Get those cowboy boots on!

By Karen J |

What a fantastic bar. Visitors from UK and loved it, atmosphere great, loved watching line dancing wish we had more of it at home. The lady compare for the bull riding competition was so funny absolutely loved her. Highly recommend bar

Worst night of my life

By Isaac B |

Went to meet up with friends, was met with terrible service and was made to feel very unwelcome, highly!! highly!! Don't recommend!!! I never want to visit Las Vegas again!

Very very good

By Oscar Ceballos |

One of the best pulled pork sliders I have ever tried Fair prices and really good service Disnt expect much, but came out completely satisfied A very good location with good views to the strip

Texas sized portions

By Allison M |

Great atmosphere, lots of choices on the menu. Portions are very large. We had enough leftover for another meal. Chicken salad was great!

Food Review

By Christine Grace C |

Ordered baby back ribs... worse ribs I’ve ever had. No side dishes for the price we paid it was OVERPRICED! Not value for money!!!

Just Plain Awful

By Davis R |

I hate to review like this but the food was so bad and the fact that it was over-priced really upset me. The server was great so I didn't take away from her. The menu options were disappointing so I ordered a Brisket sandwich with fries. First bite gave me a mouth full of mold on the bun. I tried the fries. Hard, cold, and stale were the fries as if they had been sitting out all day! My bill was about $56. Very unfair and I felt cheated.

BBQ and Drinks at TI

By ALEX P |

Fun place. Good view of treasure Island and Las Vegas Blvd. action. Waitress staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall was OK and expensive but a nice evening. Drinks poured with a heavy hand. Looks like the bar with dancing could be fun.

Charging more than posted

By Lori W |

We come from out of state and this is the first time we were overcharged. Web site says for Friday you call it specials for Titos and Jack and we ordered those and were charged $20.00 more for our total than should have been. We asked the bartender and he said web site not updated . We paid and left.

Scratched from our list

By Keith M |

Have stopped here every time in Vegas for a casual meal along the strip, sitting barside by the window. Prbly our last time. Service was good but food was marginal and the drink prices have skyrocketed. 12 oz. bottle of beer was $10, Tito's and water served in a normal hi-ball glass was $17 (some ridiculous notation about "ultra high call" listed on the bill) and a margarita served in a plastic beer glass also $17. Just offering feedback to the property because there are many similar options offering a better experience at more reasonable costs.

This place will be out of business soon with what was served.

By Mateo Ibanez |

Mickey must be rolling in his grave. The food is subpar. The sauce is the only thing that kept the food tolerable. Brisket has no flavor. Only bright spot was our waitress.

Meh, not my first choice

By Matthew M |

We arrived late late after going from Treasure Island to Hooter's and back. Late night menu was in affect and specials on drinks were off the table. So so experience. Waitress didn't seem interested in us and the food was just okay quality. But for no restaurants really being open at 11pm at night, it got us through. Music was fun I guess. Wouldn't go back

Not very good BBQ

By WhereintheUSisMikey |

We ate at Gilley’s located inside Treasure Island hotel and casino and we were disappointed because the BBQ wasn’t that great. We ordered the meat trio and the Brisket was good but the Pulled Pork and Baby Back Ribs were not . The atmosphere is good and the waitress was good and had a great personality but she did forget my drink. There are so many restaurants in Vegas so I probably won’t be back but who knows I might give them another try.

Felt like being back in Texas

By SJ M |

Love the music, fun to watch the dancers. Good drink deals. They passed out free samples of Tennessee Honey and it was great.

Huge Pretzel

By Curt K |

I stopped into Gilley's for a snack. I ordered the pretzel, it was huge. It came with two dipping sauces, which enhanced the flavor. I enjoyed myself here.

Lots of fun

By doncusick |

Great "scene", a really fun place to hang out and drink. I've never tried the food so can't comment on that, but the bartenders are friendly and pour great cocktails!

A great night dancing to the countru music band

By joannehurley |

A great night dancing in the bar. My son loved the bull and we enjoyed the country music. We did not eat there but the food was typical burger/chicken and chips type of food and it was expensive.

Funny!!!

By Albuva |

We went on Tuesday night, October 14, there weren't many people, but there was Karaoke and a lot of people went up to sing and we all started dancing because there was a really good Mood, really fun place!!!

The food is good but the service is slow

By Eltjen |

We enjoyed the food, although expensive, and the openness of the restaurant (we sat at outside on the street side so there was plenty of people watching). LOL! The waitstaff and bartenders are slow to serve and they weren't busy, just a little lazy. They seemed to want to joke around with each other more than wait on their tables. We started at the bar but the bartender was just so grumpy that we decided to leave then came back for food to give it another try. The bus boys were friendly and quick to get our drinks but the waitstaff was slow after that.

BBQ ribs are great

By 2013lovinglife |

Service was good as well as the food. Drink prices were high but then everything on the strip is . The ribs are delicious .

Accessibility

By Lelson |

Horrible guest services and not a place a handicapped individual can sit and have a drink in saloon area! Went to enjoy a few drinks with friends, one of which is in a wheelchair, but every table is a pub type high table in the saloon area. When we asked the hostess if there were any low tables so she could sit with us, her response was "Can't she just sit in her chair". Seriously?? How humiliating and inappropriate. How difficult would it be to add a few low tables in that area as we were not eating and didn't want to sit in restaurant area. Disappointed that Gilleys doesn't think of individuals in wheelchairs so they can enjoy drinks with friends! I think the staff needs some sensitivity training!! I gave them a 1 but really deserve a 0 in my book!

Fabulous brisket. Get the

By Adventurer439640 |

Fabulous brisket. Get the beans as a side. Fun and friendly waitress. Great location on the strip. Great people watching.

Over priced for below average meal

By frumtx |

The BBQ comes with sauce on it, smothered in it. We did not care for it, they have other sauces you can add but what is the point when you already have it on there? We ordered the macaroni as one of the sides, nothing special could make it at home. The muffin that came with the meal was hard as a rock!!! Service was poor, there were only 2 other tables-no reason for this. The brisket didn't even look like meat and tasted like cardboard.

Fun Dance Floor.

By America Beach Man |

Excellent service from the Beautiful Gilley's girls Adrienne and Kacie. Locals night on Monday, but they were kind enough to allow out of towners too. DJ is terrific. We were bummed we missed Bikini Bull Riding on Sunday. Must check it out in the future.

What a joke!! Nothing like the website

By Bill |

This what happens when you don’t have a manager. I can’t say the service was bad because there wasn’t any. The are two rooms the restaurant and saloon. And the service didn’t exist in either. After booking a table in the saloon online We were seated in the restaurant then after I asked why it didn’t look like the website we were taken to the saloon and left standing in the door for 10 minutes. The Gillies Girls or wait staff looked nothing like the website although we did see one later in the night. After 48 minutes we finally got a drink wow they really lowered the bar. Value for money no $67 USD gets you two drinks, nachos and buffalo wings. There was so much ice that there was very little drink. We couldn’t eat the all the food because it was terrible. We came to learn to line dance at 7:00pm that was just tragic great for the over 70s. Avoid this place

Absolutely terrible food

By Lex N |

Absolutely terrible food ! Ordered the fried chicken which was really dry and the brisket which was so over cooked it was inedible. The chef just said that's how he cooked it. Ended up with a pulled pork bun, and the bottom of the bread was soggy and sticky???. Just eat elsewhere! The server was very embarrassed, I felt for her ! All for $100 ! Oh and the lady on the desk was rude and miserable!

Nice place to have a couple drinks

By Brandon W |

Right in the middle of the strip. Nice bluegrass country theme bar/restaurant. Nice views of the strip and the food was great. Nice place to get away from the sometimes chaos on the streets. A must go to for a couple of drinks

COVID confused

By Jeremy Fuller |

We were duped into buying a souvenir boot mug that was refillable. And then when we went back we were told it cannot be refilled due to Covid. They should either offer some other type of refill in a regular cup or take it off the menu. Food is pretty good but this left a bad taste in my mouth

Poor

By Gareth T |

Empty restaurant but because I was solo didn’t want to seat me and made it hard work verging on rude. I will not be returning.

Great service

By Irene S |

We sat at the bar for quicker service and the bartenders were fantastic. They were attentive and chatted it up with us. We had a couple of drinks and an appetizer. It was called Texas Nacho Grande and we couldn't even finish it.

Horrible! Made reservations

By Gurleygirl71 |

Horrible! Made reservations due to COVID restrictions. The temp outside was nice and cool. The temp in the restaurant was HOT. Food was ok. Not great. We assumed that we made reservations for both restaurant and bar hence the name of the place. When we were finished with our meals- we headed over to the other side (bar/saloon). The doorman told us we were not allowed inside. He didn’t give us a reason- and when we told him that the waitress said we could go ahead and take our beers with us etc. he would not hear of it. Very very rude. Then after going back and forth with him- he seemed to have understood we had reservations, etc. so he let us in. Within a few minutes of sitting down- he comes over and starts yelling at us to leave immediately. I’m 50 years old and have never been treated like that, nor have I been kicked out of an establishment. I will make sure my experience is told and reviewed by those who are thinking of visiting Gilley’s (which originated in Texas). Thanks, Pattie from Texas

Tasty Food in Prime Location

By Dave L |

We had dinner here on Wednesday evening in May at 7p. No wait. Service was very good. We had pulled pork BBQ, Veggie Burger, Broccolini, grits. For drinks we had Margarita and Pina Colada. Location is right in from of TI Hotel, on the LV strip. Everything was very good and we'd go back again.

SIZE MATTERS! :)

By Agriffin x |

I came solo to this place to eat, I waited 20mins for a table, not bad as people behind me was to wait 45mins.. Great atmoshphere and friendly service.. I got the nacho grande and OH MY they were everything I dreamed! Delish!! HUGE portion, tastey chilli and cheese.. YUM! Will definitley visit again !

It was entertaining….:

By Mer1001 |

We visited Gilleys on a Thursday evening after dinner. They had a band playing and while on break they had a bull riding competition taking place amongst the patrons. There is nothing fancy about this place. They have a large bar, dance floor and many tables to eat and drink at. We hung out long enough to finish a bucket of beers and 2 mixed drinks. If you like country music it’s an average country bar.

Worst BBQ I have ever had

By gkbook520 |

I had a combo of brisket and baby back ribs. The brisket was tolerable. The ribs were tough and flavorless. Worst bbq I have ever had. Coleslaw was good.

Their marketing is better than the venue!

By cforan |

Their marketing is better than the venue! We were expecting a country dinner/dance and entertainment experience with the cowgirls all over their marketing. The food was very poor, we were sat in the side extension with zero atmosphere, when we finally went to the main setting, the band was good, but we were just sat watching some old f*rts trying to remember a wooden routine!! Save yourself the effort & money, there’s better food at tgi Fridays

Great baby back bbq ribs

By Anna L |

Great ambiance… don’t miss the baby back bbq ribs, real Texas smoky flavor…strawberry cheesecake is also very good! Step in the bar and have a little dance before you leave!

Good Music & Food

By Realclubtraveler |

Good food. Drinks are pricey! $9 bottle beer, but the entire hotel is pricey, so to be expected. The best part about Gilley’s is the music was free every time we went. The Garage Boys band was awesome!

Worth it

By Ussubforce |

Stopped in unannounced 5pm New Years Eve and was sat promptly. The server was friendly and had good timing. I enjoyed the recommended blueberry lemonade cocktail while waiting for my brisket filet. It was a cool way to serve brisket. I had the mac and cheese and cream corn for the side, and both were good. Vegas prices but worthwhile.

A Wild and Good Time

By dms_563 |

Came in for dinner. I sat at the bar (on a saddle). The service was great. A full rack of ribs with a couple sides was excellent. The live band was also really good.

Yeehaw

By iamanalice |

Have been here before and it was just as much of a laugh this time. Enjoy watching people up line dancing and enjoying themselves. Never ate here before but drink prices are ok compared to many other bars. Would visit here again

Great Country Music Venue

By amorace |

Always a great spot to grab a beer and listen to country music. Bands, Large Dance floor, Bull riding. They are always trying to keep it fun

Fun atmosphere

By Jill M |

Nice menu selection. Restaurant/bar is divided off into 2 separate areas. In evening, bar area has really fun, dj and line dancing, it's total fun! Lots of people dancing! I love bbq. I was debating between a couple of things on the menu. I asked the waitress what she recommended. Well, she didn't know, couldn't be bothered. No eye contact, didn't smile. I got the ribs and these are the only ribs in my life I haven't liked. Very smokey tasting. However, when she brought our check, she was beaming with a smile and so friendly.... Go figure.

Cool Atmosphere Bad Brisket

By ccarlson2022 |

Came here for dinner. My wife and I both ordered the brisket with brocollini. Veggie was excellent, one of the best I’ve had. The brisket had too much sauce on it and both of our cuts were extremely fatty. More fat than meat which was quite disappointing. Service was good and 5 stars. Food was 1 star.

Don’t go. Bad food and bad service

By Jana G |

Worst food I’ve ever had in Vegas. The giant pretzel was good although the mustard was too sweet but thankfully came with cheese dip also. The green chili tortilla soup looked like a really thick gravy with chicken. It was edible but just barely. Service was horrible also.

Ok

By Hawk0821 |

The bar and the overall scene was cool. The service was good. The food was terrible. The pulled pork sliders were dry, they only had sauce on top and the buns were soggy. The half roast chicken was bland.

Terrible service

By beckymiranda86 |

Visited here Saturday night were seated quickly without a reservation and all went downhill from there ordered a coke, Diet Coke and a cocktail only received the Diet Coke after 10 minutes another waitress came over to take our order we placed our order and explained we hadn’t received our other drinks she brought over the coke and a few minutes later the cocktail which she basically dropped on the table which I had to use the napkins to clean up we got our food quickly the waitress came to check everything was ok I asked for mayonnaise and I never saw the waitress again or the mayonnaise for that!!! Our plates were taken away we were not asked if everything was ok after 15 minutes a waiter put our bill on the table not offer of anymore drinks or refills or dessert!!! The service is shocking we are in Las Vegas for 16 nights and eating twice a day at restaurants and this was the worst by far the food is good but totally let down by the service from 4 different waiters!! Would not recommend and will not be returning!!!

Delicious Nachos

By KeyWest Mama |

We stopped in to Gilly’s and ordered drinks and pulled pork nachos. The nachos were delicious and very filling and more than enough for the two of us. My only complaint was there was not enough pulled pork on the nachos but the cheese and all the other toppings ratio was delicious

Don't expect a great experience here

By sweetpea2468 |

Had a reservation for 20 on June 15th to celebrate a wedding. The person, Sal, who I originally made the reservation with and who I was told at the time was the manager, was informed that we'd have a wedding cake to serve at dinner that evening. Sal never said anything about a $100 "serving fee" or anything about not being able to accommodate "outside food" in the restaurant. On the day of the event, my sister-in-law picked up the 2 VERY small cakes (they were each 6 inches round, each in their own small box), attempted to drop them off at Gilley's about an hour before our reservation, but she was given a hard time about it. Apparently the new woman "manager" said it would be a $100 serving fee as they weren't supposed to take in or serve "outside food." Ok, well, if they didn't want to do it and it was "illegal" to have outside food in their restaurant, they should have simply said no and we would have taken the cakes up to our room for serving later. However, the Gilley's staff ended up taking the cakes to their cooler to be served at the end of our meal. I thought everything had been settled via my sister-in-law. For our reservation, they seated us on the glassed in patio area, but instead of one table, they split our large party into two. Due to space issues, I suppose I could see this, but they weren't really that busy and it made for difficult conversations among our family and friends. Don't expect the scantily-clad Gilley's girls they have on their website, either. All the servers were dressed in jeans and ratty tee shirts. Our waitress appeared to be the only one waiting on the tables in the patio section, so she had difficulty keeping up overall, but she did her best. I can't imagine what she would have done if the patio area had been any busier. I do give her kudos for handling our tables as well as she did, under the circumstances. When it came time to serve the cakes, our waitress and another female server brought the cakes out, still in the boxes, set them down along with some bowls, and left for about five minutes. We were a bit confused, but waited. Just as we were about to get up and serve the cakes ourselves, the second server reappeared with a knife. After cutting the cakes (and dropping one slice on the floor), she simply placed each cut slice in the bowl, on the table. There was no serving involved here. We had to pass out the cakes ourselves to each guest who wanted one. About ten minutes later I asked our waitress for the manager as I wanted to talk about how disappointing the cake serving was, the second server, who had cut the one cake and dropped a slice on the floor, appeared before me. When I mentioned how the cake was served, she was rude and told me they don't allow outside food, even cakes, in the restaurant and they shouldn't have served it anyway. I told her that when I had made the reservation with Sal, the manager back in February/March, when I made the reservation, Sal never said anything about it when it had been mentioned, she said she didn't even know who Sal was. Apparently Sal wasn't there any longer, but the rudeness by this new manager was intolerable. She said since they shouldn't have had outside food there they were going to charge us $100 to "serve" the cakes, but since she had dropped a slice she had lowered the fee to $45. I appreciated the dropping of cost of the "serving fee," but there really was no "serving" involved in them plopping 12 slices of cake into bowls and leaving them on the table. As a bride coming in right after my wedding, it was extremely disappointing to have my cake brought to the table still in the box. So much for one of the great highlights of a wedding dinner. Next time, Gilley's, please just turn away the cakes and if this really is the rule here at this establishment, don't make exceptions if that is the way the customer will be treated afterwards. The food was ok. I wouldn't give any rave review about the food at all. None of the guests felt the food was anything to rave about. It was mediocre. That evening there was supposed to be line dancing classes in the dance/bar area at 7, but when we went from the patio to the dance floor there was only about 6 people dancing on the dance floor. No one seemed to be in charge or giving directions for line dancing, so we had a few beers while listening to some music, and then all left.

Giant Portions!

By VTer24 |

My wife and I decided to have lunch here. Service was quick and very accommodating as they placed us with a perfect view of the LV Strip. My pulled pork sandwich was huge and delicious. The medium heat bb sauce was excellent. Waitress was attentive and would bring refills of water w/o having to be asked. Great meal that is perfect for a big appetite.

Giant portions, good hearty food

By Lisa O |

We ate here twice while we stayed at Treasure Island, once for dinner and once for lunch. We ended up getting the same thing both times, which were giant BBQ burgers with fries. They were tasty and very filling. Given the high prices in Vegas, they were affordable. There is extra BBQ sauce at the table for extra flavor too. It was nice to sit and watch people walking by on the strip and it was away from the smoke of the casino, so that was nice.

Good Place to Stop and Eat

By Crista B |

We stopped for a quick lunch and were happy. The waitstaff was friendly and the food was good. A bit over priced, but that's expected in Vegas.

Everyone in our group of five said that the food was not very good. The pork on sandwiches was overcooked and dry. Not a grea

By Mike H |

The food was overcooked and dry. Little flavor and just not a great experience. We stopped here for dinner before the Mystere show. Wish we passed.

Business Drinks

By wheatonnitz |

Very loud, but very fun. Service was good and the drinks were even better. Good entertainment watching people ride the bull, but not for me. I would go back.

Very average and our worst meal on the strip due to service and food

By Steve B |

Our poorest meal on the strip unfortunately. For a number of reasons starting with poor service (could not understand the person who didn’t make any effort to be understandable) and then the food which was average but really nothing special. The view of the strip was pretty good, as this restaurant is outside of the hotel, but this didn’t make up for things and this was our worst meal of our stay in vegas. An average meal and nothing more.

Try the back door

By TailgaterTray |

If you want to see the Gilley's featured on all the billboards and graphics, enter through the Treasure Island entrance. That's the entrance on the opposite side of the street. The street entrance only gives you a standard BBQ/burger place. The Treasure Island side gives you the dance floor and hot waitresses. If you go in on the street side, they don't ask you where you prefer to sit, you're taken to the street side. The food is good and plentiful.

Just Ok!

By AlexH |

Went here for drinks one evening after hearing and seeing good things about it. Sadly we were all disappointed perhaps we just came at the wrong time. The live music and bar with bucking bronco is free entry before 9pm $10 after. We didn't want to pay the $10 as we're a party of 9. Just wanted a quick drink. Staff seemed to not like us from the beginning. When we arrived and said we just wanted drinks. The staff member seemed very unhappy and told us "yeah that's fine but we closing this part of the saloon soon head straight to bar and order" We sat outside some of our party smoke and vape. Lady came out and rudely told us no smoking said there was a sign. Which yes there was but only 1 very small in corner of window. We apologised we would never do that intentionally from that moment on she watched us like a hawk, Every 5 minutes coming out checking on us and making us all feel uncomfortable ended up spending about 20 mins here before leaving. Put us off paying entry into the main bar with live music.

Fun place with good food

By Doris M |

They accommodated a group of 6 friends with good service and good food along with good music. Relaxed atmosphere and casual.

Eww....just eww

By jaco0268 |

I would compare the chicken here to Banquet brand microwave chicken. Edible, but not worth your time and money. Gross....just gross

Great Bar

By Tom and Anne H |

Visited here a couple of times while in Las Vegas. We love it. Great atmosphere with great live music. Service was great. We just had snacks when we visited, and they were superb.

Pretty good

By atlanta1984 |

What first made me notice this spot is that it's right by Senor Frog's. Then I noticed they have ribs, which my husband likes, so it seemed like a good place to take him for his birthday. The ambiance is VERY relaxed, so don't come here in your full evening splendor. Most people were dressed in jeans and jerseys, so keep that in mind. The food was good, though and there is a nice view of the shop outside.

Pulled Pork Sandwich OK

By Chipperhigh2 |

Had lunch and a business meeting at Gilley's. Both of us ordered the pulled pork sandwich which came with a heap of french fries, The meat was OK and the sandwich was big enough for at least 2 people. Prices are high, but then you are on the Strip.

Good enough

By Sonny_circumvehor |

Maybe time to go.. No one knows Mickey gilley anymore.. For sure a good location to watch the world go by.. I've heard it's a great spot for formula One also.. Good, middle of the road.. But ok

Avoid this place. Bad BBQ. Poor Service

By Mac Brazel |

This place didn’t even come close to meeting our expectations. The Gilley’s Saloon is legendary for its top notch BBQ and contagiously friendly service. But the location in Treasure Island on the Las Vegas Strip is a disorganized mess with food that tastes like it got thrown away at the deli in a Walmart. I ordered the brisket fillet. Although there were various kinds of BBQ sauce on the table, the fillet came smothered in a dark alcoholic tasting sauce which I did not like. I’m okay with dishes that come smothered in sauce, but only when the menu mentions that, which this menu did not. Plus the whole fillet itself was tough, fibrous, and devoid of any Smokey flavor. It had no BBQ marks and didn’t resemble anything that had been in a smoker or on a BBQ grill. It was tough and wasn’t Judy. It literally tasted like an overdone pork chop that had been refrigerated all week and popped into a microwave. I also ordered the crème corn as one of my sides. The corn had peppers and slides in it which made it impossible to taste the crème or the corn. Once again, the peppers were not mentioned on the menu as part of the dish. When I brought the condition of the brisket fillet to the attention of my waitress, she was immediately dismissive and seemed in a hurry to take my plate away. She said I could have something else off the menu to try, so I selected the half of rotisserie chicken. That was mistake number two. The chicken turned out to be the only luke warm and was so dry and stringy, all the BBQ sauce in the world would save it. The waitress never came back to see if the chicken was okay and she never apologized or offered to have me address the matter with the manager. Instead she disappeared after dropping off the chicken and we ended up sitting there for 25 minutes with empty drinks and no contact with her. I finally flagged her down and asked for the bill to be brought over. She gave us 20% of everything, but they do that anyway for locals. The bill for three people was still $87, which was clearly excessive for lack of food quality. Overall this was an utterly terrible and dissatisfying dining experience. If you’re going to have a restaurant on the strip and associate under the name of Mickey Gilley, the least you can do is have great service and excellent tasting BBQ. This place really has neither. Instead, they serve dry, tasteless, and overcooked meals and have disrespectful and rude servers. This place is not at all worth your time, efforts or dollars to eat here. Hopefully it will close soon now that Mr. Gilley has passed away. If that happens, maybe we can get a better place to eat on the strip. Until that happens, I strongly recommend that you avoid this plate!

Rude inconsiderate staff

By Barrie P |

Very rude restaurant manager. We had 2 souvenir cocktails at $55. We then went to sit at a table to be told we weren't allowed as they were for dinners only despite the tables only 25% full. She said we had to sit out side in the 37 C heat. A good bar tender helped get the review up to 2 stars.

Gilly's Las Vegas

By robbie w |

I have never seen such rude people in my entire life. I'm from Texas and we don't treat people this way. My son and I waited over 30 mins without any one coming to our table. We tried to reach out to 3 different people that were all rude. I finally got up and asked for a manager and he didn't seem like he cared either. He didn't apologize but he did finally send over a server who was pleasant. The was actually pretty good.

Food, fun and line dancing!

By Sheila O |

Great food, great atmosphere and very nice staff, all in a country and western setting right on the strip. After our meal, we went to the bar to see line dancing and the mechanical bull, great fun! So good, we went back a second time.

The baked beans

By Orlando J |

Came to eat at Gilley's again. I know you're probably expecting a review highlighting the BBQ brisket, ribs or chicken, which were good, but I was impressed with the "baked beans w bacon and sausage". So flavorful. Not in a thick soup. Light soup, shreds of pork and sausage. A must try. I also enjoyed the BBQ chicken. Tender and moist. I especially like the crispiness of the chicken skin. Although small muffin size, the cornbread was great. Crispy muffin top, moist inside and sweet corn flavor. And that's all I gots to say bout that.

Give it a miss!

By Pday2013 |

The restaurant lacked atmosphere, the service was shoddy and the food was horrid and cold! This was the worst meal we had in Vegas and not surprised the place was empty! We were on vacation from London and suggest to any tourist to give this place a wide berth! There are many fantastic restaurants close by so don’t waste your time and money at Gilleys!

Good food poor service.

By Phil H |

Casual dining but left disappointed. Booked for two, arrived in plenty of time, but kept waiting for table in a less than quarter full diner. Service was sloppy, with no draft beer despite being available in adjacent bar. However food was hot and appetising with generous portions. Plates cleared while still eating. Bill thrust upon us as if they wanted to make table turn..........with only 4 tables occupied !!

Good, but not great

By Ahill77 |

Ordered the 40.00 prime rib, rare. It came out medium well! The thing was less than 1/4" thick. I will never eat hear again.

Great Food

By Kevin C |

We stopped at Gilley's for lunch and we were not disappointed. The waiting staff were very attentive and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Everyone was pleased with their meals. I would recommend reading here if you're in Vegas.

First time here

The food was good and so was the service. My girlfriend loves Urban Cowboy so this was a must stop for her. We will probably eat here again next time we are in Vegas

Very Good, Will Go Back

By Brenz23 |

We ordered the 5 meat choice meal. I think we should have done 4 as we couldn't finish it. The beef ribs were excellent as were the pork ribs and bbq chicken and pulled pork and brisket. The fries were crispy and not oily. The slaw just right. Fast and friendly service.

AMAZING HUGE BURGERS

By Laurie K |

We flew into Las Vegas first thing in the a.m. stayed at Treasure Island so we had to drop our bags until check in. We went out front of hotel and found Gilley's as we wanted to stay close till check in. Our server was Christian and he was great, however this other guy behind the bar walked around like he was God....some muscle head...not a good look. The place was big had a bar and tables looking over the street to people watch. We both ordered burgers that came with fries and a pickle. The burger was huge, juicy and delicious and the fries were very good not greasy at all. I thought the prices were good for Las Vegas, we enjoyed our lunch and time together was a good experience. They also have frozen drinks that looked thick and yummy but we were too full to get one

Don’t bother unless average is your thing

By TheladyLisa |

Impossible to park as a person with mobility issues. Had to valet park in Treasure Island then walk round in the rain. Seated in the doorway when there were better tables available. Service was disinterested at best, Food was ok but nothing special. No music, no entertainment just sports on tv, We asked if we could leave by the other exit nearest TI because of the rain. Server said yes. We walked the length of the restaurant (which doesn’t sound like much unless you have mobility issues). Smug server at other end watched us walk all the way there then announced that we’d have to turn round and use the other exit. She enjoyed doing it too and didn’t care that we’d been told otherwise. No reason I would ever return, there are far better, more enjoyable options everywhere else in Vegas.

Huge Portions

By CanadianWraith |

Went for dinner, left full. The food was very good, would return here again. Friendly wait staff and decent prices.

Good food & music

By Realclubtraveler |

Clean. Pricey - $9 bottle beer. Only one white wine selection. But music was good and FREE! Lots of line dancing to watch. Clean & friendly service

good atmosphere, service and fried chicken

By MICHAEL C |

My spicy fried chicken was excellent - I would go back to have it again. My wife's salad was - well - ordinary....the beer was good - excellent selection of beer on tap

Sort of OK if you have no idea what BBQ is supposed to be.

By wanderingnomad2018 |

I am not a BBQ expert but I have had my share and sometimes smoke my own. I was excited to get some BBQ while visit info Vegas so my wife and I went there for dinner. She had. Pulled port sandwich and I had the baby backs. My ribs came out like rubber and the meat was a uniform salmon color. There was no taste and even the provided sauces did not help. I could not eat it and that’s saying a lot!! The pulled pork sandwich was equally bland. We he sides were pretty good, I had the grits and southern corn. She had rubber fries. Not recommended unless you have no idea what BBQ is supposed to taste like.

Surprisingly good...

By Helmut |

... except for the music. The beyond burger was actually delicious even tho it did not look like much. Friend were excellent, too, and the margarita not bad at all. It is a typical Texan place with line dancing and all that goes with it (not my cup of tea). Service was average. Would I come back? Probably, if I am in Treasure Island.

Saloon Not Great

By FortWorthGuy |

Went on a Friday night about 9pm and it was already packed like sardines and no place to sit or place a drink. The DJ sure needs to learn country music, and should realize people from around the country come there like me from Texas. He played nothing but fast, hard rock CW music and line dance songs. The floor has no wax on it so your boots won't slide across the wood. Felt like it was covered with sticky dried soda. Beer and mixed drinks outrageously priced. Although some of us were 50+ the vast majority are the 20-30s somethings getting wasted, bumping into you, and looking for hookups. One of the worst CW bars I've ever been in and won't be back.

Don’t waste your time

By Dennistp |

Place sucked. Food was horrible, Francisco told couples they can’t dance out of their seat. What’s the point? No girls walking around, make reservations, then you go to a side bar, no scene. Don’t waste your time.

Major disappointment

By Miguel S |

Was looking forward to great brisket. The first order came dry and overcooked. I returned and was presented with a rubbery undercooked replacement. The grits were very lumpy. The cornbread was dry. The tortilla soup was just plain bad. My son liked the baby-back ribs and our server was very nice and got the manager to discount the brisket by around 50%. The manager should have not charged for the brisket at all.

Where not to order fried chicken

By Georgia R |

This review is strictly for food. The wait staff and ambiance, especially for dinner, is fine. I chose the restaurant for the Southern Fried Chicken, sides Mac and cheese and garden salad with blue cheese dressing. My daughter had the same with creamed corn and French fries. We should have gone with our second choices- ribs and pulled pork. The half chicken portions were so crusty and overcooked there wasn’t really much eatable meat. I came this close to having a really bad day as I almost swallowed a 2 inch bone. The creamed corn was “horrible” tasted more like bell peppers than corn. French fries were good but salty, the salad was salad. No 11 herbs and spices here. I would give it another chance if ordering something different. As I said, our waitress was fine, attentive and friendly.

Non-existent restaurant service and completely ignored (1 out of 5)

By NeoWasHere |

After a long day having fun exploring many attractions and sites in the region, my wife and I stopped by here on a Tuesday evening for late night drinks and something to nibble on. We waited around for someone to seat us at a table but nobody greeted us and offered so we picked a table and sat down ourselves. Then, we waited and waited for someone to come over and take our order, but that never happened as we were ignored. Were we ghosts or something? I sat around for a long while watching servers known as "Gilley Girls" take care of all other tables except ours. I thought this was a complete joke and absurd. This was the worst customer service at a restaurant I've ever experienced in my life. I got up and walked over to the bar and ordered drinks from the bartender and then brought them back to our table. My Alaskan IPA 16 oz. draft beer was $11 before tax. This $2 more expensive than you can get right outside this restaurant at the Breeze Bar on the TI casino floor. We drank our drinks as fast as we could and got out of there as fast as we could.

birthday dinner diarrhea

By copper4850 |

the food is so bad at this place it gave me diarrhea and stomach cramps. There were 20 of us not one person liked the food.. If you like dry and rubbery bbq than this is the place for you. service was good

Glad we ignored the recent reviews…

By Paul B |

We were a little nervous looking at the last several reviews but decided to take a chance. Booked online and when we arrived shown immediately to our seats. Greeted by a happy and helpful waitress who took our drinks order. Our food order was placed ( fried chicken) and we were offered the sides so the 4 of us had some different ones to share. Food was great, crunchy coating and nice fried chicken, not soft and greasy. Glad we came.

Atmosphere and Food

By Stephen |

The location, view, drinks , and service was great. Very fun place to visit. The food was not that good. Waitress was fun. The nachos had liquid cheese instead of shredded, not so tasty.

Not what I expected

By uwon2 |

Went for supper and had chicken which was too dry and had no flavor. Had BBQ which was so-so and their sausage links which were so-so. Service was average so not a big hit for us this trip.

Not Sure

By CathyJo G |

I didn’t visit here but my Daughter and Sonin law did. Said it was a nice Country Bar setting with Line Dancing, Mechanical Bull and good Drinks

Waste of time

By Nicole928 |

Took my daughter for her 21st bday, her best friend and my sister were all there. Totally agree with another review- rude staff and incredibly rude patrons. Had a great time at all other places we went, not here. They rode the bull and we left. Then on the way out some lady yelled something incredibly rude and mean to the young girls…. Didn’t say it so we all could hear it… NEVER GOING AGAIN, good riddance if it goes out of business !!!

Meh....$$$ for what you get

By Dan C |

The club is not bad, but the restaurant is a can do without experience. Very basic food that seems too pricey for what you get.

Avoid!

By Alice T |

A large group of us attended for dinner, and spent over $1000 on food and drinks. We then went into the saloon area, and was told that we had to pay an additional $10 each to be in there, despite spending that on food and providing the bill like we was asked. It was also quite empty in there. Staff were rude, incredibly unhelpful and confrontational. The vibe seemed a little off, it was just groups of men watching women ride the mechanical bull and couples making out on the dancefloor. Definitely not what we thought it would be- I would save your time and money!

Seriously good food!

By Asherzmom |

We were roaming around on a very crowded Saturday, when we called over to see if there was a big table open where we could watch a football game. The hostess immediately saved us a table. We arrived a few minutes later with a group of 6 hungry peeps and the service was fast and friendly. The brisket and fried chicken was amazing. Drinks kept coming, with a smile. Food was hot, and it was fun having a table that looked out onto the strip in the afternoon. I'd definitely stop in again for a meal!

Not impressed with the BBQ at all

By Travel X |

The Texan look and feel of the place pushed me to try it…bbq must be great here, right?…not so much…not impressed at all with the quality of the food…service was good

Top restaurant on the strip.

By harv1994 |

We visited Las Vegas and San Francisco. Our meal at Gilley’s was the best of our holiday. The 16oz Ribeye steak was superb as were the accompaniments. We visited the bar area behind the restaurant to listen to a very good band and watch locals line dancing. Good food/drink at good prices and very pleasant staff. Good all round evening.

Good bar scene

By LHP |

We only had app's here but the servers were terrific and very friendly. We were here during Covid so the place was fairly empty.

A Fun Night at Gilley’s in Treasure Island

By Roman K |

My partner and I had dinner reservations at Gilley’s in Treasure Island on Wednesday, December 17. We were excited for a relaxed meal, country music, line dancing, and maybe a ride on the mechanical bull. The whole evening turned into a lively, memorable night. We arrived around 8:30 p.m. and the bar area was fairly quiet at first. We asked if we could eat in the bar even though our reservation was for the dining room. The security guard said yes, so we grabbed high top seats between the mechanical bull and the dance floor. After about ten minutes with no service, we decided to use our dining reservation instead. The dining room was a pleasant surprise. We were seated right away, the hostess was warm, and our server was upbeat and attentive. As a vegetarian I had hoped for a spicy southwestern pasta, but the menu had limited plant-based choices. I ordered the Beyond Burger and fries. The burger was tasty and satisfying, though I would love to see more vegetarian options. My partner ordered the baked half chicken. The portion was generous and she loved it. After a relaxed dinner in a not too crowded dining room, we returned to the bar and took seats at the main bar for quicker service. The atmosphere picked up as the night went on. We enjoyed a few rounds of drinks and had a blast watching people line dance and two-stepping. The DJ mixed classic and modern country tunes and kept the energy high. The crowd was friendly and everyone seemed to be having a great time. We had hoped to see the mechanical bull in action and maybe ride it. Unfortunately, the bull was not operating for our second visit in two years. It would be great if the bull’s hours were posted more clearly so guests can plan around it and not miss the show. Overall, we had a fantastic night. The food was good, the staff were friendly, and the entertainment was a lot of fun even without the bull. We always look forward to visiting Gilley’s when we are in Las Vegas. If you love country music and line dancing, Gilley’s is one of the best spots on the Strip.

Just a pub

By Happiness53114326554 |

Street ads vs actual are very different, waiters/waitresses. Not great service. 'Crispy' wings are not so crispy, very soggy actually.

Expensive and fairly average restaurant

By Eduardo M |

Gilley is located on Tresure Island on the strip, it is a Texan or steak restaurant, the food is not at all spectacular, the service leaves a lot to be desired and is relatively expensive, the only good thing we saw was the bar area and live country music with dancing, the rest is nothing very good

We like Gilley’s for country music and dancing

By RK Zachary |

We like Gilley’s a lot. It’s an authentic country bar with a country band and line dancing. My wife dances, I watch. It’s a fun crowd, and quite respectful. Some of the cowboys are good at dancing. If you’re a single lady you’ll find a partner. This year we had fun but were not impressed with the drink prices. Get ready. Vegas has gotten expensive and so has Gilley’s. It’s a shame. Right next to Treasure Island.

Worst ribs ever

By Lotusman70 |

Lovely service but the worst ribs I’ve ever had. Starters were average, the steak chewy but my god the ribs were disgusting. Had to send them back but they did give me an $18 discount which to be honest I couldn’t be bothered to argue with. Avoid

Fun food!

By Donna A |

great place in the Treasure island casino Vegas. ... highly recommend the pulled pork sliders! the onion rings were the best I've had... breaded and crunchy!!! country bar theme... music... bar and restaurant. Will be back.

No Our Kind of Place

By Cindy W |

We actually stayed at Treasure Island because we had so much fun at Gilley's four years ago. Unfortunately, not as much fun anymore. The chili nachos were good but the chicken sandwich and fries were not. It is an expensive place now. Beer was $10 and $11 a bottle. We enjoyed the music and bull riding. Some of the waitresses were barely dressed which we felt was distasteful. We did not like having to look at butts hanging out and chests barely covered. It was very busy so guess others feel differently.

Mediocre

By AR |

Visited Gilley's with some friends whilst in town for the NFR. The lady out front either hates people, hates her job or was just having a really bad day. Bless her. I hope finds some happiness. The other servers (barmen and waitress) were great. We had margaritas at the bar, which were nice. The food was ok, nothing to write about. Then we went into the saloon. It was not worth a $10 cover charge, especially after we’d already been eating and drinking on the premises. I wouldn’t rush back

Just OK BBQ

By 912irwing |

Its quick and efficient, food was OK. Servers were allergy knowledgeable and pleasant. Drinks were inexpensive and food was plentiful.

Good views

By Cátia R |

Central restaurant in the heart of Las Vegas and very typical with cowboy decor. We ordered hamburgers and nachos and they were well served. The quality is reasonable but very acceptable for what we already eat in Las Vegas. The price was reasonable considering the amount of food on the plates.

Burger and Fries for the win!!

By Sherri L |

Gilley's was a great place for burger and fries. Steak was a little disappointing. Service was good. Drinks were fantastic.

Not much going on during the week

By Kate I |

The place smelled heavily of BBQ sauce. Line dance instruction on the dance floor. No one on operating the bull. Kind of a BIG DUD on the activity level scale!

Avoid Gillies bar.

By ann s |

We had a coupon for 2 for 1 drinks. Bar price PER drink was 20.00 and coupon was only good for 10.00 off price of 2nd drink. A bottle of whiskey costs less. Whole deal was a rip off and would recommend staying away.

Feel young again!

By Wild Radek |

Ten minutes and you too will be talkin’ with a drawl, throwing away wine for whiskey and lining up for the bull rides!!! There’s non stop line dancing, live music and bikers to intimidate. We think there’s a restaurant in the back but why eat when you can drink heh? Two of our hard core “city” people are suddenly confirmed country music and lifestyle lovers. My work is done.

Gilley’s has great food and service

By Lamatthews |

We had a group of 6, they seated us immediately, the service was great and the food was the best. I had the brisket filet it was moist, flavorful and seasoned perfectly. Others had chili, sliders, brisket sandwich and nachos, everything was good.

Food OK but very expensive, pushy for tips

By R386GYjohn |

Ate here as a family. The service and food were OK, not as good as we remembered from previous visits but still acceptable. However the bill was big and the suggested tip of 20% way over the top. The following day we ate a the cheesecake factory for a similar price but way better food.

Microwaved, very dry food

By sorim2015 |

The atmosphere was nice, but the food left a lot to be desired. It came out in less than ten minutes, so it was likely just nuked. My broasted chicken was very dry as was my husband's ribs. The corn muffins were extremely dry and there was no butter on the table. Waitress never returned to ask if we needed anything, nor did she ask how the food was when she brought the bill.

Been to Gilleys many times but it is not as good as it used to be

By navyjim58 |

Took 3 family members with me to Gilleys and was kind of dissapointed. First the service was really slow and second the music was not really country. The drinks are expensive as anywhere in Vegas but they brought us the bucket of beers and then said we had 45 minutes to drink as they were closing early. They should have told us that in the first place.

We loved our experience here!

By Scottish Dream Tours |

We loved our experience here! Excellent service with very good prices and the best fried chicken I have eaten in a very long time! Nachos were amazing as well.

Just Ok

By Sandra P |

My husband and I had dinner there while staying at Treasure Island, it was just ok, I think you can do better at other restaurants.

Gilly's

By Chell B |

Located near TI. Barman was very rude, no manners when exchanging drinks or money. If you asked a question he was very reluctant to answer. Ordered iced cocktail, which was very watery and lacking in flavour. Waitress were pleasant and friendly. I would not return or recommended much better places around.

Karaoke on the Strip and saddles on bar stools

By Ros T |

When we entered Gilleys we turned left and had a beer at the bar which was very quiet. We realised that we were in the restaurant so asked and were directed to the saloon (a right turn on entry). The saloon was busier and we had another beer while watching a busy karaoke and a few people trying their luck with the bucking bull they have there!

Good reasonably priced food option on the strip.

By 1039 |

Stopped in after a long day in LB, not sure what to expect. Had BBQ sandwiches and chicken dish with drinks. Got more food than expected which was reasonably priced. Hostess area was a bit chaotic, but service was very good.

Line dancing with cowboy boots

By KatrienEVO |

Line dancing = a must when you are in the USA. In Gilleys you get one hour of free lessons! We had a great evening with our daughters aged 19 and 25. As a bonus for 10$ bull riding.

ENJOYABLE evening meal at GILLEY's in Las Vegas

By larrysP257UD |

My wife and I and another couple dined at GILLEY's last Saturday evening and it met all expectations. We had four different meals. I thought the full rack of babyback ribs was excellent. The others enjoyed a pulled pork sandwich, a grilled chicken salad and a juicy burger. We all walked away leaving food due to the generous portions. The meal was one of the best mid-range restaurants we have enjoyed.

not what it use to be

By Lewis S |

Gilleys like most places in corporate America has turned greedy. Ive been there 17 out of the last 20 yrs during the NFR Sign outside the door said no cover until 9pm. Got inside at 845 and its a ,$10 cover. Mgr said they reserve the right to change rules at anytime. Beer way overpriced at 10 for a draft amd a cowboy burger fries and beer will set you back 30. Gilleys and Vegas overall has like the rest of America became GREEDY ASSES

Great time and safe too!

By Charlie P |

Had a great dinner here on a trip to Vegas. It was a great meal and great drinks. We sat in the front where it is all glass so you have a great view but still have the AC on so you are cool too! Lots of great food and great service. Felt very safe with the social distancing too! Can't go wrong here! One thing we really enjoyed is they have a bar code on the table and you scan it with your phone and it opens up a menu for you to choose from! Great idea!

Just Take-out

By Yolanda S |

We always make a point to come to Gilley's while here. As we were presently not eating in indoor restaurants due to COVID, we asked for a table on the patio. The hostess advised that they would only serve drinks on the patio not food. so we left and went somewhere else. On checking their website, I saw that they do take-out, so we went back another evening to try that. The hostess told me they didn't do take-out. When I pushed, and advised the hotel website said otherwise, she agreed that we could sit at the bar and order our meal, and then they could bring take-out containers, and we would have to pack it up ourselves. We did do that, and it was OK, but kind of messy - would have been a lot easier for them to box it in the kitchen. I had the BBQ Pork Sliders, and my husband had Southern Fried Chicken with Southwest Tater Tots and Broccolini. The food was good, with very generous portions. We just did not feel at all welcome, more like we were an inconvenience to them

Avoid the chicken

By Estes B |

We had looked forward to the experience. The bar and restaurant are as expected however the chicken dishes were frankly terrible. Both the rotisserie chicken and the fried chicken were like Jerky. The Mac and cheese however was tasty, the service was fine and everythingwas clean.

So wrong

By H.L |

What they by Treasure do so stupidly wrong is to ask vy Gilly's $ 25 entrance. Very many guests do not do this. Inside it is hardly busy because nobody does this. Better to release this. you increase the bar turnover anyway. But maybe we misunderstood this.

Loads of Food at a Good Price

By Cheri M |

We stayed at Treasure Island and the first night were too pooped from travel to want to do much more than eat and sleep. We went to Gilley's for some supper. I had Country Fried Steak and Halapeno Gritts with a side of Collard Greens and Pork Hock. Never eaten anything like it and was not disappointed. Couldn't even finish it there was so much food. Fun atmosphere and servers were terrific.

Great BBQ Fun Atmosphere

By fabfemale50 |

I wasn't expecting a lot from the food, but it was excellent. I had the barbecue sliders. I wasn't that hungry, but they were filling. people were line dancing, and it was fun to watch. we had an excellent server. right near the main doors at treasure Island

Delish food and large portions.

By LaceyAlyn |

My husband and I arrived later in the evening and shared the pulled pork sandwich and jalapeno tots. Good flavor and huge portions. Love the beer in the boot too! Fast friendly service.

Bbq on the Strip

By ratchel12345 |

Had the pulled pork sliders and some mac and cheese. It was good. Sliders were served on a bed of lettuce. Cracked me up.

fun dancing

By wilsonsbythelake |

So much fun! We sat at the bar side and got there early enough to get a table. 6:30 on a Friday night. Loved the music and the line dancing. The service was good.

Delicious food in country & western style

By A.Hemmink |

There is a lot of choice around the Strip to eat. This restaurant located at Treasure Island is a cozy country & western restaurant. Delicious food, lots of choice. Price on the high side, but that's everywhere in Las Vegas

Horrible food. Don’t make this mistake

By Justin G |

Horrible food and slow service. Can’t cook any BBQ as a BBQ place? Couldn’t even eat the brisket and the medium steak was overly well done three times in a row, didn’t have time to wait for them to learn how to cook a steak all night. Asked to remake brisket but shouldn’t it already be slow smoked? Biggest mistake of our first trip to Vegas.

Disappointing, it's only going downhill. Quantity instead of quality. It's no longer a "must" in Las Vegas.

By CeDe2014 |

Unfortunately, the food was a disappointment - it only lives off the dance floor and the bull riding. The last time we were here was 5 years ago - there was more going on then. The ladies in the service were dressed in proper style - unfortunately this is no longer the case. The quality of the food has also gone down. Only mass processing of tourists, which is a shame. I don't think you need to go here anymore.

Good burger

By Thomas W |

Good burger. A lit of food. Manager T was very friendly and took care of my order when I was waiting. About $21, so not so bad.

Stopped in for ribs

By Lancesmom |

My husband and I stopped in for their ribs. The service and food were OK. Husband like the ribs but my chicken was nit good. The batter was hard as a rock.creamy potatoes we’re bland and Mac n cheese was definitely from a box. Not sure I would return. Definitely recommend something other than fried chicken

First time here!

By biztrav97 |

It was so interesting! I had never been to a country line dancing bar and it was kinda funny my first expericen would be in Las Vegas! Lots of fun though and the mechanical bull and dancers were a sight to see!

Atmosphere was great but...

By Rob S |

The atmosphere is great in the bar with the line dancing and riding the bull. The restaurant was just okay. Food and service were average at best. I had a 5:30 reservation, they didn't have a table available, waited 15 minutes and people without reservation were seated before us, so what is the point of a reservation. First and last time going to Gilley's.

Tasty

By TheParthenon |

We have been to Gilleys a few times and were not disappointed. We shared two full rack of ribs and large chicken (each come with two sides) between 6 of us. The food was delicious. Great line dancing in the bar area too.

My Go To

By Tammy S |

I love this place....food is excellent...drinks are great, super friendly staff and all around good time.

Warning to all! Everyone needs ID

By Rebecca |

Made reservations to come here tonight to have a meal and drinks a group of 5 of us. We arrived got our table in the restaurant side after our meal we went across to the bar side with the dancing and music. As we got to the door 2 of us aged 26 and 28 were asked for ID which we gave over and went in the rest of our group aged 40+ were asked for ID and because they didn't have it they were refused entry. We all left. All ID they had was passports which are kept safe incase they get lost. Will not be back!!

Good service and food

By HBarn |

We booked which I recommend as it’s busy. The servers were polite and friendly. The food was delicious and too much to eat. Definitely recommend

Fun time in the country bar!

By TannisRob |

Lots of fun - we started in the restaurant for dinner, then moved into the saloon for the evening. All of it was fun- karaoke (really good singers), mechanical bulls, lime dancing lessons and lots of music.

Zero waitresses at t.i.

By cherie1964 |

will not b back...like machines but in 1 hour 0 waitrsses...shady characters wander around...no hosts do a.thg ab that...gilleys open but no one in and no h hour fd specials...no h hour drinks either...why so many w name tags wandering abd no waitresses

Beef brisket sandwich

By KWH |

The place was very cool with great service and drinks but the food was barely edible. The brisket Sandwich was like eating cardboard. And the pulled pork wasn’t very good. We went because we were looking for bbq. Wish we would of chosen somewhere else.

Discrimination

By Esther Eraujo |

Terrible, deceiminate the Hispanics, I wanted to sing country karaoke Tuesday karaoke and I could not why they said I could not sing Spanish country a, that if you take what you want but do not participate. We're in Vegas. They should accept all kinds of people. That's why I'm staying here. But I don't think I'm coming back.

Delicious

By muellerdm |

Recently was in Vegas and stopped by Gilleys for dinner. I ordered the brisket filet and it was amazing. The sauce was out of this world! Highly recommend!

Friendly and quick service. Good food but somewhat expensive. Recommended.

By Michael L |

Very welcoming, good and friendly and helpful service. Food good but somewhat expensive. Nevertheless Recommended.

Main restaurant is just ok

By jrzj42 |

Sat at the bar for dinner and order the brisket - not very good. Cooked well enough, but definitely not tender. Wait staff were super friendly and attentive. This is very much for the tourist. Its about a 20 minute walk from the Marriott Courtyard Convention Center.

Nice place

By Snoozywoo |

We stopped off as the outside space looked lovely, we enjoyed a drink and watching the world go by for a while. Lovely place to sit

Great night life spot!

By Moved2Texas |

We live in Texas but never made it to the original Gilley’s nor the current location in Dallas. We were thrilled to find Gilley’s in Las Vegas. Named after Mickey Gilley and the original bar featured in the Urban Cowboy movie, Gilley’s was the start of the mechanical bull riding craze in the US. This Gilley’s is smaller but has all the fixins! We watched a mechanical bull riding contest and enjoyed some great country music. This was a great place to visit for some country nightlife right on the strip!

Good food, terrible service!

By Kelly H |

We were seated immediately by a friendly woman. There was a large party of 6 or more that were finished eating and just hanging out drinking, a group of 4 that just sat down and were getting their drinks, a group of 6 that were leaving that the waitress obviously knew, and a couple paying their check. We saw a waitress deliver check to couple and take payment. We saw another waitress hug the 6 person table goodbye and deliver drinks to the group of 4. After that, we didn’t see the waitress for approximately 20 minutes. She finally came over and shockingly the food came out pretty quickly. We ordered chicken fingers and French fries. I have to say the food was very good. Chicken fingers were very crunchy with option of hot sauce or ranch. French fries were moist and crunchy. The music was good and I loved the dancing. They were having a lesson when we first arrived. Unfortunately, the service ruins this place. It was truly that bad!

Carrie you’re amazing 😍

By Taylor B |

Carrie was an amazing server! She was so kind, she let us hang out for a long time and we had some good conversations with her! 10/10!!

Great Food

By Rainier S |

The food here was amazing. Their rack of ribs and marshed potatoes were delicious. Its located in Treasure Island so if you are saying close, its worth it. I can't wait to go back.

Overcharged for drinks

By Lori W |

Fun place to go but false advertising on drink prices. The prices on the website as well as on their door don't match what they charge. We paid more than advertised. We asked about it and they said they haven't updated the prices yet on the website or the door.

Cute but expensive.

By Keytothekingdom |

It was hard to find a table that was cleaned off, the waitress was nice but I thought $30 for 2 beers and an order of fries was ridiculous.

Delicious Burgers!

We ate at Gilley's restaurant a couple times and loved their burgers. They are located at Treasure Island with views of the strip. Next to the restaurant is the Bar with live bands and mechanical bull riding. It's a hopping place at night!

Terrible - don’t waste your money or precious time…avoid

Recommended by a local taxi driver and thought ok let’s go with it. We booked a table In advance, greeted by a lady who was the most miserable human possible. Had to them still wait for 20mins after our allocated time despite there bringing empty tables. Barman miserable but waitress to be fair was pleasant. Food was ok but felt menu was limited. We’ve dined in many places and this was probably our worst. Service poor which for us is half the experience. No goodbyes and blanked by the lady at front desk. This was on 7th April at 8pm should the restaurant need this info.

Awesome

Stopped in here because really, who can pass up the nostalgia of Gilly's? It may have been the time of day but the bar was quiet and we were able to have a few drinks and chat. The bar tender was on point when my instructions were "something fruity". There was a mechanical bull but none of us tried it. This was a fun little stop for drinks. Didn't eat there.

Don’t go by the reviews. We went on Tuesday 7/1/25 and had the pulled pork sandwich with fries and the double meat combo chicken and ribs that came with mashed potatoes and corn. Food was good, service was excellent!

Fun atmosphere. Great food. And fabulous drinks. We all enjoyed everything. Went with 3 friends. Definitely get a drink in the Boot! Definitely had some good laughs and full belly’s! Ribs were good! Mac n Cheese was bomb!

Decent prices, good food

We ate here in November 2019 and again in August 2020. Pre-covid it was very busy, with music and lots people at the bar. In August it was very empty and had a very limited menu...we almost left because there was not much choice but we had already ordered beverages. The food we got was good and the service was good too. The restaurant has a nice view of the strip but no outdoor seating (that I saw).
