I made reservations with the comment that I was taking my friend to dinner for his birthday. As soon as we arrived and stated who we were and that we had reservations, the two girls at the front desk wished him a happy birthday. When the hostess came to take us to our table, she, too, wished him a happy birthday. All the wait staff that attended our table also made a point of acknowledging the birthday. In addition, there was a birthday card waiting for him on the table. Our waiter, Logan, made sure that everything was pleasing to us. We ordered a special dinner that included a shrimp appetizer, salad, lobster tail, and filet mignon. Everything was delicious. We had Cava for our beverage and cappuccino with dessert. For dessert, we shared a lava cake and creme brulee. So tasty. When we were in the parking lot, preparing to leave, one of Fleming's employees was exiting and he greeted us and said he hoped we enjoyed our meal. Once again, my friend was wished a happy birthday. We both thought the experience was incredible, thoughtful, and beyond our expectations.

We have dined several times at Fleming's , but were disappointed on the last visit due to changes in the menu. The Fleming's salad used to be our favorite, and now they have a Fleming's chopped salad , that doesn't measure up: fewer of the things that made it good- only 1 or 2 candied walnuts, fewer tomatoes. Seems more like 'salad in a bag' to save prep time. The Fleming's bread used to be a mini-loaf warm and sliced with 2 types of flavored butters; now just some individual rolls with plain butter. No more Sunday night prime rib specials. No more Colby wine by the glass. Seems like Fleming's is doing cost saving measures to maximize profits, but with the loss of much that made it stand out. the steaks are still good. Service is still great. Just not the optimal experience they used to have.

We attended a $100 dinner party in March as guests of friends who frequent Fleming's on a regular basis. Apparently Fleming's holds monthly dinner events for frequent customers. The dinner was a five course meal along with four different types of wine by Cakebread. There was a representative from Cakebread who announced each wine before the course. When we arrived we were presented with a glass of wine and a raffle ticket. In between each course different prizes were drawn. I won a bottle of Cakebread Cabernet Sauvignon and my girlfriend who a $100 gift certificate to Fleming's and a bottle of Cakebread Merlot. Approximately 1/4 - 1/2 of the guests won prizes at the dinner. The grand prize was dinner for 2 at the next monthly dinner. The first course was Pan Seard Halibut with a Sauvignon Blanc. Second we had North Atlantic Lobster Tail with Chardonnay. Third we had Blackened Filet Tips with Merlot. The main entree was Wagyu New York Strip with Cabernet Sauvignon. The steak was great and we had more than enough to take home. Finally, the meal ended with Cookies and Creme Brûlée. Although the dinner was pricey, the fact that we won prizes making up more than half the price of the meal made it even more enjoyable. I can't testify to the "normal" dining experience but I highly recommend one of Fleming's dinner parties with a group of friends.

I made a reservation a month in advance for Thanksgiving for 5:45.I also got a call from the restaurant to confirm which I did. We arrived and were told it would be at least a 45 minute wait. They overbooked and did not care how they inconvenienced people, who had to wait and stand outside in the cold.

An overall predictable experience. The wait staff are accommodating, even though the kitchen can be hit or miss, though they get it right more than not.

The dinner had very good parts, some okay parts and some bad parts. We ordered two appetizers, the crispy pork bellies and the baked Brie. The crispy pork bellies had a great flavor and were very enjoyable. The baked Brie was just okay. The French onion soup was well done with an excellent flavor. The salads were average. The meat entrees were average to poor. All were cooked to the proper temperature but for prime meat lacked flavor. The prime rib was very dry. The desserts were all good. The service was also a bit mixed. Our table was not ready at the time of our reservation and the lobby area is very limited. Upon being seated it took a long time to get our initial drinks (approx 10 minutes) for water. The service than greatly improved and became attentive though one side dish was forgotten and at the end of the night it was noticed that the check had extra dessert on the bill. I would recommend several other steak houses above this place.

Their bone in rib eye just melted in my mouth. So far, the best steak house! Definitely will be back.

Wife and I partook of Fleming's exceptional Bar Menu. We both ordered their fabulous Prime Burger plate only after sampling their Mushroom Ravioli and Tenderloin Carpaccio. Dining at Fleming's Steak House is always a pleasurable experience. Severs are efficient and always make you feel exceptional. Prior to and with dinner we had their delightful margaritas and topped off the evening with coffee and NY Cheesecake. Manager "Cory" stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. Will be back to visit this fine restaurant again and again. Their 3 course steak & lobster menu is also fabulous.

Being old, financially well off, and thus potentially vulnerable to a host of hucksters can bring benefits. Almost weekly we receive offers to attend 'financial' seminars where some schlub offers to buy you dinner if you agree to listen to his pitch where he wants to show you that you're an idiot and he knows best how to manage your money. Right: You're retired, he's still working, trying to frisk old people, and you should entrust your life savings to him. Genius. Like the old ethnic dilemma of free ham, it's a tough offer to resist especially at a place like Fleming's. And I don't know that the presentation affects the taste of the food but it just might. What you need to know if you attend one of these godawful events is that while you may be dining at Fleming's you're not really receiving their top of the menu items, rather a 'mini-filet', some salmon (my choice and VERY good by the way) or a piece of chicken. All are served with mashed potatoes and cheap spinach casserole 'family style'. Make sure you don't sit next to a plus sized person or two or you won't get more than a spoonful, and they'll eye your plate greedily once they swallow theirs. Creme Brulee for desert was quite delicious if a bit too sweet and the coffee was just fine. Word to the wise: if you go to these events do not even THINK of meeting with the people who proffered the invitation. If you're not sure why, read about the law of reciprocity. In short, they give you a meal and you reward them with your financial assets. That's the way it works. Back to Fleming's for a moment, the food was quite good, portions small (you're at a plate licking event and that's what you're called - plate lickers), service top rate and were it not for the insipid presentation, a good place to dine.

We had the best time last night dining in the bar at Fleming’s. It was my brother in law’s birthday and 4 of us were celebrating. We had excellent food and wine. Our server Samuel made the whole evening a delight. He was attentive, funny, and made great suggestions on wine and appetizers. We will be back for another fun evening!

I was visiting family and this is one of their preferred destinations. We had reservations but didn't need them. They said it was because of the holiday weekend. Couple of things to note - it is dimly light - perfect for a hot night - but hard to read the menu. Fortunately the waiter had a small flash light. My dad use to get the small plates - they no longer have these. We started with a wedge salad. This can easily be split. I couldn't eat all of mine. Their steak sizes are quite large. Luckily, all of us like steak prepared the same way. We split the bone in 16 oz. filet. They were kind enough to cut it into slices so we could share. Plenty for the three of us. Of course we had to had a side of French fries. The food was excellent. The waiter lets you take as much time as you need with cocktails and wine. We brought a bottle of wine to enjoy. There is a corkage but you can enjoy what you want. It was a leisurely dinner and very enjoyable.

How well one of the steaks was prepared, friendliness from the bussers, and the extensive wine list is the only reason why this place gets 2 stars. We randomly decided to go here tonight for dinner because it's one of the places I wanted to try for years based on all they hype created around it. Needless to say, it was very disappointing. The service from our server, Monica, was not as prime as the steaks. Her tone of voice sounded very condescending, and it was like she did not care. Hospitality was not unrivaled as their website boasts. I think she passed by our table about 5 times before we had to ask her for another fork, as mine was missing from the busser clearing the table before the main course was to arrive. Normally, a server periodically checks on their patrons to make sure everything is good, or if they need anything else. Instead, she was more interested in holding up the wall while heavily engaged in conversation with her manager and co-workers several times throughout the 2 hours we were there. Another thing which was kind of bothersome is I overheard another server give a nice introduction to their party, and go over the special of the night with his party. None of that happened when Monica approached our table. She just approached the table and asked if we wanted wine. The only way we knew her name was because the hosted told us who our server would be. The other steak which wasn't prepared how asked, was overcooked. I'm going to assume because it wasn't properly communicated to the chefs how it was to be prepared. The price of dining there is expected because of the so-called reputation and preparation of the steaks. However, if I am going to pay fine dining prices for a steak, then it should be accompanied with fine dining service. I would have raised my concerns to the manager, but never got the opportunity to meet her being that she table touched every table except ours. I can see if it was busy in there to get this type of service, but it wasn't even busy in the restaurant.

Wanted to go to something off the Strip in Las Vegas so I took my wife to Flemings Steakhouse on West Charleston Street. The location was pretty easy to get to. Lots of parking and if you so incline they have a valet at the front door. I'd suggest making reservations since this is a popular restaurant, at least on Valentine's it was, but I guess most other places are also. The staff was top rate and the atmosphere is fantastic. I noticed that they have the seat spread out just right to allow you for nice conversations without having to hear the table next to you. Nice privacy in a large restaurant setting. Lighting was also fantastic, just enough mood lighting to allow you to read your menu (for those of us who's eyes are getting older) without any strain, but also keep the romantic mood. Wine, Steaks and other foods looked and tasted great. Love the fact they have small plates also for those with smaller appetites. We'll go back. Our Waiter, Ryan, was attentive without being too overbearing and the other staff came and went without interruption of our conversation. The water glass seemed to magically fill itself on occasion... Anyway, go there and you won't be disappointed

We also enjoy the happy hour. The burgers are wonderful, we split the burger as it is pretty big, an the calamari is also one of our favorites. Ask for David, the best server there, he carries about 4 or 5 plates at once and he makes sure your food is piping hot.

Our company was in town for a convention and decided to go to dinner at Fleming's. We actually were going to Texas De Brazil but the wait was an hour, so walked to here and there was no wait. GREAT decision. From beginning to end everything was great. Had a chocolate martini (came with a choc truffle as a rim topper), steak was delicious and finished it off with creme brulee and choc lava cake. Our whole group left happy and satisfied. Was nice to get off the blvd and all the hustle and bustle of crowds. Only negative thing I would say is the sides could of been a bit bigger for our size group. We had 9 people and our server suggested we share sides. What she didn't say is one side of any dish is not big enough for that many people. Which meant you could only get a table spoon of any side so that everyone got some. But if that is the worst thing that happened, all the rest made up for it. Well worth the money, even though on the pricey side. YUMMY!!

Service was impeccable and the food was wonderful. Only complaint would be that the prices are on the higher side. Certainly enjoyed our visit though!

This is my favorite place for great service from the time you drive up to valet until you leave . The food and drink were excellent and timely.

I had dinner here last year too. I was very satisfied on both occassions. I had one of the best Rib Eye ever last year. This time we got lucky as they had a Sunday and Monday promotion on a succulent Prime Rib with two sides for under 30 bucks. This was indescribably good. Ambience is quiet elegance. Service was thorough and honestly friendly. Expect premium prices for premium quality and service. Its worth it

What an Awesome brunch! Staff is amazing, Logan is an exceptional waiter. Jackie Evon, the manager, had donated a four person brunch to the Nevada SPCA! That donation from Flemings brought in much needed monies for the No kill shelter. Thank you Flemings for the community support.

Went there for happy hour. Parking is tight they have valet so that helps. Started with a blueberry lemon drop, good to the last drop. Their assortment of appetizers makes your mouth drool. The hamburger is also on the menu a good choice for those with a appetite. Our waitress Erin was very kind , pleasant and good suggestions on the menu. She always came to our table with a smile. Lupe , he was very pleasant and there to make sure everything was OK.

It is so nice to see the Quality that Fleming's has in every city. This restaurant is always fun, the food is great! Fleming's potatoes are the best! Steaks are always cooked to perfection and the salad comes with an amazing slice of bacon.

Tomahawk Tuesday is wonderful; we received a gift card and arrived for our reservation and was promptly seated. Monaca G was our server and everything was spot on; no detail was overlooked and all with a lovely smile. Food was great and presentation was excellent. The only downside was no Military discounts given

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse is a suburb restaurant. While certainly not cheap it is worth the price. The steak and sea food are exceptional. The service is perfect.

Best Burger ever...Great happy hour menu. Very classy place and great service. Can't wait to go back

We had the prix fixe (sp?) menu which consisted of an 8 oz filet and lobster tail. Started off with a salad and then a crab empanada. All for only $44.95. It was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. I thought it was very reasonable priced and the service was great.

I took my mom to dinner here. The restaurant was great to look at, lots of beautiful couples, fantastic service, but the food is just average and really overpriced. If you want a good looking restaurant, OK, but if you want a good meal skip Fleming's.

Flemings is more or less "in our neighborhood," and it has become our restaurant of choice for the slightly special occasion. Our last visit was our anniversary earlier in October. The cocktails and the food is always good and the service is always excellent. Lately, Flemings has been offering a variety of specials by email, many of them very tempting. We may just have to go more often! The only downside is that occasionally it's really noisy, especially near the bar area, which is open to the restaurant, and especially on a Friday evening. But we've learned to get around that by requesting a table nearer the back of the restaurant.

Flemings is at best a poor version of Mortons; at least it is less expensive (just about anything would be) but last night's (July 24, 2015) wine dinner with the Hess wine was positively awful and....expensive (coming in at $320 per couple). The wine was the highlight and Hess is always very good and they did pour constantly. The first course were the shrimp tacos - although this paired well with the wine (white) I asked my friend next to me if there were any shrimp in it. He was unsure.. The second course were some kind of meat sliders. The horseradish sauce went well with it but somewhat overpowered the wine and everything else. Ok, now, the third course.....the bacon steak...positively one of the worst dishes I have ever had in a restaurant. It was more like pork bellies and I thought we should be trading it on the Chicago Commodities exchange! I will say the dog we had with us enjoyed it but....everyone remarked at how fatty it was (ok, we know it is pork but....go have the bacon steak at Mortons and you will see a big difference). The 4th course was another fatty piece of meat (more dog food....you should have seen the doggie bag created. This dog is eating well for a week!). Again, nobody at the table liked the meat. Come on, its a steakhouse....that advertises prime (the best cut). They blew it. The atmosphere in the room was so loud we had to scream to one another to chat. Unbearable. I am seriously thinking about requesting a refund from Kate the manager who actually did seem to care but offered nothing. You might have a fighting chance if dining in the main part of the restaurant or, better yet, just go to Mortons. Likewise, not recommend and a complete rip off.

We decided to have a good steak with my boyfriend and we have chosen the Flemings as it is on the top ten list steakhouses in Las vegas.... We have obviously expected way too much... The food and service is way overpriced...and one can get so much more quality at other places for the same price...

I've eaten at Flemings twice. Great food, very pricey, good service, a little noisy for being so classy. Neat place for celebration dinners. I like it.

FYI - they have a "Social Hour" Sunday - Thurs 4-6pm. Saw Caymus chardonnay for $9, 4 hard liquor choices also $9. Most of the food was priced about $14. Noted as food 4 sliders beef or chicken, crabcakes, shrimp and a cheese board. Enjoyed the sliders and prices seem very reasonable especially if you share. Service was great.

We had a charismatic waiter who did his best to provide good service but the kitchen let us down in the end. Onion soup and Caesar salad were our two appetizers which were pleasant. My husband and I were going to share a 16 ounce NY strip steak and asparagus side dish for our main course. The steak arrived and it was obvious to me that the steak was about 12 ounces. We sent it back. A lovely manager came over to apologize and said they would not charge us for the replacement steak. The steak was good but that was aggravation that we did not appreciate. We probably will not go back.

The food was great, the service was a little slow, and the restaurant wasn't that busy, so we expected quicker service. Apart from that, the food was great. The server did get out drinks mixed up and had to wait longer for the cocktails to be re made. 🙃

Went for happy hour with a friend. A little too dark. Very good wine and cocktail selection. Good appetizers.

Debbie's filet was dry and tasted bad but they were happy to replace with a rib eye that was the polar opposite of the filet, it was shocking the difference, like night and day. I had the Sea Bass, small on the portion, big on the price but perfect. Creamed spinach they use no garlic, bummer. Service was attentive so all in all this place is overpriced but not a lot.

Ann’s favorite birthday restaurant never lets us down. Awesome ribeye steaks, and all around a great experience. The service staff are always friendly and served us promptly. This is a great option to those highly rated but poorly reviewed tourist restaurants near the strip.

Our dinner this evening, with friends, was acceptable but average for Las Vegas when it comes to a steakhouse. If you are going to spend the money, there are significantly better options in the city for menu options, food quality and service.

Stopped in just for drinks and a few appetizers/small plates. Very good food and drinks. Staff was very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. The restaurant surroundings were comfortable.

I've always loved this place because the food is consistently good and the lovely "Wood & Leather Gentlemen's Club" atmosphere and ambience. While I was not a fan of the new layout at the bar (way less of an exclusive feeling), the food is still wonderful and in my opinion, even better than before! Still a great place for locals!

Came to Fleming's during the week and I was impressed with the remodel of the Bar area, gives it a more inviting place to come in for your favorite drink and great savings on quality Happy hour menu. You must try their Top Quality Burger and their sautéed fried calamari. These are my favorite but if you have a larger appetite their great Steaks at Fleming's will not hurt. Great Restaurant in the west part of town. The service was awesome. Definitely recommend.

I love Flemings, it is always a great pleasure to come for dinner with friends and family. Elegant casual atmosphere, perfect food, wine and service

We dine at Fleming's often, mainly because of the excellent service. The food is delicious and prepared as requested. The portions are generous, my family and I usually order 2 sides for the 4 of us to go with our meals. The Chipotle Macaroni and Cheese is wonderful and the Creme Brulee is the best way to end the meal. Our last few visits we have requested Ray Ramirez as our waiter because of his friendly personality and impeccable service.

We have now eaten at Fleming's a number of times. Mostly we eat at the bar as the bartenders are always on top of their game and it is a more casual experience than the dining room. Fleming's has a great happy hour menu. On top of that every Sunday they have a prime rib special that can't be beaten in terms of price and quality. We have yet to have a bad prime rib. You certainly can't say that about all steak houses. Get the lava cake if you have room at the end of your meal. Definitely an enjoyable experience.

Flemings is a wonderful treat. Great steaks, though they offer other things like seafood and poultry. The side dishes are more tasty than Ruth's Cris (another top notch steakhouse), however, the steaks may not be quite at that level of Ruth's Cris' taste bud nirvana... That's not to say the Fleming steaks are not excellent. They are very tender and moist and mouthwatering all the same. You can order some tasty sauces for your steak, if you want. Our service was attentive and friendly and knowledgeable. The wine list is extensive too. Don't forget to save room for dessert!

The service is so slow for a large party and some of the entrees came out after other guests were almost done eating. And then they could not get the check straight. We will never return to this restaurant again.

We have been to this restaurant twice and both times, my husband and I had a wonderful dinner with excellent service. The decor is attractive "steakhouse" but a bit on the dark side. The staff is very attentive. Both times we went to the restaurant were special occasions - a birthday and an anniversary. I did make this known when I made the reservations. Everyone the staff) greeted us with "Happy Birthday/ Anniversary". There was an anniversary card on the table waiting for us and both times, as we left, we were given a pretty box with 4 amazing chocolate truffles and a card for a free appetizer on our next visit. The food, though standard steak house fare, was top notch. When we said that we wanted to share a french onion soup to start, it came to the table in two separate bowls, each with its own croutons and cheese on top. I was impressed!

i enjoyed the ambiance, the room with six tables, the company, as we were able to hear each other in our conversations. The mood was nice, the waiters were superb and oh so attentive. They started with the drinks, appetizers, salad, the entree, bread and dessert! I was so satisfied at the exquisite meal! Many kudos to the chef!

We went for a birthday celebration. The food and service were once again wonderful! One of our guest did have an overcooked steak but he ate it anyway. We always enjoy dining at Flemings!

Quick service. Attentive staff. Petite filet and Brussels sprouts were perfect. Highly recommend for easy parking and delicious food.

First time here. Last time here. At a glance rating: Service - one star Hospitality - one star Food - two star Cleanliness - four star Will return - No Recommend - No My family and I decided to try this place out because we had a gift card. If not for that card, even my discounted price was not worth it. I guess lunch is not really their thing because it was empty (three tables) in the restaurant, and the parking lot. It was also peak lunch time. When we entered, there was no host, so we were sat by our waiter. He started out ok, but went downhill fast. He never checked our table throughout our stay, but did multiple times on the other two tables. Felt a bit funny about that. I did like the fact that you could see the kitchen and what they were doing. But then did not like it because we could hear the "gossip" over the bustling restaurant. The talking, and not servicing, became quite clear that the waiter, cook, and now hostess didn't really care about service. The one thing that really bothered me about the waiter was that during our ordering, he questioned some of our requests in preparation. I thought it to be rude, and somewhat uncomfortable for my family. I mean it is pretty simple tasks...take the order, answer questions, give good service. I will not get into what we ordered, but I will say that the apps were undercooked, and the filet was meh at best in taste and texture. If the waiter checked back, I could have let him know. I mean really, I could have just yelled it to the kitchen because I could hear them perfectly. Total bill just under two bills for three people including tax and tip. Won't be back, and do not recommend. There are so many other better steakhouses.

Fleming's has a fantastic Happy Hour in the bat area. The $6 burger and calamari are the best. We had two burgers and an order of the calamari and a soda and the bill was less than $30.

We had the prime steak and and crab legs and let me tell you they were amazing cooked just right and nice warm butter to dip our crab legs in yum yum. Then we ordered the lava cake for desert made on the spot best lava cake I have had Hands down we will definitely be going again.

We try to stay off the strip, and have found Flemings to be a great go to for lunch in a quiet clean personal setting. While the menu never boasts specials, it is our steak place every time we visit Las Vegas. The staff are easy to communicate with and do their best to make our day out comfortable and rewarding.

The service at Fleming's is impeccable. Better even than some restaurants with fancier pedigree and fame. The hostesses greet you warmly like you are relatives of theirs, but without false cloyingness or gushing. The servers greet you immediately, and your main server is right there. Ours was a friendly and capable woman who knew the menu well, and was enthusiastic about the food, but also cared about our having a good experience. Don't miss the Fleming's cheese potatoes (whatever they're called). The creamed spinach was top notch, as were all of the sides. The steak was certainly cooked well and of high quality. It was not "blow you away" good, but quite good. Certainly not a surprise that it comes with a high price. The desserts we got (the bread cake and the chocolate lava cake) were a bit rich after a rich meal, but decadent in a good way. But the main thing to come here for is the feeling that you are going to a very good Steakhouse with the comfort of a "Cheers," where everybody knows your name.

They tend to make sure your are treated well on your birthday. Service was impeccable and will go back as often as I can.

If you want a great meal that is consistently the same quality then this is a great place to add to your list. It is a high end chain similar to Ruth's Chris or Morton's. They have specials but their steaks are consistently good. The "Fleming" potatoes" are a must! The staff is attentive and usually will give you a business card and invite you back. It is nice to have a place like this that you know will be good when you are traveling and want a nice meal. Because of the decorating, the place is loud, not enough soft surfaces. Dessert is always good, I would recommend the cheesecake!

I love a good steak and lobster tail dinner, but have been disappointed in the past at other establishments. We received an email about a spring steak and lobster special at Flemings, so we decided to make a trip to Las Vegas for my birthday. I have eaten at Flemings several times in the past at other locations, but had not been back for 5 years. WOW, we had a great meal. Everything was top-notch! Our server was wonderful and not overbearing, which can sometimes happen at fine dining restaurants. My husband and I both had the steak and lobster special, and were glad we did. We were able to choose some nice wines by the glass since we wanted something different with each of our courses. We definitely plan to go back the next time we are in town.

We went to this restaurant on a Sunday. We first arrived at 2 pm. The menu was for brunch. So we left and returned at 4:30. We were told that it was happy hour and we could be seated in a booth near the bar. Turned out to be a very good suggestion. Service was excellent by all the staff. Sundays the prime rib is served. You get a choice of salad, a side, and dessert. Since it was happy hour and being seated in the bar you get quite a discount. The meal was very good. My wife and I had the prime rib. She ordered onion rings as her side. I had the same meat but I had the grilled mushrooms. Our desserts were cheese cake and walnut pie. The desserts had to taken in a to go bag. I had an excellent glass of wine with my meal. Prices are reasonable for what we got. Our check was just over $71. We will return. By the way if you give them your phone number you will get more on your 4th visit. Just go online and register. Parking at this site is tight. There lot is shared with Bonefish Grill. Go and treat your friends and family.

We met some friends (who live locally) at Flemming's for Happy Hour and had a great evening. We both drank, and ate, from the "happy hour menu" (not all drinks are available for happy hour specials) and as a result, everything was reasonably priced. Our appetizers were fresh tasting and well prepared. The service was excellent and friendly. A good time was had by all!

Incredible service, Samuel Acosta made the day. I meet friends for happy hour, I’m visiting from Florida, I worked and lived here several years ago. The calamari 🦑 cooked to perfection, the cheesecake melted in your mouth. I would like to go back for dinner. Thank you !

Can't go wrong at Fleming's. Ordered a tenderloin and lobster and it melted in your mouth! Even the leftovers the next day were great. Top quality staff and dining experience. Check out their specials - they make for a more affordable dinner.

We stopped here after having a wonderful experience at Fleming's in Glendale, AZ. We were disappointed in the food at this location. We both tried the prime rib sandwich and it wasn't very good. The meat was cold and didn't have much flavor. The service, however, was excellent.

I took my girlfriend and a business friend to dinner here. I spent $218 for three dinners, with two 6 oz. glasses of wine and nothing else. The restaurant is well decorated - I think?? - because it was too dark to really make out the details. I wondered why a luxury steak house had to be THAT dark? Then came the food and I realized why. The food is not even of average quality, it is shameful that they should deliver such food for that price. I ordered a FILET MIGNON 12 OZ. with Fleming Potatoes and Fleming Salad. And waited. First came a bread roll partially sliced and hard to chew....which meant we had to wrestle with it to cut pieces off of it. This is not how luxury restaurants serve bread. The bread was covered with cheese (think Pizza shop style) and salty. The whipped butter and the cheeze-whiz-like spread were truly not impressive. Then came our salads. Firstly a good salad should be cold. This was at room temperature. Secondly there was a bunch of red onion slices mixed in with candied pecan pieces and dried cranberries which clashed in taste. Thirdly the quality of the greens was not high and the pecans were not halves but pieces and the cranberries were the smallest type. Nothing impressive. And the sauce was already applied and not memorable at all. The plate of salad was removed. Then I got this bowl of SALTY AS THE CAVE OF ABYSS AND THE FLAMING BURNT NETHERWORLD of blackened possibly sliced cheese on top of sliced potatoes and melted more cheese (two kinds: a yellow and a white). My guest also had the same item and both of us could only manage to eat less than one quarter of our "Fleming" potatoes. It was burnt and it was salty. No thanks. The Chef had completely ruined a nice potato. Can't you do any better dude? My request for a baked potato - by the way - was turned down at time of ordering. Why? I have no idea. Then came the main plate of food. A very large oval shaped white plate and on it was the amazing artistry of the Chef and his food presentation skills comprising of an undressed piece of meat and GRRRR.... nothing else. Wait! Did you just read: NOTHING ELSE? Yes you did. I thought I am on candid camera. I came to a very expensive restaurant for THIS? I serve my dog that kind of snack food: one piece of meat and nothing else. What the heck was this? So the bread is hard to cut and chew and too salty. The salad mediocre at best. The main course: meat thrown on the plate and along side of that was the hot mini-bowl of cheeze-wheez potato uneatable. What do we do? I dug into the Filet Mignon. It was soft like cotton wool and I heard the poor cow's spirit shout in that darkness: "OVER-application of meat tenderizer". On the outside all of the cuts of meat were over-cooked and blackened. My girlfriend started skinning her filet mignon because she refuses to eat burnt meat. I hate it too but I ate it out of respect for our guest who had suggested the cursed place. On the inside my filet mignon though I saw what was expected from a rare steak: not quite pink but almost blue. Was this a frozen piece of meat? I have no idea. Immediately after dinner my tongue felt like it too has been tenderized. At time of writing this review (30 hours after we got our food), my tongue feels like I had stuck it out of my mouth and someone has gone over it with rough sand paper several times. It feels like it was injured. I paid a handsome tip lest my business guest feel I am cheap and stingy (with possible implications on our business relationship) but I left that bleeping fleming's restaurant with a bad taste in my mouth. The one star I have this establishment is for the courtesy shown to us by the server.

3 course meal starting with salad, filet and lobster tail entree and choice of dessert at a cost of $49.95 PP. Food and service really good. Can't beat the price for this deal. First rate meal at a cut rate price.

We went to Flemings to celebrate our anniversary. We had the prime rib dinner special which was $35 for soup/salad, huge prime rib, one side and one desert. Hubby got the chocolate molten cake which was warm ... So good. The chef sent out 4 truffles for our anniversary which were to die for. Service was fantastic. All in all a perfect night for our anniversary dinner.

This is a very predictable place and that is a good thing. They do prime steaks and they do them well. I feel it’s a bit pricy but the service is attentive and the bar produces solid hand crafted cocktails.

Really nice traditional type steak house. It's warm atmosphere with cozy lighting, white table cloths. Steak and seafood choices are great. We had a Housemade Burrata for appetizer that was really nice. For entree the bone in fillet minon was out of this world. Medium rare with a really nice outside grilled char that sealed the flavors and they served several options of sauces to go with it. We topped it off with a Molten Chocolate Lava cake! Yum!

Food was ok overpriced but for an upscale steak house the service was poor had to ask for more bread , butter , water , tea , coffee ! empty plates sat on our table for 15 min after we finished 😕 for a meal that cost 180 dollars we were very disappointed we all agreed that this Flemings was more like a Sizzler 👎except for the prices 💰our hometown Flemings is always a class act with top notch service

My wife and I have had outstanding steaks and service in the past. Last week was exstreamey disappointing. Service was o.k, Baked potatoe skin was tough as card board. $54.00 steak had no taste at all. .Will never go back.

Outstanding! We hosted a party of 20 for a wedding, opted for the executive estate dinner. All guests raved about the service, quality, food and ambiance. Amy helped us plan a perfect event while Derrick and Reggie and the chefs executed. Thank you Fleming Summerlin!!

This chain has been one of my favorites - usually very consistently good and customer-focused, However, it was either the night or the location, but I was embarrassed to take business clients for this outing. The principle reason was the service - our waiter must have been new. He had no grasp of the menu or the wine list, which immediately caused a credibility gap. He could not offer wine recommendations or insight to menu preparation. In the end, the food was good but I was regretful that I gone out of my way for the experience.

Mother's day lunch was mediocre with service and food was not upto par, with small portions . Small lobster tail, 5 scallops, cold soup dn cold bread basket. The waitress did not want to be there...bad hair day?? Reservations were messed up and thus had to sit at the bar. Many other option in Vegas to go back to Flemings.

Food is excellent, service is good. The atmosphere is great. A little on the pricey side but, worth the time.

Had dinner with family, friends - overall OK the other Fleming's location I have been to seemed better overall

I'm not a great fancier of steaks and my wife likes seafood. However, we went to this Flemings, having been at others in other States, as it had recently been renovated. What a great experience! The personnel were always ready to assist and suggest. The food was prepared exactly as we desired and was served immediately after preparation. The filet was "out of this world" and the ribs were delicious. Although every table was occupied, the noise level was somewhat muted. We'll go back.

The food and service never disappoints! We enjoyed everything we ordered and thanks our server Jonathan and the manager Sean for excellent customer service. We have dine here several times but this is our best experience yet! Thanks for taking care of us and making our dinner enjoyable! We will definitely go back here.

Dined at the newly opened Fleming's (South of the airport) on a recently trip to Las Vegas. Went there specifically for the Prime Rib Dinner Special & it was in a word, Outstanding. For get the value price for a minute and just concentrate on the food which was excellent. Service was perfect and on my short list to return to on my next trip to Las Vegas.

Fleming's in Summerlin remains consistent and predictable. Very veteran and service dog friendly. Always a pleasant evening.

Nostalgic visit with great expectations without disapointment. Very attentive service, very good meat. Too many choices!!!

A spectacular (if pricey) wine list and our group of eight found that every entree we received was perfectly prepared and our server balanced helpfulness and attention without being intrusive. This was a wonderful evening of fine dining and perfect ambiance. They even have free valet parking and when your bill arrives the server takes part of your valet stub and when you are ready to leave your car is ready and waiting! A nice touch.

This restaurant and the employees are FANTASTIC!!!! The service is the best we have ever had at a restaurant and the food was perfect! A little pricey but you certainly get what you pay for and this was a wonderful meal. The steak and prime rib was cooked exactly as we asked and the portions were large!!! Sides were very good and a lot of different dishes to choose from. You have to try this place---you'll love it!

Valentine's Day at Flemings. So glad I chose it. Tables were decorated with rose pedals, and it was appropriately dim. All around us were other sweethearts out for a special dinner. The waiter was very good. The food was great. We both started out with the Fleming salad. I have to admit, it was HUGE. We could have shared one salad, easily. Too much for a starter. He had a petite filet, while I chose the salmon. They were able to leave the BBQ sauce off the salmon. It was delicious. Asparagus and mashed potatoes were our sides. Loved them both. Cooked well and seasoned nicely. We decided to have coffee and dessert. Coffee finally arrived, but no dessert. We waited for about 15 more minutes, casually drinking our coffee and enjoying conversation. Finally we decided that maybe dessert was not coming. Too bad. I wanted to try the chocolate gooey butter cake. Just as we were asking for the check, dessert came. In spite of how noisy (we had to move next to one another, it was so loud) it was, my partner was actually seated in the aisle. He moved around the table to sit next to me and out of wait staff travel, and the lack of dessert, I was aware that restaurants are having difficulty with staffing. I forgive them and still felt it was a 5 star evening.

Flemings in Summerlin has done a great job with their remodeling. Nice ambiance and great food! Friendly staff, just a bit too slow on service.

We are new locals in Summerlin and Fleming's has quickly become our favorite steakhouse for date night. We hire a Lyft, order a bottle of wine, and enjoy! I especially appreciate that dishes are priced and portioned to allow for 3 courses for just a couple (often steakhouses give such oversized portions that I'm full after the salad!). Shout out to our server Schuyler Arthur-- great job! We'll be back!

We went to Flemings in Summerlin for my husband's birthday celebration dinner. From making reservations to saying good bye, everything was incredibly wonderful. Made reservations online and received prompt confirmation. Even received a reminder confirmation. When we arrived, we were seated immediately. They had a Birthday Card on the table for my husband. Our server, Schuyler, was absolutely the best! Always had a smile on his face, was right there to find out if we needed anything, and explained all the specials, the spread for the bread, and how our meat would be prepared! We lacked for nothing! Watched some of the other servers there also.....one young man was able to carry five salads to the table on his arm. WOW. The food is excellent. We had the wedge salad to start. Actually, it is big enough to share, but I wound up taking half of it home. It is so tasty....the bacon is seasoned and sweet and the blue cheese chunks were plentiful and creamy. I had the petite filet mignon and my husband had the Prime Rib Sunday special dinner. Mine was done to perfection. His Prime Rib was quite thick and done evenly throughout the meat....sometimes with Prime Rib, part of it is cooked more than another part. He said that it was very good, tender and it came with three different dipping sauces. He had the double cut shoestring potatoes that was enough to share for at least two people. I had the loaded baked potato and that also was enough to share, but I took part of it home. The dessert is to die for. Just know that the lava cake has a waiting time of 15-20 minutes from the time you order. Since I ordered my carrot cake "to go", I shared in the chocolaty goodness of my husband's lava cake that also came with two scoops of ice cream and a bowl of homemade whipped cream. Decadent I tell you! The prices are about average for a very good steakhouse. We've paid as much elsewhere and didn't receive the quality or service that Fleming's offers. Just when you think it's all over, Schuyler brought my husband a small box on a plate and again wished him a Happy Birthday. Truffles....is this a classy place or what? Will definitely return...maybe for my birthday.

We had a meal there a few months ago and the filets mignon were terrible. I received a gift certificate from my boss and decided to try it again. MUCH BETTER! The filet mignon were perfect, the lobster were excellent. The French onions soup was tasty, done the right way. However a little bit more cheese on the top will be appreciated. Service was excellent. The decor is classy. I will go back.

Had a meal with friends here recently as they frequent the restaurant often. Food was excellent- great choice on the menu. The steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection. The portions are very large so don't overdo it on the sides. Great atmosphere.

My wife and I had dinner reservations for Friday night, 5/4. We had requested a booth in the reservation. When we arrived there was not one ready, but the hostesses kept us up to date often and they were very friendly. Food was fantastic. We both had Filet Mignon, split a salad wedge, and went with Fleming's potatoes as well as the creamed corn. It was a pleasant surprise to see the corn back! Our server, Tiffany, was amazing. Kudos to her for a job well done. We'll be back next time we are in LV.

Flemings is a high end chain, the location on West Charleston feels has great decor and the food is excellent. I have never had a bad steak at this location.

Another great meat at Fleming's. Beginning of my 70th birthday month. Notified Fleming's when the reservation was made and they went out of their way to make it an extra special evening. The food is always top notch. Server could have made a little more attention to the empty water glasses on our table. For what is paid here service was a little below par.

If you visit before the June promotion is done (which is either June 12 or June 15), go a day BEFORE your visit and purchase $100 in gift cards. For every $100 purchased in gift cards, you will receive a $20 bonus card. However, you may NOT buy the cards and use them same day, which is why the tip is to visit a day before the visit, purchase the cards, then use the cards during your visit. We did NOT do this, but thought it would have been great to receive a $20 bonus card for every $100 in gift cards purchased. Both the meat and service were terrific. One bonus that Fleming's offers is the wine tasters, which is an excellent way to sample two - or more - wines before and during dinner. The meat was tasty, the potatoes an ample portion, and the berries and cream a great way to end the meal. Overall, we were glad we went - again - to Fleming's to enjoy a great dinner.

recently remodeled but the food just plain excellent for the 5 jumbo shrimp cocktail to the filet, offerd 1/2 price wine this nite and was a real surprise at the quality offered, lava cake to die for, recommend AAAAA++++, well done jackie !!

We decided to celebrate thanksgiving dinner at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar on West Sahara St and we had the best thanksgiving dinner: rib eye steak, herbed roasted turkey breast with gravy and dressings; stir fry string beans and mashed potatoes and of course pumpkin cheesecake. So for your next holiday celebration try Fleming's for their holiday fixed price dinner and it's reasonable.

Love this restaurant. We had the celebration special for dine reward customers. We had salad, 8oz filet and dessert. Food always lives up to the excellence of a five star restaurant and the service is always over the top. Prices are on par with other steakhouses. The only thing that I did not care for was that the restaurant was a little too dark for me to see.

We came as a family for Father’s Day dinner. Server got our order wrong. We ordered lobster and got shrimp with our steaks. Also, service was very slow. Upon checking in on time for our reservation we were told it will be just a few minutes and then we waited 25 minutes. With a reservation. Standing around very crowded front entry area. This is totally unacceptable. We have been coming for years and it seems like every time we come on a holiday the service is awful. My theory is you overbook holidays caring more about profit than good service

Took the family here (including 17 month old grandson) on a crowded Sunday and enjoyed a delicious prime rib special menu which included salad, side, and desert. For the value it can't be beat! Ordered a bottle of recommended wine from their restaurant tablet which went well with the prime rib. Despite the full house, the service was attentive yet not overbearing, the prime rib cut was more than enough and very delectable, and the chocolate lava cake was not the best but was satisfying. Highly recommend the prime rib special for as long as they will continue to have it!

Had dinner and really enjoyed the dinner. Steak was cooked to perfection. Had a great chocolate lava cake for desert.

We went for our anniversary and just about all the staff wished us a Happy Anniversary and there was a card on the table. The meal was delicious (salmon & sea bass). A little pricey as everything is a la carte but excellent. You have to try the blueberry lemon drop martini. . . . very good. This was our first time to this location but will definitely be returning.

We recently spent our honeymoon in Vegas, one of the locals told us to vist town square which is 2 miles south of the strip, were the prices are lots cheap than staying around the main resort which of the course of 2 weeks is very expensive, We can accross Flemings by accident but so glad we did, We were there for happy hour so every thing on the happy hour menu is 6 dollars, the food was really lovely all cook very well and the portion sizes are great, even though it was happy hour. But the service has got to be some of the best i have ever come across in the world, the staff are so freindly and attentive that just cant do enough for you. Also the owner Leroy Godfrey is a complete and utter Gentleman, he came across to introduce himself and we got chatting, he asked what we were doing in Vegas and we said we were on our honeymoon to which Leroy said congrats, at the end of the evening when we were paying our bill we were presented with a love gift box of hand made truffles and a 25$ gift card to use how we liked, ive never experianced kindness like it it made our honeymoon and just goes to show its not all about greed and profit, it puts the big companys to shame. Thank you Leroy 2 wonderfull evenings at Flemings your staff and you deserve all the praise in the world. So any brits going to vegas take a trip to town square and got Flemings you wont be disapointed.

I like the renovation, the place definitely needed to be updated. Still has an old-school Vegas vibe, I like how warm and dark it is and you can't beat the location. For the first time I had the ahi tuna instead of the usual filet minion -it was incredible, perfect for a summer evening. The servicepp is always good

Fleming is always an awesome steakhouse and this location also has a crowded bar scene. I like the easy access to this location and having valet also helps.

We have been in Fleming's a few times and we always had a great experience. I always have a hard time what to choose, I like everything on the menu.. This time I had the king crab legs, I just cannot have enough of them.. And the creme brûlée.. Not to mention the martinis, they are pricey but in a huge glass. I also love the side dishes, the creamed spinach, the mushrooms.. The server was very nice, and helpful, too. So we will go to Fleming's again, that's for sure.

Everything about Flemings is wonderful. Beautiful ambiance, perfect service and our petite filets, Thai green beans and the crabmeat companion to the steaks were spot on. Expensive but perfect. One of the best meals I've had in Las Vegas. We will certainly go back again and will recommend it to friends.

We went here for our anniversary and were treated like royalty. The service was excellent. The food was superior across the board. Not a single thing was off. Last year we went to Morton’s for our anniversary and this was far superior!

We frequent Fleming's often, mainly because we get gift cards at Costco and frequent $25.00 cards when we visit from them, and the food is excellent. It is expensive and the food is always prepared exactly as requested BUT it seems our last few visits it takes WAY too long for the food to be served. Also the service this visit was off. For the prices charged it is ridiculous to sit ANY amount of time with an empty water glass, especially when our server walking by our table several times. Might be the bus boys job to check this BUT the server is the one expecting a good tip. Finally the parking. There are way too many valet spots in the front. This restaurant draws from the Sun City area yet it makes the "customer" walk a distance. The valet gets the car at the front door and backs it into a space just several steps from the front door! Now does this make any sense?

Been to Flemings Prime Steakhouse many times, but this is my first review. Everything was great from start to finish. Was seated within 10 mins on Saturday night ( make reservations wait can be much longer). The atmosphere was great, I think they sound proofed the dining room was able to talk without screaming. The food is pricey but excellent. Tip , if you don't see what you want on the menu, they will probably make it for you. ,my friends ordered lamb ( not on menu) and a single lobster tail ( not on menu). They were very accommodating . Had a great meal and will most definite return in the near future..

We have gone to Flemings for years. Always had amazing food and service. New menu. Tried a new salad. It was non-descript. Should have stuck with the old choice there. Then came the mashed potatoes. Can you say INSTANT potatoes!?! Really for a $170 dollar dinner for 2 you have instant potatoes? Sad sad sad. That is why I quit going to the capital grill.

We were staying in Summerlin and did not feel like going all the way to the strip for a decent steak. We decided to try Fleming's. We know it's a chain but decided to go. We were not disappointed. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Sides were great. Caesar Salad was very good. Will certainly go bac

First of all the staff here has customer service down pat! They treat you like everyday is a special occasion. Food is delicious and made to perfection. Fleming potatoes are a must. Very upscale and upbeat! Save room for dessert!

I decided to celebrate my mother's birthday here at Fleming's.. party of 5. One can tell it is a busy night.. surprisingly on a Thursday. The staff was great.Jennifer was great. Attending to our needs. Though she forgot to offer the happy hour menu..but we did not order from that menu though. Fleming's was great as they catered tomy request . They did awesome acknowledging my mom's birthday by providing a gift .. decadence.. mouth watering chocolates. They're awesome So my review of the place.. ambiance is very nice. Not too loud considering it us busy. Food may be a different story. We had the pork belly and crab cakes for appetizer. Delish.pork belly just melts in my mouth.ordered ribeye with lobster 3 oz with bernaise and caviar. Steak is just ordinary.. had better bernaise. Could be better.. too charred if u ask me though i asked for medium well. Lobster .. could be better. That was disappointing considering for the amount of money we paid for. Had better. Braised beef for my daughter .. it was delish. Sides.. Fleming's potatoes were to die for!!!! Asparagus and mac n cheese were average. Bread was too hard..had to ask for more bread.. inconsistent as well.. 2x it was over baked the other time was perfection.. Moscato was one of the best ones Ive had. My mom had fleming lobster. That was good as they put a spin on the traditional lobster dish. They have Valet. This area of summerlin ( near Tivoli and in Boca Park) in las Vegas is sooo busy.. whatever night u go dine. Having a Valet is a plus So overall it is 4 stars.. could have been 5 but there were hit and misses with food.. that's why I gave 4. Considering the amount of money spent.. food could be better.. more consistent. I hope to come back though.. love this area of Vegas. Locals hang out here

average to poor food; average overcooked fillet mignon, poor salad, tasteless cheesecake not worth the calories and flemings potatoes swimming in grease adds up to poor food. The service and atmosphere are good. The food gets worse each time I go there for a business meeting. I do not choose to eat there. It is very pricey so spend slightly more and enjoy consistently outstanding food, service and atmosphere at T Bones at Red Rock.

They have a pretty good promo going online. Get $40 off when you spend $100 w a reservation so we decided to come in. The service was excellent throughout/5 star. I had the main fillet & it was done perfect & was really good. The sides were good & portion size you'd expect (macaroni & cheese, potatoes). I'm glad I was enticed to go & I'll be back.

My wife and I stopped here on our way to a concert performance and had a delicious dinner that started the evening off in prime fashion. My petite filet and her sea bass were each prepared, seasoned and served to perfection and both were beautiful to behold and delicious to taste. Service was attentive and prompt. What else can a dinner patron ask for?

Great steaks and a great happy hour are a big draw at Flemings for Summerlin residents. Perhaps the one drawback was the standing room only for their 5 to 7 PM happy hour. Trying to get a seat at their one sided bar or a choice table in the bar area required arriving prior to happy hour to claim a seat. They undertook major renovation, enlarged the bar area and put in a circular bar to rave reviews. Their happy hour food, steaks in the main dining room and service have reverberated well with their frequent customers.

just 3rd sunday open for brunch and a low turn out, great service, eggs b the best,, yummy omelete, very quiet and refined dining, recommend !!! aaaa+++++

Had dinner and not too hungry so had Ahi tuna appetizer and it was very good. They offered to chop my wedge salad and it was much easier to eat that way. Nice glass of house cabernet, and only 9 dollars. Salmon was great according to dad, the salmon guru.

Our waiter was very attentive and friendly and made our special celebration more special he was also funny but not intrusive which is an added benefit

I had a Cesar Salad as starter that was not very delicious served too cold for my taste...loveless.The main course was the filet mignon - it was an ok piece of meat cooked a bit too dark with mushroom and aspargus side dishes. Again, an ok plate..the mushrooms also far too dark cooked and the asparagus had little taste. In Summary - too expensive for the quality served.

We visited this establishment twice during our stay. Our first reservation was for Tomahawk Tuesday. We had a fabulous meal and ended up taking one of the desserts to go. This special definitely gives you a lot of food and a lot of variety. Our second meal was equally delightful. The staff go above and beyond to make it a wonderful dining experience. Overall great meals with great service. Would highly recommend!!!!

Always a Great time at Flemings.... Thank You Reggie, our server, Thank You to our Favorite Managers: Jackie & Lara You make us feel so much like the best part of your day. Chef Michael & His staff of culinary wizards Thank You for the off the cuff dish Lobster bites.... I hope to see this added to the regular menu soon

Happy Hour has a limited selection of food and discounted drinks. We were hungry for a a great quality hamburger and Flemings serves prime ground meat that is delicious. We also split mushroom ravioli and would have order another one it was so good, but our hamburger was coming. Happy Hour is only offered in the bar and it is a great place to grab a bite in a wonderful environment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Fleming's the other day. Nice variety of choices on the menu. Some of us had steak [filet mignon], which was really cooked perfectly. It was accompanied that night by crab and asparagus, both very good. Every one was very pleased. The service is excellent, something worth mentioning as it is not often so in this country, even is good restaurants. Tables are nicely spaced, which makes for more ease holding conversations, as well as the moderate amount of noise.

I've been here for dinner through the years before the Tripadvisor career, but the last visit was during their awesome happy hour. I'll be reviewing on that..for now...=) Ambiance & Service: There's a very classy high end steakhouse vibe adorned with tons of dark wood and pendant lighting. This is definitely a dress up date night place if you want it to be. We were seated in a booth by the bar and the service was lightning friendly and friendly even though it was already packed so early in the evening. Happy Hour Menu: The filet mignon flat bread was very tasty. The bread was crusted perfectly with the melted cheese and they were very generous with the thin slices of filet. The prime burger was savory and cooked to a perfect medium rare as we requested. The patty was high quality beef and the cheese slice was as big as can be without making the burger messy. Good stuff Fleming's has always delivered for me on dinner dates and their happy hour menu offered some great value for the price of the food. Next time I'm on this side of town during happy hour time, there's a good chance I'll swing by. Cheers!

We went for a business class. As there are several restaurants in the same parking lot, it was quite a hike in 50 degree weather across an unfamiliar parking lot. One there, the food was excellent and the servers very capable. The table appetizer of steak and flatbread was good as was the onion soup my husband had and the house salad I had. The salad had a nice side of thin buttery/spice bread, which was an elegant touch. The sides were served family style. Other tables had Béarnaise sauce which we didn't get, so a little uneven there. The steak was done just to my order. Although it's hard to get 8 tables of mashed potatoes out at one time, ours looked a little tired. The server offered to-go boxes just as I finished the filet-as mentioned it was a dinner meeting for 40 , so I stuffed myself for no good reason. I was astonished at the tiny bathroom stall-would have had to climb over the toilet to get the door closed. Thank goodness for handicapped stalls. The tables by the window were freezing, while others were too warm. The shades provided lots of privacy from the folks hiking in from their cars.

Hard to go wrong at Fleming's. This sponsored business lunch was executed nicely over 4 courses with attentive service and comforting dishes. Not open to the public for lunch, but Happy Hour and dinners here are terrific.

Outstanding dinner special Monday three course meal very reasonably priced. Ribeye steak with soup or salad and dessert.

The food was terrific, with the Sea Bass being especially great. The service was also excellent and, yes it it pricey, but it is not something we do everyday.

The steaks and sides were excellent. My mom got crab legs, but they came with a slit down them, not cut in half. It was too hard for her to get the crab meat out. The manager tried to have the crab removed by the kitchen but that left a lot of shell in with the meat. The crab tasted excellent. Overall the taste was excellent, but the crab presentation could have been better.

We were the guests of two very special friends during our journey to Las Vegas. This was our first experience with Flemings -- but we certainly hope it won't be our last. The food was wonderful. The Caesar Salad was absolutely unique. The beef was to die for. The staff was cordial, professional and attentive. Could not have asked for more! Give it 5 stars!

We have dined at many Fleming's and this one is a favorite. Situated in upscale Summerlin, they have valet parking if you like. Happy Hour prices are great but for us, it is just too crowded. It is usually packed...so arrive early if a seat is important to you. We prefer to sit in the dining room. The entire place is a tad dark for atmosphere and a bit on the formal side. This last time we were celebrating a special occasion and they treated us like gold. We requested a specific table and our request was honored. Thank you. The menu has quite a few choices on it. Perfect service all night long(we were there 2 1/2 hours by choice). We ordered a bottle of wine and then we each ordered a salad. They bring out a choice of 2 breads with butter and a spread. It was so good. We split a large NY Strip and ordered one side(potatoes). The steak was PERFECT. Melt in your mouth GREAT. We had no room for dessert but they brought out a box of 4 truffles for us to enjoy later. How kind. This restaurant is always a performer and I can easily recommend it to you. We will return, again & again. 5 STARS.

Service very good. First steak they brought out was horrible and very overcooked. Sea Bass was very good. Enjoyed but found other steak houses better. Very expensive for just ok.

The restaurant was packed on Christmas Eve. The food was delicious . Sammy was full of good cheer and attentive service. He made our holiday

We had dinner here a year ago, the day after they opened, and it is still just as good! Service is excellent as is the food! When reading negative reviews keep in keep in mind that it is pricey.....but remember the old adage "you get what you pay for". Also, when reading the negatives, take note of the spelling and grammar on some and, as another old adage says "consider the source". Look up the menu first on-line before making your decision. I can definitely recommend the Tenderloin Carpaccio appetizer, the Lobster Tempura small plate, the Flemings Potatoes, and the Lobster tail Entree.

We love this place and go there every time we are in town. Service is great, servers are wonderful and a great ambiance. The food is awesome!

I have been to both the Fine Dining Restaurant Side and their Happy Hour Bar side and I must say they were equally great with the service, food and drinks! Our waiter "Kevin" took excellent care of making sure we were satisfied with all the different dishes we had ordered and I would strongly order their "Fleming Potatoes" as a side order and if you are dining with another person then share your side orders as they are really large so you could both order different ones and try them out. I had eaten my limited at dinner so I took my dessert home which was the Walnut ChocolateTurtle Pie and it was to die for. They sometimes have specials going on so it is beneficial to get on their list.

We won't be making that mistake again. We were technically able to order off of the brunch menu which is what I asked prior to booking and I was told we were. Some of us just don't need and can't eat that much food! It was a set brunch menu for $40 pp and when we did try to order off of that menu, most of the normal selections were not available so we all got stuck with this menu. I booked with my email offer which was $40 off and although we have been customers that come in frequently for MANY years, the new manager did not honor the email offer and did not bother to come over either. The steaks were not done as they normally are for dinner. They were tougher, less flavorful and very mediocre. We would have been better off staying home & grilling our own steaks this time. We are not big complainers so we chalked up the almost $300 tab for BRUNCH to a mistake we won't be making again. I will add that we have always enjoyed our dinner experiences here when the food is normally outstanding. This brunch however was a TERRIBLE value for what we were served.

I had another great meal at Flemings. The food and service were excellent... The Carpaccio and Filet were excellent.

I love the Flemings in Rancho Cucamonga and have eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. I tried to order the bone-in ribeye and was informed they were out of that cut. Seriously, a steakhouse that runs out of steak!!! The manager came over and said that it was a big weekend and all with Valentines Day. Gee, thanks. I hate it when holidays sneak up on us like that and people want to go out and celebrate with a nice meal. On the menu, there is no mention of mushrooms being with the green beans, so I also ordered sautéed mushrooms. I think the server should have pointed out that there were also mushrooms with the green beans. Just a minor detail I know but in most cases, but not this one, the servers our of a higher quality because they will earn larger tips at a high end type restaurant. The add on extra of crab was horrific as it had multiple pieces of cartilage and was just overall a waste of money. The one positive was that I did order the prime ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. This place needs a lot of fine tuning so when I'm in Vegas again, I will stick with proven winners such as Joes over at Caesars and Craftsteak at MGM. I'm not afraid to spend good money for a good meal, so I will not be making another trip back to this particular Flemings.

Happy hour which is typically crowded was not so...maybe because we were there at 5:00p. The drinks are well priced and the variety is good. Blueberry lemon drop martini was well liked by my wife and our friend. The happy hour menu is limited but with good choices. The hamburger was very tasty, good fries, along with cherry calamari, beef flatbread, beef tenderloin carpaccio, cheese/bread/tomato plate (Burrata) was delicious. The service was a bit spotty but ok. App. $100 with for drinks and five plates.

We had dinner here for my wife's belated birthday and an early mothers day. The hostess was quick to acknowledge our party, special occasion and seating us at our table. Our server Jeremy was friendly and took drink orders without hesitation. We started with the calamari which was superb (best we have had here). The wedge salad was delicious but I wish they crumbled the blue cheese over the dressing rather than giving a slice. Our 11 year old daughter had the mushroom ravioli which was one of the best I have had. My 10 year old son had the kids chicken fingers which was more than enough for him! My wife and I split the large filet mignon with the diablo shrimp. It was cooked perfectly, but I think the filet oscar is even better. We ended with 2 of the molten cakes which were delicious! Can't wait to return!

I had been in the U.S. for about 6 days and tried a couple of things called steak. Unusually the steaks I had tried were less than good.....rotten in fact! Which is really a surprise because I always think that you will always get a great steak in the US of A. We were told about Flemings by the reception folk and decided to give it a try as it meant us not having to go onto the STRIP. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED.....IT WAS SUPERB......GREAT MEAT, WELL COOKED AND GOOD CHOICE OF WINE.....JUST A WEE BIT EXPENSIVE BUT STILL WORTH IT. Just a pity the waitress could not understand our spoken english ( a bit Scottish but not too broad) causing us to to have a couple of incorrect things sent to our table.

I been to various Fleming's Steakhouse restaurants throughout the West a number of times, and always received a great steak. Last night was an exception. I ordered the Prime, Dry Aged Ribeye - Rare, cold center. (black & blue) When the plate arrived I wasn't even sure it was a ribeye. the shape was off. I'm thinking it was an end cut. I would have hoped they would saved the end cut for the customer who orders their steak well or medium well. The steak was so tough, I seriously had to bear down exceptionally hard to even cut through it. I don't think my wife would have had the strength to cut a piece. When someone orders their steak rare - cold center or black and blue - do not serve the steak on a sizzling plate which continues to cook the steak. There was zero marbling as would be expected in a prime cut of beef. The meat texture and flavor did not have a hint of being dry aged. Seriously disappointed. I won't be back.

Priced for a special occasion but one of the best meals I have had in my life. Food & service were perfect. Not much more to say. Would go again.

Everything about this visit was excellent. We were a group of seven family members having a family meal. I have seen this place many times but this is the first time that we stopped for a meal. The most impressible part of the meal was the food server. The seven of us ordered various items (some the same but different cooking preferences). The food server carried all seven entree's at the same time. Six on his left arm and the seventh in his right hand. They were not labeled but he managed to serve the proper entree to each of us.

I went their on recommendation and was pleased I did, the food is of a high standard and good quality, service first class, decor and restaurant area well designed and fitted felt very homely and upscale. Two gripes, by fluke I came across a coupon advertised on Yahoo this was not offered on the menu or by the server but only if 'the customer asks' sides rather expensive. Will be pleased to return again soon.

I would consider this probably THE worst steak dinner I have ever had! We tried the steak dinner for two and it was like a piece of rubber, uncuttable and unchewable..this was replaced with two fillet mignon which were very sad if you consider the name of this restaurant , perhaps only the last part of the name should be taken into consideration " Wine Bar" Search out another steak house in Vegas...there are many!

Had happy hour in the bar with wine and good food. Service was good had a nice girl who took good care of us. Nice place after a stressful day at work.

I started coming here last year and now it seems like I come once a month. The quality of the food is really good. The wedge salad is amazing. I asked them to chop it in the kitchen and the always oblige. It is served on a cold plate with a cold fork. Then I go for the filet mignon, and a side of mushrooms. when I leave I'm always smiling and feeling like I've had on of the best meals ever. I've been to many great steakhouses in the Vegas area and I prefer Flemings.

We far prefer Fleming's to most of the other steakhouse chains near the Strip. The reason is that that the service is usually top notch and the food is great. We especially like the manager who remembers your name and never fails to stop by your table to chat and make sure that things are right for a good dining experience. Visitors who are looking for an affordable dinner out can usually find a seasonal prix fixe menu for around $50 per person. I have never been disappointed with the prix fix offerings. Sunday nights often feature a 3 course full prime rib dinner at $29.00 but check the local menu to see if it is currently available before you go. Aside from the wonderful specials the standard offerings are great. The only exception that I have experienced is the modern Caesar salad. It's more an attractive plated design than substance. You can't go wrong with the wedge through, you just have to try the creamy blu cheese and bacon goodness to know that it's a winner. Not that hungry? The Happy Hour is a great option.

From the steak to the lobster mac & cheese, Fleming's was delicious. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Just a warning, the sides are extra, but for the most part are big enough to share. The French Onion soup was great and the crispy pork belly incredible. We were there dining with friends for a birthday celebration. Instead of the free dessert most places give out, Fleming's gave a box of (4) truffles and a gift card to use when you come back. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in Vegas!

Yes, Flemings will set your budget back a way, but the quality of the food is really excellent, as is the service. I had eaten in a Flemings in Florida previously, so knew what to expect when I saw this one in Vegas, and decided to have our wedding dinner here. A great decision.

The server was very friendly and did her best to keep up but it was such injustice to her and the customer to go into a restaurant that charges high prices and then it takes 3 hours to complete a meal because the server is on the complete oppositie side of the room taking care of customers. It was like you better order everything at once first chance you get otherwise you may wait and wait.

We read online that this restaurant had the best prime rib dinner therefore we drove around Las Vegas for 50 mins until we found the place, our mistake was we didn't check the prices before we went in and sat down to eat. The prime rib dinner is only available on certain days not on the day we were there so we decided to order something else, pay attention to the menu when you order a steak that is all you get is a steak if you would like a side dish it is extra, our bill for the meal was over 150.00, I got a salmon dinner my husband got a steak and he had 2 glasses of regular wine. the food was good but not for the price not a good value at all and my husband was still hungry after we left the restaurant. I was Pissed we will never go there again.

I had dinner there last Monday and enjoyed the Monday Special — salad, petite filet and lobster tail and dessert — for $50. The steak was perfectly cooked and the lobster delicious. After a Caesar salad to start I was too full for dessert so our server packed up my key lime pie for me to take home. It was a real treat the next day!

The ambiance is great as are the serving staff. The menu is well balanced and the steaks of high quality and properly cooked. The wine selection list is good but higher priced than other restaurants. Parking is crowded but the $8 valet is convenient.

My wife and I had dinner at Fleming's on West Charleston. It was superb. Although Fleming's is not cheap on Sunday they have a prime rib special for about $40. It includes salad, wonderful prime rib with any side dish on their menu and desert. I had onion rings and my wife had asperagus. Both were excellent. Then I had apple crisp ala mode and she had a chocolate volcano ala mode. Our service was beyond excellent. I highly recommend.

We came to this restaurant after making a reservation for the entire family. We were hungry and had great expectations . The restaurant is very nicely designed and there was a very nice atmosphere and of course we had great expectation. The first entree was some bread with some kind of deep that tasted like bad margarine - just uneatable . Then we ordered salmon that came with some green vegetable . My grandchildren wanted franch fries - those were almost brown and had the taste of very old and used more than once oil.The very expensive steak - New York was too expensive - the taste was not worthwhile the price . The atmosphere was nice but we went home and had a nice supper there.

Fleming's is one of our favorite places. Great food and service. Raymundo was exceptionally professional. Had nice suggestions on wine and desserts. Always available but didn't "hover".

I travel to Las Vegas a few times a year. There are lots of great restaurants in Vegas and I’ve been to many of them. It had been awhile since I’d been to Fleming’s & it was always great.. and it didn’t disappoint again. I had the filet mignon & a side dish of mushrooms. The steak just melted in my mouth- oh so yummy. My companions were also very pleased with their dishes ( another filet mignon & a shrimp dish). The service was wonderful. Our waiter, Ray was fabulous. He was helpful & had a great personality. The whole experience was great!

My wife and I had the pleasure to dine at the Flemings in Summerlin in Las Vegas. We sat in the newly remodeled and expanded bar! The food was delicious. We have dined here many times and they never disappoint. We had the calamari for a starter and it was great. I had a steak and my wife had crab legs and both were excellent choices. The chipotle mac and cheese was amazing! The service was great. Our server was attentive, friendly and made our night! I would highly recommend dining here!

Consistently amazing. I would say we are Flemings regulars and have never ever had a bad experience. We have done happy hour, wine dinners, holiday dinners and just regular date nights and never have been disappointed. Tonight Marco was our server and he was point on! As always perfect blend of attention without smothering. Tonight my husband and I had a mission... Try things we have never had... Great idea! Started off with the sea food tower for two with a bottle of Pinot noir. Love love love the sea food tower. Lobster was incredible. We nibbled on the bread and butter. I love that the bread is simple and the flavored butters are like a pop of flavor. We knew we wanted dessert so going with the theme of picking new things we split the pork chop. Sweet and juicy...perfect. We did break the rule and did a favorite... Flemings potatoes. Omg! You need to try! To finish off we did the turtle dessert. My husband was leaning towards one of our favorites the lava cake but the theme was things we never tried before. In the end we both questioned if the lava cake was still our favorite or if the turtle dessert was the new runner. We also shared a glass of Inniskillin wine. (they have this wine at Costco). You must try! My favorite ever dessert wine. Next time we will bring our own since at Costco it's less than $60 per bottle and at Flemings it was $144/ bottle. Flemings has a $20 cork fee. You do the math. Anyhow such an amazing dinner as always. Thank you Marco !

We was overnight in LV and one of the cabin crews birthdays and they wanted to go here and it was pretty ok a nice restaurant and the menu was good I had a little problem with my steak as I like it rare but it was over done but hey that can happen anywhere and the staff were really nice about it, I would go back for sure buy hey this is Vegas

We have been to this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. The steaks are always so tender, and done to perfection. The last time we were there, the steak with shrimp and pasta special was terrific. Even when it is very busy, the service has always been timely and courteous. We always ask for Logan, a knowledgable, friendly waiter who always has good suggestions, and makes you feel right at home. The manager, Marisa, makes sure service is perfect, and has a great sense of humor. There is usually parking, but valet is available if needed. This is our favorite place in Vegas !!

I've eaten here three times in the past month. Flemings doesn't disappoint!. Bartenders are friendly and pour great drinks. Service is efficient, food has been cooked perfectly. I had the Monday night surf and turf special for $50. Good deal for the money.
New lounge is amazing.
Love Flemings. Happy hour is awesome. Thank you Erin. Great service. Amazing food. Fun atmosphere. Will be come back again.
