I can’t say enough about the impeccable service here and the quality of the food. The breakfast buffet was fantastic (shorter lady with glasses and no name tag made me the best egg scramble ever!) and the servers even sang to my husband for his bday and brought him a piece of pie! Dinner was really good too. Hats off to all the employees because they all were fantastic. We never had to wait long and they always had a smile.

I came for a “Linner” meal after traveling all day and attending a conference down the road with one, measley airplane snack under my belt. Ordered The Masters, a smash burger with pimento cheese and bacon, and a Michters Old Fashioned. First of all, the waiter, Phil was amazing. He made suggestions and was helpful with selecting a bourbon I liked. He told me about the locally made hot sauce on the table and I was not sad I tried it. Everything was cooked to perfection and Phil made the experience that much better. I may go back to my room and pass out. That’s when you know it’s good!

Kevin Stewart, our waiter, was an absolute pleasure. He was attentive, took care of our needs, didn’t treat us like a number and we would come back for a stay and breakfast just to be served by him again! The food was delicious, atmosphere amazing , staff great. Must go!

The buffet is fabulous. We had a great server. Darrick James was phenomenal. We Would return just for his service alone.its so rare to get good service these days.

Kevin Stewart deserves to be promoted to the director of hospitality at the Hilton Orlando. He went above and beyond to make our brunch truly memorable. From checking in on our table regularly and ensuring we had enough of everything to sharing awesome stories of his vast experience in hospitality, it felt like we were eating breakfast with a family member who really cared. My family is grateful to have met a wonderful human being this holiday season. Hilton Orlando, you have yourself an outstanding employee! Thank you, Kevin!! The new game simulator in the back of the bar is great. It has gulf, hockey, zombie dodgeball, and a lot more choices. You get your own personal waitress and your own room to hang out in. The service is amazing. Plus the food and drinks are great too. It was a great experience.

Entrance Sometimes slow to get you a table and they ask for your phone number even when it's empty. Theme It's a high end sports bar. I don't like sports so the first day we didn't eat here. I think it's risky to have a sports theme because it can drive away non jocks. Tech Multi-million investment in huge screen. For breakfast they play cool imagery instead of sports which is super cool. Dinner Frankly, amazing. Foodies will love it. Try the Jamaican rub wings in particular. Incredible food for a sports bar. Breakfast Big buffet and a la carte. Belgian waffles excellent. Hotel Offerings By far this is the best restaurant at the Hilton Orlando. The Mexican place in the lobby is barely edible. Service Josh and the other servers are really outstanding. Conclusion Don't let the sports theme turn you away. The food and service are excellent.

5. Ronnie was great. He makes the best choc milk. Breakfast was delicious. Large variety, could find something for everyone, regardless of diet or even the pickiest breakfast eater.

We had an amazing experience as usual. Paula was very attentive and friendly to our family. Ms. Rosa was also very sweet.

A superb welcome and excellent service. Ideal for families. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. We went back qq again during our stay.

This Hilton and it’s outdoor pool area is so lovely. They have so many little amenities and games you can play outdoors and enjoy that perfect Florida weather the lazy river and hot tub are one of my favorites to enjoy. That’s close to the convention center. The menu is unique and the food is so very good for a low price at the sports bar. There are plenty of TVs to enjoy games. The bartenders are so attentive and constantly check on you to make sure if you need to order anything else. In the evening they have two large fire pits so you don’t feel overcrowded or on top of other guests a definite place to put on your list to enjoy when visiting Orlando.

Had breakfast at the hotel. Adriana was our server and was killing it! Great server, very personable and very attentive to guest needs. We need more folks like her in the world. People appreciate someone who works hard and she is that person. Great hotel. Great service. Great people.

Located in the Hilton Hotel near the convention center, this is a great quick In-N-Out restaurant. The food is delicious. And the breakfast buffet is well worth it. I was surprised at how delicious the coffee was and the bakery itemswere above par. It is located on the lower level of the Hilton so it takes a little bit of time to get to but the view of the pool and landscape is lovely. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable. We watched the Kentucky Derby and the baseball game in the bar the evening before and with many many televisions it was a great experience.

It’s disappointing to pay for a service i.e. breakfast buffet with the purchase of your stay just to be told they will not be providing it because it’s “not busy”. Then be told you will be charged a la carte against the purchase while essentially paying more for less food.

Our group had a breakfast together at our annual conference. The food was excellent but the prices were a bit too high and the service was not good. Lost one star for the poor service.

My family and I enjoyed the breakfast Buffett for three consecutive days and had the privilege of being taken care of by Phil. Phil was kind, sweet, and took care of our needs and personalized our time. In addition, the staff was efficiently s d patient while being cheery. I felt like I was at my local haunt and not a hotel resturant. Great service!

Food was delicious!! Our server Phil was super friendly and attentive! He made me a great mocktail too!! So glad we stopped in! 10/10!

Great place for casual pool side dining, very good breakfast selection for reasonable prices and excellent quick service.

Breakfast was very good. I recommend eating here. Breakfast buffet has a very large selection. I had pancakes, sausage, cereal, etc.

Breakfast Buffett was packed and our waiter Austin was by himself handling the outdoor patio and all his tables were full. Even tho he was beyond busy he stayed calm, polite and professional. As a business owner here for fabtech he should be recognized for being a great employee.

FastBreak is a comfy restaurant and bar for couples, families or business folk. It is located in the Hilton near the Orange County Convention Center. The staff is super friendly and the food is a cut above the usual hotel fare. If you get Cassidy or Lerma as your waitress you have a slam dunk!!!

We had a wonderful brunch experience from start to finish. The staff was so friendly and answered all questions we had. There was a HUGE selection on the breakfast buffet, so it made the price worth it. My made-to-order omelette was delicious, the bacon was crispy, and I loved the choices of bakery items. The only two things that weren't 5-star were the breakfast potatoes (tasted great, but cold) and a staff member sweeping under my table while I was still occupying it. Other than that, great experience!

This was an excellent overall experience. The buffet food was excellent, and my server Paula was attentive and proficient. All attendants on the buffet were attentive, courteous, and friendly. Very good breakfast dining.

Just returned from a stay at the Hilton for a National Dance Competition. We ate at the Fast Break several times over our stay for lunch and dinner. Not only is the food excellent but it's a great atmosphere to enjoy a bite, a drink and watch games - as they have several TV's all over the whole restaurant and around the bar. But the reason I am writing this review is because of the amazing, professional, over and above job the manager Josh Lazar and his amazing staff did helping us with a celebration team/family dinner. Josh spoke with us several times before the event and when we arrived in Orlando to help us understand the set up of the private room he gave us, making sure the tables were arranged how we wanted. He assigned Neal and Jen (and forgive me, I know there were others) who worked the event and set it up perfectly as we were running late and arrived later than expected. They were pleasant and totally accommodating from start to finish and truly made the evening a night no one will ever forget. I cannot recommend this place and this staff highly enough.

Lerma, Gisline, Austin, Darncic, Dlvaro and Claudia are all rockstars thank you guys for amazing service to our big groups.

Excellent breakfast buffet spread including made to order omelets and steak! Very accommodating for all diets and was able to provide turkey products instead of pork. Paula did a great job taking care of us!

Great place. TVs to watch sports are awesome. Lots of TV and many are huge. Also unique game experiences too to have fun. Food and service was good. Fun atmosphere.

If you're staying at the Hilton or attending the convention center, this is a great restaurant to get a good meal. The restaurant has a sports theme with interesting names for the food selections. We had excellent, friendly service, and there is a full bar to serve you.

Adrionna is the most wonderful morning server! She was very attentive to our table's needs and she has the most beautiful smile! The brunch buffet was awesome with so many selections and I will tell others to check it out and make sure they ask for Adrionna, specifically.

Ana is an excellent server. We had her the last time we ate at Fastbreak. The food was delicious and served quickly. I had the Caesar salad and the rubin sándwich with fríes. My wife had the mixed green salad and ice tea.

This restaurant was delicious, for lunch! But Javier & Gio made it the best lunch ever, since we have been on vacation! Javier, has made it so we can't wait for the next meal, so we can go and see him, and his recommendations to eat!! He is a Rockstar, if you are served by him, you'll never forget your experience!!

The service was impeccable, Cassidy was very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the hotel.

Good food and great screens for watching all kinds of sports events. Ordered the grilled ribeye with truffle potatoes and it was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Friendly server and plenty of seating inside or out. A bit pricey for casual dining but enjoyed it!

Fast break is a great breakfast place food is good and Paula the server is excellent from my point of view they always have a pleasant staff and greet you with a smile

Our server Kevin was exceptional. Very pleased. Great service. Our breakfast was delicious, Salmon and Bagels was well prepared and the Greek Yogurt with fruit was yummy.

Food was good, but service was below average. Was finished with first round of breakfast before greeted or served. They did not notice we weren’t served until other tables around us who came in after us were served. Waited for check, it was not until we were about to walk out that we were ran down to pay.

What an amazing restaurant. A great experience and delicious food with the perfect ambience for sports watching or just relaxing with a view of the amazing outdoor space. We also rented the swing suite which gave us access to a personal server and a private game room that help entertain the kids to bridge gap between checking out and going to the airport. The food was absolutely amazing. The service was incredible and Chef Ron so now some delicious milkshakes for the kids. I’d give the six stars if I could.

So convenient in the hotel where our conference is. Great service, the ahi ahi poke bowl is delish. Our waitress is lovely.

We were served by Kevin who was one of the nicest guys we have met during our stay. He always went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience during breakfast. The food was also great and the staff were also very friendly. If you do get chance to eat here. Ask for Kevin to be your server. :)

We had a great time at the top golf booth! Great way to end the night, kids loved it. More than just golf, it had football, hockey, soccer and more!

I went for Breakfast with my wife and toddler. Our server Phil was nice and very accommodating. It can be a little nerve wracking going to eat with a 2 year old but Phil was very friendly and attentive. For the breakfast buffet there was plenty of options, the typical breakfasts foods and some surprises that were delicious such as ceviche and charcuterie.

Service was excellent, fries were good and plenty. I had the chicken sandwich , wife had mahi mahi sand. Both were average.

We had a great breakfast at FastBreak's buffet. Delicious offerings including made to order omelettes, cereals, fruit, yogurts, etc. Jacqueline, Paula and John were very helpful. Jacqueline took extra time to point out options that were ideal for our group. She is knowledgable and cares a great deal. This was one of the best breakfasts that we have had at a hotel. Very well done.

Had an awesome Nashville Chicken Sandwich. Additionally our bartender Rodrigo was super nice and attentive. We will be back.

I dined at Fast Break for Saturday breakfast during a conference in Orlando. Server Miguel and staff were friendly and attentive. Last month I was here as well and they were so welcoming too. Quality of the buffet is great. Plenty of gluten free options, fresh fruit, eggs prepared to order with charcuterie and cheeses. Plenty of options for any guest. I highly recommend this restaurant and Hilton property when staying in Orlando.

Michael was awesome. He was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. We truly enjoyed him. We will be going back because of Michael.

We came here for breakfast, and our server Dlvaro was amazing and he put the FAST in fast break! The coffee was really great! We ending up coming back that night and ANA was equally amazing! Great job

I’m in town for a business conference. I wanted more than one cup of coffee, and I wanted real cream, so I decided to eat at the restaurant rather than ordering room service. I was immediately seated, and they gave me a window table with a view of the outdoor space. Everyone who helped me was super-friendly. I especially appreciated my server, Sanel. I had a few quirks in my order, and he never seemed annoyed or bothered by my requests. He was so helpful and kind, and I genuinely appreciated his service! The food was pretty typical for a hotel this size. I especially enjoyed the chia pudding and fruit on the buffet. Also, I noticed that they had multiple gluten free options if you need that.

Located inside Hilton Orlando. Food and service are both great. We did two days of breakfast and one dessert night. The memory of the avocado toast will stay in my heart for a long time. How can I go back to normal avocado toast now? The fruit plate was super fresh and the guys liked their egg scrambles. The buffet was also a huge hit. For dessert - the twinkies were awesome. For a restaurant located steps away from the pool, you’d think pool food but this is a great place to eat. We went dressed up and we went in covered up pool clothing. Both were acceptable. $76 breakfast for party of 4 - no buffet. $59 breakfast for party of 2 with 1 buffet.

The FastBreak at the Hilton Orlando is a nice place to relax, They offer a variety on the menu, buffet service and the atmosphere is friendly and familiar, we felt very comfortable.

Great option to stay in at the Hilton during a conference. Food is great and the staff was great, getting us in and out quickly during the lunch break of our conference. I'm amazed that they were able to handle the rush of so many people all at once. It really shows the organization the team has. Thank you!

Miguel was a breath of fresh air compared to several other workers' lack of customer service! He greeted us with a smile and provided us with all the dining options. He checked in and verified that we were comfortable and enjoying our food. Miguel made my mother and me feel appreciated, and it was clear that he had a passion for providing excellent service. Employees like Miguel will always inspire us to choose Hilton.

The breakfast buffet at FastBreak is delicious and offers a lot of variety, more variety than usual. The staff is attentive and friendly. Especially enjoyed meeting food server Paula, she was very helpful and friendly. Definitely made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable

Decided to get dinner and really did not want to travel after traveling all day and working. I noticed the Steakhouse was closed so decided to walk around and look at the different places to eat. I cam upon Fastbreak and there was 2 of my colleagues eating there. I decided to go in and give the food a try. The server came up and I asked him how was the sandwiches and he said you will not be dissatisfied. He was not only right but polite and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Shout out to Phil for recommendations and the Mahi sandwich was fantastic.

Phil was an exceptional server. He was very kind and patient, and assisted us with anything we needed. He brought us what we asked for very quickly, which was nice. He’s the best server we’ve had at a Hilton hotel. Thank you to Phil.

We were greeted warmly by Javier and shown to a table overlooking the hotels' beautiful pool. Javier told us about the breakfast buffet, and he described many of the items being offered. We asked for coffee, which was served piping hot and was delicious. The selections on the buffet were numerous and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Fastbreak had convenient hours, delicious food, and outstanding service. Fastbreak was a wonderful start to our day.

Breakfast buffet was perfect for our large party of 15. But the best part of our experience was our server, Kevin, who provided exceptional hospitality. From keeping our coffee filled to entertaining our kiddos, Kevin is a true hospitality superstar!

Our group visited for a conference at the hotel. The Fastbreak Sports Bar was out goto spot. Our server Ari is awesome! Great service and even better personality. Great place love sitting outside. Good good and drinks.

Our family rented the Swing Suite at FastBreak and it exceeded all expectations. The multi game simulator was a hit with kids and adults alike but the highlight was the Food and Beverages, This is elevated bar food at it’s best. served by attentive staff and Chef Ron even brought in some killer milkshakes for dessert. Highly recommend for family and friends looking to hang in a private room or hosting clients. Well done FastBreak

I had the Mango Habanero wings and truffle fries for lunch. FANTASTIC!!! Just the right combination of sweet and spicy. And the wings were cooked to perfection. The truffle fries were seasoned perfect as well. Best lunch ever.

Top notch class restaurant! Janilze Gonzales and Austin were both equally amazing. Definitely recommend coming here for Breakfast! Get here in time before they end menu orders to save a little but the Buffet is insane! Well done.

Great breakfast buffet!! They had gluten free options which are a huge win for my family (celiac), and our server, Javier, was fun and engaging! We will be back again!
