We recently visited Flanker's for the second playoff game on Saturday. While the food was decent and the atmosphere was lively, the overall experience was disappointing. Reservation Frustrations: The $10 reservation fee, coupled with a $300 minimum spend, felt excessive. Game Day Disruption: Despite arriving early for the game's 5:00 PM start, the TVs were inexplicably delayed in switching over. This created a frustrating start to the game and left a negative impression. Pricey Drinks: $22 for a vodka soda felt exorbitant, especially for a sports bar environment. Pros: Plenty of TVs: The bar has ample TVs, which is essential for a sports-focused venue. Good Food: The food, including the wings, pretzel, fish and chips, and smash burger, was enjoyable. Overall: While the food was good, the reservation fee, the delayed game start, and the high drink prices overshadow the positives. With numerous other sports bars offering competitive prices and a more attentive game-day experience, I'm hesitant to recommend Flanker's.

This is in the Mandalay Bay resort near the tunnel to the Raiders stadium and the escalator to the Mandalay shops. I am not sure what this place is. They call it a sports bar, but it is more fancy than that, and pricey. They do not open until 4pm, which is way late for sports bar in the Western time zone. I guess if you want to have a steak dinner with a group of people and you want to watch the game at the same time, this might be an option?.

We were staying at Mandalay Bay for the Players Era Basketball tournament. We walked by Flankers Sports Bar many times so thought we would check it out. We had a great experience. My kids got burgers and my wife and I shared the nachos. The nachos were awesome. They were loaded with so many different things. They also had a great cheese sauce on the side. My kids loved the burgers. They were not that busy and we had great service. Taylor took great care of us and the kiddos.

Disgusting service and attitude of the staff here! Very unfriendly. If there was a -10 I would give them that! The management and front desk on the 3rd August really shouldn’t be dealing with the hotel guests. Awful experience and treated so rudely

The grown up Mac n cheese is wonderful. Large enough to share as a side with two or three people. My friend had steak both times, one time with fries and the other substituting mash potato. He ate both cuts of steak that are offered (separate occasions) and enjoyed them both. Shrimp tacos (on the appetizer menu) is very nice. The small shrimps have a tempura style batter on them. Chicken breast was quite flavorful. It's difficult to eat because it is on the bone. The manager explained that it helps with flavor. We were there when the hotel was full, so make sure you have a reservation. It was loud and busy both times we were there, in case that makes a difference to some people. Not typical bar food for sure!

Sports bar, so very loud. Salads were fresh and crispy. Mac and cheese was creamy and very cheesy, get an order! Very pricey, but in Mandalay Bay, so….. Service was good, nice staff.

We booked in here as we wanted to experience NFL Sunday in a bar full of Americans; we weren’t disappointed. Our table was bang in the middle of the restaurant, meaning we were surrounded by NFL screens - my son and husband were in heaven. Food was great - we particularly enjoyed the donut starter - and waiters were really friendly and helpful. The bar had a lovely atmosphere, with fans from several different teams proudly showing off their shirts and shouting for the teams. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The service here is very good and the big screens are an even added bonus. For inside casino dining it doesn’t get much better, I had the lobster roll appetizers and they were divine, Wife had the steak tacos and a spinach crab dip for an appetizer. Can’t go wrong but get reservations some big sports nights it fills up fast.

If you're in Las Vegas or attending an event at Allegiant Stadium, Flanker is a can't miss. To me, the menu is a true standout. We went before a Raiders game and there was a wide range of options for our entire group from brunch to classic bar fare. The restaurant was naturally very busy pre-game but the staff was still attentive and friendly. If you plan to go before or after an event or game at Allegiant, a reservation is a must. Looking forward to returning to Flanker this football season - highly recommended!

If you’re heading to a game at Allegiant Stadium, Flanker inside Mandalay Bay is a must-stop. Even if you’re wandering the casino floor, it’s worth seeking out. We originally picked it because it’s on the InKind app, but realized this place is so much more. Flanker sets the tone: fun yet sophisticated. We went classic with burgers and wings, and they hit the mark. Juicy, flavorful, and served hot—no shortcuts here. Flanker nails the trifecta of drinks, food, and sports. Whether you’re in Vegas for a big game, a casual night out, or simply want a spot that’s both lively and comfortable, this is it. We’ll definitely go out of our way to come back on our next trip.

We dined here on Thursday evening, then again Friday evening, then again Saturday morning! Which indicates just how fabulous Flankers is! From the hostesses to the servers and everyone in between = everyone is extremely friendly and professional - service IS impeccable! The food is perfection! The cocktails are on another level! Lively environment - huge television screen at one end, and small screens around the rest of the establishment. The music they play would appeal to just about anyone! They have private rooms to rent for gatherings and offer private karaoke. Such fun! Thank you Marissa; our server extraordinaire for the first two evenings, and Zoe who served us our brunch. Tresten (sp?) who manned the Bloody Mary cart, was a font of information and so personable! I want to return to Las Vegas - just to dine at Flanker Kitchen and Sports Bar - YES, it’s that good!

Awesome brunch, I had bottomless mimosa while the family sat and watched Olympics in Paris . Would definitely recommend and come back when in vegas

Flankers is a hidden gem in the shops at Mandalay Bay. This is the perfect setting! Nice atmosphere great food and service! Not to packed any time! Only because it’s kind of hidden! I highly recommend this place!!

Avoid! Chris has to be the worse manager I have ever encountered in any country, in any profession. As a human talking to human he was rude, arrogant, angry and should no way have a job that involves dealing with the public.

We went to Flanker with 10 people and enjoyed heavy appetizers plus beverages. Pro Tip - Happy Hour is from 4p-6p and that's when we were there. Good prices on appetizers and discounted beers/cocktails. Try the pretzel bites with the mustard. Warning - the mustard is super spicy (and good)! The servers are very friendly and took care of our group with no issues at all. Restrooms are in the hallway at the back of the restaurant. If you are in Las Vegas to see a game/event at Allegiant Stadium, Flanker is adjacent to the escalators which take you to the stadium. The restaurant/bar is within Mandalay Bay just off the casino floor; follow signs to Allegiant Stadium and you will find it.

Total Disaster – Fl@nkers in Name and Nature We booked a private room for our wedding party with Dean, who had been helpful leading up to the day. But when we arrived, the room had been double-booked, and nothing had been prepared for us. On such an important occasion, this was a huge letdown. To make things worse, the manager on duty, Chris, was an absolute disgrace. Rude, arrogant, dismissive, and completely uninterested in finding a solution. No apology, no alternatives, no ownership of the mistake just an attitude that said he couldn’t care less. The place is called Flankers, but honestly, they acted more like @nkers and that’s being polite. If you’re expecting decent service, respect, or any sort of professionalism, this is not the place. We’ve had wonderful experiences across America during our trip kind, welcoming, professional staff everywhere until this. This was the only place that truly let us down, and on our wedding day no less. If you care about your event, your guests, or even just basic decency go somewhere else. We wouldn’t wish this kind of experience on anyone

We walked into this bar/restaurant in Mandalay Bay to catch a basketball game. Lots of TVs & a good menu with lots of variety. We had wings, a caprese flatbread, an ahi tuna salad & a burger. All were great tasting. Lots of drink options as well.

We had brunch on a Saturday and watched some bowl games. Great drink selections and some unique items on the menu. The tower of donuts was fun (donuts served on football goal post) but the actual donuts were the same donuts you get at a donut shop. Was hoping for fresh baked unique. The mini towers of beer looked fun. Looked like about a gallon of beer served in a clear dispenser in the middle of the table. Brunch was good (smallish menu) but tasty. Great spot to watch sports. It was very busy on Friday and Saturday night.

We came for happy hour on Friday. The food was amazing but the service was even better. Lucy waited on us and did a great job! My husband and I love Vegas but Flanker’s is our new favorite restaurant and Lucy is our favorite waitress!

Came in only for drinks but our server Lucy was very friendly and personable and she recommended the tuna tartare tacos which were light and super tasty! I can't wait to come back and try more items off their menu when I have a bigger appetite!

Food was a let down. Nachos were huge but not worth eating. And the food and drinks are expensive. Lots of better choices nearby.

Best food of our trip. The lobster rolls, new york steak, and shrimp tacos were amazing. The service was spot on and food came out fast. A must try

How fun was this place?!!! I walked in solo for dinner, planning to meet up with a friend later on in the evening and immediately the host team had a smile on their face, which made me feel welcomed. I wanted to sit at the bar but there were no seats available until management noticed and made it happen. The bartenders working on that side of the bar approached me right away and had a few suggestions that I originally wanted to turn down because I knew that I was going to end up liking it, but didn't want too (i'm a LEO can you blame me, lol.) The bartenders were so fun to talk too, everyone shared some form or story or conversation; which was great because being solo sometimes can be awkward. I ended up moving to the other side of the bar because seats opened up, and the ambience didn't change. The bartenders on that side were just as pleasant. Since I sat by the service well, some of the servers kept me company and made me feel even more welcomed. I wasn't expecting this type of hospitality from every staff member in the venue, trust me i'm grateful. This is going to be my go to spot before/after a game which is perfect because it's actually across from the Allegiant Stadium. Thank you Flankers team for making a horrible night turn into a pleasant one.

You must give it a try.. great brunch and lunch menu. Great vibe , service and tons of tv’s. In Mandalay Bay but close to Delano and through the walkway from Luxor.

Great breakfast dining options and an amazing assortment of big screen TV's.. Lots of energy with great service and will go off the menu if asked. Had the lobster benedict.

Went here for Happy Hour while staying at Mandalay Bay. This is one of the best old-fashioneds I've had and I'm a Wisconsin native where this is our state drink! Our bartender, Juan, did an amazing job! Reasonably priced drink for Las Vegas!

So much fun! Great service, great food, really good drink selection and excellent cocktails. The karaoke room after is a must to try!

Great spot for any time of the day if you want a bit of sports, music and great food! Huge TV screens! Get the tower of beer, it takes you a while to finish but worth the money if there's a few of you. Nice and relaxing with mates :)

We went into this bar on an off chance quite late into the evening just for some drinks and snacks. Really impressed with attentive staff they were great at checking us for drinks so we didn’t have to ask and even told us when they were a shift change which I thought was particularly lovely. The food surpassed anything I was expecting for like a sports bar menu. Everything single one was delicious and there was a lot of different choices which I loved. I wish we’d found this place on the first day of our trip not our last because I’d have definitely gone back to try more! Thanks again guys brilliant visit!

We had a great dinner here! It is a fun atmosphere with good food and service. Their spin dip was really tasty! They also care about food allergies which I appreciate!

☆ Avoid This Place – Manager Chris Was Rude and Unhelpful We had booked a private room for our wedding party through Dean, but when we arrived, we were shocked to find it had been double-booked. The manager on duty, Chris, was incredibly rude, dismissive, and made no effort to resolve the situation. He offered no solution and clearly didn’t care about the stress it caused on such an important day. Up until this point, we’ve had nothing but great service and experiences across America—but this was by far the worst. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value good service, stay away from this place

This is a typical US sports bar serving sports bar food. We had the bacon smash burger which was very good. Supposedly award winning . Not sure what award but it was good. My sone had the chicken and rice dish and was again good. We wanted to sit on a certain table but a whole section was empty and reserved for some reason. We were in front of the huge screen which didn’t bother me but it was very bright. Even when we left the section was empty and reserved still so not sure why we couldn’t sit there. Wasn’t a huge issue. Great service all round .
Great Place to watch a game
Bar staff were all very friendly and the beer was good and cold. Over 40 draft selections including local IPAS
