Looking for a low carb meal at the fashion mall in las vegas. We wandered into the restaurant and met Danilo who was so kind and helpful. Felt like a VIP. The picanha was the best i have ever had. Also grilled shrimp was delicious.

Galpão Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse offers delicious food, but the requirement to visit the buffet before being served meat can be frustrating. Additionally, the rushed service, notably when the bride felt pressured after cutting the cake, was disappointing. On top of that, it's worth noting they charge for water, which may come as a surprise to some diners. While the cuisine impresses, these issues detract from the overall dining experience. With more attentive service and transparent pricing, it could be a standout spot.

The food selection was pretty good! We really enjoyed having our servers explain about what they like and what’s common in Brazil. The ribeye was oh so good. I liked how they had a lot of selections at the salad/appetizer bar as well.

Exceptional food and service! Very very reasonably priced for Las Vegas Strip steak houses. Absolutely everything from the salad bar, every meat choice and broiled pineapple were cooked perfectly. The staff were attentive asking for special requests and once they knew my medium rare preference, every person coming to my table knew. Very impressive and enjoyable! A $55 initial lunch price that was worth $150! Recommend highly!

I went 1/9/22 for the lunch menu. I'm a solo guest. First, let me start by getting the positives out the way, the food was outstanding. The food was so freaking good and they come around quickly with more meats. Lots to pick from from the salad bar also. The staff were friendly and helpful, no issues there. The issue came right at the end....The bill.... When I was first seated I was offered water, like you are in pretty much any restaurant in the US. What I was not told is there's a $6.50 charge for that water. I didn't even care about the water, I right away ended up ordering a coke anyway. At the end of eating all the meats I wanted I was looking at the which my server told to me scan a QR code for. I saw there was a pudding section, nice! What a way to end a beautiful meal. I ordered the chocolate molen cake....BOOM ANOTHER $14.00 ADDED TO MY BILL. I was under the impression this was ALL YOU CAN EAT. Nowhere on the menu did I see extra charge for pudding and my server didn't mention it. I feel this is stuff that needs to be made clear to people. The food was beautiful but the bill left a horrible taste in my mouth like I'd been scammed or taken for a fool. Also why do you have to circle the tip amount?! Would I recommend this place? I've been struggling with this question...I would recommend the food but not the unclear billing so NO. I hate to have to write this review. This was supposed to be a nice treat to myself but alas. Anyways, happy eating.

Had our after wedding party in the private room services was amazing the food was all lovely and everyone of our 21 guests loved it. Choice was so good

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and high quality of the meal. We had not eaten at a Brazilian steakhouse before, but once we figured out what was happening, enjoyed it thoroughly. The meats were excellent, endless choices. I loved that they brought plantains and Brazilian puffs to the table. My favourite was the caramelized pineapple on the rotisserie, i thought i had died and gone to heaven! We had come to Vegas to celebrate my 50th birthday and this was the way to go!

Can’t get in to Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Ciao? You will be excited to know that it was a blessing. Galpao Gaucho at the “Fashion Mall” was as good in every way, and better in others! Quality salad bar selections, meats galore and even salmon, shrimp, and cheese! A delightful meal, made better by Marina and the many attentive servers, topped of by a dessert array that’s to die for! We had the flan and we’re not disappointed! A return is both anticipated and inevitable!

We did dinner here and I must say…as far as Brazilian steakhouses go, this place is solid. The meat tastes good, the cheese-filled bread is great and the service is super fast. We sat down and within literally 15 seconds were served meats non-stop. The only thing I would change is the salad bar. It’s quite small when it comes to the offerings and most of the stuff on there is quite bland. The salads and stuff that should be pickled are not that pickled. Still a great spot for dinner.

Best Brazilian steakhouse on the strip! If you are looking for great food, great location and amazing service this is it. Galpao Gaucho did not disappoint. My friend and I enjoyed every single cut they brought to our table, all meats are cooked to perfection, the salad bar is also great and full of options. Dirty dishes are quickly removed and many employees came to check if we needed anything. Ask for their “by request” only items. As far as drink options, Galpao offers a nice variety of wines as well as a cocktail menu. To finish your meal I recommend the tres leches! Yummm…..

Undoubtedly the best Brazilian Steakhouse in Las Vegas! Very impressive gourmet salad bar offering included imported cheeses, hearts of palm, house made soups and much, much more! The variety of 17 different cuts of meat was incredible...with each one even more delicious than the last. I was also surprised to enjoy grilled shrimp and salmon (included in the very reasonable price). Beautiful ambiance and a staff that obviously enjoys delivering warm, hospitable service.

Excellent experience at this restaurant! Both the treatment of the staff and the variety and quality of the food are the best! It has been the best Brazilian sword restaurant I have ever tried, except for one or another in the country of origin. It's worth it, the price is fair. You can't comb everything they have.

I went with a friend and we were seated immediately at 1730 hrs. The staff was on their game from the time we sat down at the table until the time they rolled us out of there almost two hours later. They boast 18 different meats to serve but I think we counted 8-10 before losing count. The pineapple was amazing. You gotta try it! The garlic mashed potatoes were excellent as well and this was an endless supply. The service was unbelievable and among the best I’ve experienced in a restaurant. I would highly recommend eating there as I will be going back the next time I’m in town!

My wife and I spent Christmas Day at Galpão Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse on The Strip, Las Vegas, and despite having dined at Brazilian steakhouses all over the globe, this experience was truly exceptional. I consider myself a seasoned veteran of the "Rodizio" style dining, frequently visiting spots in Seattle and the Salt Lake City area. I can confidently say the cuts of beef served here were of a significantly higher quality and flavor profile than our usual favorites back home. But the real test was my wife. She is generally not a beef eater, yet she found herself loving the meat here—it was that tender and well-prepared. She was also blown away by the Gourmet Market (salad bar). Often, the buffet side can feel like an afterthought, but she found every item to be fresh, distinct, and superior to what we are used to in other cities. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive—which made our holiday dinner feel incredibly special. If you are in Las Vegas and on the fence, go. Whether you are a carnivore or just want an amazing buffet, this place has something for everyone.

We booked New Year’s Eve dinner last minute here and it was great! We’ve always been big fans of Brazilian BBQ and this place delivered on our expectations. The meats were all expertly cooked as you’d imagine, if a little salty though for our taste. There’s a 17 cut variety to choose from, plus a cheese and bbq’d pineapple too. All of it is great. The wine list is a bit overpriced, but then they usually are so no big drama there. Service at times was excellent, and others a little inattentive.

All the meats were at or below average. Nothing that stood out as delicious. For the price you pay it is like a good hall not an upscale steakhouse. Tables jam packed in there. If you want to eat a ton of ok meat it is good but I don’t think it. Is anywhere close to other Brazilian steakhouses I have been to. The grilled pineapple was delicious. I don’t think I would go here again with other better options in Las Vegas.

Great service. They accommodated my gluten free need (celiac disease) very well. The main attraction is the grilled meat and it’s outstanding. Not cheap but worth it. Come hungry!!

As a Brazilian and someone who likes to prepare a good Brazilian barbecue I need to come forward and warning anyone who might think about trying this place out. To make things simple. The worst barbecue I have ever tried. The seasoning wasn’t done properly and the meets were dry and had no flavor. If you are in las vegas and and to try this kind o meal choose other option, because this one is not worth the money by a long shot

Galpao Gaucho at Fashion Show Las Vegas is a great place to go for delicious and flavorful streaks and meats of all kinds. I have been impressed with everything that they have available here and their level of customer service. Great overall experience every time I have been here.

This place is worth a visit the food is amazing give or take with a drink it's about 80 dollars a head. Don't eat too much salad because the meat keeps coming and coming and coming and before you know it you want more but are so full. Highly recommended just take your time eating it's a really good place and staff were great

This Brazilian Steakhouse is much better than many of the Brazilian Steakhouses out there. The salad bar has a great selection of quality items. I really enjoy their cheese bread. They have a great selection of meats and at a very high quality. The beef short ribs and Parmesan pork are two of my favorites; however, they have a ton to choose from. I highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for a great place for dinner.

We went to lunch on a holiday at this barbecue. The service was impeccable. Talita, Daniele and all the other waiters were excellent. The meats served were all delicious. The cold buffet was diverse and with delicious dishes. Excellent gastronomic experience in Las Vegas.

Beautiful place. The meat is sourced, it’s not like the competition, the service is amazing, the sirloin type is definitely a try, it comes in shrimp and salmon.

Every single bite was delicious and a hard to match level of excellence. The meats just kept coming and whoever is cooking back in the kitchen is on the top of their game. Shout to Lionel who worked like a premiere league coach from the sidelines. The servers were a well oiled machine constantly, attending with swords of awesome meat, but also constantly clearing plates, bringing fresh ones, refilling water, and being so pleasant. Can not wait to go again.

Located on the main strip, this restaurant is an excellent choice for those who like to sample a variety of meat cuts and poultry choices in lieu of traditional steakhouse offerings. Overwhelmed with excellent service, but in a very good way. Due to the amount of salad bar and entree choices, red or green card for steady supply of choices, can't recommend this restaurant enough.

Terrible. We visited tonight after seeing some advertising. We didn’t book but the restaurant was basically empty. The meats were poor to average. Picanha steak was awful. Ruined a great cut. Filet mignon totally over cooked and chewy Lamb chops were tasteless Pork with parmagianno was the best of a bad bunch. The salad bar was okay. The best thing could have been the baked cheese bread. They were tasty. $200 for x2 people with 1 drink each and a tip. Very expensive for very average if not poor steak. Waste of money.

We went here for one of our dinners while in Vegas. The restaurant is centrally located at the fashion show shops which was great. It had plenty of reservations available and we were seated right away even though we were about 10 mins early for our reservation. The service was outstanding and the food was worth every penny we paid. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked with multiple items. The meats they brought around were all delicious and they were quick about coming around. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. We had the tres leches cake for dessert and it was such a large portion that even sharing it we could not finish it. Truly a great find and would highly recommend this restaurant.

This is truly an amazing experience. The staff are so attentive to looking after your needs. The salad bar is awesome. But the star of the restaurant ate the meats...so much flavor in every bite, and so much....wear your stretchy pants....and don't worry about how you like your meat finished. Rare to well done, they caterer to your request. It is worth the price

This is a fantastic Brazilian Steakhouse. The service and quality of the meats was impeccable. It was great value at $55 USD per person for lunch. This restaurant receives my highest recommendation.

The food was fantastic but the staff, the staff was out of this world!! If you've been out to dine post covid, you realize the service at most restaurants isn't what it used to be. The staff and service at this restaurant is phenomenal from the minute you walk in the door! You'll leave stuffed to the gills and feeling like you have new found Brazilian family members. The interaction with staff and explanations of the Brazilian food culture will make you feel welcomed. This was the first visit to a Brazilian steak house for me and the three people I was traveling with. If you've never dined in this fashion, don't be intimidated. They will make you feel welcomed in every way. The four of us spent five days in Vegas and dining here was without question the highlight of our trip.

If you’re a carnivore this is your place. Food comes fast and will keep cutting until you flip your card over to red to have them stop. They also have a very large salad/food bar.

The food is very good, first there is a buffet with different salads, cold cuts, cheeses, etc. Then different waiters come continuously with different cuts of meat until you don't want any more. Very good service. That's true, when it comes to paying you have to pay (100usd per person).

Went Easter Sunday for lunch. All I can say is go hungry. Love the shrimp, picanha and golden steak. Probably ate too much Will be back

Good atmosphere, great service and a wide selection of meat to choose from. The quality of the 18 cuts of meat is good. My favourites are the fillet mignon, lamb chop and golden steak. I highly recommend this restaurant to any meat lover.

The best rodízio in Las vegas. Amazing food The servers did everything to gives a very warm welcome…. They are amazing I was in Brasil in 2018 at Fogo do chão in rio the janeiro, I really liked it but this one was even better…. We wanted to have steak dinner and ended up here due to positive reviews. We didn’t know what to expect. It sure does not disappoint! I think it’s one of our most favourite restaurants ever! The atmosphere is great, the food is excellent and the service is outstanding! It was a WOW experience from beginning to end. The meat just kept coming and you only pick and choose what you like! After we were done eating, we were not pushed out to clear the table; they told us to stay and drink and to circle the buffet again if wanted. The price is right for what you get; I think. We also had a bottle of wine and beer and coffee. We as a couple expected to pay more; from experiences on fancy restaurants on the strip. Only thing I would recommend is to show prices more clearly; as I see some reviews being upset about the bill. No complaints here; my husband and I are very happy customers any time around in Vegas in the future again!

Going back to this place next time I go to Vegas, the Wait staff, the food and the whole experience is worth remembering. Can't say enough good things about this place, the meat selection they serve is out of this world the drinks are great, and the dessert menu is to die for.

The service was second to none, fantastic and extremely attentive. The cocktails were delicious. The food, pretty good, clean and mostly tasty. They have a wide variety of sides/salad that is buffet style. The meat choices are plentiful. Most meat choices were fine..but in MHO, not amazing. The bar made a mistake on my cocktail choice, bringing the wrong flavor choice, made the correction, left the mistake and then charged me for it! My husband wouldn't allow me to protest, so, $16. Extra. Our final tab was over $250. Which included a $6. Bottle of water they started us off with. I guess if you have to ask the pricing, you might not be able to afford it. Humm. I preferred Tacanos in Boise. But, what do you expect in the most expensive city in America? Welcome to Las Vegas 2022 baby.

This is an amazing place. Delicious Food kept coming, cooked to perfection. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend.

Been to Vegas several times, this was our first trip here. MAN! Just like that, my new favorite Vegas restaurant. Service was extremely attentive and expedient, the food was phenomenal. Remember the days of eating at Grandma's, and she'd just keep feeding you until you'd explode? That's the feeling here...they just keep bringing one delicious item after another. The grilled pineapple and sirloin with chimichurri were my favorites. The red/green cards were a great way to let them know to keep the food coming. Next trip GG will be my first stop!

The food and service is good but nearly $200 for two ppl with a tip is very very over priced I would not go back

A beautiful, authentic atmosphere with excellent food and phenomenal customer services. The food selection is vast and delicious. The wide variety of meats are constantly circulating and are cooked to perfection. The gauchos were not only friendly but went out of their way to get to know their customers and go beyond regular measures to please them. One in particular Lionel, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. This was a dining experience of the past with excellent food and fast, friendly service.

Wow....we have eaten at Brazilian Steakhouses before, but never one as good as this. The salad bar was fresh and plentiful with great choices, and the meat selection was outstanding with constantly roving servers offering you their perfectly cooked meats. Our favorite was the golden steak. The price was high but the quality was there! It was worth it and we would definitely return for special events.

Three of us came for dinner on a Saturday night and made reservations about a week in advance. If you’ve never been to a churascarria, you really should check it out… The price point is a little more than some places, but not more than any other steakhouse in town. Here you get your choice of 17 different kinds of meats And a full salad bar for one price my advice. Don’t fill up on the salad bar and stick with all the meats that you really like. Drinks and dessert were also outrageously good. I will definitely come back at the first opportunity.

High quality food and amazing service, it’s worth the $75 a person. Don’t fill up on the salad or delicious rolls! Do try the Caipirinha drinks, so good and deserts if you have any room left.

** For my visit back in 2 to 4 July ** Had a amazing dinner at the " Galpao Gaucho " with my great friend Ling , it is Brazilian Steakhouse located by the Fashion Show Mall , we have a early reservation , very spacious , bright and relaxing atmosphere with lovely mordant white leather chairs look and it is authentic tradition AYCE Brazilian Steakhouse , it is a MEAT JUNKIE heaven ! variety choices of Lamb , Beef , Chicken , Prawn and the server told us less 17 different kinds item to choose from , and the Salad Bar is amazing not your every day average cheap Saad Bar , it is gourmet delightful to the eyes , variety from smoked Salmon to different choice of Cheese , it is a meal by itself , take my advise , do not get too crazy on the Salad Bar , you here for The Meat ! plus you get free mashed potato , rolls and banana at the tablet , soon as you place the Green Card up , OMGI the meat keep on coming , I am not much of Brazilian Steakhouse fan , because most place the way they cooked the meat is either over cooked or under cooked and poor quality ! But Galpao Gaucho truly amazing me with good delicious top quality meat and only uses rock salts for the flavour so natural taste and generous portion , I was surprised all the staff so friendly and attentive and talk about stomach ache , that was well worth it , we both did had a lovely dinner and good time together , and you do not have to be a big Spenders here , for under $70 for dinner in Vegas it is a steal ! so if you visit Vegas soon , must try this Brazilian Steak house , truly amazing you !

Was by far the best restaurant I visited in Vegas and best meat experience ever.The quality of service and warmth from the staff Shawn from the second we entered . Whilst not a cheap place to eat with the amazing selection of prime cuts of meat shrimp chicken brought to your table constantly and the high quality salad bar the actual value is excellent. The restaurant was relatively quiet when we visited but I did notice that one table were repeat guests All in all a fantastic eating experience it and the skydiving are the only things I will do if I return to vegas
