Fu Shen Chinese and Seafood on Washington State Highway 99 near Green Lake, just north of Seattle was phenomenal! I had sweet and sour chicken. The sweet and sour sauce was the best I've ever had at any Chinese restaurant. I joked on the way home about moving to Seattle just so I could eat there every day. I'll definitely eat there again

Local restaurant on busy Aurora Ave N. Like many, family owned. Food is delicious and they are very accommodating to those who have dietary retrictions or food preferences. They have a greenhouse room attached to the main floor. Parking spaces are adjacent (about 10-15), entry from either Aurora Ave (going S) or N 91st street. I have been a regular visitor there for many years, and enjoy taking new friends there to enjoy the food and the restaurant. Easy on the pocketbook, the hostess will remember you if you visit more than once, It feels like a home-away-from-home.

Yummy and the lady is so sweet

Despite the rather slow service, we enjoyed the food very much, especially the Westlake Beef Soup. It was not at all crowded.

I have never before felt so genuinely welcomed whilst getting take-out. This was by far the highest quality chinese food I've had as take-out. We opted for the Fushen Family Dinner #2 (A great bargin with large portions) and added a few extra dishes. The BBQ Pork was great. The Beef w/Broccoli was tender and delicious. The General Tso Chicken was AMAZING. The sauce was a perfect combonation of sweet, tangy, and spicy. The chicken wasn't the usual pre-breaded-nuggets from a box...this was obviously carved in-house, hand breaded, and melted in your mouth. The precision and attention to detail with which everything was prepared was enhanced by the friendly welcome and abundant "Thank You's" offered by the charming woman working the front.

This is the "always good standby" for our family. Food is inevitably well prepared, service friendly. We always recommend to people looking for good Chinese food

Stayed at the motel across the street (nothing great) and walked over to eat. The place doesn't look that great on the outside but inside it's nice and the food is great. We liked it so much we came back the next night. Had the "House Special Chow Mein." This was the first time I've ever had squid that was done right. The chow mein noodles are home-made by the chef and are a real treat. My wife loved the "Honey Walnut Prawns."

We have been patrons for over 15 years! Its a wonderful place - whether your want to eat in, or take out. Service is always friendly and prompt, and the food is beyond compare!

Yuann took my phone order and had Nordstrom friendliness. The food was hot, tasty and plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the home made noodles with our chicken and vegetables, garlic chicken and fried rice. The egg drop souo was pure comfort. Yuann is the most gracious and kind person. We will return the next time we visit Aunt Doreen. And in the photos below, two of us had taken servings already!

The service was friendly, the food was delicious and plentiful, the seating area was pleasant and quiet, and the prices were reasonable. What more could you want?

The facility is unpretentious, with a small parking lot, fronting on a slightly rough-looking part of Aurora Avenue N. The food, however, is delicious, with large portions and very reasonable prices. It has been a neighborhood favorite for many years. The staff are the nicest people you'll meet in Seattle, and I'm always happy with my experience there, usually picking up lunch almost every week.

I feel like I'm visiting my GrandMother when I come here the owner is so welcoming and attentive, and wants to make sure I have enough to eat, and asking what more she can offer.

My wife's friends from her martial arts classes often meet here. The Mongolian beef is a favorite with anyone who likes spicy food. I'm not a huge fan of the fried rice. Asian rice dishes should be sufficiently moist and sticky to be picked up with chopsticks. Theirs is very dry, and forces me to reach for a fork, even though I've lived in Asia and use chopsticks as well as anyone born there. Fushen is clean, service is fast and good. The menu is somewhat Americanized Chinese, but we've never had any real disappointments. The owners are friendly and appreciative of their customers. The first time we were there, a bum came in asking to use the phone, and was quickly told to leave. They score extra points with me for that.

This is one of very few Chinese food I recommend in my neighborhood. We have many Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood, but most others are the bar oriented kind. This one is there for food and make great dishes. We often do take outs here.

Please know that this is a takeout only joint. We live near Seattle’s International District with their tourist pricing. We actually don’t mind driving for 20 minutes north to get a great tasting AND reasonably priced Chinese meal from this establishment. I had beef with broccoli lunch special, and my wife had Mongolian Chicken special. Both came with BBQ pork side with either sweet and sour soup, or egg drop soup ($23 for all). All with very good flavor in high quantity.

FuShen was across the street from my hotel, and I read few reviews, so I decided to give it a shot.... I ordered the $9.95 Combination dinner... The waitress was very friendly and helpful...I was offered water and or hot tea. I opted for the water. The first course to arrive was.... Hot and Sour Soup (definitely above average) Soon after I finished my soup the next two dishes arrived... House Special Chow Mein (Prawns, Squid, beef, BBQ pork, chicken and vegetables...very meaty...and the noodles were great!) Kung Pao Beef (crispy vegis...and lots of beef...) When I was finished eating the Chow Mein the last part of my meal arrived.... General Tso's Chicken (larger pieces of chicken than I have ever had in an order of General Tso's...but very tasty) Overall it was a good meal. $10.95 with tax. The portions were a bit small as compared to what I get back home in Lewis County...but I am not in Lewis County! :) Good food, good service and a good price.

We stayed at the hotel across the street (Day's Inn Seattle Mid-town) and walked in one night to order take-out, I was greeted quickly, food was prepared in about eight minutes, restaurant was clean and staff was pleasant.
My Favorite Chinese Food!!!
I've been going to Fushen since it was a little restaurant in Wallingford (at what looked like an old A&W restaurant) then to Lake City and now in Greenwood. I love the food and the staff. Ginny is the best ever. Price, taste and service is the best. You can't go wrong.
