…if you have absolutely no alternative for brunch, eat here.

By David L |

Strangely busy given how mediocre it is, but I suppose all places that serve basic food close to The Strip are. Came for brunch - very, very slow service, mediocre food, instantly forgettable. There are dozen upon dozen of similar places at this price point, most better in my view.

manager dislikes service dogs

By codyagage |

Food was great i had the truffle pizza. the worst part was the manager telling me im not allowed to take a service animal to eat even though its and ADA federal law. so i had to notifiy the police and the ADA that i was not allowed in the establishment and had to contact the regional manager and they let me in the the establishment.

Unique dinning on the Promenade

By John H. |

Love this place for everything from breakfast to dinner. It has a unique feel on the Promenade. Seating inside and outside. The food is excellent and the specials are a fantastic value. Tatiana recognizes us at the hostess stand and always finds a way to get us our favorite table and favorite server. Nikki remembers us trip after trip. She even remembers our favorite drinks and menu items. We feel appreciated.

Good service and tasty meal

By Sebastien N |

Welcomed at the entrance, you can choose either to eat at the bar, inside or to enjoy the terrace. I ordered a salad that was fresh and tasty with a light nice dressing. Very good.

Just Don’t

By Fred C |

Cold food, staff never came back to check. Items brought out in odd order. Waiter didn’t know what carrots or celery were actually called? Wings. Club sandwich was plain and dull with not much flavor. Wings we’re actually good!

Your basic average place.

By Bob M |

Your basic average place. We stopped for lunch. Ordered the charcuterie board, the wrong one delivered, cancelled that. The rest was your average restaurant food. Nothing special, nothing bad, just like a hundred other places here.

Wow! Hidden Gem

By Stacey R. |

We stopped in just as lunch started on a Saturday. It's right by the fountain in the Linq promenade. They had a Prime rib meal for $14! I ordered that and my friend ordered the Shrimp cocktail. The Shrimp were huge. The prime rib was beautiful! The ambiance was winderful. the waiter was friendly and attentive!

Jet Lag disaster

Popped in for dinner- ordered special prime rib, potatoes and asparagus- arrived warm, advised meal wasn’t hot- took away and returned over cooked via grill- waiter spilled jus over white trousers. Manager was not helpful at all- couldn’t care less attitude- no offer of sweet menu, Bill put on table without asking- terrible terrible terrible

Great food and drinks!

By Karen S |

We stumbled upon Favorite Bistro while strolling the LINQ promenade. They offered a dinner special of salad, steak, fries, and dessert for $40. It was delicious! Such a great deal for the amount of food. The service was great too. Our waiter, I think his name was Wolf?, was very personable. There was also live music. Overall a great experience!

Don't Go

By bonecrackerstu |

Okay, I really try and write good reviews, however, I just can't find much good in this establishment. My friend and I went there this past Friday night. It was 8.00PM. The place was pretty empty. That probably should have tipped us off. However, as we were seeing a show near by, we stayed. I had the chicken which was fair, my friend had the sea bass, which was, to say the least, over cooked. I ordered the mac and cheese side, which was pretty bad.(They took it off the bill). My friends side was ratatouille. It was well, disgusting. Our table was near the bread bar, which we sat staring at for 15 mins, I finally asked our server, "does bread come with our meal"? His response was, "oh, you want some?" YES, WE DO!!. All in all, probably one of the poorest meals I've had in Vegas. Truthfully, I highly doubt this place will be open much longer. We left about 8.45PM.to walk around. On our way back, around 9.30, it was already shut down for the night. Sorry Favorite Bistro, not my favorite.

Bad food, terrible service, deafening music. What else can someone ask for?

By PianoManCambridge |

If your ideal dinner includes bad food, terrible service, coupled with deafening music that gets you a headache and just makes you want to finish and run away as quickly as possible, plus paying a pretty high price for all that -- then this would be the ideal place for you. However, if this doesn't sound like a fun dining experience, then you're absolutely right. Look for a different place. Let's start with the food. It takes real talent to destroy a salmon fish, but that's exactly what they did at this place (the veggies that came with the salmon were OK, but that's a small consolation). The onion soup I started with was one of the worst I had ever eaten, in roughly 3 decades of eating onion soup in many locations around the globe (I love onion soup, so trying it in many places). Next is the level of service. "Horrible" is the only term I can think of. One of the waiters was busy flirting with the hostess, and couldn't care less about what's going on around him. The service started & ended by bringing the food, and that's it. When my glass of water emptied, and I was still thirsty -- I reached out to my plastic water bottle that I always carry with me when traveling to Vegas on business. I held it and drank from it for a good 2-3 minutes. NO ONE in the restaurant saw or was bothered that I'm drinking water from a bottle that I brought with me, and no one offered a refill to my empty water glass. Unbelievable! And as far as music -- the entire promenade around the LINQ hotel is filled with restaurants that seem to be competing between themselves by playing the loudest music possible, trying to deafen their customers. Not my cup of tea -- not the type of music (some type of electro music that bangs the head), and certainly not the incredibly high volume at which it was played. Regarding price, this place is not cheap. Bill came to ~ $43 before tip, for a bad soup and terrible salmon. Since I've been traveling to Vegas on business for quite a few years, I know there are much better places to eat not far from there, for same or lower cost. I regret not going to a place I already knew to be good, and deciding to "experiment" with a new place. Bottom line: find someplace else if you want an enjoyable dining experience.

Happy Hour Visit

By Rich J |

We like this place and had a good experience our first night here. Had a different bartender, Brandon W today during happy hour. He had to be the rudest smart ass I have ever dealt with at an establishment. Made rude comments to the few questions we had... matter of fact, he has been our only bad experience during our trip.

Great spot

By JayT&Hay |

Live music outside, sitting by a busy promenade, good service and nice drinks. What more could you ask for? Nice place to start the night

Lobster Roll Rocks !

By Rock Star Rodeo |

Timothy was our waiter, very pleasant and helpful, was on top of our drinks and food order. Big Stud and I shared the Lobster Roll, it was delicious, nicely presented and accompanied by fries. But the next time, Im not sharing! Haha !$5 Happy Hour from 2to 7pm AND $14 PRIME Rib dinner. Check this place out

Too pricey and no quality control

By rich20years |

Cold-to-the-touch burgers, $33 charcuterie plate served with no crackers, hard breads, or vegetables. Management offered to remove the charge for burger, then re-charged for the replacement... Although it was served 90 minutes after we had been seated! Can't wait to see what moves into this space next.

Great Brunch

By KJ3234 |

Part of the GoCity pass. It covered our whole meal. Great and different food options. Was delicious Ann's in a fun location by the Linq!

Fantastic service

By aaiimmeess |

We popped in for a quick drink after eating lunch elsewhere.. and left 3 bottles of wine later! We sat at the bar and received fantastic service from April. She’s so friendly and chatty; it was a real pleasure to be looked after by her. We also managed to stay for the live singer who was great and played lots of UK based songs for us! Would definitely pop back in next time I’m in Vegas!

Great food, service, highly recommend

By Andrew M |

Recently found this on our first afternoon in Vegas and pooped in for a quick bite and drink. very busy place but very friendly staff, super service and great food and drinks. Highly recommend!! Only issue for us is that they charged us gratitude's for being a party of 5 but they did not mention this prior to us sitting down. We always give gratitude's so would have been nice to be able to give what we feel was warranted instead of just being told what we had too.

If you order wings be prepared to wait a long time

By Denise S |

.We only ordered wings, fries, spinach dip and sliders from the happy hour menu. Several tables around us who ordered after us received their entire meal before us. Another table even got spinach dip. We finally received ours 40 minutes after ordering. Waitress said it took so long because we ordered wings. She also didn’t seem to care that my spinach dip was barely warm. She did take it off when I asked her too but it was a bit ridiculous for it to take that long and not be hot. I had also asked her about size of sliders before ordering and she said they were “average size”. The patty was over cooked and smaller than a fast food breakfast sausage. Very dry.

Breakfast

By SteveMatthewP |

We stopped in at 10:30 am. The service was friendly and relatively good. We did have some trouble getting refills but outside of that it was fine. We sat on the patio to do some people watching. Never a dull moment in Vegas even at 10:30am. We went with omelettes and potatoes. They tasted pretty good. We would come back again in the future.

Great Happy Hour

By Laura L |

Had some great food and drinks here during their lengthy happy hour. Brenda was amazing and her suggestions were appreciated. The Margherita Pizza was the best!

Food and service were both pretty bland

By Rosie MT |

We stopped in for an early lunch and were less than thrilled with our choice. You have to know right when you order your drink whether or not you will be ordering another or they don't let you do the "bottomless" option which is a better deal for two or more. They call it an upgrade 🤣 and won't bring another without charging the full price. The burgers were cold and disappointing. We won't be returning.

Terrible service

By Sarah B |

6 of us went for dinner one evening last week. None of us will ever go back. We sat and ordered our food, 3 of us went for the steak meal deal and the others just ordered either the soup or a burger. Then the singer started and was really loud. The meal deal came with the soup to start. 3 soups turned up and they looked nice. The quality was not consistent. The 4th soup turned up 10 minutes later and looked disgusting. It had no croutons in like the others and a ton of cheese. Just dumped in the bottom. As the 4th soup had taken so long to come, they started bringing out the mains. They hadn’t cleared the table and my husband’s main was just left on the empty table next to us. 5 minutes later the waiter came back with a cloth to cover it. Once he had finished we had to clear the dish and pass the meal over from the empty table. As my husband had just started his main a rude waiter came up and said the meal deal comes with dessert so we needed to choose what we wanted. But he basically shouted over us to listen to him. The chicken burger one of us ordered was awful and my friend only ate a little bit of it. No desserts were offered to anyone else on the table and surprise, surprise the desserts came out before the main meals had been finished or plates cleared. Once this shambolic episode came to an end and we were trying to pay the bill, the waiter was leaning over my head clearing condiments off the table. Needless to say, we didn’t leave a tip and will not be returning.

RUDE EMPLOYEES

By Dillon N |

Male server was very rude, no smiles or thank yous. The waiter even sighed at the suggest tip and then walked off with no “have a good day” or “thank you”. What I have noticed about a lot of employees in bars in vegas is, is they expect a tip for mediocre service at best!! Don’t be rude and be grateful for any tip!!!

They can do better

By mateo8284 |

I think they need more staff. The hostess, a really nice guy, take our order because our waitress was totally busy. He take the order for drinks, and also for food because we don’t see her anymore. He was really nice to take time with us for that because without him we should go. Waiting was too long for the food, but my pizza was really nice, but the measles was over cooked and they forgot the fries. The chocolate liégeois was nice and our waitress come with the check 😉 she was friendly. We hope they find more staff and organize some small thing to do better and they could be a really good place to be. You can do it, you are close!

Never Again!

By Jim D |

Decided to give them a try. First, they seated us next to area where orders are entered into the computer. The waiters all congregated there and talked so loud we had to move tables. Took about 15 minutes to get our order placed and the restaurant was about a third full. Took over twenty minutes to get our order and then it was the wrong order. The waiter forgot what we ordered. We just left without eating.

Good quality food at a reasonable price

By Friendlytravel2015 |

This is a very nice restaurant in the Linq promenade. There's multiple tv's inside with live music. The service was fast and friendly. There's a good food and drink list. The price was responsible. I would recommend this restaurant.

Great food, service and location

By NeonHighwayBand |

Located just off the strip. Great spot to eat when staying at The Flamingo hotel. Outdoor seating available. Great food and our server, MICHAEL, added to the experience. He’s prompt, pro and witty.

Excellent breakfast menu

By Diane P |

The food here is really god as well as the service. You will be spoilt for choice with the menu. You might have to wait for a table but it is worth the wait.

We enjoyed it

By Sheryl B |

We both had the 8 oz New York strip. I had mashed potatoes and requested cheese on them. My husband had the fries and ketchup. We were starving after walking around all day and it hit the spot.

This is very bad!

By Guessme |

I start with what?we thought we would find a restaurant in the style of French cuisine in fact no we sell you dreams, it is American cuisine!Americans we mania it to want to copy French cuisine but before that we will have to take cooking lessons and maintenance compared to the service in the room! You don’t get rid of one of the two customers when the other isn’t finished! It’s rude! next we don’t give the bill if the customer doesn’t ask! At the kitchen level I took a fried rib béarnaise sauce..a classic of cooking and which is not difficult..the sauce was greasy no taste of a béarnaise! Stop slaughtering this sauce too complicated for you! Just serve ketchup you do it very well!or order the ready-made in France! To summarize I recommend this restaurant which is only a money trap! it is very bad! And the service in the dining room is a disaster, my dish arrived cold and fries too because they are in a race against time just to make money!!and the toilets were very dirty! Goodbye!

A relaxing, tasty brunch

By Southernfried4 |

I spotted the sign advertising the $18.99 steak and eggs brunch special while strolling down the alley between Harrah's and the Linq the first night my wife and I were in Vegas, and we decided to go back the next day to try it out. And wow, it turned out to be much more than just a good bargain! We started with minosas at the bar while waiting for a table. I had the pineapple, my wife had the peach ... and they were great, especially at only $7 apiece. Once we got a table outside, it was a great place to people watch while waiting for our order to arrive. I had the steak and eggs special and wasn't disappointed. The charbroiled steak was cooked to perfection and it came with 2 eggs (I had scrambled with cheese) and a healthy portion of potatoes. A surprise highlight was the French butter that came with the toast. Best I've ever tasted. My wife had the Eggs Benedict, which came served inside a croissant. She was also very pleased with her choice. I also want to complement the staff. Our waiter was attentive and friendly and the bartender who served us let my wife use his phone charger while we were there after overhearing her tell me that she'd forgotten to plug it in overnight.

So so place

By coonrapidsduo |

Great location on pedestrian mall between The Flamingo and The Linq with indoor or patio seating. We arrived just before 5 pm and were seated right away. The hostess was super sweet and when she saw we weren’t helped after several minutes she came over and asked us if anyone had taken our order yet (they weren’t very busy and had several open tables). When we told her no we saw her go up to a heavy set female server to tell her but even then we never got any help. After about 25 minutes of waiting a woman manager came over and we told her. She then said she’d get us a different server. Finally a very sweet and helpful server named Jazminn came over and she was great!! Our drinks were great. The chips for the chips and guacamole were stale. The burger sliders were pretty good. Overall disappointed. We stay at Flamingo at least three times per year. In the future we’ll go elsewhere.

Not sure what happened

By bellasusanna |

We booked a table for 4 @ 9:30 prior to the High Roller based on the reviews. The restaurant had few patrons on arrival...which was unsettling. Friendly greeting..patio seating.Lovely spot and it then all went sideways. Orders taken took far too long to arrive at the table. Glass of Stags Leap was warm and decidedly old and cooked.Flagged server and it was replaced with a fresh glass. Hmmmm? After a long wait...meals arrived. Huge portions but piles of food does not necessarily correspond to good food. And it was not...overly cooked and curled hard on ends. Mussels were stinky and overly salted...no sauce..?? We had to ask for bread...pepper..parmesan. An inexperienced server. With a restaurant barely full this was a huge miss. It was such a huge disappointment as we were treating. Very poor..no recommendations for this restaurant from this family

Notcho favorite Bistro

By Cincat |

Terrible decision on our part, food was almost cold, hard toast, never got butter, yucky 🤮 potatoes.I would not eat there again.

Great food and drinks and friendly staff

By JoRobbo |

We were staying at the Linq hotel. Stumbled across this place on our first day and visited each day after. The breakfasts were great and good value for money, happy hour for drinks and some snacks every day and the staff were really friendly and welcoming, even when we were supporting England playing France in the world cup. Thanks for the consolation round of drinks when we lost! I would definitely recommend and will return when we are back in Vegas.

So glad we came in!

By Anita S |

Steak and eggs special was extended to Fri and we really enjoyed it. East coast time makes it lunch! Yum!!

Good food and live music

By Sara Zullo |

Highly recommended! We took 3 dishes, one better than the other: grilled salmon with asparagus, fried squid in a particular batter and Brie cheese melted with honey and almonds served with warm toast. A delicacy. Located in the heart of L.V. pedestrian area spend an evening with good music, great company and good food.

Great BUSY bfast place on Linq

By Mcoreo2 |

Very busy. Told us the wait was 20 min but called us in 2. The servers husling, Busy but they were pretty on it forgot to refill coffee just little stuff. Hubby had steak special that was not on menu but on a board at front of restaurant 15.99 for steak n eggs. excellent deal seeing some places charge more for bacon and eggs. The portion was good and cooked nicely. I had avo smoked salmon toast. excellent fresh and great portion. Seems to have some French elements in the place but def an american restaurant. the french butter was the best! I would recommend and I would go back!

WONDERFUL!

By Sara F |

We had a late breakfast here and the mimosa's and food was delicious! Lower cost as well for Vegas. Fun indoor/outdoor spot. It was a short wait and the service was great. We will be back for sure!

Delicious Food! Exceptional Service!

By TNCruisingCouple |

One of our best meals in Vegas! We had the prime rib is was cooked perfectly! Reasonably priced and great customer service! Loved the decor!

Great Breakfast, Wonderful Service

Great bar - especially happy hour!

By Kategall |

Lovely bar. We didn’t eat here but we went for happy hour and sat at the bar. Happy hour was well priced and the staff were very friendly! We stayed in Vegas for 4 days and visited here 3 days of our trip as we enjoyed the drinks and music!

Las Vegas Weekday Dinner

By VailAZTraveler |

We walked around The Linq today and after looking at menus at several restaurants, we decided on Favorite Bistro. We were seated right away around 5:00PM. Our waiter came by after just a couple of minutes to take our drink order. One note - they were requiring guests wear masks and all staff was wearing masks. We ordered a bacon burger & several items off the happy hour menu (good until 7:00PM) including sliders, chips & guacamole, and a beer. My favorite item was the fries - crispy on the outside & soft on the inside ! The burger comes with an over easy egg - we left that off on the order. We wanted the chips first, but the order all came out together (not a bad thing !). The kitchen left the egg on - boo ! We had to scrape it off. Overall, the food was very good, but the egg issue and had to re-ask for several things including an extra plate caused me to give it a 4 out of 5. Prices were good for this area on the strip. The also had some music with a guitar player & singer - he was great ! Perfect for this place right off the Linq walkway. We would go again even with the issues we had !

Decent breakfast spot

By HikeBiker |

It is actually hard to find an early morning breakfast place in Las Vegas but this is one of the viable options. I love the decor of this place and the fact that they can open the doors out to the Linq walking "street". The food was decent and the prices ok. The blood Mary in particular was very simple but tasty if you like the drink to be spicy and kind of tangy.

check it out

By Rick M |

I was waiting for it to open at 8:00 a.m. (strange for Las Vegas, where they don't have clocks) after seeing the sign for $18.95 steak and eggs. The steak was cooked to my preference and was delicious, the breakfast potatoes crispy and the eggs OK. Nice coffee ($4.00) and plenty of refills. Attentive staff with plenty of refills of coffee and ice water. Perhaps a new favorite

Great food and service!

By Bethany Jane |

Me and my partner had dinner here one evening during our trip to Las Vegas. We used our Go city pass to receive $25 per person food credit. We both ordered the NY strip with fries and it was really tasty! The steak was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The service was great and we would definitely come back!

Below average at best

By shakeyshakois |

Went here and regretted it. Food was average or below, prices average or above. Calamari coating was crunchy and heavy and it came to our table only warm. Cobb salad was a mush of ingredients clearly served from a giant tub of premixed greens and ingredients, including the dressing. Only the chicken and egg was on top, and neither seemed fresh. Overall service was ok. With all the choices in this area, find something better.

Best breakfast!

By DisneyTraveler21 |

We were awake before it seemed Vegas was awake. We were strolling around looking for somewhere to have breakfast and nothing was really catching our eye. We stopped outside Favorite Bistro and it looked like it had potiental, so we went in. We were beyond pleased. The hangover burger was awesome, but the fries were even better! Crispy and seasoned. The nutella chocolate banana waffles were outstanding. It is chocolate waffle batter then topped with drizzle nutella and bananas. Then add homemade whipped cream on top. Yes please! Would definietly go back again. The service was great. Everyone was friendly.

Very nice

We came several times last year we arrived last Sunday in Las Vegas since then we eat here every evening we enjoy the French touch nice staff music every evening we eat very well see you tomorrow evening so let's enjoy Sunday come back France

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

By armyofroze |

The worst dining experience I've ever had!! We were seated at a table for 4(we had a party of 5, we also had reservations) the hostess had the gall to tell us to pull up another chair and table to accommodate our party. The waitress took our order and we basically didn't see her again. We started out with the cheese plate which came with no crackers or bread, when we requested bread it came all torn up and it was stale and hard(not toasted) like it had been sitting out all day. A runner served us our food and every single one of our dishes was cold(5 of us) and my niece has a food allergy and ordered her food with no tomato, of course it came with tomatoes. We couldn't tell our waitress because we couldn't find her, in fact we had to waive her down to get our bill, she then left our bill and again we had to hunt her down to pay the bill. When we went to leave my mother and I had to physically move 2 chairs and a table because we were pinned in a corner due to the hostess sitting another party so close to us we couldn't get out, it was outrageous....they should be ashamed of themselves!!

Favorite Bistro

By ELAINE D |

On a recent stay in Las Vegas we decided rather than eat at Cafe to Go, Food Court or overpriced Buffet w/ridiculously long lines in our own hotel, we’d have breakfast instead at Favorite Bistro which -I believe- is part of the Linq hotel. Good move. Their breakfast menu was really good, they have outdoor seating so you can eat/chat/people watch. The prices were in keeping with any other eatery, we were seated & served really quickly & I would definitely return and recommend to others.

A great find on the Linq promenade!!!

By Brett G |

This place has a great happy hour and wonderful staff. Jasmine is a gem and so is Juan . They both should get a raise. They were both wonderful. A great place for a meal and a few cocktails.

Good value at happy hour

By Becky H |

We tried this restaurant because it was on the go city pass, and went during happy hour. The food and drinks were good and the 50% off steak special made the price worth it. Our server Brenda was friendly and efficient. Would recommend to others to try this place .

Great Spot for a Quick Bite

By Kind Traveler |

We were hoping to get out of the cool weather and grab a quick meal and stumbled across Favorite Bistro. It was the perfect place for us! Our waiter was really friendly, the food came out pretty quickly and was really very good. I am only a fan of Fish and Chips if the fish is cooked well and the batter is crispy. I could not have been more pleased with my choice! This was probably my favorite Fish and Chips ever. One delicious thin, crispy battered piece of tasty fish and lots of fries. The French Onion Soup was rich and delicious. The dessert menu looked enticing, but their sister restaurant, Sweet Sin Bakery, was a five minute walk and worth waiting for!!

Wonderful Breakfast!

By thannam |

Enjoyed a really good breakfast at Favorite Bistro on a weekend in Vegas with my husband. The service we had from our waiter was excellent, the food was amazing, I had a hard time finishing all my food. I enjoyed French Toast and it was huge, side of bacon which was perfectly crisp and my husband Lobster Eggs Benedict. Would have liked to try lunch or dinner too but ran out of time. Would highly recommend eating here!

Delicious breakfast, friendly staff

By 4youFromJen |

Delicious breakfast! My husband wanted to try the steak & eggs. I had a delicious yogurt parfait with the freshest fruit! I added honey and it was so good!! Located on the Linq promenade. We were seated right away which was nice! Friendly staff. Good atmosphere! And Again~delicious breakfast. Highly recommend! We would definitely eat here again!

Favorite Bistro

By grwpl |

Visited here to escapade from the noise and crazy bustle of a normal night in Vegas. It was peaceful and cool which was fantastic. Reasonable menu with a range of salads, meat and fish options and burgers. Prices not too bad at $7 for a beer, $18 for a burger and $15 for a salad. Service was OK

Do NOT ask for Malt Vinegar

By Gord W |

After wandering the many choices in the area, we chose this spot because they had live music playing. Good energy inside and the music was really good. I ordered Fish and Chips while my wife ordered French Dip. Being Canadian, we tend to put malt vinegar on our fish and chips meals. Its great on fries, so my wife used some on her side as well. The taste was WAY off. Turns out it had expired 3 years earlier! Every bottle in the restaurant was that old! Situation wasn't resolved well, with just a replacement side of fries rather than going "above an beyond" after our stomachs turned. :-( We won't be back.

Great food, wonderful service

By Moved2Texas |

We visited the Favorite Bistro on our last night in Las Vegas and had the best meal of our trip. I had the filet mignon and it was wonderful. Our server was very attentive and took care of us. We had French fries with our steaks and they were also very good. We did not get to try their breakfasts but they looked very good as well.

Good Service, Meh Food, Brain Dead Hospitality

By WiscHiker |

The Good: Dominic was a terrific server who was attentive and pleasant. The Meh: I ordered the charcuterie which included sliced ham which could have been from Kraft. The Bad: Some employee was pounding nails in the wall to hang pictures the entire time during our visit. Why the heck would you do that while guests are in your establishment? The place looks like it could have a cool vibe, but I felt the food was overpriced for the quality and the during service restaurant renovation project is a deal breaker for me.

Food far exceeds expectations

By JSully80 |

I was looking forward to a tomahawk steak all trip and finally chose to have it here. Starting with the less good, the decor is tidy but doesn’t really ignite the imagination. The service we received was great when speaking but the meal didn’t come all at once and the drinks took too long give the restaurant was only 75% full. But then came the food and oh my god I just forgot about everything else. 32oz of steak, cooked to perfection and wonderfully marbled, it was a delight to see and eat. It came with sides but there was no chance I was getting near them with that much grade A+ steak.

Live Music - Great Food

By vpvalencia |

We sat at the bar in order to sit near the entertainer, which appears to change nightly. He was extremely talented, playing playing some sort of a violin instrument, to modern hits, creating his own song renditions. Couldn't get enough. Enjoyed a late night meal. It was crowded and service was a little slow, but not annoying. It appeared that all staff members helped out to make sure the food and drinks came out as quickly as possible. The menu is limited, and everything sounded good. Customized a salad order replacing Chicken for fish, no problem. Steak came out perfect - as ordered. Full bar and cocktail menu. I would recommend this restaurant and we will be back.

Nice French Bistro

By robbiefitz |

I sat at the bar and the bartender, Melissa, was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a beer and a Crouqe Monnsuier. It took some time to receive my food, longer than I expected as they were not very busy at the time. The bread on the sandwich was super hard and dry (I think it sat under the broiler too long) the overall flavor was good it could have used a bit more bechmel sauce. It was accompanied with shoestring french fries that were hot crispy and seasoned well.

Good happy hour

By Powick |

We stop in for a late lunch and it was happy hour so we tried a few dishes. We had the wings, sliders, mac and cheese balls and the guacamole. All were good with the guacamole being the weakest dish. Service started off slow but she apologised and it was good after that. Prices are good for the happy hour special but portions are small, so order a few

Disappointed

By David K |

Went there for lunch. My wife ordered ordered a sandwich and I ordered a burger. Both were disappointing. We mentioned to the server that my wife only had ham on about a third of the sandwich and she offered to fix it, but it had been a long wait for the meals to begin with. So in summary, slow service, food was only so-so.

Fantastic food and service!

We stopped in for lunch with a party of 7. Although we waited a bit for a server after we were seated once Jose arrived the service was fantastic. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable with all of our questions. The food was wonderful each of us had a different entree from fish, steak, pasta, and pizza and everyone enjoyed their food.

Steak & eggs breakfast for a great price.

By TheFoodieeWookiee |

Steak and eggs for breakfast...medium rare cooked as I am not heathen who eats well done steak. Eggs with nice runny yolks homestyle potatoes and white bread as I wanted something plain. Steak was cooked perfectly and only salt and pepper on it so the meat was not hidden by any sauce. Overall a great meal and left me very happy and full. The prices cannot be beat for the location. The service was a little slow, however food made the wait worth it.

Great Service, Food and People Watching!

By steveboyz |

Went here due to the happy hour for a couple of beers and were very pleased that we did. Super friendly staff and attentive service. We liked it so much we went back for lunch the next day which was superb. We shared a baked brie and meats and cheese board, which were both excellent, and again the service was spot on, and then for another beer the following day! Best bit; if you can get a table facing the board walk it is the best place to sit and people watch. Would definitely go back when back in Vegas!

Favorite Bistro Was Awesome

By tfjm1 |

We went to the Favorite Bistro for breakfast. Myself and my wife both ordered the eggs Benedict with lobster. The food was excellent and contained plenty of lobster. The service was also very good. I had used the Go City card without any issue. Next time we get back to Las Vegas I would go back to the Favorite Bistro but maybe would try the dinner menu.

Excellent Choice for Breakfast!

By Craig S |

Love this Restaurant. We arrived at 10:00am and there was a short wait. Lots of tables and they are very efficient! The Menu was incredible! They have a Mimosa Jar!! Wow!! That was a great start to our day! I recommend this restaurant! Food tasted amazing!

Great food for a decent price

By Christie C |

My husband and I ate breakfast here one morning. He got the steak and eggs special and I ordered the french toast. The coffee wasn't great but that's my only complaint. We got in with no wait and our food came out pretty quick. Our waiter was awesome and super friendly too. I tried some of my husbands steak and the potatoes, it was soo good. My french toast was great but I was definitely wishing I had ordered the steak and eggs special! We ate at a different place the next morning and were so disappointed, we wished we had come back to this place instead. It was definitely worth it!!

Best Bloody Marys in Vegas!

By DAC |

Best Bloody Marys in Vegas! I love them search them out on trips and this location didn’t let me down several times. Brought my group of 7 this weekend and the food was not the normal expectation. I brought it to the attention of our wonderful server Jose whom apologized and brought the manager. Bruno the manager came out and made things right. It was evident he was helping in the kitchen but lore evident was the pride he took in his restaurant. He cared and made it right. He offered zero excuses but my guess was someone called off last minute. Food is reliably good, service top notch and the bartenders fantastic to chat with. I’ll be back soon!

Server top notch

By Vegas Boy |

Great drinks recommended by our server, food was outstanding and great location, very affordable prices, LUIS OUR SERVER MAKE US HAVE A GREAT TIME, highly recommended to everyone who visit Las Vegas

A hidden gem

A hidden gem…We definitely enjoyed stopping by here.. We enjoyed both the food and the drinks. And will definitely be stopping back our next trip

Great Place off the Strip

By EMM_Dallas |

Walking around the Strip around 8:30PM on a Wednesday night , we were a little hungry/thirsty and heard live music coming from the Favorite Bistro! and decided to stop in! The host and servers were all very friendly and very efficient. They were having a half off steak special and we all ordered the 8 oz filet, it came with fries or a salad and for under $25! The steaks were cooked to perfection! Very enjoyable and would definitely go back!

Truffle fries

By SGTL |

I came here after getting denied service at another restaurant and I’m glad it worked out! This is right on the linq promenade and has a good menu, I got the béchamel grilled ham and cheese and it was delicious, the crust on the bread was tasty and I upgraded to truffle fries, yum! Good service and it was only $20 which is a good deal for the strip.

Don’t waste your time

By Pam |

A Las Vegas resident recommended this restaurant, good food at a decent price. I would disagree completely. We were seated very quickly but it took several minutes to be greeted by our waitress. It was during happy hour so they were busy. The waitress took our drink and food order. We ordered bar drinks but never got them. The table next to us and a table seated after us received their drinks fairly quickly. Not sure what happened to ours. When our food arrived my club sandwich which was special order was wrong. My spouse got the French dip which was good but they gave you a tiny cup of au juis which was gone after eating 1/4 of the sandwich. Like a previous review stated you get a little tiny portion cup of ketchup. Our waitress never checked in until we were about finished. We told her of the drink and food issues which where passed on to the manager. He did visit with us and provided a discount. I’ve never left a restaurant so dissatisfied with the food and service. Needless to say I won’t go back.

Great breakfast spot on Linq Promenade

By sweet_jane6 |

Stopped by the favourite bistro for breakfast and had the best breakfast I've had in Vegas! I got the eggs Benny which came on a delicious melt in your mouth croissant and my husband got the French toast with berries and he said it was delicious. We also got a jug of mimosa which was also delicious and the coffee was also very good. Only complaint making it a 4 star instead of 5 star review was we found the small 2 person table seating to be uncomfortable , but with that said they did get us in last minute with no reservation so that was the only seating available at the time. We definitely will return and recommend this place for a great breakfast experience. Great ambiance inside the restaurant as well as attentive servers.

Have the Steak n Eggs !

By debbie73 |

Booked in for Breakfast early one morning to sample the steak and egg special. It was lovely, cooked just right and washed down with great coffee. The service was quick, friendly and the server was very patient with me when my bank card decided not to work that morning. We got there eventually, :-)

Overated

By gil_rubin05 |

From the outside it looks like a lovely establishment, and as it is on the strip it gets much foot-fall but if it wasn't located where it was it would be empty as the food and service was poor. The Eggs benedict was cold and the French toast didn't have enough toppings on it. Only the Waffles were good. Also the server didn't check on our food.

More good eats on the strip.

By Donna A |

Both indoor and out door dining... great sandwiches... right on the Linq Promenade...easy walk and conventient.

Dishonest Server

By wendell d |

Pay close attention to your bill when you pay. the server we had tried to add more than what we had ordered. and then tried to add there own tip customer tip to my bill. keep an eye out for the server with the (Dreads) who says he from Nebraska

Great food and service

By JW31987 |

We were looking for a place to eat dinner and happened to see this place. We sat in the bar since it was still Happy Hour and the service was great. We had the prime rib special and chicken and they were both really good. And the dessert in the ice bubble you have to order just to see how beautiful it is. Only minor complaint would be the heat in the restaurant but it was also 106 outside. It just felt like the AC wasn't able to keep up. We would definitely return, though.

Spreading the word!!

By simicu |

Favorite Bistro is relatively new, which may explain why it doesn't seem to have as much business as other dining spots sitting in the Linq Promenade. I'm here to help drum up support, at least based on the breakfast my wife and I enjoyed. Maybe it's not fair to heap such praise based on only one visit, but we really had a great dining experience here for our breakfast. We both went with the Eggs Benedict, the Mrs opting for the smoked salmon, I went for the lobster. With each of our dishes we requested that the hollandaise sauce on the side. Often times restaurants glop a bit too much on the dish, so we prefer to control how much gets applied. One nice immediate touch is instead of the poached eggs and respective seafood sitting on an English muffin, they substitute that with a buttery croissant. And the rather generous amount of the respective smoked salmon and lobster they added was a pleasant surprise. The dish also included perfectly cooked fingerling potatoes. Service was outstanding to boot. We could not give this establishment a higher recommendation. And yes, we will return!!

Breakfast

By Ranita M |

We went there for breakfast. It was good. Had breakfast specials. service was good. Huge bloody Mary's

Very good restaurant

By Xavier_SRD |

We were able to get a seat easily as we just came before the rush (as you could expect during conventions and such). Our waitress was very nice and energetic, the food choice was enough to satisfy everyone. Food was good. Overall, a good restaurant.

Dinner

By pau_pau_salazar |

Had Dinner at this Bistro, the staff was nice and friendly, the food was delicious and very tasty, good prices and you can use your LAS VEGAS GO CARD here which brought me here and glad it did cause it was one of the best meals i had at the strip besides buffets, awesome place to eat i definitely be returning again and again

Breakfast at the bar

By Marc_and_Kim_Z |

Had a mimosa and beer with breakfast. Not normal but in Vegas. Had the hangover burger. Burger with a fried egg on a brioche bun. Yum, yum, yum. My lovely bride had the salmon Benedict on a croissant. Not as good as mine. So sort of breakfast…. IDK.

Very pleasant experience

By CarolinaDreamer1 |

Sat at the bar for Sunday brunch , and I must say that it was a very pleasant experience .. it was busy and too hot tomcat outside we opted for the bar. Our bartender served as our waiter . He was pleasant , friendly and fast . It was a well prepared breakfast with very large portions. Overall we enjoyed the meal , we would definitely go back

Food just ok--But musician/singer was fantastic!

By Neeneed |

We stopped here to pick up a light dinner during our visit to Las Vegas. They were busy, but we got seated pretty quickly. Service was a bit slow. We had to ask several times for refills. We ordered burger and fries. The burger was good with the spicy pickles, but overall it was just ok. They give you only a tiny cup of ketchup which is not enough for all the fries you get ( but you can ask for more) . The musician they had there singing and playing the keyboard was fantastic!! Everyone was thoroughly entertained, and some were dancing in the restaurant. He had a good amount of songs he sang and all were done well....except... the Prince ( Purple Rain) song... not much reception from the audience for that one , but the rest of the songs were awesome and he was fun and entertaining. Though I am not much a fan of this particular establishment's food, I would DEFINITELY come back for drinks only if this guy they had there was entertaining again.

Favorite!

By Venessa V |

Great restaurant! We dined there 1 morning for breakfast. I ordered the Eggs Benedict which is served on a croissant instead of an English muffin. The hollandaise sauce was thick & the right amount served instead of my plate drowning in sauce. The potatoes were cooked w sautéed onions which added great flavor. We dined there again for lunch & I ordered the Cobb Salad. Large salad w bacon, egg, grilled chix, avocado and bleu cheese crumbles. The dressing was already pre-mixed into the salad & again, just the right amount of dressing. My daughter ordered the kids cheese pizza which was large enough for all 3 of us to share & had that great wood fired taste. Great food, great service!

Great Happy Hour

By ISLANDGIRL3013 |

Stopped in and sat at the bar for a few drinks, they had Happy Hour on drinks and a few appetizers the spinach artichoke was awesome! The bartenders were friendly and fast. We got lucky they had live music Joey was fantastic he played a wide array of music and drew in a crowd!

Favorite Breakfast spot in Vegas

By Gianna C |

My sister and I discovered this place over 2 years ago and now we make it a point to eat here every time we are in Vegas. Their strawberry mimosas are the best I have ever had. My sister gets the mango mimosa and loves it. The lobster benedict is so perfect. It has chunks of lobster in a croissant it is simply amazing. The staff is always nice and welcoming and never make you feel rushed even when it is really busy.

All the wait to be disappointed

By yosoymindy |

All All this wait for French Fries. We had to wait for even water while others were brought water as soon as they arrived. This “Boojie” restaurant side is french fries I could’ve gone to a fast food restaurant. The mussels were it good and the Parmesan Chicken did not look good or taste good. Drinks were too expensive $15 for an 8 oz margarita! wait for French Fries and high priced drinks.

Will not return, Worst service

By BOOSTED_ISB |

Not a place I will return, 1st not every one had a place setting, cheese plate served with no bread , bread showed up after 10 mins, only served water, then acted surprised we wanted drinks, put a table together next to us that required my other guest to move the table to exit cause they were blocked in,(FIRE HAZARD) Food finally arrived COLD, couldn't tell the waitress because she never came to check on us to make sure our food was correct or tasty, Had to flag her down to receive our bill, then had to flag her down just to pay it, Now food was good but served cold as it was sitting for awhile , now I couldn't get the waitress name cause she never introduced herself, Never once did I see a manager go around checking on guest or employees, Front of the house needs alot of work, Back of the house did great

Day 7 of the American Adventure

By Claire K |

There’s a road off the Strip in Las Vegas, which has all sorts of cool places to hang out. Favorite Bistro is one of them-the coolest thing being their superb singer outside, enticing us in. This place has a glorious French theme-it looks the part, definitely, but I never thought a club sandwich came from those parts….the French onion soup however, was authentic & magnificent.

Amazing experience

By MHacK |

Service and food both fantastic. We had a great meal. Our daughter’s burger was a little undercooked- the waiter took it away and got a fresh one, and it was discounted off the bill without any prompt from us at all. Great customer service. Steak was amazing. Fab location. 5 stars.

Just OK.

By Shaolin16 |

Restaurant looked clean and tidy. Waiting time was reasonable, though the place was packed. Portions are small for price paid. No requirement of COVID vaccination evidence and no social distancing.

Great Food and Live Music

By Wismickchick |

We came here for dinner one night and were seated promptly without a reservation. There was live music there that night which was a nice touch. Both food and drinks were great! My husband especially liked his club sandwich! Our waiter was super busy that night, but was always prompt with service. The only two things that were not the best was that the bathroom was literally one individual bathroom for everyone, which caused some longer waits to use the bathroom. The other thing that bothered us was there was a magician going from table to table showing magic tricks for money. We politely declined as we just wanted to have nice dinner conversation. He was very pushy and kept trying to convince us. We finally had to just be blunt and say "no, please go!"very firmly before he accepted our answer. It wouldn't have been a problem if he had just accepted the first answer, but the insistent badgering was pretty rude. Overall, though, this was a cute little place with great drinks, food, and live music!

Best breakfast in Vegas

A great place for breakfast $15.95 8oz steak and egg’s absolutely fabulous and the staff were excellent, highly recommended

Hidden Gem fantastic management

By John H |

We are frequent travelers to Vegas. We always eat several times at Favorite Bistro. The food is excellent, the variety is great and the ambiance is very European. But more than anything, the management is exceptional. They are always visible ensuring patrons are taken care of correctly, checking the food quality, getting people seated. Make reservations on Open Table! Brei is a great hostess. Tatiana and Melissa are our favorite servers. Austin and Sequoia are fun and friendly bartenders. They frequently have solo musicians in the evening. Excellent management translates to an excellent dining experience from start to finish.

Great food, live music patio seating

By melissa874 |

immediate seating in located in the linq promenade. Live music and the food and drinks were very good. I would recommend this for dinner.

Wish we found it sooner

By lasv32 |

Our last dinner is vegas!it was beautiful. Lovely friendly restaurant. Great staff great food. Raging we didn't find it sooner. Another toilet would be an advantage as it was very busy but over all a great experience

Dinner

By Graham I |

Had dinner here a couple of times. Pretty good, busy and there was a mix up on the order but the waitress sorted a discount for us because of this. Pretty good value all in all

Tasty steak, affordable price

By sorim2015 |

We had lunch here was pleasantly surprised. We ordered $3 drinks that were very good and the $14 prime rib special. Steak, potatoes, and asparagus were very good. Best meal we had the entire trip.

Great breakfast

By Lynn_from_WI |

We had breakfast here when they had a table available where our first choice restaurant was an hour wait. we were very happy with the food. I had eggs Benedict, my husband had avocado toast with smoked salmon and egg and our three kids had an omelet, French toast and the hangover burger. Everything was top quality and delicious. Service was a tad bit slow but overall we loved the meal. we would absolutely eat here again.

Skip It Unless You’re Starving and Out of Options

By Jordi R |

Yes, I know this is Las Vegas, the Strip, and everything here is overpriced and plastic. You expect to pay a lot and not get much in return. But honestly, this place falls below even the low standards of the Strip. The prices are outrageous for what you get. The service was rushed and inattentive — they clearly just wanted to turn the table as fast as possible. Still, they expected a tip like they had done something great. The dish I ordered had very little flavour, which I was somewhat expecting, but the shrimp… well, they were a disaster. Giant and obviously frozen (again, not a surprise), but so overcooked they were rubbery and nearly inedible. I couldn’t even finish them. This place is completely fake, all about the looks, and definitely not about the food or experience. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re absolutely desperate and have no other options.

Wow wow wow!

By StevieP1959 |

Wow wow wow! Stopped in for breakfast and was blown away. Our server Anastasia was super polite and gave us the low down on the Bistro. They had a steak and eggs special ($15.95) and it was amazing! Hot fresh and a great steak! She gave us some tips on Vegas what to do where to go, where to WIN! Def going back!

Great Breakfast

By degrawm |

We were just strolling the strip and went down a side street where the High Roller was located when we found this restaurant. What pulled us in was the breakfast special steak and eggs for $15.99, can't beat that. We decided to eat inside and the place was packed. Server took awhile to get to us, but that's ok. Once we ordered and received out food it was really good and it was a good size steak. Have to come back for another meal during the day!

Great Food

By Love2vacationpa |

Went here for dinner after reading reviews. Service was good and food was great . Prices are fair . Would return.

This is the place for breakfast.

By Trav_LN_now |

We are early risers. This place doesn't open till 8:00am during the week. Had to kill some time gambling. This place advertises Steak and Eggs for $14.00. 8am - 11am. Ricardo was a great server. Fantastic young man. There with the coffee. Right there to fill the water. Always checking. One cappuccino and one regular coffee. NICE Steak. Perfect Steak. Scrabbled eggs. Potatoes. Toast. Parisian Omlette with a croissant. Wife said it was great. Atmosphere and Décor is charming. Just like a French Bistro inside. Expect to pay $40.00 for breakfast. That's Las Vegas. We thought it was money well spent and we'll be back next time.

stay away

By joe b |

other than the maitre d' was great lucky for us he kinda kept an eye on us because our waiter sucked. first off got my wife's drink wrong , had to ask for our water twice. asked for rare prime rib which had to be medium well at best and the smallest prime rib i have ever seen, if queen cut is small this had to be princess cut or worse. asked for french fries got mashed potatoes instead. and to make matters worse, everything was stacked on top of each other so you had to move the prime rib to get to the potatoes . once the food was delivered that was the last time we saw the waiter until time to pay the bill. horrible is the best i can say

Favorite is definitely my favorite place.

By Pamela Z |

I had an Omelette which was amazing! It had cheese, Ham and Mushrooms (which I excluded). Their potatoes are so delicious as well. The wait staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been to Vegas twice in the last 8 months staying a week each time. I have had breakfast and dinner here and a great experience every single time.

Late breakfast

By 553RB |

We were strolling around The Linq area and wanted a late breakfast. Breakfast was served until 1pm (we visited around 11.30) Good selection of options We opted for a breakfast burrito and omelette. Good portion sizes and value for money Excellent service

Go elsewhere

By Serendipitous_K |

Stopped here today for a late breakfast, between 5 of us, ordered 2 crossiants, an omelette and avocado toast, as well as a mocha, and 2 juices. Sat and waited whilst the place started to fill for lunch. We got the juices and the mocha. Watched the people who arrived after us having full cooked meals delivered. After 30 mins I enquired to wait staff if we could find out how long our food would be, as we only had an omelette that needed cooking and some avocado toast, etc. The waitress said she would check, she came back out and walked past us, with no answers or acknowledgement? We then were approached by another waitress to deliver a cocktail we didn’t order, to which she apologised and took it to the correct table. She came back after a couple of Minutes to say our food would be a couple more minutes. We waited about another ten minutes and still nothing. We got up and walked out. With all the options you have here, go elsewhere.

A great French-American restaurant option if you're in the Linq..

By Steff A |

My first visited started at the bar waiting for the Tica BFF and ended with a nice dinner on a Saturday evening catching up... F. Bistro Ambiance & Service: I got off work early and waited at the bar and I just happened to sit down with 30 minutes of happy hour left. Great $5 drink specials and the happy hour red blend was tasty. Somehow my reso got dropped but the hostess was so sweet with getting us seated. when the bff arrived. The kitchen was quick with getting our dishes to the table and the server did good. This french bistro decor is in full effect and makes for an attractive dining area. Definitely a date friendly resto and the main bar is attractive. F. Bistro Cuisine: Charcuterie board: A nice appetizer to share for carnivores and non-vegans. The meats were fresh and carb free. =) BLTA: 1/2 lb Black Angus, Bacon, avocado, mayo, provolone cheese and parmigiano cheese crisp was as heavy as it sounds. Tasty and was the perfect burger to throw down before a long night of drinking. Carbonara: I sampled the Tica BFF's and this was fantastic. The cream, egg yolk and parmesan were in perfect proportions to really bring this pasta home. I'm ordering this next time or at the very least splitting it as an appetizer. This attractive French-American bistro located in the Linq promenade is a great option if you're in the area. Attractive, great plates and that happy hour is an amazing steal for a bistro on the Las Vegas strip. I'll be back sooner versus later..bonjour!

Fabulous Bistro... would recommend!

By C2121 |

Great bistro near to High Roller. We ended up eating here 4 times on our trip to Las Vegas. Relaxed ambience which makes a pleasant change from the hustle and bustle. Good food and good service. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts.... try the “3 eggs your way” and the oatmeal....Fresh and tasty! Good service.... our server, Michael, was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend Favorite Bistro.

Streak and eggs

By Ken H |

Went here for breakfast had the steak and eggs with potatoes and toast the steak and eggs were good the potatoes ok wanted white toast but they were out which happens unfortunately they sat me down right were the staff would meet had to listen to their conversations right behind me which was really annoying the place had a lot of empty tables to put me

Great burgers

By 232tmg |

After scouring the area for the best outdoor dining option, I ended up in this lively little restaurant. Fortunately, there was a semiprivate corner table available on the outdoor patio that allowed for excellent people watching. It seemed to take the staff a while to get it together, but after they finally took the drink order, they were on top of it from that point on. Oddly enough they offered a discount on an entree for checking in on Yelp, but as I have experienced many times in the past, it wasn't something that was honored. You can't go wrong with a burger at a restaurant like this, not only is it typically one of the safest bets on any unfamiliar menu, but it may also just turn out to be a phenomenal choice. This restaurant made a phenomenal burger and cooked it to the perfect level of rare. Do yourself a favor and get familiar with the public restroom next door, with only one small bathroom, this restaurant is barely equipped to provide the necessary facilities for half of their staff. Cheers!

Busy Place

Recently had dinner here with friends. We got a table on Open Table and got seated promptly. Everyone said their food was good. Service and drink selection was good as well.

Great Place! Outstanding Location, prices, service!

By Martha B |

Definitely my favorite Bistro! My $14 steak and eggs sooo good, juicy meat, cooked to my taste. Great coffee. Nikki M was friendly and professional. I loved the atmosphere and old world place. I'll certainly be back at my next Vegas outing.

Great for Breakfast!

By Chain_Reaction |

Reviews here make dinner sound questionable but my wife and I had a great breakfast. She had the French toast; I had the waffles. Tasted fresh, adorned with very fresh fruit. Very attentive waitress who seemed to enjoy her work. Would definitely go back!

Great Breakfast

By Griff H |

Although more expensive than many establishments the food is excellent. As a Brit I prefer Canadian bacon and it is served at no extra cost. The coffee was excellent. I had the steak and eggs which is just $14 Monday to Thursday. I can recommend it!

Great happy hour dinner!

By Vork Travel |

My husband and I stopped in for an early dinner, and we luckily arrived during happy hour! I have food allergies, and they were extremely accommodating which was so nice. The service overall was really great. We had the spin dip which was on happy hour and the French dip. Both were excellent! Highly recommend!

Large Wedding Brunch Reservation = Success

By Ken L |

I messaged Sebastien, the manager, regarding making a 20+ people reservation for brunch my wedding weekend. Sebastien and the whole crew were AMAZING! They got everyone seated straight away, the water glasses were filled, the drinks were quickly delivered, the ambiance was perfect and the food was excellent. I would 100% recommend any group dining you are planning on having.

Stopped by with the family

By Nick M |

Stopped by with the family, Tuesday night. Food took some time to appear from the kitchen, after a bit of a wait for the order to be taken. Drinks also weren’t quick arriving. Food was pretty average, nothing to sing about with the meal. It wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t be rushing back.

Not fussy French cafe just off the Strip.

By Mjsomaha |

Comfortable French themed restaurant just off the strip. Authentic quiche, French onion soup, escargot, salmon with beurre blanc, all at reasonable prices (for Vegas!). Would not hesitate to return.

always GOOD

By Christian C |

Definitely the best meat restaurant in Las Vegas, always on top, cooking meats is very well done, which is not easy in the USA, do the PDJ which is very good also!!! Manager and French chef .

Food Good Service Poor

By shellyc653 |

Our waiter was new on the job but he did okay. The reservation girl at the front forgot to mark our reservation with Open Table - don't know what was wrong with her. She wasn't paying attention. The food was okay but over priced. I wouldn't go back.

We will return. Was everything that one could hope for. Staff relaxed and pleasant, our meals were served quickly and they were delicious. Only thing that struck me odd is the name.. it is not memorable but you have a lovely spot on the promenade and the staff that enhanced our experience. Thank you! Return trip planned and we will be back soon!

Great location.

Went on a Friday evening and ordered a kids Mac and cheese, French dip, and Fish and chips with a beer. The total price was around $70. The musician who was playing that night was fantastic. Food was overall good, along with the atmosphere.

Average bistro food with AMAZING service!

By Silje D |

We went here after taking the zip line at the Linqen. In Vegas it’s really hard to find somewhere to eat without a reservation, but here we got a table right way. We ordered club sandwiches, fish and chips, steak and pizza which were all ok. The pizza for instance had quite a thick crust (not italian style) and tastes mostly of the barbecue sauce. Delicious nevertheless, but typically American bistro style. The thing that separates this from your average bistro is the service! My phone got stolen which meant that I had to run back to the hotel and wasn’t there when the food go served. When I came back the others were done eating and the pizza cold (my fault of course). However, that was no problem! They made a completely new one and the manager came to talk to us and was just amazing! When I ate i managed to spill my drink TWICE, but no problem. They cleaned up after me whilst I was eating and I never met nothing but a smile and “it happens”. The patience, service and entire experience was amazing. Just the fact that the manager came delivering the new pizza said it all for me. Hats off to them. Would strongly recommend coming here if you are nearby hungry and wanting an amazing experience!

Great place for brunch on a patio watching the world go by.

By Malcolm |

Was walking around looking for a decent sit down place outside to have a quick brunch as I was alone, just before 11:00am. Passed by Favorite Bistro and gave it a chance. Was seated with no wait and picked an outside table a bit in the sun but not uncomfortably so. The server was very friendly and relatively attentive. Selected the Eggs Benedict with lobster and a large orange juice. The food came relatively quickly and was very delicious. To my surprise though they had given me the lobster Eggs Benedict, but didn't charge me the extra. Portion size was not to big or small. Overall a good meal, very good value and very good service, with relaxing view people watching. Would return again.

Lovely restaurant

By Carol S |

In 5 days we visited 3 times twice for evening meal and 1 breakfast. Food everytime was lovely actually the burgers were the best id every had. We had steak and eggs on breakfast day again lovely. In the evening there was guitarists/singer both night not so loud you couldn't talk which was nice. The restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful and food was reasonable price the restaurant is down the street towards the big wheel. Only 1 slight criticism is only 1 toilet for both ladies and gents If back in Vegas will defo return 👌

Loud music and menu items not available

By Dawn L |

Loud music so you could not converse, happy hour drinks sold out and menu items unavailable. The service was great though. We felt sorry for our waiter.

Not What We Ordered

By dlind56 |

We stopped by Favorite for a little something at dinnertime. We ordered the Margherita pizza for $22. When it was brought out to the table, after a long wait, the pizza had no sliced tomatoes or fresh mozzarella. We mentioned to the waiter that this isn't a Margherita pizza and was told, "Oh, we just changed the recipe last week." I took 3 bites, it was terrible, but needed to have food with the medication I had already taken while waiting for our food. My friend's take, it's like an overcooked Dominos regular pizza. I think it was probably worse. She was hungry and ate a slice and a half. The waiter came back, way later, asked how everything was and if we wanted to pack up the leftovers. "Well, this wasn't what we ordered and we don't want the leftovers." Nothing was done to correct the situation and will never go back.

Cheapest meal on the strip

By Brenda S |

Best breakfast 👍 and excellent service. They have 50% off steak 8:30-11:30 a.m. and happy hour starts at 2 pm ambiance is good . It’s a full platter serving and you can take out half of your meal. Highly recommended if you’re staying nearby hotel.

Good food but bad service

By FBC552 |

The food is good, but they refused to let us change seats after they opened the door because of the live music and our table got too cold. There were other tables available, but the hostess said they all had wait times. It's hard to believe that people were asking for those specific tables. The hostess wasn't too nice and bluntly denied us to change seats despite us asking twice. It really ruined the mood of our dinner.

Favorite Breakfast Spot

Outstanding service, food always came out quickly and nice and hot. This was our go to place for breakfast every morning we liked it so much. Really good coffee.

Brunch

By Michael |

Had an omelette, pretty standard. The side potatoes were good. Service was excellent! Nice location to sit and relax on the patio.

Disappointment

By Mrsawatson |

Came in because they had a sign advertising their prime rib special. There was no prime rib. The food we did order had little flavor. Staff seemed more interested in having a good time amongst themselves, than serving customers.

New York vibe and good for breakfast!

By Kelsey S |

Our meal was good, the atmosphere was cute, and our waiter was very attentive! Making reservation is well recommended as it can fill up quickly.

Great Service

By TWB |

Strolling through the busy promenade, I spotted a seat at the end of the bar and went for it. Not much of a food review - I had a Las Vegas Priced plain bagel with a cream cheese pod and coffee. The bartender was prompt and friendly. Location is excellent and they advertised good specials all week. Wanted to return but didn't get a chance.

Good for a dinner in downtown

We went 2 times for the dinner with my family. Sometimes you must wait...15-30min, but it is in downtown ! Pizza are correct, meat as well, people friendly

Lovely Valentines Day Meal

By travelwithchels |

Me and my partner were in Las Vegas for Valentines Day so we decided to have our evening meal at Favorite Bistro. I had a BBQ Chicken Pizza and my partner had a Beef Burger meal plus we had a side of Mac n Cheese. We really enjoyed all of our food, it was lovely. We were also very happy with the service we received as the staff were very nice to us. When we visit Las Vegas again, we will sure eat or drink here for a second time.

Awesome breakfast

Awesome breakfast special of steak and eggs. Highly recommended. Went back two days in a row! Friendly service and cute decor.

Poor

By Simon B |

We came here as we had a discount card and thought it looked a nice place to eat. We were seated inside and ordered drinks. After that it went downhill. Our server asked what we wanted to order for our entrees... No mention of appetisers... Not that we wanted one but it would be nice to be asked. I ordered the veal and my wife the Mussels. To be fair the veal was very nice but my wife's Mussels were not the best. Out of the approx 40 she had 10 were not opened so not consumable. Also the fries with them were way too salty. After clearing away my plate (but not my wife's as i assume he thought she was still eating as the unopened Mussels were still in the dish) he asked if we wanted dessert. To be fair we said yes but then my wife said let's go I don't want to spend anymore money in here the server is just not what I expect from an American resteraunt . As the server returned with the menu we just asked for the cheque and gave our discount card. He said he would have to get a manager to approve which he did. At the point of returning he finally asked if everything was okay at which point my wife said no actually it wasn't as a quarter of her meal she couldn't eat. I think the penny finally dropped and he took the dish away and said he would get somebody to look into it. Again to be fair the manager came over and asked if we were still hungry but by then it was past the point of no return. She refunded the price of the Mussels and we left. I am not one for negative reviews on trip advisor but this is one I feel I have to leave. Good on the manager for reacting quickly to the situation but I have to say the server was very poor not what you expect.

House special Bloody Mary

By JXR_UK |

We came here specifically so I could try the house special Bloody Mary. It was enormous! All the food items it came with were really tasty. What I didn’t realise was the drink could probably have also been my meal…I was full after eating the bacon, sliders, chicken wings, celery and tomato! I’d already ordered a club sandwich with salad as my meal and most of it came home with me in a box lol. Service was good, the only thing that let the place down for me was there was a lot of flies buzzing round the windows where we were sat. They could perhaps stop them coming in by keeping the front door closed.

Nice breakfast!

Had a great breakfast here...the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The menu didn't have a huge variety for breakfast but the food didn't disappoint. Would recommend this place!

We popped into here as it was close to our hotel. Great service and food. Nicely priced. Good location. Just of strip near the High Rollers big wheel. Well worth a visit. We had Elvis breakfast and Eggs Bennadict. Both great meals.

Best experience

By Alexandra St-Gelais |

I had the chicken fettucini alfredo and it was more than delicious ! The plate was perfect for one person. I did not order the drink in the picture but it was so impressive i needed to take a picture of it !! Music not too loud, Our waitress was super attentive and came to see us often to make sure everything met our expectations.

Great spot for dinner

By CaliforniaGirl C |

We ended up eating here twice on a quick trip to Vegas. Food was tasty. Cocktails were fun and equally great. Service for us was great too. We sat down for dinner/drinks for couple hours each night and did not feel rushed at all. A great mid-range place for dinner in Vegas. All of the staff was masked too.

Craft Cocktails!

By Sarah4501 |

First time here...chalkboard outside said craft cocktails and that is all I need!...watered down and run of the mill Vegas drinks...not for me! Enjoyed the Spiced Pear Martini...it was like enjoying a fresh Anjou pear...a sipping drink for sure...I did not want this drink to be done!...excellent service and banter from Luke...just sat on the bar side...I would come back to explore more cocktails and perhaps enjoy a bite of food! Thank you!

Good food & atmosphere

By simerryjosh |

We stopped at this restaurant on our first night & really enjoyed it so went back again on our last night too. We went around 6/7pm on both days & there was a live singer on both days. The steaks & burgers were very nice & nice they do gluten free burgers too. I would recommend to eat here.

Sour Food

By Curtis P |

Terrible experience, shrimp cocktail was rotten. Dissatisfied that they would even bring this to my table.

Early breakfast option in Vegas, good food, value and service.

By OpinonatedTasteBud |

We are early riser but did not like to eat inside the hotel for breakfast. We walked down the strip, and Las Vegas was waking up to joggers and drunks. What a contrast! Most people around are workers getting to their job and no breakfast could be found other than donuts and $30 bagel and lox overcharging hotels again. After almost 2 miles of search at around 8:30am, we came across this tarven looking restaurant waking up. What caught my eyes was a sign selling steak and egg breakfast for $18.95. That's it. We were seated promptly, and coffee was served. My hubby had the steak breakfast, 8oz of medium rare (cooked to his preference) sirloin with 2 eggs, potatoes, and toast. I had the smoked salmon avocado toast served with a pouched egg and a spring salad. Both dishes were well executed. I especially enjoy the light touch of dressing instead of greens swimming in a pool of dressing. The waitress refilled our coffee twice. The second refill was actually in a to go cup when we paid the tab, such thoughtfulness.

Great location for people watching.

By Richard W |

We stopped in here for a drink. The bar menu was good and we had their advertised Mai Tai. They were good, but not quite $14 each good. We did enjoy the location and just watching people go by. Our server, Emily, was very nice and very efficient- taking good care of us.

Best Breakfast

From the moment we sat down until we left we had the best service. Our waitor was awesome and the Steak and Egg Breakfast is a must!!!

There’s way better places on the strip

By lil_amy |

Stopped in here for dinner before RuPaul Drag Race. The place is cute. It looks like a French bistro. The staff is friendly. Service was quick. However, the food and cocktails are not good. Ordered a Mai Tai and it was the nastiest drink I’ve ever had. I’ve never in my life sent a drink back. This drink was so bad I couldn’t even slam it. The food was lackluster. I ordered a pizza and it was bland. No seasoning. No wow factor. My friend’s burger was just ok. Not worth the money.

Highly recommended great food & drinks

By Gaz |

Visited Favourite Bistro twice during our trip to Vegas. Really great food in nice surroundings with live music. Go during happy hour for half price drinks Gin & Tonic for under 6 dollars. We had burgers on our first visit and classic cheese burger & steak on our second visit. Really good quality meat at a good price. Located in the Linq near the big wheel you can’t miss it.

Happy Hour includes the service!

By Susan Lowe |

Great spot at the ‘Off the Strip’ street, with happy hour 2pm to 7pm, $5 drinks and $7 food. Letitia and Fransisco behind the bar made the experience, so friendly and helpful, we went back each day 😊 Not sure you will get a good glass of French rose for $5 anywhere else in Vegas!! Highly recommended.
