This restaurant is exactly what I want when looking for breakfast. First, the staff is very friendly and helpful (on our last visit the reception person came out to our loaner car to help us figure out how to get the key out). They are always upbeat and pleasant. The menu has a very wide variety of selections to fit every need: healthy, indulgent, high protein, high carb. My go to breakfast here is the avocado toast. The million dollar bacon is great. We've visited 7 times now and have been pleased on every visit. If you want a good breakfast or lunch, we highly recommend this place.

I took some out-of-town guests for breakfast, and they were all very impressed with their meals. So was I! The variety of items on the menu meets everyone’s tastes and needs. Everything was well prepared and presented. I recommend this restaurant.

Excellent service and good food. Not packed like many of the other first watch locations. I look forward to returning

Food was good but unlike other first watch restaurants this crew was slow. No one acknowledged us for 10 minutes. Food didn't come for over 35 minutes. People smoked and sad the right things bit how disappointing.

2nd time visiting this place. Always good. Friendly service, reasonably priced, food is good, clean, and decent coffee !

I have been here in years past when traveling for work and made it back with the family this time. Food was great as always, but the service was pretty slow. The coffee was cold. We were not in a huge rush, but still would have liked things to move a bit more quickly between getting our order in and actually eating it just took too long.

This is a cool breakfast place, and you can eat healthy and you can pile it on if you want to, the choice is yours. A lot of choices, fresh baked muffins and a cool vibe. A nice new spot on my radar screen.

We went here for Lunch yesterday and it was amazing. Our waitress was Amarye and she explained all the dishes to us and told us the best sandwich to get. We settled on the Monterrey Turkey Club and it did not disappoint. I had a full sandwich with the Chicken and Rice soup my wife had the half sandwich with a salad. This was our first time eating here and we will be back here again.

This is the third First Watch location I’ve tried because the food is that good. I arrived at 12:45 and it looked like the brunch rush had just left. I just love the variety of healthy food and everything I’ve had is delicious.

Great food lots of choices. Waiter was unbothered that party of 8 drifted in a few at a time. He just brought more menus more coffee

I first ate at First Watch with my sister 9 years ago and we loved it so I was pleased to find one on vacation again but was unsure if my hubby would be impressed. We were not disappointed! I was skeptical of the million dollar because of the price but well, well worth it. Farmhouse hash, French toast and omelets were all delicious. What sold us all was, when we checking out, they asked us if we wanted coffee or water to go!

I tried to set up a food delivery, but was told delivery was not available. When I arrived for my scheduled pick up that I had to make now that delivery was not an option, I waited for 20 minutes and the food was still not ready. This was a business lunch for a dermatology office. I was told that the food ordered for pickup was never actually ready on time, and that orders placed in house were a priority over orders placed online ahead of time. Poor form as this was not to noted on their order form

I eat at First-Watch often. One of the kind of chain restaurants that are very consistent. Always friendly service. They serve up a great breakfast and lunch.

Had a great breakfast at First Watch. The coffee was great and the food choices were abundant. I settled on the Avocado Toast and it was WOW. I appreciated that they were glad to prepare my eggs my way, rather than basted as described in the menu. The service was on the slow side, but I still give 5 stars. The menu choices were creative, interesting, and different from the usual.

This is right outside the Aloft San Antonio Airport Hotel. The food is great! The service is friendly and professional. The food is fresh and the presentation is awesome. I wish there was one closer to me!

The place was hopping after parents dropped their kids at school for the first day of class. The restaurant was well staffed and the woman at the desk was a master at multitasking. Seated on time or early from forecasted wait time. Service good, food great.

This restaurant is awesome for breakfast! A bit pricey but finally a place worth the cost. Go see and you’ll be a fan!

We love the delicious menu and variety of food and drink options here! So creative with the seasonal foods, and really very delicious. We went on a Saturday morning, so it was busy but we only waited about 15/20 minutes for a table for 4. Service was great and on time! We really enjoyed the Morning Meditation fresh juice. The toast and the pancakes were great! I especially loved that they had Pumpkin Spice coffee creamer on the table, what a sweet surprise! Thanks First Watch, you never disappoint!

The people were nice, the food was good, with healthy options, and it wasn’t too expensive. It’s near where I live. I’ll be back.

First Watch on 410 and Blanco is conveniently located not far from the airport and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful! You feel like you walked into a friends home that prepared a wonderful variety of breakfast and brunch dishes. We had some picky eaters in our group of 16 and everyone was happy. Go confidently whether flying solo, couples brunch, or a big family breakfast!
