Amazing! Will be coming back. Chris was great. The tenderloin was the best as was the lamb kabob. Don’t skip the dessert! The Kunafe is absolutely amazing. This is truly a hidden gem!

We found a winner in Fusion Mediterranean Grill located in the Preston Valley shopping center at the NWC of Preston Road & LBJ Freeway. We’re fortunate that Preston Hollow has great options for eating out, and Fusion has become one of our “go-to” places for high quality food that doesn’t put a big dent in your wallet. The Chicken Lunch Special is a great bargain at $9.99. The chicken is perfectly cooked with an addicting blend of spices. Served with tzatziki, harissa, middle eastern rice and a small salad, it is a generous meal. We met owner/Chef Ashok who is from Kathmandu, Nepal. He’s very interesting and very congenial. He studied cuisine in Singapore worked in some of the finer restaurants in Singapore and San Francisco for 16 years before making his way to Dallas. We’ve had Mediterranean cuisine all over the world and Fusion is as good or better than many 5-star restaurants. Highly recommended.

This is a great little spot! The ambiance is nice and cozy and the staff is very warm and welcoming. I started with the Mediterranean Fries with the urfa aioli which were perfectly crisp. The charbroiled salmon was flaky and perfect. I love grilled vegetables and they were delicious! The waiter brought me some pistachio baklava which was sooo good!! 😋 Delicious food! Great experience! I will be back 💖

The food and service was great. Would definitely come back! My son loved the shells and I ate Greek, absolutely recommending both!
