This restaurant is innovative. Their food is wholesome and highly flavorful. None of the Frankenfood copies that so many vegan restaurants offer as highly processed copies of meat dishes. Those have a place but unfortunately dominate too much of the vegan and vegetarian landscape. Not here - this place is a legit and should be checked out by vegans and omnivores alike. What they are doing to utilize fermentation into each aspect of the meal is unique and it works.

Best Vegan experience
I am not a Vegan and a full-fledged carnivore although I like trying different foods. In the past, I was very disappointed with any vegan establishments I experienced. So when we visited our daughter in Portland, she took us to Fermenter and I found the food to be exceptional. We had an OUTSTANDING meal and experience.
