From the moment we walked into the door, the hospitality shown by all was impeccable. Managers Troy, Tynita and Natalie all stopped by to insure we were enjoying everything. Gerson our server was friendly, attractive and helpful with our selections. Our entire meal was prepared to perfection, generous and delicious. Gerson even wrapped up the bone from the Prime Tomahawk Ribeye for our fur baby. He couldn’t have been happier.

Nice establishment, nicely decorated Ordered large filet mignons (medium), asparragus and potatoes and drinks, You can't really go wrong with a filet mignon... Expensive dinner

My daughter choose Fleming's for her birthday dinner three years in a row. Food always good and service was up and down ever since we start dining here. The last visit was the best experience, our steaks taste fresh and cooked just right to the temperature. Megan's service was excellence.

Highly recommend this restaurant for dinner. Special occasions or just having a nice dinner out. Specials are offered so pricing is not too high. All steaks were wonderful.

The reason why I don't rate this steakhouse very high is because there is no grill in the place. Steaks are seared & that wasn't what we had in mind . Their sister restaurant Carrabba's is an Italian restaurant think pasta but they actually have a wood burning grill & they have veal chops , steaks, grilled chicken & fish & shellfish cooked to order on a wood burning grill that honestly taste so much better than Fleming's pan seared steaks. That was just shocking to me. The food was good at Fleming's but not great & honestly Careabbas a place known for pastas does so much better a job at grilled meals than Fleming's. They are both chains, but so what, the decor is beautiful & the food is quality controlled & well prepared. If you want great steaks or grilled anything I would give Carrabbas a try, plus you can get great sides of pastas there. That's just my honest opinion though.

My husband and I went to Flemings to celebrate him receiving a bonus at work and we had an impeccable evening. From the service (Audra was stellar) to the food (filet was amazing and cooked perfectly) our experience couldn’t have been better. They brought us two flutes of complementary champagne, took our picture and brought a copy to our table, and gave us a small box of chocolates for dessert. Tanita, the manager stopped by our table several times to ensure all was well. We felt extremely valued and well cared for. One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in quite a while. Well done!

My foodie aunt, uncle and I went to Fleming's for the first time a few weeks ago, and we were all impressed!! Our server was excellent; she was knowledgeable about the food and the wine list and was very attentive throughout our meal. We ordered the ahi tuna, housemade burrata and tenderloin carpaccio to begin our meal. All were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the carpaccio. My uncle loved the tuna. We then ordered the lamb chops, lobster tempura, sautéed mushrooms and the delicious crispy brussel sprouts. I am not a tempura fan, but I didn't tell my aunt. How fortunate since I loved the lobster tempura. The mushrooms and brussel sprouts were fantastic as were the lamb lollipops. We had carrot cake, crème brule and cheese cake for dessert since my aunt can't eat chocolate. All were so good, and we ended up boxing the cheese cake up for the next day. We had a wonderful evening all the way around, and I can't wait to go back!!

Very pricy, food was good but not exceptional. The real problem was the lack of service. It was Sunday night and there were a lot of servers and half the restaurant had customers but the service was extremely slow. Our server dumped part of the seafood tower appetizer all over us including the sauce. Quite a mess. I'm not sure why they seemed so preoccupied. Great atmosphere.

Flemings has always ALWAYS been my go-to for a great steak. I have eaten at Flemings in Wisconsin, Orlando and this was the third time here at the one in Atlanta. Never again. The steak was so-so and the service was horrendous. If I wanted an extra drink or some such service we couldn’t get any service. Restaurant wasn’t even a third full. Just unacceptable. I guess I don’t expect a $300 bill should come with such a poor product. I told my wife it’s time for us to look at other options in Atlanta. Other Flemings in Wisconsin (Brookfield) and Orlando are much better—-don’t be afraid to try those if in the area but stay away from this one. Sorry…wish I wanted—-really wanted to love it.

I enjoy Fleming's as someplace to meet friends and dine in the patio area. The service is impeccable and the Lemon Blueberry Matini drinks are to die for.Top notch mixology! The salads are crisp and fresh ( a must for steakhouse dining). The tempura lobster is a treat. The baked potatoes are a good size and are serves hot and fresh tasting. The baked potatoes come with a small plate with separate carafes containing potato toppers like cheese, butter, sour cream and real bacon which is a very nice touch for decorating your own potato. In light of all of this wonderfulness, the Prime Rib was a disaster. I ordered medium rare and it was presented red and bloody with a big pool of bright red liquid in the middle. It looked raw and frightening actually! The server politely offered to take it back for additional time on the grill which helped immensely . Still, it was a tough, very fatty, but tasty piece of meat. All in all satisfied! Would recommend for a casual to mid-upscale steak house.

For many years Flemings in Atlanta was a very good steakhouse, but on the last few visits the quality has slipped and the prices have gone way up. $14 for French onion soup is high. The $57 time strip steak ordered charred & rare came out medium. When we were served the very good warm bread their was no butter of cheese spread! Too many other steakhouses in the Atlanta area where the quality and service is much better,

Just what I would expect from a high level steakhouse. Excellent service and recommendations. An easy to navigate wine list via an iPad. Wonderful calamari that was not chewy or greasy. My 8 oz filet was very well cooked and not burnt on the outside like so many high end steak places like to do. I also ordered cream spinach. For those with a lighter appetite they have what they term "small plates" that was just perfect for my wife. She loved it and wants to go back to try some others since they all looked good on the menu. On our waiter's recommendation she chose the Ahi Tuna and it was great. I especially liked the peanut sauce that seemed to be infused with wasabi. For desert, I like cheescake but noticed that they put raspberry sauce on it which I don't like. My wife asked if they could put the sauce of the carrot cake on the cheesecake and they said sure! It was wonderful. The inside is that of a typical high end steakhouse with no windows, but it wasn't very dark on the inside. They have a nice bar that was a bit crowded with what appeared to be the after work crowd.

Excellent steak. Mine was cooked perfectly. Sides also enjoyable. Service was wonderful. I will return to celebrate anniversary.

We had a very great evening at Fleming’s. Their 35oz tomahawk is a thing of beauty, with great marbling, thickness, juiciness, and seared to perfection. The dry aged ribeye also impressed us. We highly recommend their yellowtail crudo as an appetizer. For sides, don’t miss their corn brûlée and double cut fries. And finally, for dessert, their chocolate gooey brownie is a decadent experience. Highly recommended!

I've visited this location several times, and I must say that it is often a hit or miss with me unfortunately. The service is always A+, however the steaks are a hit or miss. This visit I ordered a petite filet and a lobster tail for my main course. I had a scallop for my first course and a wedge salad. The scallop was a hit. I would rate it a 10 on a scale of 1-10. My filet, however, although requested medium, came out medium well and seemed to be slightly lacking in flavor. Rating - 7. The lobster tail, on the other hand was cooked perfectly this time and seasoned very well. Rating-9. I was initially hesitant to order a lobster tail because my last experience here ordering a lobster tail went terribly wrong. It completely lacked any seasoning or flavor. They actually got it right this time. My wedge salad was overall good. Rating-8. Although Flemings doesn't serve up the best steak in Atlanta, overall the food and ambiance of this restaurant is good. They have a great wine list and excellent service.

Fleming's has a reputation of great food and great service, but this location takes it over the top. Every single member of the wait staff was attentive, patient, and "there but not there..." Meaning, every need was met without them hovering or interrupting conversation. Janet was our lead server, and she was incredible. From making menu recommendations to wine pairings, she is knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. We will definitely request her again. Edwin, the manager, made us feel so special and visited our table both at the beginning and at the end of our meal. Impeccable service and delicious food. We will definitely return!

Our friends who live in metropolitan Atlanta had points or coupons so they received discounts. Maybe menu prices were fixed with that in mind. But it was very overpriced for those of us without this advantage. Would rather have gotten two meals elsewhere!

I rate Flemings Steakhouse 10/10. I haven’t ever had customer service like that. From the valet, hostesses, CT and management, our service was superb. It was our 10yr wedding anniversary. As soon as we sat, they brought us a card and gold confetti 🎉. Then they brought two glasses of champagne. They took our picture and framed it. They ended our meal with 2 boxes of chocolates and candles. We started with Wedge Salad and calamari. The salad was fresh and the calamari was great. I ordered the Sea Bass, my husband had the bone in steak. We both really enjoyed our meal. The service was A1 from CT and all the staff. CT was very attentive to our needs and gave excellent suggestions on meal choices. He did a great job following up to ensure we we well taking care of. I also appreciated how several managers stopped to make sure we had quality service.

Steaks and seafood are absolutely delicious. Amazing side dishes. Great cocktails and a significant wine list. Service is always spectacular. NO corkage fee if you want to bring that special bottle of wine for that special occasion.

This is not a bad restaurant. But if you're going to charge in the $40-50 range for steaks, they oughta be mind-blowing. We were attending a meeting sponsored by a pharmaceutical company and they footed the bill. We could choose from a chicken dish, a salmon dish, and a petite filet. My filet was cooked well but simply tasted like meat. Not bad, but I like flavor (specifically peppercorn) on my steak. There seemed to be no kind of marinade on the steak. The salmon was very good, however.

Jerry Sinatra the operating partner helped us set up a surprise birthday dinner and rolled out the red carpet for us. Everything was done with the utmost professionalism.

April 1st was our first time at Fleming's. The ambience was nice.. light low but not too low. It was packed but not extremely loud. I found it to be rather romantic. Our server was great and well spoken. My husband ordered a Bone-in Rib Eye and I ordered the glazed Salmon. The entrees do not come with sides. The sides are similar to family style sides , so we ordered the mashed potatoes to share (pictured below). For dessert I had creme brulee and he had the Chocolate Lava Cake (pictured below). All of our food was delicious! My husband's steak was cooked superbly!! And I loved my medium well salmon. This restaurant is rather expensive for but I am sure if you go once in awhile, such as a special occasion, it is worth it.

I went to dinner with my wife she ordered the Filet I ordered the Ribeye , we were not in the mood to drink so we just drank water, the decor was nice the service was not up to par with the prices they charge, the steaks were just OK nothing specialto justify the price , COSTCO steaks are actually a little better ,the bill was $160.00 I feel it was not worth it but maybe the high prices are in place to keep the riff raff out , I will not go back just cant see paying that much, I work too hard for subpar service and overpriced steak

When people go out to dinner on Valentine's Day, ya gotta have an open mind about how busy things can be at a good restaurant. So just go with the flow, right? Unfortunately, this visit was a complete mess and it's just too bad. Flemings has a great reputation and the operating partner, Jerry Sinatra, is a first class guy. Things were busy that night, but not crazy. More like a typical Friday feeling. So here goes: The wait staff is terrible. Nice people and all, just completely incompetent for a place of this caliber. From not getting any service for 15 minutes after sitting down, then not getting our wine for another 15 minutes, to (better yet) running out of the three most popular steaks. This is supposed to be a steakhouse! Plus, I could tell by seeing people around us that the kitchen ran behind the entire time we were there. (And it wasn't just because it was a busy night; we had friends come in the early afternoon and they had similar issues with the place half full.) Hey, Jerry is giving it his best, running around trying to keep things together, but he has to find some leadership to help him. Like new wait staff and kitchen supervisors. We been coming here fairly often over the years but the last two trips have been difficult, to say the least.

This was my first visit at a Fleming’s Steakhouse and I was not disappointed. This is my girlfriend’s favorite steakhouse and now I know why. We started with the chilled seafood tower to share and a bowl of lobster bisque for me. Both were very good. We both had the dry-aged ribeye prepared medium. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. For sides we had sautéed spinach with onions and garlic and the Fleming’s potatoes. The sides were really good. We topped off the evening with the molten chocolate lava cake for dessert. I left satisfied and with a huge smile on my face. The service was excellent from start to finish and the staff paid attention to every detail. The evening was very memorable and I look forward to going back.

My husband and I went to Fleming's because we had a taste for steak and wanted to try a different restaurant besides Ruth Chris. Well, we made reservations online and arrived 15 minutes early and was seated immediately and the hostess congratulated us on our anniversary (I noted it on the reservation). She also placed a happy anniversary card on our table( that was a nice gesture). The waitress was nice and introduced herself asked if we had dined there before and we said no. She went over the menu with us and allowed us time to review it as well. The manager also stopped by the table to congratulate us on our anniversary and joked with my husband. The waitress brought back some bread and butter and we decided on the "seafood tower" as an appetizer and the Fleming's salad. When they brought out the seafood it was not a tower at all, or at least the seafood towers that we are use to ordering at fine establishments. The salad had no taste, just like the seafood. At that point I didn't want to order anything else but it was too late to eat at another restaurant so we order a steak, truffle mashed potatoes and creamy spinach. When arrived and tasted it was had the same results... no taste... I felt like nothing was seasoned. Then the waitress came over and suggested the chocolate filled cake and I ordered it cause I just couldn't pass up chocolate... It was bland but the filling and ice was the best. The waitress gifted us with a box of 4 chocolate truffles. Our total was $160 not including the tip. Overall, I wouldn't return or recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This restaurant has really gone down hill. For example, silverware is wrapped in a napkin, you have to ask for bread or a drink refill. The steaks are overcooked, and the lobster tail resembled a big shrimp. I also sat there with a finished dinner plate for ten minutes before a staff member removed it. Save yourself a lot of money and go to Outback. This is not a top steakhouse.

This was our first visit to Fleming's. We were greeted warmly when we entered and were seated immediately. Our server was Stephanie, and she was very attentive and helpful throughout our meal. The restaurant is very clean, and you are made to feel very comfortable, not "stuffy" like some fine steakhouses we have visited recently. The staff was very efficient, always there to refill our water without asking and quickly attending to any request. The manager came by our table to welcome us and also asked about our meal as we left. Our salads were refreshing with very fresh ingredients and a delightful, light lemon vinaigrette dressing. The Parmesan bread with the brie and smoked cheddar butters was very nice with the salad and entree. We ordered the Monday special, Chilean Sea Bass which was delicious. It was a large serving that was cooked perfectly and had a very mild taste. Great choice! Our sides were also quite large and good accompaniments to our entree. The Creamed Spinach was very creamy without the usual garlic overtones, and the Fleming Potatoes were really enjoyable with a touch of jalapenos and cheese adding a nice flavor to the meal. The desserts were as wonderful as our meal. The Walnut Turtle Pie was very rich and delicious; and the Carrot Cake was extremely moist, flavorful and one of the best I've ever had. We look forward to going back to enjoy the great food, service and atmosphere again soon.

This was the first of their wine themed dinner that we have attended and were no disappointed. 5 courses paired with wines from Nickel & Nickel really cannot go wrong and since there was only limited accommodation for 20 on 2 tables it was an intimate affair! Keep your eyes open for their next one.

I decided to bring my spouse here for an early birthday date night and I was very pleased. From the time we arrived until we left service and food was impeccable. It was also very safe and socially distanced. Our waiter Darnell was awesome. The entire staff was awesome. Teamwork. Me being a chef myself I was very pleased with our food. No complaints.

We've been to Flemings here many times over the years since it opened. Great for special occasions. This nite the kitchen was having some issues and got 2 of our 6 dinners wrong and had to bring out new steaks. Oh wlll, mistakes happen. It was an engagement celebration, so a bit of a damper on the evening, but I am sure we will give them another chance. This is the only time we've had an issue - and to be clear, the fixed the 2 dinners and comp'd them.

I am still in search of the best steak in Atlanta, and I think I may have come close here... I had thought about going all the way, and ordering the tomahawk, but I decided to go for quality over quantity, and ordered the 16oz prime dry-aged ribeye. For sides, I went with the lobster mac & cheese, brussels sprouts, and creamed spinach... I also opted for the "oscar style" topping, ($12) which turned out to be three thin strips of asparagus with a couple of very small shreds of crab meat. First off, I was blown away by the flavor and tenderness of the steak. I mean it was one of the greatest of my life... The sides, however, left much to be desired. The lobster mac & cheese was good, but not great, for $20... The brussels and creamed spinach were ok, but then again, not great...

I've been here on numerous occasions because my boss insists we go here due to the convenience. My opinion hasn't changed much. The upsides...This visit the service was MUCH better...My steak was very good. The sides are still average on their best day....and everything us INCREDIBLY over priced. The atmosphere is stuffy...It's hard to get over dropping $100 pp for a dinner that is "ok"...with all the options in Atlanta..My advice is branch out and leave this place for the business travelers who don't know better and who will not be paying for their own meal.

We enjoyed a wonderful round of drinks and food at this beautiful steakhouse. For $5 there is a great choice of drinks. For $6 there is an array of food. I chose a delicious cheese and crostini with a huge arugula salad and roasted tomatoes. The others in my party had gigantic cheese bacon burgers with an enormous portion of fries for $7. Fantastic ambience great value and excellent service!

We visited the bar for happy hour and enjoyed a couple of cocktails and some appetisers. Not my first visit to this lovely bay. Great service and good cocktails. The food we had was nice and the restaurant looked busy. There is also some seating outside on a patio.

My husband received an invitation from Flemings to attend a wine tasting and meal for $99 per person at 6:30 on a recent Sunday evening. We arrived early as usual for us and were kept waiting at the entry without knowing why. The restaurant seemed very busy for early on a Sunday evening which is why I thought we were waiting. As it turns out, they were waiting for others to arrive before they showed us into a private room where we were handed a cocktail and were asked to take a seat at one of two long tables setup for dinner. We were expecting to dine alone. We were greeted by the host and welcomed while he explained what would happen. We had an appetizer with sparkling wine followed by two entrees (both filets, one with shrimp and crab) along with sides and wine. We ended the meal with cheesecake. All in all, the food was ok and the service was good. I'd probably do it again if the price stays reasonable. I struggled with the rating, it was above average but not what I would call very good.

We stopped by for the 567 specials on the patio, and got some appetizers and burgers which were fantastic!! Love the calamari appetizer, and the burgers are fresh and cooked to your specifications. I enjoy these specials as they are less expensive than the regular menu. We have also been here before for the steaks, and have had some amazing dinners, but they can get a bit pricey especially once you add some wine and dessert. The service has always been good every time we have been there.

Went there for my birthday dinner. My steak dinner was perfect. Yes it is pricy but we'll worth it. Friends did not get their steak cooked correcty, so they replaced and compt them for their steak. Service was the best I have had in years.

Great service! great food, I got the special which was a petite filet prepared 'oscar style' (with crab meat). When I had my left overs boxed, they forgot to include the crab meat I had left on the plate!! I informed the server and he put in an additional order for more crab meat, and brought me a glass of wine while I waited. So kind!

"It was our anniversary celebration dinner. It was wonderful. Our server Kaji, was amazing and so was Marques. Both worked hard to make sure our evening was perfect. We also had a drink at the bar, and the bartenders were wonderful as well. This is a special team you have working at this location. Thank you.

My son's family treated me to a birthday dinner in this restaurant.. My son had already alerted them that it was my birthday. As soon as I was seated, I was given a Birthday Card signed by the restaurant staff. We ordered promotional dinners for the period- Prime roast dinners with salads, sides and dessert and Fillet mignon and lobster tail dinners with salads, appetizers and sides. I also ordered a glass of cabernet sauvignon. One of the filet mignon was over cooked. When we pointed that out, they immediately reordered it without any fuss. The prime rib was great and lobster tails for my wife looked huge even across the table ( 12 oz ?). I was also given a gift of a small box chocolate truffles and a $ 25 gift card. Something to remember them by. The service was excellent on this occasion.

If your looking for good food and a nice atmosphere either for that important date, anniversary or business relationship look no further. The service at this location can not be beat. There are multiple servers making your evening rememberable. You won’t be sorry.

We both had the prime rib Sunday special, which consisted of a choice of salad, a choice of a side, the large and delicious prime rib with three sauces and dessert - all for $40.00 per order. Janet, our server, was perfect - very helpful and efficient. She was helped by Stephen, who also did an excellent job.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service. The one star goes to the food even though it took ages to come out. My friends and I were going out to celebrate my pregnancy as well as having brain surgery the next day, which is a scary combo. We all felt like a huge inconvenience to the staff. We couldn‘t get our waters refilled, wine poured, dishes taken off the table, or even a simple channel changed during the 3 hours we TRIED to enjoy outside on the patio. When speaking to the male server I specifically requested to do Tomahawk Tuesday even though it was Sunday as a special requests. Nothing was said after ordering, that this couldn’t be done. It wasn’t until we received the bill that we noticed. If Troy, Operating Partner, was there I know we wouldn’t have received such horrible customer service. And as a previous employee of BBI for over 3 years I couldn’t feel more uncomfortable, disrespected, and as if the managers were just being petty/passive aggressive. I regret to say I will no longer recommend Fleming’s to anyone.

We recently visited Fleming's for the first time. I have to say, we were a little disappointed. The table/bench they sat us at needs to be reupholstered or replaced. There were many tears/holes on the bench that made it uncomfortable to sit on with a dress. Seems for the price of food they charge and being an upscaled restaurant, they wouldn't have benches torn up. I ordered the aged dry rub prime rib to be told they sold out of it the day before. It was an early Thursday night with empty tables, and out of some entrees. The meals we settled for were delicious. Our server Kienon was very attentive.

Excellent steaks as one would assume and other menu items are quite good as well. Real cocktails that are well made. Room is nice and traditional. Service is ok but could be improved (table clearing before everyone is finished, reaching across table). Also staff should not congregate and socialize near dining guests as conversations carry and can be overheard despite the high noise level.

I've always had a good experience here. Top-notch Crab cakes, steaks, bar food - all good. Details? Ok, its upscale - kind of Buckhead without having to drive and park in Buckhead which is always a pain.

We were greeted and seated immediately. The wait staff was very attentive throughout the entire evening. The steak and Sea Bass were excellent.

The is a nice fancy steakhouse perfect for any special occasion! My husband and I ate here recently and enjoyed our meal! Our service was great! We ordered calamari for our appetizer and it was delicious! I would highly recommend it! Our meal was all prepared to perfection! We made our reservations online which was super easy! We enjoyed our visit and would recommend it for any special occasion! Steaks average $50 in price and are very good!

Not worth the money at all, and we spend plenty of money every month on eating out and don't mind expensive if it is worth it; this, however is simply not. Not bad, but nothing great either. I agree with another reviewer that if you are paying close to $50 for a steak, it needs to be exceptional. Both of us got filets (mine petite & his regular) cooked medium - both came out med-rare & had to go back. Of course, when this happens, it skews the whole timing of the meal which is really bad when you are spending $250 for 2 people! I agree with the other reviewer that the wine prices are outrageous though they do have this cool tablet that allows you to pick an entrée and it shows you 3 options (low to high) that would pair well. Additionally, I knew I wanted 2 glasses but didn't want to spend a fortune so the server allowed me to try a couple to make a decision which was nice. The service was top-notch, however the flavor of the steak is just not seasoned enough for me. We could have spent another few bucks and gone to Bacchanalia for a really awesome food experience! It is definitely an expense-account type of business dinner place. Don't go if you are looking for a true food experience with a flavorful steak!

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse is always a favorite! Their steaks are amazing and the staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Fleming's!

Charlie our server in the bar booth made an exceptional effort to recognize my friend's birthday. She was overwhelmed. Can't beat the FIVE SIX SEVEN happy hour drinks and appetizers, especially the calamari and bacon cheddar cheese burger. Best in the area!

Had a good meal here. Nothing special. Steaks were over cooked, but not horrible. Side were good. Service met all expectations. Not a bad time, but too many steakhouses in Atlanta to go back here any time soon.

We had dinner at the Atlanta Flemings (near Perimeter Mall) and it was an absolutely fabulous evening. The service was SUPERIOR and the food was OUTSTANDING. The deal that Flemings is currently offering on delicious Nickel & Nickel wine cannot be matched anywhere. Flemings is selling Nickel & Nickel for $89 and you would be lucky to buy this wonderful wine for $90 retail. We could not have been more thrilled with the evening we enjoyed at Flemings.

It has been years since we went to Fleming's and when my parents were visiting, we thought it would be a great time. Parking is valet at the front. The restaurant has a great ambiance and the service is fantastic. The food was really excellent as well. We will definitely be back.

We made reservations for a Thursday evening. The hostess could not find our reservations, but the restaurant was not busy so they were able to accommodate our party of 4. The wine, beer and bourbon lists were extensive and I was pleasantly surprised to see an IPA from the Pacific Northwest on the menu, which I've enjoyed frequently in the past. Needless to say, I did not hesitate. Fleming's specializes in steak, so I went for the jugular and ordered the rib-eye, which was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious, as was the spinach salad, mushrooms, and mac-n-cheese. Unfortunately, all the sides were ala-carte, which I can't stand. It allows an establishment to charge much more than they would had the sides been included in the price of the main course.

I’ve never had a bad meal at Fleming’s. The food and drinks are always perfect. The service is very attentive but not hovering over you. The perfect steakhouse experience.

My wife and I made an impromptu visit on the 24th. I loved the superb attentive service and the Kona Rub on my steak was especially good. So why a 3-rating? My steak looked nothing like the the picture of the Filet Mignon in the restaurant's pics. I expected the typical cut, between 1" to 1-1/2" thick. My 8 oz. filet was flat, maybe 3/4" inch, as if it had been butterflied from a regular cut of meat. Then, there's the wine list. Lots of good choices but when I went to one of my favorites, the 2012 Honig, I saw it was $30 more per bottle than at Capital Grille, their competitor across the street. I think they are capable of better performance but are trying to stick it to business diners using their T&E accounts.

This was my first visit to Flemings and I will definitely be back! The food was awesome and the service was excellent. We made reservations for Thanksgiving Dinner and got our requested time with no problems. Upon learning that Thanksgiving Day was also my birthday, the manager brought me a glass of champagne, although it would have been nice if he had brought a glass for everyone at the table, and a gift card! Overall the experience was excellent.

The menu is very good and they have a wide selection of wines. I found the food average. My Caesar salad was little tasteless, and the dried prosciutto was hard to eat. The meat (8 oz filet mignon) was tender though it was served cold and with little flavor. The creme brulee was good and the fresh berries were really fresh! The service was a little slow.

When we showed up, they asked if we were there for a special occasion. It was for my 50th birthday. When we got to the table, they had a signed birthday card from the staff, a rose & star confetti spread across the table. They took a picture (which would normally come in a frame but they were out). When we left, they gave me a box with 4 handmade truffles. The food was very good. DH & I both got a steak. We shared sides of flemings potatoes (like scalloped) & chipotle mac and cheese. The bread that came with the meal is a small parmesan loaf with champagne infused butter & an aged cheddar. I almost passed on ordering the lava cake because you can get that anywhere, right. NO! It was so good. Light and gooey with a thin cookie that added just the right amount of crunch and the most perfectly ripe raspberries. At $160 (including tip) it's definitely a special occasion only restaurant but it was very worth it.

I stopped in just before closing with my super hot trophy girlfriend and were they upset? Not in the least. The chef stayed open for us so that we could order off the menu. We had a delightful appetizer of seared scallops and shrimp. It was the best! They bent over backwards accommodating us. We sat on the patio, had a couple glasses of wine, and our server, MJ, was just delightful, very professional, very accommodating, very knowledgeable, and very attentive! The service standard at Fleming's is the gauge by which all other restaurants should be judged.

Enjoyed a couple of classic old fashioned's along with an Amazing filet and baked potato! The bartenders were very attentive and atmosphere was great.

They have the best happy hour in ATL. The variety is fabulous. I love the calamari, Rockefeller oysters and the prime burger is phenomenal. Everything is good. I would recommend Fleming’s everyday. Happy hr is from 4-7pm at the bar or on the patio. You won’t be disappointed because the drinks are fabulous.

This restaurant was absolutely horrible! My family and I went there for our nephew's birthday. Our waitress was horrible, and the service was even worse. We made our reservations online and were never told that any parties over 5 are not allowed to split up the bill. We had a party of 10. When we asked if we could split the check, which was around $2,000, we were told to figure it out or we can call the police! We were forced to tally up each person's cost and send it to one person. The manager then, after completely embarrassing my family and I, went to the other patrons tables and apologized to them because of us. At no point did we get loud or disrespectful. To be threatened with the police was demeaning, disrespectful, and just not warranted at all! I have never been treated so poorly at an establishment in my life.

Flemings has a great environment for so many occasions. We always receive great service and delicious food. From the hostess stand, bar area and dining area, everyone is professional and attentive to our needs.

I really loved hanging out at Flemings in the bar. The 5-7 happy hour is a Fantastic deal. The hamburger is delicious and a great value. I had it with cheddar cheese last night. I have tried both the onion rings and French fries. The fries come with 3 okras that my friend always eats. I love the free potatoe chips. Delicious!!

This was the best birthday dinner I've ever had not only because of the food but because of the experience and service of the entire staff. I chose this restaurant at the recommendation of a friend. It was between this restaurant and McKendrick's. Both are steak houses, both are in the same .1 mile area and both are highly rated. I originally had reservations for McKendrick's but my intuition told me to switch to Flemings because of a prior cooking demonstration their chef performed years ago at the Loews Atlanta downtown and Lenox promo event. Boy was I glad I did. I already had in mind what I wanted before I got there and each dish was perfect. It was well prepared, the taste was phenomenal and service was efficient. There was not a bad selection among the 11 dishes my party and I ordered. They have a 204 item wine selection presented via iPad for extreme detail on each wine. At the end of the dinner I happen to tell our server it was my birthday. Both Stephanie and Edwin Hung who is the manager made sure I would never forget my birthday dinner at Fleming's. As if it wasn't already enough to have such a great meal, beautiful dining room and impeccable service they built on top of the entire experience by providing me a complimentary glass of champagne, a rose, a box of truffles, a framed photograph of my dining party and a gift certificate to return to the restaurant. I was totally floored and not expecting any of this. I was amazed at what they did for me at the end of my meal, in less than 10 minutes after discovering it was my birthday. I will recommend Fleming's to everyone I know.

Fleming's has always been one of North sides best restaurants weather business or just a family night out. My family and I have always enjoyed both its comfortable and great tasting meals. Several years ago they removed creamed corn from the menu but will provide it for us if we request the day before dining - it's to die for and if you add in Fleming potatoes oh what a blessing. Great food and good service.

I am still in shock how TERRIBLE this meal was and the staff was very rude and actued like they were doing me a favor bringing me a steak on the rear side despite ordering it medium. We asked for breat 3 times, never to get the promised bread, the steak was overcooked on one side and very rear on the other, little flavor. I was promissed another steak but it never came to replace the one that was not cooked properlly ort undercooked. The staff was very rude, there were several table is our group and the staff acted like they were doing us a favor and never checked to see how things were cooked and if as we ordered. I asked for a medium steak with No butter, it was full of butter, not cooked properly and had no taste, I can not understand how it could be so bag. I hope corporate cares, becasue the management and wait staff knew I was waiting for a replacement steak to be cooked as I ordered it and despite bringn promoised a steak cooked medium it never came. Such a lousy experience, I went home and made dinner. The dog liked the steak, it has no seasoning and hardly cooked and was very red-rear, just like a dog would order, except probably hold the butter next time. Too Many places in Vegas to waste your time and money on this restaurant.

My husband, our 2 sons, our best friends, and myself had dinner to celebrate our 40 th wedding anniversary. The evening started out nicely but soon got disappointing. It took forever for any food to come out, to get bread refills, to see our waiter. My steak was cooked medium and I had ordered medium well. The chef came out and asked me exactly how he was to cook the steak. I told him, just a few minutes as it was still fairly red and I like it pinker. About 10 -15 minutes later it came out, 2 pieces of charcoal. I tried choking it down but couldn't so I took it home to have for lunch the next day, it was even worse. When the waiter asked about desert, we ordered a few to go because everyone was so full. I assumed that he would comp one of the desserts for our anniversary, nope! I had gift certificates to pay the bill and a few of them were not working. I told the manager I would just pay the difference and get my money back for the gift cards. She kept trying to put them into the computer. In the end , we had to charge a small amount to our credit card, which my husband had to go back and get from the restaurant, because the waiter never brought it back with the receipt and he left without it. We will not be returning.

Went for Fathers Day with my wife and son and everyone had a great dinner. I had their Prime Rib Sunday special for $49.99, and it was very good. If people complain about the sides there was about 15 asparagus on my plate. I had the end cut of the prime rib which was tasty and very good. My wife and son shared a large rib eye for two which they loved. Service was first class, and very attentive. We will return soon.

I rarely have french onion soup, but this is the right kind of place and I'm glad I ordered it. Expensive, but good. Steak - overpriced but good for grain finished meat. Bar service was sluggish and should have been more attentive.

This is one experience that all couples or best friends should have. The service is superior and the food is phenomenal! You won't be disappointed!

We took our family of 14 to Fleming's last night. It was a disappointment! We should have left after being served champagne in a wine glass at the bar. When we were seated, our waiters Blake advised us that they were our of champagne glass and our bottle of Dom Perignon would have to be served in wine glasses! Unbelievable the restaurant doesn't have enough champagne flutes! Our server Blake did a great job but was definitely overloaded with tables. This, service was poor; not Blake's fault There are a number if great restaurants in Atlanta. We will make better choices next time

My wife and I went to celebrate a very special occasion. We were treated so well by everyone. Brian and Edwin handled everything. The food was amazing. The Thick Cut Bacon and Onion Soup were excellent starters. Our main course was a Filet Mignon that was cooked to perfection with String Potatoes and a Baked Potato. We could not decide on which dessert so Edwin suggested a platter with Cheese Cake/Blueberry Cascade, Chocolate Lava Cake (WOW), and their Creme Brulee.. All in all it was a fantastic time and we are sure to go again. Thank you...

The wife and I had a Fleming’s gift card, so we ventured outside the perimeter to give it a try. It was on par with all the other upscale chain places like Ruth’s Chris, The Palm, Morton’s, etc... You get a big bill and solid steak and excellent service. There are many non-chain steakhouses inside the perimeter like Marcel, but if we were out that way again and friends who lived out there suggested it, I wouldn’t take issue with going back.

Flemings does a wonderful job with everything they do. Normally not open for lunch, Flemings will host special events for lunch. This was a crowd of about 50. The location is a bit hard to find, but once you find it, you are all set. The parking is the biggest challenge and I hate valet parking. I often park in the large bank parking lot next door and walk 45 seconds to Flemings. Inside is delightful. There is a bar area, a large dining room and a private room for functions. The breads and appetizers are great. Today, we had bruschetta this artisan cheese and greens. This was followed by a green salad that had sweet fruits and nuts. It was perfect. A choice of steak or fish was available that came with sides of potatoes and mushrooms. A special request from a vegetarian was the most coveted dish of the meal- portobello mushrooms, ravioli so, asparagus etc. The best treat at Flemings is the cheesecake with blueberries and cream. Get it. The service is great. Not an issue at all. The prices are reasonable and fair. The ambiance is warm and inviting. If you can find it and manage the parking, you will have a great evening.

We had heard that Fleming's was one of the best places in our area for a great dinner and outstanding service. We went there for dinner tonight and have never been so disappointed in food quality and the level of service that we received. My husband had the ribeye and I had the salmon. While the ribeye was a nice size, it was absolutely lacking in flavor and somewhat tender...not a $57 cut of meat. I had two pieces of salmon (I had asked for well done) that were way over cooked and unbelievably greasy...I ate maybe half of the serving. Probably the worse fish that I've ever been served. While our primary waiter was pleasant, her attentiveness left a lot to be desired. The assistant waiter came by once to ask if we were finished with the bread...we weren't and it remained on the table until dessert arrived. The server that delivered the food was appalling... When we ordered dessert, we were never approached regarding an additional beverage with dessert. My husband asked the server if we could order tea and coffee and she brought the drinks. All things being taken into consideration, this is not a pace that I would ever recommend or consider returning under any circumstances,

I had a large group for dinner here for business. My client chose the location. I was disappointed first because I ordered a dirty martini and it came back not dirty. My steak was overcooked which since it's a steakhouse I expected they would be great at cooking steak. Can't really recommend, just average.

Enjoyed a large business dinner here. They accommodated a table for 11 very nicely. We were celebrating some sales successes and they put stars on the card on the table along with a congratulations card. It was a nice touch and very endearing. Our service was also very good. They served us a very nice bottle of red wine that we selected from the vast wine menu and let it breathe in a decanter prior. I find that level of service very five-star. The appetizers were great. The buratta cheese isn't the best I've had, but the whole experience was good. The calamari and sauce were good and the shrimp cocktail was also excellent: large pieces of shrimp with great cocktail sauce and horseradish. Perfect combo. The sides were also good. Onion rings were excellent; very crispy, very large. The mac & cheese was delightful and the brussels sprouts were even good. The brussels sprouts are cooked in bacon. Everything cooked in bacon is good. Most of the table had lobster tail with their beef. This is not a worn out typical steakhouse. They strive to meet five star standards. I recommend.

Dinner was disturbed by a fire alarm going off. Strange is that the management did not guided the guest out (some were going out by themselves). Food in general was good, however the spinash side dish was far too salty. Finally sometime plates were taken when some of the people on the same table were still eating. This is usually considered as being very disturbing

It seems that they breed flavor out of the cows supplied for this place. I've ordered a bone-in ribeye. Supposed to be the most flavorful cut - not true. Meat was completely tasteless. To add insult to injury - it was unevenly cooked, unevenly spiced and greasy. Do not order "steak companions". They are very well pushed in the menu but not worth another look. The prices are sky-high, but even if you don't mind to pay $80 for your meal (no alcohol included) for the quality - this will not leave to your expectations - guarantied!

I had the wonderful pleasure of dining at Flemings steak house with a friend. The restaurant offers complimentary valet parking. Walking into the establishment and promptly being greeted by the hostess with warmth and professionalism. The overall ambiance of the dining room sings intimacy and privacy, but it did not give me the feel of isolation. Our waiter Rahman was very friendly and was able to answer our questions regarding the menu and even went into detail regarding the different types of preference when cooking a steak. The staff seem to work very well as a team even the manager was warm and visible. I ordered the petite Filet Mignon with a crab cake medium well. My steak arrived within 20-25 minutes and was cooked to perfection. I absolutely enjoyed my visit at this restaurant and definitely recommend taking the opportunity to "treat" yourself or gather a group of friends/family and enjoy the experience. This restaurant is definitely appropriate for a special occasion.

We have not been to Fleming's in a while and it will be a long time if ever we come back! My wife and I both had 8 oz. filet mignon...we looked at each other and commented how tasteless they were. They were cooked to our preferences and came out hot. This is supposed to be a fine dining restaurant but you can get better steak at Longhorn or Outback for much less money. The loaded baked potato was warm not hot...the butter didn't have a chance to melt. The sauteed mushrooms were the best of the sides and very tasty. The salad and wedge were good but nothing exceptional. We did get plenty of skinny asparagus but parts of them were too brown. Look for another restaurant for fine dining and don't waste your money here!

This is a nice steakhouse....however....their total package does NOT warrant the prices they charge. In fact, their steak prices are higher than Ruth's Chris, and (in my opinion) Ruth's Chris is a much better overall experience. Also, within walking distance of Fleming's, we prefer Capital Grille. Fleming's has an "okay" menu, which is by no means extensive, and I believe the most inexpensive choice is a chicken breast for $38.

I love Fleming's. It's very expensive so happy hour is a must. I love my hamburger last night. It was perfect! The french fries it came with it for $10. The waitress in the bar area was wonderful.

I felt it obligatory to update a very low-rated, critical review I posted last November. Upon receiving a $40 discount coupon, I made another visit in June. The food service and food quality were 4+. I agree with those who find Fleming's wine list to be exceptional but the prices remain offensively expensive. I believe Fleming's hopes to profit from those on a business expense account who are less attentive to price levels during a business meal. I ordered a bottle of their Trefethen T-Bar Meritage to keep my wine expense reasonable. This is generally a $15-$16 retail wine. Many wines I would typically enjoy at home are marked up 250%-300% of "typical retail" so I traded down to an <$50 selection and it was a good selection. I think it's fair to bump my rating to a 4 while acknowledging the high-prices of their wine list. Several of their wines in the $100-$150 level are $20-$30 higher than at their competitor.

I have been to the outside terrace with girlfriends twice since the restaurant reopened. It’s a wonderful place to get a drink and a light meal as we watch the sunset. Yes, it’s over the parking lot but it’s close to home. Troy the manager is fabulous.

Three business colleagues for dinner. Everything was good. Food, service, cocktails and wine. Filets were great as well as the snapper. Brussels sprouts an excellent side. We’ll be back. Thanks.

We were 18 in our group. Service was bad. We had 1 waitress...steaks are not cooked to order and waitress said..pretty much oh well..meals arrived sporadically...never again.

Went for restaurant week and had a great dinner. For $30, I had the 6oz filet, with asparagus and mashed potatoes, Caesar salad, and cheesecake. My wife had the same but with Lobster Bisque soup. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the service was professional. Of all the chain steak houses Flemings is one of the best.

This used to be one of my favorite places for steak but I found it tired. The waiters were slow and did not appear interested. My steak was not cooked to my order the first time. They did make it right the next time but it was not tender. I do not think I will go back.

I've never dined anywhere but at the bar here, but the waitstaff is incredibly attentive and the bartenders are all personable. The wine list is displayed all on iPads, which can get annoying if you are looking for something specific as it can be hard to find. Also, sometimes if you ask the bartenders for a specific wine, they will give you the App instead of just making a recommendation. I've tried all the bar specials on the menu and the roast beef is definitely my favorite. The tacos are a little weird as the shells are a bit like canolli shells.

For me Flemings is one of the most consistent high end steakhouses throughout the chain. The Perimeter location is my favorite. The staff is extremely polite and attentive. The NY strip is particularly flavorful, and the shrimp cocktail is perfection. The wedge salad is also a nice add. The excellent selection of wines by the glass come in 2 sizes that makes it easy to try different varieties without breaking the bank. Can't go wrong with this restaurant!

Good food but had gone there for the dry aged rib eye. After ordering was informed later that they had run out. Had to settle for a bone-in rib eye. Disappointing. Was tough. Few other things were disappointing also. They took off $38 off a $700 bill.....wow . Not impressed. Not sure if I'd give it a second chance.

All was good here at the steakhouse... service impeccable, atmosphere just right for a classy steakhouse, food, well what can I say, was superb.

Had a very good brunch on Fathers' Day at Flemings. Our first time at this chain that also owns Outback, Carrabba's and Bonefish Grill. This is their "Prime" steakhouse model and while very good it wasn't great. Service was also very good. As with too many restaurants it was almost too dark to see. At this price point I would have rather gone to McKendircks, less than a mile away.

The food was tasty and seasoned. The Decor is basic and uneventful. The service is excellent. The Menu is small.

I've visited this same restaurant twice a year since 2020. Each time the food and service have been above and beyond. Can't wait to go back.

This was our first visit during restaurant week so there was a set menu. A warm greeting on entering and we were taken to our table where we met our server, Casey. He was amazing explaining the set menu, making suggestions and giving his honest opinions when asked. He quickly brought us bread with 2 butter choices, followed by our salad. We both had the filet mignon and it was the best ...very tender and seasoned well, but the green beans in Thai sauce was amazing! The carrot cake and turtle pie were very very good. A new favorite for sure!!!!

We were taken here by an investment adviser, so while it was very nice to have an evening out, we would never go back. The service was horrendous, our waiter Jason was overly familiar yet neglectful. When one of our party asked for his steak to be replaced, as it was overcooked, Jason insisted that he cut it open to prove it. Our orders were mixed up and delivered to the wrong places. The prices are through the roof, and there's nothing on the plate but a piece of meat. Sides are served family style, but for a$12 plate of asparagus one would expect more than a few stalks. Plates were wisked away practically before we put our forks down. Overall a very unpleasant dining experience except for the company, which was great.

OMG I've visited Fleming's a few times and have never been disappointed. The food and the atmosphere are GREAT!. It's a great place for an after work gathering or a quiet dinner for two.

First time we tried Fleming's, and we were pretty impressed. I told them we were celebrating my birthday, and they had a long stemmed red rose on the table plus sparkly/glittery stars all over. What a nice surprise! We were given a complimentary glass of champagne from the manager - again, great surprise! We had the filets, which were done just perfectly. A fiscally nice bonus is that they do not charge a wine corkage fee for a bottle of wine, so if you have a special bottle, just bring it! The waitress was perhaps a bit over-attentive (she told me "Happy Birthday" probably 10 times), but it was better than someone who didn't check on us much. You have to try their chocolate soufflé cake - omg- to die for! I would definitely go here again. BTW, we made reservations for 6 PM on a Saturday night and were seated promptly. The entire staff was great!

My daughter and I had a lovely dinner on the outside porch Friday night. You can see the sun setting as you drink your wine. Giovani was a wonderful and attentive waiter.

Love the place with a great wine selection and steaks. A must for a great dinner. Steaks are amazing!

I had heard of Fleming's for quite a while from my neighbors. Decided to give it a try along with another couple one Friday night. Have to admit that things started out a little rocky. We began on the patio where the tables were dirty, cushions on the benches were soiled, and it took forever to get our drinks. But Charles stepped up to the plate and made things right. He explained how busy they were that night. When our reservation was ready he walked us to our table with no hassles where Nori took care of us. She gave the most professional wine presentation that I've seen in a long, long time. She was awesome throughout dinner. I am delightfully impressed!

My girlfriend & I met another couple for dinner on a Monday evening. The restaurant didn't seem full, and yet they stuck us back in a corner, where a wall was blocking our view of most of the restaurant. The service was very attentive and polite. The food was served quickly. Three out of four of us ordered the prime rib special. For the most part, they were are correct & tasty, although a little dry without the provided au jus. The fourth simply ordered a burger & sides, but the burger came out quite a bit under done from the medium well that was asked for. The desert ordered by everyone, per a recommendation, was the chocolate lava cake, which comes with vanilla ice cream. That alone made everything else better! Make sure not to pass that up, even if you share one.

So as high end steak places go, this is a good choice. Attentive staff and reasonably quite surroundings for carrying on conversation. Typical of such providers, prices are high but the food is good to great. For my visit it was actually everything but the steak that was great, from the bread to the potatoes. Don't get me wrong, the steaks was good but not outstanding. I got the Filet and it was cooked well, but seemed to be missing some flavor. Again, it was good, tender, etc, just missing that extra to make it exceptional (and worth the inflated price). Head to head I'd out Ruth Chris just slightly above to equal for overall rating. Great atmosphere. Great service. We had the Prime Rib special that they serve on Sundays and one of our party had soup and a "small plate" which was too much for her to finish. The prime rib was "melt in your mouth" good, plus it includes choice of salad, a side, AND dessert. Can't wait to go back. The specialty drinks we had were also really good. Yum.

We started a new tradition to go to Flemings for Easter- Excellent choice! Great wine selection, prime rib is off the chain and a wonderful quiet atmosphere. New tradition we will be doing yearly!

First time visiting Fleming's and a great first time. Made reservations and was seated at that reservation time. Had their special - salad, 8 oz Petite Filet Mignon, Lobster tail and dessert. Added a loaded baked potato to share. The meal was incredible! Our server, Victoria Martin, was the best. She related to us very well, was super friendly and made the while dining experience unforgettable. My wife has a seafood allergy. Victoria made sure that the lobster did not touch anything on her plate. And even on the leftover containers, she had written which food was safe to eat. Spent two and a half hours at Fleming's. I've never spent that much time in a restaurant for a meal. The dinner was delicious, service was outstanding and I can't wait to go back.

While we have eaten at many steak houses during our lifetime, Fleming's is by no means at the top of our list. The ambiance is nice, our waiter was very good and gave us good service and the food was good but not outstanding. We have eaten at other restaurants that surpass Fleming's. While I had the Lobster, it was a bit chewy and not as succulent as some lobster tails I've had previously. My husband had the Short Rib which was dry and again, we have had much better elsewhere. This is a very expensive restaurant not to have outstanding food that surpasses your every expectation.

My husband and I went there 12/31/16. We made a reservation weeks in advance yet we still had to sit in the bar area instead of main restaurant. Then the fire alarm went off - LOUDLY - three times!!!! I had a slight headache going in but with those alarms it only got worse. It may have all worked out if the food was actually worth all this trouble. It was NOT!!! Very overpriced and very overrated. I have had much better in at Seasons 52, Capitol Grill, Cowfish, etc in the close proximity. Skip this place!!!!

We were lucky to get a nice booth. Had the fried olives and calamari to start with and split a prime burger and small portion shrimp scampi. Happy hour prices lasted until 7pm and most Drinks and wine were between $8-11. Service was very good. Nice date night!

We have eaten here very often since it’s opening about 15 years ago. Our dining experience today was very disappointing given the extremely slow service. While our waitress was pleasant, she lacked efficiency and professionalism for a high end restaurant.

We have been doing this on this day for years ( 18 adults and kids ). We have tried different places in the Atlanta area but found the best tonight. The private room had a lot of atmosphere and we ordered off the full menu. Casey was in charge and did a fantastic job and everyone's check at the end was accurate. The service and food was a 10 out of 10. We will be back!

We had dinner here as part of a business dinner. The food was of very high quality. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was excellent. Steak was very good. Side dishes and add on's were just so so, especially for the money. I have eaten at many restaurants of this quality and the sides are always shareable and great. The serving sizes were very small and quality just good, nothing special. When you factor in the cost I thought everything was over priced.

Went here while working in Atlanta and had such an awesome steak we went back again the following week! Crab cakes and calamari startes also good

Celebrated my wife’s birthday, with our children. Pros: 1. Excellent surrounding area & location. 2. Ample parking, and complimentary valet. 3. Excellent ambiance and courteous staff. 4. The food was prepared to perfection, catered to our specific requests. 5. Our waitress was delightful with personality, professionalism and she really solidified the experience. Cons: None

End of a great business trip, decided to have some wine and steaks. Nice, extensive wine list. Food was tasty, bar service was ok. It was a little later in the evening, after 7:30 on a Tuesday, so both bartenders didn't do anything other than bare basics- only had our wine served once after the bottle was opened, and we poured for ourselves since no one was even attempting to continue any sort of wine service for us. It does amaze me though that higher end steak places, that serve all items a la carte will put a piece of meat on a rather large plate, with nothing else on it. Presentation was definitely not on anyone's mind, and the plate was not cleaned up prior to being brought out. Good wine, good steak, other than that, could take it or leave it.

Last time I said the steak was perfect, this time it was just good. I think they have lost their edge. I found that the wait staff were not inclined to go out of their way to discuss the options, they were merely going through the motions. At the high price of their food I want more.

Last Tuesday night, I went to Fleming's with my girlfriends around six pm. We sat in a booth at the bar and had great service even though the bar was packed due to holiday parties and happy hour prices. My burger was fantastic. The onion rings were a little dry & cold. My girlfriend's California burger was delicious. We will be back.

We had Easter Brunch and it was an excellent choice. Best modern Caesar Salad I have ever had and would love the recipe. Service was great and 5 of us enjoyed it a lot.

When you pay a lot of money for a steak you expect it to be perfectly cooked to your exact specifications in a timely manner by a pleasant server. This is what I got along with a complimentary side of Bernaise sauce and a couple of very good martinis. A nice place to have a good dinner where you are still able to talk to your dinner partner. Good service, good ambience and good food.

Steak And Potatoes Were Good Service Was Good . Nice Place To Eat In Dunwoody Where They Have Everything You Will Enjoy It.

Was just at this restaurant and it was the worst experience of my entire time in the Atlanta, GA my steak was overcooked and very vland,no taste, and all my friends complain as to something being wrong about what they were eating or getting the wrong orders and afterwards the receptionist was just very rude to us and generally instead of a wonderful night out it was just terrible terrible, it was a waste of money really...our bill was several hundred dollars but the food and services were not worth...the valet was nice though on the flip side of it but the rest of it was just terrible...

Absolutely a fantastic place to eat. Came here for a business meal. Food was perfect and the service was wonderful. Glad Glad

We celebrated our 3rd anniversary at Fleming's last night. It was our first time visiting Fleming's and we decided to go because our friends recommended it! They went for Tomahawk Tuesday just recently. When I visited the Flemings website, the Caymus wine dinner looked divine. When we got to Flemings, they knew all of our information and were on top of it calling us by our first name every chance they could. This made us feel like regulars even though it was just our first time. Everyone was super friendly! They welcomed us with champagne to celebrate and took our picture. Nicole, the manager, was very helpful and attentive. She recommended the crabcakes. We started out with a couple of cocktails after our complimentary sparkling rose, and then moved to the Earth Wine and Fire menu. We got both the vegetarian option and the carnivore option so we could try all of it. Our server, CT (which is short for Christopher- something- something- Taylor the third), was totally on point with absolutely EVERYTHING. He anticipated our every need. Our water glasses stayed full, whenever we finished a course, the dirty plates were pre-bussed, dirty silverware was replaced and he was genuine, warm and friendly. My husband is a chef and I've been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years so we both notice EVERYTHING. We are OFTEN disappointed whenever we go out to eat because so few servers and restaurants pay attention to the details. Not Flemings. They were on point with absolutely everything from the moment we walked in until we left. Even the bathroom was clean. We will definitely come back. And I'm blasting this review to every social media site I can find. Thank you! for a great time! Rachel and Jamie

My pork rib chop was simply amazing, the apple cider demi-g was just perfect. Service for our 8 people table was as good as expected. The venue had complimentary valet parking so great option :)

We went for a recent birthday dinner for my Dad. They had a table reserved with a birthday card signed by staff and they were very warm and friendly. I was very pleased with how they managed the birthday part. This said, the server seemed flighty and ill-prepared. When the food came it was okay, but nothing spectacular. The prices, though, matched some of the better steakhouses I've been to. With a bottle of wine and some sides, you can easily expect the bill to be $75-$100 per person. The dining room looked nice, but was loud. They were able to accommodate a table for 7, but I had a hard time hearing the other side of the table. In the end, my dad was happy and they treated him well. I'm not sure it was worth it in the end, though.

My experience at Fleming's includes a little bit of everything. We made it early to our reservation and the hostess seemed annoyed by that. We went to the bar to enjoy a drink while our table was available and the bartenders were friendly while taking care of business. We went to our table and we had two servers, the gentleman was the most polite server that I ever met, the other was a lady that was not happy to be there. Then the food: Shrimp appetizers A+ that created a lot of expectations on the group but then the Cesar Salad not that tasty, mostly dry but then the little dressing that we had was too heavy on anchovies C-, Ribeye steak was tender and tasty but had some way better before in chain restaurants B+, the sweet glaze was too heavy on the salmon filet but texture was fine B, the sides were ok B, and finally the carrot cake for dessert was not enjoyable (F). Overall a passing grade but was expecting a lot better. Ambiance was nice, it is definitely a cool place to go and have dinner but the food needs to be improved a little bit for the experience to be amazing.

Three visits- prime rib: great. Next visit, prime rib -- tough as shoe leather ( same complaint from people at the next table.) We were comped, but

The service and food are what you would expect of a high-price restaurant. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the large seafood appetizer was delicious, and the wine excellent. A little surprised how expensive it was, but very good. One in the party had the Sunday Special, and that was a good deal.

After making reservations online I added that it was my Girlfriends birthday. Upon arrival there was a hand signed birthday card from all of the employees. That $1 card really started the evening off right because we knew that we were in for a treat. Our server Oji was knowledgable and so courteous. The manager stopped by and it was apparent that he was not going through the motions when he asked if we enjoyed ourselves. It is expensive, but the food is out of this world as is the service. Worth the trip.

My husband and I had dinner at Fleming's while on a trip to Atlanta last weekend. It was a special occasion for us so we were looking to visiting a fine dining restaurant during our trip. Our experience at Fleming's was the complete opposite. The most critical piece for a steak house is that they know how to cook steak, but my steak requested to be cooked medium was well done. I also ordered the lava cake for dessert which I let our waiter know well in advance so that they had time to prepare it. It was obvious that he had forgotten, but we waited while it was prepared. That was also overcooked. While I can see past it, my husband was served his wine in a dirty wine glass. At this price point, none of this should have happened. If you want to be a high end steak house you need to at minimum get the steak right, but also pay attention to fine details.

Here it is in a nutshell. Mediocre food and faux pretentious service. There are so many better options in Atlanta for a great steak. Right out of college I worked a Mad Men-esque steakhouse and that was where I learned about great steak. Since then I have dined at solid handful of great steakhouses across the US. But honestly a steak house is never my first choice. On the other hand my husband is a steak guy. And his business affords him the opportunity to dine at the finest steakhouses across the country on a regular basis. Name a city, name the place, and he has probably dined there. So you can trust his opinion more than mine. Service. It's important when you are dropping $250 on dinner for two. But at Flemings it was just over the top and silly. It was like they were trying too hard. Maybe that was to make up for the food. If you want your water glass filled each time you take a sip...then you will be pleased. And if you love having your glass filled by a server who reaches across in front of your face and dips his sleeve in the food...then Flemings is your place. Good service is not asking how we are doing-every 5 minutes. Nor is it sending multiple self identified "managers" over to interrupt our meal to ask how our meal is. The bread they serve (we had to ask for it and it arrived just before the entrees) was pretty standard but the spread was delicious and perhaps the best part of the meal. I put some on my sad steak and got a lecture from one of the managers. In her defense she offered to broil the spread on my steak. I didn't accept. I feel certain they would have made any accommodation I asked for. Flemings is a steak house. We ordered steak. And honestly they deserve about 2 stars. I ordered the petite fillet. A good filet cuts like butter and melts in your mouth. Mine was stringy and tough. Yes I am being serious. I opted to have mine without an accompaniment . Big mistake. It was so bland. So...bland, hard to cut, hard to chew but perfectly cooked. Up the street from my house is Marlowe's. The most expensive item on their menu is a $20 fillet. It's not small and I doubt that it's good quality. But my daughter orders it every time we go and it is consistently so much better than what I had at Flemings. My husband got the dry aged strip. His $60 steak was cold in the middle. But worse it was impossible to cut. I kept giggling because when I tried to cut the piece he shared with me I kept sawing at it and shaking the table. It was hard to chew and a few bites ended up back on the plate. I felt bad because he suggested we try Flemings and he was so disappointed. The steaks were large and they were pretty...but that's about it. For sides we had Flemings potatoes and creamed spinach. My husband loved the spinach and it was good-a little too heavy for me (I thought it needed more actual spinach). The Flemings potatoes were just "meh". The cheddar was pedestrian and the jalapeños added nothing-the potatoes were paper thin and well cooked however which I think is hard to achieve with scalloped dishes. My husband had the wedge. He always gets the wedge. It was the first one I didn't want a bite of. They tried to reimagine it...but it fell short. So basically if you want a great steak this is not the place. Even if the money is nothing to you, this meal isn't worth it. I know this review sounds harsh but most people consider a $250 dinner to be a big deal or a special occasion and honestly their food does not live up to that.

We met up with friends to celebrate their son's college graduation. The restaurant is located an hour from our home and it was our first visit. The menu prices were a bit of a shock to us for sure. It was a group of nine at our table and our reservation was for 6pm on a Saturday. We didn't wait long and a kid's menu was available for my son. The complimentary bread was delicious, our servers were prompt, valet parking was complimentary and the food was just...typical - certainly nothing that would make us drive an hr again to do a repeat for the items we had. Our check was $100 for two adults (& we drank water) with one child who ordered from the kid's menu. Most entrées listed on the menu did not come with a side/veggie... you had to pay for any side you added. Checking this place off our bucket list, been there/done that.

With a typical steakhouse menu, and a typical modern interior decor, Flemings presented a mixed bag for our family dinner. Service was excellent and attentive. The calamari appetizer was delicious, not too heavily breaded. The chili sauce was a bit on the too sweet side, though not spicy at all. The disappointment was with the steaks themselves. Ours were cooked to temp correctly, but underseasoned. In fact, the steaks were disappointing in flavor as well. Three of us had the petite fillet, and one of the aged New York strip. The strip should’ve had the most flavor, but was in fact the most bland. The creamed spinach was overly garlicky. The wine list was decent, with (expectedly) expensive prices. The two types of desserts were both enjoyable to those who had them: a chocolate trifle and a pot de creme. Still, when a steakhouse fails to deliver on steaks, I can’t give it a higher rating than average. Especially at the price of $100+ per person...

The most impressive restaurant thus far I've been to in Atlanta. The lobster was the best I have had in a while. Service was professional, friendly, and courteous. The waitress was outstanding and aimed to please. They keep a record of your visits and their promises of making things right if you had a not so good experience. I was impressed. Highly recommend. Family really took care of me on my visit on business trip.

I came here for my birthday dinner. The service was easily 5 stars. They treated me like a king. They were friendly , polite, on time and helped celebrate a great birthday! The steak is amazing at Flemings. I know anytime the beef is aged it's going to be really good, but Fleming's puts fresh peppercorns on top of the meat during the cooking process. The flavor is unique to their restaurant. If you come Get steak for sure !

Fleming’s has the absolute best happy hour. Their appetizers are truly awesome and good. My friend and I had the filet mignon flatbread and the calamari, Fleming’s burger and the lemon drop drink.! Everything was so good and the filet mignon flatbread is to die for. A must try. Happy hour is from 5-7pm and it’s in the bar area and the menu is super reasonable. I love Fleming’s happy hour.

Took my wife for her birthday dinner last night. Fleming’s was our go to date night spot in the past, but no more. Wait staff used to be attentive, courteous and fast. We each ordered the filet medium well and when the food arrived, my steak was raw in the middle. Sent it back and it came back burned on the outside and it had a line of fat running through the middle. While they did comp our dinner, we will not return , as there are far better options in the area. Very disappointing

I had the best filet mignon with excellent potatoes. My wife enjoyed the hanger steak but the latin flavor of the potato side dish did not work well. The carpaccio appetizer was excellent. Attentive service made the meal memorable. Flemings know how to prepare steak the right way.

I admit I don't get it. For the price of dining here, you can get twice (at least!) the quality of food and service for the time and price of a short drive to Bone's or Chops in Buckhead. Fleming's reminds me of a Morton's or Ruth's Chris - just another high-priced chain restaurant. In addition, it's so loud that you have to strain to hear folks across the table speak. If you are bound and determined to have a steak in this part of town, I would choose Joey D's or McKendricks instead.

The room was beautiful, the staff attentive and the food was great for our initial meeting of the year on July 9th. I highly recommend Victoria and her team to anyone planning a business meeting. They will take very good care of you.

We hosted a private dinner for 24 people. The room set up was excellent as was the presentation. Management was very accommodating. Menu items select were well prepared. Rick the server was very nice. The average rating is driven solely by the pace of service and slow roll out of scheduled items.

We go to Flemings for steak and decided to go for their $49 Thanksgiving dinner It was fantastic. We had a 5pm reservation and while the restaurant was packed we waited no more than 3 minutes for our table for 4. We all had Lobster Bisque for starters and it is the best in Atlanta. Nice pieces of Lobster with a rich soup stock. Our dinner consisted of 4 large pieces of Turkey, stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes. The turkey was the most tender turkey we had at any restaurant and the flavor was fantastic. For dessert we all had their pumpkin cheesecake. We usually eat Thanksgiving out and have been to many top restaurants. This was the best of them all, and we will return next year. Darnell was our server, and not only was he professional, he had a charming way about him. Put Flemings on your Thanksgiving dinner list.

I loved the experience to dinner at Fleming's, my stark was at the perfect point and the desert was wonderful. It could be less expensive.

Wow! I have eaten at another Fleming’s so I knew it would be good. The our server had a huge table of 12 besides us but stayed on top of us making sure we had everything we wanted or needed as did the operating parter. Food was divine! Recommend crab cakes, filet (get the small), Fleming’s potatoes Au Gratin (sides are large enough for 2 or 3 people) do not leave off lava cake flambé.

Open for dinner every night and it's excellent. I've used this for private lunch events for work. Two spaces kitchen level which is too loud and the private room which is perfect. Staff does a great job and are very accommodating. Usually a great small filet- mashed potatoes and green beans with delicious carrot cake.

Was in town for a conference and the hotel recommended Flemings with shuttle service. It was very nice but I really wasn't looking to spend this much for a meal. Everything was al a carte so the steak came with no sides. On a positive note, it was the best steak I have ever had. The $11 baked potato was not.

We have are at several Flemings before and loved the experience but Atlanta was much different. We never received any bread before or during I meal. My wife had to fill her own wine up every time. I never received a fill-up of my water because there was no waiter to be found the entire meal. Our food was undercooked to the point that my wife didn't finish her filet and only took one bite from her lobster. After we told a waiter that was walking by that we needed our check it took another 15 minutes for us to get it and at that point I wanted nothing to do with talking to anyone about it. Never go to this place. Manager should be ashamed we paid $140 for a meal and didn't even get close to a Burger King experience!!

I have eaten at Flemings all over the country. It is a go to for business. However the cook did not get any of steaks right. So it was disappointing. The server was awesome. The smoked old fashioned was excellent. I would try it again.

We were out for a late dinner and spontaneously decided for this restaurant. Great choice and well invested money. Tomahawk steak was delicious, vegetarian creation was very nice, service (with the exception of the first 10’) was very attentive and friendly. Wine was good and desert close to my high standards. Best restaurant experience in Atlanta so far.

Started at the bar during happy hour. Moved to the dining room for dinner. My ribeye was excellent. My server, Victoria, was new but was attentive and lovely to deal with.

I love coming here after a long day of work and just sitting in the bar area. The waiters/waitresses are always so attentive! The wine selection is great and I love that they do pairings with the food. I am always interested in knowing what wine/drink goes best with what food.

A great array of well prepared menu items served in an ambient setting. Another jewel in the Dunwoody area.

Fleming's offers great specials and we were anxious to try it out. Our waiter made us feel so awful and cheap because we asked about the specials I was sent in my email. I told him he seemed upset about us asking about the specials and he said that he usually does not ever have anyone ask about the specials they receive in their email. This seemed ridiculous. The people who assisted the waiter were very nice, but the waiter completely ruined our groups evening with his terrible attitude. I am not sure if the food was as bad as we all thought, or because our waiter was so awful to us we could not enjoy it. It ruined our groups special occasion.

Very much enjoyed the filet and lobster - they truly couldn't have been better! AND the creme brûlée was sincerely the best we (my husband and I shared) ever had. Watch for specials, it's worth waiting to dine on Sundays and Mondays!

Dinner for 2 at Flemings. The server was an eleven on a scale of 10. The filet was very good, mine was cooked well, hers was under cooked. The baked potato although large was not worth $11. Overall The restaurant is nice but lacks a little in décor. The food was good, about 2 steps up from Texas Road House, BUT the prices are way too HIGH. Dinner for 2 with 3 cocktails and no desserts was almost $190. Nothing exotic, 2 filet, 1 shrimp cocktail, 2 baked potatoes.

I was not impressed. Let's just say I though all steak restaurants had grills to cook on. FLEMMING'S DOESN'T. I an cook a steak in a pan, I prefer it on a grill, We really prefer it on a wood burning grill. Carabba's in the same plaza has a wood burning grill. They have steaks, sirloin, filet, veal chops, chicken & shrimp on a wood burning grill. We were not impressed with flemming's

Fleming's is a great fine-dining restaurant. The food was excellent. It was definitely pricey, but you get what you pay for, which is good in this case. We had a big party and various dishes from Veal to Filet Mignon to Prime Rib to Ribeye. The sides were excellent. Fleming's potatoes were the best, along with the creamed spinach. However, the Chipotle Macaroni and Cheese was bland and not very good. I just expected more from it, but perhaps the seafood mac and cheese would have been a better choice. The service from the staff was superb and they were very accommodating. Our servers were Liz and Blake. Both were excellent and went above and beyond. Loved BLAKE! Thank you all for making a family celebration even better.

We got lucky and got Christopher as our waiter last night and he was superb in taking care of everything from describing the menu to recommending wine. The food was amazing. I had the Sea Bass blackened and everyone else had steak Mine was wonderful and the others were happy with how their steaks came out.
Wine Tasting and Dinner Experience
My wife and I had a great experience last Friday evening. We had some great wine and appetizers and then enjoyed additional food and beverage in the restaurant.
