The experience at Giada was truly disappointing from the atmosphere of the restaurant, the food and the service

Food and service were good. The best thing there was the chocolate and orange mousse dessert. It was not inexpensive. I'm not certain we got what we paid for.

It seems this town is obsessed with celebraty chefs. I came here at athe request of a friend I work with. The service was very good in the basic mechanics. Everything was done properly and timely with good suggestions. Server knowledge was very good. Unfortuanately, I could clearly hear staff giving direction to each other several times. I would not expected this for the price point. The food was also very good. The location is right off the strip and easy access from an escalator.

Food was amazing! The lemon spaghetti was fabulous. Our waiter was very helpful and service was great. I think the drink menu could use some additional choices but it is still very good.

Fun restaurant to try once. We received a window seat even though we did not pay extra for it. Glad we didn't pay extra as even though they advertise the Bellagio water fountain views, they fail to mention there is a pedestrian bridge right in the way so you have a limited view no matter what window seat you have. The ambience is very nice and the wait staff was very good too. Most of the food we had was also good. You need reservations as the place was packed and we ate there on a Wednesday night.

This was THE most expensive dining experience we have ever had WORLD-WIDE. The waiter was quite over bearing in what we should order and who we should share with (all four of us at the table). First of all, the wine list was rediculously EXPENSIVE!!! $70 for a bottle of basically "generic" red Beringer that I could buy at the store for Under $15. A good but not great bottle of red of $525! Really! I could buy the same bottle at the store for under $100. The $39 plate of lemon shrimp pasta was a sticky volcano pasty goop that was horrible! Tasteless, sticky, Elmer's Glue pile with two tasteless shrimp that had an odd texture--unlike a nice firm piece of shrimp. Appetizers--forget, unless you want 4 tiny tasteless pieces of artichoke hearts that were barely noticeable on the plate and ziti meatballs that were like Walmart's frozen style with a tad bit of meat sauce seasoned with red pepper--shameful. All-in-all, the whole dining experience with food was disgracefully expensive and not worth $250 for one couple. The tasteless goop of lemon spaghetti volcano went in the garbage and I regret taking it home for a "second try". Don't waste your money at this restaurant. It's not worth one star. Sorry Giada, you totally missed the boat! I will never recommend your restaurant to anyone, unless they want to throw their money in the trash. SO DISAPPOINTED--SO DISAPPOINTED.

Great looking restaurant, the food was good and the service was attentive. My wife loved her parfait and the pastries. My dish the lobster scramble left a little to be desired.

This is our third or fourth time visiting. We have enjoyed every experience. The food is delicious. The lemon spaghetti is a favorite and we tried the cacio e pepe -- what an indulgent dish! Our waiter, Craig (?) was perfect - thoughtful food and wine suggestions...great conversation...so professional and polished. His teammate always made sure our table was cleared and water was full. It's a calm oasis in the craziness of the strip and the views of the Bellagio fountains are lovely! Always a pleasure to dine here...

Lovely Dinner Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and advice how to order our dinner selection so we had a taste of every think on the menu everything was perfect . A very enjoyable evening dining .

Loved the menu, food, and service so much I had brunch three times and dinner once during my three-night stay at The Cromwell. It’s crummy that you need a credit card to guarantee your reservation, but it needn’t cost you anything extra if you actually show up. Highlights: The polenta waffle was divine, as was the bucatini (tip: add pancetta). Perfetto!

Our experience was lack luster at best. The food was ok but not what you should get for the price. It was the worst meal of our trip. We really expected better at a celebrity restaurant but what was most surprising was the poor service. They were slow and inattentive. Even when we went to leave, not one employee acknowledged us. No thank you or have a good night. Nothing. To me that’s strange for what is supposed to be a nice restaurant. We didn’t experience this at any other restaurant. In addition; it wasn’t until we got back to the hotel that we noticed that the bag of leftovers the waiter gave us only contained bread. What he did with the rest of our expensive left overs we have no idea. We would not go here again.

This was very disappointing, looked forward to this meal all day, and everything was incredibly slow. We waited for over an hour for 2 plates of spaghetti, and when it came it needed to be seasoned. The bread was the only good thing about this meal. Overpriced for the service and quality of food.

Experience was okay. The chairs are very uncomfortable. They don't support your low back at all. Hard to have an enjoyable dining experience when the chairs are not comfortable. Service was okay, did not attend to my water glass regularly and if you don't do that well, then that speaks to the overall quality of the establishment. Also, we were the very first couple seated on this particular night (Thursday 4:30, late September) and they placed us at a table where the sun was glaring right into my face even with a blind closed which really did very little to offset this problem. If a restaurant is really on the ball, this type of thing would never ever happen. You have a completely empty restaurant and you put us at a table where I am staring into the sun. It just makes no sense at all. A top tier type of restaurant would never ever allow something like that to happen. It was totally avoidable but I'm sure no one even gave it a singe thought and therein lies the problem. This is a nice restaurant it is just not on par with the top tier restaurants in Vegas of which there are many. If you are looking for a Michelin type of experience, this is not your place. If you want a decent place with decent food then sure. Every dish was just okay and many I wouldn't recommend (meatballs, lemon potatoes which I would not recommend, lemon spaghetti which I would not recommend, risotto which I would not recommend). the desserts were the star of the meal. The "soufflé" was outstanding and cooked to perfection. The beignets were also very good. Finally the focaccia bread was also good, not great, but good. Will we go back here - probably not. Not with so many other four star dining options in other hotels.

Staff good. To start, I'll say........due to chef produced restaraunt, we had expectations. We ordered 2 appetizers to share. One was the bread tray, which was a disappointment. Very little taste, dry, tiny dips. The bacon wrapped figs were very good. We each ordered a different meal and sides. None met our expectations. Dry, poorly seasoned. The portions were large, but not one meal finished. Would have rather had smaller, seasoned, tasty italian food. Have eaten at most "chef" inspired restaraunt on the strip and very pleased with those.

This place does not disappoint! The atmosphere of the entire place is spot on. The views of the strip are incredible. The service from all the staff members are so kind and knowledgeable. The food is amazing. We have been twice and both times have loved both our food and drinks!

Anniversary tasting menu TUNA CRUDO: 9/10 tasted fresh and had a nice texture LEMON SPAGHETTI: 10/10 always phenomenal, great balance with the zesty lemon flavor and salty capers. Pasta has a great chew as well. HALIBUT: 10/10 buttery, light, flakey, what more can you ask for. Super yum TIRAMISU: 6/10 great flavor but I wished it was mentioned it is not a traditional tiramisu Service: 10/10 water glasses never empty and very professional Bread: 10/10 fresh and hot. The dipping sauce was very good and unexpected Meat and cheese board: 9/10 nothing super special but very well done

Another great return to this storied restaurant. Romaine torn croutons, fried capers & citrus vinaigrette was a hit. Risotto with mushrooms great. I had the special lemon spaghetti. Wine list was good but the cosmo for me was great. Nice ambience. Eat in the casual bar area or formal eating area, all the same menu.

The ambiance was wonderful as was our waiter. The orzo meatballs were delicious. The bacon wrapped dates were a bit sweet but otherwise tasty. Per our friend the ravioli was outstanding. My husband ordered the signature lemon pasta and found it to be too rich and heavy. My scallops were delicious and the seat was beautiful. The risotto was a bit to rich as well. Overall we enjoyed our evening but would order different food next time.

What a delicious experience with top notch service. The view from the restaurant matched the greatness of the meal. Appetizer, main course and dessert were worth every dime.

We booked this weeks in advance and were looking forward to a gourmet experience. We arrived at 11:15 and received a one page card with the menu, mostly breakfast items. The service was very slow, and after getting water, we sat for a long time before the server came by, and then waited again for our drinks. I ordered one of the few lunch choices, the pasta with sea food. There was about a pound of fettuccini, rolled into a log in the bottom of the bowl, sticking together and gummy. The sauce was light and tasty but just sitting on top with 3 shrimp and 4 clams. My husband ordered the American breakfast, which he said was good, but a breakfast he could have gotten in any of the casinos for half the price - nothing special. I wanted to try the desert, but we waited so long we just gave up and left.

We had two meals at Giada's, breakfast and dinner. It would have been nice to sit by the window, but it is a beautiful restaurant no matter where you are seated. The Parfait for breakfast is delicious along with the Fresh Pastry Assortment. I would have preferred the breakfast pizza served with an egg but it no longer available. Dinner we had the Cacia e Pepe Bucatini as an appetizer along with the bread board, shared between 4 and it was enough. It was perfect and the bread board was soooo good. Shared the Salmon and the Lemon Spaghetti with Shrimp dishes. Very good as well.

grilled mini yellow peppers stuffed with goat cheese appetizer, peppers were barely grilled and more like erudite (raw), bartender did not know how to make drink so had to inform of 2 ingredients plus 1 garnish

Wow, wow, wow. And this is why I love Las Vegas and will never move away. The best food and cocktails. The bread was the best I’ve ever tasted. The steak was perfectly seasoned and melted in our mouths. The vegetables of potatoes and broccolini was delicious. The soufflé desert was absolutely amazing. You just gotta go. Drop the 🎤

The atmosphere is beautiful but after that it’s just not great. Everything is very expensive, if you want bread you pay for it, wine pour is extremely small( house chardonnay $24). We ordered the arancini and you received 4 golfball size . Main meals are very small, my husband walked away hungry. It’s very rushed, did not not seem relaxing at all . It was over a $200 bill and just disappointing, we have no problem with an expensive meal but this felt like a cafeteria rushing you out as well as the ridiculous portions of everything, we will not be back.

You have to reserve via the app. If you want window seat you pay extra $50. Food is good service is average. I must say noisy. The server station was next to our table and he kept stacking dishes so loudly I thought he would break them. The restaurant have a set menu that is $110/person. We d8d not use it too expensive. We ordered the bread tray (nice) , artichoke (i don't recommend), and pasta with shrimph (2 large shrimps), and the bronzino (very tastey). No desert we were full. Their portions are very descent.

Inedible. We both ordered lemon spaghetti. Tasteless and shrimp were badly overcooked. Told them to take it away. Even waiter agreed. Forgot our salad. Asked us if we had finished salad… which we had not gotten yet. Huge disappointment. Awful experience.

iada...my long lasting Celebrity Chef crush and 3rd true love...the first is my wife, the 2nd is Channing Tatum as I love a guy who can dance. I was exciting to finally try my 3rd love's Italian cooking...the restaurant is beautiful and elegant, with an Italian modern touch. Service was friendly and fancy. $110 for the 4 course tasting menu, expensive! But you gotta treat yourself once in awhile, and I had a $99 Groupon that was gifted to me! Course 1) Tuna Crudo...the slices of tuna were so fresh, light, and lovely! The aioli was a nice touch, and parmesan crust added a pleasant crunch. Course 2) Giada's famous Lemon Spaghetti with Shrimp! This is a half portion for this tasting menu. The spaghetti was nicely cooked al dente, the lemony mascarpone cheese sauce was light and smooth...but still underwhelming on flavor. Good, but not great. Just one big shrimp, but it was delish! Full size is $39...hmm... Course 3) Short Ribs...Meaty, juicy, succulent, tender and tasty beef! The red wine blackberry sauce was divine. Course 4) Tiramisu...so good! One of the best Tiramisu ever! Perfect balance of chocolate, coffee, mascarpone cheese, and cake...sweet and decadent. LOVE! Great food, great ambience, great service...but not really a great value. You're paying for the name "Giada" and what is probably frightening monthly rent payment she needs come up. For most people you'll leave full, but if you have a big appetite like me you'll need a little more food. I ended up grabbing a burger and pizza later that night...

As suggestion from someone who had dinner at Giada, went in the lunch without reservation. No more than 10 min we got a perfect table. Staff was very helpful. With a different menu in the lunch we tried pasta, but it has good brunch options also. Hard to choose the best. The place is beautiful. Get a table near the window. View to the casino is beautiful.

Ate here on a Friday evening. Found the menu to be limited and you have to pay for the bread basket. That said, the lemon spaghetti is pretty good. It looks like a small portion when it comes out but once you uncoil all the noodles you should be satisfied. Nice experience but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

I had been previously, prior to the pandemic. I was excited to share my wonderful experience with my friends. The greeting- none The server- never introduced himself, nor did he explain the menu. NOTHING. It was like they were trying to rush us out. I got my Salmon dish- it was okay. My friend got the spaghetti and shrimp dish. Shrimp was overcooked- however the meatball appetizers and bacon wrapped dates were decent. They were cold- Dessert was delicious 😋 I was very disappointed this evening.

This was my 2nd time at Giada’s. The first time was a few years ago and I loved it. This time it was good but a few negatives: 1. You could smell the smoke from the casino downstairs in the restaurant. 2. The $25 reservation fee per person was absurd. It would have been ok if it counted towards the food but it did not. $50 for 2 people just to make a reservation. Crazy. 3. Service wasn’t as good as similarly priced restaurants in Vegas.

So what to expect, the food is small portions and very overpriced. If you follow the recommendations of getting multiple courses you are going to pay 80$ to 140$ per person. Our meal was 212$ for 3 people with one service each. The food is ok, definitely not worth the expensive prices. In my case, I had a milk allergy and every option seemed to have cheese, even the Alaskan Halebut. I am grateful they were able to substitute the receipe, but the potatoes and spicy sausages were transformed into a mountain of brocoli. The end result was a small piece of fish with a mountain of brocoli, not very appetizing. That said, my Gf and friend who had normal plates were left underwhelmed with their choices. The bread plate was however good, but hardly a reason to visit this expensive restaurant. To top it off we waved in the waitress who was in charge of refilling the water glasses, her look and attitude almost seemed like we were bothering her, very poor customer/people skills. This is the second and last time we will be coming here, we ended up having a more appropriate meal somewhere else as we left hungry. Very underwhelming.

Its basic Italian for main entree's. The Arancini appetizer was fabulous and the souffle dessert was delicious, but the main course wasn't worth the $40 price tag per plate.

Bucatini was so spicy I could only eat as small amount. I like spicy food but this was so over the top. It really didn’t have any flavor at all. The only flavor was the bite I had with the fresh basil in it.

Nice atmosphere and food was delicious! All the pasta was freshly made and plenty of it! Service was ok we waited a bit to be served. I would recommend making reservations!

Last year I arrived in Las Vegas on a Sunday, which was the very last day of July 2022, where I stayed at the Flamingo for 5 days. The first event during this 5-day vacation was dinner that Sunday night at Giada. I never ate at her restaurant before but the last time I passed by her restaurant was in the morning July 2017 when I already had breakfast. I was hoping one of those days I would come to eat at her restaurant. I had an Open Table reservation for 7:00PM that night. I kind of knew what items I wanted to get as I previewed the menu several weeks in advance prior to my vacation. The dishes I was planning to get were the breaded chicken piccata and Giada's signature spaghetti dish. I asked the server how the breaded chicken piccata is prepared. The server mentioned that the chicken is first pounded Milanese-style, then sous vide, and finally fried. I never had food in sous vide before so I was sold on this dish. I also ordered Giada's signature spaghetti dish. However there were two dishes I ordered that I never intended to order: spinach artichoke arancini and romaine salad. The first dish served was the spinach artichoke arancini. Arancini have a special place in my heart. About 20 years ago when I traveled alone to Italy in October for two weeks arancini were a budget a saver for me as I would only eat one full meal a day while I was in Italy. I would eat arancini in the morning as they were filling enough for the rest of the day prior to dinner. So how were the arancini at Giada? There was the crispy breading yet the inside was moist. Overall the arancini were light in texture. I will admit the arancini at Giada were better than the arancini I ate in Italy as those were bought in a convenience store similar to 7-11. The next dish was the romaine salad, which had presentation similar to Caesar salad. However the romaine salad was lighter in texture than most Caesar salads I've had. The next two dishes to arrive at the same time were the breaded chicken piccata and Giada's signature lemon spaghetti. Sometimes breaded, fried chicken especially if they are pounded can be dry. The breaded chicken piccata at Giada was moist because the meat cooked in sous vide first. The combination of the crispiness of the breading and the juiciness of the meat makes the breaded chicken piccata a worthy entree. Giada's lemon spaghetti comes with two meaty shrimps unlike the skimpy shrimps you see at some pasta dishes at other restaurants. The spaghetti itself was al dente. The portion was more than enough as I was really full after eating the lemon spaghetti. I had a delicious dinner at Giada with the arancini and breaded chicken piccata as my favorite dishes. Then why only a 3-star rating? That has to do with Giada's signature spaghetti dish. To be honest I couldn't taste the lemon in the spaghetti. That might have to do with the mascarpone cheese overwhelming the flavor of the lemon not accentuating the lemon. If Giada's signature spaghetti dish cost around $25 I would have liked it but at $37 that pasta has to blow away your mind. If I had ordered a different pasta then I would rate this place four stars. However even though Giada's signature spaghetti dish was delicious I was underwhelmed due to the price. In summary the signature dish has to be the best dish of your meal. Overall my first dinner at Vegas for the first night was satisfying. I can see myself coming to Giada again. Depending what days when I am at Vegas again I would like to come to Giada for brunch to try different items.

Had dinner at Giada’s and was disappointed with the food. Served cold, small portions for a full price and quite frankly not very good. Staff was great! Ambience was great! Won’t go back

Went for brunch with friends. The salmon Benedict was very good and the Prosecco hollandaise sauce served with it was the best I’ve ever had. It was paired with great toasted bread. Lobster hash was good as well, but it was a bit lacking in the lobster department. Guys had the spaghetti and meatballs. They said the meatballs werevery tasty but there were only two small one in the dish. There was hardly any Pomodoro sauce so the dish was dry and they mostly had a bunch of uneaten noodles without sauce so that was a big disappointment. Tiramisu was good as were the cookies we had for dessert. Service was slow and lacking (asked for coffee multiple times and finally got a refill as we were about ready to leave).Brunch for 4 with 1 sparkling rose, 2 coffees, 1 soda was $220 before tip.

Absolutely delicious meal. Great ambiance, view and service. Can't wait to go back to Vegas for another meal!

Ordered the signature lemon Spaghetti. The shrimp was very tough but the homemade pasta was fantastic. Everyone’s food was lukewarm. Service was fantastic. I’ve had the best brunch but diner was disappointing. The new Horseshoe hotel sign blinded us which takes always from the ambience.

The food was great but more importantly the service was outstanding. I had the Taste Menu and it was worth it. The portions were the right size. I left satisfied but not overly full. The Serpico drink was great and it to was worth it.

The restaurant is absolutely stunning inside. We were made to wait in an area outside the restaurant that’s right off an escalator in the Cromwell hotel; not welcoming or high class. Staff rushed us through dinner. Food was overpriced and small in portions. We were underwhelmed for the price. We had the chicken Marsala: great sauce! But small piece of chicken with about 3 gnocchi and some mushrooms. What was really ridiculous was the lemon spaghetti: two mushy, bad tasting pieces of shrimp with a small mound of spaghetti (or spa-get-tee as the menu stupidly prints in parentheses next to the name). As if no one knows how to properly pronounce the pasta. The price was $37 for that appetizer sized dish. Tiramisu dessert was good. They try to make you pay for bread which any decent Italian restaurant will include happily. Wine list was nice. Overall ok, but wouldn’t return or recommend unless prices are lowered and quality of service and food improves.

We did guaranteed window seating for 7:30 on a Monday night. Not very busy that night. They opened the windows then closed them about 10 minutes later. Our waiter said it was too hot. Service was great. Had meatballs and caprese for apps. Also ordered focaccia…which was excellent. Wife had lemon spaghetti with chicken..very good. I had filet also very good. Nutell beignets for dessert…excellent!

My husband had a CET Diamond $100 Celebration Dinner so we went to Giada's because they had some vegetarian options. I would be really pissed if I paid for a window view because there is construction on Flamingo and the Pedestrian Bridge obscures the view of the fountains. We ordered the Buffalo Mozzarella Crostini for the appetizer and 6 little slices came out on a plate. It was delicious but it looked like bruschetta to me. I convinced my husband to order the Rigatoni with vegetable bolognese because it looked like a hearty portion and I ordered the Bucatini with tomato sauce and ricotta cheese. When we were served, his portion was on the small side. My bucatini tasted great. It was spicy but very good, however there was maybe a teaspoon of ricotta on top of the mound of Bucatini! I think my portion was bigger than his, so I gave him half of mine. We ordered dessert which was beautiful and tasted very good. Our server was fine, no issues with service. Even though this meal was pretty much free, I am glad I experienced Giada but wouldn't go back for a special occasion.

I found Giada, located in the Cromwell Hotel, to be an excellent choice for dinner. I had the Taste menu choices all were excellent. The service was great also. The menu had a wide variety of choices and the atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming. I would dine at Giada again and would highly recommend giving it a try.

We had reservations and were seated promptly. Our server Diego was pleasant enough but was too busy with other tables to offer us adequate service. We waited for 15 minutes for our wine order. Our starter of Focaccia bread arrived warm on top, stale and cool on the bottom. Our mains arrived without our starter plates being removed, no fresh cutlery, or even a spoon for our pasta. Had to ask for a dessert menu, and once complete our bill. Service sucked, and the food was okay. There are way better choices on the strip for Italian food.

My daughter and I always eat here on our trips to vegas, personally I like to sit at the bar and eat more but we had 3 people this time so reserved a table. Just did not feel the same. They got rid of my liqueur and I was looking forward to it again but that was ok. We each had a drink. A bellissimo 20.00, a brown ale 10.00 and an Italian Interlude 20.00. I dont remember the drinks being anything special. Daughters boyfriend got the penne rigate 33.00. I got the scallop entree, while I am happy to see her scallops, they are not cut in half horizontally like Hell’s kitchen seem to be so that is nice but they really didn’t have much flavor. I truly love scallops. These were ok. My daughter got the lemon spaghetti, no shrimp (allergic) and that was the most tasty of the dishes. I would order that if I went back. We shared the limoncello souffle, it was good as far as I remember. $175.00 for dinner for 3 people…better at the bar and cheaper too, usually my daughter and i just share sides, she is vegetarian and we have drinks there…rather do that, just seems better at the bar then at the table.

3 star experience and unfortunately 5 star pricing. I was really disappointed because I had high hopes from being a fan of Giada for so many years. Staff could have cared less about the experience. No hospitality. We came as a party of 6 and ordered the tasting menu thinking it would be a nice long meal with exceptional service. Food was brought out incorrectly to each person. Wine was not matched as a pairing. Wine was never described. When I asked and prompted for more information the server answers with one word answers “Merlot.” Or “Sauvignon blanc.” But no background on why they chose that wine or what flavors it embodies. We didn’t even get to see the bottle of what were are drinking. Food was bland. And nothing unique. I do not recommend going here.

My friends and I had an early dinner here before a concert in August. We were seated at a nice corner table looking over the Bellagio fountains & Las Vegas Blvd. We had a great waiter that was friendly, attentive, and helpful with the menu. We shared the bacon wrap dates & the caprese salad which was a little bit different than your classic caprese, but we enjoyed it very much. For my meal, I engaged in her signature lemon spaghetti, which was fabulous! My friends ordered the orzo meatballs, and the scallops which they also loved. Great restaurant, great food, great service!

We booked this restaurant to celebrate our 50th birthdays (8 of us). It was nice that they put us in a private room but our waiter was terrible. No personality at all. They brought me the wrong appetizer, trying to tell me that's what I ordered, when I don't even eat seafood - why would I order crab? I ordered the tasting menu, once they got it right, I was surprised that they brought two courses at the same time. Then my meal was barely luke warm. I couldn't even send it back because the waiter never returned to see how things were. When he finally did return, I told him that the food tasted wonderful but the temperature was terrible. He asked if he could bring it back to the kitchen. I stated it was too late, as we were all pretty much finished eating. Then he got snooty "well what do you want me to do about it?" I'll go talk to my manager. He came back and said he'll give everyone free dessert. He gave everyone at the table spoons, but never brought any dessert. I spoke to the manager and told her how disappointing this experience was. She really didn't care. All she said, was, can I give you a glass of wine? I'll talk to the waiter. All in all, everyone had great tasting meals, but they could have done much better with the temperature of the food and the service really needs some retraining. I will say that the young fellas who brought our food and water were terrific! They should probably move up and trade places with the unfriendly waiter.

First thing I noticed was the beautiful red water goblets. They are stunning. The food was excellent. The serving size was just right. The service was fabulous. My son's dessert was the highlight. It was a sampling of mini desserts, with a presentation to share on YouTube. When in Las Vegas do not miss Giada's. By the way, it will soon be a Lisa Vanderpump hotel. When we were coming out of the Cromwell, after eating at Giada's there was Lisa Vanderpump, Ken and her entourage, standing in front of pinkies, looking up at the Cromwell. Hopefully Giada's is there when we return. It will be a forever restaurant for us to dine at when in Vegas.

Fine dining at its absolute best and sensational views of the strip! Beautiful food presentation and delicious cocktails!

My husband and I brought our daughter here to celebrate a special occasion. Because we had tickets to an early show, our time there was limited but the waitstaff was kind enough to bring us our food quickly, knowing the time crunch. We had hors d'oeuvres, a cocktail and desserts, and everything was delicious! It's not a cheap restaurant by any means but ideal for celebrating!

Was seated at 5:55 pm. Given menus at 5:57. Was asked immediately for drink and food order. Served starter at 6:10. Served main at 6:20. For a fine dining establishment, it was uncomfortable to be rushed through the meal. Service was unsmiling and abrupt. $200 for a 40 minute meal - let us breathe and enjoy the experience! Food was very good although small portion sizes like many similar chef sponsored Vegas restaurants.

This one is a tricky review as it’s a tale of two half’s so I’ll begin by rating everything then explain why Front desk service 2/10 - extremely rude front of house staff to the point I nearly walked out they had a real attitude problem not befitting to the fine dining aspect they are going for. Restaurant decor 9/10 -beautiful restaurant tasteful and classy. Only issue is if you want a window view it’s $25 a head !!! Waiting service 6/10- this one is tricky basically our server paid all his attention to those who had paid the window upgrade which the call alfresco dining which is wrong as that means outside! We were made to feel like second class citizens as the waiter spent all their time at the window so we missed out on many aspects of service! Food 10/10- as for the food it was truly amazing and made the evening

Some of the Best Views and Eats in Vegas. Reserving a Window table requires a $125 per person commitment. Buy a bottle of wine and you 1/2 way there, so just book it and make it a night to remember!

Giada De Laurentiis' restaurant offering Italian fare. We chose a set course menu option. The food was good, but the portions were not enough for some of us (3 females/3 males). I personally would not consider this a fine dining restaurant and relies mostly on her fame. The way the servers placed/removed plates and silverware were rough and noisy. The entire restaurant was noisy to have a relaxed conversation at the table. I would only go back if someone else was picking up the tab.

Def worth every penny, other than the 25.00 per person charge for a window seat, where you got to watch a crane all night! Meal was delish, waiter Carlos amazing, We ended up not being charged the 100 for the window seat, many thanks.

We had an amazing table with a view of the Bellagio fountains. The service was excellent and the food outstanding. The dessert was a show in itself but then again what do you expect when your in vegas. This place is awesome and will definitely return.

Beautiful location but restaurant not to be defined truly Italian. I had a risotto with scallops and it was inedible. Super salty and tasted only of Parmesan

Saturday brunch during a busy Rodeo week. Reservations almost a must for brunch. Service outstanding with window views of the strip. I must admit I haven’t dined at the Cromwell since the coffee shop and the $10.95 t-bone special at the Barbary Coast in 2000. That being said, this is a great place with the holiday spirit. Started with a Salumi and Formaggi platter. Good for two, but not sure what that dark meat was. The aged cheese was awesome. Entrees sampled were the Blueberry Pancakes and the Polenta Waffle. That was a first and it did not disappoint. I recommend if you are center strip and want brunch, this is a good stop.

The Salmon dish with risotto and the shrimp pasta were both great! Chocolate martini was so good too! Nice ambiance for date night!

Not sure about some of these negative reviews below, but my daughter and I had a fantastic experience and meal here. And I say this as an accomplished food blogger/cook, and she is also a very accomplished cook. So in other words, we know food. And being we are both fans of Giada, we were excited to dine here. The service was top notch - love the white-coat waitstaff. And they were very well attentive. After each course they quickly whisked away the plates and silverware and brought us new. We had some wonderful appetizers and decided to share the lemon spaghetti. When they bought out the spaghetti, it was on two plates, very nice presentation with a large shrimp. It was just perfect! So delicious! And since it was my birthday, they paid extra special attention to that, and our dessert included a small chocolate bar that had "happy birthday" on it. This may sound silly to mention that, but I really appreciated all they did to make our dinner special.

The restaurant is advertised for its great views of the Las Vegas strip. Be prepared to pay $25 per person for a view! We declined so got a window seat but on the side. The service was very good--friendly and professional. The food is pricey and tasted so-so. I expected more.

This was a surprise for us in Las Vegas. Been to several “high end” restaurants here. This is the number one place I would recommend. The food, atmosphere, ambiance, and service were outstanding. We are pleasantly delighted that we came here because every aspect was first class. If you want an excellent meal in a non pretentious but warm friendly atmosphere run here don’t walk.

Our last night in Vegas and we had a fantastic time! Our waiter was incredibly attentive and professional and made us feel very special. Like other diners, we declined the $25 sears with views of the Strip and had a lovely round table to the side - we could still see the Bellagio Fountains across the road, but found the advertisement board at the Horseshoe Hotel a bit bright and distracting - not the restaurants fault! But it is refreshing to be in a Vegas restaurant that has outside lighting/views. We shared a selection of antipasti which were all delicious and then pasta and risotto were our main course choices - beautiful pasta in delicious sauces. We will be back again! As with all Vegas restaurants, wine is expensive and no great selections at the lower end of the pricing!

My friend and I had breakfast here promptly at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2024. We had a reservation. I believe we were the first patrons there, since they do not open until 9:00 a.m. The pleasant hostess sat us at a table by the window overlooking the strip. After we placed our order, the windows (presumably by remote) opened and we enjoyed a nice breeze during coffee. The menu is a terrific breakfast/brunch menu since not everyone (including me) loves breakfast food. My friend had the "American" and I had the "Chicken Caprese Panini." A little pricey, but WOW...the presentation and amount of food we received was impressive and worth every penny. My friend got meatballs with his "American" plate and they were SO DELICIOUS and in the most wonderful sauce. My "Grilled Chicken Caprese" was big and delicious...probably the best chicken sandwich of any kind I've ever had, and it appeared to be on home-made bread - - either Italian or sourdough. Potatoes came with both dishes, but these weren't just any breakfast potato. Little roasted yukon gold fingerling potatoes with the skin-on, with flaky salt. The potatoes were absolutely divine. EVERYTHING was delicious but we couldn't quite finish our plates. Our waiter was fantastic! I wish I could remember his name so I could give him a shout-out. Everything about our experience at Giada's was WONDERFUL and I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Thank you Giada!

This was our second visit to Vegas this year. Previous trip was in June 23' and my evaluation was a "5" but this meal experience was a disappointment. First issue was NO BREAD at a premier Italian restaurant because there was no delivery! What can you do but accept the fact but there was no attempt in any way to compensate customers. Perhaps a complimentary appetizer would have shown us we actually mattered. Everyone ordered drinks which they enjoyed except me. I had a "Destroyer" which I've had before but the taste was not right almost like it was missing the tangerine. I ordered the lemon spaghetti which not plated properly. This is being picky perhaps because the pasta is supposed to be presented as a tower not in a collapsed heap! Generally not an exceptional experience I had expected.

I ventured into Giada because I wanted some good Italian food. I sat at the bar, since they do not accept reservations for 1. I chatted with the server and took her recommendations for food. The food and service were good. It was not a busy time, thankfully. I ordered dessert and 2 glasses of wine and paced myself and enjoyed the relaxing time. Being aware of the popularity of the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Prices can be on the high side but not a full hinderance for the experience.

So bland. No one’s (of our party of 8) had any taste. I had the lemon spaghetti, which I had hope would be life changing, but it had no taste. My friends’ branzino and bolenese had zero flavor at all. The chicken piccata tasted like The Colonel.

Have had business dinner here the last 4 years. This year so disappointing. Our waiter was terrible. Got orders wrong and did not turn others in. For this price better service is necessary. Food ok but not great. No more dinners planned there

Greeted and seated promptly. The panoramic view was excellent from our table, our server was knowledgeable and attentive. The menu selection was limited Salad was excellent, 2 ordered the scallop risotto both enjoyed it but one was too salty, the other person ordered the chicken Milanese, it was very good but also very very salty, food was served promptly, but felt a bit rushed, in and out in about 50 minutes , that’s with drinks, an appetizer and entree.

The service was impeccable & the food presentation was spectacular. Paying for a window table is not worth it at $25 PP, especially given the construction. The pastries were flavorful and delicate. The entrees lacked flavor, not fulfilling the anticipation of the beautiful plate presentation.

Beautiful view, fantastic service but the food was not what I expected from Giada. The shrimp were terribly overcooked in her signature dish.

We met a friend here for Sunday brunch. The decor is lovely and elegant. Service is attentive and very polite. I had the “American” breakfast. Eggs were perfectly prepared, the meatballs and sauce were delicious, and the lemon smashed potatoes were divine. The only real downside is the noise from the street. Numerous cars revving their engines and ambulances with sirens blaring made conversation difficult at times.

Disappointing food. My husband’s chicken was overcooked and dry. I had to use my knife to try and cut my shrimp. Disappointing service. We came early to have a drink at the bar. Instead the hostess told us our table was ready. Then we were left waiting 10 or 15 minutes to be seated. Our drinks arrived after our meal. Our waiter did not have a friendly air about him, seemed stiff and indifferent. Disappointing ambience. My husband was seated where the lighted, blue billboard shined in his eyes. Disappointing pricing. While the on line dinner menu was pricey, the actual prices at the restaurant were significantly higher.

Best meal we had during our trip to Vegas! The atmosphere is classy. Waiters all in white jackets really sets the tone. Nice view of the strip and decor in the restaurant is very nice. The service was great, attentive and kind and most importantly the food was delicious. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend the lobster ravioli and Tiramisu.

Very nice spot. Great view overlooking the Strip at the corner of the Strip and Flamingo. As a single diner, I have had issues before with reservations and service. None of that occurred here. I was seated quickly, given a nice table, not by the window, but with a def view, and served promptly. I orderedl a martini, and although I must say, the glass was beautiful but the quantity small, for $26, it was good. But Vegas has a HUGE issue with overpriced drinks, so I sort of expected that. My waiter was a nice man from Italy with a pronounced accent. I explained to him that I had held off dining earlier for this meal. I had some ideas about what I wanted. I thought about ordering 2 entrees and a side. Politely he advised me to try ordering just 1 item first, with the side, and suggested if I were still hungry after, we could always do a 2nd. Great recommendation. And appreciated. He could have just run up my bill, but instead I felt he took an initiative to treat me right and with respect. It paid off. I ordered their signature Lemon Spaghetti with the cheese sauce as well as the roasted broccolini. Both were excellent. The pasta was a lovely presentation, with 2 large and delicious shrimp and the amazing cheese sauce, which I must say, you must love cheese, because it was rich and cheesy. I felt as if I were going into a cheese coma, LOL. But that said, in the best way. The broccolini was also delicious, large portion, and also sprinkled with much cheese. I actually just managed to finish both, and could not have eaten another bite, even skipping dessert, which I am not a fan of, in general. His suggestion was right on, and so appreciated by me. Also I did not get the feel of being out of place, as I did at another Vegas restaurant..(in an earlier review). Even though I dined alone, I was still comfortable, and was able to people watch as well as have great views of the Vegas scenery. Not just staring at a TV!! And the service, strong, no feeling of being looked at as being foolish, as a single diner. I passed on the dessert, and asked for the bill. With the 22% tip for the waiter..(and well deserved) the meal came to about $105.00 for myself. Not cheap for sure, Spaghetti at $35, the martini at $26 and the broccolini and about $16. But this is not unexpected at a stylish and celebrity Vegas establishment, but I was pleased. I enjoyed every bit of the meal, was not hungry after, and did not have an "stomach issues" at all, as I had had with a previous experience on this holiday. All in all, I'd recommend Giada's strongly. When I called for my single reservation, it was pleasant, they looked forward to having me. The service very good, and the food, without question delicious. Would I revisit, the answer would be "yes". I might be interested to try some of their other specialties in the future. Time shall tell. As for this visit, well worth it, and enjoyable. Thanks to everyone at Giada for making this a wonderful night. Continued success wished to you all!! Bravo.

Giada came reasonably well-recommended online. The venue is nice and it has a good view of the Strip even if you aren't right at the windows. The food is mediocre and the prices aren't justified. The charcuterie is standard fare with a selection of meats and cheeses basically from the supermarket deli aisle, and light on the cheese. The famed lemon spaghetti was decent but nothing to write home about. Simple and done well, but not massively different from something you could actually make at home. The pork chop was the wrong thing to order: cooked competently but bland, and the vague horseradish flavour of the lettuce based cooked "salad" ? underneath was incoherent with the semi sweet fruit on top. Dessert was meh. If we received this food at a bog standard random mid-priced Italian restaurant it wouldn't be surprising. The bill was eye watering for what we ordered however ($250US with one glass of wine and one beer). As another reviewer put it, three star food at five star prices.

WOW!! We did the tasting menu and we are so amazed. The service was impecable. The food was sooo delicious. And the portions were extremely generous. The flavors were to die for, so perfectly blended and unexpected. Everything was cooked to perfection. We can hardly wait to return…

As an avid Giada fan this restaurant was a must do on my list, the recent reviews had me second guessing BUT we had an outstanding meal and service was excellent. We had a very attentive waiter For mains we had the pork ragu and lobster ravioli. Both excellent and a large serving. For dessert we had an excellent strawberry soufflé. Again. It was a memorable meal and I would recommend

Food was really average. Not a lot of flavor- overcooked meats, super small portions - do not recommend- go to Hell’s Kitchen - way better!!

Went here for or anniversary dinner. Whole experience was excellent. Staff are friendly and attentive. Great wine selection. Highlights for us were the salmon, lemon spaghetti and bacon wrapped figs! Highly recommend for a nice meal while in Vegas. Thought the price was reasonable relative how expensive everything is in Vegas these days.

Giada's exceeded my expectations. The quality of the pasta is fantastic (especially the Lemon spaghetti) and the Tiramisu was the best I've ever had. The ambience is also wonderful - you dine with views of the Bellagio fountain. The cocktails are very pricey, as is the restaurant in general, but then again so is everything in Vegas. If you are looking for great Italian food in a prime location on the strip and don't mind spending a little money, I would highly recommend.

Our server was fantastic. The food was delicious the atmosphere was amazing. Beautiful place inside the hotel with a view of the strip.

The presentation of the dish is beautiful, everything tasted delicious at first, but after a few minutes the sauce thickens and eating spaghetti is just unpleasant. The level of this restaurant from the chef Giada must be exceptional. Could separately serve the sauce to the dish and the plates should be at least warm. The price of the dish is about $46 with taxes and does not match its quality.

There are a ton of fantastic restaurants in Vegas. This isn’t one of them. And they have the audacity to charge $25 a person just for a reservation. The food was bland and the service was rushed. My husband had the veal and I had the lemon spaghetti. The shrimp were over cooked and the bacon-wrapped dated were gluey. Go somewhere else.

We were there for the Estérel brunch and supper. The food is delicious, the service impeccable and the location is premium on the Vegas strip. If you appreciate good food, I highly recommend Giada! Love it

My husband and I were very excited to try this restaurant because the reviews were amazing and the menu sounded fantastic. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just one disappointment after another. There were two hostesses when we arrived. One was quiet but was friendly while the other came across a bit... snobbish. Not really the best welcome when it feels like you're being looked down and spoken to in a way that makes you feel like you're somehow putting the staff out by being there. Thankfully, the friendly hostess was the one who seated us, so we at least were given a smile as we were led through the dining room which was stunning. The decor is absolutely beautiful, so we were optimistic that things would get better. Then our server arrived at our table. He looked like he wanted to be anywhere but there and spoke to us in a similar fashion as the hostess as if we were somehow not good enough to be served at the restaurant. When he spoke, it was very brusque and there was no smile at all. When we gave our order, it felt like he was judging us for it. While waiting for our food, the couple beside us received their appetizers and the server came out with this massive pepper grinder that had to be at least three feet long, if not longer, which we couldn't help but laugh at how ridiculous it was to watch him try and grind pepper on the plate with this grinder that was half his own height. It felt a bit over the top and unnecessary. Then our meal came out. It looked okay, and it tasted okay, but for the price we paid, it definitely wasn't worth it. And the cacio e pepe felt extremely wasteful as there was enough food on the one plate to feed at least two people, if not three. Honestly, with that amount of food, the menu really should warn that it's enough for two people so anyone ordering it can be aware. Instead, it ended up getting wasted because we had no fridge in our room and weren't going back to the hotel immediately so we weren't able to take it with us. Had I known it was going to be so much, I never would have ordered it. And the pecorino cheese wheel it came out on was also way too much. An interesting way of plating, but wasteful. In the end, we were so disappointed by the poor service and the overall experience that we opted against ordering dessert because we just wanted to leave. As we were leaving, we decided we would never go back, nor would we recommend the restaurant to anyone. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because the food was at least good. Not great, but good. So I wanted to at least give it credit for that. Sadly, I just can't give it credit for anything else.

Indeed great location and very special and refined ambiance : both prepping a great fine dining experience. As Italian, I expected to be surprised with a novel interpretation of Italian food. Unfortunately, only the presentation of each dish was good or even stunning: the taste did not make it beyond mediocre. A dish with intriguing artichoke arancini was combined with a very low quality marinara sauce that you find in all italo- American restaurant. Certainly not in Italy. A beautiful spaghetti al limone was ruined by an strog flavor of poor quality butter. The best was for sure the chocolate cake. So, if you are after a cool experience, you should visit Giada. If you are seeking good food, you should probably avoid.

Great dinner with a fantastic view of the strip. The lemon spaghetti dish is a must try, as is the cannoli cheesecake - both were delicious!! We had a reservation and arrived early, but they were accommodating and able to seat us within minutes. The service was impeccable, with great recommendations. Highly enjoyed this place!

Been wanting to try this place for a while. Service was good and the prices are on the high end for pasta. The lemon pasta special was good but not great pasta was undercooked so I was disappointed. Dessert was great. I don’t think I would go back.

When looking for a nice restaurant for a special dinner in Las Vegas we were drawn to Giada in the Cromwell Hotel . As it was near to where we were staying and the reviews of its TV personality chef were encouraging so we opted to try to get a table there. We did not made a reservation as being close enough to walk to we decided to try our luck. When we arrived we were well received. We were asked to wait a little while for a table and after only ten to fifteen minutes were called and shown to a table in the very pleasant and smart dining room. The service in this restaurant was excellent as was both the food and the accompanying wine that we had with our dinner. It proved to be a very special and lovely evening with a wonderful atmosphere and remarkably good food.

I want to start with I LOVE Giada and have followed her from the beginning so my fiance surprised me with a date night to her restaurant. The evening began with being seated at a table where one side is a booth and the other a chair. I sat on the booth side and immediately sank down to where the table was at my chin and I'm 5'5 so my fiance switched with me. He joked and asked for a booster seat and they brought him a pillow to sit on. I asked to move and they would not accommodate. Keep in mind, this was at 5:00 and not busy. I then opened the wine by the glass menu, being a chardonnay lover, and found the had ONE and it was 23.99 for a 6oz. pour!!! Arancini was amazing, would recommend the romaine salad over the arugula, I then ordered Veal Saltimbocca, which was 68.00, the meat was dark brown and it was over fried and completely dry. Our server was great and took it off the bill but my fiance was so disappointed. He had the lemon pasta with shrimp.....2 shrimp 36.99, I had a chianti..18.99 but the Nutella cake was amazing....might just go for dessert and coffee next time. I just expected so much more.

My wife and I had a nice dinner at Giada. That said, the food was only ok, it wasn’t anything special. The service was good, but it doesn’t make up for a mediocre meal. We likely wouldn’t go back.

We went for dinner and had a 7:15 reservation. We arrived at 7:10 and was told it would be 10 minutes. At 7:35 we still were not seated and asked, since everyone else got seated right away. Finally they took us to what is probably the worst table in the restaurant. We were ignored there for another 15 minutes. Our waiter came up and tried to take our order for everything…drinks, appetizers, and dinner! We said no and he stood there until we gave them our dinner order! We got our first drink at 8:15…and the rest of the dinner was very slow. Our water was empty, our wine was empty..most of the night. He did clear a glass before dessert and iIt shattered on the floor and went in my shoes. No compensation at all was offered….like a free dessert. Nothing. I missed a piece of glass that later cut my foot. What a disaster. Save your money.

Definitely will be back for breakfast when next in Vegas. Billy was a joy and so knowledgeable about menu and provided excellent recommendations. The best breakfast we had in Vegas.

This is an example of a popular chef lending their name to a satellite restaurant over which they either have little control or exert little control and simply exist by the name recognition alone. It failed miserably. Inattentive service (restaurant barely half full), unpleasantly presented food, horribly undercooked and over seasoned. It was a mistake to go there.

Went to Giada’s last night for a birthday celebration. What a wonderful dining experience. The view of the strip was great. Service was outstanding! Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. There was great attention to detail. The food was delicious! For the price a great value if you like attention to details, a nice dining experience and delicious food!

We had a Thursday, 10/23, reservation for six people for dinner. We arrived a few minutes before and were greeted and "checked in". The entry area looked nice and we waited only about 5-7 minutes before we were seated. A very nice woman come to the table and asked us how we were then presented us with menus while asking if we had dined here before which we had not. Once she left that's where things started gong down hill. The gentleman who waited on us came over and mentioned a couple of things about the menu while looking around the room the entire time, took our drink order and left. Drinks showed up in a reasonable amount of time. After quite a wait he came up to my wife with his notepad in hand and asked if she decided what she wanted for her main course. She told him we were interested in appetizers. He seemed put out then took the order and left. Appetizers showed up, meatballs along with the Salumi & Foremagi. They were all good but nothing special. I had the Romain salad which was good but had a lot of cheese. You literally could barely see through the grated cheese on top. We were not offered pepper despite the display they carry on about regarding the very tall pepper grinder they have. Also, during this the waiter came and took our orders for entrees and my wife asked for a second glass of wine. After what I think was a reasonable wait five of the six main courses showed up with no explanation as to why one was missing. Our waiter did not come and check on us and we just sat there waiting. After about eight minutes someone came and set the missing entree down quite hard as to make quite a bit of noise on the table and almost half the pate was off the table over our guests' lap. Again, no explanation, sorry or any other word. We ate our entrees and as my wife was about down to her last bite the waiter brought her second glass of wine and I told him no as she wanted it with her main course since she asked for it more than 25 minutes prior. The food was good but if you go to any "from scratch" Italian restaurant it will likely be just as good. Had the service been better we may have felt the food was better by not being so put off by the situation.

This restaurant was so great, we returned for brunch before leaving Vegas. Everything was exceptional - the service, quality of food, and atmosphere. Nothing we ordered has average - everything from salads to fish had a twist to remind you the chef cares about every dish. The seafood tower is a must when dining here! Very fresh and plentiful!

My husband and I had a reservation at 6:25 but arrived a bit early so we asked to sit at the bar. Isaac, our bartender was a class act. Charming, gracious and so helpful. Our cocktails were outstanding- a smoked old fashioned for my husband and the Italian cocktail for me- I don’t remember exactly what it was but it was delicious. We booked a window table for an additional $25 and I’m not sure I would necessarily do that again. The food and ambience were amazing and the street was crowded. All in all a great experience. I haven’t had the food yet so I may write a second review just for that. Highly recommend the bar!

Beautiful place to eat. Totally disappointed in the seating arrangement. We paid 25$ each for window view of Bellagio fountains. My seat was facing traffic and I had no view at all. Bread board was lovely but the Casio e Pepe was way overpriced and too rich to eat more than 2 bites. Dessert cookies were fair.

My husband and I booked Giada thru online reservations and requested a view. We showed up exactly at our reservation time and waited around 15 mins for a small table in the bar area, not the main dining room. There were large, loud groups in dining room so we were content tucked quietly in bar area. I have been following Giada's career since the beginning and make her original Lemon spaghetti all the time. (olive oil, plenty of fresh lemon, basil). We both ordered the tasting menu which included a nice salad, her NEW lemon spaghetti and an entree. Our server was pleasant and efficient. The salad was great. Next, the lemon spaghetti. It had zero taste. No lemon flavor at all and needed seasoning. Sauce was a bit pasty as well. There was a medium sized shrimp on the side that I could not eat due to a strange rubbery texture. It fought back against being cut and had no flavor. A better preparation would have been an italian scampi style shrimp that had some butter and a dusting of breadcrumb...for some crispy texture and flavor. The unbreaded Chicken Marsala was ok, but again very bland. Was wanting more marsala flavor. Perhaps the biggest shock to me was that GIADA actually charges patrons $25.00 each to sit by the window. I have never heard of this tacky practice, but I guess they get away with it. The restaurant prices are such a huge mark up to begin with, this seems like an insult to charge extra to sit by a window. The view may be entertaining for a munite or two, but most people do not stare out the window while eating, they are engaged with their friends and family. Perhaps a better idea is to have a policy where window seats are first come first served, encouraging people to reserve early. Then have them provide a credit hard hold of $50. If the patrons are no shows they get charged, otherwise, the charge is removed after dining. Again, I am suprised GIADA would allow that tacky practice. Make her original lemon spaghetti at home and save hundreds of dollars.

While looking for restaurants to dine in Vegas this menu jumped out at me. I love bread but so many places don’t offer a bread service but Giada does!!! Impeccable service from Fred start to finish. We just had drinks and appetizers but the bread an the arancini we had were marvelous . The rest of the menu looked appetizing as well.

Stopped in for a snack at the bar on a Sunday early afternoon and ordered the charcuterie board. For $35, we got 2 small cheese and 2 small meats portions and a tiny cluster of grapes. Crackers were served with the tray. When I asked for bread the bartender told us that it wasn’t an option at that time of day but we could have toast. Toast at 2 pm at the bar? The flavors were fine, but a few crumbles of parm and a pile of prosciutto for the price? Even in Vegas, that was excessive... We left hungry. I guess at least we saved room for a fabulous dinner elsewhere on the strip.

We had a 9:30pm reservation on Saturday, June 24th at Giada's in Las Vegas. During the meal we kept getting the feeling that the staff wanted us to leave and they did not want to be there. Towards the end of the meal, a wait staff grabbed the candle from our table and put it by the collection of other candles. Then he took my napkin while we were STILL THERE!! Absolutely the rudest thing you can do to a customer. It overshadowed the food and the ambience of the restaurant. There were other tables still there and we were winding down and certainly did not need to feel rushed out of there. For a 3 star restaurant, or any star restaurant, you do not treat your diners like this. We will not be back.

This was the best dinner at a famous chefs restaurant, we have ever had based on all our past experiences in LV. The Staff knowledgeable, professional and made us feel comfortable and appreciated. The atmosphere and decor lovely. Views of the strip were great! The food was amazing. I had the special 4 coarse dinner. Outstanding! My husband had her Lobster bisque and Lobster Ravioli. It had nice pieces of Lobster in the raviolis. He had her signature seasonal cocktail. I had the best dirty Martini and a superb glass of a red wine.

Stopped in for lunch. What a surprise! This was one of our best meals of our trip. Salmon Benedict was delicious with fresh spinach. Grilled cheese with prosciutto was great too. We added a sangria and a Bloody Mary. Best bloody of the trip! White sangria was light, fruity and complex- delicious!

Fantastic ambiance, the lighting is perfect, not so bright s to be sterile, but no so dark you need a flashlight. We had reservations, and were seated quickly. The server was extremely professional, yet friendly. He answered all our questions, and made sign. The food was beyond fantastic. The appetizers were all top shelf. The entrees were plated perfectly, and were wonderful. The biggest issue was deciding which to order. Desserts were a perfect ending to an unbelievable meal. Next time I am in Vegas, I will return to Giada’s

Excellent in every way. The best dinner I had in Vegas with my dear wife by a mile. The food is stunning and the atmosphere was perfect. Excellent service. Full recommend.

Giada's Lobster Ravioli and Lemon Spaghetti...need I say more? The service and food was second to none. We were well taken care of and would highly recommend these two mentioned entree's. There is an option to pay for window seating. I don't know that I would pay for it as you can see the outside from most seats and I didn't see the value in it. Regardless, a two thumbs up from me!

My friend and I went to Las Vegas for 2 reasons, to see Maroon 5 and eat at Giada's restaurant. Maroon 5 did not disappoint, however Gilda's restaurant did. To begin with I asked for a window table not knowing it would cost us $25 a piece to sit there. Our waiter Nancee was less that friendly and seemed annoyed that we were even there. However the gentleman that was working with her was very pleasant. The bread service was the worst I have ever had. The bread was hard and tasteless. The bacon wrapped dates however were very good. Our entree, the lemon spaghetti did not have any lemon flavor and it was so sticky it was hard to eat. We finished with the lemon cookies which both my friend and I bake ourselves and the bottom of the cookies were burnt. I don't think this is the experience that Giada would want her guests to have. Don't mind paying outrageous prices for dinner but this left us very disappointed.

Horrible experience! Without going into too much detail, our party of eight on vacation for the week almost had our night ruined when our dinner wasn't served until 8:36pm. When asked by our waitress upon being seated if we had any time constraints, we told her that we had tickets for a 9:00pm show. We were assured that would not be a problem. We had a 6:45pm reservation and arrived at 6:43pm, thinking that would give us enough time to enjoy dinner before leaving for the show. The food was ok but extremely overpriced and maybe I shouldn't be commenting on the food since we all had to gobble what we could of our food so we could make it to the show that we had already purchased tickets for. Two in our party didn't even get to eat the dessert included in their $120 per person tasting menu. We will never be back.

Incredible warm pastry basket. Atmosphere was lovely and we walked in without a reservation on a Friday morning. Beautiful restaurant and really delicious food! Great view of Bellagio fountains but they weren’t on!

It was Friday night the 28th of March. We walked in the afternoon, met by Josh, who had to be the Manager. A wonderful, personable, generous guy who gave us a tour and made a reservation for us. He offered us the two top by the window which that night showed us the busiest intersection of the strip. An exciting view of the Bellagio with water display and Caesars Palace. Our server was Vincenzo, who also turned out to be so personable and generous. I used to watch Giada on TV her cooking show. So this was my selection to eat the last night in Vegas. It brought back memories of my Italian aunts & uncles way back in the 50's & 60's.

Pretentious desk staff...5min early...please sit until reserved time...not even an offer to wait at bar, next customer to desk with same reservation were promptly seated..huh Poor service.placed drink order then were reading menu..request to order, still no drinks, which DID arrive with our salad course...we had to ask a bus boy to alert our waiter about drinks Salad sent back a heaping plate of green with some parmesan cheese on ..not a $17salad..9 dollars for bread..main dishes were good..over rated, poor service..nobody appeared to care

I had the signature lemon pasta, which was just ok. The focaccia was very good. For dessert we had the chocolate lava cake. There was no lava, just a somewhat dry center. The view of the Bellagio was very nice

This is the second time I have had my birthday meal at Giada and it was phenomenal!! Our server was Juan and he went above and beyond to ensure my birthday was nothing short of perfection. We had the Cacio e Pepe bucatini with grilled chicken breast for two. It is served in a Pecorino Romano cheese wheel and it was out of this world amazing. In all of our travels around the world, including Italy, this is probably the best meal I've ever eaten. I also cannot say enough about the Tiramisu...I'm stuck on WOW because it leaves you speechless. Our table was next to the windows which were open so we could take in the sights and sounds of Vegas while we dined. I would give more stars if Tripadvisor would allow it!

The service is simply amazing at this restaurant! Upon arrival, we were immediately seated as we had a made a reservation on Open Table. We had two servers who continually waited on us, interacted with us and seemed to enjoy our being at their restaurant. My wife had lemon spaghetti and I had the filet. Both meals were fixed to perfection. For our appetizer we had the margarita pizza/flat bread. The taste was fantastic; however, the edges were overcooked by maybe 10-20 seconds. Without us even saying a word, our server told us he took this off our bill as he was not happy with how our appetizer looked. WOW! Awesome attention to detail. We both had dessert and they were delicious. On our last visit we had a great server that we loved. We asked for him only to find out that he had moved to Colorado to open his own restaurant. Our server gave us his contact info so that we could visit him in Colorado. I mention this only because this is the type of interaction and personal attention that the servers give at Giada. We highly recommend this as a wonderful date night restaurant with personality.

I ate here with a a small group from work. We had a large charcuterie, arancini, and individual entrees before dessert. The charcuterie was good, with plenty of variety. I wish there were more cheese options on it. I thought it was heavy on the meat, olives, and fruit. While all of it was good, my preference is for the cheese offerings. The arancini were also good, with a lighter and thin crispy coating. My entree was good, with a spicy kick to it. The server did not offer additional parmesan or pepper, though there was a very large red pepper grinder nearby. I had a scoop of Bailey's straciatella and chocolate gelato for dessert. The flavor and chocolate shavings in the Bailey's were soooo good! The chocolate was rich but not as creamy as I was expecting. Overall, the meal was good with plenty of options to suit a variety of preferences. I have had other italian that I enjoyed more than this, and would probably not go out of my way to get here again. The hotel that it was located in added a nice ambiance and charm. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept. Staff were prompt and attentive.

We made the dinner reservation months in advance to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We've been here before and was looking forward to a great anniversary dinner and experience. The first bit of bad experience was the young girl at the reception desk. She was obnoxious and snotty. She proceeded to tell us that if we wanted a window seat that it would cost us an extra $25 per person. This was never shown or commented when we made the reservation. When I asked her "why" she pretty much ignored me. The waitress manager did apologize and removed the charge from the bill, but the experience was already damaged. The food was good but not as good as we remembered. Our waiter and his assistant were very helpful and friendly. But, I don't think we will come back. Not for the price that we paid.

I love Giada and make a lot of her recipes. I especially love making her lemon shrimp spaghetti dish, so when in Vegas, I knew I had to try it. I had the sangria which was a decent size, the artichokes for an app, which were DELICIOUS, and the lemon shrimp spaghetti. I didn't taste much lemon in the spaghetti and it was richer than the one I'm used to, but it was still good. The artichokes were out of this world, though. It was very pricey...for my drink, app, and pasta, it cost me around $90. The restaurant was pretty and has a scenic view of the strip.

Beautiful, fine dining restaurant. Hot tea was fabulous as was the bread and charcuterie board. But that was it. Main meals weren't that great. Over cooked steak, chicken, veal, risotto and cold pasta. This restaurant is beautiful with attentive, experienced servers. Just needs to step it up in the kitchen. Oh, one more thing. The smashed potatoes added side portion is huge and is way to rich etc. to eat. If ordering, just order one and the table can share.

Skip this place if you want good Italian food. Their food is really NOT good. You go here for 2 things - the appetizer bread plate and the gelato. Their bread board is really great - 3 different breads that get a good covering of olive oil served with different oils, salts, etc - its REALLY good!! Same with the Gelato. The actual food though is bad. Their pork chop is dry as dry can be with no sauce. It was painful to eat. We also got a pasta - Rigatoni - came out cold and overall not good, at all. It tasted processed when its supposedly homemade - this is like bad olive garden food. In short - go there for a glass of wine and either some Bread or Gelato - otherwise - don't go!!!

Food was delicious. Drinks were also very good. Excellent service. The waiter made recommendations that made the visit more enjoyable - he also brought out a special dessert for the birthday celebration.

Great location, great food, great service. The bread board and the bruschetta were great starters. We had the signature lemon spaghetti with shrimp and the orecchiette Bolognese, both of which were so delicious. And just the right portions too. But save room for dessert and try the special dessert soufflé. When we were there, it was a pistachio soufflé, but I understand they change it up. It was like pillowy bites of heaven! Can't wait to go back and try some of the other dishes next time!

Lovely atmosphere and lots of wait staff who seem a bit unorganized. I love Giada and her recipes but it felt more mid level chain food than I was hoping. The bright lights from the hotel next door really ruined the ambiance. I was hoping for more.

Giada's was so good! The restaurant is beautiful, the staff is warm and friendly, and the food was incredible. I got the tasting menu with wine pairings. Every single course was perfect and I loved how the waiter explained why each wine worked with the course I was being served. My wife got the Caceo e Pepe which comes in a cheese wheel. Incredible! We actually thought about canceling our next night's reservation and going back. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal! Everything from the staff when we walked in to the moment we left was exceptional. We arrived early to our reservation and enjoyed a delicious cocktail at the bar. Staff notified us immediately when our table was available and didn’t rush us to sit down. Service was great through the entirety of our experience. Food was divine. We were beyond ecstatic that they had several gluten free options, including fresh pasta as my boyfriend has celiac. We both did the tasting menu and are so glad we did. We both enjoyed our food and would love to return.

We came to have a family brunch and we wasn't disappointed. -The Giada's fresh pastry assortment was an exciting and enjoyable experience in taste. So, we order it twice. What a perfect surprise dish is the polenta waffle.Excellent hearty dish in a cosy atmosphere. But, the spaghetti pomodoro with meat ball was to cook. Not "al dente"Big mistake... The pizza for the kids was good enough . The Giada's sangria with prosecco, fresh limon strawberry and mint syrup was a blast.Very original, refreshing and sweet.Thank you.

It's a lot of hype for subpar food. I wanted something light. So, I ordered a salad with chicken. The salads I get from the gas station was better than this one. The service and show are all hyped up as well. This is more of an experience than it is enjoyable eating. This is typical Vegas eating.

Probably one of the greatest meals from start to finish, I've ever had. And I've traveled the world eating everything, everywhere. The tortellini tasted like I knew the pasta was made and rolled that day. The bartender made me the *PERFECT* Pimms Cup, atmosphere was classy and understated but at the same time, so fun. I'm still floating from that meal over a year later. Salut, Giada!

Spent Christmas 2022 here loved it. 2023 not so much. We have been bragging about the restaurant for a year. Huge let down. Food was cold whe it arrived to table. 4/5 dishes came out. One was absent. Yes they took 20% off the bill but I would have rather spent the money for a better experience. We would not recommend after this experience. Sad. We absolutely loved it last year.

Frist time here. Nice location overlooking the strip if you can get a window table. We did the 4 course tasting meal with wine pairings. Overall it was very good. The signature spaghetti was the highlight but the halibut and short rib were also stand outs. The wine pairing were decent but with generous (nearly full glass) pours. Really the only let down was the host stand which literally tried to give us the worst table in the place for the first and second options until I insisted on something else.

I had dined at Giada about 7 or 8 years ago and was super impressed, so I wanted to try it again, hoping we would have the same experience. I wasn't disappointed. The service here is stellar. Our server, Lauren, was absolutely amazing. She was warm, funny, informative - just a top notch server who just made our evening there so enjoyable. Our dinners - salmon and the filet - were just delicious. Cocktails were very good. I'm glad I returned; we had a really lovely evening there.

This place is very pretty. The staff was nice. The food is very average and criminally priced given how average the food is. The Chicken Parm at over $30 did not come with pasta. And there is no side dish of pasta offered, so the only way to have pasta with it is to order another entree for $28. The chicken parm was tasty, but no better than your neighborhood Italian restaurant that sells it for $18... and serves it with spaghetti. The salads are $18 without protein and the proteins start at $15 for chicken, so that's over $30 for a salad with DRY grilled chicken. If you want shrimp on your salad, you only get 2 for $20. The The Arugula salad was fine, nothing special. The Caesar salad was very good, but again insanely over priced.

We made reservations and paid for the window seats. It was worth it. Everything we ate was thoughtfully curated and full of flavor. Our server, Billy, was exceptional.

We had a date night and dined here after seeing O at the Bellagio, it was perfect. The show finished and we walked over for late reservation. The restaurant was close to full, but we got a lucky table with the best view on the strip. I can't say enough about the service, fantastic and top notch. Pasta entrees were great, and the desert was out of this world. I would return.

Very open and inviting atmosphere with a large window overlooking the Bellagio fountains. Very good menu mostly northern Italian. Outstanding service. The meatball appetizer was our favorite!

I am furious. We made reservations in May when we decided to go to the Formula 1 race. We made a reservation at Giada's because it was close to Paris, and we thought it would be fun to try it. I actually had to talk my husband into it. We chose to pay an additional $50 to reserve a seat by the window. They called this evening, October 13th, about one month out, and told us our reservation was cancelled. Apparently, they decided to charge $500 per person for an "experience." I'm glad someone will enjoy their "experience." If I would have known this months ago, I would have booked another restaurant. Believe me, it's not so much that I really wanted to try her food, I just can't believe they would treat customers that way. It's outrageous. They didn't even offer a discount on the $500 per person ticket to make things right. I worked in public affairs for over 20 years, and I can assure you, if I was running the show, I would have had a way to make it up to the customer as a good faith effort. I don't care if it is the best food in the world. I will never go to this restaurant after being treated this way.

Wonderful evening at Giada. Didn’t pay for the window seat, but enjoyed a 180 degree step-up view of the strip and the dancing water at the Bellagio through the wall of floor to ceiling windows. Our server, David was friendly and genuine as he shared what were his favorites when we asked. These did not disappoint! I had the chicken Marsala. I wanted to lick the plate after the chicken, asparagus, and mushrooms were done. Gnocchi was an added pleasure in the creamy sauce. My husband had the lobster ravioli with a side of scallops that was equally as scrumptious.

My wife and I have watched Giada, and enjoyed her show. We decided to treat ourselves when we came to Vegas and reserved a table for 2 very simple process on line . Checked in and was seated right on time by a pleasant hostess. We had looked at the menu before coming so the prices were not a surprise. We ordered Sangria which was outstanding and an arugula salad to share. Main coarse we chose the bone in rib-eye for 2 again outstanding taste. My wife likes medium well and I like rare so this cut was perfect , they serve sliced. The middle slices were to my taste and the outer slices were perfect fort my wife. Along with this we had the signature potatoes, good but way too much to eat. Finished with coffee, never felt rushed . An excellent date night but you can’t visit with a low budget …

We were the first seating of the day for Brunch on Saturday, which was awesome - highly recommend a 9 am reservation. We got a beautiful booth with a great view of the strip, and pretty much had the entire section to ourselves. The food was delicious, as was expected, but the service was above and beyond, which was a lovely surprise. Our server waited for me to cut into my steak to make sure it was how I wanted it, and even though it was cooked how I ordered it, it was redder than I meant it to be, and the server whisked it back to get it where I wanted it, which I really appreciated. Also, none of us ever reached the bottom of a glass, our beverages were constantly refilled by a vigilant team of servers. Whatever you order, definitely get the pastry assortment to start, that was a universal hit.

Dining at Giada's was one of our many highlights of our trip to Las Vegas. The food was outstanding as was the service. We started with the stuffed dates. My husband had the salmon for an entree. I had the scallops and risotto. And we finished with Tiramisu. We loved every bite!

Amazing experience from start to finish. We were seated by the window and had an amazing view of the fountain throughout our dinner. To start, the meatballs, which were excellent and then the waiter was kind enough to customise a dish for us for the main course which was delicious. Highly recommend the butternut squash pasta. The pudding was slightly underwhelming compared to the main course but it was still tasty. Very friendly waitress, Lauren, made the whole experience enjoyable and special. Highly recommend!!

I was looking forward to visiting the restaurant and ended up being disappointed. I don't know why, if it was because we arrived late .. but the service is terrible. The only good person is the guy at the bar. We ordered spaghetti with shrimp in Giada's lemon sauce and it had no flavor, no sauce... terrible! We don't like it! And scallops with risotto, that one was a little more appetizing. I don't know if it's worth what we spent. A shame, because I love watching Giada on TV!

This is a very nice restaurant with good, but not great food. The service was excellent. The appetizer we ordered was very good, but the pasta dishes we ordered were mediocre. I had the Lemon Spaghetti and it was OK, but the Rigatoni my wife ordered lacked flavor.

The food was as amazing as we remembered from years ago. The lemon spaghetti did not disappoint. Our waiter and busboy were on top of it and amazing the entire time. We had quite a disappointing experience with the host though. When we checked in, she asked my name and didn't say anything before talking to the next group, who she took back immediately. We had a reservation even. Then when we were leaving she came across as annoyed that we were in the path she wanted to walk.

From the moment our party of 8 entered the expansive dining room of Giada, we were treated to the finest of elegant dining experiences. Our waiter (Rocco) was professional, personable, and attentive. All the food was delicious, and the wine options were plentiful. Giada gets four stars (instead of five) only because it’s louder than we had hoped and a bit pricey - even for Las Vegas, where everything is overpriced.

The restaurant itself is nice. The chairs comfortable but my coat fell off my chair several times. The table next to us had her shawl on the floor and someone else with their purse on the floor because the seats too wide to drape a coat over and have no middle so unless you keep you item next to you, it falls out the back of the chair. The staff.is extremely attentive but the price of the food is a bit much for what you get and it's nothing to write hone about. I had the lemon spaghetti with 2 large shrimp at 37.99, I had baby peppers with goat cheese and olive bits for 15 99 and a coke for 7 and a apple desert for 15.99. The spaghetti was good, the shrimp a little chewy. The baby peppers with goat cheese were not easy to cut and the goat cheese just flowed out like lava so not a successful dish. My desert was okay, but nothing special. I gove it 4 out of 5 for service but I wouldn't return at these prices for okay, can find better, food.

I wanted to enjoy this restaurant so much and while the food was delicious, our waiter totally ruined our experience. He was very pretentious and so unbelievably rude to us. I felt very uncomfortable and low class because of how we were treated.

The restaurant is located upstairs inside the Cromwell Hotel near the Flamingo Casino. We had the salmon plate and the scallops. Both excellent! Service was first class! Reservations strongly recommended. This is a very popular place for good reason!

Had a reservation for dinner in Giada midweek. We arrived minutes ahead of our reservation time. We were asked to wait in the bar until our table was ready. The menu selection had some unique offerings, as well as typical Italian fare. There was also a special tasting menu. Our server didn’t appear pleased when we failed to order wine. When pouring water for my wife he was rushed and spilt water over the edge of the glass onto the table. He neither apologized nor returned to dry up the spill. This is not the level of service one would associate with or expect from a high end restaurant. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. Food: 5 Service: 2 - see above Atmosphere: 4 Value for money: 4

I had been saving for a meal at Giada for a while. It was a bucket list meal I had been hoping for for years. I was seriously disappointed by the service and the food. The waiters coats were ill fitting and wrinkled; the portions were small and ridiculously expensive. A bottle of $20 grocery store wine was triple the price. The waiter kept hurrying us along in our meal wanting us to leave before we were ready. I am utterly disappointed and will never again go to one of her restaurants. Terrible experience.

My wife and I are extending 5 stars for Giada. We had a great window table overlooking Las Vegas Blvd. The Bellagio Fountains were in full view. Our meal began with the Shrimp Cocktail and bread plate. Ny wife had the lobster ravioli and I the scallop risotto. Both were excellent. Food arrived hot and delicious. The five stars was reached thanks to the superb service from our server Gary. He was attentive and gave excellent suggestions for food along the way. This is the main reason for our rating to 5 stars. Thanks again, Andrew

Giada's place is one of my favorite italian restaurants in vegas. Great food, service and atmosphere and we can waddle back to our room at the flamingo from here.

Second time back at this wonderful restaurant. We were seated right but the front window over looking the strip. Took a little palming from Joseph. Otherwise we would of been in the back in the corner. We had a reservation still waited half hour. The waiter who was from Brooklyn was superb and funny as well. The meal was excellent. Caesar salad , meat ball were delicious. The pork chop which I had was great. Joseph had the veal chop with arugula over it. He said was great .Frankie had the penne Ragu He didn’t care for it at all. They took it off the bill. Desert I had the cheesecake of cannoli filling and a cannoli on top, wow fabulous It was great

It would be a 5 out of 5 but the service was super lackluster. The food was spectacular and the pictures will speak for themselves! Highly recommend (other than the lackluster service experience).

Tourist trap! If you want an expensive, bland, luke-warm meal in a very loud restaurant, served by unattended waitstaff focused on upselling and rushing you....have at it!

Reservations are pretty much mandatory at this popular spot. Large open room with white jacketed waiters. For an extra $25 per person you can sit at a table with a view of the Bellagio fountains. Started with charcuterie board - pleasantly surprised the small board was more than enough for the 4 of us. We had the branzino (excellent might be the best I’ve had) chicken piccata (excellent) the signature lemon spaghetti and a salad. The lemon spaghetti was not what I expected - was like an Alfredo sauce with lemon and was served with prawns. Wasn’t bad just not a fave. Everything else I would happily have again.

Excellent food and service. Just came for Wine and dessert the first trip but had to come back 2 days later for dinner because we were so impressed! Amazing strip views, super attentive and friendly staff! Beyond pleased with the food quality, taste and amount. Worth the price point for sure! A must do when in Vegas!

Been there 3 times this year and it goes down a little each time, this last time was even worse. Service and Staff are great, the food is the problem every time this last time was probably my last unless I hear they are back to where they were before

Server didn't bother to give us the full menu until we asked for it. Server was also incredibly curt and seemed rushed. He ruined the whole atmosphere. Giada seems to have a poor work environment, which trickles down to the guests who are naturally expecting an enjoyable evening. Expected much more for spending nearly $300 for 2 people on food alone, before alcohol. Do yourself a favor and go to the Wynn Buffet for less than half the price. Yes, I am saying that a BUFFET had a much better atmosphere, and better food too!
Nice food with great views
The food was nice, service was good, we got free upgrade to the strip view table which was nice ( I didn’t know you had to pay extra) overly nice experience but will probably try different place next time.
