Beautiful setting, live music on Friday and Saturday nights, very open spaces but intimate seating arrangements. Food also served from a limited but satisfying menu.

First time eating at Fulton and the service was outstanding! Thank you Branden for an amazing experience! We’ll be back again soon!

I was here with my family, two teens and husband. Everyone around us was served water and asked if they wanted a food or drink. We were the only black people as well. People sat down after us were all serviced.

My husband and I checked in for a quick overnight stay at the Fairmont and didn't want to think to hard about where we should have lunch. Fulton was perfect and the service was even better. Our server, Jim, was very kind, attentive and hospitable. He offered some recommendations for us to explore for our brief stay, in addition to, a great bottle of local wine to enjoy with our satisfying lunch! The ambiance was very chic. Would like to experience a dinner there perhaps on our next trip out to Austin.

I was staying at the Fairmont for business but had planned to explore bars outside of the downtown area during my off hours. While I did venture out, Fulton caught my eye because everyone there looked like they were having fun. I ended up going to Fulton three times during my stay, and each time it was an exceptional experience (and really fun). Some places have great drinks or great ambience or great service--Fulton has all three, but it was the service that kept drawing me back. Hunter and Chris were super friendly, funny, and outstanding in both their knowledge and recommendations. The spirit selection is vast but well curated; I wanted to try everything, so their opinions were especially helpful in the face of indecision. I also learned you can't go wrong by ordering anything off the Venerable Spirits list. On the plus side, working my way through the spirits selection is a good reason to return, and I'm already planning another trip to Austin. First stop: Fulton.

Food was great and had such a nice waiter, Karl. had us try things would have never order on our own and it was amazing!!

This is an awesome spot to get some work done while enjoying tasty bites, coffee and end of day drink. Alessandro is a very talented and friendly bartender. He makes delicious drinks with your spirit of choice. Recently enjoyed a smooth gin martini.

I'd had a drink at their pool side bar earlier in the day and was disappointed to the point I suggested we go outside the hotel, so this bar was a nice surprise. My husband and I had drinks here before going out; he went up to the bar to order our drinks but before he made it back 2 waiters had checked in on me, 1 even came back with waters and bar snacks without us even asking. I had the Brown Derby which was good, but my hubby's El Camino Real (?) was even better. The bar snacks were really good with just the right amount of salt & spice to nibble on without filling up. There was also live music. When we went it was a modern folksy singer w/guitar. The volume was perfect for us to enjoy his music and still have a good conversation. The seating was very comfy and uncrowded when we were there between 6-7 on a Saturday evening.

Elizabeth is the best server and made the night for us. Thanks to her and the Fulton for a fun weekend! Definitely would come back.

Get a Ranch Water! This is a great place to have a drink, decompress, enjoy your Ranch Water and begin your vibe.

Was at the Fulton bar in the Fairmont Austin yesterday. Jim Gain was behind the counter. My benchmark for the last 40 years is the Old Fashione. Jim created one that is absolutely the best I have ever had....anywhere... Bravo Jim.

I had low expectations about dining in Austin this week as it took me 7 phone calls to high end downtown properties find one that had a restaurant open for all meals and room service. Fulton at the Fairmont won the prize. And what a prize! The "simple" menu selections were more than wonderful and the preparation and quality was outstanding. But first, the SERVICE! It was the best crew I have encountered in years-Natasha, Kevin, Sarah, and Cassie. Great wine (Jordan Chard and Groth Cab by the GLASS) and drink menu. I sampled a few. First night was best Hamachi and avocado in years with grilled pita bread, and a wonderful pork chop-without the sauces-doesn't need it. The next night was the very cold and terrific Caesar Salad and Steak Frites but with mashed potatoes from the pork chop. One of the most tender and flavorful in years. Skipped dessert-couldn't fit it in. Great place and beautiful design. And cotton cocktail napkins-brilliant idea In summary wonderful food and atmosphere only enhanced by the outstanding staff. My go to place in Austin. And the Blueberry Ricotta pancakes for breakfast are off the chart.

Heard a lot of great things about this place! It definitely lived up to its expectations! Not only was the food and drinks good but so was the service! Our server Myrna was super friendly and made us feel welcomed! She was also fast and efficient! Service and food like this makes us want to come back for more!

Fulton is located in the Fairmont Hotel and is a beautiful spot with a very high ceiling, soaring windows that allow in plenty of natural light and intriguing decor including a large, artificial tree. Service is super efficient and there's a great selection of cocktails and local beer. Live music (generally a pianist) is on offer during afternoons/evenings. A word of warning - it does get a little loud!

Such a beautiful spot with the large tree and all the glowing lights. Service was quick and even thought there was a convention next door and hotel was hopping, quick and friendly service with great cocktails.

We traveled from Mexico to spend our vacation and we loved the food, the Fulton nuggets were DELICIOUS and what we liked most was how Myrna welcomed us!! Very pretty, friendly and spoke Spanish super, super well!

Lunch with family is always great, and our recent experience at Fulton was no exception. We were warmly greeted by our attentive waitstaff, Jordan and Olivia, whose impeccable service added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. We started off with the hummus, was a great choice. The freshness of the ingredients was evident with every bite, and it provided a perfect start to our meal. As for the main course, my selection of the grain bowl with chicken was spot-on. The flavors were vibrant, and the chicken was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. Overall, our dining experience at Fulton was nothing short of excellent. From the friendly service to the delicious food, it was a lunch outing that left us fully satisfied and looking forward to our next visit.

I was staying at this hotel and my colleagues and I were looking for a drink. I did not realize that the cocktails would be so inventive!! Really great surprise.

Two of us were sat right away by a very kind hostess. The table we were at was facing the bar. The bar itself was not very busy yet 4 staff members stood behind the bar not helping anyone. We ended up walking out after waiting for 10 mins and no one coming over.

Nice atmosphere, friendly service, food was excellent. I loved the Croque Madame. Our server was very helpful deciding on what to order and where to head afterwards for some fun before heading to the airport.

Visited 2x, once to eat in and once to take out. Both times the food was very good, considering it's a hotel restaurant. Our visit when eating at the restaurant was great. Service was fantastic, beer was COLD! Nicely done. Very convenient to have just downstairs off the lobby.

This was a great people watching space with live music, good drinks and friendly staff. For a solo traveler who wanted some bites, the caesar salad with protein worked well. Everything else was shareable size and felt like too much for one person.

My wife and I enjoyed our breakfast here. Be sure to make a reservation. The hotel was over whelmed during our stay and we were turned away the first day. Food and service were very good. The decor is very nice

our lunch took over two hours. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. When we finally received our food it was very good. The hummus is fantastic.

My wife and I spent our anniversary at the fairmont and started the evening with drinks at Fulton. The atmosphere is social and we sat at the bar for a quick drink. Our bartender Hunter was knowledgeable and friendly and provided top-notch service. We tried to grab a drink at the end of the night and had just missed last call. Hunter remembered us and remembered it was our anniversary and went the extra mile to accommodate us. Made the night and left a lasting impression. 100% will go again.

We stopped in at Fulton before a recent dinner reservation at Garrison. It's the "lobby bar" in the Fairmont Hotel. Very nice, comfortable and welcoming social gathering space. The center piece of the space is the large live oak tree in the middle of the area. Pretty cool! They serve light food there all day, but we were there just for cocktails. Service was good. The drink menu is filled with off -the-chart specialty cocktails, and the prices were not bad. Expansive wine list as well, including both Old World and New World offerings. We would stop by again when in the area.

My wife and I were there for our vacation and we had an incredible time, we loved the restaurants, especially Fulton, I would like to emphasize that Miss Myrna was very attentive and made us feel heard. I would return a thousand times.

Atmosphere was great, food was delicious and Myrna provided top notch customer service! Overall the experience was great and will come again.

We were lucky enough to spend two nights at the Fairmont Austin. Although there are probably 100+ restaurants within walking distance I would recommend everyone stop at their lobby bar the fulton. We had the best service by Allesandro and Chris. They were attentive and made us feel at home. Drinks and bar snacks were 10/10 and they had some amazing recommendations for us since it was our first time in Austin. We were so glad we stopped by our first night, it really made our whole trip! Can't wait to come visit again.

Beautiful area and bar. Live Music was awesome...lots of breaks but he was a one man show. Value not so good and slow which was odd since they weren't buys and four servers were off in a corner just talking. Light snacks were awesome. Wish for a tad better service and value could improve dramatically.

I took my girlfriends to Fulton for a Christmas event and absolutely loved it! The energy was great and the service was 100% even with a full house. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had a table. If you’re looking for creative cocktails come here! If you’re looking for a classic cocktail, Big Jim makes the best Old Fashions;) We will definitely be back.

We casually stopped by Fulton after a fantastic dinner. We had zero expectations…and we had an amazing time. Let’s start with our server, Biggie, what a nice and thoughtful server. He ensured we were well taken care of. The drinks and appetizers were quality and the overall ambiance was just perfect. Thanks Biggie for excellent service…we’ll be back!

This is a great space---a large bar, numerous couches and comfortable chairs and more than enough space to just stand and chat. During the day the floor to ceiling windows allow the light to stream into this large room and give it an airy atmosphere. When the sun goes down, the blue and green lights on the oak tree in the middle of the bar create an upbeat ambiance. We enjoyed having a drink here both before and after dinner, and we even enjoyed sitting here with a cool glass of white wine after a hot and humid walk around the lake in the afternoon. Regardless of afternoon or evening, this place has an upbeat positive buzz to it all the time. The live music performers are of high quality and there were various age groups throughout the crowd.

Fulton, located inside the Fairmont Hotel in Austin, is a beautiful spot with great decor and an inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly attentive—especially my server, Olivia, who made the experience even better. It’s quiet, comfortable, and a perfect place to get some work done if needed.

Highly recommend this lounge for light bites and snacks! Was definitely one of the highlights of our two night stay. Alessandro and Chris took such great care of us, and made great recommendations for other spots during our Austin trip. They are both an asset to Fairmont and embody what Fairmont stands for! 10/10

We have been going to Fulton basically since the Fairmont opened and they never disappoint. Big Jim and Chris Mulkey are fantastic bartenders and they go over and above on service. Check out Fulton it’s really cool.

A friend and I had just checked in and decided to have acdrink before going up to our rooms. The check in process to be seated at a table was rather complex, so we just got our drinks and hunted for a place in the lobby to enjoy them. I had a Paloma, which was tasty.

Excellent view and service. The music and atmosphere at this restaurant are great and they service is also.

Great food, try the burrata, warm toast and creamy cheese, what more could you ask for except for a great glass of chardonnay

My fiancé and I decided to stay for dinner and we were so pleased with Myrna’s customer service. She was very diligent and super sweet. The food was also great!

Drinks were overpriced, but the service was good. All the mask wearing inhibited conversation with the servers especially when the place was crowded.

Fulton is the only sit down restaurant open right now at the Fairmont Austin. They have a limited menu with some rotating selections during the week.. The COVID-19 precautions were in place where encouraged to wear masks until seated at the table. The staff did a great job with keeping the environment safe. The menu is viewed using your phone and contained a wide variety of options. I ordered the Roasted Half Amish Chicken with a glass of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc. The place was quiet with a few others dining in. Normally we sit at the bar but it was unavailable due to the virus. The Amish Chicken was delicious with the meat falling off the bone. The whipped potatoes were good as well. It was fulfilling. The highlight of our dining experience besides the tasty chicken was the bartender recognized us from the last time we were here on our wedding anniversary, and stopped by for a visit. This was true exceptional and never forget this.
