Great value with friendly fast service

By Tonia A |

Found this restaurant near our hotel (holiday inn), it was busy...always a good sign. We ordered a Thai curry and fried rice and could barely finish it all and the curry came with steamed rice as well! Waitress was very nice and the meals arrived quickly. Quality of food was good but there was a little too much onion in the curry. I would recommend for a quick dinner after a day of seeing the Seattle sights

Cute and very good Thai restaurant

By Prabhakar K |

This is a beautiful Thai restaurant with delicious Thai food. it is centrally located, just off Denny Way. The waitress was a graceful young Thai lady who served us delicious Thai food. Thai food loving people must visit eat here. There is a small park just outside the restaurant, which added to the romantic atmosphere!

Tasty Thai

By PasadenaDan |

Final night in Seattle and just wanted to have dinner nearby our hotel. This Golden Lion was situated around the corner and it was near closing time. We were seated in time for final kitchen orders. Dinner wait staff was very helpful accommodating. We had: * Stir fry Mixed Vegetables. Good crunch with in flavorful oyster sauce gravy. Very good. *Three flavour trout. Boneless trout in sizzling plate with mushrooms, peppers and Thai basil. Excellent dish with tasty gravy. * Thai jasmine rice. Generous portion. Service was good and attentive. Following midday, we popped in here for a quick lunch before heading to SeaTac. *Phad Kee Mao/chicken. Lackluster. Had better. *Basil Fried Rice/pork. Very good. Love it. Lunch portions were generous and filling Lunch service was lackluster. Cashier and wait staff could do better by smiling.

Best Thai we have ever had!

By Brandy H |

We were staying in the area and found the jackpot! We had the coconut soup, crispy garlic chicken, another entree, and a Thai beer. All of the food came to us hot, fresh, and quick. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Amazing Drunken Noodles

By Clint B |

Sweet and spicy, best Thai I have ever had. Go for the shrimp. So much half finished me off. Spice level 4, but will go for 3 in the future.

Awesome little Thai Restaurant!

By Wendysanhai |

This little Thai place was awesome! The staff was friendly, the chef was very fast and the food was delicious! We ordered a variety of dishes and some were very spicy. They did not disappoint! We highly recommend this restaurant!! Wendy

Great Experience

By Kairho1 |

Right around the corner (more or less) from our hotel, and we had a hankering for Thai food. We were not mislead by this relatively small, and charmingly authentic Thai, place with food to match. There was no disappointment this evening ... once I saw crispy trout on the menu it was all over. Trout? Thai? I'd never heard of it either but it was ordered and was glorious. Beautiful filets, very lightly breaded and fried, with a light Thai sauce. Superbly excellent! I am only sorry that our few remaining nights in Seattle were spent on more traditional seafood pursuits, but Golden Singha is on the list for the next visit. Recommended.

Friendly, quick, yet phony service, food was lacking taste.

By NapaPaul |

As an out of town guest (very familiar with Thai food), hotel recommended it as 'walking distance', plus one other Thai option around corner. I went with the one that was easiest to find, "my bad." Service was quick and friendly. Started with chicken satay appetizer and small Tom Yum soup. Chicken did not seem fresh, was over-cooked and dry and peanut sauce smelled and tasted of rancid peanuts. Soup was almost like a clear broth and lacked any taste of coconut milk or lemongrass and was just very watery and only veggies were mushrooms. Waitress asked with friendly smile how everything was and I said I honestly was disappointed and explained why. Smile disappeared, she just shrugged, and walked away. I decided to skip ordering main course and cut losses. Paid bill at counter and what seemed like male manager smiled and asked how everything was and I discretely shared my lack of enjoyment and he also shrugged and walked away. I was glad I made the decision to stop after two bad choices and no offer to make anything right by the staff. Could not recommend. This was barely edible and I don't know how they have any positive reviews at all or stay in business for that matter.

Good food, great service

By jkmeye |

We stopped here for a quick meal before a concert - arrived at 5:00pm and were leaving restaurant 30 minutes later. The noodle soup, Singha curry and Dragon's mustache were all very good. The Pad Sei-ew was average (great noodle texture though). Very nice waitstaff. Portion size is big for price.

Amazing Thai food

By Judy H |

This is a small restaurant recommended to us by our hotel staff. We were so glad we took their advice and ate here. The food was amazing. We were seated immediately and the service was prompt. The waitress was very friendly and helpful in choosing great food. The portions are far more than one person can eat, which we like so we can try different dishes. We had Pad Thai, a chicken curry dish and a couple of others. All the food was delicious. I would go back there in a heartbeat if I lived in Seattle.

Great place, too much food in just one dish.

By Alex S |

Food is delicious and the menu is extensive they have lot of options to try. I tried one which I don't remember the name, see the photo and it was amazing. I love spicy food and it was like that, totally recommended. by the way you don't have to buy drinks, water is always available. but try the beer that they sells there Singha Beer, it is a Thai beer and it is so good. The portion is too much for just one person so be aware of that, ask for an small dish otherwise you will end soooo full. And they do not accept American Express... other than that everything is sooo good.

Nice family run restaurant with good food

By Richard Hildebrand |

Had dinner there and ordered Phad Thai. It was a little sweet. Good sized serving. Friendly staff and quick service.

Real taste of Thailand

By Phakirnet |

I went to Thailand in the past and I can tell you that this food is really good! We went for lunch and decided to go back for dinner because it was unbelievable.

Nice quiet place

By Erin E |

My boyfriend and I were looking for something quiet and not right in the heart of downtown and came across this place. Good prices, great Thai food, and friendly atmosphere.

Huge Portions of Thai!

By Kathy C |

A cozy comfortable setting especially on a rainy night in Seattle. The cornish game hen could feed a family! And it was superb. There's a lot of focus on vegetables and garlic! And what we had was beautifully done.

Good curry

By Sandra S |

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and it did not disappoint. My friend had the yellow curry and I had the green and it was wonderful! We ordered medium hotness and it was exactly what I was wanting. The service was very fast and friendly and the prices reasonable. Would recommend.

Highly recommend!

By MissWenna |

If you are looking for eats near the Space Needle, this is your place! Excellent, tasty Thai food with great service. Cute little area, too.

Good food and prices, right by Space Needle and Chihuly

By MarneyGtrRN |

Lunch portion was good size, filling. It came with rice and pad Thai. Food was tasty, service attentive and the bill was lass than $20. Right across the street from the space needle and Chihuly gardens and glass museum.

They do it right

By Sungron |

We were a group with varying tastes in ingredients and spiciness and limited knowledge of Thai food, and they pleased all of us. The menu has plenty of choices to please everybody and they adjust ingredients and level of seasoning to taste. Service was quick, friendly and accommodating. This is a place well worth return visits.

Pleasantly settling with Great Service.

By tom55416 |

Nicely appointed small restaurant with tasteful decor and good service. Wonderful fresh spring rolls and delicious curry.... enough left for lunch the next day. Fast service and good food presentation.

Excellent Thai Restaurant

By Terry J |

My husband and I went here for lunch. Menu has a very nice selection, wait staff was very attentive. My husband had the pad thai with tofu and I had the thai basil chicken. Both were very good. Large servings and steaming hot and fresh. We would definitely go back if we're ever in the area again.

Excellent Thai food

By OldSalt99 |

Extensive menu, fast friendly service, cold Singha beer, authentic tasty food, big portions, decent price. Under the monorail at 5th ave.

Good Thai Restaurant

By Kate M |

We chose this Thai restaurant because it was close to our hotel, and we were glad that we did. We ate dinner there twice and were happy with both the food and the service. Good value and good food. Delightful and cheerful young women serving the food

Best Pad Thai

By kfairfax88 |

The staff was friendly and whatever the soup of the day was when I was there was fantastic but the real sell here is the pad thai. Easily one of the best I have ever had. If I lived in the area, I would come back here constantly.

Good value Thai food

By GaryBenham |

We visitwd during a two day stay in Seattle. We chose this place after a quick study of Trip Advisor. The exterior of the restaurant is not much to go on and the presence of a couple of homeless folk and neighbouring 'Smoke Shop' did not put us off. The menu was comprehensive and looked quite authentic, we lived in SE Asia for several years. When the food came it did not disappoint and the portion sizes were good. It was good value for money too. We'd recommend a visit if you happen to be in Seattle and fancy some Thai food.

Nearly there

By RichardPatton |

Popped in for lunch and had chicken satay and then chicken laab gai, all very well done although satay source was a little sweet, overall worth a visit.

Yummy yummy!!

By Cocopuffs_23 |

Great prices yummy food my hubby ordered the BBQ Thai chicken with brown rice dinner $12 and I ordered the cashew beef with jasmine rice $10 spring rolls for $7 ...portions are over all generous and friendly staff.

Great spot

By well507 |

Great service and food! Very close to space needle which made it a convenient spot for a quick bit and the prices were very reasonable. I would come back for sure.

Great Thai/Chinese Food

By Explore796204 |

Fast service, great dishes especially the ginger chicken, slight hint of Chinese food - you may not like it of you want purely Thai cuisine.

Great Thai Food Near Chihuly Museum

By Richard R |

We stopped here for lunch after a visit to the Chihuly Museum and the MoPop Museum. We were walking and we were hungry for Thai food. It was very clean and our server was terrific- fast and personable. The Spring rolls were very tasty. We split the orange chicken as an entree which was a good sized portion. Very fresh ingredients- and it had pieces of real fresh orange in it which gave it a lighter and fresh flavor. We enjoyed a very reasonably priced glass of very chilled Sauvignon Blanc. The restaurant was reasonably priced and great food and service.

Great food, excellent service, good value

By Peter M |

Excellent food and very good service - efficient and friendly without being rushed. Very nice relaxed atmosphere too. And great value - much better value than any other meal we’ve had in Seattle during our trip.

Tasty

By Esther D |

Great green curry, Pad See Eww! I would more accurately give it 3.5 stars. Great service-of all the places we ate at in Seattle-this was the one that gave great service and was polite.

Good & inexpensive Thai food

By loveDCA |

The menu is pretty large and offers your typical Thai offerings nearby the Seattle center. We came for a work lunch and all agreed that this is one of the better Thai restaurants in the Seattle area, especially for the price. Great and fast service.

Excellent food!

By Jason N |

Massive portions, superb service and very tasty food! This hotel was a few minutes walk from our hotel and we were very happy with our choice!

Not authentic or even good....

By Porksalot |

Setting is pretty uninspired. Prices aren't rock bottom which doesn't make up for the food being pretty... poor. I eat better from the food trucks in SLU.

Delicious and afforable

By TravellingS0mewhere |

Lovely Thai food on a budget. We ate here twice during our 5 night stay in Seattle. I had the massaman curry on the first night, which I would highly recommend. Portion sizes are quite big but they offer to box it up for you to take away if you would like.

Scrumptious, tasty dishes with excellent King County health rating

By An B |

The restaurant is walking distance from our hotel and is in a park area close to the Space Needle. While there were other restaurants around the area, we decided on Golden Singha because of its Excellent health rating. We were not disappointed!! Staff was friendly and service was quick. My daughter ordered our usual go-to Thai dish - Pad Woon Sen. I tried the Mama Pad, which I've not had before. The taste of both dishes were just exquisite - right seasoning and the vegetables, seafood were fresh, fresh, fresh. This is the best Thai food I have ever tasted in all the years I have been going to Thai restaurants. Even after we've been back to Florida, we still keep thinking of the Golden Singha Pad Woon Sen.

A quick get away

By Shai D |

We were done with the amazing PSC and hungry and found this lovely place. The food was very good, the service was very fast, and friendly and good atmosphere.

Very Good

By athomps33 |

A nice place to stop while walking around by the space needle and Chihuly garden. Very good food and a nice spot.

Nice food

By Birtsters |

We stopped off late and food was quickly prepared. I love hot food and this did not disappoint. Veggie pad thai was spicy and hubby had a red thai curry which he enjoyed too. Staff were friendly too-thank you

Arroy Mak Mak

By brian h |

"Delicious very much." Very fresh veggies and perfectly spiced meats. Did not like their wide, flat drunken-noodles. Pad Thai and many others excellent.

Best thai food in Belltown

By Nitin O |

We go to Golden Singha all the time. It's our favorite thai restaurant in the area. Their siracha noodle, golden noodle, yellow curry, mussaman curry, phrikin chicken are all fantastic ! Don't forget to grab your lollypop on the way out.

Fabulous meals

By ZaphodBeeblebrox42 |

Friendly staff and wonderful food. Try the Beef Massaman and make sure you ask for the sides of sauces. Wow

Yum!

By Koto-Bax |

We had a delicious lunch here today when we happened across this restaurant. The red curry was tasty and filling. I would highly recommend!

Friendly, fast and yummy food!

By Bangpaulxu |

Friendly, fast and yummy food! Went here during my first night in Seattle after seeing Chihuly and Space needle. It is walking distance and the food I loved! Very nice and friendly service as well!

Tasty food at a reasonable price

By JDB68 |

We were in Seattle for a wedding and need a restaurant close to our hotel. Found several at the 5 corners area on Bell Town but decided to try the Thai restaurant. Pleasantly surprised! Decent sized portions at a reasonable price ($10 - $12 per entree plate). We had Chicken Satay for an appetizer then shared the Thai Basil Chicken (not the ground chicken) and the Heavenly Beef. The beef was flavorful, if a bit tough, while the chicken was really good. Great favors in the sauces, and the medium spiciness we ordered was just right. Staff is very friendly and service was very good. Would go there again if we are in the area.

Hot & Delicious

By Victoria P |

Better than many of the Thai restaurants I've tried, even in NYC Chinatown. Loved the heat level, perfectly cooked veggies, and accommodating me with no egg in the noodles. I'll be back!

Good food.

By gordon_mc |

This is a small neighborhood eatery with fairly basic seating etc., so not much to look at - but the food is good, the service was attentive, and the overall value for money was very good.

Thai to go

By Sarah_FF |

I'm visiting Seattle and got Thai to go from Golden Singha. The food was good, hot and very fresh. They didn't take long to have my to go order ready. Nice restaurant if you wanted to stay and eat as well.

Nice Lunch Place close to Space Needle and City Center

By BuckeyeFamily96 |

We arrived a little before noon, while waiting to meet the rest of our family at the Space Needle and EMP. My friend and I enjoyed lunch here, the service was excellent and the food was very good. The portions were perfect for lunch and served hot with the expected level of spicyness.

Nice inexpensive spot by the space needle

By WorldTravelerDD |

Great Spot very close to the Space Needle. Food was excellent, staff were friendly and food came out fast. It has been a while since I asked a server for helping me choose a dish, and got the answer I got here. I asked for help between the drunken noodle and the Sriracha noodle, he asked me some questions about what I was looking for, then took the rest of our order. He then started to walk away, and I asked what did you choose, and he said I will surprise you, and I was not disappointed. Food was great! Thank you for a great time!

Decent Thai

By Ken M |

I ordered take away here last summer. It wasn't fantastic but not terrible. I had the Pad Thai and the Green Curry beef. I feel that eating in would have provided a much better experience.

Yummy Thai Food

By ikanaid |

This cosy restaurant is located near downtown Seattle and offers really delicious food. The service is very effective and fast, but it's NOT fast food, but really freshly prepared and cooked. We can especially recommend the orange beef and the thai chicken curry. You can choose how hot you would like to have your dish (from mild to very hot; medium was already rather hot, but I liked it very much).

Good food, good service

By AKdan7 |

Found nothing to dislike, everything to like. Would return to try more of their offerings. Service was fast and friendly.

Brought back good memories!!

By Lloyd M |

Enjoyed the food has been some time since I have had quality Thai, food. That I did not have to prepare.

Good food, great prices

By mamakittel |

Very good option for standard Thai fare. Prices are very good, especially for being in the heart of the city. Just a few blocks from the Space Needle and a short walk from Pike Place market. Loved the pineapple rice my daughter ordered as well as their pad thai!

Satisfaction

By Anthony B |

Here on a Tuesday night at 8 pm. Wasn't crowded, but they clearly do a fair sready business. Casual Thai food. Good taste. Be careful with the spiciness. I got 2 out of 5 and it was pretty spicy. The waiter was friendly and service was quick. I enjoyed the Showering Rama dish. I intentionally ordered a 2 knowing it might be hotter. It was just right, meaning a 3 or a little hotter by my taste buds. I recommend this place for good food at a reasonable price.

Peculiar soup, abrupt service

By Renee002 |

I ordered the noodle soup with prawns. I got nice prawns in a bland chicken broth enlivened with quite a few flakes of red pepper, fresh cilantro and noodles with bean sprouts. I had ordered medium spicy and got something a lot hotter, by my standards. I was surprised at the lack of other flavors (lemongrass, ginger, onion, garlic, even lime are often added to this dish). Portions are large and prices are reasonable. My husband ordered a 3 flavor trout with rice and vegetables and peanut sauce on the side and he was happy with his choice. While I was still eating and talking the waitress whipped his plate away. I figured they might want to close since it was Easter Sunday and although there were other diners there, the crowd of young people was thinning. Convenient location, but maybe you have to know what to order...

Great choice for linch and dinner

By Ron R |

During our recent trip to Seattle, we had the opportunity to twice in this restaurant, once for lunch and once for dinner. While the outside of the restaurant is nothing special, the food inside is well worth the trip. The prices are moderate but the taste of the food is not to be beat. The Thai basil was excellent and the curry was something special. The $8.99 lunches are a particularly good value as the choices include a side of pad Thai. When visiting Seattle and near the space needle, a good plate of Thai food makes the day complete.

Surprising Thai Near Seattle Center

By Howard W |

Visiting from San Francisco, Thai is surprisingly the best Asian cuisine in Seattle---in terms of price, quality and quantity. After considering Seattle Center's food choices, we trekked into the neighborhood for lunch. On a corner, beside a nice little plaza, Golden Singha's variety, tastiness and big portions were impressive---for people accustomed to good Thai food. By the way, the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass and EMP Guitar Museum are all worthwhile visits. The old Seattle Center is impressively well-maintained---a modernist historic site.

The best food & service we had in 7 days

By wholefoodplantbased |

We happened on the Golden Singha Thai Restaurant @ 425 Cedar St., 98121, and went in. This was the best restaurant food we had on the whole 7 day vacation trip, the service was excellent, and the price only $10 each for lots of great food! The atmosphere and view of the park was nice, and they had quality plates, utensils, and furniture.

Great find

By DStorman |

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance whilst visiting the space needle. So glad we did. Excellent food and speedy service

Best Thai Food!

By N0ah_H |

Amazing Thai food. Fast service. Order to your spice level. Very extensive menu. Delicious! Reasonably priced. Worth the short walk from City Center, Space Needle, etc.

Fast and easy!

By JSR_Adventures |

I didn't intend to eat here, but when the rain started falling heavier and there was no other safe haven to duck into, I decided to kill 2 birds by grabbing some lunch and avoiding a fully dressed shower. Service was fast and friendly, and the food was good and well priced. The place is small, but clean.

Tasty Thai Food!

By _clesste11 |

The shrimp panang was excellent, however the pad Thai was a bit too sweet. Service was fast and friendly. Pricey for Thai food, but I guess it fits Seattle's average price tag.

A late Thai snack

By Henry B |

We were coming from spending time at the Space Needle. This restaurant was a perfect choice. You do not go wrong with a Phad Thai. The only negative point is trying to find a parking space close to this place. Eventually, you can find a place and enjoy the food in the restaurant or take it to go.

Good food, but timing of service could be better

By housevet |

We ate ate this restaurant near the Space Needle in June, 2013. The food was excellent. The service was very attentive. Restaurant was clean and quiet. The only problem was that which other reviewers have mentioned - our main courses came almost before we even had a chance to taste our appetizer! The restaurant was NOT full and was nowhere near closing time, so there was no reason to rush this part of the service. We did not feel rushed by our server in any other way, so I think it is just poor timing by the kitchen staff. All in all, I would certainly recommend this restaurant if you are in the mood for good Thai food near the Space Needle and the Pacific Science Center.

great food

By Beckie M |

We originally planned to go the cafe next door but the wait was horrendous. we ducked into Golden Singha and were very satisfied. Great service, delicious food. An unintentional, but happy find.

Great and tasty stop

By Turtledreams |

The place was handy to where we stayed. After a fun walk we found the spot in a nice area. We were quickly seated and asked if we would like to start with drinks. We did . The menu was very good sized with lots of different choices. We ordered some appetizers which arrived quickly and our dinners came shortly after. The tastes where wonderful and delicately presented. One of my standards for this stlyle is how the veggies are cooked. They were fresh and perfectly done. Service was great. The pricing was reasonable. I would return here in a minute.

Tasty and Good Value

By Cliveocr |

We stopped in for an afternoon snack - there was plenty of space. Service was prompt and water provided without having to ask. Food was hot and tasty - went away happy.

Delicious curry

By Chelsi S |

I ate here my first night in Seattle, and it was delicious! I ordered the massaman curry with chicken, and it was great.

Just average

By P_and_C2013 |

Just an average Pineapple fried rice. Chicken sate was good. The service was quick and staff was attentive.

Good food and fast service

By Ann-Marie54 |

The spring rolls were delicious. The potstickers were very good. We split a combination of chicken, pork and beef. Forgot the name. We asked for it to not be spicy. Not sure what they call not spicy, but it was a little too spicy for me. There was a lot of chicken, some beef but very little pork. Some vegetables, but mostly onions and peppers.

Delicious stuff

By travellingsherlock |

Excellent little place, tucked away in a nondescript neighborhood Fantastic menu, lots of choices, vegetarian too Very well prepared food, tasty Great serving sizes, prices for a family of 4 were under $40 Go there, you will like the food !

Average setting and food

By changelingscuba |

Service was fine although even as a solo dinner, I prefer to take more than 30 min for 2 course dinner. Fried tofu starter was served quickly. Unfortunately it was ultra bland with the tofu overdone and the sauce completely tasteless; not like a previous reviewer described unluckily for me. Chicken panang curry was served while I was still half-way plodding through the starter. It was ok although the rice was fairly cold by the time I started eating it. All of the food was under-seasoned. Ironically, I am used to far superior Thai food in Europe. This place is z list compaered with food in Thailand itself. I wouldn't bother going back; it was a waste of calories from my perspective...

Will not disappoint!!

By Roy R |

Very nice experience. Food was great as was the service. Just a heads up... When they say hot they mean it!

Good Thai food at a reasonable price

By Donald G |

This restaurant is clean and the service is friendly. There is a nice selection on the menu and the prices are reasonable. There were 4 of us and everyone enjoyed the food.

Authentic Thai

By Teresa F |

Small low cost real food. Waiter spoke Thai, gave great recomendations. Tons of choices. Easy walk from Seattle Center. Not fancy. Would definitely eat here again.

Great and fast take-out

By Scott E |

Wonderful meal after stumbling upon this gem! Food came out extremely fast and was delicious. Would recommend this and return myself!

Excellent Thai food in Seattle

By ajforty |

We visited the Space Needle in Seattle. Asked one of the workers where we could get some good Thai food, as my wife needs gluten free. He pointed in the direction of the Golden Singha from atop the Needle. We found it by asking a couple of residents along the way, not far from the Needle. And, they in fact, also mentioned how good it was. We both had pad Thai, gluten free and regular. What a wonderful taste and what big portions . We had not eaten for about seven hours and still could not finish them. She had hers with shrimp. They were larger than we normally see. I had pork, fresh and lots. Wife had Thai iced tea said it matched the best she's had. The wait staff was very pleasant, unlike some in other reviews. And all under $30. Unusual for Seattle.

Delicious Lunch Break Near Seattle Center

By Jennifer A |

My husband and I recently spent a day touring a few sites at the Seattle Center, and we opted to eat here for lunch. We were glad that we did, and enjoyed our experience. We had spring rolls for appetizers, and they were largely cabbage, but were still tasty. Since it was lunch, we decided to split chicken rama, and found it to be both really good and savory and enough for both of us to feel satisfied (at lunch, of course). Rice is served with the dishes, so that helps, but the portion were good. Our entire bill came to $18.06, so we were really happy with the experience overall. We were there on a thursday at about 12 PM and found it to have a few open tables still, but it was busy. The service was good, and everyone was attentive and fast. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a moderately healthy meal near Seattle Center, for a great deal.

Great Food, Great Prices

By Steve F |

We lucked out with this find. It is in downtown Seattle on Cedar , Denny and Fifth Ave (its in a bit of a triangle). I had the Beef Delight and my wife had the Green Curry. For under $30 with tip we were totally satisfied and thinking we'll definitely eat here again when visiting Seattle in the future.

Great Food, Excellent Service

By David190343 |

A wonderful Thai dinner that certainly didn't break the bank. From the friendly welcome to the attentive service and then the very enjoyable food, this restaurant can't be faulted.

Nice corner location - tasty good - great service

By SumitSeng |

I was in Seattle downtown for work and took a hike to the Space needles. On the way back saw this Thai Restaurant in a corner. Walked in and they would offer only carry out as it was 8:30 pm. My friend and I ordered different food. I ordered a Thai fish curry item - it tasted great - with coconut milk, basil leave and usual Thai spices. Price was reasonable too.

Best Thai I've ever had

By Jeff Rachel C |

This place was so authentic and delicious. Best Thai food I have ever had by far. - adorable location - nice views (fountain in the center outside area) - Must get the spring rolls - Very attentive staff

Good food, casual place, nice for lunch or quick dinner

By Sheryl1313 |

Nice people and I noticed a lot of people doing take-out. Suspect the locals like it. The food was very good, flavorful without being over-spiced.

Great food!

By matysgranma |

Just amazing! Have enjoyed Thai cuisine all over the country and this restaurant ranks right up at the top of my list. Service was excellent! Price point much lower than I would have expected to pay for food of this quality. This, or one of their other 5 restaurants, will be my Thai food destination when visiting Seattle in the future!

Fantastic food

By Fishtwomuch |

Great little restaurant, great food good price. We stumbled across this what I call a gem. We were walking back the from the space needle and decided to check it out sure glad we did. We will return again.

Nice Hole in the Wall

By Conquistadores |

Golden Singha was a nice little hole in the wall place that served up a very fresh, healthy meal. One bonus is that it is near the Space Needle, but not a touristy joint. Very fast, friendly service.

Fantastic lunch

By Shannon L |

Some of the best Thai I have ever had! Very generous portions, excellent service and a lovely clean setting. What a topper for a day of sight seeing.

Every time we're in Seattle

By Cata1960 |

The food is great, fresh, delicious and the heat scoville of your dish is perfect every time. They'll leave the heat our if you wish. The service is quick but not rushed. Lots of business people from nearby are seated at lunch time but there is lots of room still for walk-ins. We have lunch here every time we are in town. Delicious!!

Close to Space Needle Center

By Jo T |

It looks a little dirty but the food was great! Enjoyed the meal. Hot and Spicy! Great value and fast service. Just be aware of the opening hours or the waitress can be very rude.

Should be number 1

By Karen F |

Quickly seated and provided with menus. The selection was excellent and after choosing food and how spicy, it was delivered hot to the table short moments later. Couldn’t finish it all. Brought some back to the hotel for a midnight snack...

Hit the spot!

By Judy L |

We were hungry and wandering around Belltown, where we stumbled on Golden Singha. The food was delicious, service was excellent, and has a lovely ambience. I look forward to trying their curries next time.

Thai lunch

By April |

Stellar Thai cuisine for a superb price within eyeshot of the Space Needle. Red curry and drunken noodles are both delicious. Lunchtime specials are $10 for a generous serving size.

good food

By Al W |

We were walking about with friends and saw this restaurant and thought we'd give it a try. Overall it was a good decision - service was stellar, food was delivered without delay and was of acceptable quality. Even though we chose medium heat, the dishes were spicy enough. We had pad thai and spicy beef and were pleased. The restaurant was very busy but service was not affected. Prices were good.

Very, Very good food

By TampaTraveler2007 |

We only had time for one visit to Golden Singha this trip - usually we eat here 3 times or more - such good food, great service, good wine. You will not be disappointed.

Great food, but make sure your tip meets their expectations.

By Jim M |

The food here really is fantastic, but we made the mistake of tipping 15% instead of the 20% the waiter was expecting. If you google tipping practice in the Usa, you will find 15% is still the standard tip even though some higher end restaurants are pushing for up to 25%. Ok, that's fine as long as the customer is made aware of their expectations, and it indeed a higher end restaurant. Well, upon paying our bill and taking our leave, the waiter confronted us and demanded more tip, saying he was nice to us so we should give him more money for this. It was extremely embarrassing, and soured our dining experience. He did not get more money, and we left. I think this tipping custom is getting out of hand. I wish North American restaurants would take a hint from their European counterparts and just add the tip to the bill and everybody is happy.

Take me back!

Such good food !!! It wasn't super busy either which makes the food fast and the service great. Was amazing food - recommend the crispy chicken, spring rolls and ginger beef. Wish we lived in Seattle to return. A gem find.

Excellent Thai food and a great price

By Pene W |

Close to our hotel and the Space Needle. This place was a real find, delicious food, great service, very good pricing with extremely helpful staff. The food was just as we ordered, fresh and hot. Probably some of the best Thai food we have eaten in a long time.

Great Local Thai food

By Jeff S |

This great Thai restaurant was definitely short-staffed, but the staff they had there was great, attentive, and the food was amazing. My wife had the Pad Thai, my daughter had Dragon Mustache, and I had Panang Curry - all were top-notch. We all had medium heat (my daughter is a spice-wimp), and while there was a little bite for her, the flavor was definitely solid and didn't rely on spiciness. If you want some great Thai food and you're in the Seattle Center area, be sure to stop by this local restaurant. You won't regret it.

Hidden Gem in Seattle

By Joan H |

We were so lucky to find this amazing Thai restaurant that was located just a few short blocks from our hotel, the "Hyatt House". During our seven nights in Seattle, we had dinner here three times. Our first night, I tried "Mama Phad", stir-fried noodles with lots of veggies and chicken. My husband loved his "Chicken Chow Mein". On our second visit, I had the "Heavenly Beef" which lived up it its name. The beef was tender, and the seasoning was just right (not too spicy). On our last night here, I ordered the mixed vegetables with chicken. There had to have been at least 10 or 12 different veggies is this dish. I loved their brown rice that came with this dish. My husband tried the prawn salad. The meals came out so fast, maybe 10 minutes or less. The food was always hot, and our waitress was efficient and friendly. I only wish that the "Golden Singha" was located closer to our home. We loved the wall murals of the mythological beasts, the Golden Singha. Six weeks later, we are still talking about the delicious meals we ate here on our Seattle vacation.

Very nice

By lkrpag |

We stopped in to get some dinner. The food was good and the waiter was very friendly. I would recommend this as a low key place to have dinner.

Very Cheap

By Caio M |

Not the best Thailand cuisine, but very good and large portions. very good for those who are hungry. Waiters very kind. Good location near Hyatt Downtown (our hotel) and the best........VERY CHEAP!!

Excellent Thai food in Seattle

By anuraj M |

Great Thai restaurant at the footsteps of Space Needle in Seattle. Excellent meal at a very reasonable price, efficient service, great value, a must visit!,

Great Thai!!!

By redundantecho |

We were in Seattle for the night, before a cruise & I was looking on TA for a Thai Restaurant within walking distance from our hotel. This place came up with good reviews & we wanted to try it out. It was fairly empty when we arrived (around 4p.m.), so no waiting. The menu was great, the wait staff was extremely attentive & offered advice on heat, etc. We started with spring rolls that were excellent. For our entree, we ordered the Singha Curry with prawns & scallops and The Cod in Curry Sauce, & 2 Thai ice teas. Everything was fresh & tasted wonderful! Our meal was approximately $50 before tax & tip. It was worth every cent!

Great Service, Good Thai Food

By Mr_Bill_Brasky |

A very good choice if you’re coming from the Space Needle or Chihuly Museum. Service was excellent and friendly. Good was good and quite quick to arrive. This is a great choice instead of the food court style up by the Space Needle.

Extensive menu choices

By Rebecca A |

We dropped in for an early dinner our first night in Seattle. This was on our route from the Space Needle back to our hotel and the extensive menu caught our eye, Good food, fast service, great prices, You can choose the heat level iof the sauces to suit your tastebuds. We had the curry prawns and orange beef and both were very good.

Great Food at a Reasonable Price

By Lisa D |

This was my favorite restaurant in Seattle even though we went to other more well-known and expensive places. All the food was freshly cooked and the kitchen was willing to make food as mild or spicy as we wished. They even made my husband a special dish not on the menu (beef and oyster sauce without any vegetables). Not only was the food great, but it was very reasonably priced.

Average takeout food

By BethIneson |

I love Indian food. LOVE IT! This means I have eaten it in restaurants all over the world, so I may be a bit picky. The food was very good, but nothing special. I tried a new dish, because they had NONE of my favorites. Maybe it was food from a different region of India than one usually finds? Anyway, I found it to be just OK and would probably not eat there again.

Great food, friendly efficient service

By Kathair |

We were in town with another family and stayed in the Seattle Center area. This Thai restaurant is an easy walk from our hotel. Seating a group of 9 adults plus a toddler was not a problem, nor did the wait staff stress over it. Ordering was efficient, no mistakes in all the dishes we ordered. We ate family style, and all the dishes arrived about the same time. Everything was delicious, and there was plenty for leftovers the next day. The staff kept our drinks filled and were friendly and welcoming. We will return if in the area again.

Great little restaurant

By Diane F |

My three girls had dinner here and all our meals were wonderful. The green curry was great...even my non adventurous daughter tried it and liked it. The waitress was very attentive and even went back to the kitchen and asked the people about a tourist place that she didn't know and answered my question.

Horrible Pad Kee Mao

By Erica I |

I really, really wanted to like this place. The man who served us seemed friendly, they've got a great little fish tank at the entrance and the service was fast. Thai is literally my favorite type of food, I get it frequently, and I have visited Thailand. We ordered the Yellow Curry with Chicken (which was good) and the Pad Kee Mao with pork. The Pad Kee Mao was truly horrible. It didn't smell right, and it didn't taste right, and after a few bites we stopped eating it and let it sit there on the plate and instead just ate the yellow curry. When the man who was serving us (who was also the cashier) asked us if we were done with the Pad Kee Mao we said yes, and then he asked if something was wrong with it and we said yes, it doesn't taste right, there is something wrong with it. He exchanged some words with the cook in the back in Thai, and when we were done with the meal he still charged us for it - a gross plate of food that didn't taste right that we didn't eat. It was very frustrating to pay $14 for an entree that we didn't eat because something was wrong with it. Had he removed the charge from the bill after specifically asking if there was something wrong with it I may have been kinder in my review, but this was poor service and poor food. I regret tipping. I would not recommend this place and I would not return.

Excellent food, excellent location

By OregonTravelers04 |

Noticed this restaurant walking back from Seattle Center. We had 2 adults and 2 children and were seated immediately. Our food literally arrived 5 minutes after placing our order and we were there at 7 on a weekday night. The Garlic Chicken was delicious. The sauce was extraordinary. We also had the Broccoli Chicken and Phad Thai as well as the Noodle Soup. Our son said it was the best Phad Thai he has ever eaten and he has had a lot of Phad Thai. We will definitely return on future visits to Seattle. Excellent restaurant with good prices, quick refills on drinks and wonderful staff efficiency.

So-so

By RickNSB |

Expected more from this well-recommended place. Maybe a case of heightened expectations. The "drunken noodles" were interesting and decently spicy. The pineapple prawns were very spicy. Only a single Asian beer - I think - available. Tilikum Place nice spot but we'd try another Thai restaurant next time.

Delicious affordable thai food

By Annie B |

Small, simple place with a great vegetarian choice. Quick service and very tasty food but beware of the spice, Im a fan of chilli but was glad I ordered mine medium as any hotter would have been hard to handle! I'm in seattle for 2 weeks and definitely planning to return here.

Tasty Thai food

By Sibq |

Good Thai food. It was definitely a tasty authentic food. Food was delicious. I’ll definitely visit this place again in my next visit to Seattle. Close to Seattle center/space needle.

Ok

By K333M |

Not a bad place. Food was ok, service was friendly. Cashew chicken was good.

Great Thai Food

By Dick E |

We were hungry while walking toward the Space Needle and noticed a Thai restaurant next to a little park. I looked at the outside menu and was impressed. So all four of us went in. We had panang curry which I like and the others had Thai chicken curry and pad thai. The servings were large and also delicious. The service was very good and the inside atmosphere was Thai. Some windows looked out on the small park/rest area. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will be sure to visit again the next time I'm in Seattle.

Good, Reasonable Dinner

By dcgrandma |

We reserved ahead, then requested a 45 min. delay due to a change in our schedule. They were very accommodating and helpful. It’s a fairly unassuming place with both table and take-out service. The menu is quite large, the service was prompt, the food was tasty, the portions generous, and the check VERY reasonable. I don’t know that I’d say it was the best-or most sophisticated or authentic Thai food I’ve ever eaten- but our tummies were certainly satisfied. Kitchen will also adjust “heat/spice” to your preferences. Very nice people, too!

Excellent flavor!

By Donny H |

I have taken food out twice from here. Overall, it is very good. Spring rolls: decent, nothing special. Panang Chicken curry: excellent flavor, just right. Pad thai: excellent flavor, hard to stop eating. Good value, great flavor, highly recommended.

Thai to Die For!!!!

By Lance H |

It Doesn't Get any better than this! Not only the best Thai food I have ever had, but, the best place I've eaten it Seattle and that includes Chan's, Pike Place Chowder and Pizzeria Credo (which were all terrific). What else can I say, the food was delicious, the Pad Thai was to die for and I've eaten Pad Thai from one end of the country (including Alaska) to the other. This is a must stop to eat when in Seattle!!

Late lunch after a day of site seeing

By nickd2777 |

This little hole in the wall gem was amazing the chicken pha thai was amazing was cooked fresh to order the medium heat was just perfect that you could enjoy the flavor of the food with the perfect amount of heat . and the ground peanuts and shredded cabbage just added more to this wonderful meal

Good Thai food in a cozy corner cafe.

By ArlettaC |

The Golden Singha is located on the corner of Tilikum Park, which is a small square quite close to Seattle Center. It's one of several small, locally-owned restaurants on Cedar Street, a nice little shady oasis next to the Monorail line. We were greeted by a friendly hostess, who seated us and brought water. The dining room is attractive--painted murals on the walls, ornate Thai decorations, and comfortable heavy wooden chairs. The waiter came by promptly to take our order--he was also friendly and efficient. I had the Rama noodles--spinach, egg, and chicken, wide rice noodles, and peanut sauce. My husband had the Pad Thai with prawns. You can choose from three meats or vegetarian in any of the noodle dishes, with a small surcharge for prawns, and any range of spiciness, from mild to extra hot. We got the mild level. The food came out quickly and was quite good. We also had spring rolls--delicately fried and very tasty. Reasonably priced and generous portions; one could easily share the noodle dishes with another person and have plenty to eat. Very pleasant spot for good Thai food.

Nice Small Thai Restaurant

By steve l |

The food was good, but not exceptional. We used the place for take out because our hotel was a block away. Average place all around, but handy if you are staying close by.

Dinner August 10

By raybyerley |

My 18 year old son and I were sightseeing in Seattle and needed a place for dinner ahead of our scheduled space needle time slot of 7:30 pm after visiting the Chihuly glass sculpture garden. Golden Singha was a very short walk from the space needle on a 5-way corner with a fountain in front. We had two very delicious entrees - Red Curry chicken and Eggplant chicken along with Thai Iced tea (interesting peach color with cream on top). Our entire bill before tip was less than $30 and very good.

Excellent food and service!

By NiinaKiina |

Food was excellent and tasty. I am very allergic, but they were very understanding and made me speciall meal. Waiter was very kind and checked that the food was definitely suitable for me.

Attentive, delicious and fast

By Henry B |

I selected this restaurant because the closeness to Space Needle. This is about 10 minutes walk from Space Needle. Restaurant staff made sure we had plenty of water and reminded us the food was coming. As soon as they saw the our water glass not full they would fill them up eight away. We did not wait more than 10 minutes for our food. Food portions were very generous. Overall, really good Tai food experience.

You like that!

By Rudy386 |

Went with my wife and daughter and we loved it. Very friendly staff and the service was excellent. Located in the small Tilikum Place square where there are several restaurants nearby, including the highly rated Tilikum Place Cafe. We tried four other restaurants in that area (Space Needle) but Golden Singha was our favorite. The food was great and very affordable. It seemed to be family run and, although the restaurant was rather busy, We felt as though as we were in their home, being fed at their family table. Not a hint of preprepared food, everything had that home cooked just prepared taste. We had the Pot Stickers and Chicken Satay to start, followed by Thai Pork Fried Rice, Pork Panang, Prikking Chicken plus two glasses of wine for sixty bucks. We loved our trip to Seattle and would be regulars at this restaurant if we lived there!

Good Thai food near the Space Needle

By Hans V |

We were a group of 4 and all of us enjoyed our meals. They give you a choice of how spicy you want your food which is good as we all had different tastes. Excellent, friendly wait staff that kept refilling our waterglasses without asking.

Fried tofu appetizer was spectacular, entrees were good though not excellent

By emilyg28 |

I would rate this restaurant 3.5 stars if I could; 3 is a little low and 4 is a little high. We loved the appetizer, as you can see from my title. The entrees weren't bad, but as fairly regular diners at Thai restaurants we prefer rich flavors and hot spices. With the panang tofu, the sauce wasn't very richly-spiced, and with the rama noodle dish, the peanut sauce (which was very good) sort of drowned the other ingredients. The prices were very reasonable and the serving sizes were fine. Considering the other dining options in the Space Needle area of Seattle, I would visit this restaurant again if I were nearby.

Good food and excellent service!

By mike k |

Great little Thai restaurant near the Space Needle in Belltown. We had a "girls night out" and enjoyed a delicious dinner here. The curries were good, the veges were crisp, the Kai Gai soup was fabulous, and the Crab Delight appetizer was so good. The great service was the bonus, and you don't have to wait long for your reasonably priced food. We will return!

Great reasonable Thai food

By Lynne A |

The TOM yum soup was lovely and spicy ( you can have it not spicy) We also had the yummy pad me noodles and the fried rice. Great service quaint space.

Golden Singha OK, but not typically Thai

By Colin T |

Ate here by chance; love Thai food, and eat it just about every week in the year. This restaurant served food that tasted more like a general Asian offering than distintinctively Thai. They used ginger rather than galangal, and the sauce in my lemongrass chicken dish was very, very salty. Rice a bit too glutinous for my taste. Overall, not a bad option, but no great shakes.

Good Thai food

By Pat K |

We had a nice lunch there a good Phad Thai and something curry over chicken. It was a nice lunch, nice place, people very pleasant, we enjoyed it. I would eat there again.

Plentiful, quick and tasty

By Zvi C |

Minutes away from the Space Needle, this is a family run restaurant which didn't disappoint. Very reasonable and very tasty. Golden noodles were great as we're the hot and sour soups. Nothing fancy, just good value and flavour.

great place in Belltown

By georgia h |

clean attractive restaurant, very comfortable, quick service..tourists may be put off by the neighborhood..I was satisfied with the quality of my meal and I have been enjoying thai food many years

Fast service, uninspired food

By Sonorafari |

The food is pretty bland compared to any other Thai food I've tried. Tom ka gai soup was large but mostly fairly watery, and the galangal and lemongrass flavours hardly came out; vegetarian rice likewise too mild and uninteresting. The service is good and friendly - and dishes arrive extremely quickly at the table (~6 minutes).

Good Thai at a good price.

By Travel_Bug_Family |

Our family each ordered a different curry (Massaman, Panang, Yellow) and every single one was thoroughly enjoyed! Yum!

Decent Thai Food near Space Needle

By Dosco39 |

I was craving some Thai food and had their Thai Basil beef, which was decent and I enjoyed it. The food was fresh and satisfactory.

Mediocre at Best

By estoniamalta |

The good: it was fast and cheap. The bad: it wasn't tasty. The pad Thai was odd & not at all like what I would expect. It was not a good meal & I would skip it. If this is the third best Thai restaurant in Seattle I would stay away from Thai. Very disappointed in our meal.

Delightful Thai, Fast Service & Easy Ordering

By jeffkr2017 |

Located right near the Space Needle, this little Thai restaurant has been in Seattle apparently “forever”. Wide selection of dishes (photos too to help diagnose what is what), with great place for vegetarians. Lunch special Monday to Friday, not on weekends and they deliver to local hotels too. Be careful in the stars as higher get very hot, but still flavorful.

Tasty, fast turnaround

By Simon J |

Very prompt service here and fairly tasty food, too. So quick that I had hardly started to enjoy my Singha beer when the food arrived ... authentic and definitely worth a visit if you're looking for something that hits the spot.

Good price, good food

By Manuela Z |

This restaurant is not to big, there are a lot of options, I tried Phad Thai, they asked me the level of hot, I took medium, when I ate it I didn't feel hot. The portion was big, I can't finished all. I had a glass of red wine with the meal, they offered put the rest in a box, but I was in a hotel, I couldn't take it. Good experience, good food.

Best meal on the trip

By Henry B |

This restaurant is very walking distance from the Space Neddle. We saw local people eating there and some that were leaving recommend it as well. Food was wonderful and very tasty. Service was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Traditional Thai from those that know

By Patricia W |

Spending time walking in Seattle will lead you to some of the best finds, especially those in quaint neighborhoods where you can look inside and observe the diners. This Thai restaurant is located near Seattle Center's Space Needle, EMP Museum and under the monorail. It had to be good given the number of diners there so early on a Saturday and not near enough to the attractions were visitors would immediately know it's there. We ordered the Pad Thai Tofu and Thai Ice Coffee. If your not familiar with there ice coffee, please give it a try - no to ruin the surprise it's strong and sweet. The Pad Thai can be ordered in several different ways - noodle type and degree of heat. It was excellent! So good we wishes we had decided to order a second dish, but sampling foods around the city is so much fun. Get off the beat and path, walk a few blocks and enjoys so excellent food.

Tasty

By 123vagabond |

I walked in off the street and ordered to go. The menu looked like a good selection. I ordered a '2' for heat but could hardly eat it, it was so spicy. My husband said the fellow said it was medium and all I know was I asked for a '2' on the scale of 1 to 5 from mild to very hot. The taste, before burning off my taste buds :) was very yummy. The food was prepared fresh when I ordered it. They were friendly, fast and the flavour was good. Medium priced. $10 for one order of pineapple curry rice.

Good Pad Thai

By MLew168 |

This little place has a nice atmosphere and good service. Portion size was big, but I was pretty hungry so no leftovers. Price was fair for the amount of food I was given.

Great Food, Generous Portions!

By jazzgal24 |

While out walking from Pan Pacific Hotel, decided to try this Thai restaurant for dinner. So glad we did! Spring rolls with plum sauce was excellent. Phad Thai dishes were tasty, enormous portions and not oily!! Service was great. Unusually hot day in Seattle so it was a bit warm in front room, although air conditioner was going in back room. Gave us a pitcher of ice water on table. Would be a regular customer if I lived in Seattle!!

Satisfying

By Tanya T. |

We visited while on vacation and stopped for dinner. We were seated right away and service was crazy quick! The crab rangoon wontons were light and crispy and the sauce was light without the uber sugary taste. The curry dish was pretty good (and plentiful, couldn't eat all of it). Highly recommend if you are in the Space Needle area - it's a nice alternative to what is available at Seattle Center and the walk is about 10 minutes.

Good Budget Thai Eats

By johncorry |

Friendly staff and speedy service but the quality of the food was above expectations - really enjoyed it. You get to choose your level of heat 1 to 5 1 being mild and 5 being very spicy. I like hot food so opted for level 3 and the heat was spot on. Forget about MacDs and give this Thai Restaurant a shot.

Awesome Food

By letsbehonest21 |

We found this place as we were walking to the Space Needle, it was packed but luckily found a table. Great food, Comes out very fast. Very cheap if you ask me for what you get.

YUMMY YUM YUM

By Gail S |

The front desk at our hotel recommended this place because we wanted some good thai food! Boy this restaurant was great. My husband got the drunken noodles and I got a really yummy Garlic chicken dish that was soooo good I stuffed my self. There rice was absolutely cooked perfectly. Great service and fast.

Little Thai Gem near the Space Needle

By TravelLovrs |

We enjoy smaller independently-owned restaurants and this fit the bill perfectly. Near the Space Needle and adjacent to the statue of Chief Seattle, this small Thai restaurant was recommended by our hotel. The food was very good and plentiful. Service was good and the staff was willing to accommodate special requests to accommodate allergies. Decor was above average and prices reasonable. A quick, delicious place to eat and relax.

Good, not great, but not bad.

By ontheroadforgci |

This is basic "american-style" Thai. Good solid curry and rice; nothing fancy at all, just the basic; plentiful portions too. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, not elegant but nothing wrong. Service is prompt and efficient, not friendly but efficient. i had the same experience as others with the main dish coming out while still eating the appetizer. I did not find that a problem, the main dish came out piping hot so it was pretty much perfect eating temperature when I finished the appetizer. And I would rather have it come out too fast than have it be painfully slow.

Amazing

By matthealien |

Stopped here for dinner And everything was amazing Had pad thai , spring rolls and green curry and a thai beer Would go back for sure when im in town

My "Go To" Thai Place

By LAEricson |

I've tried most, if not all, of the Thai restaurants between downtown and Seattle Center, and I've settled on this as my favorite. Authentic food, service is always friendly and quick. The only drawback is that there are no lunch combos on weekends or holidays so you have to order off the dinner menu on those days.

Large Portions of excellent Thai food

By lulucoats |

We were walking and literally came across this little gem of a Thai restaurant. We shared several different family style dinners and it was all excellent. We ate Pad Thai, heavenly beef, and a garlic chicken meal with rice and it was all so very tasty! The service was good as well.

Great meal and service

By Andrew M |

Walked in and immediately seated and given the menu. Drinks were quickly delivered. Had some appetizers and then shared some pad thai and thai basil pork, both of which were delicious.

Friendly, Quick Thai

By Adam J |

The cashier was immaculately friendly and spoke excellent English. I ordered chicken cashew vegetable with white rice, medium spicy to go. The order was ready in five minutes. Five minutes! The spicyness was right at "medium", as ordered. Not many cashews, but a good dish overall. Didn't blow me away.

Pleasantly Surprised !!!

By Dan A |

Found this restaurant on TA good reviews decided to give it a try. Spring rolls were deep fried to a nice crispy texture. The Tom Kah coconut soup with prawns was excellent. The collaboration of lemongrass, lime leaf, coconut milk, mushrooms, and fresh cilantro just creates a tasty fusion. “Delicious”. Entree was the Singha Curry with Prawns. Combination of prawns, vegetables with cashews in a yellow curry coconut milk with side of jasmine rice. Both soup and curry were requested with heat level at a 3 or medium. Very taste dish with moderate spice. Plenty of food have enough leftover for tomorrow’s lunch. Looking for some Thai food this place will not disappoint.

Good Thai

By Judy S |

You have a 5 point choice as to hotness, some places only have 3, so you know exactly what you're getting. The food was good and the prices were fair.

Quick lunch near Seattle Center

By Lisa W |

This is a hidden jewel close to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Museum of Pop Culture. Went there for a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff, filling Thai lunch menu and you get to choose your spice level.

Yummy Thai Food after day of football and sightseeing!

By JBI747 |

After spending the day at the Seahawks game and the Space Needle, we were looking for a good meal. Golden Singha was exactly what we needed. The restaurant was nice, but not super fancy. The food was of good quality, prepared quickly and very reasonably priced. The Chicken Satay was very good, the Pad Thai was one of the better Pad Thai's I've had and my wife's sweet and sour chicken dish was also very good. It was a nice short walk from the Space Needle and to our hotel

Food and service were good

By bswolfman |

This is an inexpensive neighborhood Thai restaurant. It's very casual. My food -- pad thai with chicken and tofu -- was good but not great. The tofu was overcooked and a bit rubbery. My friend had a chicken curry, and he said it was quite good. The service was fine, and the food came promptly. The prices were quite reasonable.
