Flew through Seattle on our way to Hawaii and got in around 11. Floret was only serving breakfast (would have loved to try lunch) but the breakfast was excellent. I got the floret hash with eggs and my wife got the forager with tofu. Both were excellent and well seasoned and my wife’s cheesy grits were amazing. My only complaint would be we both got water to stay hydrated and it seemed like it was just tap water. Not sure if it was even filtered. Had we gotten coffee or something to drink I’m sure it would have been good but we really wanted water and it was blah. But the food was great.

Wife who is vegan and has gluten allergies. She needed a place to eat breakfast when we were catching a flight out of Sea-Tac. Their menu is specifically vegan/vegetarian and my wife loved her food and the choices. Our waitress came out to take our order then disappeared. We found out she quit after taking our order. Other staff stepped in to help us out.

We had the Chili Quiles and Biscuits and Gravy which were both delicious. The gravy is mushroom based and was very flavorful with a spicy kick. It was not gelatinous like some B & G tend to be. The Chili Quiles had beans that seemed homemade and the eggs were cooked just right. Service was friendly and efficient.

Both the sit down offerings and the stand for purchase were convenient and tasty. The mideastern type wrap was both filling and very tasty to eat on board our pane or at home upon return, Lemonade especially tasty

What a delight that this Cafe Flora sister restaurant has opened at SeaTac. I had the bean burger, which was -- hands down -- the best veggie burger I've had ever! The vegan sauce was so yummy... total comfort food. It comes with either a side salad or yam fries. I went for the fries, again delicious. The wait staff were friendly and happy, and gave me attentive service. Luckily, I was seated at a table with a tarmac view. And my food came quickly. This was exactly what I was looking for. A few things to note: 1. Excellent location, right by the beginning of A gates. 2. Not cheap, but worth the price. My veggie burger was $15. With tax and tip, and no beverage, I paid just over $20. 3. This location is noisy! It's quieter by the windows.

Landing at 5am after a 6 hour flight from Kauai, I was disappointed to see the Starbucks with a line around the corner, but it turned out to be great luck. Floret (a spin off from Cafe Flora, per the signage) feels like a cute neighborhood coffee shop that accidentally got dropped into an airport. The mini quiche with roasted potatoes and caramelizas onions was delicious, and the dirty chai latte was spice-y. Very friendly and fast service, which was especially appreciated given the time.

Wow. Superb airport food. Verge. Urged was healthy and not gloppy. Super Salad was fresh and delicious. Wait staff were great. Yum!

Obviously we were on a layover and decided to get something light to eat. This one "appeared" and it was clean and inviting. We did not know it was a vegetarian cafe but we were not looking for a big breakfast; just something light and coffee. As we were seated I noticed a plate that someone had at the counter. It looked good. I decided to order a breakfast. I ordered that Hash Floret with eggs over easy. They missed on the over easy. Before the server gave me the plate she said that they missed on the eggs and offered to replace them for me. I looked at them and they would be okay. it was delicious! ATE THE WHOLE THING and I was not hungry. My wife had the avocado toast, the new rage that I don't understand and she LOVED it. Some innovative flavors in the sauce. Left with smiles on our faces!

After a few minutes, waitress asked me to move to a smaller table, despite restaurant being mostly empty (except bar and take out). Did not offer to take an order. Passed by after eating elsewhere and noted restaurant still half empty, table I was sitting at still unused.

Before my flight to Vancouver I went to Floret and purchased a soy latte and one of vegetable quiches to go. The coffee and quiche were both excellent and very well made. I really appreciate it when I can buy good food and coffee at an airport, where I find quality is often lacking. My order cost $14, give Floret a go!

It was refreshing to stumble on Floret as we waited for a red-eye flight back to Philly. Fearing that airport food would not give me much of a choice (I eat vegan, my wife will eat fish and dairy), we tried to stop somewhere to eat on the way here, but ran out of time. So, to find Floret and it's variety of vegan/vegetarian options was a pleasant surprise. Out waitress was friendly and informative. Food was very good.

Yeah! Finally a restaurant with a vegan menu. Why did it take so long? Thank You. Dishes are beautiful. Creative, fresh ingredients. Generous portions. I ordered a grain bowl, excellent and could share with a partner. The app. artichoke croquette, so yummy. I will eat here every time I land at SEATAC. Although, I will have a glass of wine prior or afterwards at another establishment, because the wine prices are the highest in the complex at $13.75 for a 4-oz. pour! If all the wines are organic that would be a different post, but this was the house Chardonnay.

On our way to Sacramento and had some time for coffee and Cinnamon Bun. Nicole our server made fantastic recommendations. The Cinnamon Buns are huge. Buy one and split it

Wish I could eat here everyday! Loved the Vegan Forager Scramble and Stumptown cold brew coffee on tap.

This small bistro-style restaurant was a real surprise for us. My wife is a vegetarian but I am not. But we could both find wonderful options for breakfast before our long flight. The vegetarian scrabbled eggs were excellent and the bread choices great as well. We shared a stuffed french toast and that was exceptional as well. The coffee was dark roasted like I liked, and my wife is an avid tea drinker and the tea choices they offered were much better than a simple and bland tea bags she usually gets. If you are looking for lots of meat; go elsewhere. If you want quality and healthy food that is served in interesting ways, try Floret.

Good food. Really good food. Friendly and fast service. The sour dough toast was amazing. The cheesy grits were some of the best ever. To find food like this at an airport is rate. Next time I pass through I will be back!

My wife and I had an early flight and got through security before 6 am. We could not find a place to eat breakfast until we found Floret. We shared overnight oats, and the quesadilla with black beans and corn. Very good and tasty. Great service and Stumptown coffee very good.

Great place to eat before your flight. Fun cocktails and great vegan options!!! French Dip; portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, vegan pesto aioli on a seeded baguette with mushroom garlic au jus & yam fries with cayenne aioli🌱💚 Rosemary Lemon Drop; rosemary-lemon infused vodka, rosemary lemonade, broVo curacao

Good stop for lunch at SeaTac if you have 45 minutes, especially for vegetarians and vegans. The food is fresh and good tasting. The Coconut Cake is one of the best I have ever tasted, believe it has marzipan icing in between the multiple layers.

I arrived at the airport very early for a flight and found the Delta lounge was full. Walked down to this restaurant and asked the hostess if it was ok if I sat there for about 3 hours. She told me it was fine and to sit wherever I wanted. I had some root beer from a local company and I was surprised it was free refills. I also had a bowl of soup that I cannot recall the name of that was different but still pretty good. They kept my glass full and were pleasant the entire time I was there until my plane arrived. Maybe I’ll skip trying the lounge next time and just go straight here!

(NOTE: The maps in the terminal are incorrect, showing that Floret is at A4. It's closer to A1.) If I was only rating airport restaurants I'd be giving Floret a 5. The quality is well above what you normally experience in airports. The vegetarian and vegan options are, as expected, extensive and the prices reasonable for the quality. The service was good too, and even though not in a rush they got my meal to me very timely. This is my "go to" restaurant in SEA.

It turns out: Good places to Sit-n-Eat or Grab-and-Go are few and far between— these days at SEA TAC ☹️. Cafe Flora is the place to find: great coffee-excellent lattes, good variety of baked goods, amazing quiche, Cafe Flora is a full service restaurant- and also has an order counter for amazing grab-and-go options. *vegan vegetarian options also in sandwiches and all foods and snacks. For example: chia seed pudding, kombucha, seaweed pak, etc. What happened to SEA TAC food 🤕 I have always looked forward to long lay-over and the chance to sit at Anthony’s Seafood Restaurant--a great locally owned Seattle “experience.” It had a great view at the airport, friendly service, great food, and good wine & beer.... SO Sad to say: this iconic Seattle Restaurant is no longer at SEA TAC. SO: If your at SEA TAC— find CAFE FLORA —next door to gate A1 Delta gate —trust me— it’s worth the walk from all ends of the airport (it is behind security— so no need to worry as well as a great opportunity to take a walk —if flying on ALASKA (best airline-bar none).

Lovely choices to grab and go...including a great looking veggie pot pie! This time we left ourselves time to sit and eat leisurely. The yam fries were the clear winner for us! Hummus plate had plusses and minuses as did the Oaxacan platter. Lots going on. Think I would stick with veggie burger and those yam fries😊. Lots of great looking pastries in the grab and go too! Friendly servers. Overall a great addition to SeaTac. Not inexpensive, but quite good.

My sister and i had a stop over in Seattle and ate here. It was busy when we arrived. We ordered the jackfruit sandwhich, croquettes and the tofu rice bowl. The food came out very fast. The croquettes were amazing! They tasted so cheeesy but no cheese of any kind in. The jackfruit sandwhich was ok but not my thing was too sweet..the yam fries were ok came across a few hard ones. The tofu bowl was ok not too hot and seems very simple like something i could make at home. I know that floet does have some great dishes and its great that there is vegan options!

I stopped by in layover at airport. It was fine. It had been a busy day so they were out of several beers and sides on main entrees. You could do worse but it will be nice when several of new restaurants under construction are open.

I pleasantly fell upon Floret on a business trip. And it was probably on my second visit that I realized they are owned by Cafe Flora, one of my favorite restaurants. Florest is my favorite place to eat at the airport... or to grab food for the plane. It's fresh, healthy and full of flavor. And it all works with my vegan and vegetarian diet.

What an incredible surprise during a long, long layover at the Seattle airport. The food was creative and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I aren't vegetarian, but this is so much better than standard airport food.

Had a bean and cheese quesadilla that was way more special than it sounds. Elote corn, roasted peppers and onions made it something special. Great, quick service.

Wonderful spot for lunch while waiting for our flight. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. The black bean burger was great, the yam fries delicious.

Stopped into this small bar/restaurant while waiting for my flight home. The bartender was friendly, served me fairly quickly and the Brussels sprouts appetizer was very good for airport fair. My biggest issue having to wait for silverware at least 5 minutes after my food was delivered. Annoying to stare at good smelling food only to have no way to actually consume it. The bartender apologized when I finally flagged her down and asked for a fork, but it should have been handled by the person bringing my food to me. I had a local craft beer that was decent. The mixed drinks looked labor-intensive to make and if high quality. I will definitely go back. It is not nearly as crazy as the nearby Pyramid Brewery Tap Room and the food is much better.

Avocado toast is a must have! The breakfast burrito is a great choice as well. Good service and great flavors! This is exceptional airport food. Will go back!

We had a 2-hr layover and decided to eat at Floret as it was near our gate. Long story short, the service was awful (even as the restaurant was only 50% full) and the food was an absolute rip-off. It took forever to order drinks and even longer to receive them. The server appeared to go out of her way to not make eye contact and avoid helping us, even when we were trying to get our check and make it to our flight. The food was received relatively quickly but was ridiculously overpriced once we received it. My wife had the Arugula pear salad which was basically a $20 side salad and I had a $19 grilled cheese with fries. The salad was not dressed properly (half the ingredients were artistically set aside with no dressing) and the grilled cheese was barely put together with the bread falling off and a small portion of fries. I get that we're at the airport and it's more expensive but the portions and quality were comical... Skip this place if you have time to go somewhere else, at a minimum, find somewhere that will actually acknowledge your existence.

The only real espresso in the Seattle airport and even better than I expected after the La Marzocco machine caught my eye walking next to gate A1. Top notch food to boot, I’ll be stopping here on my next trip.

Didn't know what I was getting into but the food was okay. Did not have the Mac and Cheese but should have I believe. The beer was good and cold. Kind of a strange menu but certainly okay.

Usually one has to settle for for terrible food at the airport... and as a vegan- fries are probably the only thing that’s guaranteed. Floret’s is an oasis. The menu is a grazer’s dream. Ingredients are fresh, decor is trendy and waitrons make eye contact, are super efficient. I know the world is changing for grazers after this experience.

We could not find another place open for breakfast and boy were we delighted with the food, service and ambiance. My wife and I shared the Blackbean and corn Quesadilla and the Overnight Oats with nuts, cinnamon and blueberries. We also had two drip Stumptown coffees. Fantastic.

Floret is an offshoot of Cafe Flora which is a great vegetarian restaurant in Seattle. Floret is behind security meaning you can NOT get to it without going through security at SeaTac so it only makes it a viable option if you are in the terminal. Great menu items for a vegan/vegetarian relative to anything else in the airport!

Florets is an island of paradise at SeaTac airport. Thankful and delighted to find selections such as Yam Fries with Jalapeño Remoulade, Mushroom French Dip on Gluten Free Bread, and Gluten-free Fried Green Tomatoes. The service was quick, friendly, and outstanding. Great place to find food I can actually eat and enjoy. A very pleasant surprise.

It was nice to see so many people in a vegetarian restaurant. I chose to the superfood salad which had at least kale, spinach and very tasty dressing. The portion was huge and I wasn't sure if i was able to finish it. But I did. It was so tasty, very fresh, very enjoyable. I should have written down the ingredients to try it again back home. The service was ok and quick, no fear to miss your flight.

This is the best thing to happen to airport travel in years! I have searched high and low in airports and only found bland unappetizing food or hummus (ugh) for a long time. Normally I go for snack foods in the airport markets but finally REAL FOOD! I was limited on time so I had to get grab and go options from the deli case but both prepackaged salads (noodle and quinoa) were great cold or when I heated them at home later. Probably had decent amounts of protein in them too (tofu, soybeans, yams, quinoa). Coconut cake was to die for! So happy this is here and can't wait for a longer layover so I can eat in the restaurant portion of the shop!

Beware travelers, come early for breakfast! I grabbed a bar stool since this place was hopping! Service was great, everyone hip and nice. But the manager had to flip to lunch early since they literally ran out of every breakfast option by 1035. But, their bloody Mary was great! All their drinks are hand crafted and delicious!! Expensive food but it's not your run of the mill processed airport stuff!!!

We eat in Floret whilst waiting for our flight. The food tasted great. We were seated quickly and our server took our order and the food arrived promptly. On our visit it was a good location to sit and eat away from the general hustle and bustle. Our server was friendly and courteous.

Thanks to several travelers' great review, that is what brought us here. We had a long layover at the SEA airport, so no pressure. They have both a "grab and go" section and a sit down section. Some of the items looked great from the grab and go, but you cannot order them. We got there when they had plenty of tables. Friendly staff. Split the asparagus spring vegetables egg scramble and cinnamon roll. The roll was the size of a dinner plate! Certainly was a better breakfast from a fast food joint. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Sure the price is high, but it is located where $4 for a bottle of water occurs.

Had the avocado on toast and a latte. Very delicious, pretty and fresh with friendly prompt service. Only suggestion I would make is to have more avocado as that was spread a bit thin.

At the airport we always lower our standards to for-fill a hungry belly in-between rushing for connections. Today I came across this place Floret - and ordered the avocado toast. It was very tasty. When the hostess seated me, she brought a bottle of table water which was nice since flying is dehydrating. They added pickled beets to the top which were kind of different for avocado toast. The oil they used was delicious. Also had a side of their crispy potatoes - which I think it meant that they were deep fried. Nice size servings. I was full when I left.

I wanted to love this sister to Cafe Flora, but my food--wonderfully appealing on the menu--was mediocre, not hot and came out before the juice and coffee. My drinks arrived slowly and then, after I'd almost finished my eggs, the server brought a boring biscuit that must have been at least two days old. Had to beg for coffee refills. I usually go to Anthony's at SeaTac for great food and attentive service. It'll be awhile before I return to Floret.

During my layover, I stopped in here for lunch. I had the Mushroom French Dip. I did not like it and could not even finish my meal. Sweet potato fries came with the meal. The portion size was large but I would have preferred regular fries. There was a bright spot and that was the Crispy Town Reuben's Lager. This was one of the best lagers I have had. Also, my server, Andre, was excellent.

When this slot first opened in the airport, I really enjoyed it and the quality was similar to their sister shop Cafe Flora. Since the pandemic, the quality has gone downhill — the food is extremely overpriced and the service is poor.

Great place to be seated for a breakfast. Stump town coffee is excellent and well prepared. Hot breakfast meals are fresh and tasty

I visited the take out counter for a quick bite. The zucchini bread was exceptional! They had a decent selection of what appeared to be good baked goods.

We ate here last night while waiting for our flight home. The menu for lunch was rather limited, but healthy, which is why we were there. Our waiter was less than enthusiastic!

Vegan options at an airport?! When has that ever happened?! Delicious options that are clearly marked on the menu too. Check this place out and you will be pleased.

When my wife says she likes the food...it's passed the most critical test I know. It's not that she's that much of a gourmet, but she that much of a critic. She's rarely 'satisfied' will a meal. And she raved about the Caesar salad she had here. That's enough for me.

As a vegetarian who cares about what I eat I often cringe at the airport. I want a great meal with some actual vegetables. I want to not eat what I had yesterday. Score Floret!! Can’t say I have ever had mashed potatoes tacos solitudes black beans and Smokey greens. But I’m sure glad I had them today.

Flying would be better if every airport had this. Friendly service, quick. Good food, good view. Fresh ingredients. Will come again.

This place is situated at A gates in Sea-Tac Airport. It’s a vegetarian restaurant. The menu is good. I had PG tips tea and cinnamon rolls; very tasty. Others had french toast and breakfast sandwich. Decent value despite being at airport. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely return if at the airport

We had an early flight to San Francisco so decided to skip breakfast at the hotel and eat here. First - it was extremely busy. That said, they seemed to be coping pretty well. Secondly - their food was great. We both stuck with vegetarian egg options but they were both tasty and left us satisfied until mid afternoon.

Celeste was a wonderful server . I had a packed breakfast burrito , my wife had the quinoa bowl, which was very good and healthy. If you want something sweet, try the huge cinnamon roll, for 7 dollars big enough for two people..celecia was our server

Had the Elote avocado toast with egg. Lousy taste. I ordered one egg; the restaurant put two eggs on the plate @$3.00 per egg. Rip off. They push a 20% tip by pre-selecting 20% and hoping you just select ‘continue’. They are always trying to up sell and force you to pay more money for lousy prepared food. Disappointed visit and food.

After getting delayed then stranded at the airport, the bartender here made my day. Nice selection of beers and very nice staff. The food is on the vegetarian side and a bit bland but their hot sauce added great flavor. I would definitely return here. The staff understand that sometimes travellers are stressed out and their pleasant natures smoothed out a rough day.

After flying over night we were in search of a simple breakfast at the airport. Floret's is not the place. It is the place for a chef inspired menu with unique twists on common dishes. The Bloody Mary mix was much to citrusy for our taste but the quiche was okay. The pancakes were the best thing we had ordered. The fruit plate was full of under ripe mango. Service was good even at 6:30 a.m.

I don't mind vegetarian food sometimes but this crap isn't even good. How do you mess up hummus??? And the faux tortellini was absolutely disgusting. Unless you like fake food, avoid at all costs.

The food is great here..(drinks not so much,..they serve Jones cola...yuck) Lots of choices for vegetarian and gluten-free. Too bad that they don't accept airline food vouchers

My friends wanted a bite to eat and chat before our separate flights. Lunch menu of moderate items was fairly limited but tasty. We were able to stay and talk quite a while.

We've dined at Floret 2 times in the past 6 months and have been pleased with both the service and the consistently good food. They have a large selection of sweets in the "to go" area, which are wickedly delightful, but beware, some are extremely sweet. The staff is friendly and will accommodate specific diets. Food is delivered promptly; after all, this is an airport location. I'm delighted that Seattle is upgrading the restaurants at SeaTac. Get rid of the fast food, garbage.

Floret is an extension of Cafe Flora, a very well regarded Seattle vegetarian/vegan restaurant. On the way to terminal A, you can have the same food, and sit quietly (or go through a bakery service line is you don't have time). Floret has the same vegan cinnamon rolls, and the same vegetarian omelet choices as Cafe Flora. Its an outstanding airport dining choice before a long flight!

Looked promising, especially for the location, with interesting vegetarian alternatives. However, we found it all a bit bland and the service was sullen (perhaps another artifact of the location). More than acceptable if you need to eat at the airport, but we wouldn't seek it out.

SeaTac is always very busy with many dining options. I recently opted to enjoy a snack at Floret while waiting for a long flight. The fresh fruit and juices were a welcome change from typical airport fast food. Sit down dining is available. Service was warm and friendly. Floret is a welcome addition to the dining options particularly for those looking for vegetarian/vegan options. Recommended!

I’m currently being revived by this delicious food swift service on a layover. Astonishingly fast (didn’t even get a chance to read the menu before my lovely waitress floated over). The soup of the day is a healthy hearty wild rice soup that is beautifully spicy and lightly creamy. To cool down I’m sipping on a Ginger peach Kambucha tonic. Next up is my black bean burger which is rather gigantic with sweet potato fries and aoli. I’m gonna have to roll on to my connecting flight!

Every time I eat here it’s simply delicious. The highlight of any SeaTac airport trip/layover. I’d plan enough time to eat here.

Floret is located behind the main security checkpoint. It serves Stumptown Coffee, which is terrific, and offers a good selection of breakfast options. There is a nice, fairly extensive seating area too. One negative: On a fairly busy morning, Service was quite slow, though friendly.

Wanted a Caesar salad with romaine but only make it with kale. Wine was ridiculously overpriced. Tip suggestions start at 18% when paying by card. Miss Anthony’s restaurant.

The drinks are nice. Difficult to get your check when it's time to head toward your gate. At least four employees stood around the bar with nothing better to do than have questionable conversations for a workplace. Apropos of nothing, the fourth one repeatedly proclaimed her colleagues racist. Had someone said something inappropriate (they didn't) the professional tactic is to step aside with the person and say something out of earshot of customers. Making a fuss, grandstanding and drawing attention to oneself is not the done thing. Please keep it professional.

Best ever in an airport. Quality vegan & gluten free options at the take out counter. Scrumptious . Excellent chai & matcha lattes. Super service! Will return next time through Seattle airport.

Airport dining, the last frontier of 99% crap food offerings. However, a smart entrepreneur in Seattle is banking on something different, and lets hope for all frequent travellers, it works and catches on. Full veggie menu (with some options healthy enough not to cause your gall bladder to explode mid flight) with great views of the apron. I had the veggie burger, which was nutty and tasty. I ordered a side of sweet tator fries and they were lovely, well seasoned, and crispy. Service was quick and efficient but by no means friendly. It was almost as if the server was having an enormously horrible day. Prices were higher than non airport restaurants doing the same thing, but that's expected. Go here if you are in KSEA and need a bite to eat, it stands above most other options nearby.

Flying out on a morning flight from Seattle-Tacoma airport (SEA) I opted to get breakfast once through security. Wanting something healthy I found 'Floret' close to gate A3. The banana oatmeal I had was very nice and hit my breakfast hunger spot. At $9 it was reasonably priced too. My Americano coffee was a little on the strong side for me though. Service and dine in environment was also pleasant. If you want a healthy, quality bite to eat at SEA then I can recommend Floret.

Floret was recommended to my husband and I by airport personnel. Upon our arrival, we learned that the establishment caters to vegetarians and vegans, which was disappointing to my carnivore husband. Service proved efficient and cheerful, but the breakfast menu was staggeringly expensive. My husband chose biscuits and gravy, which he finished but found less than satisfying: the odd-texture of the biscuits more closely resembled toast and the mushroom-based gravy was thin and exceedingly spicy. My scrambled eggs were well-prepared and accompanied by pan-fried greens and fresh fruit. It did not, however, merit the price. Given the variety of eating establishments at the airport, we wouldn't return.

I needed a quick drink/snack in between flights. I ordered a scotch which i thought was overpriced, but then an airport bar is not exactly a low cost option. I am an avid quesadilla fan so ordered one. The good: it was fast, not greasy and not over stuffed with cheese. The not so good: it is advertised an having locally grown vegetables, i found a few specks of what looked like vegetable in the quesadilla. It is advertised as coming with gucamole: i did not get any and had to inquire about why. Well it appears that they were not ripe enought. It would have been courteous to let the customer know. The barman was gracious enought to give me a discount. Bottom line: if you want a quesadilla, for the price, you are likely better off going to the mexican grill opposite this restaurant or pick a prepackaged sandwich.

The coffee was good; the servers were friendly. My only issue was that my cup leaked. If I am back in the area, I will be back! Options: -organics -cold and hot coffee -pastries -snacks

I had three hours to wander around the airport, and around 1 pm, the hunger started to rear its ugly head. I didn't want fast food and wanted something healthier, when I saw Floret. Wow, a vegetarian restaurant in the airport? I guess they deserve a space, and it was pretty busy. Offering something other than the norm is good! I was given a nice table in the corner, which gave me a good view of the place. I ordered a glass of the Malbec to start....not bad. I then ordered the sundried tomato pasta for lunch. This was really good! Came with mushrooms and brocolini and some parmesean. I then ordered the coconut cake which was really sweat but very good! An espresso to cut that sweetness and I was good! My only complaint was the pasta took a while to come out, and the friendly server said that the preparation was what made it so good. Ok, I'll buy that. LOL! Great place to come to! I may stop by on my way home on my next layover!

Having a short time before a connecting flight and wanting a quick bite to eat, we came upon Floret (after leaving a nearby restaurant outlet because the staff person was so rude and unaccommodating). Our server, Hugo, was quite the opposite, attentive and friendly. Quickly bringing two parched travelers a couple of most welcome beers. We ordered a vegetarian quesadilla and a green salad with goat cheese, beets and walnuts. We are not vegetarians, but that was the fare that was on offer, and it was fresh and delicious. Hugo provided a positive experience with both the food and the service. Above and beyond most airport restaurant outlets. Worth taking time to commend! Thanks Hugo!

The place is unusual as many items are available for sales in the line. You don’t get bored and you don’t feel you queue in an airport Their offer great coffee with the StumpTown brand: cold brew, espresso, etc. You can get veggie option as well Great place

The food at Floret is a refreshing change from the typical airport fare. The menu was full of vegetarian and vegan dishes. We started with Crispy Artichoke Croquettes which came fried on the outside and creamy on the inside with sesame sauce. They were delicious! My wife ordered the sesame soba noodles which delighted her as she struggles to find vegan asian noodles at restaurants. I ordered the Oaxaca tacos which were filled with potato, covered in sour cream, and came with black beans and greens. It was a tasty dish with all the elements coming together nicely. The service was good and the restaurant made a good place to relax for a while. I highly recommend stopping by Floret for a meal or something to go when at SeaTac Airport.

I would give one star if I could. We booked this cafe after seeing good reviews. We turned up at our designated time and were told to sit and wait on a dirty table whilst ours was prepared. We waited ten minutes… during that time, two girls were seated on our table, given place mats, cutlery, served water etc. we were sat waiting and ignored by the waiters. Massively biased towards locals, we walked out and I’m glad we did. Would not recommend.

The food was excellent. We sat at the bar. The bartender service was excellent. The food came out quick.

Who would've thought that our most memorable meal during a two week Yukon, Canada and Alaska trip would be at the Seattle airport restaurant on the way home? Not us, but here we are… On our way home from Alaska to Los Angeles, looking for a good meal we stumbled across this surprisingly all vegetarian restaurant in the middle of the airport… Not a stand or fast-food place, but a nice sit-down place with fully vegetarian, upscale comfort food for us to enjoy. I had the portobello French dip, which was fantastic! It came with yam fries. Normally, I avoid sweet potato and root vegetable fries if they're not straight up potato. They're fine, but not my favorite thing. But these actually made me forget I was eating something that wasn't potato perfectly fried and textured, nicely coated with spices. I really like them. My wife had the black bean Elote corn quesadilla which she also thought was excellent. Everything on the menu is vegetarian and if we lived at the airport or even in Seattle at all, we would want to come back here again and again and try everything. It's vegetarian, not vegan so lots of, comfortable upscale things to eat are available! I also especially enjoyed the rosemary lemonade which was one of the most beautiful nonalcoholic beverages I've ever seen like drinking a tasty liquid fog, not overly sweet. A lovely sprig of rosemary in it. I want to drink this all the time or at least look at it. It's not often an airport dining experience is so satisfying, especially as a vegetarian, but I definitely want to come back and try so much more on the menu. Well done, Floret!

I stopped in to the grab-and-go for an espresso over ice. But was aggressively implicated as a thief by the head barista, a blonde woman, for trying to add whole milk to my drink. This caused me to review the establishment because I felt compelled to make my feelings known. Perhaps the management or owners will take not and address this accusatory behavior. Although it’s understandable that a cafe may limit the complementary milk for customers coffee to soy and half-and-half, the head barista acted in a way that was not. I addressed my question to a separate employee, but the cashier jumped in and raised her voice saying ‘no!’ She stared me down as if I were trying to pull a fast one. I almost couldn’t believe it at first. This person should either be paid more, given a more forgiving work regime, or just fired for acting rudely to the customers. In my experience in service, desperate employees are often the result of overbearing bosses. I think I’ll go to Starbucks the next time I’m in seatac!

Arriving early for an outbound flight, we were looking for a place to eat a healthy meal before departing. Floret fit the bill very nicely. We were seated immediately, the menu options were many and varied and our server was excellent (my favorite quote "I'm a vegetarian in real life too"). The food was delicious and, when one member of our party didn't get his meal with everyone else, the staff immediately volunteered to adjust the bill as an apology, something we didn't request or expect. This will be my new go-to restaurant when traveling through Sea-Tac.
Fresh and friensly
At the start of the A gates and next to Seattle Hat kiosk. Newer to the airport and quite refreshing. Anthony’s is always packed and inconsistent and beeches can be slow. With no seating. This has a healthy and fresh menu that’s vegan friendly. I tried the egg biscuit and chai tea for breakfast and it was light and tasty. Not the hands down best fresh menu ever but great for an airport. They have a separate “to go” cafe if you’re in a rush
