Maria is absolutely outstanding! The best service we have received in Chicago, by far! Her vivacious personality and great service is the reason we came back to this restaurant!! The food is spectacular but her vibes and service is impeccable. Can’t wait to see her and dine with you all again! Thanks so much!

The atmosphere is wonderful. They still have outdoor seating in late October, with overhead heaters to keep you warm. Lots of big screen TVs, distancing is wonderful, staff is respectful and responsive, and the food it delicious always. We have had the salmon with risotto on several occasions, delicious . Their burgers are huge and lots of fries. The flat bread pizzas are wonderful, and the spicy corn salad a good combination of vegetables and flavor.

Food and drinks were good, but the Grill was down, and we could not have steaks, which was disappointing since it is a Grill house. We managed with other food options. Staff was very good and did separate bills for us since we had 19 people.

Delicious restaurant. The grilled meat was very good, soft, cooked to the requested point. Exquisite cornbread! The salmon was overcooked. The bad thing was the very noisy, non-romantic atmosphere, which took away the excitement of the night. Good attention.

The food was great, how ever the Waitress Maria, made the experience 10 times better! She was super helpful, kind and professional! We definitely will be returning. Thank you Maria!

The vibe of warmth was immediately felt through the smiles of the team as we approached the hostess stand. Food was delicious! The pretzel was a favorite and we loved the 20 oz porterhouse. Server Angelica was a doll! Over all, it was a fun way to celebrate a date night out!

I go to the Starbucks at Radisson Blu every day. The staff at Starbucks next to Firelake restaurant are ALWAYS smiling, happy, friendly, and polite. I get such a great start to each day stopping by this Starbucks each morning and afternoon. Thank you Naslin, Samantha, Cookie, and Elizabeth! Charmaine the hostess at Charmaine is awesome too!

My friends and I had a little staycation at the Radisson Blu, and our breakfast at FireLake was amazing! The food was delicious, the serving sizes were more than enough, and our server Michael made the experience that much better. He was very accommodating, fun to banter with, and overall just phenomenal at his job. Highly recommend this place for a yummy, well-priced meal :)

Firelake in the Radisson Blu Aqua downtown Chicago is a gem! Server Ohalo gave 5-star above and beyond service! The food was delicious and atmosphere trendy and fun.

Came here with friends and had a really good time. The music and the ambient was great. Our server Angelica took really good care of us. I definitely recommend. The pretzel is a must!!

We are staying here at the Radiasson blue aqua and stopped in to the Fire Lake Bar for a quick drink. We were greeted kindly and served by two fantastic bartenders. Brei was funny, kind, and made us a delicious Irish coffee and a hot toddy to warm us up from a cold day of running around the city. Fred was excellent as well. They both do such a great job at taking care of guests! We will be back to see Brei and Fred!

Lupita was our waitress. She was friendly and helpful. The pork chops were excellent..My associates had a burger and said it was the best burger they had eaten in a long time.

Brea the bartenders was the best ever!! She crafted great drinks and we had very nice conversations and interaction. Highly recommended

Just had a wonderful solo dinner here & I loved it! The food was great & my server, Chalo, was great! So friendly & attentive!! I had the beet salad & chick pot pie, both were delicious & the lemon drop martini I had was amazing! Check it out if you’re around.

Starbucks in the lobby was a good thing, but Jennica made the experience so much better! She was so kind to my 2 young daughters and made them the “best hot chocolate” they have tasted is a while. You could tell she had a big smile under that mask :) will definitely book rooms here again! Great service!

We had a great experience on Chicago's St. Patrick's Day celebration. Food and beverages were very good. Big shout out to our wonderful waitress Maria. She was very busy but still took great care of us!

Food is pretty good, as part of the Radisson Blu Aqua, location is very good, but that's it. Expensive, different meals at different times for the same order, service is bad, waiters behaviours is not what you expect in a restaurant, and I'm not even speaking pf the waiting times... 55 minutes for a plate of pasta... when 12 people in the room. For some reason, it was freezing in there! To us, very bad experience. We had to get there becaus of the marathon (avoid walking the days before) therwise, probably would never have been there.

Most of the menu was fairly typical American pub food. I ordered the roasted 1/2 chicken and instead of double starch with mashed potato and corn, I switched to grilled asparagus and broccolini. Maybe it was because my dinner sat under warming lamp for 20 min. while my husband’s pasta was being prepared, the vegetables were destroyed. Asparagus soggy stringy and drowned in oil. Broccolini tough, charred and bitter. With all of the wonderful restaurants in Chicago, take a pass on this one.

This was my first time doing a formal tea service, and it was wonderful. I went with two friends, and we were served by Lupita. Everything was beautifully arranged when we arrived. Two of us are gluten free, and they had a gluten free menu for most things. We started with sparkling wine and then slected our tea. I got the elderflower green tea, which was delicious. Then Lupita brought out the food display, which was on elegant towers. Sandwiches, deviled eggs, fruit skewers, truffles and brownies. We got our own little jars of honey, and a plate of macarons that my lucky friend got to take home because they weren't gluten free. We stayed for almost 3 hours, and Lupita never rushed us. We were the only ones there, so it felt like a private party. My only recommendation would be to make a couple more items gluten free. The scones and macarons would have been nice to have too, especially since they had clotted cream and marmalade, but I couldn't eat those. But I really have no complaints. I hope to go back again, and maybe Lupita will still be there.

Waited over 30 minutes for the appetizer. Restaurant was cold and seating was uncomfortable. Don't recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out there was a tea service here. They were able to accommodate for gluten free. Tasty cucumber, smoked salmon, and crab salad mini sandwiches. Fruit, brownie bites, and truffles were a nice sweet treat. We each got to choose a tea, cream, honey, and crystallized sugar were on the table depending on preference. And a sparkling wine was served as well. Our server Lupita was friendly and walked around the table to let us each look and smell the tea options. I was surprised how quiet it was for a Saturday afternoon, but this allowed us to enjoy a very leisurely tea. If you are looking for a new option for a high tea service, definitely worth checking out.

I hosted a bridal shower for my future daughter-in-law—there were 8 of us for lunch. The service at the restaurant was excellent as were the drinks and food. The noice level was lively but not a problem to chat. We were made very welcomed and not at all rushed. Bonus, valet parking which when validated at the hotel desk was 25$. We were there for 4 hours! Highly recommend!

Staying here and walked around a bit. Rest of Chicago was dead but decent crowd here. Brei took care of our party and treated us well. They have changed their menu a lot and would recommend if your in the area

This the first trip we’ve taken out of New York since covid, and we’re glad this is where we came. The restaurant is in the lobby of the radisson hotel. Despite it being a hotel bar/restaurant it would function quite well as its own independent location. When I think of a hotel bar, I just figure some mediocre bar where you can just get your routine boring cocktails just out of sheer convenience. This is not the case here. Our bartender Isaiah was part of the reason we kept coming back to this place despite the numerous places to eat and drink within just five miles. He’s inventive, making not only the fun and whimsical cocktails on their menu, but can whip up a cocktail on the fly if you’d like. His old fashioneds kept us coming back over and over again, and the food was pretty decent too, but the cocktails stood out!

Love the staff here! They are so friendly and helpful. The drink specials are always a pleaser! Super big shoutout to Dan the Man! He’s the best!

Not good service and food would have been ok if not served barely warm. As soon as I sat down and before I looked at menu I was asked “what do you want?” Then the waiter disappeared for 10-12 minutes. I ordered side salad, fries and BBQ Brisket sandwich. 15 minutes later it was dropped off barely warm. Taste was good but not warm. Waiter again disappeared and never asked how thinks were. I seldom give low ratings but tonight FireLake deserves one. Maybe waiter was overextended (he seemed to be in huge hurry) but disappointing. Took awhile to get check too. Tomorrow night I’ll go elsewhere

We sat down for breakfast and Bri was awesome! Super attentive and informative. Didn’t miss a beat! Also the food was great! Tons of great options even outside of the typical breakfast choices!

Only the onion rings were good. The beet salad was okay. The chicken club with avocado came without the avocado and was not very good. The cheese board had American and salami. The chef sent out the entree before the appetizer. We had to give the appetizer away to another table since we weren't hungry anymore for it. The management made our server cry. Their cocktails are made with syrup and not fruit. Will never go there again.

We live one neighborhood and come here regularly. The staff could not be better. They are always hustling but also always stop by to say hello. Jim, Tiffeney, Luis, Angelica and Calen always have a smile on their faces and make it a great experience. The food here is also amazing. Burgers, steak frites and breakfasts are among the best in the city.

My husband and I had a delicious breakfast and Herminio was great very nice and friendly. Awesome time!

Food was very good. Drinks were great. Our server was Chalo who was very attentive, personable and gave great service. If you are a fan of dirty martinis they make an excellent one.

Visited today to get some Starbucks coffee. Was really impressed with how awesome the staff was. They were busy with several guests but were nice and handled the cue well. Samantha & Cuqita we’re working if my memory is correct. Will definitely visit again next time.

The Radisson Blu wouldn’t be the Radisson Blu without Sam,cookie and Naslin. They work at the Starbucks coffee shop. Sam makes the best pink drinks, my daughter is obsessed! Cookie never fails to make the best iced mochas and Naslin is always ready to take on a challenge and make the most creative drinks for me to try. They are truly my favorite people in town.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this establishment. Lupita was an amazing server and the team really made my sister and I feel special with celebrating my sister's birthday. I went for their afternoon tea experience and LOVED it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to do something different and I would definitely patron this establishment again.

Great outdoor space, attentive staff and great food!!! We haves dined here several times as we stay in the hotel at least 3 times a year. The breakfast is great! We live the ribs! We have never had a bad meal here!!

They have a great breakfast buffet. Another Thay have great eggs 🥚 and sausages too. Also they have good yogurt too. Last the people who work here are very nice .

I went in here with friends while staying at the hotel and Lupita was exceptional. She made delicious recommendations and was very attentive of our service needs. She truly cares about her work and smiles while doing it. It’s nice to see that FireLake had a super star sever!!! The food is delicious we got the salmon, Chicken entrée, and a couple burgers no complains from anyone. Will definitely be back!!!

Had a really delightful evening here - Angelica was our server and she could not have been more helpful, sweet, and all around great. The food was amazing! We ordered a bunch of menu items - the pretzel caught our eye early and we agreed it was a highlight of our meal. The pork belly and the roasted corn salad were other stand outs for the appetizers. The porterhouse steak was delicious, too. Can’t wait to return and grateful for this lovely evening out!

You can’t make this up…their gigantic pretzel they serve here is crazy thick and crazy delicious! I enjoyed munching on it amid the laid-back ambiance of the dining room, which is seemingly a Radisson-affiliated chain…but I never could’ve suspected. With friendly waitstaff and decently affordable prices, I’d encourage folks to stop by FireLake for their next meal.

Wow @firelakechicago is a total hidden gem. @isaiah makes the the best espresso martini I’ve ever had in my life. I would highly recommend visiting if you are in the Chicago Are. 5 stars!!!
