Don’t miss this Wallingford gem!

By BeckyTilles |

Food is excellent as is the service. Seriously the kindest group of people run this place. It’s our absolute favorite Italian place. Every time family comes to town we hit this spot. Our favorites are every pizza on the menu (Figs got the Blues and Goaty goat especially), the chicken Parmesan, little gem salad, miso rigatoni, actually we’ve never had anything we didn’t love! Cheers and much gratitude to the Fiasco peeps!!

Happy Hour is great!

By JSA-Seattle |

The Happy Hour at Fiasco can't be beat. It's our go-to when we don't feel like cooking. We must go there once a week. The HH chicken sandwich with shoestring fries is amazing, and there are three pizza choices. For about $50 (before tip), we get two Entrees, two draft beers and two mixed drinks. Seriously love this place.

Interesting Dinner Spot

The food was good, but the service was lacking. We ordered salads and soup which took some time to arrive. It then took another hour for our entrees. Our waiter did not come back to explain the delay.

A must visit if u like good and drink.

DON'T Skip Dessert

By HelenaMT626 |

Went for a quick dinner with friends on a Friday night. Great atmosphere, service, drinks! Calamari app was very nice. Server recommended the short rib risotto which was very good, as was the gnocchi and the pappardelle. Whatever you enjoy, save room for dessert. We shared the lemon cream gelato and the zeppoli. Did I mention the lemon cream gelato with olive oil, fresh basil, and finishing salt? OMG no one could quit talking about it for the rest of the weekend! Go there. Have dessert.

Delicious! Great atmosphere, service, and food. Extra bonus, easy parking next to the restaurant in garage. We ordered cheesy bread, burrata, pizza, chicken piccata, & pesto chicken sandwich. Yum! We will be back.

Fabulous Lunch

By Rumples |

A friend and I went here to have lunch as part of Fall Seattle Restaurant Week. That’s when scores of restaurants band together to offer special 3-course dinners for $35 and some include 2-course lunches for $20. We opted to go to Fiasco because we liked the menu and its location, which is just a short walk from where I stay when visiting Seattle. I made a reservation but that proved to be unnecessary on a weekday at 1 p.m. Only a few customers sat at tables when we arrived and the greeter/server led us immediately to a corner table and gave us menus and water. We liked the casual atmosphere and the many windows, which give a view of Stone Way and pull in natural illumination. Something seemed unusual at first and then I realized it was the lack of blaring music and indeed any music. For the first time in ages, I was able to hold an understandable conversation with a dining companion without raising my voice or asking for sentences to be repeated. It also meant good communication with our pleasant, professional server. The restaurant week menu gave the choice of a starter and an entree or an entree and a dessert. Each category had three options. We both ordered pumpkin bisque and chunky avocado salad. The bisque had goat cheese crema, toasted pumpkin seeds, nutmeg and chives and possessed an exquisite flavor. It was especially appreciated on the cold, blustery day. The salad brimmed with avocado and a variety of other ingredients, including frisée and crispy quinoa. It proved to be another winner and was so big that we each could only eat about half and took the rest with us. In addition to the $20, our final bills included tax and a 20 percent service charge. Many Seattle restaurants added this service charge after the minimum wage increased substantially in the city. Though we walked to Fiasco, plenty of free street parking exists in the immediate neighborhood.

Wonderful Brunch!

By trip-4-2-td |

First time here for brunch & it was such a great experience. Because it was my b-day, they gave us the best seat in the house (the swing). Our server, Mason brought us a complimentary cinnamon roll - so delicious! The coffee was nice and strong, just the way we like it. We loved that their menu had such a variety to choose from. I had the Spiced Fried Chicken & French Toast; my husband had Smoked Salmon Benedict and our son had the kids cheese pizza. The portions were generous. Another server, Jax brought over a sample of the Bloody Mary mix. We were discussing what it tasted like to our son but we didn't ask for it yet this server brought it over for him to try (so nice). The food was fabulous, servers were superb aiming to please, asking how things were, refilling coffee, etc. & great ambiance. Mason & Jax really treated us well. The hostess (didn't get her name) was also very nice, she was behind the bar as we were leaving & she shouted "Happy B-day". Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will definitely return.

Cool Italian and Wine/Bar

By SoCalIrish |

We were visiting Seattle and a friend recommended we get out of downtown and visit the neighborhoods. We found Fiasco and we’re happy we did. This is the cool neighborhood place that I wish I could’ve taken home with me. I’d be a regular! We tried a number of dishes and they were all great. Loved the option of a full bar, but we went to their wine market and brought a bottle to our table. There was a great selection. They have a great outdoor patio that is utilize in good weather. Please franchise or share your secrets. I want a local Fiasco.

Fab spot, excellent dinner, warm and friendly service!
