It was tasty! A nice and cute little place that you could visit being around downtown. Very good service and a clean restaurant to stay and eat inside. Menu has lots of options. Totally recommended.

The poke is awesome! Everything is fresh and the pics is really good! You can order to go or eat inside the restaurant !

Was in downtown Seattle looking for food & found this place. Nice place with efficient staff. The toppings that goes with your poke is incredible- lots of options & varieties. There’s hot tea & citrus infused water for free to go with your meal. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

Loved the FOB rice and sauce. The line moved fast, people were friendly. The menu is laid out clearly in steps. Nice atmosphere inside with free fruit infused water. Good sized portions

I love Poké and I thought this place was fantastic! The portions are large and well priced with a great selection of additions. It’s pretty popular and there was a 15min wait with a line out the door!

This Poke Bar saved my life. I stayed two days in Seattle and I love to eat fresh, healthy, carb free and tasty. This is what you find here. Thank you so much for the perfect poke bowls.

My wife and I stopped here for a quick dinner before a play at Theater Schmeater. The service was really quick and the food had good flavor. There is a huge selection of ingredients to choose from. Considering the quality of the ingredients the prices here were very reasonable.

Relaxed vibe. Generous portions. Mix and match your own poke bowl. Really delicious options. I’ll definitely be going back.

So I don't have a comparison. But the guys couldn't have been sweeter and more patient as I figured out how to order. Got the two protein bowl. Ahi tuna and beef. Both were delightful. The portion was great. Price reasonable. Definitely a nice new stop and I got mine without rice so it felt so healthy!!!

The line was out the door for lunch on one of the first sunny Fridays of spring but it moved quickly and I had my food in about 10 minutes. The ordering system is very efficient but seems overwhelming when you walk in. The service is friendly and the employees walk you through the process. Step 1: rice or veggie (FOB Rice is infused with green tea and coconut. awesome!), Step 2: protein (small is 2 scoops, large is 3 scoops, mix and match. I chose tuna, salmon & spicy tuna. I wish I doubled up on the tuna instead of the spicy tuna), Step 3: Sauce (I went with FOB poke sauce since a lot of the others seemed creamy, which I didn't want), Step 4: Toppings (mostly vegetables. Avocado is $0.50 more but you get 1/4 of an avocado), Step 5: More Toppings (just before the register, mostly fried goodness). Everything was very fresh and it tasted amazing.

We imbibed in Poke at two Seattle locations during a recent family vacation and the FOB Poke Bowl was awesome. Fast friendly service and wonderfully fresh ingredients in a clean downtown eatery. We actually parked on Elliot, engines the Olympic Sculpture Area and then hiked to FOB for dinner. We were all pleased with our make your own Poke bowls. Take a peek in the unisex restroom and see the special electronic mirror with news and other information and swish a little complimentary mouthwash so you don't walk out with fish/onion breath. Complimentary fruit infused water is available and incredible miso soup is also offered for a nominal $2 charge.

After landing in Seattle after a day of travel our daughter brought us here for a tasty healthy meal. All 3 of us got the poke bowl with a large variety of protein, base (rice, salad, etc), sauces and toppings. Definitely a filling delicious meal. Will return.

The presentation of choosing your own Poke is great. Good taste. Lots of variety to choose from. They lack more kindness, say hello. Only one of the employees performed customer service. The others need to be nicer. But very good food. I recommend it...

If you like sushi and have never tried poke, then you don't know what you're missing. This place is as good as any I've visited. Nice variety of proteins including seared ahi tuna. There is a small sitting area, but most people do takeout.

This is a must if you like poke. I had a regular size bowl for $10.99 and you get 2 poke choices, a choice of rice, sauce and toppings to add to your bowl. There are many combinations to choose from and I was able to taste the sauces to work out what I wanted. Most of the toppings are vegetables and if you include them then your bowl is really stacked with yummy goodness. I ended up with salmon and ahi poke with spicy mango sauce and green tea infused rice. It was awesome and I regret not going back for more.

This place offers a good value for money meal. There is a large choice of options and combinations. Some of the fishes were not tasty while some where really delicious. Sauces were perfectly seasoned.Ingrédients we’re unfortunately not mixed and it was difficult to have a blended taste

IYou have choices of the base of your bowl, not just rice or noodles, but also salad, spinach or kale, various dressings, all kinds of vegetables and seafood garnishes, salsas, and several types of glistening fresh fish. There are also two sizes of bowls. If you're not ready for raw fish, there's seared tuna as an option. If you're new to poke, as I was, this is a great place to start. I came back on my last day in Seattle, because I had enjoyed it so much.

I love their concept—it’s like a Subway for people who like Asian flavors. You can either build your own poke bowl or salad, and the number of options is impressive. I chose the smaller size poke bowl, and it was still a lot of food. I went with the green tea jasmine rice, salmon and seared ahi for my proteins, wasabi aioli for my dressing (several options to choose from), cucumber, green onion, and seaweed for the “mix ins” (there were four choices available), and for toppings (again, an extensive array of choices) went with spicy crab salad, masago, pickled ginger, and a mango salsa that the employee recommended. Complimentary fruit-infused water and tea are available as well. It’s not a large cafe, but you can take orders to go. I look forward to eating here again the next time I’m in Seattle.

First the goods... pricing is really good. $ 15 per pound. Good selection of various rolls and a few choices of nigiri. Quick inventory turn-over. The issue here is that almost all of the rolls are covered with sauces... and basically, you can't tell what fish you are eating. Secondly, way, way too much rice.. Huge line....

Opened in March, we were luck to find it while in town for business. We went for lunch and the whole idea of building your own Poke bowl is awesome. Everything was very fresh. And the combinations available, greens, rice, sauce, plus all the add in's. You see it made before your eyes, you control what's place in your meal. They have two sizes, I wish I'd ordered the bigger bowl, because it was so good. This was a meal I was eating fast because it was so damned good!

This was an excellent stop while we visited Seattle. My compliments on keeping the ingredients fresh, the attitude of the employees superb AND a good bang for your buck!

Is the best option on the go! It is quick and delicious! Next time im in town will definitely stop by

I mean they pack more poke bowls through the line in 5 min than most places could handle in an hour. It’s freakin delicious too. I’d recommend in a heartbeat.

They were training someone, so the checkout was very slow. Food was made fairly quickly, and you got it made to order. Selection was good, and sounded very healthy. Tasted excellent. Fairly priced for what you got. Very filling.

So, I've never been to Hawaii but I've heard from a few natives that this poke is on point with theirs. Great prices, great options and a very filling bowl. I love food, especially tuna and I can put down poke bowls elsewhere pretty easily-- not at FOB. I always have leftovers and they're always delicious again when I pick it up again a few hours later to finish. :) Service is fast and pleasant and you can have as many different sauces as you'd like. I'm worried that this place will jack up their prices because it is such a good value. People in Seattle are told to go to Uwajimaya for poke-- save your cash and get a poke bowl from FOB. You won't be disappointed!

FOB Poke Bowl was the perfect spot for a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was great. I enjoyed the infused water and miso soup dispenser!

I’m not kidding. This is by far and away the best poke I’ve ever had. The portions are huge (I just ordered the regular size and was extremely full) and everything tasted SO fresh. The FOB sauce is incredible and the fish was so delicate it melted in your mouth. I could seriously eat this everyday of my life.

Ever since discovering Poke in Oregon, I have became an obsessed fan; no one does Poke like the PNW! We were recommended this place while in Seattle and this place did not disappoint. Our party of 7 tried a little bit of every combination of Poke Bowl. What I liked about this place: - You can do half rice, half salad....must try their FOB Rice! - You can mix & match your scoops of protein (doesn't have to be all of one type) - They are not stingy when they put on all your toppings (protein or others) - Price is super reasonable - Employees are not rude and actually explain something, if you ask. There was a wait when we got there around 1:30pm on a Friday, but the line moved pretty fast. *Clean & modern feel. Thank you for the ginormous restroom and mouthwash (in restroom)!

I can be a poke snob, but this gets my 5/5 stars! They have a signature green tea & jasmine-infused rice that we all LOVED. Salmon was insanely fresh. They have a zesty mango topping which was so good.

Came here during a trip visiting our kids. Nicely broad menu, with options for those who don't like sushi like poke. Portion size was nice. Food was very fresh and tasty. Staff were helpful and friendly. As the non raw food lover in the group, this was my best poke experience ever.

We were in the mood for poke, so we fired up our search engine and found FOB Poke. Great place -- lots of protein choices (I picked the seared ahi), and tons of accompaniments, served by very friendly people. Seating is limited.

my second time came to this poke bar, love this foods, japan/hawaian ? fresh of raw fish, many option for the topping, free miso soup and infuse water, fast service will back again next week😋

Whether you're watching your weight, like sushi, or just want to try some exceptional, simple Hawaiian cuisine, then you must try FOB Poke Bar, just north of Pike Place Market, in a humble, unassuming, clean place to get exceptional food at a great price. I am so pleased I stumbled across this gem, on my last visit to Seattle. And it meets the needs for those, who must stay connected, offering wifi, and a place to sit and plug-in to recharge. You will leave, satisfied, feeling good, and knowing you will return. I will!

If you like poke - you must eat here. You literally build your own poke bowl using countless fresh, delicious ingredient options. You will not go hungry either - I got the regular bowl as opposed to the large one and still had some left over. I highly recommend the house rice seasoned with green tea, the tuna and the mango mixture. It was all good though. Best Poke I've ever had hands down. The employees are also super nice. I could eat here every week.

Poke bowls (raw fish on rice or salad with other toppings and sauces) from Hawaii seem to be the latest in fast food in Seattle. And FOB Poke Bar really does it well and at a good price. You choose your base (different rices/salads), your protein, your sauces, your toppings, etc. and in less than 2 minutes you have a delicious and healthy meal in your hand.

mix salad on the top of rice, we can chose some kind of rise, white, brown, green, also for the topping. tuna, chicken some fresh veggie or manggo, avocado, onion, seaweat, cant say one by one and level of spicies

As a Marylander, I love some good seafood. This tastes SO fresh and the toppings are endless for a flat rate - best value and huge portion around 😍

We ordered take out from the Bellevue store. I was disappointed, particularly in the scallops. I have had better poke and the salad component was a disappointment in particular as well.

FOB Poke Bar has the best Poke for such a reasonable price. For $10.99 you get a more than generous size bowl with two scoops of proteins. They have raw fish as well as cooked protein options and tofu. I have never been able to finish my regular size bowl but always leave very happy. They have tons of options for toppings to make a delicious and unique bowl. Tip--for your base get half rice half greens. It gives you a great combination.

FOB has incredibly fresh and delicious poke reasonably priced. We were impressed with the quality of service, food, and price. I highly recommend this restaurant for a quick, healthy, and delicious meal!

Great food, fresh fish, fairly priced. I like sushi so much I can barely live a week without it. We came across this poke bar while we were heading to a sushi restaurant. Never made it to the sushi resto, and dropped by here instead. The food was great, we came back the next day. Best poke we had in Seattle.

Love the quick service and healthy option near offices, to go or to stay there and eat. Everytime I'm in town is a must.

Massive servings, delicious super fresh and clean ingredients, affordable for the size, lots of signs/ stickers stating what things are gluten free which was great for me, amazing staff and so tasty! Couldn’t recommend more highly! You have to go!

The space was spacious and lots of choices! The staff was helpful and patient (it was our first time). The portion was generous and so delicious. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something quick but will fill you up!

Always looked forward to getting my regular Poke fix after having my hair cut in the Belltown neighborhood. But today am looking at a bowl that's only 3/4 full, maybe they're getting a little tight with their serving size. In a city with a poke place every few blocks, I'm sad, but guess it's time to make a switch.

We went here for dinner on a Thursday night. It was pretty crowded, about 10 people in line ahead of us but they really have a good assembly line system going. I ordered a 2 scoop protein bowl which was very affordable at $10 I thought. I think the 3 scoop is $12.99. They give you generous portions of all the sides and add ons. They loaded up the edamame and all of the extras. The protein scoops of poke are pretty measured out but still a good amount. We had just finished a 12 mile backpack and were full after eating here. The sauces were delicious. I had the FOB poke sauce and it was so good, I even took the extra home. The fish was fresh and flavorful and for all you avocado fans out there it was only $0.50 extra. My friend was in town from Chicago and he was like I would fly back out for this dish. And another friend regularly goes to Hawaii, home of poke and he liked this place better. The workers were friendly. It was a somewhat small place. There are 2 bigger tables that can accommodate 5/6 people and then a bar around the front and side of the store. You can do carry out as well. They have fruit infused water if that is your thing and a cup of miso soup is $2. Overall I was extremely impressed with this place and the value for the food you get. Would definitely recommend to anybody visiting Seattle.

This Poke joint offers a wide variety of proteins, sauce and toppings that let you be as creative as you want. My husband and I really enjoy your quick dinner. The place is clean. The service is super friendly and fast.

Had lunch here while on business travel this week. The line was long but moved fast. The food was simply delicious! You create your own poke bowl so the flavors are yours to mix. I have the green tea rice, salmon, cucumber, spicy crab, spicy mayo, and fried garlic. I also had a side of Miso soup. It was underwhelming but didn’t take away the great feedback on the poke bowl.

Good healthy food. It’s fast, friendly and you can choose everything for your special taste. The price is good! Good way to eat healthy!

Since I first discovered Poke in San Francisco 2 years ago I tried many Poke places in the US and in Europe but this is one of the best spots to get these delicious bowls! For 13.99$ you can enjoy a large portion with 3 scoops of base and protein and for 10.99$ you get the smaller ‚regular‘ one. You should definitely go there when staying in Seattle!

I love good sushi...and delicious poke, with huge premium chunks. In southern Cali, seems like poke shops are on every other corner, yet none of them tasted so awesomely magnificent like the ones I had at FOB...and all of those toppings! The price was super affordable for the amount of poke & goodness you get. Best part: my husband and I could split a bowl and both be full. With poke? Unheard of. So good, I didn't even mind the blatant drug deal outside, right in front of the restaurant.

A short walk from downtown in the bustling and bar heavy Belltown area. It is "Chipotle style" ordering where you walk down a line and pick your rice, your fish protein and then your veggie add ins. For $10.99 it was a bargain for the quality of fish and add ins offered. Lots of take away and Door dash because it only has 4 basic tables and single chairs at a bar lining the window and honestly, they are pretty close together. And it is kinda noisy with people constantly communicating their orders over the counter. Clean, fast and a good value. I would return again but next time will take the food to go.

Nice and clean small place. Ordered a big bowl of “make your own” and got three scoops of fresh chunks of fish. Also good sauce and seasonings, crab mix, roasted seaweed etc. if it was my choice I would eat there every day! The only little downside: prices on their website have not been updated. They are a few dollars higher now.

I went here last night with my sister, based on the fantastic Tripadvisor reviews....and it lived up to its reputation. It wasn't a pretty cafe - the decor was very basic, but we had no trouble getting a seat at 8pm near the window. There was so much choice in the Poke bowl, and in many instances we were allowed to have "a bit of everything on there included in the price". Every mouthful was a wondrous adventure for the taste buds. I was only in Seattle for one night, otherwise I would have loved to go back for another bowl!!! I know I'll be dreaming of that Poke bowl for months to come!

Fantastic poke bowls with a rich selection of ingredients and fresh, tasty proteins! Hearty meal at reasonable prices, and friendly staff. Very chill vibe when dining in. Don’t forget to grab some miso soup!

Our friends brought us here and we will always be grateful to her, This place was our first time trying poke bowl and it is a very good introduction. The people were friendly and helpful. Even though there were so many food, they bothered to explain one by one to us. For some strange reason, I ended up buying a large bowl while my intention was just the medium one. Naturally I could not finish it. But it is okay. One thing that I would caution is they mistook clam for scallops. I read scallop as my choice but later i saw clams in my bowl. And I had allergy for clams and so this one was wasted unnecessarily.

While visiting our son on vacation, he took us to this restaurant that he frequents for lunch. It was great! I'd never had poke and found that I like the combination of flavors so much that I could eat it every day. There are so many choices of protein and toppings that you would never get bored. Everything is fresh and bursting with flavor. The prices were very reasonable and the staff were so helpful. Great choice!

This is a simple place with excellent food. I am not really into the whole Poke trend, but this place changed my mind. The fish was super fresh, the sides were too and the sauces were all great. I liked this place so much that I actually stopped on my way to the airport! That said, it's good for a grab and go -- there is no atmosphere at all....But it's so good -- who cares?!?

I can’t get good poke where I live, so made it a point to pay a visit to FOB Poke while in Seattle for a few days. I had dinner at FOB on a Wednesday evening. I was the only patron so there wasn’t an issue finding a place to sit. The table-and-chair assemblies on the floor are not well suited to eating in comfort (at least for me). I felt like I needed a booster chair or the Yellow pages. So I took up a space by the front window. Much better. I had a large serving of all sorts of goodness. White rice, salmon, yellowtail and octopus, wasabi aioli, edamame, masago, and seaweed salad were some of the ingredients. Very tasty and filling. FOB is a great choice for a light, relatively inexpensive meal in downtown Seattle. I’ll be back!

I was just in town for 1 night and after checking into my hotel, I went searching for grub. This place was a block away and looked good. They have lots of options, but so opted for poke on FOB rice and FOB sauce. Lots of topping choices, where should I start? The fish was fresh and the place was extremely clean. Staff was patient with me as I tried to decide. Choices! In the end, the bowl I assembled was superb. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

The lines are a bit long..... but it was worth the wait!! My wife both enjoyed the food and our visit!! It didn’t take long to get out food and it was good!!

Delish. Great choices and came together well in the bowl. Clean bathroom and great drink choices too. Fast service and easy.

We tried this restaurant during the Dota 2 International tournament at the Key Arena last week. When we got there, there was a line out the door (noticed a lot of Amazon employees) but the line moves really fast so we were still out of there in about 10 minutes. My son doesn't like of the proteins so he chose the salad option ($7.99). He was still able to choose rice and all the other toppings. He LOVED the Tamagoyaki (grilled egg) which I haven't seen at other poke restaurants. I tried the salmon and seared tuna with FOB rice and kale ($9.99). For what you get, the prices are definitely reasonable. We loved the food so much we went back 3 times for lunch during the 6-day tournament. Once we had to order 6 bowls between the 3 of us (takeaway for the rest of our family) and it still moved quickly. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area!
Awesome!
This food is gorgeous! This is a hidden gem. Definitely check it out. The fish is EXTREMELY fresh, the staff is very sweet and the food is exactly what the doctor ordered if you’ve been eating greasy travel food for a few days.
