went for lunch and ate too much. Avoid the salad bar so you can get your money's worth on the meat.

We had a great dining experience recently with a business party of 6. The food was great, service was impeccable and the price was competitive for the experience. The staff was very friendly and kept hot food flowing to our table. There were many choices and we did not have to wait long for a different selection to come around. The salad, meat, and cheese bar has a nice selection. Whatever you do, don't forget to try the scrumptious bacon!

We arrived early for our reservation but were seated immediately. Staff were extremely friendly and answered all our questions. We started with the salad bar. Luckily we had eaten at another similar restaurant, so I knew to take very small portions of the salad bar...just enough to sample each and get my veggies in. They immediately came to the table with two different Brazilian drinks and we decided to try both...both were very refreshing and tasty. The bread selections were very unique and quite tasty. With over 15 types of meat, there is sure to be something for everyone. I'm not sure we tried everything, but we were definitely full by the time we stopped. We decided to go for a light dessert and asked for a recommendation for that and after dinner drinks. Our waiter recommended the Papaya Cream which was light but very flavorful and the perfect end to the meal. Another suggestion for drinks was the perfect compliment. All in all, it was amazing customer service. We never wanted for anything, they answered all our questions, and the food was fabulous. Couldn't have asked for a better evening!

We picked Estancia Churrascaria of the two Brazilian Steakhouses in Austin, due to the reviews we had checked out and the word of mouth we had received on this place. It was a great choice. We really enjoyed it, the meats were top quality and the service was unbelievable. The meal comes as a two course meal, one is the salad bar and then the meat service. You can get them separate if you would like. It is a little pricey but well worth it. It is a fun experience and a nice place.

This was the best steakhouse yet!! The service was incredible. The servers were wonderful. They gave us free desert for a welcome to Austin. Can not say enough. Must go!!

Very happy with our experience. Brazilian barbecue concept: a salad buffet and waiters come with meat. The choice is vast, impossible to taste everything! The meat is very good we feasted on. We'll go back...

Delicious doesn't quite give this place its due, it's even better than that! Everything there is a real treat, from the extraordinary salad bar to the magnificent meats they offer, it's all wonderful. Be sure to show up hungry, you'll be glad you did!

I'm a huge fan of this place ! I invited a few friends and family to join me . We are all meat lovers . I was so delighted to have had the service I had . All the servers were very knowledgable on all the cuts of meat from how it was prepared to the end . Greg Aguilar the GM made me and my guests feel comfortable from the time we walked in to the time we left. The food and service are 5 star. I love this place .

If you've been to a Churrascaria in the US, you pretty much know what you're in for. A decent to good salad bar, expensive-ish wines, and a card that is red on one side and green on the other (or a hockey puck, or a stick, or *something*). As long as the green side is up, peoples keep coming by bringing you Meat, usually good meat at that. Lamb, filet, ribeye, sausage, chicken, whatever, all on skewers. It's all good, kinda fun when you're in a group, and definitely fun if somebody else is paying. Otherwise, well, go once, and be done with it :-)

Last night was our first time to visit this restaurant. This is the kind of Brazilian restaurant that serves you as much meat as you want. You just have to turn over a small card on your table and the meat servers start coming! They offered steak, chicken, shrimp, and lamb. It was ALL delicious! There is also a large salad bar and if you are not a big meat-eater, you can simply order the salad bar all-you-can-eat. They offer a good wine selection as well as specialty Brazilian drinks. The service is amazing - I don't know when I've felt so taken care of! Give this place a try!

Come hungry. Great salad bar. You almost don't need anything else. Many really good cuts of meat. Lamb chops were fantastic.

This is by far the best steakhouse I have ever been too and I have been to many of them. The food was amazing, the drinks were very delicious and the service was great! The atmosphere was very comfortable and cozy.

Had some great experience in the past with other churrascarias but this one will keep me away for a while.

Delicious meal, beautiful restaurant, the service is impeccable, well trained cordial staff, spotlessly clean restaurant, this is the best fine dining restaurant by far Austin, Texas! Tito's Vodka Martini was awesome! The salad bar was packed with row upon row of beautiful fresh produce, top quality cheeses, my most favorite Maytag Bleu Cheese, delicious soups, and they even had my favorite crispy Pepper BACON! The different cuts of meat coming out of the kitchen were tender, perfectly roasted exactly the way we wanted, we were served all the fillet Mignon and steak we could possibly hold. This was our first visit and won't be our last! We came in to celebrate our anniversary, they comped our desserts and provided flutes of champagne, what a wonderful surprise! You have to get their out of this world creation, Cognac flambeed cheesecake; it had a slightly crispy crust on the outside, and was above and beyond any other cheese cake I have ever eaten anywhere-from San Francisco, to New Orleans, to Washington DC, it was the absolute best anywhere, and I don't say that lightly! My husband enjoyed the rich and scrumptious Molten Chocolate Cake, and he doesn't like sweet desserts, and he ate every bite! Come in early and bring your family, this is a perfect restaurant for picky eaters of all ages! We plan return visits as often as possible!

I am Brazilian from Rio Grande do Sul, the state that knows what churrasco truly is, and I can say that this place is very good! The meats were very good!!! If you want to know what is a Churrasco but can't go to Brazil, go here! I just feel that, to look more like the ones in Brazil they should include other foods in the buffet.

This is a Brazilian style steak house. There is an extravagant, beautifully displayed salad buffet complete with a giant wheel of Parmesan cheese. The entrees are sticks of all kinds of meat carried by waiters who come to your table. The sides are fried ground corn fritters (much like polenta), slightly sweet grilled plantains and mashed potatoes. The food just keeps coming and you say yes you'd like some or no thanks and then the next stick of meat arrives! This just keeps on going until you are full! I haven't been here in years. We went during the week for lunch and it was PACKED. They have added expensively to their meat selections. Filet mignon wrapped in bacon, pork, chicken, sausages etc... Their salad bar was as spectacular as always. It's hard not to fill up there! We all tried different desserts and they were HUGE and excellent. The Key Lime pie was tart and creamy. The Creme Brule was fantastic. The chocolate desserts were also amazing.

Estancias Brazilian steakhouse is my go-to when It comes to flavor top tear 5 1/2 if not six Star All the salad All the suop All the meat you could imagine establishment is so welcoming reservate and change as as many times you have to their always available to serve you

This restaurant has amazing food and even better service! I've been to several Brazilian restaurants, but this was superior to all of them. Their salad bar is excellent, I loved the smoked salmon with a basil sauce. All of the meats for delicious and perfectly cooked. The drinks were delicious as well. Some servers even escorted us to our car with umbrellas because it was raining! Thank you!!!

Go once every few months, always amazing. Well worth the cost, especially lunch which is on special even on weekends. Salad bar is great although mainly there for meat meat meat. Only thing that would make it better is if there was better rotation of offerings. Seems they try to push certain items more than others, but you can always make request. I also wish they would give choice of declining the sides:plantains, bread and mashed potatoes. I feel bad cause we never eat it and it goes to waste. Sometimes, I feel they try to hard to up sell drinks and desert. They seem upset when you just want normal ice water or tea instead of overpriced specialty water or alcohol. Other than that, superb!

In all fairness, I was dining alone and the service was great up to a point. This was my first time visiting here for dinner. No doubt the salad bar is one of the best I've been to in years. I would ask for the med rare meats and I would get the charred, over seasoned/salted end pieces that were not tender at all. The mashed potatoes that they served were barely luke warm and did not seem to be of good quality. I had to ask three servers to come back with the filet mignon and a fourth one finally did. I felt rushed even though the restaurant was maybe at a third capacity. For the money, I would rather go to a regular steak house.

We eat here for award luncheons and birthdays. It often gets picked by who is choosing. Nice salad bar. Not the amazing thing at Fogo De Chao but it's considerably cheaper than Fogo. If you're not familiar with the experience you are given a coaster that is green on one side (bring me more food) and red on the other. (don't) They have a number of different kinds of meat served by "gauchos" on swordlike spits. After some experience I only eat the steak. But there are lots more options. The servers and managers all have great attitudes and are appreciative of your business. NW in the Arboretum.

My son took us to this restaurant that catered basically for meat on the stick and it was mouth wateringly delicious. If you're in to veggies they've got wonderful selections that are utterly great. But since they cater mostly for meat lovers I suggest that limit yourself on the side dish and concentrate on their specialty. We enjoyed our lunch and will be back again.

The Ambiance and setting is good. Its an all you can eat steakhouse. All the steaks you try are just amazing, the staff is fast, efficient and attentive. If you are steak lover, this is must visit place.

Completely blown away. The salad bar was incredible! Everything was so fresh and inviting. Had to control ourselves and save room for what we came here for. And then it happened. The meat courses were so succulent and juicy. The chefs approach this one by one by one and continue to offer us there bountiful feast until we were finally stuffed. But that didn't stop us from getting crème brûlée and 14 year cognac to finish it off! Amazing meal and I highly recommend it to anyone

We loved this place, amazing service, lively atmosphere and astonishing amounts of meat - the top sirloin and fillet mignon were particularly excellent. All for less than $50 a head. We'll be back!

I really liked our meal at Estancia. I would have liked to salad bar to be a little more similiar to the Texas de Brazil but I most certainly found plenty of nice selections of leafy greens, various veggies, mushrooms a few speciality meats and of course lots of cheese selections. I enjoyed the crusty bread as well. Although the meal comes with a bread basket of little yeast rolls the crusty bread on the salad bar complimented the grilled meats much better to our way of thinking. We have been to various Brazilian Steak houses across the country and I always worry the the meats will be overcooked - not here! I asked for rare to medium rare cuts and that is exactly what I recieved. Everything was well flavored, although I tended to order mostly the beef the pork, shrimp and sausages were also very good. I did not try the chicken nor the lamb only because by the time they came out I already had eaten more than enough of the others. I have to also say the garlic mashed potatoes were very good. I am not a big fan of fried foods so I did not try the fried potato sticks and the bananas. Service across the board was very good and someone stopped by the table to make sure we were happy with our meals.

Happened on to this gem by accident. My wife and I were wowed. I could tell by looking at the salad bar we were in for a treat. We had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse before. The food was super and the service was over the top. They treated us like very special people. We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and they comped our dessert. Highly recommend this place.

Nice room, large salad bar. Many, many meats, very quickly served when you indicated your hunger with the green/red drink coaster. The meats were all very good. Our table of six each had a different favorite. Nice wine list. Yummy desserts, if you can possibly still be hungry after the feast. Come hungry !

I found this restaurant to be much better than the other Brazilian restaurant in town. Interesting, the other place has advertising and billboards all over town, yet this one had much better food. I also felt the "salad bar" was better as well as the sides. I will be back to this one.

My introduction to a Brazilian Churrascaria was in 1985 at Mariu's in the Leme area of Rio de Janeiro so it was indeed a pleasure to find Estancia here in Austin. Whilst waiting for a friend to arrive, I went to the bar and ordered a Caipirinha..Shortly after my friend arrived, we proceeded to the nicely decorated dining room. I started off with a Waldorf Salad with hearts of palm, artichokes, prosciutto and assorted cheeses on the side. Then the carnivore's delight began. My first plate was filled with top sirloin flavored with garlic, bottom sirloin, filet mignon and linguica -- The second plate was adorned with lamb chops, chicken wrapped in bacon, pork tenderloin, leg of lamb sliced off the bone. These perfectly prepared meats pair excellently with an intensely structured and complex Five Rivers Pinot Noir from the Central Coast of California which did not take all of the glory in this culinary marriage. Although fried caramelized bananas and other sides were brought to the table, my concentration was on the meats. A citrus liqueur was served after the meal to which I added a double espresso. The magnificent food and service were beyond measure. I shall return in the very near future.

This was my first visit to Estancia but I've been to Brazilian Steakhouses before. It is a unique and fun experience. The variety of meats was wide and included beef, chicken, and lamb. The service was friendly. The salad bar was very good with a great selection. The price was reasonable for the amount of food you can eat. They don't have sweet tea- shame! The staff was very slow filling requests but otherwise everything went very well. This is definitely a great place for a good meal or special occasion.

Went to the Estancia on our last night in Austin, as we did on our last visit to holiday with family. As before the atmosphere was electric, with the waiters and management meeting customers and showing them to their tables. Restaurant was buzzing with people with plenty of space and tables for all. Once seated, (5 persons) we were being served food within minutes, side dishes placed on the table with iced water and everything explained by our waiter. the salad bar was a plethora of fresh foods, salad greens, meats, cheeses, olives, oils, dressings, everything you would look for in a salad. The waiters were on hand with skewers of steaks, chicken, lamb, sausages, pork and ribs all cooked to perfection from rare to well done, or cooked seperately to your taste. Nothing was a problem, even posing for photos. As always a great experience and rounded of with a glass of brandy. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Looking forward to my next visit.

Best stake house I’ve been in the United States. Great service. They go above and beyond for the customer. I highly recommend.

Come hungry I loved this place. Its the green light, red light type of thing here. They see green and bam you get all kinds of meat choices. I loved the lamb, all the steaks, everything. I did not eat much of the salad bar, but did have a great caipirinha. I suggest you try everything. I was impressed with the staff and all the food. Its a must.

Yeah, they have a nice, fresh salad bar. Lots of good choices if you love salads. But this place is for the meats, i.e., Brazilian bbq. You know how it works. The protein keeps coming as long as you want it to. Bone apetit.

Wow! If you have the opportunity to go..... GO!! I was visiting Austin a couple of weeks ago and went with friends, and I am still thinking about this meal. As with other Brazilian steakhouses, a number of servers with various kinds of meat, come to your table with offerings of beef, chicken, shrimp, and lamb all cooked to perfection. Every meat has a different flavor and the servers will ask you once if you prefer your meats rare, medium or well done. From that point on, they will remember your preference, and deliver only the cuts of meat that you want. The service is absolutely outstanding here. You will have numerous servers, as each offers different meats, and every single server will be accommodating. The services is thorough without being overbearing. If you drink some of your water, it will be refilled without you having to ask, and you will probably not even notice them refilling it. They sneak in like ninjas and remove anything half eaten and replace it with a brand new whatever-it-was, before you know what’s happening. A manager floats around the dining room ensuring that everyone is happy and all your needs are being met. He asked us if there was any meat we wanted and hadn’t seen yet, so I inquired about lamb. He replied “rack or leg of lamb?” And within seconds two gentlemen appeared before me with both kinds of lamb. Ask and you shall receive. This place is awesome!! In addition to all the wonderful meats, there is a bar with more sides than you can imagine. You could call it a salad bar, but thats a vague understatement. It has a variety of vegetables and cheeses, soups and condiments.... There is far too much to name, but it is beautiful and offers a wide variety of sides. It is a little pricey at around $50 per person at dinner, and you should plan to tip a little more than you normally would. There are so many servers and the service is absolutely exceptional. You will have no regrets. The food is amazing and the outstanding service is well worth the money. I will eat here whenever I am in Austin.

Excellent service! Nice salad bar. Meats were very hit or miss. Top sirloin was leather tough. Bacon wrapped filet very good. Regular filet very dry. Chicken dishes very good. Most meats a little lacking in flavor. Beef ribs bland and greasy. Ribeye was good though. Loved the fried polenta

Upscale Restaurant with a Prix Fixe for salad bar and meat selections. The interior of the restaurant has been upgraded, as well as the prices for dining. The salad bar seems to have less options than other Brazilian steakhouses I have visited, either in town or in Cancun. Prices are about double what I usually pay for in other cities, so I was a bit surprised at the premium charge on the receipt. One bonus is that children under six do not pay for the buffet.

Three of us arrived for dinner. We were pleasantly greeted. Our waiter introduced himself to us and from that moment on, he and his staff, saw to our every need! The food and variety are excellent. Will most certainly return!

We used to come here weekly. But couple visits were not good (meats are all dried and well done). The entire hour we were there and we did not see garlic beef grill came out. Some meats are very salty and very dried. The server get sloppy and cut the meats and the juice and meats were on our clothing. My lemonade were diluted w/ ice and a lot of foam that I can't even drink out of the glass. I don't know what happen but it has been BAD foods and BAD services twice in a row. At this moment we are losing apatite and energy to come here.

Was attending a conference nearby and had reservations here one night. Upon arriving with our party of 11, we noticed most of the restaurant was full with our fellow conference attendees!! We were immediately offered trays with specialty drinks. We were all stuffed upon leaving!!!! So much food!!!

This is my first Brazilian steak house meal. I am a red meat fan, and the bacon wrapped filets were especially good, but the salad bar was wonderfully overwhelming. The freshness of every item I tried was really exceptional. Service was great, too. Save room for cheesecake with strawberry sauce - again - everything was super fresh. Definitely will go again on my next trip to Austin!

In a nutshell, service was excellent, very nice atmosphere, but I definitely have had better rodizio, and for far less money, and in my opinion, that is 60 to 70% of a restaurant’s rating. An example of our disappointment, a staple of the Brazilian Rodizio is the Picanha, but unfortunately theirs seemed to have been seasoned with some sort of rub, but if you’ve had Picanha before, you’ll know that you only add (kosher) salt, and nothing else.

This was our second visit to Estância, and it was even better than the first. Our first taste of this Brazilian Steakhouse was on Father’s Day 2019 (I meant what father doesn’t want to get his steak on, on that day... right?), and it was super crowded. The service was great, even though there was only a foot between tables! You should have seen the servers... they knew how to navigated the busy floor, and still take care of every patron like you were the only person there! The garlic beef, sirloin, and skewered shrimp were my favorite cuts. All steaming hot, and oh so delicious! Today, we thought... why not stop in after church, and enjoy a little more red meat to induce a nice nap on a Sunday afternoon. Well, it paid off wonderfully. We arrived a little before noon, and we practically had the entire place to ourselves. Now you know when you walk into a restaurant... and you can tell right away if they really care if you’re there or not???? Well... we had a very courteous server, who even mentioned to us that he recognized us because we were there on Father’s Day. He went about his business seating us as his job required, but he did so as if we were in a Michelin Star restaurant. He assisted my wife with her seat, prepared her napkin, and made sure she was comfortable before doing the same for me. Then... even though we had Consuelo as our server, three other servers waited behind him to assist as needed. Man I mean... we were truly pampered by the Estância staff, and I knew we’d chose the right place again! Our food was hot, and just as before, unbelievably tasty. I don’t know what fried polenta is, but I dig it! Our side dishes never were empty... the servers continually replenished them as I (it’s never my wife) tried my best to wipe them out! As for favorites... I’m still sticking with the sirloin and garlic beef. I found if you cut them up together, the fatty marbling of the garlic beef, mixed with the leaner sirloin, makes one delicious bite of beef! Top it off with a few of their wonderfully seasoned shrimp, and you’re on your way to one great nap when you get back home! The salad bar is great as well (sorry, I got sidetracked describing the wonderful service and tasty meats), filled with more greens, cheeses, and meats than you can pack on your plate your first trip. The cost of dining for two is actually cheaper than other Brazilian or Argentinian Steakhouses we’ve been to, and the service is what will have these UT Longhorns returning! My wife and I are just overly pleased with this restaurant. We hope that you’ll drop in to see for yourself... and when you do, you’re experience will be as wonderful as ours.

Located with the Arboretum is this high-quality Brazilian steak house. Be sure you come hungry, because you won’t leave that way. Of course there are other entries you can get, but the best fun is being able to sample all the various types of meats available. You’ll start out with the large salad bar, but the recommendation I got on my first visit here was not to fill up there. An informational card at your table details the style of over the dozen meats available. Most are beef and steak, and the remainder of the selection being pork, lamb, and chicken. Servers will come to your table with a load of meat on a large skewer, and announce what it is. If you wish some, the server will then carve off a portion for you. Tongs which have been provided as part of your utensils allow you to grab the meat and get it to your plate. The servers will keep carving until you tell them to stop. Each person at the table has a marker with the familiar “green = go, red = stop” colors. As long as the marker is green side up, the servers will continue to come to your table with more food. As some meats are more popular than others, fresh pieces come out soon, and the server will visit you again. If you wish to sample the widest variety, then you keep the green side displayed until you’ve had all you can eat. Once you’ve gotten all you want, then simply flip the marker over to the red side as a signal you’ve had enough. Deserts are available too. My recommendation is to try small amounts of each, so you find which style pleases your taste the most. At that point, then indulge a bit more. Coming with a hearty appetite is preferred, as this is not “light fare.” While a good evening destination for couple who really want to treat themselves to something special, this works best as a weekend afternoon destination when you have to time savor all the flavors.

I am from Brazil and I can’t compliment this place more! We were there for a family lunch a day before the Christmas Eve. The place was decorated beautifully which made the food even more delicious (The good holiday vibes)!. The rotation of the meat was just so good. We were able to taste all different kind of fresh meat at a perfect pace (not overwhelming) and repeat the ones that we enjoyed more. The Pāo de Queijo was just at another level. I wish I could bring them home! Rodizio can always be a bit pricey but this place is just worth a penny. Highly recommended!

All of the food was amazing. The Meat, Salad, Dessert, & Drinks were all above my expectations. The enormous selection of extremely flavorful meats makes this one of my favorite big night out dinners.

We went in New Years eve, and the service was excellent, the food was good, the salad bar very complete, and the dessert were magnificent.

Nothing to write home about it... very average to me, I am a picky Brazilian person, was not impressed... Caipirinhas were not good.... pay de queijo (cheese bread) greasy... oily, polenta... not good...

We went for a retirement seminar and enjoyed the food. My favorite was prime rib, fillet mignon without bacon, top sirloin. You get to eat hot meat every few minutes. Enjoyed the polenta fry, mashed garlic potatoes and the fried plantain banana. Expensive but worthed if you like a lot of meat.

I have tried 6 other brazillian/south american steakhouses and Estancia's cuts of meat i had this night were all very good. the sirloin was a little salty and the lamb leg was a little gamey but all very good. The wine list was excellent and the tropical capriniha was quite different but i enjoyed it.

Had a wonderful dinner with friends for birthday. The salad bar is unreal and several people had salad bar only. The meats are absolutely delicious and keep coming nonstop! Highly recommend it and look forward to going back!

So much great food I needed a nap before leaving for home. The only things I didn't like were the mashed potato's and the lamb. The potato's tasted like instant from a box and the lamb was really gamey!

We were in town for a conference and visited with a group of about 30. The service was great. The food was excellent. This is my new favorite Brazilian steakhouse. The salad bar had a variety of pastas and veggies. I think I tried almost every meat brought to the table. We had mixed drinks that were good. I live in another big city but will return for my birthday.

We were here several times since it first open a few years back. Last Monday 2/15/2015 i took my family out for lunch here. I dont want to leave a bad comments here but it is bad. Our server took our drinks order and other dishes that we like, but he keep forgetting and he disappear for sometime. We asked other server walk around and we got it 10min before we finish our meal. Meat were burn and over cook. I noticed, most of the guys work here is not brazilian but rather mexican. We were in there about 50min but no manager or any kind of supervisor walk around and make sure guests get everything that they need. I wish that they came so we can said something about it. The mexican gouchos that cut the meat for me that splatter the meat juice all on my clothing. I was pissed because i worn my new clothes for our anniversary. Anyway, our experience here is total disappointment.

We were taken here for my birthday dinner by my brother/sister in law. Thanks !! You have to start with the meat. Such an amazing variety of great flavoured, perfectly cooked meats. The meat keeps coming as long as your ticket has the green side up. So remember to show the red side if you're getting overwhelmed ! But just try everything. A special mention must also go to the salad bar, which was great for my brother in law and daughter who are vegetarian. Not a natural place for them, but the salads are so good that any vegetarian would be happy to be there. A brilliant restaurant.

Crazy amounts of terrific food! My fave is still the ribeye and then the bananas!!! The staff are very quick and very good and the drinks and food were all non-stop! Thankfully the control disc flips to red and it all calms down a bit...

this was our first trip to a brazilian restaurant. salad service ran very deep. u could stop there...great assortment of meat, cheese, smoked salmon, peppers, mushies, and so on and on...meat service started about 1 second after u turn your card to "green"...get ready...here they come...sides of plantains, mashed potatoes, a granola like mix and polenta. all very tasty...we had 7 or 8 of the 14 featured meats..plus turkey for thanksgiving. all were good...i thought parmesan pork?, filet, pork ribs, sirloin and lamb chop were outstanding...creme brulee for desert...enough for 2....no complaints...service was 150%...came from out of town and was 1 hour early...we were seated immediately... and vegetables.

My wife and I returned to cash in on a gift card given us by the restaurant when we were there for a birthday celebration. The Service is top-notch, the atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the food is first rate. If you are considering this type of meal, go hungry, and go with a love of meat, this is not a place for vegans. The fire-roasted meats are outstanding, my personal favorites were the ribeye, the bacon wrapped filet and the lamb but everything that came by our table while we were "On Green" (you'll know what that is when you go) was outstanding. The Salad Bar alone would have been worth the trip. While we did not have dessert (I told our server I "had the ribeye for dessert") the offerings that went by looked excellent. As a low carb dieter, this was a great place for me.

We eat here to celebrate special occasions, it is pricey, but elegant, and you can eat yourself into a stupor! Any and all kind/cuts of meats and a great salad bar and deserts, good rolls too, one price for everything....not cheap but a real experience....elegant décor, overwhelming service, I ate at a similar place in Curitiba Brazil, but no comparison in ambience, They keep serving and serving until you stop them!

We had reservations, arrived a little early but were seated immediately. Salad bar has wonderful selections, not just the ordinary offerings. Servers came by constantly with the meat selections. All perfectly done. Deserts were delicious. Great choice for any occasion, or just a special night out.

We really enjoyed Estancia for lunch today. The steaks were excellent, the salad bar was fresh and the sides were abundant. The price was too high for me though and I don't I'll be back any time too soon.

Great Steak place. I enjoyed the flavor of all the different meat choices, and the other buffet items were good too. I did find it a little pricy for what you had, plus I did not like the automatic tip included, which I think was 18-20 percent. This is sort of a buffet, a high end one, not sure 18-20% was correct, but paid it.

We have been to Estancia multiple times, and we have loved it every single time. We were here on New Year's eve, 12/31/2022, for dinner. The place was bustling. I had a dirty martini and it was not bad. Service was hurried and not as personal as it usually is but it was New Year's eve and I guess that was expected. We will definitely go again but not on special days like New Year's eve or Christmas!

When you enter Estancia! Know that your expectations will be met and your budget may fly out the door. Friends or business, this place is excellent to meet with both!!

My husband and I went to Estancia Brazilian Steakhouse on a Tuesday evening. We were seated quickly and our order taken promptly. The wait staff was friendly except for one guy who appeared to be supervising the wait staff. He was rude to the staff and customers. I loved the salad bar. It was not a usual salad bar. There were lots of items with interesting favors. After we finished our salad, our waiter started bringing different steaks, lamb, shrimp and chicken to our table. It was quite a show. I liked the meat marinade favors but the meat was over cooked. My husband and I like most of our meats cooked medium but the meats were very well done. Our waiter was good about continually bringing out meats. We went home stuffed. The atmosphere was nice at first but as more people arrived, the restaurant became very noisy. There was plenty of parking. I doubt we will be back. I can cook better steak and shrimp on my backyard grill. The restaurant is expensive.

This restaurant is great! The food is very good and the service is without question but having to wait sometimes for the servers makes one wonder if it is done on purpose. It was my understanding ALL meats would be circulated and if you requested certain cuts they would be served But it seemed that because our party was Black we could only get Bacon wrapped Chicken Breast, Sausage and Pork Ribs. We continually ask for Prime Rib and Filat but this never happened. They were not very busy we were there before the early dinner crowd.

My dinner party consisted of at least 30 people. The company made prior reservations and we had our own private room. Service was top notch and we had about 4 or 5 waiters at any given time. They were extremely accommodating and courteous. It's impossible to leave this place hungry. I lost count of how many types of different meats/cuts they offered. On top of which they wouldnt stop coming around..it was like a carousel of steaks. Mouth watering, fresh, authentic Brazilian and grilled to perfection meats. Even the salad bar was delicious and fresh, that you had to get up for though. :) They also have a nice bar with a pretty decent wine selection. We also had a few at our table. There was even some special Brazilian liquor that our waiter served with actual flames. Not only was it a great drink but it was entertaining as well! Outstanding experience, fully recommend!

Of all the cuts of meat I had, the ribeye was my favorite. Love the cheesy bread rolls. Customer service was top notch. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful meal! I was in a party of 5 and we had made reservations so we did not have any wait. The salad bar is much more than just your typical salad bar. You could easily make a meal of just that. Not only were there various salads but they also had several types of thinly sliced meats, cheeses, relishes, pasta salads, marinated vegetables, sauces, breads and more. I tried most all of the meats offered (with the exception of the lamb as I am not a fan) and they were delicious and cooked to perfection. The Parmesan crusted pork was AMAZING! The wait staff was extremely attentive and the manager also stopped at our table to ask how we were enjoying our meal and if there was anything we needed. I found the meal to be an exceptional value for the price and would definitely return.

My husband and I have frequented Estancia for years. We have never been let down by the wonderful service or the quality of the food. The salad bar is fresh with a few cheeses we snack on throughout the meal. The cheese bread is a favorite as well. We usually skip the sides of polenta and banana, and really just focus on the meat. The onions and peppers compliment the meat perfectly. My favorites are the leg of lamb and the house special, while my husband loves the lamb chops. We like to take our time and never feel rushed, and our tea glasses are never empty. We also highly recommend the coffee. It is a bit of a splurge, but we always feel like we get our money's worth here. Management is kind and servers are friendly and attentive. We love Estancia and will continue to visit.

We took our teen son for his birthday and he ate enough to feed an army. All of the meats were amazing as were the sides. Plan to spend a good bit of money as the price runs $49/person. The salad bar is also very good and provides a variety to choose from. Kids 6 and under eat free.

Arrived just as they opened so I knew I'd have a little wait before the meats were ready. I don't partake of the salad bar but wanted to report on my overall impression of this one in fairness to everyone who does. As I frequent a Brazilian Steakhouse on a weekly basis I am accustomed to the overall ambience of these establishments. Estancia immediately impressed me with their salad bar as well as overall upscale appearance. The salad bar was one of the top two I have seen. Very comprehensive selection and variety. Well done with the presentation also. This is my favorite churrascaria in Austin. Great service and wonderful setting. The meats are all prepared exceptionally well. Overall I still prefer my number one spot in San Antonio- Galpoa Guacho. The only discernible difference for me at Estancia was the tenderness of a couple of the cuts of meat were not as good as Galpoa. The garlic beef and the bottom sirloin were actually rather tough compared to Galpoa. I realize these are lesser cuts to begin with so I'm speaking comparatively. The other cuts were just as tender as Galpoa. Overall very tasty and a great experience. I highly recommend this establishment and will return when in North Austin.

Came here for dinner one night while in Austin for a conference. This was my first time at a Brazilian steak house and they did not disappoint. The food was really good and the staff were amazing!

Once your seated they really start pushing the over price Capirinha drink ($12.95) very light on the liquor and over kill on the limes :-( very expensive wines. The mash potatoes they served were just luke warm and the bread (cheese) greasy. The quality of the salad bar is not excellent, half the items had no name tag's. The waiters just zoom by. All the meats were very GOOD.

One of my favorite locations. I've eaten here 25+ times. Lunch or Dinner, it is always awesome. You will see people say to ignore the salad bar...MISTAKE! I am mostly a carnivore myself and I will tell you right now, the salad bar is AMAZING! If salad to you means a green thing buried under 3" of ranch, then this will disappoint you. The variety of items on the bar alone is awesome. My favorites are the Shiitake mushrooms and spicy sweet peppers. The Cesar salad is really really good too. All self serve. Very hard not to pile your plate full. When it's time for the meat, try the house special or bottom sirloin. Everything is great, but those are my favs. You can always go back for more salad if you wish, so start with small portions. Especially the meats. Get one or two items, then finish those before you get more. (So you are always eating the meat hot and fresh instead of cold on your plate)

My husband and I came here to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. As soon as we sat down a waiter came over with a ready made tray of alcoholic beverages. After declining I ordered a water. The server replied "One free water" "Anything else" I was immediately embarrassed. Upon obligation I ordered a Jack and Coke which was mostly Jack and a splash of coke for almost 10$. The salad bar has a delicious selection of mozzarella balls, prosciutto and a wonder Waldorf salad. The salad bar plus the many selections of meats is 50$ per person not including drinks or desserts.

We typically go here for special occasions and love to try their many different grilled meats. Great salad bar selection.

After passing on visiting Estancia several times, my family and I decided to visit over the holidays. We ate at 4pm on a Saturday 12/17. Salad bar was very small and less than average choices, I was told you could eat just off of that...then we were served the meats. They were ok, but for a dinner price tag and a below par quality of meat, I was very disappointed. Filet that was tough, sirloin tough, everything was tough. We had to ask for Shrimp and never saw any lamb. This is one place I wish I would not have listened to the hype and passed. I will compliment the staff, they did try very hard and were very attentive to our needs. Sad part, the garlic bread and waldorf salad were the best things I ate that meal and generally waldorf salad is nothing I'd ever eat...for a $250 bill for four to dine, I should have at least enjoyed the meal.

The food is amazing and the service is wonderful! I truly enjoy coming as often as I can each evening is always special! The salad bar is fabulous with fresh mozzarella and 15 different balsamic vinegar. The menu items mascarpone asparagus broccoli soup is so rich and delicious, the new rice and in addition my favorite warm cheesy buttery rolls they have some garlic bread that has a creamy garlic filling you can't get enough of! Delicious wonderful evening! Don't forget dessert or the strawberry caipirinha!

Being Father's day, I got to pick which restaurant our family got to visit. We had been here before, but we limit our visits due to it being such a decadent and indulgent feast. We also had my 3 year old granddaughter, so we had some concerns as to boredom limitations. Our server, Marty, put us at immediate ease by his helpful manner. We ordered our drinks, and attacked the legendary salad bar. Folks, anytime you can get all the smoked salmon, artichoke bottoms, hearts of palm, and prosciutto that you can eat, you take full advantage of it! However, having been here before, we remembered, vaguely, that this is just a prelude to the carnivorous feast that was coming. It did not disappoint. As soon as we finished our salad plates, we flipped the cards to green. We were immediately swarmed by men with spits of various meats. Our consensus was the leg of lamb, the lamb chops, and the Garlic sirloin. After numerous servings, we sat back completely satiated. The very good house red blended wine helped. I can't say enough about the quality of the food, or the level of excellent service. It is truly a special event type of place. We will be back, and it has my highest recommendations.

We came early on a Saturday night (last night) on Cinco De Mayo. They had $5 drink specials that our party of 6 took advantage of. The service is incredible here. We never felt rushed. The selection of meats is good, but I agree with other reviewers who said "not excellent." When you visit when they are busier there seem to be more servers and more meat selections. (This was not my first time). My only complaint is that not only is this expensive, but the prices have raised since the last time we came. With gratuity for a party of 6 who only had maybe $20's in alcohol, the bill was $360. It's now $56 per person, before tax and tip. I'm going with 4 stars rather than 5 because the price felt like a punch to the gut when we got the bill. The prices are not listed or talked about on the website or on the menu as far as the prices of the meals.

My wife and I were invited to a retirement party held at Estancia's near the Arboretum in Austin. The atmosphere was very festive and indicative of Brazil. The self serve salad bar was exceptional. There was much to chose from and everything was fresh and crisp. You are given a small disk at the table which you use to indicate you are ready for a meat entree. If the green side is up, waiters will approach with a serving of meat on a skewer. Be sure to ask or indicate how well done you prefer your meat. It mostly comes rare or medium rare and I prefer medium to medium well. The waiters will come back by with your preferred order. Don't forget to turn your disk over to red to indicate no more servings for awhile. The selections of meat ranged from lamb, beef and sausage. I have eaten Kobe beef in South Korea and this was every bit as good. I would have rated it excellent but it was a bit pricy for my budget. However, for a special occasion, it is certainly worth it.

Came back to try it out again after having a terrible experience prior. Well here we go again, granted two meals were complimentary from the prior visit this didn’t excuse the experience this time around. For starters my wife went to go change our infant son only to find dirty diapers stuffed in the changing station. When we were sat we got placed in an area to where staff constantly were bumping my child’s carrier. And I and my best friend were constantly called sir by the staff…just because I have short hair doesn’t mean you need to be oblivious. Never again…going to Fogo de chao

Very good salad bar, meat is perfect. Could have more side dish, but they server baked bananas, and "pão de queijo". Our American and European collages enjoyed very much. They also served New York style cheese cake.

From the friendly greeting as you enter to the wonderful service throughout your entire meal, this is definitely an experience that shouldn't be missed. The food is delicious and the service is top-notch!

Outstanding steak house! I’ve been going to Brazilian steakhouse for years and this is one of the best ones. Some say $50 is too much but price out your next steak meal at a chain restaurant and you’ll go to a Brazilian steakhouse next time. From the shrimp, lamb chops, sirloin, pork medallions and then the salad bar and sides, I waddled back to my hotel! A great dinner! Everything high quality and cooked to perfection!

I have visited Estancia many times and have posted reviews in other platforms too, as well as having lived in Brazil and frequented other larger Churrasquerias locally and elsewhere in the US, and Estancia is a "local" gem! The service this time was exceptional, the best ever! The food was outstanding and they have increased their offering both in entrees and salad bar. To give some feedback, I've always found their Caipirinhas a little weak in Cachaza with too many lime slices for the price charged. I often make my own, for years, but I always get one as part of the experience.

Some in our party had eaten at a good many churrascarias, so their opinion is reflected in this review. Firstly the setting, which is traditional-recreated, with some interesting paintings. The tables are of a good size - important with this style of food - and with enough room between them for the skewer-and-knife-wielding servers to swing by. The salad bar was full and varied: remember to take only half what you could eat to make room for the whole point of coming - the Meats! The Sirloin cuts and the lamb really stood out here. None of us bothered with chicken. The meat was tender and well flavoured BUT they do over-salt. So try to avoid the first cut (let someone else have the crusty outside...). My own concern with churrascaria food is that I'm just too greedy, and cannot stop myself having just one more mouth-melting slice...So a restaurant for the experience but not for the everyday...

This place has a cool atmosphere. We made reservations but arrived early and had drinks at the bar while we waited. We were seated right on time at a nice table. We were against the wall next to the wine room. I'm really glad because there is a LOT of foot traffic and sitting in the middle amongst it all would've made me anxious. They definitely light poured the liquor in my husband's drink but it still tasted good. The salad bar is the best restaurant salad bar I've seen. Once you turn your card over to the green side signaling that you're ready for meat, things get overwhelming, in the best kind of way. I LOVED being able to try so many different meats between my Husband and I. I tried.. garlic sirloin, filet mignon, parmesan pork chop, leg of lamb, lamb chop, bacon wrapped chicken, and barbecue chicken. I was drooling all day in anticipation of the filet but I ended up loving the sirloin and bacon wrapped chicken the most. We had coffee and dessert. The creme brulee was much larger than I've had before and they should recommend splitting it. It was the most mediocre creme brulee I've eaten but it was perfect for cleansing the pallet. The Brazilian coffee was excellent. The service here is exceptional and the experience is certainly something people should try at least once. If you are staying at The Renaissance you can just stroll right over.

It seemed pricey for lunch, but when you pay the bulk of the price for a salad bar and then all-you-can-eat meats for $10 more, you are blown away by the selection. Every kind of meat was paraded before us. I tried almost everything, and I think my blood chemistry changed after that Paleo "Fix!" The wait staff was very professional

My brother & his wife treated us to a Sunday late lunch on the weekend Harvey hit the coast. I wondered if they would have the staff & food but all went well. This is the usual steakhouse setup with a nice salad bar starter. Then all the meat you can eat. This was good for the two univ young men who were with us. I had the delicious lamb which I rarely get to eat. We shared deserts. There was happiness all around.

I call these Brazilian BBQ places "The Beast Feast." We made a reservation for 5:30 Christmas evening and showed up early and had to wait for a table as the place was wall to wall folks eating out. Could not tell you what was on the salad bar. Why bother with carbs with so much meat to sample? W stated the smoke salmon on the salad bar was some of the best she had ever had and she is a picky sea food/fish person. My kids love the theme. Price is $50/person for adults, $25/person for children. Caipirinha drinks are about $10 each about the same for desserts. One knock on this place. They keep coming around with the "house special" sirloin, and other cuts but I kept asking for the Goucho with the Rib-eyes and the Beef Tenderloin....had to wait and wait and wait. Seems like the high-end cuts were mia but worth the wait. In addition, this place should try adding music and or Carnival dancers like our favorite Churrascaria in Niagara Falls Ontario. The music and dancers there make it an unbelievable event dining out.

We loved this place! We can't rave about it enough. Yes its very pricey at $50/person but the food, the food! Its soo good! The meats are delicious and I wish I can eat and try every single different kind of brazilian style grilled meat but now that we've been going for years, we have our favorites like their house special, ribs, lamb chops and filet mignon etc. BUT if that wasn't enought, their salad bar is to die for! Their choices are immense and varied and all so delish! I love their artichokes and always get too much. To be smart you shouldn't fill up on that nor their delicious bananas, mashed potatoes and those teasing little brazilian cheese bread but one can not pass those up! They compliment the meal soo much! I literally can eat 3 plates of bananas equaling like 5 total? Ugh to good. We look forward to celebrating our anniversary there every year and they always make us a yummy cake to die for too :) A must go place especially for special occasions!

Went there for dinner, just after reaching Austin after a long overseas flight. I was somewhat surprised that there was no menu and I was given the only possible option: salad buffet followed by the full churrascaria service (50$). The salad buffer, although looking quite large and offering an extensice choice, did not contain many items that I enjoyed (the fungi were terrible and the dried tomatoes just average). In contrast, as expected, the meat was very good and was provided as many times as wished. Beef (particularly picannha) and sheep bites were very tasty, while I was somewhat disapointed by the pork (dry). A choice of sauces is also proposed. Service, while efficient for delivering the meat, was very pushy, offering too many times a new glass of caipi or a new glass of wine. This ended up being a pain! Finally, the restaurant setting was just average!

We have been eat lunch/dinner here since it was locate at 290/mopac (by oak-hill) then relo to the arboretum a/b 4-5 yrs ago. We ate so many alike Brazilian Steakhouse from Texas-Chicago-Florida-California-Las Vegas...but Estância Churrascaria in Austin, Texas is becoming more for us to dine out. The quality of the meats, the salad bar, the services and most importantly are the managements. Mr. John is so courteous and professional polite stop by our table and want to know if our foods were ok. I don't see this often. John always make sure everyone are happy to be here. This is a bonus for us because we know John will ensure us to be here and enjoy our foods. We loved the promo of getting a free lunch/dinner that they have during the holidays. If you have a big appetite for variety of different steak meats, pork rib, sausage, lambs, chicken, my wife and daughters absolutely love love the salad bar. Did mentioned the parking is awesome...u can park your self FREE. Unlike Austin downtown we got charged. Keep up the good foods and we keep coming back!

we went here recently, and were both underwhelmed. i have been to multiple brazilian steakhouses, and this was just "ok". salad bar was limited, tomatoes werent fresh. meat selection was good, but flavor was not what ive come to expect. waitstaff was very pushy sbout alcohol, did not want us to buy by the glass.

Delicious food and professional space. Austin Women and wine had met here And we will be back. Easy dinner here!

Whether you are a vegan or a carnivore, you will have plenty of the BEST and FRESHEST food to make you happy. Salad bar cannot be beaten anywhere, and the selection of meats boggles the mind. All staff members are the best - friendly and professional. Worth every penny...and save room for cheese cake or crème brulée....to die for!!!!!!
Meat meat meat meat and some sides
For a flat fee (41.95 lunch and 51.95 dinner) you get a large salad bar, some sides like fried banana and polenta and mashed potatoes, and lots of meat - all you care to eat. The meats are done on skewers and the doneness varies, so it can be a bit of a chance what you’ll have. You have a card to indicate that you’d like service. The meats we had on our visit were done the way we liked them, with the filet mignon being very tasty. Is it a good value? Not really, in my view. The quality of the sides is not excellent. The potatoes were cold when we got them. The meats are good, but overall the price is pretty high. Waiters zoom by. I was disconcerted to find that my capirinha drink, while nice, was very light on liquor and cost $12.95.
