Nice venue. Cool vibe. I went for the Twilight Happy Hour. I sat at the bar. Surprisingly quiet on a Saturday evening. The dining area was busier. I had the Close to Midnight cocktail which was good with a slight kick from the Thai chili. I enjoyed it. However, for me the one cocktail was enough. I also had the sake crispy rice with Scottish salmon, spicy aioli and scallion. This was nice. I enjoyed it. I had never tried something like this before. The bartender who served me was pleasant and friendly. Good service.

Giselle is downtown on the rooftop of a small renovated building. On the ground floor is the +stripclub e11ven ballad and on top the Giselle: Dinner with a friend , we booked a table (US$300,00 minimum consumption ) and the dinner was a delight , with atmosphere with good taste music , high to dance whoever wants. If anyone wants to go down to e11ven, you don't have to get in the queue to get in.

We stopped by here a couple of weeks ago after an evening out to have a drink and see why everyone is raving about this newly opened place. It's the rooftop of e11even and it is fantastic! Beautifully remodeled and decorated with an incredible view of downtown Miami. DJ music of the faves of Miami, latin, top 40, house, and hip hop. It's a beautiful crowd of people wearing their finest and looking for the best nightspot in Miami. It looks like they found it! We had drinks and ordered the Standing Mac n Cheese for an app. It was delicious! Yummy! Service was topnotch! Everything was great! We found it was easiest to Uber over here and not mess with parking. We will be back.

Giselle Miami 889005613 Last night @giselle.miami Lounge, checking out this sexy Miami hot spot... Congrats to Giselle team for recreating this elevated rooftop experience, it litterally blew my mind from the moment I stepped out of the elevator. The seductive dessert hmmm WOW thank you for this mouth explosion it was beyond delish! GISELLE'S PEARLS Gold and Silver Pearls 6 Leches Sponge Caje Crème Chantilly A must try and the service was impeccable!!! Would I return? ABSOLUTELY!!!

I've heard of Giselle from talk around friends, but this was my first experience to visit the venue. I did not make it into the club section but we did hang out at the bar upstairs for drinks and then some dining in the cafe section off to the side with the kitchen. This place is very upper scale but with the noisy side of atmosphere being a highlight. This is exactly what the dining experience of this party dining generation wants to see and feel. Dining is very close, in proximity, to other tables and on this night our experience with other guests was relevant...meeting another couple from Las Vegas kept our conversation on good topics and very interesting. The Wagyu Dumplings were the Bomb!!! Must Try!!! I also enjoyed the Green Goddess Salad, it was a great dinner addition. Then, I finished with a 8oz Filet Mignon entre...ordered Medium and received it Medium-Well, but the flavor and texture was too good to send back. I had the steak with a little touch of the Giselle Steak Sauce served on the side. Also, served with the entre was a dish of Broccolini prepared very nice. The only food item up for debate was the fried calamari...titled Szechuan Calamari...if my eyes were closed I couldn't tell the difference between this and maybe a plate of orange chicken from Panda Express, but the overall food experience was exceptional and a definite recommendation.

This is NOT a Restaurant, family dinner reservation made at 8:30 pm week day, we where there on time, the didn't let us in for a under age rule (Not Dissclouse in confirmation or any place). one of my daughter is 19, they just cancel at the door at the time of reservation, this so call restaurant have a "Club". connected to the "restaurant" , very bad experience for me and my family, on top of that Valet $40 and they not even took care. Will never come back to this place . Be Aware.

Terrible Food, terrible service. You need tô spend more Then a 1.000 dollars to be noticed. 0 out of 100.. no one deserves to go!

I can’t say enough good things about this Restaurant, amazing food and good service , our server was amazing, and the manager that happened to share the same name as mine was beyond warm and hospitable. Would definitely come back when in Miami again.

Enjoy a rooftop dining experience in Miami. Excellent service, great ambience, and great cuisine. Lastly, artisan cocktails are here.

There are many other options in Miami. Steer clear of this place. The worst service I have ever had. The server barely engaged with us or anyone for that matter. I think they were seating guests based on race. I was there for a few hours and noticed that anyone who looked brown or darker skinned was sat in the back of the restaurant. The food wasn’t anything special. Do not recommend. Try the Mila restaurant instead.

Best dinner spot in Miami right now! I would recommend going if you are visiting Miami. I wish I could go back but I don't live in Miami.

Giselle was simply amazing. I have dined here several times however this time I brought some friends, and they all agreed it was the best dinner they had ever had in Miami. The food was exceptional, the service was even better. So dialed into the details that when you ask where the bathroom is they do not point, they do not give you directions, they escort you to the bathroom to ensure you find it with ease. Seriously was so impressed at every touch point. Decor is chic and so fun! Ambience was upbeat and a total blast. Well done to the management for creating such an environment and level of service. Congrats the to Chef and kitchen for delivering such a superior dining experience. Loved every minute and will return for sure!

My husband and I were visiting south Florida and wanted to have a nice dinner for our anniversary. We found Giselle Miami online and we were so happy with the choice. Very upscale atmosphere. Our server Daniel was very knowledgeable and suggested the best things on the menu. The food was fabulous along with the presentation. We will definitely be back!

I heard nothing but amazing reviews from friends, and employees that I know that work around there, and they were 100% right! First the décor and ambiance are amazing. The entire rooftop is now enclosed with glass to keep the great view and still air conditioned. We started off with the ceviche and wagyu dumplings, amazing. Then we ordered the two different MAINE lobster, not Caribbean lobster, MAINE lobster and it was fantastic. Living in South Florida you get used to the Caribbean lobster, but nothing beats a Maine Lobster, and it didn’t disappoint. The Maine Lobster Fra Diavolo had the perfect amount of heat, and the Maine Lobster Thermidor was a dish I didn’t realize I missed so much originally being from the Northeast but now living in South Florida. However, they presented it with a flare that you only see in from a Michelin Star type restaurant. After that we decided to indulge and ordered the Flaming Wagyu Tomahawk. Again, the presentation was eye turning from all the other guests and the marbling was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Overall, this place has now become my favorite and best tasting restaurant in Miami, and I have been to them all living here now 17 years. If you come down for vacation or have a special reason to indulge yourself or a loved one, you must come to Giselle Miami! You will not regret it.

The atmosphere was chic and inviting, and the food was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was crafted with care and precision. I highly recommend ordering their Tomahawk as well as Giselle's Pearls. This gem of a restaurant is one for the books

The food is good but not worth the asking price, too loud, we can't hear ourselves talking and we have to scream for the waiter to understand us. Cocktails are expensive but very small, on Ocean drive we have double for the same price and better. Stewart our waiter was great

This restaurant is not to be missed in downtown Miami. We started with the pink rose drink that came in a glass boot and immensely enjoyed every dish and drink afterward. You have to try the escargot mushrooms, as I have had dishes all over the world and nothing has tasted that amazing (and was not made with snails). Our waiter, Valentino and his brother made our dining experience 10 stars. Thank you for a great night, we have already told all our friends to visit on their next trip to Miami.

My experience at Giselle restaurant was mixed. While the food was great, the service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the staff, including the security, host, and bartender, were unfriendly and unaccommodating. However, our server Andrew was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our night special. Although I gave him a 5-star rating, the rest of the staff deserved a 1-star rating for their poor customer service. Giselle restaurant needs to improve their customer service if they want to succeed. Best of luck to them.

My name is Avin. I love eating food and things. This place was yummy. But hard to order drinks since it was very busy. Thank you Giselle! Food made me gassy though—boyf didn’t like that when I got home.

every touch was great. From having the rez, To the follow up To the arrival at the door Entry to the restaurant Warm, welcoming greeting. You instantly felt you were arriving to a vip experience. To the welcoming of the staff and the attention to detail, truly unprecedented and I have traveled and am a fine diner. It felt special. The decor, elegance and the music ( very nice) vibrant energy not so loud you can’t hear yourself and the music volume perfect. Ambience, was very sexy and elegant. The staff, attentive and the food, was a wow. Presentation, taste & the options offered were flavorful, artistic and delicious. In the end, I said to management, “I have an official complaint” he paused.. and anxiously awaited my response, and I said, plz share this with your staff in the next meeting .. “the service and the experience is fabulous” just well done. My server was spectacular along with every person that came to the table. They even noticed we had our designer handbags and offered to have them perfectly hung with the accessory to hang it with. Heck, even the elevator and bathrooms were incredibly meticulously crafted. Clean, artistic and staffed with anything you may need. Truly impressive. Well done. It was the kind of experience that makes you want to rename yourself “Giselle” if you are a woman! I will be back for this reason, I give it 5 stars Congrats, well done!

Giselle is a lively rooftop venue that could be great, but from our experience it was let down but lazy service and lack of attention to detail. The tables are crowded in next to each other giving limited privacy. Bar service was very slow and yet still expecting on top of a service charge. However it was the food service that let the place down. The actual food was okay but it should be in the higher price bracket charged. Our waiter asked us to place our full order in one hit “ to make it easier for the kitchen” but sorry if the kitchen will pay my bill I might consider that, until then they are there to make it easier for me the person that pays. Also one dish was served on a chipped plate, out lazy waiter tried to tell me that was part of the pattern of the plate. The manager quickly corrected him and apologised, but such things should not happen. The vibe was good but the place is just too pretentious and overpriced for the quality provided, I eat in many better operations around Miami.

My husband and I both agree this was one of the best meals we have EVER had at a restaurant. The service from the moment we walked in, to our server Valentino. He was specifically amazing. The green goddess salad was one of the best most interesting salads I have ever had. The Mac and cheese - better than any steakhouse. The waygu dumplings delish. The lobster thermadore was outstanding. The Peking chicken was outrageous. It had been so long since we enjoyed a meal like this.

Great food and service. I would definitely come back. The porterhouse steak was one of the best steaks I have ever had. Everything was tasty

We really liked the place, very chill and don’t have that negative atmosphere Miami carry. We were fortune enough that our server was Mahryahh who was very attentive and passionate about the restaurant ,she walked us trough the menu and with her suggestion's our dinner experience was flawless, Thank you for the great experience.

BRAND NEW RESTAURANT, GISELLE MIAMI...Amazing experience! Delicious, high quality food with a classy but fun vibe. We tried a ton of their menu items from sea bass to lobster to flaming steak and everything was de-li-cious. Meaning, some of the best food I have ever eaten... ANYWHERE! Atmosphere...gorgeous, open aired retractable rooftop with a small section of inside seating that is stunningly beautiful. DJ on site but not too loud and wait staff, especially Stuart, super friendly and attentive. If you want to wow guests, go on a date or have fun with friends, this place will impress! The fact the it is above one of the top nightclubs in the country @11miami is an added bonus if you're up for it. Highly recommend!

Very nice place good atmosphere, excellent service, very good food, very well prepared drinks live DJ and have parking.

Absolutely delightful! Giselle is a true gem, offering a sophisticated and stylish dining experience tailored for discerning food enthusiasts. Upon arriving at Giselle, situated in e11even, we were warmly welcomed by a gracious hostess who ushered us up an elevator to the enchanting third floor. Stepping into Giselle felt like entering a modernized supper club, complete with a live DJ that added to the vibrant atmosphere. Unlike many South Florida establishments that prioritize aesthetics over cuisine, Giselle flawlessly places the spotlight on its exceptional food. My wife and I indulged in the Flaming Lobster Thermidor, a generous portion perfect for sharing. The table-side flamed butterflied-lobster tail, bathed in a cognac and mustard sauce, paired impeccably with a tender filet, creating the ultimate surf-and-turf experience. The steak boasted a beautiful sear and a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. For dessert, we ventured into unique territory with the Cappuccino Martini, a delightful twist on the classic espresso martini featuring a parmesan foam. Surprisingly, the parmesan foam added a delightful touch that my wife couldn't get enough of. I opted for the classic Old Fashioned, expertly mixed to perfection. In any dining experience, the tone is often set by the server, and Brianna at Giselle deserves special recognition. Her extensive knowledge of the menu, coupled with her ability to guide our choices based on our preferences, made our evening exceptional. Brianna's engaging and helpful demeanor truly elevated our dining experience. Kudos to Brianna! In conclusion, Giselle is a must-visit when in Miami. The combination of elegant ambiance, exquisite dishes, and attentive service creates a dining experience that goes beyond expectations.

Really a great case! Good atmosphere, fantastic food and good staff! And it also looks super nice! Definitely worth it, for me the price-quality ratio is worth it. It's quite pricey but worth it!

First failure when booking the restaurant is that although it is a terrace, it is closed, not open... Food typical of these places (tartar, oysters, wagyu and makis), correct but without exaggeration. Nice local, very friendly and efficient waitress. High prices

honestly stay away. Miami is an expensive place however I am always down to pay money for good food when it came to this restaurant if you are used to eating good food it's horrible. stay away worst dinning experience. the waiter convinced us to order a platter that basically had 6 small things on it for 70 a person the 6 items on the plate including oysters ceviche and wagyu where tasteless it was an utter disaster the service is horrible and in fact the restaurant was not full at all. the only thing that was to our satisfaction was the cocktails other than that stay away the bill will not come less than 400 and we where still starving after in fact we got food after from another restaurant. worst dining experience of my life.

Beautiful environment. The waiter Luiz is extremely friendly. The lagoon and the wagyu T-bone were excellent. Super recommend and will definitely come back.

I like the food too much and the ambiance and the service was so professional especially Andrew we want to thx him about choosing the best dishes

This place is a 10 out of 10. Food was just amazing, service 5 star. The audience and music was great. This is the place to be. Love this spot and will be back.

We visited on a Saturday night and it was very busy. Our table for two was private enough and we enjoyed people watching throughout the meal. The music and ambiance is a great Miami fit scene. The cocktails were creative and we sampled a few different drinks, enjoying each one we tried. We started with a small seafood tower which is delivered to the table with some flair. The seafood was very good and the small tower was the perfect amount of food for the two of us. The seafood was followed by the New York Strip steak served cut (my preference when sharing) along with some fries. The meat was well seasoned, perfectly cooked and we enjoyed it. For dessert we decided to sample the chocolate peanut with gold flake as well as the house's most popular dish. We preferred the chocolate dessert, but both were very good. Dining at Gisselle is not inexpensive, but the atmosphere, food quality and attentive service made this a great experience.
An unbelievable dining experience- well deserving of all the awards
I can’t say enough about this venue…we went for a birthday dinner and it was A Miami only experience. It is Art week and the whole town is buzzing. During dinner we found out that there would be a saxaphone soloist and fashion show. After an outstanding dinner we stayed for both. I recommend the whole snapper, lamb and rice…all delicious..for dessert try the caviar gelato 😋
