Had a "breakfast of champions" at this Five Guys located at the Bayside Mall. Their hamburgers are always great. I always run down the list of ingredients ordering pretty much everything I can. The end result is a great burger. I also love their peanuts.

Had great burger and hot dog. The shakes are great, price is reasonable. Situated in Bayside marina market. Simple furnishings but mert the purpose.

Don’t bother pre ordering via the app. Even after you say you are there they skip fulfilling your orde, they set up the buns and then keep skipping it. Staff unhelpful and ignores you!! Horrible service.

Delicious burger! Fast and Good! If you eat one burger of five guys you will not eat any other burgers of other place!

This review is for the 5 Guys in Aventura Mall outside the cinema. Not sure if the address above is correct. Typical 5 Guys, clean and bright with potatoes and peanuts everywhere. Although it was a quiet time cooking was a little slow, but I'd rather have it that way and fresh. Most of the tables are outside in the Mall which makes for a lot of noise as it is the equivalent of an echo chamber and kids love to test it so no peace and quiet. Everything was just as you expect from a 5 Guys - could be busy during movie times.

Food at 5 Guys is delicious. I ordered the hamburger and an order of fries. The hamburger wa the size of two hamburgers at most places and the fries were enormous. I could not stuff all of my meal down my throat. What a value!! One order is enough for 2 people and the taste is wonderful.

I went there 9:45 pm, and they close at 10 pm. My order wasn’t done correct, then after I complained it wasn’t done correct again. They told me sorry we will not be able correct your order because we are now closed !!! A shameful experience

nothing much to say except at 11:30am, I was the second order of the day, the girl taking orders was so rude, she clearly could not be bothered to be there...she rolled her eyes at me and huffed when I asked a question. The floor was filthy in this location, sticky, dirty and the trash can by the soda machine stank. There was a smell of urine at the back of the restaurant. Dirty place. Avoid.

US people are masters in fast food. Five guys concetti is delivering an higher quality than other older style chains. Located at Bayside. Clean, good service and attention to the Customer. A good quick meal when you are in that area.

Great burgers but as I mentioned on the title extremely pricey.A meal for one (cheeseburger,fries,coke) easily surpasses the $15.00 dollars mark.No sirie!!!

The food was great. the cheese on the burgers were melted just right. they had very good customer service. the only improvement I could see was more employees because they are very busy and its hard for them to try to meet each customers need. overall very goo and very respectful.

You walk n and help yourself to a little boat of peanuts. The order taker was friendly and helpful . You choose your burger and add stuff like tomatoes and mayo... add ons are free. Pop refills are free. Milkshakes are good lots of choices of flavours. Lots of seating . Washrooms are down the outside hall quite a long way away.

Fantastic burgers, dogs and fries, perfect, very filling, small burger is suffice, free refills on the soft drinks, loads of free toppings, brilliant happy staff

i don't normally order burgers in restaurants but i love them. This was one of the best I've ever tasted. Just a small littler burger joint but definitly give it a try. you wont be disappointed

My first time at a Five Guys Burgers and Fries and it was generally a good experience. Burger was good ($6.39) - I ordered regular Cajun Fries ($4.19) which were also good (but way too many fries - I should have gone small) I also had a Milk Shake (Peanut Butter flavour) which was also good ($3.99) The restaurant was reasonably clean and staff regularly cleaned tables. The only real disappointment is the lack of smiles or positive communication from staff - mostly they seemed to be bored and not want to be there.

This burger is hands down the best burger you can find. It is Big and juicy, with the freshest toppings per your selection. The Fries are amazing too, especially with the flavor option. I forget what its called but you either get them plain or with flavor. I would say that if you do take out or delivery ask for the bun on the side. The juicyness of the burger will get it soaked and I don't like a mushy bun. You can even ask for it wrapped in lettuc if you have gluten intolerance. I am new to trip advisor and I haven't been in a couple of months but seeing this I had to review...and honestly I am thinking of going there now for lunch....

Great burgers. Live the fact that you can have as many toppings as you like on the burger. Love the complimentary peanuts while you wait for your burger. Simple straightforward menu. Good food fast.

We visited Five Guys in the afternoon, we are a party of four but I have eaten in a five guys before in the UK. So this was a whole new experience for the rest of my group. I explained how the ordering system works and off we went, we all had the bacon cheeseburger meal. The staff were extremely friendly and funny, they just us all feel really welcome. Nothing was an issue and they talked to us explaining what they were doing as they made our burgers. The fries were award winning, hot and plenty of them. We had free re-fills on soda drinks. The tables were very clean along with the floor and glass windows. We really did enjoy our meals and would eat here again. Five out of Five on service, quality and quantity of food.

In my experience, the worst Burger, worst fríes and worst service in Miami by far. TERRIBLE. SMALL, BURNT AND

Better vs mc Donald of course you can choose what you want in your burger that's original and at the end result is ok , it's fine Service is slow , hopefully guys put a sticker on sandwiches so keep your receipt otherwise it's a nightmare to find your order when you go with many friends

Way to expensive for a hamburger, a hot dog and French fries. I paid like I ate at a fine restaurant and what I ate is a McDonals meal.

I am not really sure what to say besides if you like five guys you will like this place. The Cajun fries and and burgers are a little pricey, but good and free peanuts.

You can never go wrong with 5 Guys! Their burgers are some of the best I have ever had! Only complaint I have is it was a little small with limited seating and there is NO bathroom.

Great place to go if you want a quick make-your-own-burger. Meat and bun was just right and tasted very good.

I like this fast food outlet the burgers are big and lovely and the fries are different to the usual stuff... a bit more expensive but still good value

Great burgers and fries! Lived up to what you expect from a five guys location. Burgers were great, fries were hot and plentiful. Milkshakes hit the spot. Staff were friendly and location was clean. There is limited indoor seating at this second floor location. Great stop for a quick lunch.

Okay I like Five Guys burgers and fries but my beef is with the order taker at the Bayside Marketplace location today. She was rude and condescending. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger for my husband which she replied rudely with ya right insinuating it was for me then I ordered 2 regular sodas but she rang in large. I didn't know the size she punched in until I got my receipt and it was too late. When my husband got his burger there wasn't any bacon. My cousin had a similar experience with her order. If the manager reads this review please consider retraining your associste Cruz R (name that appeared on the receipt).

22 minutes to get a burger. Some people waited as much as 30 minutes. Burger was good but can not recommend standing so long for barely better than a “fast food” burger

Nice place to eat a hamburger 🍔,and nice fries. Is way better the any franchise fast food place. I'm recommended if you are looking for a fast and good place to eat

We chose Five Guys at the Bayside Market for quick early bite before taking the Big Red Bus tours, after disembarking from a cruise ship. I have always felt that the prices were high in this chain, but it was an eating place that we knew and trusted. Despite having more workers than customers, the service was not fast. Despite being on the menu, they did not have milk shakes (it was 11:30 am); it took 5 attempts to find a soft drink that was available in the dispenser (it was 11:30 am). There were no rest rooms. The food was the normal quality, but if this was my first 5 Guys, it would have been the last.

We had seem them before and never tried them. On the spur of the moment we tried. Food was fantastic and the children absolutely loved the milkshakes!!! Not as clean as I would have expected as they rely on diners to keep tables clean but food we loved....we now keep an eye out for it when travelling

This place has great burgers and fries. It took a little while for our order but was very good. They have many drink choices. It is located upstairs at the Bayside Market Place.

The place needs some tiding up, for sure. The burgers are good, nice to be able to make up your own combination of flavours. It is a bit complicated the first time though to figure out what you are supposed to do. What's up with the peanuts? So food is nice but I will not rate it any better because of the salty fries. To the point where we could not eat them, they were so salty. Music was very very loud. So better than Mc Donalds, still not great.

A coworker and I were staying at the Holiday Inn across the street and came over to the Bayside area to grab a bite. We hit on the Five Guys Burgers and went upstairs to get some food. There are windows along the wall where you can eat and watch the people go by. The food was good and the fresh. Their drink machine is one of those that will let you mix the different flavors and produce a combination to your liking.

Very disappointed. The burger patty was dry and taste less, we had to add a lot of sauce to make the burgers edible. Chips was burnt, to compensate for the burnt chips, we were given a double portion of burnt chips. Watered down soda.

we were really hungry and this hit the spot. 2 of us had burgers, 1 had a hot dog. All hot, enjoyable and with great fries. Both boys had milkshakes with bacon in them - we'd never seen that before! we had also never seen a soft drink machine with so many options - the boys went nuts tasting small amounts of varieties we don't have a home. Fairly basic fast food style set up but enjoyable for 3 Aussies!

I was going to a concert at the American Airlines Arena and we were looking for a fast meal before the concert. It was my first time at a Five Guys and I don't eat fast food or hamburgers but it thought it was fantastic! I also had their sweet potato fries and I really had to control myself to eat only five of them. Yummy! We were there around 5:45 pm. The food came quickly. I don't know if it is always the case but I had a wonderful meal!

it was really bad.. we first came to order and there was no screens, but it was okay. Then we orded and the wait time was really Long. Most of the soda was unavalibe and the milkshake machine where broken, so we waited really Long for That too. We orded to large fries and We Got the double of that.. bad service in gerneral. There also was no toilets.

This was our first visit to a Five Guys. The food was great, but expensive, but I will just chalk that up to being in Miami. We thought this location was dirty and could have been a little better taken care of. The place was dirty with trash all over. The staff seemed friendly - the housekeeping just needed a little work.

Delicious burger and dogs and home cut fries. Clean with good music and fun attentive staff....... Yum

Wow these burgers are delicious. Big juicy and because they are fresh you can order to the cooking temp you prefer. Plenty of topping options and the fries....FRESH CUT. Real FF out of one of the many potato bags that adorn this eatery, its part of their decor. You can munch on complimentary peanuts and read the many plaques and awards and newspaper clippings that decorate the walls raving about their burgers while you wait for your order. Low Key Fast Food Real Food...

35 min for two burgers, that were not even that good. Thanks for making us late to our event. Definitely will not visit again!

Never been here and I was recommended by family and I loved it great value tasty burgers and fries, lovely jubbly I’ll be back again soon 😋

Because this is a very turístic place they need to have one employee cleaning tables all the time, because happen to find dirty tables, is a small place, so they suppose to have all available tables clean. The flavor was very good and the customer service too.

I have not had Five Guys in several years. I must say I am really disappointed with the quality of the food. The burger had no flavor and the lettuce was brown. The burger was not juicy. I had to go back to the cook to get some lettuce and it was at best a weary few pieces. I felt as if I were eating a sandwich with tomatoes and mayo with ketchup. I am not sure what kind of meat it was and am thankful I couldn't finish it. Just bad. I don't recommend this location and if the supply chain for beef is consistent at other locations you would not recommend eating at Five Guys to anyone.

An excellent place to create your own burger. The fries are so good good but only when they are scorching hot. Staff were polite and the restaurant was clean. There was just no bathrooms which was weird for a restaurant.

The burgers and fries were very good. Second time trying a 5 guys, first time I hadn't been impressed. Service was good. However, $33 for 3 burgers, 3 drinks, and one regular fry is a little out there for my taste/budget.

Enjoyed burger but wished they had more variety like green vegetables and fried sweet potatoes. Like the peanuts.

the hamburger are great at the fast food joint. I am a little disappointed with their fries.. they are too oily for me. and this place give you a lot of it. greasy and fatten no wonder.

My friend and I stopped by for a quick snack. Hamburger was delicious and juicy. Perfect fried potatoes. All comes in paper bags even to eat in.

my daughter likes five guys burgers so we decided to eat lunch there food was good the place is small so we ate outside.

Excellent simple burgers that tastes like burgers and are earthy made. The atmosphere was for me as a tourist eye catching and inviting to taste real local burgers. The service was helpful and quick, no complications at all. The menu also simple and clear. Our burgers taste also clean, you know what you eat and the fries.. its been a while since I taste an interesting portion of fries! Good job, keep it up!

It was very busy when we attended but as usual the food was great. Could have been a little cleaner but the staff was trying to clean as it went along. Did not like no bathroom in the shop but the music was awesome. he staff was attentive and friendly.

Food was great as expected but the restaurant seating area was ver disgusting. Trash was every where and not enough staff to look after dining area.

Great burgers, you can select your toppings and fries are really good. Five guys is one of the best burger places in US, always serves really good burgers. Have great milkshakes aswell.

Staff was not friendly, they messed up our order, we waited 20 minutes for the wrong food. Only reason they received a 3 is because they corrected their mistake quickly. There are other options, choose them.

Went there for the first time. As a vegetarian I was afraid the sandwiches would be tasteless but I was in for a surprise! I got the one with cheese, it was so succulent and tasty!!! Really good!
